  11 जून 2026। योगासन स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन, देवघर की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक गुरुवार को अंजुला मेंशन, देवघर में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में संगठन के पदाधिकारियों एवं सदस्यों ने आगामी योगासन प्रतियोगिताओं एवं संगठनात्मक गतिविधियों को लेकर कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए। बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि दिनांक 18 जून 2026 को इंदौर स्टेडियम, देवघर में जिला स्तरीय योगासन चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इस प्रतियोगिता में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं संस्थानों के खिलाड़ी भाग लेंगे। प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले खिलाड़ियों का चयन कर जिला टीम का गठन किया जाएगा। बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि चयनित खिलाड़ियों की जिला टीम को 24 जून 2026 को आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय योगासन प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने हेतु भेजा जाएगा, जहाँ वे देवघर जिले का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे। संगठन को और अधिक सशक्त एवं सक्रिय बनाने के उद्देश्य से बैठक में मीडिया प्रबंधन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय भी लिए गए। इसके तहत डॉ रूपा श्री को संगठन का मीडिया प्रभारी तथा कृष्ण कुमार को सह मीडिया प्रभारी नियुक्त किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, खिलाड़ियों के निष्पक्ष चयन हेतु चयन समिति (Selection Committee) का गठन किया गया। समिति में कृष्ण कुमार, गौतम कुमार, संतोष पॉल, मोहित केसरी एवं सोनी सिंह को सदस्य के रूप में शामिल किया गया है। चयन समिति जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में खिलाड़ियों के प्रदर्शन का मूल्यांकन कर राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता के लिए टीम का चयन करेगी। बैठक में उपस्थित सदस्यों ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि योगासन खेल के प्रति युवाओं की बढ़ती रुचि को देखते हुए यह प्रतियोगिता जिले में योगासन खेल के विकास एवं प्रतिभाशाली खिलाड़ियों को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। जारीकर्ता: योगासन स्पोर्ट्स एसोसिएशन, देवघर मीडिया प्रभारी: डॉ रूपा श्री सह मीडिया प्रभारी: कृष्ण कुमार

चुनाव आयोग ने जून-जुलाई में राज्यसभा में खाली होने वाली 24 सीटों के लिए चुनाव की घोषणा कर दी है। 10 राज्यों में राज्यसभा के 24 सदस्यों का कार्यकाल जून-जुलाई में खत्म होने वाला है। इन सभी  सीटों के लिए आयोग ने चुनाव की तारीखें घोषित की हैं। इसके अलावा महाराष्ट्र और तमिलनाडु में राज्यसभा की दो सीटों पर उपचुनाव की तारीख का भी ऐलान किया है।

  

18 जून को होगा मतदान
भारतीय चुनाव आयोग ने शुक्रवार को 10 राज्यों की 24 राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए द्विवार्षिक चुनावों की घोषणा की। इसके लिए मतदान 18 जून को होगा। अधिसूचना 1 जून को जारी की जाएगी और नामांकन दाखिल करने की अंतिम तारीख 8 जून है। उम्मीदवारों को 11 जून तक अपना नामांकन वापस लेने की अनुमति होगी। मतदान 18 जून को सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 4 बजे के बीच होगा, और उसी दिन शाम 5 बजे वोटों की गिनती निर्धारित है।

किन राज्यों में खाली हो रही सीटें
जिन राज्यों में चुनाव होने हैं उनमें आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेश, झारखंड, राजस्थान, कर्नाटक, मणिपुर, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश और मिजोरम शामिल हैं। जिन प्रमुख नेताओं का कार्यकाल समाप्त हो रहा है, उनमें मल्लिकार्जन खरगे, दिग्जिवजय सिंह और पूर्व पीएम एचडी देवेगौड़ा का नाम भी शामिल है। राजस्थान से राजेंद्र गहलोत, नीरज डांगी और रवनीत सिंह की सीटें भी खाली हो रही हैं।

चुनाव आयोग ने जारी किए विशेष निर्देश
चुनाव आयोग ने मतदान प्रक्रिया को लेकर विशेष निर्देश जारी किए हैं। आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि मतदान के दौरान केवल रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया बैंगनी रंग का विशेष स्केच पेन ही इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। किसी अन्य पेन के उपयोग की अनुमति नहीं होगी। निष्पक्ष मतदान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पर्यवेक्षकों की भी नियुक्ति की जाएगी।

चुनाव आयोग ने देशभर में मतदाता सूचियों को और ज्यादा पारदर्शी व सटीक बनाने के लिए विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) के तीसरे चरण की घोषणा कर दी है। आयोग ने 16 राज्यों और 3 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में चरणबद्ध तरीके से यह अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इस प्रक्रिया के तहत करीब 36.73 करोड़ मतदाताओं के घर-घर जाकर सत्यापन किया जाएगा।

  

किन राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में होगा SIR?
चुनाव आयोग के मुताबिक, इस चरण में ओडिशा, मिजोरम, सिक्किम, मणिपुर, दादरा एवं नगर हवेली-दमन एवं दीव, उत्तराखंड, आंध्र प्रदेश, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, तेलंगाना, पंजाब, कर्नाटक, मेघालय, महाराष्ट्र, झारखंड, दिल्ली, नागालैंड और त्रिपुरा को शामिल किया गया है।

हिमाचल, जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख में अभी नहीं होगा SIR
आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस तीसरे चरण के बाद हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख को छोड़कर पूरे देश में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी। इन तीनों क्षेत्रों में जनगणना के दूसरे चरण और बर्फबारी वाले इलाकों की परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए बाद में अलग कार्यक्रम घोषित किया जाएगा।

जारी कार्यक्रम के अनुसार, अलग-अलग राज्यों में मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया मई से सितंबर 2026 के बीच चलेगी। इसमें घर-घर सत्यापन, मतदान केंद्रों का पुनर्गठन, ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन, दावे और आपत्तियां लेने की प्रक्रिया तथा अंतिम मतदाता सूची जारी करना शामिल है। सबसे पहले ओडिशा, मिजोरम, सिक्किम और मणिपुर में 30 मई से 28 जून तक घर-घर सत्यापन अभियान चलेगा और 6 सितंबर 2026 को अंतिम मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी। वहीं महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, झारखंड, मेघालय और दिल्ली में यह प्रक्रिया जून के अंत से शुरू होकर 7 अक्टूबर 2026 तक पूरी होगी।

3.94 लाख से अधिक बीएलओ मतदाओं से मिलेंगे
एसआईआर के तीसरे चरण के दौरान, 3.94 लाख से अधिक बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारी (BLOs) घर-घर जाकर 36.73 करोड़ मतदाताओं से मिलेंगे; इसमें उनकी सहायता 3.42 लाख बूथ स्तरीय एजेंट (BLAs) करेंगे, जिन्हें राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा गणना चरण के दौरान नियुक्त किया गया था।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव में इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सुनामी आती दिख रही है। बीजेपी ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है।

  

रुझानों में बीजेपी एकतरफा जीत
रुझानों में बीजेपी एकतरफा जीत हासिल करती दिख रही है। वोटों की शुरुआती गिनती में कड़े मुकाबले के बाद अब हालात तेजी से बदलते नजर आ रहे हैं और बीजेपी ने निर्णायक बढ़त बनाते हुए सियासी समीकरण पूरी तरह उलट दिए हैं। ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक बीजेपी 183 सीटों पर बढ़त के साथ स्पष्ट बहुमत से काफी आगे निकल चुकी है, जबकि ममता बनर्जी की अगुवाई वाली टीएमसी महज 93 सीटों पर सिमटती दिख रही है।

ममता बनर्जी और सुबेंदु अधिकारी कके बीच कड़ा मुकाबला
पश्चिम बंगाल की भवानीपुर और नंदीग्राम सीट पर सभी की नजरें हैं। भवानीपुर पर ममता बनर्जी और बीजेपी उम्मीदवार सुबेंदु अधिकारी के बीच कड़ा मुकाबला है। हालांकि, यहां दोनों नेताओं के बीच कड़ी टक्कर नजर आ रही है। रुझानों में कभी सुबेंदु अधिकारी तो कभी ममता बनर्जी लीड करते नजर आ रहे हैं। पहले ममता बनर्जी आगे चल रही थीं, लेकिन अब सुबेंदु अधिकारी लीड कर रहे हैं, जबकि नंदीग्राम में भी सुबेंदु अधिकारी बढ़त बनाए हुए हैं।

मोदी मैजिक के आगे ममता कका दांव फेल
पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस बार जिस तरह से चुनाव प्रचार किया और उनके साथ जिस तरह से लोग जुड़ते नजर आए, विपक्ष के दिमाग में तभी से खतरे की घंटी बजनी शुरू हो गई। चाहे झारग्राम में पीएम मोदी ने एक दुकान में जालमुड़ी खरीद कर खाई हो या फिर कोलकाता के पास हावड़ा में हुगली नदी में बोटिंग की हो, विपक्ष के नेताओं ने उनपर कटाक्ष करने का कोई मौका नहीं छोड़ा। लेकिन, पीएम मोदी बंगाल के लोगों का मूड भांप चुके थे। मॉर्निंग वॉक के दौरान भी लोगों ने उन्हें जिस तरह से अपने बीच देखकर प्रतिक्रिया दी, उससे साफ लगा कि अब बंगाल की जनता के मन से ममता बनर्जी का प्रभाव धूमिल हो चुका है और वह बदलाव के लिए वोट डालने का मन बना चुके हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा में हुए चुनाव के नतीजों की तस्वीर साफ होने लगी है। शुरुआती रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी को बहुमत मिल गया है। बीजेपी ने 147 का जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। टीएमसी पिछड़ती नजर आ रही है।

  

सुबह 10 बजे तक के रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी 147, तृणमूल कांग्रेस 107, कांग्रेस 3 सीट पर बढ़त बनाई हुई है। हालांकि चुनाव आयोग की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक सुबह 10 बजकर 9 मिनट तक बीजेपी 38 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। वहीं टीएमसी 18 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। इसके अलावा भारतीय गोरखा प्रजातांत्रिक मोर्टा 1 सीट पर आगे चल रही है।

बंगाल में बीजेपी में जश्न शुरू
पश्चिम बंगाल में शुरूआती रूझानों के बाद बीजेपी में जश्न मनाया जा रहा है। सुबेंदु अधिकारी ने कहा कि पहले राउंड में वह दो हजार से पीछे थे लेकिन सेकंड राउंड तक हिंदू-मुस्लिम हो गया। मैं आपको पहले दिन से बता रहा हूं कि पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव कैसे होता है, सबको पता है। मोयना विधानसभा क्षेत्र से बीजेपी उम्मीदवार अशोक डिंडा ने कहा कि बंगाल के लोग बेवकूफ नहीं हैं। यह चुनाव निष्पक्ष तरीके से संपन्न हुआ है और इसमें कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं है।

झारमुड़ी बांटे जा रहे
भबानीपुर में जयश्री राम के नारे गूंजने लगे हैं। झारमुड़ी बंटनी शुरू हो गई है। बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं ने मिठाई बांटनी भी शुरू कर दी है। बीजेपी का बंगाल में अपनी जीत का भरोसा हो गया है। सुवेंदु अधिकारी के जयाकारे लग रहे हैं।

देश के चार राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों के नतीजे आज, सोमवार को घोषित होंगे। पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, तमिलनाडु, केरल और पुडुचेरी में किसकी सरकार बनेगी, अब इसका फैसला हो रहा है। कहां-किसकी सरकार बनेगी, आज यह साफ हो जाएगा। जिसके लिए पांचों राज्यों में डाले गे वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। इन परिणाम पर पूरे देश की नजरें टिकी हुई हैं। ये चुनाव नतीजे ममता बनर्जी, हिमंत बिस्व सरमा, स्टालिन और पी. विजयन जैसे कद्दावर मुख्यमंत्रियों की किस्मत का भी फैसला करेंगे।

  

बंगाल के रिजल्ट पर देशभर की नजर
आज पांच राज्यों पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, असम, केरल और पुडुचेरी के नतीजे आ रहे हैं। मगर सबसे अधिक नजर देश और दुनिया की बंगाल पर है। राजनीति में दिलचस्पी रखने वाले हर व्यक्ति के जेहन में फिलहाल एक ही सवाल है कि क्या तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) सत्ता बरकरार रख पाएगी या फिर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ऐतिहासिक जीत हासिल करके पहली बार राज्य में अपनी सरकार बनाएगी। बंगाल में एग्जिट पोल भाजपा के पक्ष में रहे हैं। अब ऐसे में दिखने वाली बात है कि ये एग्जिट पोल रिजल्ट की भविष्यवाणी सही साबित होती है या नहीं। अगर एग्जिट पोल सही साबित होते हैं तो ममता बनर्जी को झटका लग सकता है।

कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाली यूडीएफ करेगी गेम?
केरल में पिछले दस साल से एलडीएफ की सरकार है। एग्जिट पोल की मानें तो कांग्रेस नीत यूडीएफ इस बार सत्ता में आ सकता है। पिनराई विजयन के नेतृत्व में वाम मोर्चा लगातार तीसरी बार जीतने की कोशिश कर रहा है, जो अब तक कभी नहीं हुआ। लेकिन यहां मुकाबला कड़ा है और कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाला यूडीएफ करीब 72 सीटें जीत सकता है। अगर यूडीएफ अच्छा प्रदर्शन करता है, तो यह कांग्रेस के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बड़ी राहत होगी और यह दिखाएगा कि वह बड़े गठबंधन का नेतृत्व कर सकती है।

तमिलनाडु में क्या स्टालिन करेंगे वापसी?
तमिलनाडु में अगली सरकार किसकी बनेगी बस कुछ देर में नतीजे आने पर तस्वीर साफ हो जाएगी। राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान 85.1 फीसदी मतदान हुआ है, जो रिकॉर्ड है। यहां आमतौर पर डीएमके और एआईएडीएमके के बीच सीधा मुकाबला होता है, लेकिन इस बार अभिनेता विजय की पार्टी टीवीके भी मैदान में है। अनुमान बताते हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन आगे है और उसे 120 से 145 सीटें मिल सकती हैं। वहीं विजय की पार्टी तीसरी ताकत बनकर उभरी है और चेन्नई व मदुरै जैसे शहरों में करीब 30 प्रतिशत वोट पा सकती है। इससे राज्य की पारंपरिक राजनीति बदल सकती है।

वहीं, पूर्वोत्तर के असम में भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन मजबूत स्थिति में दिख रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा के नेतृत्व में एनडीए लगातार तीसरी बार जीत की ओर बढ़ता नजर आ रहा है। एग्जिट पोल के अनुसार एनडीए को 126 में से 85 से 100 सीटें मिल सकती हैं। हालांकि, कांग्रेस और उसके सहयोगियों ने मिलकर मोर्चा बनाया है, लेकिन उनके सामने भाजपा की मजबूत संगठन क्षमता की चुनौती है।

चुनाव आयोग ने जून-जुलाई में राज्यसभा में खाली होने वाली 24 सीटों के लिए चुनाव की घोषणा कर दी है। 10 राज्यों में राज्यसभा के 24 सदस्यों का कार्यकाल जून-जुलाई में खत्म होने वाला है। इन सभी  सीटों के लिए आयोग ने चुनाव की तारीखें घोषित की हैं। इसके अलावा महाराष्ट्र और तमिलनाडु में राज्यसभा की दो सीटों पर उपचुनाव की तारीख का भी ऐलान किया है।

  

18 जून को होगा मतदान
भारतीय चुनाव आयोग ने शुक्रवार को 10 राज्यों की 24 राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए द्विवार्षिक चुनावों की घोषणा की। इसके लिए मतदान 18 जून को होगा। अधिसूचना 1 जून को जारी की जाएगी और नामांकन दाखिल करने की अंतिम तारीख 8 जून है। उम्मीदवारों को 11 जून तक अपना नामांकन वापस लेने की अनुमति होगी। मतदान 18 जून को सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 4 बजे के बीच होगा, और उसी दिन शाम 5 बजे वोटों की गिनती निर्धारित है।

किन राज्यों में खाली हो रही सीटें
जिन राज्यों में चुनाव होने हैं उनमें आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेश, झारखंड, राजस्थान, कर्नाटक, मणिपुर, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश और मिजोरम शामिल हैं। जिन प्रमुख नेताओं का कार्यकाल समाप्त हो रहा है, उनमें मल्लिकार्जन खरगे, दिग्जिवजय सिंह और पूर्व पीएम एचडी देवेगौड़ा का नाम भी शामिल है। राजस्थान से राजेंद्र गहलोत, नीरज डांगी और रवनीत सिंह की सीटें भी खाली हो रही हैं।

चुनाव आयोग ने जारी किए विशेष निर्देश
चुनाव आयोग ने मतदान प्रक्रिया को लेकर विशेष निर्देश जारी किए हैं। आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि मतदान के दौरान केवल रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया बैंगनी रंग का विशेष स्केच पेन ही इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। किसी अन्य पेन के उपयोग की अनुमति नहीं होगी। निष्पक्ष मतदान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पर्यवेक्षकों की भी नियुक्ति की जाएगी।

चुनाव आयोग ने देशभर में मतदाता सूचियों को और ज्यादा पारदर्शी व सटीक बनाने के लिए विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) के तीसरे चरण की घोषणा कर दी है। आयोग ने 16 राज्यों और 3 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में चरणबद्ध तरीके से यह अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इस प्रक्रिया के तहत करीब 36.73 करोड़ मतदाताओं के घर-घर जाकर सत्यापन किया जाएगा।

  

किन राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में होगा SIR?
चुनाव आयोग के मुताबिक, इस चरण में ओडिशा, मिजोरम, सिक्किम, मणिपुर, दादरा एवं नगर हवेली-दमन एवं दीव, उत्तराखंड, आंध्र प्रदेश, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, तेलंगाना, पंजाब, कर्नाटक, मेघालय, महाराष्ट्र, झारखंड, दिल्ली, नागालैंड और त्रिपुरा को शामिल किया गया है।

हिमाचल, जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख में अभी नहीं होगा SIR
आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस तीसरे चरण के बाद हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख को छोड़कर पूरे देश में विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी। इन तीनों क्षेत्रों में जनगणना के दूसरे चरण और बर्फबारी वाले इलाकों की परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए बाद में अलग कार्यक्रम घोषित किया जाएगा।

जारी कार्यक्रम के अनुसार, अलग-अलग राज्यों में मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण की प्रक्रिया मई से सितंबर 2026 के बीच चलेगी। इसमें घर-घर सत्यापन, मतदान केंद्रों का पुनर्गठन, ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन, दावे और आपत्तियां लेने की प्रक्रिया तथा अंतिम मतदाता सूची जारी करना शामिल है। सबसे पहले ओडिशा, मिजोरम, सिक्किम और मणिपुर में 30 मई से 28 जून तक घर-घर सत्यापन अभियान चलेगा और 6 सितंबर 2026 को अंतिम मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित की जाएगी। वहीं महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, झारखंड, मेघालय और दिल्ली में यह प्रक्रिया जून के अंत से शुरू होकर 7 अक्टूबर 2026 तक पूरी होगी।

3.94 लाख से अधिक बीएलओ मतदाओं से मिलेंगे
एसआईआर के तीसरे चरण के दौरान, 3.94 लाख से अधिक बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारी (BLOs) घर-घर जाकर 36.73 करोड़ मतदाताओं से मिलेंगे; इसमें उनकी सहायता 3.42 लाख बूथ स्तरीय एजेंट (BLAs) करेंगे, जिन्हें राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा गणना चरण के दौरान नियुक्त किया गया था।

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव में इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सुनामी आती दिख रही है। बीजेपी ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है।

रुझानों में बीजेपी एकतरफा जीत हासिल करती दिख रही है। वोटों की शुरुआती गिनती में कड़े मुकाबले के बाद अब हालात तेजी से बदलते नजर आ रहे हैं और बीजेपी ने निर्णायक बढ़त बनाते हुए सियासी समीकरण पूरी तरह उलट दिए हैं। ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक बीजेपी 183 सीटों पर बढ़त के साथ स्पष्ट बहुमत से काफी आगे निकल चुकी है, जबकि ममता बनर्जी की अगुवाई वाली टीएमसी महज 93 सीटों पर सिमटती दिख रही है।

ममता बनर्जी और सुबेंदु अधिकारी कके बीच कड़ा मुकाबला
पश्चिम बंगाल की भवानीपुर और नंदीग्राम सीट पर सभी की नजरें हैं। भवानीपुर पर ममता बनर्जी और बीजेपी उम्मीदवार सुबेंदु अधिकारी के बीच कड़ा मुकाबला है। हालांकि, यहां दोनों नेताओं के बीच कड़ी टक्कर नजर आ रही है। रुझानों में कभी सुबेंदु अधिकारी तो कभी ममता बनर्जी लीड करते नजर आ रहे हैं। पहले ममता बनर्जी आगे चल रही थीं, लेकिन अब सुबेंदु अधिकारी लीड कर रहे हैं, जबकि नंदीग्राम में भी सुबेंदु अधिकारी बढ़त बनाए हुए हैं।

मोदी मैजिक के आगे ममता कका दांव फेल
पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस बार जिस तरह से चुनाव प्रचार किया और उनके साथ जिस तरह से लोग जुड़ते नजर आए, विपक्ष के दिमाग में तभी से खतरे की घंटी बजनी शुरू हो गई। चाहे झारग्राम में पीएम मोदी ने एक दुकान में जालमुड़ी खरीद कर खाई हो या फिर कोलकाता के पास हावड़ा में हुगली नदी में बोटिंग की हो, विपक्ष के नेताओं ने उनपर कटाक्ष करने का कोई मौका नहीं छोड़ा। लेकिन, पीएम मोदी बंगाल के लोगों का मूड भांप चुके थे। मॉर्निंग वॉक के दौरान भी लोगों ने उन्हें जिस तरह से अपने बीच देखकर प्रतिक्रिया दी, उससे साफ लगा कि अब बंगाल की जनता के मन से ममता बनर्जी का प्रभाव धूमिल हो चुका है और वह बदलाव के लिए वोट डालने का मन बना चुके हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा में हुए चुनाव के नतीजों की तस्वीर साफ होने लगी है। शुरुआती रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी को बहुमत मिल गया है। बीजेपी ने 147 का जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। टीएमसी पिछड़ती नजर आ रही है।

  

सुबह 10 बजे तक के रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी 147, तृणमूल कांग्रेस 107, कांग्रेस 3 सीट पर बढ़त बनाई हुई है। हालांकि चुनाव आयोग की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक सुबह 10 बजकर 9 मिनट तक बीजेपी 38 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। वहीं टीएमसी 18 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। इसके अलावा भारतीय गोरखा प्रजातांत्रिक मोर्टा 1 सीट पर आगे चल रही है।

बंगाल में बीजेपी में जश्न शुरू
पश्चिम बंगाल में शुरूआती रूझानों के बाद बीजेपी में जश्न मनाया जा रहा है। सुबेंदु अधिकारी ने कहा कि पहले राउंड में वह दो हजार से पीछे थे लेकिन सेकंड राउंड तक हिंदू-मुस्लिम हो गया। मैं आपको पहले दिन से बता रहा हूं कि पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव कैसे होता है, सबको पता है। मोयना विधानसभा क्षेत्र से बीजेपी उम्मीदवार अशोक डिंडा ने कहा कि बंगाल के लोग बेवकूफ नहीं हैं। यह चुनाव निष्पक्ष तरीके से संपन्न हुआ है और इसमें कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं है।

झारमुड़ी बांटे जा रहे
भबानीपुर में जयश्री राम के नारे गूंजने लगे हैं। झारमुड़ी बंटनी शुरू हो गई है। बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं ने मिठाई बांटनी भी शुरू कर दी है। बीजेपी का बंगाल में अपनी जीत का भरोसा हो गया है। सुवेंदु अधिकारी के जयाकारे लग रहे हैं।

देश के चार राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों के नतीजे आज, सोमवार को घोषित होंगे। पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, तमिलनाडु, केरल और पुडुचेरी में किसकी सरकार बनेगी, अब इसका फैसला हो रहा है। कहां-किसकी सरकार बनेगी, आज यह साफ हो जाएगा। जिसके लिए पांचों राज्यों में डाले गे वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। इन परिणाम पर पूरे देश की नजरें टिकी हुई हैं। ये चुनाव नतीजे ममता बनर्जी, हिमंत बिस्व सरमा, स्टालिन और पी. विजयन जैसे कद्दावर मुख्यमंत्रियों की किस्मत का भी फैसला करेंगे।

  

बंगाल के रिजल्ट पर देशभर की नजर
आज पांच राज्यों पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, असम, केरल और पुडुचेरी के नतीजे आ रहे हैं। मगर सबसे अधिक नजर देश और दुनिया की बंगाल पर है। राजनीति में दिलचस्पी रखने वाले हर व्यक्ति के जेहन में फिलहाल एक ही सवाल है कि क्या तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) सत्ता बरकरार रख पाएगी या फिर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) ऐतिहासिक जीत हासिल करके पहली बार राज्य में अपनी सरकार बनाएगी। बंगाल में एग्जिट पोल भाजपा के पक्ष में रहे हैं। अब ऐसे में दिखने वाली बात है कि ये एग्जिट पोल रिजल्ट की भविष्यवाणी सही साबित होती है या नहीं। अगर एग्जिट पोल सही साबित होते हैं तो ममता बनर्जी को झटका लग सकता है।

कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाली यूडीएफ करेगी गेम?
केरल में पिछले दस साल से एलडीएफ की सरकार है। एग्जिट पोल की मानें तो कांग्रेस नीत यूडीएफ इस बार सत्ता में आ सकता है। पिनराई विजयन के नेतृत्व में वाम मोर्चा लगातार तीसरी बार जीतने की कोशिश कर रहा है, जो अब तक कभी नहीं हुआ। लेकिन यहां मुकाबला कड़ा है और कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाला यूडीएफ करीब 72 सीटें जीत सकता है। अगर यूडीएफ अच्छा प्रदर्शन करता है, तो यह कांग्रेस के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बड़ी राहत होगी और यह दिखाएगा कि वह बड़े गठबंधन का नेतृत्व कर सकती है।

तमिलनाडु में क्या स्टालिन करेंगे वापसी?
तमिलनाडु में अगली सरकार किसकी बनेगी बस कुछ देर में नतीजे आने पर तस्वीर साफ हो जाएगी। राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान 85.1 फीसदी मतदान हुआ है, जो रिकॉर्ड है। यहां आमतौर पर डीएमके और एआईएडीएमके के बीच सीधा मुकाबला होता है, लेकिन इस बार अभिनेता विजय की पार्टी टीवीके भी मैदान में है। अनुमान बताते हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन आगे है और उसे 120 से 145 सीटें मिल सकती हैं। वहीं विजय की पार्टी तीसरी ताकत बनकर उभरी है और चेन्नई व मदुरै जैसे शहरों में करीब 30 प्रतिशत वोट पा सकती है। इससे राज्य की पारंपरिक राजनीति बदल सकती है।

असम में क्या एनडीए करेगी कमाल?
वहीं, पूर्वोत्तर के असम में भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन मजबूत स्थिति में दिख रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा के नेतृत्व में एनडीए लगातार तीसरी बार जीत की ओर बढ़ता नजर आ रहा है। एग्जिट पोल के अनुसार एनडीए को 126 में से 85 से 100 सीटें मिल सकती हैं। हालांकि, कांग्रेस और उसके सहयोगियों ने मिलकर मोर्चा बनाया है, लेकिन उनके सामने भाजपा की मजबूत संगठन क्षमता की चुनौती है।
