चुनाव आयोग ने देशव्यापी एसआईआर को लेकर बड़ा एलान किया है। दिल्ली में आयोजित संवाददाता सम्मेलन मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने कहा कि दूसरे फेज में देश के 12 राज्यों में एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार, एसआईआर में मतदाता सूची में सुधार, नए मतदाताओं का समावेश और सूची में त्रुटियों का निवारण किया जाएगा।

सीईसी ज्ञानेश कुमार ने आगे कहा कि बिहार के लोगों ने एसआईआर पर भरोसा जताया है। ज्ञानेश कुमार ने आगे कहा कि अब चयनित 12 राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में एसआईआर का दूसरा चरण शुरू किया जाएगा। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य योग्य मतदाताओं को सूची में जोड़ना और अयोग्य या दोहराए गए नामों को हटाना है।

मतदाता सूची फ्रीज, आज से शुरू होगा SIR का अगला चरण
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने आगे कहा कि जिन राज्यों में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण होने वाला है, वहां की मतदाता सूची आज रात 12 बजे फ्रीज कर दी जाएगी। हर बूथ पर एक बीएलओ और हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक ईआरओ तैनात रहेगा। आज ही सभी मतदाताओं के लिए इन्यूमेरेशन फॉर्म प्रिंट किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक बीएलओ कम से कम तीन बार हर घर जाकर जानकारी जुटाएंगे।  जो मतदाता अपने क्षेत्र से बाहर हैं, वे यह फॉर्म ऑनलाइन भी भर सकेंगे। इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज या फॉर्म की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

इस दौरान मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने कहा कि देश में 21 साल पहले आखिरी विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण किया गया था। उन्होंने साफ किया कि एसआईआर में सभी योग्य मतदाताओं को जोड़ा जाएगा और अयोग्य मतदाताओं को वोटर लिस्ट से बाहर किया जाएगा। सीईसी ने आगे कहा कि चुनावों से पहले एसआईआर किया जाना सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है।

इससे पहले राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के मुखिया लालू प्रसाद यादव ने भी एनडीए सरकार पर हमला बोला। राजद प्रमुख ने ‘एक्स’ पर लिखा, “झूठ के बेताज बादशाह और जुमलों के सरदार ने शेखी बघारते हुए कहा था कि देश की कुल 13,198 ट्रेनों में से 12,000 रेलगाड़ियां छठ पर्व के अवसर पर बिहार के लिए चलाई जायेंगी। यह भी सफेद झूठ निकला। मेरे बिहार वासियों को अमानवीय तरीके से ट्रेनों में यात्रा करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है।”

सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे इस वीडियों में मोहसिन नकवी के बगल में खड़ा एक शख्स एशिया कप ट्रॉफी की घटना को बेहद आपत्तिजनक शब्दों में बयान करता है। एसीसी प्रमुख की भारतीय टीम के साथ कथित तौर पर ‘आतंकवादियों’ की तरह व्यवहार करने के लिए प्रशंसा करता है। खास बात ये है कि पीसीबी और एसीसी अध्यक्ष मोहसिन नकवी पूरे वीडियो में मुस्कुराते भी रहे, जिससे ये संकेत मिलता है कि वे कही जा रही बातों से सहमत हैं।

भारतीय खिलाड़ियों को बताया आतंकवादियों की तरह

जहानाबाद: बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 के बीच अब जहानाबाद की सियासत में नया मोड़ आ गया है। जनमुक्ति आंदोलन नामक संगठन ने राजनीतिक मैदान में एंट्री कर दी है, जिससे स्थानीय राजनीति में हलचल तेज हो गई है। संगठन ने  काको प्रखंड के नवादा गांव में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर अपने रुख और भविष्य की रणनीति स्पष्ट की।
  

  
प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान जनमुक्ति आंदोलन के नेताओं ने NDA पर जमकर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि एनडीए सरकार ने हमेशा समाज में विभाजन की राजनीति की है और पूंजीवाद को बढ़ावा दिया है। नेताओं ने कहा कि अब समय आ गया है जब जनता को ऐसी ताकतों के खिलाफ एकजुट होना चाहिए और असली जन मुद्दों पर चुनाव लड़ा जाना चाहिए।
  

  
इस मौके पर संगठन ने INDIA गठबंधन को समर्थन देने की घोषणा की, लेकिन इसके साथ कुछ शर्तें भी रखीं। संगठन के नेताओं ने कहा, “हम उसी उम्मीदवार का समर्थन करेंगे, जिसकी छवि बेदाग हो और जो वास्तव में जनता की सेवा के लिए समर्पित रहे।”
  

  
जनमुक्ति आंदोलन की ओर से एक चुनावी पर्चा भी जारी किया गया, जिसमें संगठन की नीतियों, उद्देश्यों और जनता के प्रमुख मुद्दों को विस्तार से बताया गया है। इसमें बेरोजगारी, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और किसानों की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही गई है।
  

  
नेताओं ने यह भी घोषणा की कि आने वाले दिनों में जनमुक्ति आंदोलन के कार्यकर्ता गांव-गांव जाकर जनता से संवाद करेंगे और अपने विचारों को आम लोगों तक पहुंचाएंगे।

JMM ने अलग रास्ता अपनाया
महागठबंधन INDIA में सहयोगी दलों के बीच सहमति बनाने की कोशिशें जारी हैं। हालांकि, झारखंड के प्रमुख दल JMM ने इस गठबंधन को छोड़कर बिहार की छह सीटों पर अकेले चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान कर दिया है. इससे गठबंधन को एक बड़ा झटका लगा है. गठबंधन के नेता पहले नए साथियों को शामिल करने की जरूरत का हवाला दे रहे थे, लेकिन JMM के अलग होने से स्थिति और जटिल हो गई है

RJD और कांग्रेस में मनमुटाव
गठबंधन में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी RJD ने अपने उम्मीदवारों के टिकट बांटने शुरू कर दिए हैं, लेकिन अभी तक उसकी पूरी सूची सामने नहीं आई है. कई सीटों पर RJD ने अपने ही गठबंधन साथियों के उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ टिकट दे दिए हैं, जिससे तनाव पैदा हो गया है. वहीं, कांग्रेस ने 48 उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची जारी की थी, और अब उसने पांच और सीटों के उम्मीदवारों के नाम घोषित किए हैं. इनमें किशनगंज सीट भी शामिल है, जहां कांग्रेस ने अपने मौजूदा विधायक को हटाकर AIMIM से आए एक नेता को टिकट दिया है. आरोप हैं कि कांग्रेस ने टिकट बेचे हैं, जबकि पार्टी नेता कह रहे हैं कि समझौता होने वाला है.

आठ सीटों पर आमने-सामने की आशंका
गठबंधन में समन्वय की कमी का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि कम से कम आठ सीटों पर एक ही गठबंधन के दो-दो उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं. इनमें से तीन सीटों पर RJD और कांग्रेस के बीच सीधा मुकाबला हो सकता है. वहीं, सत्तारूढ़ NDA में भी सब कुछ ठीक नहीं दिख रहा। जद(यू) ने अंतिम समय में अमौर सीट पर अपना उम्मीदवार बदल दिया और पूर्व भाजपा नेता सबीर अली को टिकट दे दिया, जिन्हें 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने के कारण पार्टी से निकाला गया था.

कितनी सीटों पर लड़ रहे नितीश?
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की पार्टी JDU, जो भाजपा के बराबर 101 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ रही है, ने आखिरी समय में अमौर से पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद साबिर अली को मैदान में उतारने का फैसला किया, जहाँ से उसने पहले सबा ज़फ़र को उम्मीदवार बनाया था, जो 2020 की उपविजेता थीं और जिन्होंने पांच साल पहले भी भाजपा के चुनाव चिन्ह पर यह सीट जीती थी.

दिलचस्प बात यह है कि अली को 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने के कारण जद (यू) से निकाल दिया गया था, जिन्हें पार्टी सुप्रीमो अपना कट्टर विरोधी मानते थे. बाद में अली भाजपा में शामिल हो गए और उन्हें पार्टी के अल्पसंख्यक प्रकोष्ठ का महासचिव बनाया गया है.

NDA की मढ़ौरा सीट पर कोई उम्मीदवार नहीं
सत्तारूढ़ गठबंधन को मढ़ौरा सीट पर भी शर्मिंदगी का सामना करना पड़ा, यहां केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान की लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) की उम्मीदवार भोजपुरी अभिनेत्री से नेता बनीं सीमा सिंह का नामांकन पत्र तकनीकी आधार पर खारिज कर दिया गया.

यह सीट अब पूर्व मंत्री और मौजूदा विधायक जितेंद्र कुमार राय के पक्ष में एकतरफा मुकाबले की ओर बढ़ती दिख रही है, जिन्हें सिर्फ जन सुराज पार्टी के उम्मीदवार अभय सिंह ही चुनौती दे सकते हैं. हालांकि, पासवान ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी ने एक छोटी सी चूक पर अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिए चुनाव आयोग को ज्ञापन दिया है.

चुनाव आयोग का बड़ा ऐलान, दूसरे फेज में 12 राज्यों में शुरू होगा SIR

चुनाव आयोग ने देशव्यापी एसआईआर को लेकर बड़ा एलान किया है। दिल्ली में आयोजित संवाददाता सम्मेलन मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने कहा कि दूसरे फेज में देश के 12 राज्यों में एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग के अनुसार, एसआईआर में मतदाता सूची में सुधार, नए मतदाताओं का समावेश और सूची में त्रुटियों का निवारण किया जाएगा।

दिल्ली में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्तज्ञानेशकुमार ने कहा, आज हम यहां स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिविजन (SIR) के दूसरे चरण की शुरुआत के ऐलान के लिए मौजूद हैं। मैं बिहार के मतदाताओं को शुभकामनाएं देता हूं और उन 7.5 करोड़ मतदाताओं को नमन करता हूं, जिन्होंने इस प्रक्रिया में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई और इसे सफल बनाया। उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग ने देश के सभी 36 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के चुनाव अधिकारियों से मुलाकात कर प्रक्रिया पर विस्तार से चर्चा की।

मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने आगे कहा कि जिन राज्यों में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण होने वाला है, वहां की मतदाता सूची आज रात 12 बजे फ्रीज कर दी जाएगी। हर बूथ पर एक बीएलओ और हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक ईआरओ तैनात रहेगा। आज ही सभी मतदाताओं के लिए इन्यूमेरेशन फॉर्म प्रिंट किए जाएंगे। प्रत्येक बीएलओ कम से कम तीन बार हर घर जाकर जानकारी जुटाएंगे।  जो मतदाता अपने क्षेत्र से बाहर हैं, वे यह फॉर्म ऑनलाइन भी भर सकेंगे। इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज या फॉर्म की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

21 साल पहले किया गया था आखिरी एसआईआर
इस दौरान मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने कहा कि देश में 21 साल पहले आखिरी विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण किया गया था। उन्होंने साफ किया कि एसआईआर में सभी योग्य मतदाताओं को जोड़ा जाएगा और अयोग्य मतदाताओं को वोटर लिस्ट से बाहर किया जाएगा। सीईसी ने आगे कहा कि चुनावों से पहले एसआईआर किया जाना सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है।

राहुल गांधी ने केंद्र सरकार से सवाल पूछते हुए कहा कि कहां हैं 12,000 स्पेशल ट्रेनें? क्यों हालात हर साल और बदतर ही होते जाते हैं। क्यों बिहार के लोग हर साल ऐसे अपमानजनक हालात में घर लौटने को मजबूर हैं? अगर राज्य में रोजगार और सम्मानजनक जीवन मिलता, तो उन्हें हज़ारों किलोमीटर दूर भटकना नहीं पड़ता।

राहुल ने लिखा कि ये सिर्फ़ मजबूर यात्री नहीं, एनडीए की धोखेबाज़ नीतियों और नीयत का जीता-जागता सबूत हैं। यात्रा सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक हो यह अधिकार है, कोई एहसान नहीं।

इससे पहले राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के मुखिया लालू प्रसाद यादव ने भी एनडीए सरकार पर हमला बोला। राजद प्रमुख ने ‘एक्स’ पर लिखा, “झूठ के बेताज बादशाह और जुमलों के सरदार ने शेखी बघारते हुए कहा था कि देश की कुल 13,198 ट्रेनों में से 12,000 रेलगाड़ियां छठ पर्व के अवसर पर बिहार के लिए चलाई जायेंगी। यह भी सफेद झूठ निकला। मेरे बिहार वासियों को अमानवीय तरीके से ट्रेनों में यात्रा करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है।”

सरकार के दावों की खुली पोल
दरअसल, बिहार में विधानसभा चुनावों और महापर्व छठ से पहले ही केंद्र सरकार ने 12 हजार स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाने की बात कही थी। ऐसा दावा किया गया था कि किसी को भी घर जाने में किसी भी तरह की समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। हालांकि इन दिनों ट्रेनों में लोगों को खड़े होने तक की जगह नहीं मिल पा रही है।

भारतीय खिलाड़ियों को बताया आतंकवादियों की तरह

जहानाबाद: बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 के बीच अब जहानाबाद की सियासत में नया मोड़ आ गया है। जनमुक्ति आंदोलन नामक संगठन ने राजनीतिक मैदान में एंट्री कर दी है, जिससे स्थानीय राजनीति में हलचल तेज हो गई है। संगठन ने  काको प्रखंड के नवादा गांव में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस आयोजित कर अपने रुख और भविष्य की रणनीति स्पष्ट की।
  

  
प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान जनमुक्ति आंदोलन के नेताओं ने NDA पर जमकर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि एनडीए सरकार ने हमेशा समाज में विभाजन की राजनीति की है और पूंजीवाद को बढ़ावा दिया है। नेताओं ने कहा कि अब समय आ गया है जब जनता को ऐसी ताकतों के खिलाफ एकजुट होना चाहिए और असली जन मुद्दों पर चुनाव लड़ा जाना चाहिए।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the tickets for the highly anticipated Test match between India and South Africa at the Eden Gardens in the IDFC FIRST Bank Test Series are set to go on sale from 12 pm onwards on October 20, 2025, it was announced by The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) today.

Tickets for the first match of the two-match Test series to be played at the Eden Gardens will be available on District by Zomato app. 

The Test match, scheduled from November 14 to November 18, promises to be a thrilling spectacle, pitting two historic rivals, India and reigning World Test Champions South Africa, against each other.

Rs 60, lowest per day, that comes to 300 for all 5 days in season and 250 per day is the highest that comes to 1250 for 5 days.

बिहार में नामांकन का कल आखिरी दिन, INDIA गठबंधन में सस्पेंस बरकरार, जानें कितने साथ-कितने अलग
बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे और अंतिम चरण के लिए नामांकन दाखिल करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने वाली है, लेकिन INDIA गठबंधन में सीटों के बंटवारे को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति बनी हुई है. वहीं NDA ने लगभग अपने सभी मनमुटाव दूर कर लिए हैं और बिहार चुनाव में मजबूत नजर आ रही है.

  


वहीं INDIA गठबंधन के दलों में कई सीटों पर खींचतान जारी है. जिसकी वजह झारखंड के प्रमुख दल JMM ने इस गठबंधन को छोड़ दिया है. वहीं कुछ सीटों पर RJD और कांग्रेस में गंभीर तकरार है और दोनों ही अपने कैंडिडेट उतार सकते हैं.

JMM ने अलग रास्ता अपनाया
महागठबंधन INDIA में सहयोगी दलों के बीच सहमति बनाने की कोशिशें जारी हैं। हालांकि, झारखंड के प्रमुख दल JMM ने इस गठबंधन को छोड़कर बिहार की छह सीटों पर अकेले चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान कर दिया है. इससे गठबंधन को एक बड़ा झटका लगा है. गठबंधन के नेता पहले नए साथियों को शामिल करने की जरूरत का हवाला दे रहे थे, लेकिन JMM के अलग होने से स्थिति और जटिल हो गई है

RJD और कांग्रेस में मनमुटाव
गठबंधन में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी RJD ने अपने उम्मीदवारों के टिकट बांटने शुरू कर दिए हैं, लेकिन अभी तक उसकी पूरी सूची सामने नहीं आई है. कई सीटों पर RJD ने अपने ही गठबंधन साथियों के उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ टिकट दे दिए हैं, जिससे तनाव पैदा हो गया है. वहीं, कांग्रेस ने 48 उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची जारी की थी, और अब उसने पांच और सीटों के उम्मीदवारों के नाम घोषित किए हैं. इनमें किशनगंज सीट भी शामिल है, जहां कांग्रेस ने अपने मौजूदा विधायक को हटाकर AIMIM से आए एक नेता को टिकट दिया है. आरोप हैं कि कांग्रेस ने टिकट बेचे हैं, जबकि पार्टी नेता कह रहे हैं कि समझौता होने वाला है.

आठ सीटों पर आमने-सामने की आशंका
गठबंधन में समन्वय की कमी का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि कम से कम आठ सीटों पर एक ही गठबंधन के दो-दो उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं. इनमें से तीन सीटों पर RJD और कांग्रेस के बीच सीधा मुकाबला हो सकता है. वहीं, सत्तारूढ़ NDA में भी सब कुछ ठीक नहीं दिख रहा। जद(यू) ने अंतिम समय में अमौर सीट पर अपना उम्मीदवार बदल दिया और पूर्व भाजपा नेता सबीर अली को टिकट दे दिया, जिन्हें 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने के कारण पार्टी से निकाला गया था.

कितनी सीटों पर लड़ रहे नितीश?
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की पार्टी JDU, जो भाजपा के बराबर 101 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ रही है, ने आखिरी समय में अमौर से पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद साबिर अली को मैदान में उतारने का फैसला किया, जहाँ से उसने पहले सबा ज़फ़र को उम्मीदवार बनाया था, जो 2020 की उपविजेता थीं और जिन्होंने पांच साल पहले भी भाजपा के चुनाव चिन्ह पर यह सीट जीती थी.

दिलचस्प बात यह है कि अली को 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने के कारण जद (यू) से निकाल दिया गया था, जिन्हें पार्टी सुप्रीमो अपना कट्टर विरोधी मानते थे. बाद में अली भाजपा में शामिल हो गए और उन्हें पार्टी के अल्पसंख्यक प्रकोष्ठ का महासचिव बनाया गया है.

NDA की मढ़ौरा सीट पर कोई उम्मीदवार नहीं
सत्तारूढ़ गठबंधन को मढ़ौरा सीट पर भी शर्मिंदगी का सामना करना पड़ा, यहां केंद्रीय मंत्री चिराग पासवान की लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) की उम्मीदवार भोजपुरी अभिनेत्री से नेता बनीं सीमा सिंह का नामांकन पत्र तकनीकी आधार पर खारिज कर दिया गया.

यह सीट अब पूर्व मंत्री और मौजूदा विधायक जितेंद्र कुमार राय के पक्ष में एकतरफा मुकाबले की ओर बढ़ती दिख रही है, जिन्हें सिर्फ जन सुराज पार्टी के उम्मीदवार अभय सिंह ही चुनौती दे सकते हैं. हालांकि, पासवान ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी ने एक छोटी सी चूक पर अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिए चुनाव आयोग को ज्ञापन दिया है.

विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता रंधीर जायसवाल ने गुरुवार को ट्रंप के दावे पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि भारत एक बड़ा तेल और गैस आयातक देश है और अस्थिर वैश्विक ऊर्जा बाजार में देश के हितों को सुरक्षित रखना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। जायसवाल ने कहा कि हमारी ऊर्जा नीति के दो प्रमुख लक्ष्य हैं, जिसमें स्थिर ऊर्जा कीमतें बनाए रखा और आपूर्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना शामिल हैं। इसी उद्देश्य से भारत अपने ऊर्जा स्रोतों को अलग-अलग बना रहा है और बाजार की परिस्थितियों के अनुसार आयात नीतियां तय कर रहा है।

अमेरिका के साथ तेल खरीद पर बातचीत जारी
विदेश मंत्रालय के बयान में आगे कहा गया, जहां तक अमेरिका का सवाल है, हम कई वर्षों से अपनी ऊर्जा खरीद का विस्तार करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। पिछले दशक में इसमें लगातार प्रगति हुई है। मौजूद अमेरिकी प्रशासन ने भारत के साथ ऊर्जा सहयोग को गहरा करने में रुचि दिखाई है। इस पर चर्चाएं जारी हैं।

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने क्या कहा था? 
इससे पहले डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने ओवल ऑफिस में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई की ओर से पूछे गए एक सवाल के जवाब में दिया। एएनआई ने एक सवाल किया कि क्या अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति भारत को एक विश्वसनीय साझेदार मानते हैं? इस पर ट्रंप ने कहा, हां, बिल्कुल। वह (पीएम मोदी) मेरे मित्र हैं। हमारे बीच बहुत अच्छे संबंध हैं। भारत रूस से तेल खरीद रहा है, इससे मैं खुश नहीं था। हालांकि, उन्होंने अब मुझे आश्वासन दिया है कि भारत रूस से तेल नहीं खरीदेगा। यह एक बड़ा कदम है।
