Mumbai, India Band-It 2025, supported by Furtados School of Music, India’s largest inter-school performing arts competition, wrapped up its regional rounds across 11 locations nationwide, leaving behind a trail of energy, talent, and memorable performances. Organised in collaboration with Global Schools Group, the event brought together young performers from across the country, giving students a vibrant, professional platform to express themselves through music, dance, and speech & drama.From powerful performances to moments of confidence and creativity on stage, Band-It 2025 celebrated the joy of performing and the passion of young talent in its truest form.
The Band-It 2025 regional rounds were conducted across Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Udaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Madurai, Kolkata, Nagpur, and Ahmedabad, witnessing enthusiastic participation from leading institutions such as the Narayana Group of Schools, National Hill View Public School, Ryan International School, JBCN, along with several other schools across the country.
Hundreds of young performers participated across categories including Solo Singing, Solo Instrument, Solo Dance, Speech & Drama, Choirs, and Bands. Their performances transformed the regional rounds into a dynamic celebration of creativity, confidence, and the rich diversity of India’s performing arts talent.
One of the key highlights of this year’s regional rounds was the strong participation and standout performances by students from GSG partner schools—including Witty International School, Glendale Academy, Vikaasa Group, One World International School, and Global Indian International School—who even emerged as winners across multiple categories. These achievements reflect GSG’s vision of nurturing young talent through structured exposure and professional performance opportunities, a vision that aligns seamlessly with FSM’s mission to promote artistic excellence. Together, GSG and FSM are all set to provide students with a credible, industry-ready platform that not only showcases their skills but also builds confidence and supports their creative growth.
For many students, the regional rounds marked an important milestone in their Band-It journey—offering a first opportunity to perform on a professional stage before experienced jury members and live audiences. From emotionally expressive vocal performances and technically refined instrumental pieces to powerful dance routines and confident speech & drama presentations, the regional rounds showcased not just talent, but also discipline, preparation, and artistic depth.
Band-It’s distinctive focus on learning beyond competition continued to be a defining feature of the event. Participants received constructive feedback from expert jury members, helping them gain insights into technique, stage presence, and performance maturity. Parents and educators alike appreciated Band-It’s emphasis on confidence-building, artistic growth, and experiential learning rather than competition alone.
Speaking on the success of the regionals, the organising team shared, “Band-It is designed to be a journey of growth for students. The regional rounds are not just qualifiers—they are experiences that shape confidence, discipline, and a lifelong connection with the performing arts.”
Winners and shortlisted participants from the regional rounds are all set to advance to the highly anticipated FSM x GSG Band-It 2025 Grand Finale, scheduled to take place on 15th January 2026 at St. Andrews Auditorium, Mumbai. The Grand Finale promises to be a mega celebration of talent, bringing together the best performers from across India on one prestigious stage.
Adding to the excitement, the Grand Finale will feature celebrity appearances by Sanam Puri and his band, one of India’s most popular independent music acts. Known for their strong youth connect and musical excellence, Sanam’s presence is expected to inspire young performers and elevate the finale into a truly memorable experience.
Now in its 9th edition, Band-It has inspired and empowered over 20,000 students across India, growing steadily into a nationally recognised performing arts platform. Supported by Furtados’ 150+ years of legacy in music education and instruments, the successful completion of the Band-It 2025 regional rounds celebrates the passion, hard work, and remarkable talent of young performers from across the country. बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री बेगम खालिदा जिया का निधन हो गया है। वो लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहीं थीं और डॉक्टरों ने बताया था कि उनकी स्थिति काफी नाजुक है। उनका ढाका स्थित एवरकेयर अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। वे बांग्लादेश के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति जियाउर रहमान की पत्नी थीं, जिनकी 1981 में हत्या कर दी गई थी। उसके बाद खालिदा जिया सक्रिय राजनीति में आईं खालिदा जिया देश की पहली महिला प्रधानमंत्री थीं और उन्होंने तीन बार देश का नेतृत्व किया।


					

						

						

					

					

बेगम खालिदा जिया का जन्म 15 अगस्त 1945 को बंगाल के जलपाईगुड़ी जिले में स्थित दीनाजपुर जिले में हुआ था।उनका परिवार फेनी से आता था और उनके पिता इस्कन्दर अली मजूमदार चाय के व्यापारी थे। उनका शुरुआती नाम खालिदा खानम 'पुतुल' था। पांच भाई-बहनों में तीसरे नंबर पर रहीं खालिदा जब दो साल की थीं, तभी उनका परिवार भारत के विभाजन के बाद पाकिस्तान के हिस्से में गए दिनाजपुर में बस गया। खालिदा का शुरुआती जीवन यहीं बीता। 1960 में पाकिस्तानी सेना के अधिकारी और तत्कालीन कैप्टन जियाउर रहमान के साथ उनका निकाह कर दिया गया। इसके बाद उनका नाम हुआ खालिदा जिया रहमान। 

तीन बार रहीं बांग्लादेश की पीएम
1977 में जियाउर रहमान राष्ट्रपति बने। उन्होंने ही बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी की स्थापना की। 30 मई 1981 को चिटगांव में एक सैन्य विद्रोह के दौरान उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। पति की हत्या के बाद बीएनपी बिखरने लगी, जिसके बाद पार्टी नेताओं के आग्रह पर खालिदा जिया ने 1984 में पार्टी की कमान संभाली। खालिदा जिया तीन बार बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री रहीं। उन्होंने पहली बार 1991 से 1996, दूसरी बार 30 मार्च 1996 से 23 जून 1996 और तीसरी बार 2001 से 2006 तक देश का नेतृत्व किया। 

चुनाव से पहले खालिदा जिया का निधन
खालिदा जिया का निधन उस वक्त हुआ है, जब बांग्लादेश राजनीतिक उथल पुथल से जूझ रहा है। देश में फरवरी में चुनाव होने वाले हैं, जिसमें भाग लेने के लिए उनके बेटे तारिक रहमान, करीब 17 सालों के बाद देश लौट चुके हैं।

शेख हसीना को सुनाई गई मौत की सजा, मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध का दोषी ठहराया

बांग्लादेशी की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना को फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई है। बांग्लादेश की अपदस्थ प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के खिलाफ चल रहे एक मामले पर सोमवार को ढाका स्थित अंतरराष्ट्रीय अपराध न्यायाधिकरण (इंटरनेशनल क्राइम्स ट्रिब्यूनल-बांग्लादेश) की तरफ से फैसला सुनाया गया। ट्रिब्यूनल ने शेख हसीना को मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध का दोषी ठहराते हुए कहा कि वे अधिकतम सजा की हकदार हैं। इसी के साथ न्यायाधिकरण ने उन्हें मौत की सजा सुनाई। पहले से ही माना जा रहा था कि उन्हें सख्त सजा दी जा सकती है।

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना पर मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध और हत्या जैसे कुल 5 मामले चल रहे थे, जिस पर तीन सदस्यीय ट्रिब्यूनल ने अपना 453 पन्नों का फैसला सुना दिया है। उन्हें अलग-अलग मामलों में आईटीसी ने दोषी करार दिया है और मौत की सजा सुनाई है। ट्रिब्यूनल को जस्टिस मोहम्मद गुलाम मुर्तजा मजूमदर लीड कर रहे थे। आईसीटी जज के मुताबिक ये मामला काफी बड़ा था, ऐसे में फैसला भी 6 भाग में सुनाया गया है।

शेख हसीना और उनके सहयोगियों के खिलाफ फैसला
ट्रिब्यूनल ने सोमवार को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना, पूर्व गृह मंत्री असदुज्जमां खान कमाल और पूर्व पुलिस महानिरीक्षक चौधरी अब्दुल्ला अल-मामून के खिलाफ मानवता के खिलाफ अपराधों के पांच आरोपों पर अपना फैसला सुनाया है। ये आरोप जुलाई-अगस्त 2024 में आरक्षण विरोधी छात्र आंदोलन से जुड़ी अशांति से उत्पन्न हुए हैं। शेख हसीना और उनके सहयोगियों के खिलाफ 8747 पन्नों के आरोप पत्र कोर्ट में दाखिल गये थे, जिनमें पीड़ितों के बयान, जब्त किए सबूत और पीड़ितों की पूरी लिस्ट होने की बात कही गई थी। इसी आधार पर इंटरनेशनल क्राइम्स ट्रिब्यूनल-बांग्लादेश ने शेख हसीना के खिलाफ फैसला सुनाया है।

शेख हसीना ने मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध किए
ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा है कि हमने मानवाधिकार संगठन और अन्य संगठनों की कई रिपोर्ट्स पर विचार किया है। हमने क्रूरताओं का विवरण भी दिया है। शेख हसीना ने मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध किए। ट्रिब्यूनल ने फैसले में यह भी कहा है कि बड़ी संख्या में प्रदर्शनकारी मारे गए हैं। ट्रिब्यूनल ने यह भी कहा है कि अवामी लीग के कार्यकर्ता कथित रूप से सड़कों पर उतर आए और पार्टी नेतृत्व की पूरी जानकारी में सुनियोजित हमले किए।

कोर्ट ने कहा-मानवाधिकारों का गंभीर उल्लंघन हुआ
ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा कि राजनीतिक नेतृत्व की ओर से दिए गए सीधे आदेशों की वजह से प्रदर्शनकारियों और अन्य नागरिकों के मानवाधिकारों का गंभीर उल्लंघन हुआ। मामले में अभियोजकों ने दोषी के लिए मृत्युदंड की मांग की थी। संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार कार्यालय की एक रिपोर्ट में अनुमान लगाया गया है कि हसीना सरकार की ओर से आदेश के बाद 15 जुलाई से 15 अगस्त के बीच ‘विद्रोह’ के दौरान 1,400 लोग मारे गए थे। 11 हजार से अधिक लोग हिरासत में लिए गए या गिरफ्तार किए गए थे।

हसीना ने सभी आरोपों को झूठा और बेबुनियाद बताया
बता दें कि कि शेख हसीना इस वक्त भारत में हैं। उन्होंने ट्रिब्यूनल में मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा था कि उन पर लगे सभी आरोप झूठे और बेबुनियाद हैं और वे ऐसे फैसलों की परवाह नहीं करतीं। आईसीटी के फैसले से पहले अपने समर्थकों को जारी एक ऑडियो संदेश में हसीना ने कहा था कि मोहम्मद यूनुस के नेतृत्व में अंतरिम सरकार उनकी पार्टी को खत्म करना चाहती है। हसीना ने कहा था कि यह इतना भी आसान नहीं है। आवामी लीग जमीन से उठी पार्टी है।

आरके सिंह ने चुनाव के दौरान ही सरकार पर 60,000 करोड़ के घोटाले का आरोप लगाया था।आरके सिंह ने एक बयान में कहा था, 'मैं बिहार का गृह सचिव भी रह चुका हूं। मेरे पास सबका हिसाब है। अगर कोई चू-चपड़ करेगा, तो सबकी बखिया उधेड़ देंगे। बिहार के लोग भ्रष्ट लोगों को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। भ्रष्ट और चरित्रहीन नेता धरती पर बोझ हैं।'

Rashk Siddiqui has become one of the most dynamic and outcome-oriented officers in the Indian public sector scene. Having an unparalleled reputation for thinking like a businessman, behaving like a bureaucrat, and speaking like a politician, he is well known for his exceptional delivery in whatever project he ventures into. He has earned a good reputation over the years as a man who believes in execution, not excuses – a very uncommon combination of strategy, discipline, and innovation that has seen him labelled as the Jugaad Man of PSUs.

To Siddiqui, these are moral values but also qualities that make a great leader. According to those who have worked with him, he is very precise in clearing obstacles and also ensures that everything assigned to him, even the most complicated tasks, is done on time. 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों को लेकर पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पी चिदंबरम ने बड़ा खुलासा किया है। पी चिदंबरम ने मंगलवार को माना कि तत्कालीन यूपीए सरकार ने 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबाव, खासकर संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के दबाव और विदेश मंत्रालय के रुख के कारण पाकिस्तान पर जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करने का फैसला किया था। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता ने माना कि वह बदला लेना चाहते थे, लेकिन सरकार ने युद्ध जैसे कदम से बचने का निर्णय किया।


					

						

						

					

					

पी चिदंबरम ने एक समाचार चैनल को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा, पूरी दुनिया दिल्ली पर उतर आई थी और हमें ‘युद्ध शुरू न करने’ को कह रही थी। हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की प्रतिक्रिया को याद करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, ‘उस समय अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री कोंडोलीजा राइस रहीं, मुझसे और प्रधानमंत्री से मिलने के लिए मुंबई अटैक के दो या तीन दिन बाद आईं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘कृपया जवाबी कार्रवाई न करें’। राइस ने साफ तौर पर कहा कि भारत को कोई जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करनी चाहिए। इस पर मैंने कहा कि यह सरकार का निर्णय होगा। बिना कोई सरकारी गोपनीयता तोड़े मैं मानता हूं कि मेरे दिमाग में कुछ बदले की कार्रवाई का विचार आया था।

आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ दिन बाद चिदंबरम बने गृह मंत्री
पी. चिदंबरम ने 166 लोगों की जान लेने वाले आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ ही दिनों बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री का पदभार संभाला था। चिदंबरम ने कहा, मैं गृहमंत्री उस दिन बना जब आतंकवादियों को मार दिया गया था। आखिरी आतंकवादी को 30 नवंबर को मार दिया गया था। मुझे लगता है कि वह रविवार का दिन था, जब मुझे प्रधानमंत्री ने बुलाया। मुझे कहा गया कि आपको वित्त से गृह मंत्रालय भेजा जा रहा है, लेकिन मैं इसके लिए तैयार नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि हम फैसला कर चुके हैं।

सीधे प्रतिक्रिया के बदले कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाने की सलाह
चिदंबरम ने कहा, मुझे सुरक्षा बलों की तैयारी की जानकारी नहीं थी. मुझे हमारी खुफिया एजेंसियों की तैयारियों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। मुझे खुफिया एजेंसियों द्वारा पाकिस्तान और पड़ोस में बनाए गए संसाधनों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। उस वक्त मेरे मन में आया कि बदला लेना चाहिए। मैंने प्रधानमंत्री और बाकी अहम लोगों से इस मामले पर चर्चा की थी, लेकिन निष्कर्ष काफी हद तक गृहमंत्रालय और विदेश मंत्रालय से प्रभावित था कि हमें स्थिति पर सीधे प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देनी चाहिए, इसकी जगह कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाना चाहिए।

क्या है मुंबई अटैक
दरअसल, 26 नवंबर 2008 को मुंबई अटैक हुआ। पाकिस्तान से आए 10 आतंकियों ने मुंबई शहर को एक तरह से बंधक बना लिया और शहर के जगहों मसलन छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस, ओबेरॉय ट्राइडेंट, ताजमहल पैलेस एंड टावर होटल, लियोपोल्ड कैफे, कामा हॉस्पिटल और नरीमन हाउस पर हमले किए। 29 नवंबर तक चले इस हमले में 166 लोग मारे गए, जिनमें विदेशी नागरिक भी शामिल थे। सुरक्षा बलों ने नौ आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया, जबकि एकमात्र जिंदा आतंकी अजमल कसाब को 2012 में फांसी दी गई। इस हमले के बाद तत्कालीन गृह मंत्री शिवराज पाटिल ने सुरक्षा चूक की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया था। इसके बाद पी चिदंबरम को वित्त मंत्रालय से गृह मंत्रालय में ट्रांसफर किया गया।

“I would like to thank everyone for their support. At CAB, there is no opposition, everyone is a part of this Association. We will all work together to take CAB & Bengal cricket ahead. There are important events coming up- Eden Gardens India’s Test match against South Africa, T20 World Cup, Bengal Pro T20 League. I will try and do my best,” Ganguly said.

बांग्लादेश की पूर्व पीएम खालिदा जिया का निधन, 80 साल की उम्र में ली अंतिम सांस

बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री बेगम खालिदा जिया का निधन हो गया है। वो लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहीं थीं और डॉक्टरों ने बताया था कि उनकी स्थिति काफी नाजुक है। उनका ढाका स्थित एवरकेयर अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। वे बांग्लादेश के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति जियाउर रहमान की पत्नी थीं, जिनकी 1981 में हत्या कर दी गई थी। उसके बाद खालिदा जिया सक्रिय राजनीति में आईं खालिदा जिया देश की पहली महिला प्रधानमंत्री थीं और उन्होंने तीन बार देश का नेतृत्व किया।


					

						

						

					

					

बेगम खालिदा जिया का जन्म 15 अगस्त 1945 को बंगाल के जलपाईगुड़ी जिले में स्थित दीनाजपुर जिले में हुआ था।उनका परिवार फेनी से आता था और उनके पिता इस्कन्दर अली मजूमदार चाय के व्यापारी थे। उनका शुरुआती नाम खालिदा खानम 'पुतुल' था। पांच भाई-बहनों में तीसरे नंबर पर रहीं खालिदा जब दो साल की थीं, तभी उनका परिवार भारत के विभाजन के बाद पाकिस्तान के हिस्से में गए दिनाजपुर में बस गया। खालिदा का शुरुआती जीवन यहीं बीता। 1960 में पाकिस्तानी सेना के अधिकारी और तत्कालीन कैप्टन जियाउर रहमान के साथ उनका निकाह कर दिया गया। इसके बाद उनका नाम हुआ खालिदा जिया रहमान। 

तीन बार रहीं बांग्लादेश की पीएम
1977 में जियाउर रहमान राष्ट्रपति बने। उन्होंने ही बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी की स्थापना की। 30 मई 1981 को चिटगांव में एक सैन्य विद्रोह के दौरान उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। पति की हत्या के बाद बीएनपी बिखरने लगी, जिसके बाद पार्टी नेताओं के आग्रह पर खालिदा जिया ने 1984 में पार्टी की कमान संभाली। खालिदा जिया तीन बार बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री रहीं। उन्होंने पहली बार 1991 से 1996, दूसरी बार 30 मार्च 1996 से 23 जून 1996 और तीसरी बार 2001 से 2006 तक देश का नेतृत्व किया। 

चुनाव से पहले खालिदा जिया का निधन
खालिदा जिया का निधन उस वक्त हुआ है, जब बांग्लादेश राजनीतिक उथल पुथल से जूझ रहा है। देश में फरवरी में चुनाव होने वाले हैं, जिसमें भाग लेने के लिए उनके बेटे तारिक रहमान, करीब 17 सालों के बाद देश लौट चुके हैं।

शेख हसीना को सुनाई गई मौत की सजा, मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध का दोषी ठहराया

बांग्लादेशी की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना को फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई है। बांग्लादेश की अपदस्थ प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के खिलाफ चल रहे एक मामले पर सोमवार को ढाका स्थित अंतरराष्ट्रीय अपराध न्यायाधिकरण (इंटरनेशनल क्राइम्स ट्रिब्यूनल-बांग्लादेश) की तरफ से फैसला सुनाया गया। ट्रिब्यूनल ने शेख हसीना को मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध का दोषी ठहराते हुए कहा कि वे अधिकतम सजा की हकदार हैं। इसी के साथ न्यायाधिकरण ने उन्हें मौत की सजा सुनाई। पहले से ही माना जा रहा था कि उन्हें सख्त सजा दी जा सकती है।

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना पर मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध और हत्या जैसे कुल 5 मामले चल रहे थे, जिस पर तीन सदस्यीय ट्रिब्यूनल ने अपना 453 पन्नों का फैसला सुना दिया है। उन्हें अलग-अलग मामलों में आईटीसी ने दोषी करार दिया है और मौत की सजा सुनाई है। ट्रिब्यूनल को जस्टिस मोहम्मद गुलाम मुर्तजा मजूमदर लीड कर रहे थे। आईसीटी जज के मुताबिक ये मामला काफी बड़ा था, ऐसे में फैसला भी 6 भाग में सुनाया गया है।

शेख हसीना और उनके सहयोगियों के खिलाफ फैसला
ट्रिब्यूनल ने सोमवार को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना, पूर्व गृह मंत्री असदुज्जमां खान कमाल और पूर्व पुलिस महानिरीक्षक चौधरी अब्दुल्ला अल-मामून के खिलाफ मानवता के खिलाफ अपराधों के पांच आरोपों पर अपना फैसला सुनाया है। ये आरोप जुलाई-अगस्त 2024 में आरक्षण विरोधी छात्र आंदोलन से जुड़ी अशांति से उत्पन्न हुए हैं। शेख हसीना और उनके सहयोगियों के खिलाफ 8747 पन्नों के आरोप पत्र कोर्ट में दाखिल गये थे, जिनमें पीड़ितों के बयान, जब्त किए सबूत और पीड़ितों की पूरी लिस्ट होने की बात कही गई थी। इसी आधार पर इंटरनेशनल क्राइम्स ट्रिब्यूनल-बांग्लादेश ने शेख हसीना के खिलाफ फैसला सुनाया है।

शेख हसीना ने मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध किए
ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा है कि हमने मानवाधिकार संगठन और अन्य संगठनों की कई रिपोर्ट्स पर विचार किया है। हमने क्रूरताओं का विवरण भी दिया है। शेख हसीना ने मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध किए। ट्रिब्यूनल ने फैसले में यह भी कहा है कि बड़ी संख्या में प्रदर्शनकारी मारे गए हैं। ट्रिब्यूनल ने यह भी कहा है कि अवामी लीग के कार्यकर्ता कथित रूप से सड़कों पर उतर आए और पार्टी नेतृत्व की पूरी जानकारी में सुनियोजित हमले किए।

कोर्ट ने कहा-मानवाधिकारों का गंभीर उल्लंघन हुआ
ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा कि राजनीतिक नेतृत्व की ओर से दिए गए सीधे आदेशों की वजह से प्रदर्शनकारियों और अन्य नागरिकों के मानवाधिकारों का गंभीर उल्लंघन हुआ। मामले में अभियोजकों ने दोषी के लिए मृत्युदंड की मांग की थी। संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार कार्यालय की एक रिपोर्ट में अनुमान लगाया गया है कि हसीना सरकार की ओर से आदेश के बाद 15 जुलाई से 15 अगस्त के बीच ‘विद्रोह’ के दौरान 1,400 लोग मारे गए थे। 11 हजार से अधिक लोग हिरासत में लिए गए या गिरफ्तार किए गए थे।

हसीना ने सभी आरोपों को झूठा और बेबुनियाद बताया
बता दें कि कि शेख हसीना इस वक्त भारत में हैं। उन्होंने ट्रिब्यूनल में मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा था कि उन पर लगे सभी आरोप झूठे और बेबुनियाद हैं और वे ऐसे फैसलों की परवाह नहीं करतीं। आईसीटी के फैसले से पहले अपने समर्थकों को जारी एक ऑडियो संदेश में हसीना ने कहा था कि मोहम्मद यूनुस के नेतृत्व में अंतरिम सरकार उनकी पार्टी को खत्म करना चाहती है। हसीना ने कहा था कि यह इतना भी आसान नहीं है। आवामी लीग जमीन से उठी पार्टी है।

भाजपा ने आधिकारिक आदेश में कहा है, आपकी गतिविधियां पार्टी के विरोध में हैं। ये अनुशासन के दायरे में आता है। पार्टी ने इसे गंभीरता से लिया है। इससे पार्टी को नुकसान हुआ है। आखिरकार निर्देशानुसार आपको पार्टी से निलंबित करते हुए कारण-पृच्छा किया जा रहा है कि आपको पार्टी से क्यों नहीं निष्कासित किया जाए? अतः पत्र प्राप्ति के एक सप्ताह के अंदर आप अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करें।

आरके सिंह के खिलाफ क्यों हुई कार्रवाई?
बीजेपी ने पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों को लेकर बड़ा कदम उठाया है। पार्टी ने वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री आरके सिंह को तत्काल प्रभाव से पार्टी की प्राथमिक सदस्यता से निलंबित कर दिया है। वह बीजेपी की आंतरिक गतिशीलता के खिलाफ लगातार मुखर रहे थे और उन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार-गुटबाजी के कारण एनडीए के कई नेताओं की आलोचना की थी। उन्होंने चुनाव के दौरान कानून-व्यवस्था के मुद्दों से निपटने के चुनाव आयोग के तरीके पर खुलकर सवाल उठाए, खासकर मोकामा में हुई हिंसा को उन्होंने प्रशासन और चुनाव आयोग की विफलता बताया था।

आरके सिंह ने चुनाव के दौरान ही सरकार पर 60,000 करोड़ के घोटाले का आरोप लगाया था।आरके सिंह ने एक बयान में कहा था, 'मैं बिहार का गृह सचिव भी रह चुका हूं। मेरे पास सबका हिसाब है। अगर कोई चू-चपड़ करेगा, तो सबकी बखिया उधेड़ देंगे। बिहार के लोग भ्रष्ट लोगों को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। भ्रष्ट और चरित्रहीन नेता धरती पर बोझ हैं।'

Rashk Siddiqui has become one of the most dynamic and outcome-oriented officers in the Indian public sector scene. Having an unparalleled reputation for thinking like a businessman, behaving like a bureaucrat, and speaking like a politician, he is well known for his exceptional delivery in whatever project he ventures into. 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों को लेकर पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पी चिदंबरम ने बड़ा खुलासा किया है। पी चिदंबरम ने मंगलवार को माना कि तत्कालीन यूपीए सरकार ने 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबाव, खासकर संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के दबाव और विदेश मंत्रालय के रुख के कारण पाकिस्तान पर जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करने का फैसला किया था। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता ने माना कि वह बदला लेना चाहते थे, लेकिन सरकार ने युद्ध जैसे कदम से बचने का निर्णय किया।


					

						

						

					

					

पी चिदंबरम ने एक समाचार चैनल को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा, पूरी दुनिया दिल्ली पर उतर आई थी और हमें ‘युद्ध शुरू न करने’ को कह रही थी। हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की प्रतिक्रिया को याद करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, ‘उस समय अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री कोंडोलीजा राइस रहीं, मुझसे और प्रधानमंत्री से मिलने के लिए मुंबई अटैक के दो या तीन दिन बाद आईं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘कृपया जवाबी कार्रवाई न करें’। राइस ने साफ तौर पर कहा कि भारत को कोई जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करनी चाहिए। इस पर मैंने कहा कि यह सरकार का निर्णय होगा। बिना कोई सरकारी गोपनीयता तोड़े मैं मानता हूं कि मेरे दिमाग में कुछ बदले की कार्रवाई का विचार आया था।

आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ दिन बाद चिदंबरम बने गृह मंत्री
पी. चिदंबरम ने 166 लोगों की जान लेने वाले आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ ही दिनों बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री का पदभार संभाला था। चिदंबरम ने कहा, मैं गृहमंत्री उस दिन बना जब आतंकवादियों को मार दिया गया था। आखिरी आतंकवादी को 30 नवंबर को मार दिया गया था। मुझे लगता है कि वह रविवार का दिन था, जब मुझे प्रधानमंत्री ने बुलाया। मुझे कहा गया कि आपको वित्त से गृह मंत्रालय भेजा जा रहा है, लेकिन मैं इसके लिए तैयार नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि हम फैसला कर चुके हैं।

सीधे प्रतिक्रिया के बदले कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाने की सलाह
चिदंबरम ने कहा, मुझे सुरक्षा बलों की तैयारी की जानकारी नहीं थी. मुझे हमारी खुफिया एजेंसियों की तैयारियों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। मुझे खुफिया एजेंसियों द्वारा पाकिस्तान और पड़ोस में बनाए गए संसाधनों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। उस वक्त मेरे मन में आया कि बदला लेना चाहिए। मैंने प्रधानमंत्री और बाकी अहम लोगों से इस मामले पर चर्चा की थी, लेकिन निष्कर्ष काफी हद तक गृहमंत्रालय और विदेश मंत्रालय से प्रभावित था कि हमें स्थिति पर सीधे प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देनी चाहिए, इसकी जगह कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाना चाहिए।

क्या है मुंबई अटैक
दरअसल, 26 नवंबर 2008 को मुंबई अटैक हुआ। पाकिस्तान से आए 10 आतंकियों ने मुंबई शहर को एक तरह से बंधक बना लिया और शहर के जगहों मसलन छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस, ओबेरॉय ट्राइडेंट, ताजमहल पैलेस एंड टावर होटल, लियोपोल्ड कैफे, कामा हॉस्पिटल और नरीमन हाउस पर हमले किए। 29 नवंबर तक चले इस हमले में 166 लोग मारे गए, जिनमें विदेशी नागरिक भी शामिल थे। सुरक्षा बलों ने नौ आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया, जबकि एकमात्र जिंदा आतंकी अजमल कसाब को 2012 में फांसी दी गई। इस हमले के बाद तत्कालीन गृह मंत्री शिवराज पाटिल ने सुरक्षा चूक की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया था। इसके बाद पी चिदंबरम को वित्त मंत्रालय से गृह मंत्रालय में ट्रांसफर किया गया।

A Gathering of Nations
The Diplomatic Coffee Morning turned into a mini-United Nations in New Delhi, with dignitaries from Bangladesh, Belarus, China, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, and Zambia among the attendees. Their presence not only lent gravitas but also reaffirmed the Coffee Morning’s reputation as a hub of genuine dialogue and exchange.
The event opened with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony followed by a short film capturing CD Foundation’s journey — from Delhi’s embassy corridors to international festivals and partnerships shaping global conversations.
Voices of Influence
Dr. Amrendra Khatua, Former Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, set the tone, reminding the audience that “where politics falters, culture succeeds.” His words were echoed by H.E. Mr. Oday Hatim Mohammed of Iraq and Mrs. Phalecy Mwenda Yambayamba of Zambia, who emphasized the shared future that diplomacy-through-culture could nurture.
The event’s global spirit was further amplified through a virtual address from H.E. Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Auckland. His remarks spotlighted the India–New Zealand bridge of trade, tourism, and culture, underlining how cultural diplomacy carries real economic weight. Adding a local yet international flavor, Ms. Mahia Williams of the Whiria Collective (New Zealand) spoke of Māori–Indian collaborations not as symbolic, but as living exchanges.

Beyond diplomacy, the Coffee Morning also recognized healthcare and humanitarian champions.  Khabar kolkata sports Desk: India cricket legend and former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly after filing his nomination for the post of CAB President unopposed today said taking Bengal cricket to new heights will be the primary goal. 

“I would like to thank everyone for their support. At CAB, there is no opposition, everyone is a part of this Association. We will all work together to take CAB & Bengal cricket ahead. There are important events coming up- Eden Gardens India’s Test match against South Africa, T20 World Cup, Bengal Pro T20 League. I will try and do my best,” Ganguly said.  

The unopposed panel that filed nominations today were Sourav Ganguly (President), Nitish Ranjan Dutta (Vice President), Bablu Koley (Secretary), Madan Mohan Ghosh (Joint Secretary), Sanjay Das (Treasurer). 

Speaking about his team, Ganguly said, “Bablu Koley is very experienced. It’s important to have someone with his experience and knowledge. Nitish Ranjan Dutta, Madan Mohan Ghosh and Sanjay Das are also experienced and are in this field for a long time. All their experience will be immensely helpful for Bengal cricket.”
