अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, पीएम श्री स्कूल, केंद्रीय विद्यालय, असम जातीय विद्यालय, डॉन बॉस्को संस्थान और कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय समेत सरकारी, आवासीय और निजी स्कूलों के छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया. मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत विश्व शर्मा ने पहले कहा था कि पिछले साल प्रधानमंत्री के काजीरंगा दौरे के बाद वहां पर्यटकों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी हुई थी और इसी तरह नदी पर्यटन में भी बढ़ोतरी की उम्मीद है.

नेशनल हेराल्ड मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में कांग्रेस नेताओं सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी को बड़ी राहत मिली है। दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने सोमवार को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की ओर से दाखिल चार्जशीट पर संज्ञान लेने से इनकार कर दिया। सोनिया और राहुल पर एसोसिएट्स जर्नल लिमिटेड (एजेएल) के अंतर्गत आने वाली 2000 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति को हड़पने का आरोप था। 

राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायाधीश (पीसी एक्ट) विशाल गोगने ने कहा कि मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम कानून (PMLA) के तहत दायर यह शिकायत सुनवाई योग्य नहीं है, क्योंकि यह मामला किसी एफआईआर पर आधारित नहीं, बल्कि एक निजी शिकायत से जुड़ा है। कानून के तहत ऐसी स्थिति में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोपों पर संज्ञान लेना उचित नहीं है।

कोर्ट ने क्या कहा?
अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम कानून की धारा 3 के तहत परिभाषित और धारा 4 के तहत दंडनीय मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के अपराध की जांच और अभियोजन, तब तक कायम नहीं रह सकता जब तक संबंधित अपराध पर एफआईआर दर्ज न हो या वह अपराध कानून की अनुसूची में शामिल न हो। इसी आधार पर अदालत ने ईडी की शिकायत को खारिज कर दिया।

कोर्ट की अहम टिप्पणी
कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि चूंकि अब दिल्ली पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा (EOW) ने इस मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है, इसलिए ईडी द्वारा आरोपों के गुण-दोष (मेरिट्स) पर दी गई दलीलों पर फैसला करना फिलहाल जल्दबाजी और अनुचित होगा। अदालत ने साफ कहा, 'धारा 3 के तहत परिभाषित और धारा 4 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध का संज्ञान लेने से इनकार किया जाता है। शिकायत खारिज की जाती है।

केरल की राजनीति में शनिवार को एक ऐतिहासिक अध्याय जुड़ गया जब भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए ने पहली बार तिरुवनंतपुरम नगर निगम में शानदार जीत दर्ज की। इस जीत के साथ ही भाजपा ने सीपीआई(एम) के नेतृत्व वाले एलडीएफ के 45 साल पुराने किले को ध्वस्त कर दिया है।

भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाला एनडीए तिरुवनंतपुरम नगर निगम में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरा है, जिसने 101 वार्डों में से 50 पर जीत हासिल की है। इस परिणाम के साथ ही एलडीएफ का 45 साल का शासन समाप्त हो गया है और सत्तारूढ़ गठबंधन को केवल 29 वार्डों में ही जीत मिली है।

यह जीत इसलिए भी मायने रखती है क्योंकि वामपंथी दलों का इस निगम पर पिछले साढ़े चार दशकों से एकछत्र राज था। राजधानी में मिली यह कामयाबी आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए भाजपा के लिए संजीवनी का काम करेगी। आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें तो 2010 में भाजपा के पास यहां सिर्फ 6 पार्षद थे। 2015 में यह संख्या बढ़कर 35 हो गई थी, हालांकि 2020 में यह थोड़ी घटकर 34 रह गई थी, लेकिन तब भी पार्टी मुख्य विपक्षी दल बनी रही। इस बार 50 सीटें जीतकर पार्टी ने स्पष्ट बहुमत के करीब पहुंचकर अपनी ताकत का लोहा मनवाया है।

पूर्व कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा, आपको छोटे विचारों की नहीं बल्कि आत्मा की विशालता और दिल की उदारता की जरूरत है। यह नेतृत्व का गुण पूर्व पीएम मनमोहन सिंह और जवाहरलाल नेहरू में था। कुमार ने कहा, वो यह नहीं मानते हैं कि किसी भी प्रधानमंत्री के किए गए सभी कार्य गलत ही होते हैं। पूर्व मंत्री ने आगे कहा, यह धारणा कि यह सरकार सब कुछ गलत कर रही है या ये प्रधानमंत्री सब गलत कर रहे है, यह सही नहीं है।

कांग्रेस को दे दी नसीहत
कुमार ने कहा कि अगर ईवीएम गलत है तो आप घोषणा कर दें कि हम ईवीएम पर चुनाव नहीं लड़ेंगे या जहां सरकार बनी है वहां से इस्तीफा दें तब कांग्रेस का नरेटिव मज़बूत होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में कई संवैधानिक मुद्दे तो हैं लेकिन कांग्रेस उसको अच्छे तरीके से नहीं उठा पा रही है। कुमार ने कहा कि बिहार के नतीजे बता रहे हैं कि कांग्रेस ने ठीक से मुद्दे नहीं उठाए या तो ये सारे मुद्दे उठाने के लिए वक्त नहीं ठीक था। उन्होंने कहा या आप वो संदेश नहीं जनता को दे पाए।

लखनऊ।  मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ ने सौर ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है। प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना (PMSGY) के तहत लखनऊ में अब तक 62,271 रूफटॉप सोलर (RTS) इंस्टॉलेशन पूरे हो चुके हैं। यह राज्य के किसी भी जिले से सबसे अधिक है। लखनऊ की इस अगुवाई ने पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश को 3 लाख से अधिक इंस्टॉलेशन का मुकाम छू लिया है, जो योगी सरकार की कुशल मॉनिटरिंग और जनकेंद्रित नीतियों का जीता-जागता प्रमाण है।
  

  
योगी सरकार के निर्देश पर लखनऊ जिला प्रशासन, यूपीनेडा और डिस्कॉम की टीम ने दिन-रात मेहनत कर 62,271 इंस्टॉलेशन पूरे किए। लखनऊ की यह सफलता अन्य जिलों के लिए प्रेरणा बन रही है और सौर ऊर्जा को घर-घर पहुंचाने में मील का पत्थर साबित हो रही है।
  
लखनऊ के बाद वाराणसी ने 26,208, कानपुर नगर ने 18,562, बरेली ने 12,952 और आगरा ने 11,033 इंस्टॉलेशन कर शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। प्रयागराज (9,719), रायबरेली (8,616), झांसी (7,674), बाराबंकी (6,477) और गोरखपुर (6,262) जैसे जिलों ने भी योगी सरकार की योजना को मजबूती प्रदान की। सभी 75 जिलों में PO नियुक्त कर और 23 जिलों की मासिक दर दोगुनी करने से समावेशी विकास सुनिश्चित हुआ।
  

  
योगी सरकार के मार्गदर्शन में इंस्टॉलेशन की गति छह गुना बढ़ी है। प्रदेश भर में पहले ढ़ाई लाख इंस्टॉलेशन में 270 दिन लगे जबकि आखिरी 50,000 मात्र 43 दिन में पूरे हुए। यह तेजी लाखों परिवारों को मुफ्त बिजली, कम बिल और अतिरिक्त आय का लाभ दे रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश अब सौर ऊर्जा में टॉप-3 राज्यों में शामिल है। यह सीएम योगी के हरित विकास मॉडल के संकल्प को साकार कर रहा है
 

पीएम मोदी के असम दौरे का दूसरा दिन, ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी में क्रूज पर की परीक्षा पे चर्चा, 25 छात्र हुए शामिल
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी रविवार सुबह ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी में एक क्रूज शिप पर सवार होकर अपने असम दौरे के दूसरे दिन छात्रों के साथ ‘परीक्षा पे चर्चा’ कर रहे हैं. इस कार्यक्रम में असम के अलग-अलग स्कूलों के कुल 25 छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया है. अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मोदी तीन-डेक वाले ‘एम वी चराइदेव 2’ जहाज पर करीब 45 मिनट तक रहेंगे. प्रधानमंत्री जहाज के ऊपरी डेक पर छात्रों से बातचीत कर रहे हैं

  


अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, पीएम श्री स्कूल, केंद्रीय विद्यालय, असम जातीय विद्यालय, डॉन बॉस्को संस्थान और कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय समेत सरकारी, आवासीय और निजी स्कूलों के छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया. मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत विश्व शर्मा ने पहले कहा था कि पिछले साल प्रधानमंत्री के काजीरंगा दौरे के बाद वहां पर्यटकों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी हुई थी और इसी तरह नदी पर्यटन में भी बढ़ोतरी की उम्मीद है.

गुवाहाटी गेटवे टर्मिनल पर पहुंचे पीएम
नरेंद्र मोदी इनलैंड वॉटर ट्रांसपोर्ट (IWT) के गुवाहाटी गेटवे टर्मिनल पर पहुंचे, जिसका उद्घाटन हाल ही में केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने किया था और फ्लोटिंग ब्रिज से होते हुए जहाज पर गए.

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पूरे इलाके में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है और नदी पुलिस, NDRF और SDRF के जवान सुबह से ही नदी में गश्त कर रहे हैं. मोदी के दौरे के चलते शनिवार से दो दिनों के लिए ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर फेरी सेवाएं बंद कर दी गई हैं.

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन से आज पतरातु विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड (PVNL) के एक उच्च स्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मुलाकात की। बैठक के दौरान पीवीएनएल के सीईओ श्री अशोक कुमार सहगल ने मुख्यमंत्री को जानकारी दी कि 5 नवंबर 2025 से 800 मेगावाट की पहली यूनिट से बिजली का व्यावसायिक उत्पादन सफलतापूर्वक शुरू हो चुका है।

कौशल विकास पर निर्देश: बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने केवल ऊर्जा उत्पादन तक सीमित न रहकर सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी निभाने पर भी जोर दिया। उन्होंने PVNL के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे स्थानीय युवाओं के कौशल विकास (Skill Development) के लिए ठोस पहल करें, ताकि उन्हें रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिल सकें।

भारत और ओमान के बीच व्यापार समझौता
इससे पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और सुल्तान हैथम बिन तारिक ने द्विपक्षीय बैठक की। इस दौरान भारत और ओमान के बीच व्यापार समझौते पर साइन हुए। समझौते से भारत के टेक्सटाइल, फुटवियर, ऑटोमोबाइल, जेम्स एंड ज्वैलरी, रिन्युएबल एनर्जी और ऑटो कंपोनेंट्स जैसे सेक्टर्स को सीधा फायदा होगा। इस पर नवंबर 2023 में बातचीत शुरू हुई थी। पीएम ने बताया कि भारत और ओमान के बीच होने वाला व्यापक आर्थिक साझेदारी समझौता यानी CEPA आने वाले कई दशकों तक दोनों देशों के रिश्तों की दिशा तय करेगा। उन्होंने इसे दोनों देशों के साझा भविष्य का खाका बताया।

नेशनल हेराल्ड मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में कांग्रेस नेताओं सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी को बड़ी राहत मिली है। दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने सोमवार को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की ओर से दाखिल चार्जशीट पर संज्ञान लेने से इनकार कर दिया। सोनिया और राहुल पर एसोसिएट्स जर्नल लिमिटेड (एजेएल) के अंतर्गत आने वाली 2000 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति को हड़पने का आरोप था। 

राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायाधीश (पीसी एक्ट) विशाल गोगने ने कहा कि मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम कानून (PMLA) के तहत दायर यह शिकायत सुनवाई योग्य नहीं है, क्योंकि यह मामला किसी एफआईआर पर आधारित नहीं, बल्कि एक निजी शिकायत से जुड़ा है। कानून के तहत ऐसी स्थिति में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोपों पर संज्ञान लेना उचित नहीं है।

कोर्ट ने क्या कहा?
अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम कानून की धारा 3 के तहत परिभाषित और धारा 4 के तहत दंडनीय मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के अपराध की जांच और अभियोजन, तब तक कायम नहीं रह सकता जब तक संबंधित अपराध पर एफआईआर दर्ज न हो या वह अपराध कानून की अनुसूची में शामिल न हो। इसी आधार पर अदालत ने ईडी की शिकायत को खारिज कर दिया।

कोर्ट की अहम टिप्पणी
कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि चूंकि अब दिल्ली पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा (EOW) ने इस मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली है, इसलिए ईडी द्वारा आरोपों के गुण-दोष (मेरिट्स) पर दी गई दलीलों पर फैसला करना फिलहाल जल्दबाजी और अनुचित होगा। अदालत ने साफ कहा, 'धारा 3 के तहत परिभाषित और धारा 4 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध का संज्ञान लेने से इनकार किया जाता है। शिकायत खारिज की जाती है।

कोर्ट के फैसले को कांग्रेस नेताओं ने इसे सत्य की जीत करार दे दिया। कांग्रेस अपने आधिकारिक एक्स खाते से एक पोस्ट में लिखा, सत्य की जीत हुई है। (नरेंद्र) मोदी सरकार की बदनीयत और गैरकानूनी तरीके से की गई कार्रवाई पूरी तरह से बेनकाब हो गई है। माननीय अदालत ने यंग इंडियन मामले में कांग्रेस नेतृत्व सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ ईडी की कार्रवाई को अवैध और दुर्भावना से ग्रसित पाया है। कोर्ट ने फैसला दिया है कि ईडी का मामला क्षेत्राधिकार से बाहर है, उसके पास कोई प्राथमिकी नहीं है जिसके बिना कोई मामला ही नहीं बनता।

लखनऊ।  मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ ने सौर ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है। प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना (PMSGY) के तहत लखनऊ में अब तक 62,271 रूफटॉप सोलर (RTS) इंस्टॉलेशन पूरे हो चुके हैं। यह राज्य के किसी भी जिले से सबसे अधिक है। लखनऊ की इस अगुवाई ने पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश को 3 लाख से अधिक इंस्टॉलेशन का मुकाम छू लिया है, जो योगी सरकार की कुशल मॉनिटरिंग और जनकेंद्रित नीतियों का जीता-जागता प्रमाण है।
  

  
योगी सरकार के निर्देश पर लखनऊ जिला प्रशासन, यूपीनेडा और डिस्कॉम की टीम ने दिन-रात मेहनत कर 62,271 इंस्टॉलेशन पूरे किए। लखनऊ की यह सफलता अन्य जिलों के लिए प्रेरणा बन रही है और सौर ऊर्जा को घर-घर पहुंचाने में मील का पत्थर साबित हो रही है।
  
लखनऊ के बाद वाराणसी ने 26,208, कानपुर नगर ने 18,562, बरेली ने 12,952 और आगरा ने 11,033 इंस्टॉलेशन कर शानदार प्रदर्शन किया। प्रयागराज (9,719), रायबरेली (8,616), झांसी (7,674), बाराबंकी (6,477) और गोरखपुर (6,262) जैसे जिलों ने भी योगी सरकार की योजना को मजबूती प्रदान की। सभी 75 जिलों में PO नियुक्त कर और 23 जिलों की मासिक दर दोगुनी करने से समावेशी विकास सुनिश्चित हुआ।
  

  
योगी सरकार के मार्गदर्शन में इंस्टॉलेशन की गति छह गुना बढ़ी है। प्रदेश भर में पहले ढ़ाई लाख इंस्टॉलेशन में 270 दिन लगे जबकि आखिरी 50,000 मात्र 43 दिन में पूरे हुए। यह तेजी लाखों परिवारों को मुफ्त बिजली, कम बिल और अतिरिक्त आय का लाभ दे रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश अब सौर ऊर्जा में टॉप-3 राज्यों में शामिल है। यह सीएम योगी के हरित विकास मॉडल के संकल्प को साकार कर रहा है
