आंध्र प्रदेश में लॉरी और बस में भीषण टक्कर, आग का गोला बनी यात्रियों से भरी बस, 10 लोग जिंदा जले

आंध्र प्रदेश के मार्कापुरम के पास गुरुवार तड़के एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे में 14 लोगों की जिंदा जलकर मौत हो गई। रायवरम के पास एक निजी ट्रैवल्स बस और एक टिपर लॉरी के बीच हुई टक्कर के बाद बस में आग लग गई। जिसमें 14 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 20 यात्री घायल हो गए।

  

आग लगने के बाद यात्री अंदर ही फंस गए
जानकारी के मुताबिक, एक निजी ट्रेवल्स बस तेलंगाना के जगित्याल से आंध्र प्रदेश के कालिगिरी की ओर जा रही थी। इसी दौरान रायवरम के पास तेज रफ्तार टिपर लॉरी से आमने-सामने की टक्कर हो गई। टक्कर के बाद बस में अचानक आग लग गई, जिससे कई यात्री अंदर ही फंस गए और जलकर उनकी मौत हो गई।

भीषण टक्कर की वजह से बस में लगी आग
टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि बस तुरंत आग की चपेट में आ गई और पूरी तरह जलकर राख हो गई। शुरुआती रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक 14 यात्री बस में फंस गए और जलकर मर गए। डीएसपी राजू के अनुसार, इस घटना में कई यात्री जिंदा जल गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह हादसा गुरुवार की सुबह हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि शुरुआती जांच में सामने आया है कि भीषण टक्कर की वजह से ही बस में आग लग गई थी

2 0 यात्रियों ने बस से निकलकर बचाई जान
हादसे के बाद लगभग 20 यात्रियों ने किसी तरह बाहर निकलकर जान बचाई। सभी घायलों को पास के अस्पतालों में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहां उनका इलाज जारी है। मौके पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस और जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी पहुंच गए हैं और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।

सीएम चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने शोक व्यक्त किया
आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने इस दुर्घटना पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने घटना की जानकारी लेते हुए अधिकारियों से बात की और स्थिति की समीक्षा की। सीएम ने घायलों के इलाज के बारे में विस्तार से पूछताछ की और निर्देश दिया कि सभी घायलों को बेहतर से बेहतर मेडिकल सुविधा मुहैया कराई जाए। उन्होंने दुर्घटना के कारणों की गहन जांच कराने और विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस तरह की दुर्घटनाएं बेहद दुखद हैं और सरकार घायलों के परिवारों तथा मृतकों के परिजनों को हर संभव मदद पहुंचाएगी।

जनपद में पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की आपूर्ति को लेकर फैल रही अफवाहों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क एवं सक्रिय है। जिलाधिकारी, गोण्डा  प्रियंका निरंजन के निर्देशानुसार कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता अपर जिलाधिकारी  आलोक कुमार ने की, जिसमें आनंद कुमार राय (पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी सिटी) तथा कुँवर दिनेश प्रताप सिंह (जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी) सहित जनपद के समस्त पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि एवं पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर तथा प्रबंधक उपस्थित रहे।
  

  
बैठक में Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited तथा Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited के सेल्स ऑफिसर्स के साथ विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। साथ ही, पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर एवं प्रबंधकों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए कि वे शासन द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों एवं मानकों के अनुसार ही पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करें।
  

  
अपर जिलाधिकारी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि जनपद में पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की किसी भी प्रकार की कमी नहीं है। सभी तेल कंपनियों के पास पर्याप्त मात्रा में ईंधन उपलब्ध है तथा उसकी आपूर्ति भी नियमित रूप से की जा रही है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा जानबूझकर अफवाहें फैलाकर आमजन में भ्रम की स्थिति उत्पन्न की जा रही है, जिसे किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
  

  
पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी सिटी ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति या समूह ईंधन की कमी को लेकर भ्रामक सूचना फैलाता हुआ पाया गया, तो उसके विरुद्ध कड़ी वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी ने सभी पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर एवं प्रबंधकों को निर्देशित किया कि वे उपभोक्ताओं को सुचारु एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से ईंधन उपलब्ध कराएं तथा किसी भी प्रकार की कालाबाजारी या अनियमितता से बचें।
  

  
जनपद वासियों से अपील की गई है कि वे अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें और केवल आधिकारिक सूचनाओं पर ही विश्वास करें। प्रशासन द्वारा स्थिति पर सतत निगरानी रखी जा रही है और आवश्यकतानुसार त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।

दिल्ली पुलिस क्राइम ब्रांच ने राजधानी में सक्रिय एक इंटरनेशनल आर्म्स ट्रैफिकिंग मॉड्यूल का बड़ा खुलासा करते हुए 10 तस्करों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। यह पूरा नेटवर्क पुरानी दिल्ली से ऑपरेट हो रहा था और इसके तार पाकिस्तान, नेपाल और बांग्लादेश तक जुड़े हुए थे।

  

छापेमारी कर गिरोह के 10 गुर्गों को दबोचा
पुलिस ने पुरानी दिल्ली इलाके से संचालित होने वाले इस गिरोह के 10 प्रमुख गुर्गों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि क्राइम ब्रांच की एंटी रॉबरी स्नैचिंग सेल के इंस्पेक्टर मान सिंह के सुपरविजन में इंस्पेक्टर सुंदर गौतम और अन्यों की टीम ने तकनीकी निगरानी से संदिग्धों के कॉल रिकॉर्ड्स खंगाले। मुखबिरों की मदद से उनकी मूवमेंट का महीनों तक विश्लेषण किया गया। इसके बाद 13-14 मार्च को पुख्ता सूचना के आधार पर छापेमारी कर गिरोह के सदस्यों राहिल, हाशिम, सैम, सोनू गुप्ता, घनश्याम, वसीम, निशांत, नवाब, नौमान और नौशाद को दबोच लिया गया।

पाकिस्तान से नेपाल के रास्ते भारत तक पहुंचते थे हथियार
जांच में चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है कि ये हथियार पाकिस्तान से नेपाल बॉर्डर के जरिए भारत में प्रवेश करते थे। इसके बाद इन्हें दिल्ली-एनसीआर तक लाया जाता था, जहां से पूरे देश में इनकी सप्लाई की जाती थी। तस्कर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की नजर से बचने के लिए इस रूट का इस्तेमाल करते थे। दिल्ली को इस नेटवर्क का मुख्य वितरण केंद्र बनाया गया था, जहां से अलग-अलग राज्यों के आपराधिक गिरोहों तक हथियार पहुंचाए जाते थे।

सुल्तानपुर। स्वतंत्र भारत की आठवीं जनगणना के फील्ड ट्रेनर का प्रशिक्षण राजकीय आई टी आई पयागीपुर में प्रातः साढ़े नौ बजे से शाम पांच बजे तक दो प्रशिक्षण कक्षा-कक्षों में 81 शिक्षकों एवं लेखपालों को दिया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता का निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे सहायक निदेशक जनगणना अयोध्या मण्डल अयोध्या ने प्रतिभागियों को बताया कि प्रथम चरण की जनगणना।
  

  
 मकानसूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना 2026तथा द्वितीय चरण की जनगणना जनसंख्या की गणना 2027 में कराई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जनगणना के आंकड़े कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, संसाधनों के वितरण तथा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के परिसीमन कार्य के लिए आधार बनते हैं, मकान सूची करण, मकानों की स्थिति सुविधाएं परिसंपत्तियों की महत्वपूर्ण सूचना प्रदान करता है और जनसंख्या की गणना के लिए ढांचा भी बनाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में पहली बार डिजीटल जनगणना कराई जा रही है जनगणना 2027में  Census 2027_HLO मोबाइल ऐप (हाउस लिस्टिंग आपरेशन)का उपयोग करते हुए डिजीटल डेटा संग्रह करने की ओर एक बड़ा परिवर्तन किया गया है।
  

  
जनगणना 2027में पहली बार स्व -गणना प्रारंभ की जा रही है प्रगणकों को स्वगणना के माध्यम से भरे गए डाटा को सबमिट करने से पूर्व डाटा की जांच करनी होगी। ट्रेनर रजनी शुक्ला जिला प्रभारी सहायक निदेशक जनगणना,के के मिश्रा दिलीप कुमार एवं विजय चतुर्वेदी ने बताया कि प्रत्येक प्रगणक को चौंतीस विंदुओं की सूचना एच एल ओ ऐप पर फीड करना होगा।

लखनपुर शासकीय कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय लखनपुर में 'युवा संसद 2026 का भव्य आयोजन हुआ एवं प्रेरणादायक आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्राचार्य रंजना श्रीवास्तव, युवा गतिविधि प्रभारी अंजना श्रीवास्तव तथा अंकिता राजवाड़े ने माँ सरस्वती के छायाचित्र पर माल्यार्पण एवं दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया।
युवा संसद कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्राओं को भारतीय संसदीय प्रणाली, कार्यवाही, विधेयक (बिल) प्रस्तुत करने, उस पर चर्चा करने एवं पारित करने की प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराया गया। छात्राओं ने लोकतांत्रिक मूल्य, संवाद की कला तथा नेतृत्व क्षमता का परखा और सीखा।

इंदौर- छत्तीसगढ़ के 14 सदस्यीय मीडिया प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने अपने मध्य प्रदेश मीडिया प्रवास के दूसरे दिन इंदौर स्थित आईसीएआर-भारतीय सोयाबीन अनुसंधान संस्थान का दौरा किया। इस दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सोयाबीन अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में चल रहे नवीनतम कार्यों का जायजा लिया। भ्रमण के दौरान पत्रकारों को किसानों और उद्यमियों के लिए विकसित की जा रही नई तकनीकों की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही उन्होंने इन तकनीकों का प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन कर अनुसंधान गतिविधियों को करीब से समझा।
संस्थान के भ्रमण के दौरान मीडिया से चर्चा करते हुए आईसीएआर-भारतीय सोयाबीन अनुसंधान संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. कुंवर हरेंद्र सिंह ने कहा, "हमारा संस्थान न केवल उच्च उपज वाली सोयाबीन की किस्में विकसित करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है, बल्कि हम मूल्य संवर्धन के माध्यम से किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने की दिशा में भी सक्रिय हैं। हमने संस्थान में एक अत्याधुनिक इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर विकसित किया है, जहाँ नए उद्यमियों को सोया दूध और अन्य सोया उत्पादों के निर्माण के लिए तकनीकी सहायता और प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। आईसीएआर द्वारा सुलभ कराई जा रही इस 'टेक्नोलॉजी ट्रांसफर' प्रक्रिया का उद्देश्य कृषि-व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देना और ग्रामीण युवाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ना है।"

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में स्पष्ट कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति (SC) का दर्जा केवल हिंदू, सिख या बौद्ध धर्म के लोगों को ही प्राप्त है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति इन तीन धर्मों में से किसी से दूसरे धर्म जैसे ईसाई या इस्लाम में परिवर्तित हो जाता है, तो वह अपना अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा स्वतः खो देता है।

  

आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के आदेश को बरकरार रखा
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश को बरकरार रखा है, जिसमें एक ईसाई पादरी की तरफ से दर्ज एससी/एसटी एक्ट की FIR को रद्द किया गया था। हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा था कि अगर कोई व्यक्ति उदाहरण के लिए ईसाई धर्म अपना लेता है और ईसाई धर्म के अनुसार जीवन जी रहा है तो उसे अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति नहीं माना जा सकता।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने क्या कहा?
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस प्रशांत मिश्रा और जस्टिस एन वी अंजारिया की बेंच ने संविधान के अनुसूचित जाति आदेश, 1950 का हवाला दिया है। बेंच ने कहा है कि इस आदेश के खंड 3 के मुताबिक हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध के अलावा किसी अन्य धर्म में धर्मांतरण करने वाला व्यक्ति जन्म के आधार पर मिलने वाला एससी का दर्जा तुरंत खो देता है। कोई भी संवैधानिक लाभ, आरक्षण या कानूनी सुरक्षा उस व्यक्ति को नहीं दी जा सकती जो अनुसूचित जाति का सदस्य नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिकायतकर्ता की इस दलील को भी खारिज कर दिया कि उसके पास तहसीलदार की तरफ से जारी प्रमाण पत्र है। इसके मुताबिक वह अनुसूचित जाति 'माडिगा' का सदस्य है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि यह जाति प्रमाण पत्र पहले ही रद्द हो जाना चाहिए था। इस सर्टिफिकेट के आधार पर वह SC/ST एक्ट के तहत सुरक्षा नहीं मांग सकता।

क्या है मामला?
आंध्र प्रदेश के पित्तलवानीपालेम के रहने वाले चिंथदा आनंद ने खुद को अनुसूचित जाति वर्ग का बताते हुए एक एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई। उनका आरोप था कि कुछ लोगों ने उनके साथ मारपीट की और जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल कर अपमानित किया। SC/ST एक्ट के तहत दर्ज एफआईआर के खिलाफ आरोपी पक्ष हाई कोर्ट पहुंचा। वहां उसने दलील दी कि शिकायतकर्ता ईसाई धर्म अपना चुका है। 10 साल से ज्यादा समय से वह एक पादरी के तौर पर काम कर रहा है। इसलिए, वह अनुसूचित जाति का हिस्सा नहीं रह गया है। 30 अप्रैल 2025 को हाई कोर्ट ने इस दलील को स्वीकार किया और पादरी की तरफ से दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द कर दिया।

आंध्र प्रदेश के मार्कापुरम के पास गुरुवार तड़के एक दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे में 14 लोगों की जिंदा जलकर मौत हो गई। रायवरम के पास एक निजी ट्रैवल्स बस और एक टिपर लॉरी के बीच हुई टक्कर के बाद बस में आग लग गई। जिसमें 14 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 20 यात्री घायल हो गए।

  

आग लगने के बाद यात्री अंदर ही फंस गए
जानकारी के मुताबिक, एक निजी ट्रेवल्स बस तेलंगाना के जगित्याल से आंध्र प्रदेश के कालिगिरी की ओर जा रही थी। इसी दौरान रायवरम के पास तेज रफ्तार टिपर लॉरी से आमने-सामने की टक्कर हो गई। टक्कर के बाद बस में अचानक आग लग गई, जिससे कई यात्री अंदर ही फंस गए और जलकर उनकी मौत हो गई।

भीषण टक्कर की वजह से बस में लगी आग
टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि बस तुरंत आग की चपेट में आ गई और पूरी तरह जलकर राख हो गई। शुरुआती रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक 14 यात्री बस में फंस गए और जलकर मर गए। डीएसपी राजू के अनुसार, इस घटना में कई यात्री जिंदा जल गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह हादसा गुरुवार की सुबह हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि शुरुआती जांच में सामने आया है कि भीषण टक्कर की वजह से ही बस में आग लग गई थी

2 0 यात्रियों ने बस से निकलकर बचाई जान
हादसे के बाद लगभग 20 यात्रियों ने किसी तरह बाहर निकलकर जान बचाई। सभी घायलों को पास के अस्पतालों में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहां उनका इलाज जारी है। मौके पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस और जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी पहुंच गए हैं और मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।

सीएम चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने शोक व्यक्त किया
आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने इस दुर्घटना पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है। उन्होंने घटना की जानकारी लेते हुए अधिकारियों से बात की और स्थिति की समीक्षा की। सीएम ने घायलों के इलाज के बारे में विस्तार से पूछताछ की और निर्देश दिया कि सभी घायलों को बेहतर से बेहतर मेडिकल सुविधा मुहैया कराई जाए। उन्होंने दुर्घटना के कारणों की गहन जांच कराने और विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस तरह की दुर्घटनाएं बेहद दुखद हैं और सरकार घायलों के परिवारों तथा मृतकों के परिजनों को हर संभव मदद पहुंचाएगी।

जनपद में पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की आपूर्ति को लेकर फैल रही अफवाहों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क एवं सक्रिय है। जिलाधिकारी, गोण्डा  प्रियंका निरंजन के निर्देशानुसार कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता अपर जिलाधिकारी  आलोक कुमार ने की, जिसमें आनंद कुमार राय (पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी सिटी) तथा कुँवर दिनेश प्रताप सिंह (जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी) सहित जनपद के समस्त पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि एवं पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर तथा प्रबंधक उपस्थित रहे।
  

  
बैठक में Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited तथा Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited के सेल्स ऑफिसर्स के साथ विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। साथ ही, पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर एवं प्रबंधकों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए कि वे शासन द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों एवं मानकों के अनुसार ही पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करें।
  

  
अपर जिलाधिकारी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि जनपद में पेट्रोल एवं डीजल की किसी भी प्रकार की कमी नहीं है। सभी तेल कंपनियों के पास पर्याप्त मात्रा में ईंधन उपलब्ध है तथा उसकी आपूर्ति भी नियमित रूप से की जा रही है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा जानबूझकर अफवाहें फैलाकर आमजन में भ्रम की स्थिति उत्पन्न की जा रही है, जिसे किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
  

  
पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी सिटी ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति या समूह ईंधन की कमी को लेकर भ्रामक सूचना फैलाता हुआ पाया गया, तो उसके विरुद्ध कड़ी वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी ने सभी पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर एवं प्रबंधकों को निर्देशित किया कि वे उपभोक्ताओं को सुचारु एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से ईंधन उपलब्ध कराएं तथा किसी भी प्रकार की कालाबाजारी या अनियमितता से बचें।
  

  
जनपद वासियों से अपील की गई है कि वे अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें और केवल आधिकारिक सूचनाओं पर ही विश्वास करें। प्रशासन द्वारा स्थिति पर सतत निगरानी रखी जा रही है और आवश्यकतानुसार त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।
  

  
बैठक के दौरान एआरओ शिव प्रकाश जनपद के समस्त पूर्ति निरीक्षक तथा पेट्रोल व डीजल पम्प प्रोपराइटर एवं प्रबंधकों सहित अन्य सभी संबंधित आधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

दिल्ली पुलिस क्राइम ब्रांच ने राजधानी में सक्रिय एक इंटरनेशनल आर्म्स ट्रैफिकिंग मॉड्यूल का बड़ा खुलासा करते हुए 10 तस्करों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। यह पूरा नेटवर्क पुरानी दिल्ली से ऑपरेट हो रहा था और इसके तार पाकिस्तान, नेपाल और बांग्लादेश तक जुड़े हुए थे।

  

छापेमारी कर गिरोह के 10 गुर्गों को दबोचा
पुलिस ने पुरानी दिल्ली इलाके से संचालित होने वाले इस गिरोह के 10 प्रमुख गुर्गों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि क्राइम ब्रांच की एंटी रॉबरी स्नैचिंग सेल के इंस्पेक्टर मान सिंह के सुपरविजन में इंस्पेक्टर सुंदर गौतम और अन्यों की टीम ने तकनीकी निगरानी से संदिग्धों के कॉल रिकॉर्ड्स खंगाले। मुखबिरों की मदद से उनकी मूवमेंट का महीनों तक विश्लेषण किया गया। इसके बाद 13-14 मार्च को पुख्ता सूचना के आधार पर छापेमारी कर गिरोह के सदस्यों राहिल, हाशिम, सैम, सोनू गुप्ता, घनश्याम, वसीम, निशांत, नवाब, नौमान और नौशाद को दबोच लिया गया।

अलग-अलग देशों से लाए गए ऑटोमैटिक हथियार
पूरे अभियान में कुल 21 हथियार जब्त किए गए हैं। ये सभी अत्याधुनिक ऑटोमैटिक हथियार और पिस्तौलें हैं जो कई अलग-अलग देशों से लाए गए थे। बरामद हथियारों की लिस्ट में शामिल हैं:
1.	चेक गणराज्य की सब-मशीन गन
2.	चेक गणराज्य की शैडो सीजेड पिस्तौल
3.	तुर्की की स्टोएगर पिस्तौल
4.	चीन की पीएक्स-3 पिस्तौल
5.	इटली की बेरेटा पिस्तौल
6.	ब्राजील की टॉरस पिस्तौल
7.	जर्मनी की वाल्थर पिस्तौल
8.	विशेष बलों द्वारा इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली पीएक्स-5.7 पिस्तौल

पाकिस्तान से नेपाल के रास्ते भारत तक पहुंचते थे हथियार
जांच में चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है कि ये हथियार पाकिस्तान से नेपाल बॉर्डर के जरिए भारत में प्रवेश करते थे। इसके बाद इन्हें दिल्ली-एनसीआर तक लाया जाता था, जहां से पूरे देश में इनकी सप्लाई की जाती थी। तस्कर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की नजर से बचने के लिए इस रूट का इस्तेमाल करते थे। दिल्ली को इस नेटवर्क का मुख्य वितरण केंद्र बनाया गया था, जहां से अलग-अलग राज्यों के आपराधिक गिरोहों तक हथियार पहुंचाए जाते थे।

सुल्तानपुर। स्वतंत्र भारत की आठवीं जनगणना के फील्ड ट्रेनर का प्रशिक्षण राजकीय आई टी आई पयागीपुर में प्रातः साढ़े नौ बजे से शाम पांच बजे तक दो प्रशिक्षण कक्षा-कक्षों में 81 शिक्षकों एवं लेखपालों को दिया जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता का निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे सहायक निदेशक जनगणना अयोध्या मण्डल अयोध्या ने प्रतिभागियों को बताया कि प्रथम चरण की जनगणना।
  

  
 मकानसूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना 2026तथा द्वितीय चरण की जनगणना जनसंख्या की गणना 2027 में कराई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जनगणना के आंकड़े कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, संसाधनों के वितरण तथा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के परिसीमन कार्य के लिए आधार बनते हैं, मकान सूची करण, मकानों की स्थिति सुविधाएं परिसंपत्तियों की महत्वपूर्ण सूचना प्रदान करता है और जनसंख्या की गणना के लिए ढांचा भी बनाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में पहली बार डिजीटल जनगणना कराई जा रही है जनगणना 2027में  Census 2027_HLO मोबाइल ऐप (हाउस लिस्टिंग आपरेशन)का उपयोग करते हुए डिजीटल डेटा संग्रह करने की ओर एक बड़ा परिवर्तन किया गया है।
  

  
जनगणना 2027में पहली बार स्व -गणना प्रारंभ की जा रही है प्रगणकों को स्वगणना के माध्यम से भरे गए डाटा को सबमिट करने से पूर्व डाटा की जांच करनी होगी। ट्रेनर रजनी शुक्ला जिला प्रभारी सहायक निदेशक जनगणना,के के मिश्रा दिलीप कुमार एवं विजय चतुर्वेदी ने बताया कि प्रत्येक प्रगणक को चौंतीस विंदुओं की सूचना एच एल ओ ऐप पर फीड करना होगा।
  

  
 प्रगणकों की फीडिंग सुपरवाइजर के एच एल ओ ऐप पर भी देखेंगी सुपरवाइजर डेटा की जांच करते हुए उसे सिंक करेंगे मकानों को नम्बर देना नजरी नक्शा का काम भी प्रगणकों को करना होगा।22 मई से 20जून तक यह कार्य करना है। 6प्रगणकों पर एक सुपरवाइजर की तैनाती की जाएगी,16 भाषाओं में से किसी एक भाषा में यह जनगणना होगी । यह आंकड़े पूरी तरह गोपनीय होंगे किसी भी प्रगणकों एवं सुपरवाइजर द्वारा इसे सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जाएगा। इस मौके पर रणवीर सिंह आशुतोष सिंह सुचित्रानंद चतुर्वेदी अम्बरीष पाण्डेय अनूप सिंह अरविंद यादव रविन्द्र सिंह राजेश कुमार मृत्युंजय सिंह सहित सभी फील्ड ट्रेनर उपस्थित रहे।
  
  
 

युवा संसद 2026 में दिखी लोकतंत्र की गरिमा, शासकीय कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय की छात्रायें संसद की कार्यवाही से हुईं अवगत
लखनपुर शासकीय कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय लखनपुर में 'युवा संसद 2026 का भव्य आयोजन हुआ एवं प्रेरणादायक आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्राचार्य रंजना श्रीवास्तव, युवा गतिविधि प्रभारी अंजना श्रीवास्तव तथा अंकिता राजवाड़े ने माँ सरस्वती के छायाचित्र पर माल्यार्पण एवं दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया।
युवा संसद कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्राओं को भारतीय संसदीय प्रणाली, कार्यवाही, विधेयक (बिल) प्रस्तुत करने, उस पर चर्चा करने एवं पारित करने की प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराया गया। छात्राओं ने लोकतांत्रिक मूल्य, संवाद की कला तथा नेतृत्व क्षमता का परखा और सीखा।
छात्राओं ने सत्ता पक्ष एवं विपक्ष की भूमिका को अत्यंत प्रभावशाली ढंग से निर्वहन किया। स्पीकर की भूमिका में शिक्षिका अंकिता ने सदन की कार्यवाही का संचालन किया। प्रधानमंत्री की भूमिका में आंचल, कैबिनेट में (महिला एवं विकास मंत्री), विद्यावती (कृषि मंत्री), सुधा (वित्त मंत्री), चांदनी (कानून मंत्री) एवं नाजिया (स्वास्थ्य मंत्री) ने अपने-अपने विभागों का प्रतिनिधित्व किया।
सदस्य के रूप में ईशा, सविता, मीरा एवं अन्य छात्राओं ने सक्रिय सहभागिता निभाई। विपक्ष की ओर से चंचल, कविता, प्रीति, प्रीति संजना चांदनी प्रश्न काल की महत्ता से अवगत कराया। प्रश्नकाल के दौरान शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, किसान एवं रोजगार जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर गंभीर एवं सार्थक बहस हुई। सत्ता पक्ष द्वारा सभी प्रश्नों के संतोषजनक जवाब दिये गये।
प्राचार्य रंजना श्रीवास्तव ने सभी प्रतिभागियों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार के आयोजन छात्राओं के सर्वांगीण विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। 'युवा संसद 2026 में छात्राओं में लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता उत्पन्न की तथा उन्हें भविष्य के जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

इंदौर में सोयाबीन रिसर्च का जायजा लेने पहुंचा छत्तीसगढ़ का मीडिया दल, नई तकनीकों से हुए रूबरू
इंदौर- छत्तीसगढ़ के 14 सदस्यीय मीडिया प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने अपने मध्य प्रदेश मीडिया प्रवास के दूसरे दिन इंदौर स्थित आईसीएआर-भारतीय सोयाबीन अनुसंधान संस्थान का दौरा किया। इस दौरान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सोयाबीन अनुसंधान के क्षेत्र में चल रहे नवीनतम कार्यों का जायजा लिया। भ्रमण के दौरान पत्रकारों को किसानों और उद्यमियों के लिए विकसित की जा रही नई तकनीकों की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही उन्होंने इन तकनीकों का प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन कर अनुसंधान गतिविधियों को करीब से समझा।
संस्थान के भ्रमण के दौरान मीडिया से चर्चा करते हुए आईसीएआर-भारतीय सोयाबीन अनुसंधान संस्थान के निदेशक डॉ. कुंवर हरेंद्र सिंह ने कहा, "हमारा संस्थान न केवल उच्च उपज वाली सोयाबीन की किस्में विकसित करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है, बल्कि हम मूल्य संवर्धन के माध्यम से किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने की दिशा में भी सक्रिय हैं। हमने संस्थान में एक अत्याधुनिक इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर विकसित किया है, जहाँ नए उद्यमियों को सोया दूध और अन्य सोया उत्पादों के निर्माण के लिए तकनीकी सहायता और प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। आईसीएआर द्वारा सुलभ कराई जा रही इस 'टेक्नोलॉजी ट्रांसफर' प्रक्रिया का उद्देश्य कृषि-व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देना और ग्रामीण युवाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ना है।"
भ्रमण के दौरान यह जानकारी भी साझा की गई कि संस्थान द्वारा तकनीक हस्तांतरण (Technology Transfer) के माध्यम से नए व्यवसायों को सशक्त बनाया जा रहा है। 1987 में स्थापित यह संस्थान सोयाबीन की उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिए बुनियादी और रणनीतिक अनुसंधान कर रहा है। हाल ही में संस्थान ने एनआरसी 136, एनआरसी 131 और एनआरसी 157 जैसी अधिक उपज देने वाली और सूखा-सहनशील किस्में विकसित की हैं। मीडिया दल ने संस्थान की इन उपलब्धियों और राष्ट्रीय तिलहन उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लक्ष्य में इसके योगदान की सराहना की। इस दल में छत्तीसगढ़ के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया संस्थानों के पत्रकार शामिल हैं जो इस छह दिवसीय यात्रा के माध्यम से केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं और नवाचारों को कवर कर रहे हैं।

धर्म परिवर्तन पर खत्म हो जाएगा अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा, सुप्रीम कोर्ट का अहम फैसला

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में स्पष्ट कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति (SC) का दर्जा केवल हिंदू, सिख या बौद्ध धर्म के लोगों को ही प्राप्त है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति इन तीन धर्मों में से किसी से दूसरे धर्म जैसे ईसाई या इस्लाम में परिवर्तित हो जाता है, तो वह अपना अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा स्वतः खो देता है।

  

आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के आदेश को बरकरार रखा
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश को बरकरार रखा है, जिसमें एक ईसाई पादरी की तरफ से दर्ज एससी/एसटी एक्ट की FIR को रद्द किया गया था। हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा था कि अगर कोई व्यक्ति उदाहरण के लिए ईसाई धर्म अपना लेता है और ईसाई धर्म के अनुसार जीवन जी रहा है तो उसे अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति नहीं माना जा सकता।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने क्या कहा?
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस प्रशांत मिश्रा और जस्टिस एन वी अंजारिया की बेंच ने संविधान के अनुसूचित जाति आदेश, 1950 का हवाला दिया है। बेंच ने कहा है कि इस आदेश के खंड 3 के मुताबिक हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध के अलावा किसी अन्य धर्म में धर्मांतरण करने वाला व्यक्ति जन्म के आधार पर मिलने वाला एससी का दर्जा तुरंत खो देता है। कोई भी संवैधानिक लाभ, आरक्षण या कानूनी सुरक्षा उस व्यक्ति को नहीं दी जा सकती जो अनुसूचित जाति का सदस्य नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिकायतकर्ता की इस दलील को भी खारिज कर दिया कि उसके पास तहसीलदार की तरफ से जारी प्रमाण पत्र है। इसके मुताबिक वह अनुसूचित जाति 'माडिगा' का सदस्य है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि यह जाति प्रमाण पत्र पहले ही रद्द हो जाना चाहिए था। इस सर्टिफिकेट के आधार पर वह SC/ST एक्ट के तहत सुरक्षा नहीं मांग सकता।

क्या है मामला?
आंध्र प्रदेश के पित्तलवानीपालेम के रहने वाले चिंथदा आनंद ने खुद को अनुसूचित जाति वर्ग का बताते हुए एक एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई। उनका आरोप था कि कुछ लोगों ने उनके साथ मारपीट की और जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल कर अपमानित किया। SC/ST एक्ट के तहत दर्ज एफआईआर के खिलाफ आरोपी पक्ष हाई कोर्ट पहुंचा। वहां उसने दलील दी कि शिकायतकर्ता ईसाई धर्म अपना चुका है। 10 साल से ज्यादा समय से वह एक पादरी के तौर पर काम कर रहा है। इसलिए, वह अनुसूचित जाति का हिस्सा नहीं रह गया है। 30 अप्रैल 2025 को हाई कोर्ट ने इस दलील को स्वीकार किया और पादरी की तरफ से दर्ज एफआईआर को रद्द कर दिया।
