आज लोकसभा चुनाव के दूसरे चरण के लिए वोटिंग हो रही है। इस चुनाव में बीजेपी ने 400 पार सीटें जीतने का लक्ष्य रखा है। बीजेपी जीत के लिए जमकर चुनाव प्रचार कर रही है। बीजेपी के नेता अपने चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान 'मोदी की गारंटी' के बारे में देश की जनता को बता रहे हैं। पीएम मोदी लगातार चुनावी मंचों से कह रहे कि पिछले 10 साल में जो काम हुए वह तो केवल ट्रेलर है, पूरी फिल्म तो अभी बाकी है। ऐसे में लोगों के मन में सावल उठ रहे हैं कि अगर पिछले 10 सालों में हुआ काम बीजेपी सरकार का ट्रेलर है, तो पूरी पिक्चर कैसी होगी। ऐसे में बीजेपी ने अपने 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव के घोषणा पत्र में जो वादा किया है, उसे मोदी सरकार के अगले 5 साल का पिक्चर माना जा रहा है। बीजेपी के घोषणा पत्र में अब लोगों से वादा किया गया है कि अगर मोदी सरकार को जनता तीसरे कार्यकाल के लिए चुनती है तो आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के देश के सभी वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को इसमें शामिल किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही सभी पात्र ट्रांसजेंडर को भी आयुष्मान भारत के अंतर्गत कवर मिलेगा। *मोदी सरकार की आतंकवाद के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति का जिक्र* मोदी सरकार के दौरान 500 साल के लंबे इंतजार के बाद अयोध्या में प्रभु श्रीराम लौटे, राम मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ। रामलला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम के दिन पूरी दुनिया ने इसे सेलिब्रेट किया। मोदी सरकार में आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अख्तियार किया गया और आतंकी हमले के खिलाफ 2016 और 2019 में देश की सीमा से बाहर जाकर भारतीय सेना के जवानों ने सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक और एयर स्ट्राइक जैसे वीरता पूर्ण कारनामे किए। भाजपा दावा करती रही है कि पीएम मोदी की सरकार की आतंकवाद के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति का यह नतीजा रहा है। *मेट्रो नेटवर्क का विस्तार और ज्यादा तेज करने का वादा* मोदी सरकार की तरफ से देशभर में कोविड के काल से ही 80 करोड़ भारतीयों को पीएम गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत अनाज दिया जा रहा है। साल 2020 से ही सरकार ने सबके लिए अन्न की सोच के साथ इसे शुरू किया था। वहीं, घोषणा पत्र में भाजपा का वादा है कि गरीब की थाली में अनाज हो इसके लिए अगले 5 साल तक पीएम गरीब कल्याण योजना का और विस्तार किया जाएगा। मोदी सरकार के 10 सालों में देश के 20 शहरों में मेट्रो कनेक्टिविटी और इसका विस्तार किया गया। सरकार की योजना है कि मेट्रो नेटवर्क का विस्तार और ज्यादा तेजी से किया जाएगा। भारत को 2030 तक ग्लोबल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग हब बनाने का वादा मोदी सरकार ने अपने दस साल के कार्यकाल में 15 एम्स की स्थापना की और अब इसके और विस्तार के साथ इसके मजबूत ढांचे की रूपरेखा आगे के लिए तैयार की गई है। पिछले 10 सालों में भारत मोबाइल के उत्पादन में दुनिया के दूसरे नंबर के देश में शुमार हो गया है। अब भाजपा के घोषणापत्र में वादा किया गया है कि भारत को 2030 तक ग्लोबल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग हब बनाने का लक्ष्य है। भारत को विश्व के न्यूट्री हब के रूप में स्थापित करने का लक्ष्य देश भर में मोटे अनाज को लेकर एक तरह की क्रांति का संचार मोदी सरकार में किया गया और 2023 में भारत ने इंटरनेशनल ईयर ऑफ मिल्लेट्स समारोह का प्रतिनिधित्व किया। अब सरकार का अगले पांच साल में भारत को विश्व के न्यूट्री हब के रूप में स्थापित करने का लक्ष्य है। मोदी सरकार ने नवंबर के महीने को जनजातीय गर्व दिवस के रूप में घोषित किया। वहीं, 2025 को जनजातीय गर्व वर्ष के रूप में मनाने की घोषणा की गई है। जब भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की 150वीं जन्म जयंती मनाई जाएगी। देशभर में पिछले 10 सालों में 31,000 हजार किलोमीटर रेलवे ट्रैक बिछाए गए हैं। भाजपा ने अपने घोषणापत्र में वादा किया है कि अगले पांच साल में हर वर्ष 5,000 किमी प्रति वर्ष के हिसाब से रेलवे ट्र्रैक बिछाए जाएंगे।
