पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और पीटीआई संस्थापक इमरान खान की मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। शनिवार को उन्हें एक और मामले में दोषी ठहराते हुए 17 साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई है। पाकिस्तान की संघीय जांच एजेंसी की विशेष अदालत ने शनिवार को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और उनकी पत्नी बुशरा बीबी को तोशाखाना के दूसरे मामले में दोषी ठहराते हुए 17-17 साल जेल की सजा सुनाई। 

80 सुनवाई करने के बाद फैसला
जियो न्यूज के मुताबिक, शनिवार को एक स्पेशल कोर्ट ने पाकिस्तान तहरीक-ए-इंसाफ (पीटीआई) के संस्थापक इमरान खान और उनकी पत्नी बुशरा बीबी को तोशाखाना 2 मामले में 17-17 साल की कड़ी कैद की सज़ा सुनाई। स्पेशल जज सेंट्रल शाहरुख अरजुमंद ने अडियाला जेल में 80 सुनवाई करने के बाद यह फैसला सुनाया। बता दें कि इमरान खान अडियाला जेल में ही कैद हैं।

इमरान और बुशरा बीबी को 17-17 सालों की सजा
इमरान खान को पाकिस्तान दंड संहिता की धारा 34 (सामान्य इरादा) और 409 (आपराधिक विश्वासघात) के तहत 10 साल की कड़ी कैद और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम की धारा 5(2) (सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा आपराधिक कदाचार) के तहत सात साल की सजा दी गई। बुशरा बीबी को भी इन्हीं प्रावधानों के तहत कुल 17 साल की जेल की सज़ा सुनाई गई।

क्या है तोशाखाना का मामला?
तोशाखाना का यह मामला एक महंगी ज्वैलरी से जुड़ा है, जिसे सऊदी अरब के युवराज मोहम्मद बिन सलमान ने मई 2021 में आधिकारिक दौरे पर इमरान खान को बतौर तोहफे में दी थी। आरोप था कि इमरान खान ने उस ज्वैलरी को बेहद कम कीमत पर खरीद लिया था। सुनवाई के दौरान कहा गया कि करीब 8 करोड़ पाकिस्तानी रुपये की ज्वैलरी को इमरान खान ने सिर्फ 29 लाख पाकिस्तानी रुपये देकर खरीद लिया था।

ढाका में हालात उस वक्त तनावपूर्ण हो गए, जब उग्र भीड़ ने डेली स्टार अखबार के दफ्तर पर हमला कर दिया। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, अखबार के कार्यालय में फंसे कम से कम 25 पत्रकारों को चार घंटे बाद सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया। शुक्रवार रात करीब 12 बजे भीड़ ढाका के करवान बाजार स्थित डेली स्टार के दफ्तर में घुस गई। इससे पहले प्रदर्शनकारियों ने प्रथम आलो अखबार के दफ्तर पर भी हमला किया था, जहां तोड़फोड़ के बाद आग लगा दी गई और नारेबाजी की गई।

पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और पीटीआई संस्थापक इमरान खान की मुश्किलें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। शनिवार को उन्हें एक और मामले में दोषी ठहराते हुए 17 साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई है। पाकिस्तान की संघीय जांच एजेंसी की विशेष अदालत ने शनिवार को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और उनकी पत्नी बुशरा बीबी को तोशाखाना के दूसरे मामले में दोषी ठहराते हुए 17-17 साल जेल की सजा सुनाई। 

80 सुनवाई करने के बाद फैसला
जियो न्यूज के मुताबिक, शनिवार को एक स्पेशल कोर्ट ने पाकिस्तान तहरीक-ए-इंसाफ (पीटीआई) के संस्थापक इमरान खान और उनकी पत्नी बुशरा बीबी को तोशाखाना 2 मामले में 17-17 साल की कड़ी कैद की सज़ा सुनाई। स्पेशल जज सेंट्रल शाहरुख अरजुमंद ने अडियाला जेल में 80 सुनवाई करने के बाद यह फैसला सुनाया। बता दें कि इमरान खान अडियाला जेल में ही कैद हैं।

इमरान और बुशरा बीबी को 17-17 सालों की सजा
इमरान खान को पाकिस्तान दंड संहिता की धारा 34 (सामान्य इरादा) और 409 (आपराधिक विश्वासघात) के तहत 10 साल की कड़ी कैद और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम की धारा 5(2) (सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा आपराधिक कदाचार) के तहत सात साल की सजा दी गई। बुशरा बीबी को भी इन्हीं प्रावधानों के तहत कुल 17 साल की जेल की सज़ा सुनाई गई।

तोशाखाना का यह मामला एक महंगी ज्वैलरी से जुड़ा है, जिसे सऊदी अरब के युवराज मोहम्मद बिन सलमान ने मई 2021 में आधिकारिक दौरे पर इमरान खान को बतौर तोहफे में दी थी। आरोप था कि इमरान खान ने उस ज्वैलरी को बेहद कम कीमत पर खरीद लिया था। सुनवाई के दौरान कहा गया कि करीब 8 करोड़ पाकिस्तानी रुपये की ज्वैलरी को इमरान खान ने सिर्फ 29 लाख पाकिस्तानी रुपये देकर खरीद लिया था।

अम्बिकापुर- श्री साई बाबा आदर्श स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय का राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना का सात दिवसीय विशेष शिविर (12 से 18 दिसम्बर 2025) का समापन हो गया। ग्राम पंचायत थोर की अविस्मरणीय यादें लेकर स्वयं सेवक विदा हो गये। सभी नये कैम्प में मिलने का वादा किया।
समापन समारोह की अध्यक्षता करते हुए ग्राम पंचायत थोर की सरपंच विनिता सिंह ने स्वयं सेवकों का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि आपके अ ाने से मेरे गांव के युवाओं में नया संचार हुआ है। थोर के सचिव महेन्द्र राजवाड़े ने कहा कि युवाओं ने ग्राम पंचायत में नशा से मुक्ति के लिए विशेष काम किया है जो भविष्य में दिखेगा।

सात दिवसीय शिविर का प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करते हुए स्वयं सेवक लता साहू ने बताया कि प्रथम दिन शिविर का प्रारम्भ मुख्य अतिथि राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ. एस.एन.पांडेय, ग्रांम पचायत की सरपंच विनिता सिंह सचिव महेन्द्र राजवाड़े, शासी निकाय के अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार इंगोले, सचिव अजय कुमार इंगोले, प्राचार्य डॉ. राजेश श्रीवास्तव, कार्यक्रम अधिकारी देवेन्द्र दास सोनवानी के द्वारा शिविर के ध्वजारोहण से हुआ।
शिविर के दूसरे दिन बौद्धिक परिचर्चा में सरगुजा के स्नेक मैन सत्यम द्विवेदी ने जैव विविधता संरक्षण के बारे में बताया। तीसरे दिन प्रीति तिवारी, रजनीश मिश्रा ने मतदाता जागरूकता के साथ कौशल विकास के लिए ग्रामीणों और स्वयं सेवकों को प्रेरित किया। आकाशवाणी अम्बिकापुर के कलाकर प्रशांत खेमरिया, अंजनी पांडेय, कृष्णानंद तिवारी ने रेडियो की भाषा और संवाद कौशल से अवगत कराया। चौथे दिन कला एवं समाज कार्य विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. आर.एन शर्मा ने समाज से सम्पर्क और उसकी उपादेयता से अवगत कराया। यातायात प्रभारी अभय तिवारी, समाजसेवी मंगल पांडेय, अनिल मिश्रा, संतोष दास, अमृत प्रधान ने स्वयं सेवकों को सम्बोधित किया।
पांचवे दिन कृषि वैज्ञानिक प्रशांत शर्मा भारतीय खेती किसानी में वैज्ञानिकता से अवगत कराया। संत गहिरा गुरू विश्वविद्यालय के जिला संगठक खेमकरन अहिरवार ने स्वयं सेवकों के दायित्वों से अवगत कराया।
छठवें दिन यूथ रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी के तत्वावधान में ग्रामीणों के लिये स्वास्थ्य शिविर का आयोजन हुआ जिसमें १५० से अधिक ग्रामीणों की स्वास्थ्य जांच कर नि:शुल्क दवायें वितरित की गयी। शिविर के दौरान रेडक्रॉस प्रभारी डॉ. एल.पी गुप्ता, डॉ धनेश्वर सिंह के साथ राहुल कुमार गुप्ता, अनुज, जगेश, आकाश कुमार ने सहयोग किया।

बांग्लादेश के युवा एक्टिविस्ट उस्मान हादी की मौत के बाद बांग्लादेश में हिंसा भड़क गई है, उनके समर्थक सड़कों पर है और कई इमारतों को आग के हवाला कर दिया है। मौत के बाद भीड़ ने रातभर तांडव मचाया और विशेष रूप से मीडिया-पत्रकारों को निशाना बनाया। 

बांग्लादेश में 32 साल के छात्र नेता और इंकलाब मंच प्लेटफॉर्म के प्रवक्ता और बांग्लादेश में होने वाले नेशनल चुनावों में उम्मीदवार उस्मान हादी की हत्या के बाद अराजकता का माहौल है। रात भर राजधानी ढाका समेत देश के कई हिस्सों में हल्ला हंगामा और हिंसा जारी रहा। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने डेली स्टार, प्रथोम आलो समेत बड़े अखबारों के दफ्तरों को निशाना बनाया है, जिससे कई पत्रकार रात भर अंदर ही फंसे रहे।

कैंपेन करते समय हादी की हत्या
उस्मान हादी की 12 दिसंबर को ढाका में कैंपेन करते समय नकाबपोश हमलावरों ने सिर में गोली मार दी थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें इलाज के लिए सिंगापुर ले जाया गया था। उस्मान हादी की मौत की खबर सार्वजनिक होते ही ढाका समेत देश के कई हिस्सों में हिंसक प्रदर्शन भड़क उठे। 

प्रदर्शनकारियों ने मीडिया हाउस को बनाया निशाना
ढाका में हालात उस वक्त तनावपूर्ण हो गए, जब उग्र भीड़ ने डेली स्टार अखबार के दफ्तर पर हमला कर दिया। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, अखबार के कार्यालय में फंसे कम से कम 25 पत्रकारों को चार घंटे बाद सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया। शुक्रवार रात करीब 12 बजे भीड़ ढाका के करवान बाजार स्थित डेली स्टार के दफ्तर में घुस गई। इससे पहले प्रदर्शनकारियों ने प्रथम आलो अखबार के दफ्तर पर भी हमला किया था, जहां तोड़फोड़ के बाद आग लगा दी गई और नारेबाजी की गई। 

एंटी इंडिया रूख से जोड़ी जा रही हादी की मौत
दरअसल, हादी की मौत को उनके एंटी इंडिया और एंटी अवामी लीग रुख से जोड़ा जा रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि दोनों प्रमुख अखबारों को प्रदर्शनकारी भारत समर्थक मान रहे थे। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने मीडिया संस्थानों पर आरोप लगाया कि वे भारत समर्थक हैं और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के पक्ष में काम कर रहे हैं, जो अगस्त 2024 में सत्ता से बेदखल होने के बाद भारत चली गई थीं।

आवामी लीग के नेता के घर लगाई आग
वहीं, आवामी लीग के नेता भी प्रदर्शनकारियों के निशाने पर हैं। उग्र प्रदर्शन के बीच बांग्लादेश के चटगांव के शोलाशहर इलाके में प्रदर्शनकारियों ने अवामी लीग के संगठन सचिव और पूर्व शिक्षा मंत्री मोहिबुल हसन चौधरी नवफेल के घर में घुस गए। जबरदस्ती घुसे इन उग्रवादियों ने घर में जमकर तोड़फोड़ और आगजनी को अंजाम दिया है।
