उपायुक्त-सह-प्रधान जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी, राँची की अध्यक्षता में जनगणना 2027 के प्रथम चरण के सफल संचालन के लिए फील्ड ट्रेनर्स (Field Trainers) का विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया है।

  


द्वितीय बैच का तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण आज दिनांक 13 अप्रैल 2026 से CMMS पोर्टल एवं मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से डिजिटल प्रशिक्षण के रूप में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। राँची जिले में कुल 70 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स को दो बैचों में विभाजित किया गया है, जिसमें प्रत्येक बैच में 35 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स शामिल हैं।

  

द्वितीय बैच (35 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स) का प्रशिक्षण दिनांक 13, 15 एवं 16 अप्रैल 2026 को समाहरणालय के बी ब्लॉक, कमरा संख्या 505 में जिला स्तर के मास्टर ट्रेनर्स द्वारा दिया जा रहा है। इस प्रशिक्षण में जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय, झारखण्ड, राँची के मार्गदर्शन में श्री रविशंकर मिश्रा एवं श्री संजीव कुमार द्वारा CMMS Portal एवं Mobile App के उपयोग, मकान सूचीकरण, मकानों की गणना, डिजिटल डेटा संग्रहण तथा हाउस लिस्टिंग ऑपरेशन (HLO) संबंधी विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की जा रही है।

बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार द‍िल्‍ली पहुंच चके हैं। नीतीश कल यानी 10 अप्रैल को राज्‍यसभा सदस्‍य के तौर पर शपथ लेंगे। राज्यसभा सदस्य पद की शपथ लेने के बाद नीतीश कुमार के पटना लौटने पर बिहार की राजनीति में बड़े बदलाव के संकेत हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार पटना वापस आकर वे मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। जिसके बाद राज्य में नई सरकार के गठन की आधिकारिक प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

  

आज जेडीयू के प्रमुख नेताओं के साथ बैठक

बिहार के सियासी गलियारों में अगले सीएम के नामों की चर्चा हो रही। सबसे आगे जिन नामों को माना जा रहा है,उनमें उपमुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी का नाम सबसे प्रमुख है। सम्राट चौधरी संगठन और सरकार दोनों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहे हैं और पार्टी के भीतर उनका प्रभाव लगातार बढ़ा है। वे पिछड़े वर्ग से आते हैं, इसलिए सामाजिक समीकरण के लिहाज से भी उनका नाम मजबूत माना जा रहा है। राजनीतिक तौर पर उन्हें आक्रामक और फैसले लेने वाला नेता माना जाता है। दूसरे नंबर पर, यानी मजबूत दावेदार के रूप में विजय कुमार सिन्हा का नाम लगातार चर्चा में है। विजय सिन्हा को संघ के करीब और अनुशासित नेता के रूप में देखा जाता है। वे पहले विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं और प्रशासनिक अनुभव रखते हैं। पार्टी के भीतर उन्हें एक संतुलित नेता के रूप में देखा जाता है, जो संगठन और सरकार के बीच तालमेल बनाए रख सकते हैं।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

उपायुक्त-सह-प्रधान जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी, राँची की अध्यक्षता में जनगणना 2027 के प्रथम चरण के सफल संचालन के लिए फील्ड ट्रेनर्स (Field Trainers) का विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया है।

  


द्वितीय बैच का तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण आज दिनांक 13 अप्रैल 2026 से CMMS पोर्टल एवं मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से डिजिटल प्रशिक्षण के रूप में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। राँची जिले में कुल 70 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स को दो बैचों में विभाजित किया गया है, जिसमें प्रत्येक बैच में 35 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स शामिल हैं।

  

द्वितीय बैच (35 फील्ड ट्रेनर्स) का प्रशिक्षण दिनांक 13, 15 एवं 16 अप्रैल 2026 को समाहरणालय के बी ब्लॉक, कमरा संख्या 505 में जिला स्तर के मास्टर ट्रेनर्स द्वारा दिया जा रहा है। इस प्रशिक्षण में जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय, झारखण्ड, राँची के मार्गदर्शन में श्री रविशंकर मिश्रा एवं श्री संजीव कुमार द्वारा CMMS Portal एवं Mobile App के उपयोग, मकान सूचीकरण, मकानों की गणना, डिजिटल डेटा संग्रहण तथा हाउस लिस्टिंग ऑपरेशन (HLO) संबंधी विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की जा रही है।

बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार द‍िल्‍ली पहुंच चके हैं। नीतीश कल यानी 10 अप्रैल को राज्‍यसभा सदस्‍य के तौर पर शपथ लेंगे। राज्यसभा सदस्य पद की शपथ लेने के बाद नीतीश कुमार के पटना लौटने पर बिहार की राजनीति में बड़े बदलाव के संकेत हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार पटना वापस आकर वे मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। जिसके बाद राज्य में नई सरकार के गठन की आधिकारिक प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

  

आज जेडीयू के प्रमुख नेताओं के साथ बैठक
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार राज्यसभा में शपथ लेने से पहले जनता दल यूनाईटेड के प्रमुख नेताओं के साथ बैठक करेंगे। केंद्रीय मंत्री ललन सिंह पहले से दिल्ली में मौजूद हैं। बैठक में राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष संजय झा और राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के सभी नेता मौजूद रहेंगे। इस बैठक में सीएम नीतीश कुमार के इस्तीफे के बाद जदयू की भूमिका, मंत्री और डिप्टी सीएम के पद पर विचार विमर्श किया जाएगा। निशांत कुमार की क्या भूमिका होगी? इस पर भी चर्चा की जाएगी।

बिहार के सियासी गलियारों में अगले सीएम के नामों की चर्चा हो रही। सबसे आगे जिन नामों को माना जा रहा है,उनमें उपमुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी का नाम सबसे प्रमुख है। सम्राट चौधरी संगठन और सरकार दोनों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रहे हैं और पार्टी के भीतर उनका प्रभाव लगातार बढ़ा है। वे पिछड़े वर्ग से आते हैं, इसलिए सामाजिक समीकरण के लिहाज से भी उनका नाम मजबूत माना जा रहा है। राजनीतिक तौर पर उन्हें आक्रामक और फैसले लेने वाला नेता माना जाता है। दूसरे नंबर पर, यानी मजबूत दावेदार के रूप में विजय कुमार सिन्हा का नाम लगातार चर्चा में है। विजय सिन्हा को संघ के करीब और अनुशासित नेता के रूप में देखा जाता है। वे पहले विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं और प्रशासनिक अनुभव रखते हैं। पार्टी के भीतर उन्हें एक संतुलित नेता के रूप में देखा जाता है, जो संगठन और सरकार के बीच तालमेल बनाए रख सकते हैं।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
