लखनऊ में नकली अंग्रेजी शराब का बड़ा खेल पकड़ा गया, बिहार सप्लाई करने वाला तस्कर गिरफ्तार

 
 
  
  
लखनऊ। कमिश्नरेट लखनऊ की पीजीआई थाना पुलिस, दक्षिणी जोन की सर्विलांस सेल और आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब के कारोबार का बड़ा खुलासा करते हुए एक शराब तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के कब्जे से 1,346 क्वार्टर अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब, फर्जी क्यूआर कोड, नकली ब्रांड लेबल और ढक्कन बरामद किए गए हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार तैयार की गई नकली शराब को असली ब्रांड की तरह पैक कर शराबबंदी वाले बिहार समेत अन्य राज्यों में सप्लाई किया जाता था।
  

  
पुलिस आयुक्त तरुण गाबा के निर्देशन में चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत 6 अगस्त को पीजीआई थाना क्षेत्र में सेक्टर-8 अंडरपास के पास चेकिंग के दौरान मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि वृंदावन योजना के सेक्टर-10सी स्थित एक मकान में बड़ी मात्रा में अवैध शराब रखी गई है। सूचना पर पुलिस, सर्विलांस और आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने मौके पर छापा मारा।
  

  
छापेमारी के दौरान मकान से विभिन्न ब्रांडों की शराब की बोतलें, पैकिंग सामग्री, फर्जी क्यूआर कोड, नकली ब्रांड लेबल, ढक्कन और खाली कार्टन बरामद हुए। मौके से अनिल वर्मा (36) निवासी आजाद नगर, कृष्णानगर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया, जबकि उसका साथी विमल यादव फरार हो गया, जिसकी तलाश की जा रही है।
  

  
पूछताछ में आरोपी ने बताया कि वह किराये के मकान में अपने साथी के साथ मिलकर नकली अंग्रेजी शराब तैयार करता था। दोनों फर्जी क्यूआर कोड और नामी ब्रांडों के लेबल लगाकर शराब को असली जैसा बनाते थे और अधिक मुनाफे के लिए बिहार सहित अन्य राज्यों में सप्लाई करते थे। पुलिस के अनुसार दोनों आरोपी पहले भी अवैध शराब के कारोबार में जेल जा चुके हैं।
  

  
बरामदगी में 612 क्वार्टर 8 PM Premium Black Superior Whisky तथा 734 क्वार्टर After Dark Blue Rare Grain Whisky सहित कुल 1,346 क्वार्टर अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब बरामद की गई। इसके अलावा शराब की पैकिंग में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सामग्री भी जब्त की गई है।
  

  
पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) और आबकारी अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे न्यायालय में पेश कर दिया है। वहीं फरार आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस की टीमें लगातार दबिश दे रही हैं।

  वेबकास्ट के दौरान अपर मुख्य सचिव लीना जौहरी बाल विकास एवं महिला कल्याण तथा निदेशक हर्षिता माथुर बाल विकास सेवा एवं पुष्टाहार विभाग उपनिदेशक डा0 अनुपमा साण्डिल्य तथा विषय विशेषज्ञों ने आयुष्मान भारत योजना के उद्देश्य, पात्रता, गोल्डन कार्ड के माध्यम से मिलने वाली कैशलेस स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तथा योजना का अधिकतम लाभ उठाने के तरीकों पर प्रकाश डाला। साथ ही नवजात शिशुओं के लिए जन्म के तुरंत बाद स्तनपान शुरू करने, पहले छह माह तक केवल माँ का दूध पिलाने तथा स्तनपान से माँ और शिशु दोनों को होने वाले स्वास्थ्य लाभों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।

इसी क्रम में औषधि निरीक्षक आशुतोष कुमार चौबे द्वारा मेसर्स जनपदीय ड्रग वेयर हाउस, यूपीएमएससीएल (UPMSCL) द्वारा संचालित बघली पिजरा, मऊ का निरीक्षण किया गया।

लखनऊ में नकली अंग्रेजी शराब का बड़ा खेल पकड़ा गया, बिहार सप्लाई करने वाला तस्कर गिरफ्तार

 
 
  
  
लखनऊ। कमिश्नरेट लखनऊ की पीजीआई थाना पुलिस, दक्षिणी जोन की सर्विलांस सेल और आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब के कारोबार का बड़ा खुलासा करते हुए एक शराब तस्कर को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के कब्जे से 1,346 क्वार्टर अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब, फर्जी क्यूआर कोड, नकली ब्रांड लेबल और ढक्कन बरामद किए गए हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार तैयार की गई नकली शराब को असली ब्रांड की तरह पैक कर शराबबंदी वाले बिहार समेत अन्य राज्यों में सप्लाई किया जाता था।
  

  
पुलिस आयुक्त तरुण गाबा के निर्देशन में चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत 6 अगस्त को पीजीआई थाना क्षेत्र में सेक्टर-8 अंडरपास के पास चेकिंग के दौरान मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि वृंदावन योजना के सेक्टर-10सी स्थित एक मकान में बड़ी मात्रा में अवैध शराब रखी गई है। सूचना पर पुलिस, सर्विलांस और आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने मौके पर छापा मारा।
  

  
छापेमारी के दौरान मकान से विभिन्न ब्रांडों की शराब की बोतलें, पैकिंग सामग्री, फर्जी क्यूआर कोड, नकली ब्रांड लेबल, ढक्कन और खाली कार्टन बरामद हुए। मौके से अनिल वर्मा (36) निवासी आजाद नगर, कृष्णानगर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया, जबकि उसका साथी विमल यादव फरार हो गया, जिसकी तलाश की जा रही है।
  

  
पूछताछ में आरोपी ने बताया कि वह किराये के मकान में अपने साथी के साथ मिलकर नकली अंग्रेजी शराब तैयार करता था। दोनों फर्जी क्यूआर कोड और नामी ब्रांडों के लेबल लगाकर शराब को असली जैसा बनाते थे और अधिक मुनाफे के लिए बिहार सहित अन्य राज्यों में सप्लाई करते थे। पुलिस के अनुसार दोनों आरोपी पहले भी अवैध शराब के कारोबार में जेल जा चुके हैं।
  

  
बरामदगी में 612 क्वार्टर 8 PM Premium Black Superior Whisky तथा 734 क्वार्टर After Dark Blue Rare Grain Whisky सहित कुल 1,346 क्वार्टर अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब बरामद की गई। इसके अलावा शराब की पैकिंग में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सामग्री भी जब्त की गई है।
  

  
पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) और आबकारी अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे न्यायालय में पेश कर दिया है। वहीं फरार आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस की टीमें लगातार दबिश दे रही हैं।

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के उद्यान, रेशम एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव बी.एल. मीणा (आईएएस) ने उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग नीति-2023 तथा प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन (PMFME) योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले तीन जिलाधिकारियों और चार मुख्य विकास अधिकारियों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें प्रशंसा-पत्र भेजे हैं।
  
अपर मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि इन अधिकारियों ने अपने-अपने जनपदों में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण योजनाओं का प्रभावी संचालन सुनिश्चित किया तथा अधिक से अधिक उद्यमियों तक सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी पहुंचाकर उन्हें अनुदान एवं अन्य सुविधाओं का लाभ दिलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि ये अधिकारी भविष्य में भी इसी सक्रियता के साथ योजनाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार कर अधिकाधिक उद्यमियों को लाभान्वित करेंगे।

  सुल्तानपुर,बाल विकास सेवा एवं पुष्टाहार विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश के तत्वावधान में गुरुवार को आयोजित पोषण पाठशाला के अंतर्गत ऑनलाइन वेबकास्ट कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में आयुष्मान भारत प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना (PM-JAY) तथा विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह के अवसर पर स्तनपान के महत्व एवं मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य विषय पर विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई। 
  वेबकास्ट के दौरान अपर मुख्य सचिव लीना जौहरी बाल विकास एवं महिला कल्याण तथा निदेशक हर्षिता माथुर बाल विकास सेवा एवं पुष्टाहार विभाग उपनिदेशक डा0 अनुपमा साण्डिल्य तथा विषय विशेषज्ञों ने आयुष्मान भारत योजना के उद्देश्य, पात्रता, गोल्डन कार्ड के माध्यम से मिलने वाली कैशलेस स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तथा योजना का अधिकतम लाभ उठाने के तरीकों पर प्रकाश डाला। साथ ही नवजात शिशुओं के लिए जन्म के तुरंत बाद स्तनपान शुरू करने, पहले छह माह तक केवल माँ का दूध पिलाने तथा स्तनपान से माँ और शिशु दोनों को होने वाले स्वास्थ्य लाभों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।

इसी क्रम में औषधि निरीक्षक आशुतोष कुमार चौबे द्वारा मेसर्स जनपदीय ड्रग वेयर हाउस, यूपीएमएससीएल (UPMSCL) द्वारा संचालित बघली पिजरा, मऊ का निरीक्षण किया गया।
