रायपुर- कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे पत्रकारिता एवं जनसंचार विश्वविद्यालय में बुधवार को संविधान दिवस उत्साहपूर्वक मनाया गया। यह कार्यक्रम जनसंचार विभाग एवं विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासनिक भवन दोनों स्थानों पर आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत संविधान की उद्देशिका के सामूहिक वाचन से हुई। सभी उपस्थित लोगों ने संविधान के प्रति निष्ठा, राष्ट्र की एकता और अखंडता बनाए रखने की प्रतिज्ञा ली।
प्रशासनिक भवन में आयोजित मुख्य कार्यक्रम में संबोधित करते हुए कुलपति महादेव कावरे ने कहा कि 26 नवंबर 1949 को संविधान सभा ने गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद देश के महान संविधान को अंगीकृत किया, जो भारतीय लोकतंत्र का मूल आधार है। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान दिवस का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को उनके अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक करना है। कुलपति ने डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर सहित संविधान सभा के सभी सदस्यों के योगदान को स्मरण करते हुए कहा कि उनके प्रयासों ने प्रत्येक भारतीय को गरिमा और सम्मान के साथ जीवन जीने का मार्ग प्रदान किया।
जनसंचार विभाग में हुआ विचार-विमर्श

जनसंचार विभाग में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेंद्र मोहंती ने कहा कि संविधान हमें अधिकारों के साथ-साथ राष्ट्र के प्रति हमारे कर्तव्यों का बोध भी कराता है, जो समाज और राष्ट्र के विकास के लिए अनिवार्य है।
विद्यार्थियों ने भी संविधान पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए ख्याति मिश्रा (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान सभी भारतीयों को समान अवसर प्रदान करता है, जो विविधताओं को एक सूत्र में पिरोता है। उन्होंने युवाओं से अपने अधिकारों के साथ-साथ कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक रहने की अपील की। प्रतिष्ठा मिश्रा (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान केवल एक दस्तावेज नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्रनिर्माण का मार्गदर्शक है। उन्होंने कहा कि मीडिया के विद्यार्थियों पर यह विशेष जिम्मेदारी है कि वे संवैधानिक मूल्यों को समाज तक सही रूप में पहुँचाएँ। सुयश साहू (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान भारतीय लोकतंत्र की आत्मा है और युवा पीढ़ी को इसके मूल्यों को जीवन में अपनाना चाहिए। गौरव शंकर (एमएएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान नागरिकों के अधिकारों का संरक्षक है और इसके अनुरूप आचरण करना प्रत्येक नागरिक का नैतिक कर्तव्य है।
जनसंचार विभाग द्वारा आयोजित यह कार्यक्रम संविधान की भावना, नागरिक कर्तव्यों और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास रहा।

संसद भवन के सेंट्रल हॉल से बोलते हुए राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि आज के दिन 26 नवंबर 1949 में संविधान सभा के सदस्यों ने भारत संविधान के निर्माण का कार्य संपन्न किया था। आज के दिन उस पर हम भारत के लोगों ने अपने संविधान को अपनाया था। स्वाधीनता के बाद संविधान सभा ने भारत की अंतरिम संसद के रूप में भी कर्तव्य का निर्वाहन किया।

25 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी से बाहर निकालना बड़ी उपलब्धि
अपने संबोधन के दौरान राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि संविधान औपनिवेशिक मानसिकता छोड़कर राष्ट्रवादी सोच अपनाने का मार्गदर्शक दस्तावेज है। 25 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी से बाहर निकालना देश की सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धियों में से एक है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि हमारे संविधान-निर्माता चाहते थे कि हमारे व्यक्तिगत और लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार हमेशा सुरक्षित रहें।																
तीन तलाक से लेकर आर्टिकल-370 तक का जिक्र
संविधान दिवस के मौके पर संसद में आयोजित विशेष कार्यक्रम में देश को संबोध‍ित करते हुए राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने तीन तलाक को खत्‍म करना और जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर से आर्टिकल-370 को हटाने का जिक्र किया। तीन तलाक को खत्‍म करने के कदम को राष्‍ट्रपति मुर्मू ने महिलाओं के सशक्‍तीकरण से जोड़ा। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा, तीन तलाक से जुड़ी सामाजिक बुराई पर अंकुश लगाकर संसद ने हमारी बहनों और बेटियों के सशक्तिकरण और सामाजिक न्याय की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाए। देश के आर्थिक एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्वतंत्रता के बाद का सबसे बड़ा कर सुधार, वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी), लागू किया गया। अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाए जाने से एक ऐसी बाधा दूर हुई जो देश के समग्र राजनीतिक एकीकरण में रुकावट डाल रही थी। नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम महिला नेतृत्व वाले विकास के एक नए युग की शुरुआत करेगा। इस वर्ष 7 नवंबर से शुरू होकर, हमारे राष्ट्रगान वंदे मातरम की रचना के 150 वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य में एक राष्ट्रव्यापी स्मरणोत्सव आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

रायपुर- कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे पत्रकारिता एवं जनसंचार विश्वविद्यालय में बुधवार को संविधान दिवस उत्साहपूर्वक मनाया गया। यह कार्यक्रम जनसंचार विभाग एवं विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासनिक भवन दोनों स्थानों पर आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत संविधान की उद्देशिका के सामूहिक वाचन से हुई। सभी उपस्थित लोगों ने संविधान के प्रति निष्ठा, राष्ट्र की एकता और अखंडता बनाए रखने की प्रतिज्ञा ली।
प्रशासनिक भवन में आयोजित मुख्य कार्यक्रम में संबोधित करते हुए कुलपति महादेव कावरे ने कहा कि 26 नवंबर 1949 को संविधान सभा ने गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद देश के महान संविधान को अंगीकृत किया, जो भारतीय लोकतंत्र का मूल आधार है। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान दिवस का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को उनके अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक करना है। कुलपति ने डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर सहित संविधान सभा के सभी सदस्यों के योगदान को स्मरण करते हुए कहा कि उनके प्रयासों ने प्रत्येक भारतीय को गरिमा और सम्मान के साथ जीवन जीने का मार्ग प्रदान किया।

जनसंचार विभाग में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेंद्र मोहंती ने कहा कि संविधान हमें अधिकारों के साथ-साथ राष्ट्र के प्रति हमारे कर्तव्यों का बोध भी कराता है, जो समाज और राष्ट्र के विकास के लिए अनिवार्य है।
विद्यार्थियों ने भी संविधान पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए ख्याति मिश्रा (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान सभी भारतीयों को समान अवसर प्रदान करता है, जो विविधताओं को एक सूत्र में पिरोता है। उन्होंने युवाओं से अपने अधिकारों के साथ-साथ कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक रहने की अपील की। प्रतिष्ठा मिश्रा (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान केवल एक दस्तावेज नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्रनिर्माण का मार्गदर्शक है। उन्होंने कहा कि मीडिया के विद्यार्थियों पर यह विशेष जिम्मेदारी है कि वे संवैधानिक मूल्यों को समाज तक सही रूप में पहुँचाएँ। सुयश साहू (बीएजेएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान भारतीय लोकतंत्र की आत्मा है और युवा पीढ़ी को इसके मूल्यों को जीवन में अपनाना चाहिए। गौरव शंकर (एमएएमसी) ने कहा कि संविधान नागरिकों के अधिकारों का संरक्षक है और इसके अनुरूप आचरण करना प्रत्येक नागरिक का नैतिक कर्तव्य है।

संसद भवन के सेंट्रल हॉल से बोलते हुए राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि आज के दिन 26 नवंबर 1949 में संविधान सभा के सदस्यों ने भारत संविधान के निर्माण का कार्य संपन्न किया था। आज के दिन उस पर हम भारत के लोगों ने अपने संविधान को अपनाया था। स्वाधीनता के बाद संविधान सभा ने भारत की अंतरिम संसद के रूप में भी कर्तव्य का निर्वाहन किया।

अपने संबोधन के दौरान राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने कहा कि संविधान औपनिवेशिक मानसिकता छोड़कर राष्ट्रवादी सोच अपनाने का मार्गदर्शक दस्तावेज है। 25 करोड़ लोगों को गरीबी से बाहर निकालना देश की सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धियों में से एक है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि हमारे संविधान-निर्माता चाहते थे कि हमारे व्यक्तिगत और लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार हमेशा सुरक्षित रहें।																
तीन तलाक से लेकर आर्टिकल-370 तक का जिक्र
संविधान दिवस के मौके पर संसद में आयोजित विशेष कार्यक्रम में देश को संबोध‍ित करते हुए राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने तीन तलाक को खत्‍म करना और जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर से आर्टिकल-370 को हटाने का जिक्र किया। तीन तलाक को खत्‍म करने के कदम को राष्‍ट्रपति मुर्मू ने महिलाओं के सशक्‍तीकरण से जोड़ा। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा, तीन तलाक से जुड़ी सामाजिक बुराई पर अंकुश लगाकर संसद ने हमारी बहनों और बेटियों के सशक्तिकरण और सामाजिक न्याय की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाए। देश के आर्थिक एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्वतंत्रता के बाद का सबसे बड़ा कर सुधार, वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी), लागू किया गया। अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाए जाने से एक ऐसी बाधा दूर हुई जो देश के समग्र राजनीतिक एकीकरण में रुकावट डाल रही थी। नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम महिला नेतृत्व वाले विकास के एक नए युग की शुरुआत करेगा। इस वर्ष 7 नवंबर से शुरू होकर, हमारे राष्ट्रगान वंदे मातरम की रचना के 150 वर्ष पूरे होने के उपलक्ष्य में एक राष्ट्रव्यापी स्मरणोत्सव आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

Today we are talking about a determined entrepreneur who once absented himself from a stable Indian Air Force job to chase his startup dream. After facing a tough failure in his first venture, his new tech startup has now earned a place in the prestigious Y Combinator Accelerator Program — one of the world’s top startup programs.
A Dream Beyond Uniforms: The Beginning Sunil Saharan, a young man from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, began his professional life serving in the Indian Air Force in 2019. To many, a government service job like this is a dream of stability and pride. But Sunil Saharan carried a different kind of dream — a dream to create something meaningful for India’s tech future.
In 2022, driven by passion and urgency, Sunil took one of the boldest decisions of his life. He absented himself from his secure Air Force service to start his entrepreneurial journey. With little knowledge of what lay ahead, he founded his first Ed-Tech startup UPTOP, only to witness a harsh failure.
Crushed but Unshaken: The Struggle Phase Sunil Saharan was doing well in his career, but his desire to build something of value was stronger than a safe life. The journey he chose, however, was not easy. He worked tirelessly — 16 to 18 hours a day, seven days a week, yet nothing seemed to move in his favor.
Investors showed no interest in his Ed-Tech model, revenues dried up, and eventually he had to shut down all operations. It was a mentally, financially, and emotionally draining phase — a moment where most would quit.
But Sunil didn’t.
The Soldier Attitude: Rising Again With the spirit of a soldier who refuses to leave the battlefield, Sunil returned with a fresh mindset. He started building a new tech startup, again pouring in 16 to 18 hours every single day for an entire year without worrying about setbacks or opinions.
Slowly, results started to show. The company began securing strong corporate clients and generating traction. After three long years of struggle, sacrifice, and persistence, the breakthrough finally arrived — the startup was selected for the Y Combinator Accelerator Program, one of the most competitive and globally respected platforms for startups.
