प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनावी हुंकार भरी। वह आज बंगाल में एक के बाद एक ताबड़तोड़ 3 रैलियों को संबोधित कर रहे हैं। पीएम मोदी ने सबसे पहले पूर्वी मेदिनीपुर के हल्दिया में फिर दूसरी रैली आसनसोल की और अब तीसरी रैली बीरभूम में हुई।

  

6 बड़ी गारंटी का ऐलान
पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनावी माहौल तेज हो चुका है और सभी दल अपनी रणनीति मजबूत कर रहे हैं। राज्य में सभी पार्टियों के बड़े नेताओं की जन सभाएं और रैलियां आयोजित की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी गुरुवार को राज्य के विभिन्न हिस्सों में जनसभाएं को संबोधित किया। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने बंगाल के लिए छह प्रमुख गारंटियों की घोषणा की।

बंगाल में पीएम मोदी की 6 गारंटी
1- भय की जगह भरोसा: मोदी की पहली गारंटी टीएमसी ने भय फैलाया। सरकार और सरकारी सिस्टम को भय का माध्यम बनाया। आज बात बातबात पर लोगों को कोर्ट से न्याय मांगना पड़ता है। बीजेपी सरकार भय की जगह भरोसा कायम करेगी। कानून पर भरोसा लौटाएगी।
2- जवाबदेह प्रशासन: मोदी की दूसरी गारंटी बीजेपी सरकार में सरकारी सिस्टम जनता की सेवा के लिए जवाबदेह होगा अकाउंटेबल होगा।
3- पुरानी फाइलें खुलेंगी: मोदी की तीसरी गारंटी हर घोटाले हर करप्शन और बेटियों के साथ हुए हर अन्याय हर रैप केस की फाइलें खुलेगी।
4-भ्रष्टाचारी जाएंगे जेल: मोदी की चौथी गारंटी टीएमसी के राज में जिसने भी करप्शन किया है उसकी जगह जेल में होगी। मंत्री हो या संत्री कानून सबका हिसाब करेगा। टीएमसी का कोई गुंडा अब कानून से बचने वाला नहीं है। मोदी टीएमसी को जनता जनार्दन का पैसा नहीं खाने देगा। पैसा नहीं खाने देगा।
5- शरणार्थी को हक: मोदी की पांचवी गारंटी जो शरणार्थी हैं उन्हें संविधान के तहत हर हक मिलेगा लेकिन जो घुसपैठिए हैं उनको खदेड़ा जाएगा। उनको भारत में नहीं रहने दिया जाएगा।
6- 7वां वेतन आयोग: मोदी की छठी गारंटी बंगाल के सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों, सभी शिक्षकों और अन्य सेवाओं में जुटे साथियों के लिए आपको इतने वर्षों तक यह निर्मम सरकार ने भयभीत करके रखा है। मोदी आपके साथ खड़ा है। बीजेपी आपके साथ खड़ी है। आप कमल छाप पर बटन दबाइए। बीजेपी सरकार बनते ही यहां सेवंथ पे कमीशन लागू करवाएंगे। यह हमारी गारंटी है।

सरकार पर राज्य के विकास में बाधा डालने का आरोप
प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि यह चुनाव विकसित बंगाल की मजबूत नींव रखने का चुनाव है और इसका पहला तथा सबसे अहम कदम इस निर्दयी सरकार को सत्ता से बाहर करना होगा। उन्होंने तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) सरकार पर राज्य के विकास में बाधा डालने का आरोप लगाया।

पीएम मोदी ने किया बदलाव का आह्वान
पीएम मोदी ने देश की आर्थिक प्रगति का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि भारत आज दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था है। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां देश के कई राज्य विकास की राह पर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, वहीं टीएमसी की सरकार बंगाल को पीछे धकेल रही है। प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण में मतदाताओं से बदलाव का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि राज्य को विकास के रास्ते पर लाने के लिए निर्णायक कदम उठाने की जरूरत है।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

6 बड़ी गारंटी का ऐलान
पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनावी माहौल तेज हो चुका है और सभी दल अपनी रणनीति मजबूत कर रहे हैं। राज्य में सभी पार्टियों के बड़े नेताओं की जन सभाएं और रैलियां आयोजित की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी गुरुवार को राज्य के विभिन्न हिस्सों में जनसभाएं को संबोधित किया। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने बंगाल के लिए छह प्रमुख गारंटियों की घोषणा की।

बंगाल में पीएम मोदी की 6 गारंटी
1- भय की जगह भरोसा: मोदी की पहली गारंटी टीएमसी ने भय फैलाया। सरकार और सरकारी सिस्टम को भय का माध्यम बनाया। आज बात बातबात पर लोगों को कोर्ट से न्याय मांगना पड़ता है। बीजेपी सरकार भय की जगह भरोसा कायम करेगी। कानून पर भरोसा लौटाएगी।
2- जवाबदेह प्रशासन: मोदी की दूसरी गारंटी बीजेपी सरकार में सरकारी सिस्टम जनता की सेवा के लिए जवाबदेह होगा अकाउंटेबल होगा।
3- पुरानी फाइलें खुलेंगी: मोदी की तीसरी गारंटी हर घोटाले हर करप्शन और बेटियों के साथ हुए हर अन्याय हर रैप केस की फाइलें खुलेगी।
4-भ्रष्टाचारी जाएंगे जेल: मोदी की चौथी गारंटी टीएमसी के राज में जिसने भी करप्शन किया है उसकी जगह जेल में होगी। मंत्री हो या संत्री कानून सबका हिसाब करेगा। टीएमसी का कोई गुंडा अब कानून से बचने वाला नहीं है। मोदी टीएमसी को जनता जनार्दन का पैसा नहीं खाने देगा। पैसा नहीं खाने देगा।
5- शरणार्थी को हक: मोदी की पांचवी गारंटी जो शरणार्थी हैं उन्हें संविधान के तहत हर हक मिलेगा लेकिन जो घुसपैठिए हैं उनको खदेड़ा जाएगा। उनको भारत में नहीं रहने दिया जाएगा।

सरकार पर राज्य के विकास में बाधा डालने का आरोप
प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि यह चुनाव विकसित बंगाल की मजबूत नींव रखने का चुनाव है और इसका पहला तथा सबसे अहम कदम इस निर्दयी सरकार को सत्ता से बाहर करना होगा। उन्होंने तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) सरकार पर राज्य के विकास में बाधा डालने का आरोप लगाया।

पीएम मोदी ने किया बदलाव का आह्वान
पीएम मोदी ने देश की आर्थिक प्रगति का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि भारत आज दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था है। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां देश के कई राज्य विकास की राह पर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, वहीं टीएमसी की सरकार बंगाल को पीछे धकेल रही है। प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण में मतदाताओं से बदलाव का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि राज्य को विकास के रास्ते पर लाने के लिए निर्णायक कदम उठाने की जरूरत है।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
