बिहार के छह जिलों में स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को लेकर चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। मां के दूध में यूरेनियम (यू-238) की मौजूदगी का दानवा किया जा रहा है। महावीर कैंसर संस्थान, पटना और एम्स नई दिल्ली की संयुक्त स्टडी में यह बात सामने आई है कि राज्य के छह जिलों भोजपुर, समस्तीपुर, मुंगेर, भागलपुर, खगड़िया और नालंदा में स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं के दूध में यूरेनियम पाया गया है।

40 महिलाओं के ब्रेस्ट मिल्क की जांच
अक्टूबर 2021 से जुलाई 2024 के बीच किए गए इस शोध में बेगूसराय, भोजपुर, समस्तीपुर, खगड़िया, कटिहार और नालंदा जैसे जिलों से सैंपल लिए गए थे। इन जिलों से 17 से 35 वर्ष की आयु की 40 महिलाओं के ब्रेस्ट मिल्क के नमूनों को जांच के लिए भेजा गया था। इन सभी नमूनों में यूरेनियम यानी U-238 पाया गया है। इस दूध में यूरेनियम की मात्रा 0 से 5.25 जी/एल के बीच दर्ज की गई है। 

70% शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य का जोखिम बढ़ा
इस शोध को महावीर कैंसर संस्थान और अनुसंधान केंद्र, पटना, लवली प्रोफेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी और एम्स, नई दिल्ली के वैज्ञानिकों के एक समूह ने मिलकर किया है। ब्रिटिश जर्नल 'साइंटिफिक रिपोर्ट्स' की एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि अध्ययन में बिहार के स्तन के दूध के नमूनों में 5 पीपीबी (प्रति अरब भाग) तक यूरेनियम पाया गया।अध्ययन के अनुसार, लगभग 70% शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य का जोखिम बढ़ सकता है। हालांकि यह साफ किया गया है कि इससे कैंसर का खतरा नहीं है यह स्तर अभी स्वीकार्य सीमा से नीचे हैं और घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।

यूरेनियम भूजल के जरिए शरीर में पहुंच रहा
इस स्टडी का नेतृत्व महावीर कैंसर संस्थान के डॉ. अरुण कुमार ने किया। एम्स नई दिल्ली के डॉ. अशोक शर्मा रिसर्च के सह लेखक रहे। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह यूरेनियम भूजल के जरिए शरीर में पहुंच रहा है, क्योंकि इन जिलों में पानी पहले से ही दूषित बताया जाता रहा है। यह दूषित पानी पीने और भोजन के माध्यम से शरीर में जाता है और फिर माताओं के दूध में पहुंचकर बच्चों के लिए खतरा पैदा करता है। 

माताओं को स्तनपान बंद करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं
शोधकर्ताओं ने कहा कि अभी यह साफ नहीं है कि यूरेनियम का स्रोत कौन- सी जगह या गतिविधि है, लेकिन यह तथ्य गंभीर है कि यह सीधे बच्चों तक पहुंच रहा है। एम्स दिल्ली के वरिष्ठ विशेषज्ञ डॉ. अशोक शर्मा ने कहा, 70% शिशुओं में जोखिम का संकेत जरूर मिला है, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य पर इसका वास्तविक प्रभाव कम होने की संभावना है। माताओं को स्तनपान बंद करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। यह शिशु के पोषण का सबसे सुरक्षित और प्रभावी स्रोत है।

पानी में आर्सेनिक ज्यादा
बिहार के 6 जिलों में लोगों का पीने का पानी और खाने का अनाज धीरे-धीरे जहर में बदलता जा रहा है। स्टडी में टीम ने बिहार के पटना, वैशाली, सारण, भोजपुर, बक्सर और नालंदा जिलों में सर्वे किया। कुल 286 घरों से हैंडपंप के पानी, गेहूं, चावल, बाल और नाखून के नमूने एकत्र किए गए। जांच में लगभग 14% हैंडपंपों के पानी, 44% गेहूं और 3% चावल के नमूनों में आर्सेनिक की मात्रा WHO की तय सीमा से अधिक पाई गई।

दिल्ली के लाल किला मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास सोमवार शाम में हुए एक कार विस्फोट में मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 13 हो गई है। इस बीच मामले की जांच एनआईए को सौंप दी गई है। अब तक की जांच से यह पता चला है कि इस विस्फोट का संबंध सोमवार को ही पकड़े गए फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल से है। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने इस मॉड्यूल का फंडाफोड़ किया है। इस मॉड्यूल में कई डॉक्टर को गिरफ्तार किया है। अब एक बड़ा सवाल ये है कि लोगों की जिंदगियां बचाने वाले डॉक्टर्स कैसे जानलेवा हो गए?

लाल किले के पास हुए कार धमाके से कुछ घंटे पहले हरियाणा और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने फरीदाबाद आतंकी मॉड्यूल का पर्दाफाश किया था। इस मॉड्यूल में कई डॉक्टरों के शामिल होने के कारण इसे व्हाइट कॉलर टेरर मॉड्यूल कहा गया है। दिल्ली बम विस्फोट की जांच में अब यह खुलासा हुआ है कि इस मॉड्यूल के पीछे असली दिमाग मौलवी इरफान अहमद का था। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस की कार्रवाई में इस शख्स को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

डॉक्टर्स का माइंडवॉश कर बनाया कट्टरपंथी
जम्मू-कश्मीर के शोपियां का रहने वाला मौलवी इरफान कथित तौर पर एक व्हाइट कॉलर टेरर मॉड्यूल चला रहा था। यह मेडिकल छात्रों और युवा डॉक्टरों को निशाना बनाता था। सोमवार को नई दिल्ली में हुए कार विस्फोट से कुछ घंटे पहले फरीदाबाद में पकड़े गए नेटवर्क से भी इसका लिंक है। माना जा रहा है कि डॉक्टर्स का माइंडवॉश करके उन्हें कट्टरपंथी बनाने में इसका अहम रोल है।

जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से प्रेरित था मौलवी
खुफिया सूत्रों के अनुसार, मौलवी इरफान ने फरीदाबाद मॉड्यूल के डॉक्टरों और मेडिकल छात्रों को कट्टरपंथी बनाया था। वह पहले श्रीनगर के गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज में पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ़ था और छात्रों से लगातार संपर्क में था। इसके अलावा, वह नौगाम मस्जिद का इमाम भी रह चुका है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, मौलवी इरफान जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से प्रेरित था और छात्रों को इसके वीडियो दिखाता था वह टेलीग्राम जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से जैश-ए-मोहम्मद का प्रचार करता था। 

ऐसे मौलवी तक पहुंची पुलिस
19 अक्टूबर को बनपोरा नौगाम में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के पोस्टर सामने आने के बाद जांच शुरू हुई, जिनमें पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों को धमकी दी गई थी। नौगाम पुलिस स्टेशन में यूएपीए, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और शस्त्र अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। पत्थरबाज़ों का इतिहास रखने वाले तीन सक्रिय कार्यकर्ताओं को हिरासत में लिया गया। उन्होंने पूछताछ में पुलिस को मौलवी इरफान अहमद तक पहुंचाया। उनकी सूचना के आधार पर डॉ. अदील अहमद और शोपियां के मौलवी से जुड़े ज़मीर अहंगर को गिरफ़्तार किया गया।

बिहार के छह जिलों में स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को लेकर चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। मां के दूध में यूरेनियम (यू-238) की मौजूदगी का दानवा किया जा रहा है। महावीर कैंसर संस्थान, पटना और एम्स नई दिल्ली की संयुक्त स्टडी में यह बात सामने आई है कि राज्य के छह जिलों भोजपुर, समस्तीपुर, मुंगेर, भागलपुर, खगड़िया और नालंदा में स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं के दूध में यूरेनियम पाया गया है।

40 महिलाओं के ब्रेस्ट मिल्क की जांच
अक्टूबर 2021 से जुलाई 2024 के बीच किए गए इस शोध में बेगूसराय, भोजपुर, समस्तीपुर, खगड़िया, कटिहार और नालंदा जैसे जिलों से सैंपल लिए गए थे। इन जिलों से 17 से 35 वर्ष की आयु की 40 महिलाओं के ब्रेस्ट मिल्क के नमूनों को जांच के लिए भेजा गया था। इन सभी नमूनों में यूरेनियम यानी U-238 पाया गया है। इस दूध में यूरेनियम की मात्रा 0 से 5.25 जी/एल के बीच दर्ज की गई है। 

70% शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य का जोखिम बढ़ा
इस शोध को महावीर कैंसर संस्थान और अनुसंधान केंद्र, पटना, लवली प्रोफेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी और एम्स, नई दिल्ली के वैज्ञानिकों के एक समूह ने मिलकर किया है। ब्रिटिश जर्नल 'साइंटिफिक रिपोर्ट्स' की एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि अध्ययन में बिहार के स्तन के दूध के नमूनों में 5 पीपीबी (प्रति अरब भाग) तक यूरेनियम पाया गया।अध्ययन के अनुसार, लगभग 70% शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य का जोखिम बढ़ सकता है। हालांकि यह साफ किया गया है कि इससे कैंसर का खतरा नहीं है यह स्तर अभी स्वीकार्य सीमा से नीचे हैं और घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।

यूरेनियम भूजल के जरिए शरीर में पहुंच रहा
इस स्टडी का नेतृत्व महावीर कैंसर संस्थान के डॉ. अरुण कुमार ने किया। एम्स नई दिल्ली के डॉ. अशोक शर्मा रिसर्च के सह लेखक रहे। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह यूरेनियम भूजल के जरिए शरीर में पहुंच रहा है, क्योंकि इन जिलों में पानी पहले से ही दूषित बताया जाता रहा है। यह दूषित पानी पीने और भोजन के माध्यम से शरीर में जाता है और फिर माताओं के दूध में पहुंचकर बच्चों के लिए खतरा पैदा करता है।

दिल्ली के लाल किला मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास सोमवार शाम में हुए एक कार विस्फोट में मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 13 हो गई है। इस बीच मामले की जांच एनआईए को सौंप दी गई है। अब तक की जांच से यह पता चला है कि इस विस्फोट का संबंध सोमवार को ही पकड़े गए फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल से है। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने इस मॉड्यूल का फंडाफोड़ किया है। इस मॉड्यूल में कई डॉक्टर को गिरफ्तार किया है। अब एक बड़ा सवाल ये है कि लोगों की जिंदगियां बचाने वाले डॉक्टर्स कैसे जानलेवा हो गए?

लाल किले के पास हुए कार धमाके से कुछ घंटे पहले हरियाणा और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने फरीदाबाद आतंकी मॉड्यूल का पर्दाफाश किया था। इस मॉड्यूल में कई डॉक्टरों के शामिल होने के कारण इसे व्हाइट कॉलर टेरर मॉड्यूल कहा गया है। दिल्ली बम विस्फोट की जांच में अब यह खुलासा हुआ है कि इस मॉड्यूल के पीछे असली दिमाग मौलवी इरफान अहमद का था। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस की कार्रवाई में इस शख्स को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

डॉक्टर्स का माइंडवॉश कर बनाया कट्टरपंथी
जम्मू-कश्मीर के शोपियां का रहने वाला मौलवी इरफान कथित तौर पर एक व्हाइट कॉलर टेरर मॉड्यूल चला रहा था। यह मेडिकल छात्रों और युवा डॉक्टरों को निशाना बनाता था। सोमवार को नई दिल्ली में हुए कार विस्फोट से कुछ घंटे पहले फरीदाबाद में पकड़े गए नेटवर्क से भी इसका लिंक है। माना जा रहा है कि डॉक्टर्स का माइंडवॉश करके उन्हें कट्टरपंथी बनाने में इसका अहम रोल है।

जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से प्रेरित था मौलवी
खुफिया सूत्रों के अनुसार, मौलवी इरफान ने फरीदाबाद मॉड्यूल के डॉक्टरों और मेडिकल छात्रों को कट्टरपंथी बनाया था। वह पहले श्रीनगर के गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज में पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ़ था और छात्रों से लगातार संपर्क में था। इसके अलावा, वह नौगाम मस्जिद का इमाम भी रह चुका है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, मौलवी इरफान जैश-ए-मोहम्मद से प्रेरित था और छात्रों को इसके वीडियो दिखाता था वह टेलीग्राम जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से जैश-ए-मोहम्मद का प्रचार करता था। 

ऐसे मौलवी तक पहुंची पुलिस
19 अक्टूबर को बनपोरा नौगाम में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के पोस्टर सामने आने के बाद जांच शुरू हुई, जिनमें पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों को धमकी दी गई थी। नौगाम पुलिस स्टेशन में यूएपीए, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम और शस्त्र अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। पत्थरबाज़ों का इतिहास रखने वाले तीन सक्रिय कार्यकर्ताओं को हिरासत में लिया गया। उन्होंने पूछताछ में पुलिस को मौलवी इरफान अहमद तक पहुंचाया। उनकी सूचना के आधार पर डॉ. अदील अहमद और शोपियां के मौलवी से जुड़े ज़मीर अहंगर को गिरफ़्तार किया गया।
