झारखंड का रजत पर्व: मोरहाबादी में भव्य समारोह, ₹8,799 करोड़ की 1087 योजनाओं की सौगात
रांची: देश के मानचित्र पर 15 नवंबर 2000 को अस्तित्व में आया झारखंड राज्य आज अपने स्थापना के रजत जयंती वर्ष (25वीं वर्षगांठ) का भव्य समारोह मना रहा है। धरती आबा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की 150वीं जयंती के अवसर पर राजधानी रांची के ऐतिहासिक मोरहाबादी मैदान में दो दिवसीय राज्यस्तरीय महोत्सव का पहला दिन उत्साह और भव्यता के साथ आयोजित किया गया।
₹8,799 करोड़ की योजनाओं का उद्घाटन-शिलान्यास
समारोह के मुख्य आकर्षण में राज्यपाल श्री संतोष कुमार गंगवार और मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन की उपस्थिति में राज्य की जनता को ₹8,799 करोड़ की कुल 1087 योजनाओं की सौगात दी गई।


					

						

						

					

					

शिलान्यास: ₹4,475 करोड़ की 209 नई योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया।

उद्घाटन: ₹4,324 करोड़ की 878 योजनाओं का उद्घाटन किया गया।

उद्घाटित प्रमुख योजनाओं में विधानसभा सदस्यों के लिए कोर कैपिटल एरिया में आवासीय परिसर, देवघर और लोहरदगा में नए समाहरणालय भवन, गिरिडीह नगर पालिका भवन और सिमडेगा में नए अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्ट्रैटर्फ हॉकी स्टेडियम शामिल हैं।

झारखंड मंत्रिपरिषद के 17 बड़े फैसले: देशी माँगुर 'राजकीय मछली' घोषित; नेतरहाट के कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन; देवघर में ₹113 करोड़ से 4-सितारा ह




					

						

						

					

					

रांची: मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज, 12 नवंबर 2025 को झारखंड मंत्रालय में आयोजित मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में कुल 17 महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी। इन फैसलों में आधारभूत संरचना, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सरकारी कर्मचारियों के हित और राज्य प्रतीक से संबंधित कई बड़े निर्णय शामिल हैं।

 राजकीय मछली की घोषणा और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा
राजकीय मछली: भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद् के अनुरोध पर देशी माँगुर (Clarias magur) को झारखंड राज्य की "राजकीय मछली (State Fish)" घोषित करने के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी गई।

देवघर में होटल: ₹113.97 करोड़ की अनुमानित लागत से होटल वैद्यनाथ विहार, देवघर का निर्माण, संचालन, रख-रखाव और प्रबंधन पी.पी.पी. (PPP) मोड पर 4 सितारा श्रेणी के होटल के रूप में करने के लिए स्वीकृति दी गई।

वित्तीय और विधायी मामले
शीतकालीन सत्र: षष्ठम झारखण्ड विधानसभा का चतुर्थ (शीतकालीन) सत्र 05.12.2025 से 11.12.2025 तक आहूत किए जाने संबंधी औपबंधिक कार्यक्रम को स्वीकृति दी गई।

गारंटी मोचन निधि: गारंटी मोचन निधि (Guarantee Redemption Fund) के संचालन हेतु भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) से प्राप्त अधिसूचना के प्रारूप पर सहमति दी गई।

सड़क निर्माण: गिरिडीह-जमुआ रोड (SH-13) के चौड़ीकरण और मजबूतीकरण (कुल लम्बाई-28.44 कि.मी.) हेतु ₹133.01 करोड़ और सिमडेगा-रेंगारी-केरसई-बोलवा रोड (कुल लम्बाई 48.21 कि.मी.) के गुणवत्ता सुधार कार्य हेतु ₹29.76 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

लातेहार में लीज: चकला कोल परियोजना के लिए मे. हिण्डाल्को इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के साथ 147.05 एकड़ गैरमजरूआ आम/खास भूमि की 30 वर्षों के लिए सशुल्क लीज बंदोबस्ती को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 शिक्षा और कार्मिक विभाग
पुरानी पेंशन: नेतरहाट आवासीय विद्यालय, नेतरहाट के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन योजना से आच्छादित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

STEM लैब: राज्य के सभी 24 जिलों के एक-एक मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ठ विद्यालयों (CM SoE) में STEM Lab (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग और गणित प्रयोगशाला) के अधिष्ठापन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

पोलिटेकनिक कर्मी: विश्व बैंक सम्पोषित पोलिटेकनिक शिक्षा सुदृढ़ीकरण परियोजना के अंतर्गत संविदा के आधार पर नियुक्त शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की सेवा नियमितीकरण को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 कानून और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय
वनरक्षी संवर्ग: वनरक्षी संवर्ग के 1315 पदों का प्रत्यर्पण कर प्रधान वनरक्षी के 1315 पदों के सृजन की स्वीकृति हेतु निर्गत अधिसूचना में संशोधन किया गया।

कानून कार्यान्वयन: तीन नए आपराधिक कानून के कार्यान्वयन हेतु Model Rules- e-Sakshya एवं e-Summons अधिसूचित किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

पुलिस नियमावली: झारखंड राज्य पुलिस रेडियो में अवर निरीक्षक, वितंतु संवर्ग और इंडिया रिजर्व बटालियन में आरक्षी के पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अधिसूचित नियम में संशोधन को स्वीकृति दी गई।

अंत में, मंत्रिपरिषद ने झारखंड स्थापना दिवस, 2025 के राजकीय सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के लिए अल्प अवधि शेष रहने के कारण, सीमित निविदा प्रक्रिया द्वारा चयनित ऐजेंसी को उद्धरित न्यूनतम दर के सामान्य अनुमानित दर से लगभग पचास प्रतिशत अधिक पर कार्यादेश निर्गत करने की स्वीकृति भी दी।

बिहार: जब वो हारेंगे तो वोट चोरी का बहाना बनाएंगे… राहुल गांधी के आरोपों पर चिराग पासवान का पलटवार
बिहार में आज दूसरे चरण के मतदान के लिए चुनाव प्रचार का आखिरी दिन था. ऐसे में तमाम दलों के नेताओं ने सूबे में जमकर रैलियां की और राज्य में सरकार बनाने का दावा किया. इस बीच केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान का बयान सामने आया है. उनका कहना है कि बिहार में एनडीए की बड़ी जीत होगी और हम सरकार बनाएंगे. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के वोट चोरी के मुद्दे पर भी पलटवार किया.

  


राजधानी पटना में मीडिया से बात करते हुए लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) के प्रमुख चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि हम बड़ी जीत के साथ सरकार बनाने जा रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा ‘चुनाव प्रचार काफी अच्छे से खत्म हुआ. एनडीए में काफी उत्साह है. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस एकजुटता के साथ हम सभी ने एक दूसरे का सहयोग करते हुए कैंपेन को निभाने का काम किया, 14 तारीख को हम लोग बड़ी जीत के साथ सरकार बनाने जा रहे हैं.

राहुल गांधी को खुद अपने आरोपों पर यकीन नहीं’
कांग्रेस सांसद और लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी के वोट चोरी के आरोपों पर उन्होंने कहा कि जनता ने राहुल का साथ नहीं दिया, यहां तक कि उनके घटक दलों ने इस मुद्दे पर उनका साथ नहीं दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी को खुद अपने आरोपों पर यकीन नहीं है, अगर उन्हें होता, तो वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाते.

जब वो हारेंगे तो वोट चोरी का बहाना बनाएंगे’
चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि ये सब हार के बहाने हैं. 14 तारीख को, जब वो (महागठबंधन) हारेंगे, तो कम से कम प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इस मुद्दे को उठा पाएंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि इसलिए वे ये आरोप लगा रहे हैं. ये वोट चोरी का बहाना अभी से बना रहे हैं ताकि हारने के बाद बोल सकें कि वोट चोरी हुई.

‘एनडीए की सरकार बनना तय’
इससे पहले केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान ने रविवार को भागलपुर में जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि बिहार में एनडीए की सरकार बनना तय है और इसमें किसी को शंका नहीं होनी चाहिए. इस दौरान उन्होंने जनता को आगाह करते हुए कहा कि महागठबंधन के नेता SIR और दूसरे झूठे मुद्दों को उठाकर भ्रम में डाल सकते हैं. आप गलती से गलती न करें, और वोट एनडीए के उम्मीदवार को ही दें, क्योंकि, अगर आपने गलती की तो पांच साल सिर्फ पछतावे के कुछ नहीं मिलेगा.

‘कांग्रेस लोगों के बीच जाकर भ्रम फैला रही’
चुनावी सभा में केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कांग्रेस की ओर से लगाए जा रहे ‘वोट चोरी’ के आरोपों पर कहा कि अगर आपको चुनाव आयोग पर भरोसा नहीं है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएं. उन्होंने कहा कि SIR न तो सरकार ने शुरू की और न ही इसे सरकार इंप्लीमेंट कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि ये चुनाव आयोग का काम है और आयोग अपना काम कर रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस लोगों के बीच जाकर भ्रम फैला रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि 14 नवंबर को ये लोग हारने वाले हैं और हारने से पहले कांग्रेस भूमिका बना रही है.

‘CM नीतीश के नेतृत्व में बिहार में विकास हुआ’
चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि 11 साल से एनडीए की सरकार देश में अमीरी-गरीबी के बीच की खाई को दूर करने का काम लगातार कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में बिहार में विकास हुआ है. यहां सड़कें, बिजली, पानी, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में काम हुआ है. उन्होंने कहा कि एक बिहार जंगलराज में था, जहां सुविधाएं सिर्फ कागजों तक सीमित थी, 20 साल की एनडीए सरकार में विकास जमीन पर उतर कर आया है.

बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री और जनता दल यूनाइटेड के नेता नीतीश कुमार ने शनिवार को राज्य के लोगों से एक बार फिर एनडीए को वोट देने की अपील की। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने राज्य के लोगों के लिए शनिवार को एक वीडियो संदेश जारी किया। उन्होंने जनता से सीधे संवाद करते हुए बिहार की जनता से एक बार फिर एनडीए की सरकार बनाने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर इस बार राज्य में एनडीए की सरकार बनती है तो बिहार आने वाले समय में देश के प्रमुख विकसित राज्यों में शुमार हो जाएगा।

2005 से पहले बिहार की स्थिति का किया जिक्र
बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले एक वीडियो संदेश जारी कर राज्यवासियों से कहा कि वर्ष 2005 से लगातार बिहार की सेवा करने का अवसर जनता ने दिया है। लोग जानते हैं कि 2005 से पहले बिहार की स्थिति क्या थी। हमने सत्ता में आने के बाद सबसे पहले कानून-व्यवस्था की बहाली पर ध्यान दिया और राज्य में कानून का राज स्थापित किया। 

हमने पूरी ईमानदारी और मेहनत से आपकी सेवा की- नीतीश कुमार
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने कहा हमें जो बिहार मिला था, वहां बिहारी कहलाना एक शर्म की बात थी। आज बिहारी होना लोगों के लिए गर्व की बात है। बिहारी अस्मिता को बचाए रखना और बिहारियत की नई पहचान बनाना एक बड़ी चुनौती थी। नीतीश ने कहा, तब से लेकर अब तक हमने पूरी ईमानदारी और मेहनत से आपकी सेवा की है। ईमानदारी और मेहनत से दिन-रात काम करके स्थिति को हमने बदला। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने अपने परिवार के लिए कुछ भी नहीं किया

हमने समाज के सभी तबकों का विकास किया-नीतीश कुमार
नीतीश कुमार ने महिला वोटर्स पर फोकस करते हुए महिला सुरक्षा और वित्तीय सहायता का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं के लिए पहले की सरकार ने कोई काम नहीं किया। हमारी सरकार ने राज्य की महिलाओं को इतना सशक्त बना दिया है कि वो अब किसी पर निर्भर नहीं हैं। वे अपने परिवार का ख्याल रख सकती हैं। हम आपको बताना चाहते हैं कि हमने समाज के सभी तबकों का विकास किया है। हमने मुस्लिम समाज, पिछड़ा, अति पिछड़ा, दलितों सभी के विकास के लिए काम किया। मैंने अपने लिए कुछ नहीं किया।

एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को जीत दिलाने का आग्रह
नीतीश कुमार ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को विजयी बनाएं। उन्होंने कहा, मैं आप सबसे आग्रह करता हूं कि इस बार भी एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को जीत दिलाएं। हमें, यानी एनडीए को, एक और मौका दीजिए। इसके बाद और भी काम होंगे, जिससे बिहार देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल हो जाएगा।

असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने एक बार फिर कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। सरमा ने शनिवार को कहा कि 'गौरव गोगोई सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तान का एजेंट है। उसे बाहरी शक्तियों द्वारा देश में प्लांट किया गया है। सरमा ने कहा, जिस दिन मैं सबूत दिखाऊंगा, हर कोई मान जाएगा कि वह सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। बता दें कि सरमा गोगोई के उनकी ब्रिटिश पत्नी के माध्यम से पाकिस्तानी संबंधों का आरोप लगाते रहे हैं।


					

						

						

					

					

सरमा ने गोगोई को चुनौती दी
मीडिया से बातचीत में सरमा ने कहा, गौरव गोगोई पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। वह पूरी तरह से पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। अगर उनमें हिम्मत है, तो मेरे खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर करें। मेरे पास सबूत हैं — वह 100 प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। उन्हें हमारे देश में किसी विदेशी शक्ति द्वारा भेजा गया है। वह एक ‘प्लांटेड’ व्यक्ति हैं। मैं यह तथ्य के साथ कह रहा हूं। एक मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में मैं कह रहा हूं कि वह पूरी तरह पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। 

गोगोई की पत्नी पर भी लगा चुके हैं आरोप
असम सीएम ने इससे पहले आरोप लगाया था कि कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी भारत में रहते हुए पाकिस्तान स्थित एक एनजीओ से वेतन लेती हैं। उनकी पत्नी और बच्चे भारतीय नागरिक नहीं हैं। साथ ही गोगोई से सवाल किया था कि क्या आप 15 दिनों के लिए पाकिस्तान गए थे।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न।


संजय द्विवेदी प्रयागराज।जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति शासी निकाय की बैठक में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के अन्तर्गत जनपद में संचालित कार्यक्रमों की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी हर्षिका सिंह ने बहादुरपुर ब्लॉक में मात्र 34% एवं जसरा ब्लॉक में 45% ही आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर शिविर आयोजित किए जाने को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए दोनों ब्लॉको के ब्लॉक कम्युनिटी प्रोसेस मैनेजर की सैलरी शत प्रतिशत शिविर आयोजित होने तक रोकने का निर्देश दिया।सीडीओ ने टेलीकंसल्टेशन में रुचि नहीं लेने वाले 41 कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर्स को भी नोटिस जारी करने का निर्देश मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को दिया।

 मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने HBNC कार्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षित आशाओं द्वारा नवजात शिशुओ का होम विजिट के कार्य की मॉनिटरिंग में लापरवाही करने पर BCPM बहरिया BPM Koraon,BCPM कौधियारा एवं बीपीएम रामनगर की सैलरी भी अग्रिम आदेशो तक रोकने का निर्देश दिया।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने समस्त कुपोषित बच्चों को पोषण पुनर्वास केन्द्र में भर्ती करने करा कर उनका समुचित इलाज कराए जाने का निर्देश दिया। समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे VHSND सत्रों में  गर्भवती महिलाओं की जांच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए चिकित्सा अधीक्षकों से समन्वय करते हुए ANC टेबल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कराएं। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने समस्त गर्भवती महिलाओं का संस्थागत प्रसव  कराने का निर्देश दिया। FRU की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने CHC कौड़ीहार में माह सितंबर में मात्र 5 सिजेरियन डिलीवरी होने पर नाराजगी जताई तथा चिकित्सा अधीक्षक को HRP महिलाओं की लाइन लिस्टिंग करते हुए जरूरतमंद महिलाओ का सिजेरियन डिलीवरी कराने का निर्देश दिया।मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने 30 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लक्षित आबादी की शत प्रतिशत NCD स्क्रीनिंग किए जाने का भी निर्देश दिया। NCD स्क्रीनिंग में अर्बन एरिया रामनगर धनुपुर कौंधियारा भगवतपुर ब्लॉक की कम उपलब्धि को दृष्टिगत संबंधित चिकित्सा अधीक्षकों को अपने कार्यों में सुधार लाने का निर्देश दिया। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी में अच्छा कार्य करने को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए प्रमुख चिकित्सा अधीक्षिका जिला महिला चिकित्सालय डॉ सुनीता सागर चिकित्सा अधीक्षक हंडिया डॉ आनंद सिंह चिकित्सा अधीक्षक बहरिया डॉ अभिमन्यु चिकित्सा अधीक्षक होलागढ़ डॉ जितेन्द सिंह चिकित्सा अधीक्षक फुलपुर डॉ नीरज पटेल एवं चिकित्सा अधीक्षक शंकरगढ़ डॉ.अभिषेक सिंह को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया।बैठक में सीएमओ डॉ एके तिवारी डीपीएम वीके सिंह समस्त CMS चिकित्सा अधीक्षक एसीएमओ डिप्टी सीएमओ आदि ने प्रतिभाग किया।

झारखंड का रजत पर्व: मोरहाबादी में भव्य समारोह, ₹8,799 करोड़ की 1087 योजनाओं की सौगात

झारखंड मंत्रिपरिषद के 17 बड़े फैसले: देशी माँगुर 'राजकीय मछली' घोषित; नेतरहाट के कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन; देवघर में ₹113 करोड़ से 4-सितारा ह




					

						

						

					

					

रांची: मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज, 12 नवंबर 2025 को झारखंड मंत्रालय में आयोजित मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में कुल 17 महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी। इन फैसलों में आधारभूत संरचना, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सरकारी कर्मचारियों के हित और राज्य प्रतीक से संबंधित कई बड़े निर्णय शामिल हैं।

 राजकीय मछली की घोषणा और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा
राजकीय मछली: भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद् के अनुरोध पर देशी माँगुर (Clarias magur) को झारखंड राज्य की "राजकीय मछली (State Fish)" घोषित करने के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी गई।

देवघर में होटल: ₹113.97 करोड़ की अनुमानित लागत से होटल वैद्यनाथ विहार, देवघर का निर्माण, संचालन, रख-रखाव और प्रबंधन पी.पी.पी. (PPP) मोड पर 4 सितारा श्रेणी के होटल के रूप में करने के लिए स्वीकृति दी गई।

वित्तीय और विधायी मामले
शीतकालीन सत्र: षष्ठम झारखण्ड विधानसभा का चतुर्थ (शीतकालीन) सत्र 05.12.2025 से 11.12.2025 तक आहूत किए जाने संबंधी औपबंधिक कार्यक्रम को स्वीकृति दी गई।

गारंटी मोचन निधि: गारंटी मोचन निधि (Guarantee Redemption Fund) के संचालन हेतु भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) से प्राप्त अधिसूचना के प्रारूप पर सहमति दी गई।

सड़क निर्माण: गिरिडीह-जमुआ रोड (SH-13) के चौड़ीकरण और मजबूतीकरण (कुल लम्बाई-28.44 कि.मी.) हेतु ₹133.01 करोड़ और सिमडेगा-रेंगारी-केरसई-बोलवा रोड (कुल लम्बाई 48.21 कि.मी.) के गुणवत्ता सुधार कार्य हेतु ₹29.76 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

लातेहार में लीज: चकला कोल परियोजना के लिए मे. हिण्डाल्को इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के साथ 147.05 एकड़ गैरमजरूआ आम/खास भूमि की 30 वर्षों के लिए सशुल्क लीज बंदोबस्ती को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 शिक्षा और कार्मिक विभाग
पुरानी पेंशन: नेतरहाट आवासीय विद्यालय, नेतरहाट के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन योजना से आच्छादित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

STEM लैब: राज्य के सभी 24 जिलों के एक-एक मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ठ विद्यालयों (CM SoE) में STEM Lab (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग और गणित प्रयोगशाला) के अधिष्ठापन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

पोलिटेकनिक कर्मी: विश्व बैंक सम्पोषित पोलिटेकनिक शिक्षा सुदृढ़ीकरण परियोजना के अंतर्गत संविदा के आधार पर नियुक्त शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की सेवा नियमितीकरण को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 कानून और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय
वनरक्षी संवर्ग: वनरक्षी संवर्ग के 1315 पदों का प्रत्यर्पण कर प्रधान वनरक्षी के 1315 पदों के सृजन की स्वीकृति हेतु निर्गत अधिसूचना में संशोधन किया गया।

कानून कार्यान्वयन: तीन नए आपराधिक कानून के कार्यान्वयन हेतु Model Rules- e-Sakshya एवं e-Summons अधिसूचित किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

पुलिस नियमावली: झारखंड राज्य पुलिस रेडियो में अवर निरीक्षक, वितंतु संवर्ग और इंडिया रिजर्व बटालियन में आरक्षी के पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अधिसूचित नियम में संशोधन को स्वीकृति दी गई।

अंत में, मंत्रिपरिषद ने झारखंड स्थापना दिवस, 2025 के राजकीय सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के लिए अल्प अवधि शेष रहने के कारण, सीमित निविदा प्रक्रिया द्वारा चयनित ऐजेंसी को उद्धरित न्यूनतम दर के सामान्य अनुमानित दर से लगभग पचास प्रतिशत अधिक पर कार्यादेश निर्गत करने की स्वीकृति भी दी।

बिहार: जब वो हारेंगे तो वोट चोरी का बहाना बनाएंगे… राहुल गांधी के आरोपों पर चिराग पासवान का पलटवार
बिहार में आज दूसरे चरण के मतदान के लिए चुनाव प्रचार का आखिरी दिन था. ऐसे में तमाम दलों के नेताओं ने सूबे में जमकर रैलियां की और राज्य में सरकार बनाने का दावा किया. इस बीच केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान का बयान सामने आया है. उनका कहना है कि बिहार में एनडीए की बड़ी जीत होगी और हम सरकार बनाएंगे. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी के वोट चोरी के मुद्दे पर भी पलटवार किया.

  


राजधानी पटना में मीडिया से बात करते हुए लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) के प्रमुख चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि हम बड़ी जीत के साथ सरकार बनाने जा रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा ‘चुनाव प्रचार काफी अच्छे से खत्म हुआ. एनडीए में काफी उत्साह है. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस एकजुटता के साथ हम सभी ने एक दूसरे का सहयोग करते हुए कैंपेन को निभाने का काम किया, 14 तारीख को हम लोग बड़ी जीत के साथ सरकार बनाने जा रहे हैं.

राहुल गांधी को खुद अपने आरोपों पर यकीन नहीं’
कांग्रेस सांसद और लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी के वोट चोरी के आरोपों पर उन्होंने कहा कि जनता ने राहुल का साथ नहीं दिया, यहां तक कि उनके घटक दलों ने इस मुद्दे पर उनका साथ नहीं दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी को खुद अपने आरोपों पर यकीन नहीं है, अगर उन्हें होता, तो वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाते.

जब वो हारेंगे तो वोट चोरी का बहाना बनाएंगे’
चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि ये सब हार के बहाने हैं. 14 तारीख को, जब वो (महागठबंधन) हारेंगे, तो कम से कम प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इस मुद्दे को उठा पाएंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि इसलिए वे ये आरोप लगा रहे हैं. ये वोट चोरी का बहाना अभी से बना रहे हैं ताकि हारने के बाद बोल सकें कि वोट चोरी हुई.

‘एनडीए की सरकार बनना तय’
इससे पहले केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान ने रविवार को भागलपुर में जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि बिहार में एनडीए की सरकार बनना तय है और इसमें किसी को शंका नहीं होनी चाहिए. इस दौरान उन्होंने जनता को आगाह करते हुए कहा कि महागठबंधन के नेता SIR और दूसरे झूठे मुद्दों को उठाकर भ्रम में डाल सकते हैं. आप गलती से गलती न करें, और वोट एनडीए के उम्मीदवार को ही दें, क्योंकि, अगर आपने गलती की तो पांच साल सिर्फ पछतावे के कुछ नहीं मिलेगा.

‘कांग्रेस लोगों के बीच जाकर भ्रम फैला रही’
चुनावी सभा में केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कांग्रेस की ओर से लगाए जा रहे ‘वोट चोरी’ के आरोपों पर कहा कि अगर आपको चुनाव आयोग पर भरोसा नहीं है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएं. उन्होंने कहा कि SIR न तो सरकार ने शुरू की और न ही इसे सरकार इंप्लीमेंट कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि ये चुनाव आयोग का काम है और आयोग अपना काम कर रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस लोगों के बीच जाकर भ्रम फैला रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि 14 नवंबर को ये लोग हारने वाले हैं और हारने से पहले कांग्रेस भूमिका बना रही है.

‘CM नीतीश के नेतृत्व में बिहार में विकास हुआ’
चिराग पासवान ने कहा कि 11 साल से एनडीए की सरकार देश में अमीरी-गरीबी के बीच की खाई को दूर करने का काम लगातार कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में बिहार में विकास हुआ है. यहां सड़कें, बिजली, पानी, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में काम हुआ है. उन्होंने कहा कि एक बिहार जंगलराज में था, जहां सुविधाएं सिर्फ कागजों तक सीमित थी, 20 साल की एनडीए सरकार में विकास जमीन पर उतर कर आया है.

Book Presented to Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh by Himalayan University Vice-Chancellor


Itanagar, November 5, 2025: In a significant literary and academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, presented a newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री और जनता दल यूनाइटेड के नेता नीतीश कुमार ने शनिवार को राज्य के लोगों से एक बार फिर एनडीए को वोट देने की अपील की। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने राज्य के लोगों के लिए शनिवार को एक वीडियो संदेश जारी किया। उन्होंने जनता से सीधे संवाद करते हुए बिहार की जनता से एक बार फिर एनडीए की सरकार बनाने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर इस बार राज्य में एनडीए की सरकार बनती है तो बिहार आने वाले समय में देश के प्रमुख विकसित राज्यों में शुमार हो जाएगा।

2005 से पहले बिहार की स्थिति का किया जिक्र
बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले एक वीडियो संदेश जारी कर राज्यवासियों से कहा कि वर्ष 2005 से लगातार बिहार की सेवा करने का अवसर जनता ने दिया है। लोग जानते हैं कि 2005 से पहले बिहार की स्थिति क्या थी। हमने सत्ता में आने के बाद सबसे पहले कानून-व्यवस्था की बहाली पर ध्यान दिया और राज्य में कानून का राज स्थापित किया। 

हमने पूरी ईमानदारी और मेहनत से आपकी सेवा की- नीतीश कुमार
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने कहा हमें जो बिहार मिला था, वहां बिहारी कहलाना एक शर्म की बात थी। आज बिहारी होना लोगों के लिए गर्व की बात है। बिहारी अस्मिता को बचाए रखना और बिहारियत की नई पहचान बनाना एक बड़ी चुनौती थी। नीतीश ने कहा, तब से लेकर अब तक हमने पूरी ईमानदारी और मेहनत से आपकी सेवा की है। ईमानदारी और मेहनत से दिन-रात काम करके स्थिति को हमने बदला। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने अपने परिवार के लिए कुछ भी नहीं किया

नीतीश कुमार ने महिला वोटर्स पर फोकस करते हुए महिला सुरक्षा और वित्तीय सहायता का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं के लिए पहले की सरकार ने कोई काम नहीं किया। हमारी सरकार ने राज्य की महिलाओं को इतना सशक्त बना दिया है कि वो अब किसी पर निर्भर नहीं हैं। वे अपने परिवार का ख्याल रख सकती हैं। हम आपको बताना चाहते हैं कि हमने समाज के सभी तबकों का विकास किया है। हमने मुस्लिम समाज, पिछड़ा, अति पिछड़ा, दलितों सभी के विकास के लिए काम किया। मैंने अपने लिए कुछ नहीं किया।

एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को जीत दिलाने का आग्रह
नीतीश कुमार ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को विजयी बनाएं। उन्होंने कहा, मैं आप सबसे आग्रह करता हूं कि इस बार भी एनडीए उम्मीदवारों को जीत दिलाएं। हमें, यानी एनडीए को, एक और मौका दीजिए। इसके बाद और भी काम होंगे, जिससे बिहार देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल हो जाएगा।

असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने एक बार फिर कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। सरमा ने शनिवार को कहा कि 'गौरव गोगोई सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तान का एजेंट है। उसे बाहरी शक्तियों द्वारा देश में प्लांट किया गया है। सरमा ने कहा, जिस दिन मैं सबूत दिखाऊंगा, हर कोई मान जाएगा कि वह सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। बता दें कि सरमा गोगोई के उनकी ब्रिटिश पत्नी के माध्यम से पाकिस्तानी संबंधों का आरोप लगाते रहे हैं।


					

						

						

					

					

सरमा ने गोगोई को चुनौती दी
मीडिया से बातचीत में सरमा ने कहा, गौरव गोगोई पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। वह पूरी तरह से पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। अगर उनमें हिम्मत है, तो मेरे खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर करें। मेरे पास सबूत हैं — वह 100 प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। उन्हें हमारे देश में किसी विदेशी शक्ति द्वारा भेजा गया है। वह एक ‘प्लांटेड’ व्यक्ति हैं। मैं यह तथ्य के साथ कह रहा हूं। एक मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में मैं कह रहा हूं कि वह पूरी तरह पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। 

गोगोई की पत्नी पर भी लगा चुके हैं आरोप
असम सीएम ने इससे पहले आरोप लगाया था कि कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी भारत में रहते हुए पाकिस्तान स्थित एक एनजीओ से वेतन लेती हैं। उनकी पत्नी और बच्चे भारतीय नागरिक नहीं हैं। साथ ही गोगोई से सवाल किया था कि क्या आप 15 दिनों के लिए पाकिस्तान गए थे।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न।


संजय द्विवेदी प्रयागराज।जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति शासी निकाय की बैठक में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के अन्तर्गत जनपद में संचालित कार्यक्रमों की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी हर्षिका सिंह ने बहादुरपुर ब्लॉक में मात्र 34% एवं जसरा ब्लॉक में 45% ही आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर शिविर आयोजित किए जाने को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए दोनों ब्लॉको के ब्लॉक कम्युनिटी प्रोसेस मैनेजर की सैलरी शत प्रतिशत शिविर आयोजित होने तक रोकने का निर्देश दिया।सीडीओ ने टेलीकंसल्टेशन में रुचि नहीं लेने वाले 41 कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर्स को भी नोटिस जारी करने का निर्देश मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को दिया।

 मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने HBNC कार्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षित आशाओं द्वारा नवजात शिशुओ का होम विजिट के कार्य की मॉनिटरिंग में लापरवाही करने पर BCPM बहरिया BPM Koraon,BCPM कौधियारा एवं बीपीएम रामनगर की सैलरी भी अग्रिम आदेशो तक रोकने का निर्देश दिया।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने समस्त कुपोषित बच्चों को पोषण पुनर्वास केन्द्र में भर्ती करने करा कर उनका समुचित इलाज कराए जाने का निर्देश दिया। समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे VHSND सत्रों में  गर्भवती महिलाओं की जांच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए चिकित्सा अधीक्षकों से समन्वय करते हुए ANC टेबल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कराएं। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने समस्त गर्भवती महिलाओं का संस्थागत प्रसव  कराने का निर्देश दिया। FRU की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने CHC कौड़ीहार में माह सितंबर में मात्र 5 सिजेरियन डिलीवरी होने पर नाराजगी जताई तथा चिकित्सा अधीक्षक को HRP महिलाओं की लाइन लिस्टिंग करते हुए जरूरतमंद महिलाओ का सिजेरियन डिलीवरी कराने का निर्देश दिया।मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने 30 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लक्षित आबादी की शत प्रतिशत NCD स्क्रीनिंग किए जाने का भी निर्देश दिया। NCD स्क्रीनिंग में अर्बन एरिया रामनगर धनुपुर कौंधियारा भगवतपुर ब्लॉक की कम उपलब्धि को दृष्टिगत संबंधित चिकित्सा अधीक्षकों को अपने कार्यों में सुधार लाने का निर्देश दिया। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी में अच्छा कार्य करने को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए प्रमुख चिकित्सा अधीक्षिका जिला महिला चिकित्सालय डॉ सुनीता सागर चिकित्सा अधीक्षक हंडिया डॉ आनंद सिंह चिकित्सा अधीक्षक बहरिया डॉ अभिमन्यु चिकित्सा अधीक्षक होलागढ़ डॉ जितेन्द सिंह चिकित्सा अधीक्षक फुलपुर डॉ नीरज पटेल एवं चिकित्सा अधीक्षक शंकरगढ़ डॉ.अभिषेक सिंह को प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया।बैठक में सीएमओ डॉ एके तिवारी डीपीएम वीके सिंह समस्त CMS चिकित्सा अधीक्षक एसीएमओ डिप्टी सीएमओ आदि ने प्रतिभाग किया।
