पहले चरण में 152 सीटों पर 93.19 फीसदी वोटिंग
बंगाल चुनाव के पहले चरण में रिकॉर्ड 93.19 प्रतिशत वोटिंग दर्ज किया गया, जो राज्य के इतिहास में अब तक का सबसे ऊंचा वोट प्रतिशत है. निर्वाचन आयोग के अनुसार, 23 अप्रैल को 16 जिलों की 152 सीटों पर हुए मतदान में 3.61 करोड़ मतदाताओं में से करीब 3.36 करोड़ लोगों ने वोट डाले। इनमें लगभग 1.65 करोड़ महिलाएं और 1.71 करोड़ पुरुष शामिल रहे। जिलों की बात करें तो कूच बिहार में सबसे अधिक 96.2 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ, जबकि दक्षिण दिनाजपुर (95.44%) और मालदा (94.79%) भी शीर्ष पर रहे। इसके अलावा जलपाईगुड़ी, बीरभूम और उत्तर दिनाजपुर समेत कई जिलों में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक वोटिंग दर्ज की गई। वहीं, सबसे कम मतदान कलिम्पोंग में 83.04 प्रतिशत और दार्जिलिंग में 88.98 प्रतिशत रहा। इससे पहले राज्य में सबसे ज्यादा 84.72 प्रतिशत मतदान 2011 के विधानसभा चुनाव में दर्ज किया गया था।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे और आखिरी चरण के प्रचार का आज आखिरी दिन है। बीजेपी, टीएमसी, वामदल और कांग्रेस समेत तमाम राजनीतिक दल सोमवार को प्रचार में पूरी ताकत झोकेंगे। सभी सक्रिय राजनीतिक दलों के बड़े नेता आज कई रैलियों को संबोधित करेंगे। बता दें कि बंगाल में 29 अप्रैल आखिरी चरण के लिए वोट डाले जाएंगे।

  

पीएम मोदी, अमित शाह, योगी आदित्यनाथ की ताबड़तोड़ रैलियां
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे चरण से पहले आज सियासी गतिविधियां चरम पर हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बैरकपुर में सुबह 11:45 बजे विजय संकल्प सभा को संबोधित करेंगे, जहां से वह पार्टी के पक्ष में माहौल बनाने की कोशिश करेंगे। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह भी आज ताबड़तोड़ कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होंगे। वह सुबह 10:30 बजे बेहाला में रोड शो करेंगे, इसके बाद दोपहर 12:15 बजे चंदननगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में दूसरा रोड शो करेंगे। वहीं, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ भी चुनाव प्रचार में पूरी तरह सक्रिय हैं। वे सुबह 11:45 बजे कल्याणी और दोपहर 3:25 बजे दमदम में रोड शो करेंगे। इसके अलावा, योगी दोपहर 2 बजे धनेखली और शाम 4:10 बजे राजारहाट गोपालपुर में जनसभाओं को संबोधित करेंगे।

दूसरे चरण की वोटिंग से पहले बढ़ा तनाव
29 अप्रैल को होने वाले दूसरे चरण में 142 विधानसभा सीटों पर वोट डाले जाएंगे। मतदान से पहले राज्य में राजनीतिक माहौल काफी तनावपूर्ण हो गया है। कुल चुनाव जैसे-जैसे आगे बढ़ रहा है, वैसे-वैसे पार्टियों के बीच टकराव और भी तेज होता जा रहा है।इस बीच राज्य से चुनावी हिंसा की घटनाएं भी लगातार आ रही है।

24 परगना में बीजेपी और टीएमसी कार्यकर्ताओं में झड़प
उत्तर 24 परगना में भारतीय जनता पार्टी और तृणमूल कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं में झड़प हो गई है। यह झड़प पुलिस और सीआईएसएफ जवानों की मौजूदगी में हुई। बीजेपी नेता का दावा है कि इस झड़प में बमबारी और गोलीबारी भी हुई। जिसमें सीआईएसएफ के जवान को भी गोली लगी है।

जगद्दल में बमबाजी और फायरिंग से तनाव
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले जगद्दल में रविवार रात राजनीतिक तनाव हिंसा में बदल गया। विरोधी दलों के समर्थकों के बीच झड़प के दौरान देसी बम फेंके गए और गोलीबारी की खबरें सामने आईं, जिसमें CISF का एक जवान घायल हो गया। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, भाजपा उम्मीदवार राजेश कुमार और तृणमूल कांग्रेस पार्षद मनोज पांडे अपने समर्थकों के साथ पुलिस स्टेशन पहुंचे थे, जिसके बाद विवाद बढ़ गया। भाजपा नेता अर्जुन सिंह के पहुंचते ही हालात बिगड़ गए और झड़प हिंसक हो गई। घटना घोषपारा रोड तक फैल गई, जहां दोनों पक्षों में हाथापाई हुई। बमबाजी और फायरिंग से इलाके में दहशत का माहौल बन गया।

23 अप्रैल को हुए पहले चरण के मतदान में भारी उत्साह देखने को मिला। राज्य में 92।35 प्रतिशत वोटिंग दर्ज की गई, जो बेहद अहम मानी जा रही है।

मुख्‍य चुनाव आयुक्‍त की मुश्किले एक बार फिर बढ़ती दिख रही है। विपक्षी दलों ने ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ राज्‍यसभा में नोटिस दिया है। ससे पहले भी ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ संसद के दोनों सदनों में नोटिस जारी किया गया था, जिसे स्‍पीकर और चेयरमैन ने खारिज कर दिया था। अब एक बार फिर से ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ नोटिस दिया गया है।

  

73 सदस्यों का नोटिस पर हस्ताक्षर
कांग्रेस महासचिव और राज्यसभा सदस्य जयराम रमेश ने बताया कि संसद के उच्च सदन के 73 सदस्यों के हस्ताक्षर वाला यह नोटिस राज्यसभा के महासचिव पी सी मोदी को दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सीईसी के खिलाफ अब नौ विशिष्ट आरोप हैं जिन्हें काफी विस्तार से दस्तावेजीकृत किया गया है और इन्हें आसानी से नकारा या खारिज नहीं किया जा सकता।

18 मार्च के पीएम मोदी के संबोधन का भी जिक्र
नए प्रस्ताव में सांसदों ने ज्ञानेश कुमार पर आरोप लगाया है कि उन्होंने 'आचार संहिता लागू करने में लगातार पक्षपातपूर्ण रवैया अपनाया है।' सांसदों ने 18 मार्च को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 29 मिनट के भाषण का हवाला दिया, जिसे दूरदर्शन, संसद टीवी और आकाशवाणी पर लाइव प्रसारित किया गया था। पत्र में आरोप लगाया गया है कि यह भाषण उसी दिन तमिलनाडु के कोयंबटूर में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान दिए गए भाषण से 'लगभग समान' था।

बंगाल और तमिलनाडु में रिकॉर्ड मतदान के बाद विपक्ष की मुहिम
विपक्ष ने ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ अपनी ताजा मुहिम तब शुरू की है, जब पश्चिम बंगाल में रिकॉर्ड 92% मतदान और तमिलनाडु में भी रिकॉर्ड टूटने की वजह से भारत के चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बंगाल एसआआर पर सुनवाई के दौरान खुशी जताई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसे मजबूत लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया का संकेत बताया है। जबकि, टीएमसी ने शुरू से एसआईआर के लिए चुनाव आयोग और सीईसी ज्ञानेश कुमार का विरोध किया है।

पहले भी लाया जा चुका है प्रस्ताव
इससे पहले लोकसभा के 130 और राज्यसभा के 63 विपक्षी सदस्यों ने बीते 12 मार्च को दोनों सदनों में कुमार के खिलाफ नोटिस सौंपा था। विपक्षी सांसदों ने अपने पहले के नोटिस में मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त कुमार पर कार्यपालिका के इशारे पर काम करने का आरोप लगाया था। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से लोगों को बड़े पैमाने पर मताधिकार से वंचित करने का भी आरोप लगाया था। हालांकि राज्यसभा के सभापति सीपी राधाकृष्णन और लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने छह अप्रैल को इसे अस्वीकार कर लिया था।

आसनसोल में भाजपा उम्मीदवार की गाड़ी पर पथराव
हिंसा के बीच बंगाल में बंपर वोटिंग हुई है। कई जगहों से हिंसा की खबरें आ रही हैं। आसनसोल दक्षिण सीट से भाजपा उम्मीदवार अग्निमित्रा पॉल की गाड़ी पर कथित तौर पर पथराव की घटना सामने आई है। जानकारी के अनुसार, यह घटना रहमत नगर इलाके में हुई, जिसमें गाड़ी के शीशे टूट गए। इसके बाद अग्निमित्रा पॉल ने हिरापुर थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है और मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव की वोटिंग हो रही है। पहले चरण में 16 जिलों की 152 विधानसभा में वोटिंग हो रही है। इस बार बंगाल में मुख्य मुकाबला ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी और बीजेपी के बीच है। इस बार चुनाव सिर्फ दो चरणों में कराए जा रहे हैं, जबकि 2021 में आठ और 2016 में छह चरणों में मतदान हुआ था।

मतदान सुबह सात बजे शुरू हुई और शाम पांच बजे तक चलेगी। सुबह 7 बजे से ही दार्जिलिंग और जलपाईगुड़ी जैसे उत्तर के जिलों से लेकर मुर्शिदाबाद, नदिया, बीरभूम और हुगली तक मतदान केंद्रों के बाहर मतदाताओं की लंबी कतारें देखी गईं।

कुल 1,478 उम्मीदवार मैदान में
पहले चरण में बंगाल के कुल 3,60,77,171 वोटर्स वोट करेंगे। पंजीकृत सभी 3,60,77,171 मतदाताओं को फोटो पहचान पत्र जारी किए गए हैं। 100 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के मतदाताओं की संख्या 4,025 है, जबकि 85 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के मतदाताओं की संख्या 2,04,618 है। कुल 43 अनिवासी भारतीय मतदाता हैं, और 69,468 सेवारत मतदाता हैं। पहले चरण में होने वाले इन 152 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए कुल 1,478 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं। पुरुष उम्मीदवारों की संख्या 1,311 है, जबकि महिला उम्मीदवारों की संख्या 167 है।

पहले चरण में 152 सीटों पर 93.19 फीसदी वोटिंग
बंगाल चुनाव के पहले चरण में रिकॉर्ड 93.19 प्रतिशत वोटिंग दर्ज किया गया, जो राज्य के इतिहास में अब तक का सबसे ऊंचा वोट प्रतिशत है. निर्वाचन आयोग के अनुसार, 23 अप्रैल को 16 जिलों की 152 सीटों पर हुए मतदान में 3.61 करोड़ मतदाताओं में से करीब 3.36 करोड़ लोगों ने वोट डाले। इनमें लगभग 1.65 करोड़ महिलाएं और 1.71 करोड़ पुरुष शामिल रहे। जिलों की बात करें तो कूच बिहार में सबसे अधिक 96.2 प्रतिशत मतदान हुआ, जबकि दक्षिण दिनाजपुर (95.44%) और मालदा (94.79%) भी शीर्ष पर रहे। इसके अलावा जलपाईगुड़ी, बीरभूम और उत्तर दिनाजपुर समेत कई जिलों में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक वोटिंग दर्ज की गई। वहीं, सबसे कम मतदान कलिम्पोंग में 83.04 प्रतिशत और दार्जिलिंग में 88.98 प्रतिशत रहा। इससे पहले राज्य में सबसे ज्यादा 84.72 प्रतिशत मतदान 2011 के विधानसभा चुनाव में दर्ज किया गया था।

कांग्रेस महासचिव और राज्यसभा सदस्य जयराम रमेश ने बताया कि संसद के उच्च सदन के 73 सदस्यों के हस्ताक्षर वाला यह नोटिस राज्यसभा के महासचिव पी सी मोदी को दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सीईसी के खिलाफ अब नौ विशिष्ट आरोप हैं जिन्हें काफी विस्तार से दस्तावेजीकृत किया गया है और इन्हें आसानी से नकारा या खारिज नहीं किया जा सकता।

18 मार्च के पीएम मोदी के संबोधन का भी जिक्र
नए प्रस्ताव में सांसदों ने ज्ञानेश कुमार पर आरोप लगाया है कि उन्होंने 'आचार संहिता लागू करने में लगातार पक्षपातपूर्ण रवैया अपनाया है।' सांसदों ने 18 मार्च को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के 29 मिनट के भाषण का हवाला दिया, जिसे दूरदर्शन, संसद टीवी और आकाशवाणी पर लाइव प्रसारित किया गया था। पत्र में आरोप लगाया गया है कि यह भाषण उसी दिन तमिलनाडु के कोयंबटूर में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान दिए गए भाषण से 'लगभग समान' था।
