   अमर बहादुर सिंह बलिया शहर नगरा (बलिया)। आज दिनांक 18 सितम्बर 2025 को विकास खण्ड नगरा स्थित प्रा० स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर संचारी रोग नियंत्रण एवं दस्तक अभियान को लेकर एक अन्तर्विभागीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता राहुल सिंह प्रभारी चिकित्साधिकारी ने की। इसमें खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी, सी०डी०पी०ओ०, कृषि अधिकारी, नगर पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, पशु चिकित्साधिकारी एवं अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में बताया गया कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना संचारी रोग नियंत्रण अभियान 05 अक्टूबर से 31 अक्टूबर 2025 तक तथा दस्तक अभियान 11 अक्टूबर से 31 अक्टूबर 2025 तक चलाया जाएगा। इन अभियानों को सफल बनाने के लिए यूनिसेफ (UNICEF) और विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन किया जाएगा।

 Desk:  Ramayana is not just about the story of the war between Ram and Ravana. This story contains various pictures of the life of the people of that era. Naturally, many anecdotes have been created - most of which are unknown to us. Three such facts are -

1) Bali of the Ramayana is the hunter named Jara of the Mahabharata who was responsible for the killing of Krishna during the Dwapara Yuga.

2) According to many Ramayanas other than Valmiki, Surpanakha was married and instigated Ravana to abduct Sita in revenge for Rama killing her husband, the 'evil-minded demon'.

3) In the last war between Rama and Ravana, Bali's son Angad played a huge role in Rama's victory. Ravana was performing a yagna before going to war. Angad and some of the monkey army arrived there to spoil the yagna, but Ravana's attention could not be diverted by anything. Finally, Angad started pulling on Queen Mandodari's braid. Even then, Ravana remained steadfast. But Mandodari taunted Ravana and said that Rama was doing so much for his wife and Ravana was unable to protect his wife from this monkey clan. After hearing this, Ravana broke the yagna and chased away Angad and his army, and needless to say, he was defeated in the war.

From being a technician, he gradually moved into management roles. His leadership skills and understanding of both technical and business aspects helped him climb the ladder quickly. Eventually, he became a Sales Manager in a large diagnostic center, managing teams, clients, and operations. Over the years, he worked in senior roles in reputed healthcare companies, gaining expertise in business development, customer relations, and diagnostic operations.

उपराष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव के लिए कल यानी 9 सितंबर को वोटिंग होनी है। सुबह 10 बजे से लेकर शाम 5 बजे तक वोटिंग होगी। वहीं, 6 बजे से वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो जाएगी। नतीजा भी देर शाम तक सामने आ जाएगा। एनडीए ने मैदान में सी पी राधाकृष्णन को उतारा है तो इंडिया ब्लॉक ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व जज बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी को उम्मीदवार बनाया है। एनडीए और इंडिया ब्लॉक दोनों जीत का दावा कर रहे हैं।

जानकारों का मानना है कि इस चुनाव में भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन जीत सकते हैं। उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव में संसद के दोनों सदनों लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सदस्य वोटिंग करते हैं। इस लिहाज से एनडीए के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन के पास सांसदों की संख्या ज्यादा है और 'इंडिया' ब्लॉक के उम्मीदवार बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी उनसे पिछड़ सकते हैं। दरअसल, लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में कुल मिलाकर 781 सदस्य हैं। इसमें एनडीए को सपोर्ट करने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या 439 है और इंडिया गठबंधन को सपोर्ट करने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या 327 है। हालांकि, जीत का अंतर पिछले चुनावों जितना बड़ा होना मुश्किल लग रहा है।

उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव में लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सांसद वोट डालते हैं। इसमें राज्यसभा के मनोनीत सांसद भी वोट डालते हैं।  इसके लिए व्हिप जारी नहीं होता और गुप्त मतदान होता है। यानी सांसद अपनी मर्जी के हिसाब से वोट डालने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। लेकिन, मोटे तौर पर पार्टी लाइन के हिसाब से ही वोट डाले जाते हैं। हालांकि, पहले के चुनावों में क्रॉस वोटिंग होती आई है और इस बार भी इसकी संभावना है।

बता दें कि स्वास्थ्य कारणों का हवाला देते हुए जगदीप धनखड़ के उपराष्ट्रपति पद से अचानक इस्तीफा देने के बाद यह चुनाव आवश्यक हो गया था। वराहगिरि वेंकट गिरि और रामास्वामी वेंकटरमन के बाद धनखड़ मध्यावधि में इस्तीफा देने वाले तीसरे उपराष्ट्रपति हैं। इतिहास में यह पहली बार है कि दोनों प्रमुख उम्मीदवार दक्षिणी राज्यों से हैं, क्योंकि राधाकृष्णन तमिलनाडु से हैं जबकि रेड्डी तेलंगाना से हैं।

   अमर बहादुर सिंह बलिया शहर नगरा (बलिया)। आज दिनांक 18 सितम्बर 2025 को विकास खण्ड नगरा स्थित प्रा० स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर संचारी रोग नियंत्रण एवं दस्तक अभियान को लेकर एक अन्तर्विभागीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता राहुल सिंह प्रभारी चिकित्साधिकारी ने की। इसमें खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी, सी०डी०पी०ओ०, कृषि अधिकारी, नगर पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, पशु चिकित्साधिकारी एवं अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में बताया गया कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना संचारी रोग नियंत्रण अभियान 05 अक्टूबर से 31 अक्टूबर 2025 तक तथा दस्तक अभियान 11 अक्टूबर से 31 अक्टूबर 2025 तक चलाया जाएगा। इन अभियानों को सफल बनाने के लिए यूनिसेफ (UNICEF) और विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन किया जाएगा।

1) Bali of the Ramayana is the hunter named Jara of the Mahabharata who was responsible for the killing of Krishna during the Dwapara Yuga.

2) According to many Ramayanas other than Valmiki, Surpanakha was married and instigated Ravana to abduct Sita in revenge for Rama killing her husband, the 'evil-minded demon'.

3) In the last war between Rama and Ravana, Bali's son Angad played a huge role in Rama's victory. Ravana was performing a yagna before going to war. Angad and some of the monkey army arrived there to spoil the yagna, but Ravana's attention could not be diverted by anything. Finally, Angad started pulling on Queen Mandodari's braid. Even then, Ravana remained steadfast. But Mandodari taunted Ravana and said that Rama was doing so much for his wife and Ravana was unable to protect his wife from this monkey clan. After hearing this, Ravana broke the yagna and chased away Angad and his army, and needless to say, he was defeated in the war.

राधाकृष्णन या सुदर्शन...कौन बनेगा भारत का अगला उपराष्ट्रपति? जानें एनडीए और इंडिया में किसका पड़ला भारी

उपराष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव के लिए कल यानी 9 सितंबर को वोटिंग होनी है। सुबह 10 बजे से लेकर शाम 5 बजे तक वोटिंग होगी। वहीं, 6 बजे से वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो जाएगी। नतीजा भी देर शाम तक सामने आ जाएगा। एनडीए ने मैदान में सी पी राधाकृष्णन को उतारा है तो इंडिया ब्लॉक ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व जज बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी को उम्मीदवार बनाया है। एनडीए और इंडिया ब्लॉक दोनों जीत का दावा कर रहे हैं।

जानकारों का मानना है कि इस चुनाव में भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन जीत सकते हैं। उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव में संसद के दोनों सदनों लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सदस्य वोटिंग करते हैं। इस लिहाज से एनडीए के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन के पास सांसदों की संख्या ज्यादा है और 'इंडिया' ब्लॉक के उम्मीदवार बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी उनसे पिछड़ सकते हैं। दरअसल, लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में कुल मिलाकर 781 सदस्य हैं। इसमें एनडीए को सपोर्ट करने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या 439 है और इंडिया गठबंधन को सपोर्ट करने वाले सदस्यों की संख्या 327 है। हालांकि, जीत का अंतर पिछले चुनावों जितना बड़ा होना मुश्किल लग रहा है।

उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव में लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सांसद वोट डालते हैं। इसमें राज्यसभा के मनोनीत सांसद भी वोट डालते हैं।  इसके लिए व्हिप जारी नहीं होता और गुप्त मतदान होता है। यानी सांसद अपनी मर्जी के हिसाब से वोट डालने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। लेकिन, मोटे तौर पर पार्टी लाइन के हिसाब से ही वोट डाले जाते हैं। हालांकि, पहले के चुनावों में क्रॉस वोटिंग होती आई है और इस बार भी इसकी संभावना है।

बता दें कि स्वास्थ्य कारणों का हवाला देते हुए जगदीप धनखड़ के उपराष्ट्रपति पद से अचानक इस्तीफा देने के बाद यह चुनाव आवश्यक हो गया था। वराहगिरि वेंकट गिरि और रामास्वामी वेंकटरमन के बाद धनखड़ मध्यावधि में इस्तीफा देने वाले तीसरे उपराष्ट्रपति हैं। इतिहास में यह पहली बार है कि दोनों प्रमुख उम्मीदवार दक्षिणी राज्यों से हैं, क्योंकि राधाकृष्णन तमिलनाडु से हैं जबकि रेड्डी तेलंगाना से हैं।
