 Sports Desk: The Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 match between Servotech Siliguri Strikers vs Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers at Eden Gardens on Monday has been called off due to rain. 

Opting to bat, Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers scored a challenging 178/4 in 20 overs, thanks to Karan Lal (51 off 43), Abishek Porel (50 off 37) and Ronit Ghosh (44 not out off 25).

In reply, Servotech Siliguri Strikers were 35/0 in 3 overs when rain stopped play. With the weather showing no signs of improvement, the match was called off and points were shared between both the teams.

Anustup Majumdar (22 not out off 9) and Ankur Paul (13 not out off 9) were unbeaten for Servotech Siliguri Strikers.

*Asia’s oldest football tournament now in five states as Imphal makes a comeback*

 134th IndianOil Durand Cup 
 

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

North East United FC are the defending champions having overcome maximum title-holders Mohun Bagan, in a thrilling final last year to get their historic maiden title.

*Bengal Pro T20 League men’s draft featured 802 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.

For Commendable Work at Panchayat in UP, Ebha Singh Receives Aganwadi Kits Worth Rs. 6.5 Lakhs for 13 Women Pradhans from Honourable Governor

In light of this, Dr S.K. Nanda, IAS retired Gujarat Cadre, former home secretary to the honourable Prime Minister (Modi Ji) in Gujarat, started an initiative ‘Ghar Ayye Nanhi Pari’ which was conceptualised by Ebha Patel with the goal of honouring the birth of newborn baby girls in rural India, educating girls, and providing mothers with the tools they need to become financially independent and transforming each and every woman Pradhan uses cutting-edge technology (AI, drones) to develop panchayats holistically. 





 During a meeting with the Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh at Rajbhawan Lucknow and a thorough conversation with 13 Women  Pradhans of Uttar Pradesh, Ebha Singh provided an update on each Pradhan's 
work and the work carried out under the initiative of Dr. S.K. Nanda. The Governor expressed gratitude for the work and requested an expansion of the initiative, announcing that 13 Women Pradhans 
would receive Aganwadi Kits valued at Rs. 6.5 Lakhs, funded by 
Rajbhawan, and acknowledged Ebha's admirable efforts. Ebha Singh expresses gratitude to the Chairman Quality Council of India Respected Jaxay Shah for providing the opportunity to enhance Panchayats through the implementation of the Sarpanch Samvaad Mobile Application at the national level. 
Initiative Ghar Ayye Nanhi Pari’s  journey started in the year 2021 from the Banda district of Uttar Pradesh and Punsari Village of Gujarat, honouring the birth of new baby girls, Ensuring Girls’ Education, Making Women’s Financial Independent, and strengthening Anganwadi and women's digital literacy in gram panchayat. Till now Ghar Ayee Nanhi Pari initiative has reached 28 districts in Uttar Pradesh and 2 districts in Gujarat, felicitating more than 6500 newborn baby girls, planting trees and developing Poshan Vatikas for mothers with medicinal plants, which has triggered a new movement. The initiative has been appreciated by the Honourable President of India Droupadi Murmu, Central Minister Respected Anupriya Patel, Minister of Jal Shakti Honorable  Swatantra Dev Sing, Honourable Asim Arun, Minister of Social Welfare Dignitaries like Padma Shre Ram Saran Verma, Jilla Panchayat President Barabanki Raj Rani Rawat, MLC Awanish Kumar Singh, District magistrate Akhilesh Singh, AMD NHM Dr. Heera lal IAS, CDO Kanpur Dehat Samuya Pandey IAS, many more started joining the campaign and felicitating the new born baby girls in villages, causing series of celebrations in each home of every Village. KKNB : Cricket in India is not just a sport, it's a religion. The much-awaited Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy 2024 is set to begin on 15th March, 2024 organised by Differently Abled Cricket Council of India which was formally announced today. The trophy was revealed for the same at Taj Bengal, Kolkata.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of several dignitaries including Mr. Arun Lal, Former Indian Cricketer; Mr. Chinmay Nayak, CEO of CAB; Mr. Arun Saraf, Chief Patron of WB Cricket Association for Differently-Abled; Mr. Ravi Chauhan, General Secretary of DCCI; Sqn Ldr Abhai Pratap Singh, Joint Secretary of DCCI; Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Chairman, Corporate Affairs & Communication of DCCI; Mr. Surender Agarwal, Chairman, South India of DCCI & many other eminent personalities.

Disability cricket is a variant of cricket played by individuals with various disabilities. There are specific rules and regulations depending on the type of impairment, but the core gameplay remains similar to traditional cricket. However, amidst the glitz and glamour of mainstream cricket, there exists a segment of cricket enthusiasts who have long been marginalized and overlooked – the differently-abled cricketers. Differently-abled cricket encompasses various forms such as Blind Cricket, Deaf & Mute Cricket, Physical Disability Cricket & Wheelchair Cricket. The Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy 2024 would be played between three states Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal from 15th - 17th March, 2024 at Aditya Academy, Barasat.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, General Secretary of DCCI said, “The Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy is a unique platform that celebrates the talent and determination of physically disabled cricketers. We have always wished to bring change in society in every way possible. We want to create awareness that the differently-abled can do whatever they want to do in life infact even better than a normal person.”

On this occasion, Mr. Arun Saraf, Chief Patron of WB Cricket Association for Differently-Abled said, “I am incredibly honored to be appointed Chief Patron of the West Bengal Cricket Association for Differently-Abled by the DCCI. The last match was at home against Chhattisgarh. Both teams scored only 1 point as two innings did not end. Bengal, however, had a chance of at least three points. 83 overs were played on the last day even though a lot of time was wasted in bad light. Bengal needed 8 wickets. The bowlers could not. Those bowlers are showing the dream of winning in Assam.Bengal scored a huge score of 405 runs in the first innings against Assam. Captain Manoj Tiwari scored a century after the mistake. The captain's 30th century in his first-class career. Then he was out. Abhishek Podel, the keeper batsman, returned to zero on this day. Lower order gave great confidence to Bengal. Karan Lal scored 52 runs. Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal is the biggest achievement of Bengal. He proved once again how good his bat hand is in this match. Suraj played an innings of 52 runs.Two half-centuries in the lower order put Bengal in the driver's seat.

22 जनवरी को अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह होना है। इससे पहले देशभर में भव्य तैयारी हो रही है। अयोध्या में 22 जनवरी को होने वाले राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम को लेकर बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व गृह मंत्री लालकृष्ण आडवाणी का अहम बयान सामने आया है।उन्होंने इसे दिव्य सवप्न की पूर्ति करारा दिया और कहा कि वह अयोध्या पहुंचकर रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा देखने के लिए आतुर हैं।आडवाणी ने कहा है कि वो केवल रथ के सारथी रहे लेकिन ये भाग्य का फ़ैसला है कि एक दिन राम मंदिर हक़ीक़त बन जाएगा।उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि उन्हें खुशी है कि भगवान राम ने मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिए अपने भक्त को चुना है।



आडवाणी ने कहा है कि 22 जनवरी, 2024 को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी अयोध्या के दिव्य मंदिर में श्रीराम के विग्रह की प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा करेंगे। मैं धन्य हूँ कि मैं अपने जीवनकाल में इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण का साक्षी बनूँगा।'राष्ट्रधर्म' नाम की एक हिन्दी पत्रिका के लिए लिखे एक लेख में लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने 33 साल पहले की घटनाओं को याद किया और कहा कि वो राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिए अयोध्या जाना चाहते हैं।‘श्री राम मंदिर: एक दिव्‍य स्वप्‍न की पूर्ति’ नाम का ये लेख, पत्रिका के 15 जनवरी के अंक में छपने वाला है।पत्रिका का ये अंक 22 तारीख को अयोध्या में होने वाले प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने वाले सभी लोगों को दिया जाएगा।इसमें लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने 1990 में सोमनाथ मंदिर से अयोध्या तक निकाली गई रथ यात्रा को याद करते हुए लिखा, "मैं तो केवल सारथी था, नियति ने तय कर लिया था कि अयोध्‍या में श्रीराम का मंदिर अवश्‍य बनेगा।

उन्होंने लिखा, रथ यात्रा शुरू होने के कुछ दिन बाद मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मैं सिर्फ एक सारथी था। रथ यात्रा का मुख्य संदेशवाहक रथ ही था और पूजा के योग्य था क्योंकि यह मंदिर निर्माण के पवित्र उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए श्री राम की जन्मस्थली अयोध्या जा रहा था।अयोध्या में श्रीराम की जन्मभूमि पर मंदिर के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए किया गया 'रामजन्मभूमि आंदोलन! 1947 केबाद के भारत के इतिहास में एक निर्णायक और परिणामकारी घटना सिद्ध हुई। हमारे समाज, राजनीति तथा राष्ट्रीय पहचान की भावना पर इसका गहरा प्रभाव रहा है।

आडवाणी ने आगे लिखा कि उस समय नरेंद्र मोदी ज्यादा प्रसिद्ध नहीं थे लेकिन उसी समय नियति ने उन्हें भगवान राम का भव्य मंदिर बनाने के लिए चुन लिया था। आडवाणी ने कहा कि उन्होंने जब रथ यात्रा शुरू की थी तब उन्हें यह नहीं पता था कि यह यात्रा देश में एक बड़े आंदोलन का रूप ले लेगी। लेकिन उसी दौरान भगवान राम ने अपने भव्य मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए अपने भक्त (नरेंद्र मोदी) को चुन लिया था। उन्होंने लिखा, जब प्रधानमंत्री मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा करेंगे, उस वक्त वो भारत के हर नागरिक का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे होंगे। मुझे उम्मीद है कि भगवान राम के मूल्यों को सीखने में ये मंदिर लोगों की मदद करेगा।

श्रीराम एक आदर्श राजा भी थे--'धर्म' के जीवंत अवतार। इसलिए सुशासन के प्रतीक 'रामराज्य' की अवधारणा को भारत के लिए आदर्श के रूप में प्रचारित किया गया। यद्यपि श्रीराम हिंदुओं के लिए पूजनीय पवित्र धार्मिक विभूति हैं, साथ ही वे भारत की उस सांस्कृतिक विरासत और राष्ट्रीय पहचान के भी एक प्रमुख प्रतीक हैं, जो समान रूप से प्रत्येक नागरिक की धरोहर है। श्रीराम के जीवन की कहानी, 'रामायण', भारत की सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं की निरंतरता का स्रोत और वाहक दोनों है और इसने शताब्दियों से पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी, भारतीय मानस को बहुत प्रभावित किया है। इसलिए पिछले लगभग 500 वर्षों से, कोटि-कोटि भारतीयों की हार्दिक इच्छा रही है कि अयोध्या में श्री राम मंदिर का पुनर्निर्माण हो।

राम मंदिर आंदोलन को अपनी राजनीतिक यात्रा की सबसे अधिक निर्णायक और परिवर्तनकारी घटना बताते हुए आडवाणी ने आंदोलन के दौरान के अपने कई अनुभवों को भी लेख में साझा किया है। आडवाणी ने राजनीति में दशकों तक उनके साथी रहे पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्वर्गीय अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी को याद करते हुए यह भी कहा कि राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह से पहले उन्हें अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की कमी बहुत खल रही है।

राजस्थान में भी बीजेपी ने दिया सरप्राइज, भजन लाल शर्मा होंगे नए सीएम

छ्त्तीसगढ़, मध्य प्रदेश के बाद अब राजस्थान में बीजेपी ने सीएम फेस का ऐलान कर दिया है। अब राजस्थान के नए मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा होंगे। जयपुर में विधायक दल की बैठक में इसे लेकर फैसला लिया गया है। भजनलाल शर्मा विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए हैं। पर्यवेक्षकों की मौजूदगी में सर्वसम्मति से विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया।

  


राजस्थान में सीएम के नाम के एलान के साथ ही दो डिप्टी सीएम के नाम का एलान भी हो गया है। दीया कुमारी और प्रेम चंद्र बैरवा को उपमुख्यमंत्री बनाया जाएगा, जबकि वासुदेव देवनानी विधानसभा के स्पीकर होंगे।दिग्गज नेता वसुंधरा राजे, केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन मेघवाल, गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत और अश्विनी वैष्णव का नाम सीएम की रेस में था, लेकिन बाजी भजन लाल के हाथ लगी।

पहली बार विधायक बन राजस्थान के सीएम बने
आरएसएस बैकग्राउंड वाले भजन लाल शर्मा पहली बार के विधायक हैं और वह गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के करीबी माने जाते हैं। भजन लाल शर्मा की संगठन में मजबूत पकड़ है। वे चार बार राजस्थान में प्रदेश महामंत्री चुने जा चुके हैं। वर्तमान में भी वह संगठन में सक्रिय है। 2023 के चुनाव में भाजपा ने पहली बार उन्हें जयपुर की सांगानेर जैसी सुरक्षित सीट से चुनाव लड़ाया। पहली बार ही वह एमएलए बने ओर अब विधायक दल की बैठक में उन्हें सीएम बना दिया गया। 

बाहरी होने के आरोप के बावजूद सांगानेर से बड़े अंतर से जीते
भजन लाल शर्मा भरतपुर के रहने वाले हैं। बाहरी होने के आरोप के बावजूद सांगानेर से बड़े अंतर से जीत दर्ज की। शर्मा ने कांग्रेस के पुष्पेंद्र भारद्वाज को 48081 वोटों से हराया। खास बात ये है कि इस सीट पर भजन लाल शर्मा को चुनाव लड़ाने के लिए भाजपा ने निवर्तमान विधायक अशोक लाहोटी का टिकट काटा था।

 Sports Desk: The Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 match between Servotech Siliguri Strikers vs Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers at Eden Gardens on Monday has been called off due to rain. 

Opting to bat, Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers scored a challenging 178/4 in 20 overs, thanks to Karan Lal (51 off 43), Abishek Porel (50 off 37) and Ronit Ghosh (44 not out off 25).

In reply, Servotech Siliguri Strikers were 35/0 in 3 overs when rain stopped play. With the weather showing no signs of improvement, the match was called off and points were shared between both the teams.

Anustup Majumdar (22 not out off 9) and Ankur Paul (13 not out off 9) were unbeaten for Servotech Siliguri Strikers.

*Asia’s oldest football tournament now in five states as Imphal makes a comeback*

 134th IndianOil Durand Cup 
 

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

For Commendable Work at Panchayat in UP, Ebha Singh Receives Aganwadi Kits Worth Rs. 6.5 Lakhs for 13 Women Pradhans from Honourable Governor

In light of this, Dr S.K. Nanda, IAS retired Gujarat Cadre, former home secretary to the honourable Prime Minister (Modi Ji) in Gujarat, started an initiative ‘Ghar Ayye Nanhi Pari’ which was conceptualised by Ebha Patel with the goal of honouring the birth of newborn baby girls in rural India, educating girls, and providing mothers with the tools they need to become financially independent and transforming each and every woman Pradhan uses cutting-edge technology (AI, drones) to develop panchayats holistically. 





 During a meeting with the Honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh at Rajbhawan Lucknow and a thorough conversation with 13 Women  Pradhans of Uttar Pradesh, Ebha Singh provided an update on each Pradhan's 
work and the work carried out under the initiative of Dr. S.K. Nanda. The Governor expressed gratitude for the work and requested an expansion of the initiative, announcing that 13 Women Pradhans 
would receive Aganwadi Kits valued at Rs. 6.5 Lakhs, funded by 
Rajbhawan, and acknowledged Ebha's admirable efforts. Ebha Singh expresses gratitude to the Chairman Quality Council of India Respected Jaxay Shah for providing the opportunity to enhance Panchayats through the implementation of the Sarpanch Samvaad Mobile Application at the national level. 
Initiative Ghar Ayye Nanhi Pari’s  journey started in the year 2021 from the Banda district of Uttar Pradesh and Punsari Village of Gujarat, honouring the birth of new baby girls, Ensuring Girls’ Education, Making Women’s Financial Independent, and strengthening Anganwadi and women's digital literacy in gram panchayat. Till now Ghar Ayee Nanhi Pari initiative has reached 28 districts in Uttar Pradesh and 2 districts in Gujarat, felicitating more than 6500 newborn baby girls, planting trees and developing Poshan Vatikas for mothers with medicinal plants, which has triggered a new movement. The initiative has been appreciated by the Honourable President of India Droupadi Murmu, Central Minister Respected Anupriya Patel, Minister of Jal Shakti Honorable  Swatantra Dev Sing, Honourable Asim Arun, Minister of Social Welfare Dignitaries like Padma Shre Ram Saran Verma, Jilla Panchayat President Barabanki Raj Rani Rawat, MLC Awanish Kumar Singh, District magistrate Akhilesh Singh, AMD NHM Dr. Heera lal IAS, CDO Kanpur Dehat Samuya Pandey IAS, many more started joining the campaign and felicitating the new born baby girls in villages, causing series of celebrations in each home of every Village. KKNB : Cricket in India is not just a sport, it's a religion. The much-awaited Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy 2024 is set to begin on 15th March, 2024 organised by Differently Abled Cricket Council of India which was formally announced today. The trophy was revealed for the same at Taj Bengal, Kolkata.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of several dignitaries including Mr. Arun Lal, Former Indian Cricketer; Mr. Chinmay Nayak, CEO of CAB; Mr. Arun Saraf, Chief Patron of WB Cricket Association for Differently-Abled; Mr. Ravi Chauhan, General Secretary of DCCI; Sqn Ldr Abhai Pratap Singh, Joint Secretary of DCCI; Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Chairman, Corporate Affairs & Communication of DCCI; Mr. Surender Agarwal, Chairman, South India of DCCI & many other eminent personalities.

Disability cricket is a variant of cricket played by individuals with various disabilities. There are specific rules and regulations depending on the type of impairment, but the core gameplay remains similar to traditional cricket. However, amidst the glitz and glamour of mainstream cricket, there exists a segment of cricket enthusiasts who have long been marginalized and overlooked – the differently-abled cricketers. Differently-abled cricket encompasses various forms such as Blind Cricket, Deaf & Mute Cricket, Physical Disability Cricket & Wheelchair Cricket. The Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy 2024 would be played between three states Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal from 15th - 17th March, 2024 at Aditya Academy, Barasat.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, General Secretary of DCCI said, “The Physical Disability Triangular T20 Trophy is a unique platform that celebrates the talent and determination of physically disabled cricketers. We have always wished to bring change in society in every way possible. We want to create awareness that the differently-abled can do whatever they want to do in life infact even better than a normal person.”

On this occasion, Mr. Arun Saraf, Chief Patron of WB Cricket Association for Differently-Abled said, “I am incredibly honored to be appointed Chief Patron of the West Bengal Cricket Association for Differently-Abled by the DCCI. The last match was at home against Chhattisgarh. Both teams scored only 1 point as two innings did not end. Bengal, however, had a chance of at least three points. 83 overs were played on the last day even though a lot of time was wasted in bad light. Bengal needed 8 wickets. The bowlers could not. Those bowlers are showing the dream of winning in Assam.Bengal scored a huge score of 405 runs in the first innings against Assam. Captain Manoj Tiwari scored a century after the mistake. The captain's 30th century in his first-class career. Then he was out. Abhishek Podel, the keeper batsman, returned to zero on this day. Lower order gave great confidence to Bengal. Karan Lal scored 52 runs. Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal is the biggest achievement of Bengal. He proved once again how good his bat hand is in this match. Suraj played an innings of 52 runs.Two half-centuries in the lower order put Bengal in the driver's seat.

22 जनवरी को अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह होना है। इससे पहले देशभर में भव्य तैयारी हो रही है। अयोध्या में 22 जनवरी को होने वाले राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम को लेकर बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व गृह मंत्री लालकृष्ण आडवाणी का अहम बयान सामने आया है।उन्होंने इसे दिव्य सवप्न की पूर्ति करारा दिया और कहा कि वह अयोध्या पहुंचकर रामलला की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा देखने के लिए आतुर हैं।आडवाणी ने कहा है कि वो केवल रथ के सारथी रहे लेकिन ये भाग्य का फ़ैसला है कि एक दिन राम मंदिर हक़ीक़त बन जाएगा।उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि उन्हें खुशी है कि भगवान राम ने मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिए अपने भक्त को चुना है।



आडवाणी ने कहा है कि 22 जनवरी, 2024 को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी अयोध्या के दिव्य मंदिर में श्रीराम के विग्रह की प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा करेंगे। मैं धन्य हूँ कि मैं अपने जीवनकाल में इस ऐतिहासिक क्षण का साक्षी बनूँगा।'राष्ट्रधर्म' नाम की एक हिन्दी पत्रिका के लिए लिखे एक लेख में लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने 33 साल पहले की घटनाओं को याद किया और कहा कि वो राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिए अयोध्या जाना चाहते हैं।‘श्री राम मंदिर: एक दिव्‍य स्वप्‍न की पूर्ति’ नाम का ये लेख, पत्रिका के 15 जनवरी के अंक में छपने वाला है।पत्रिका का ये अंक 22 तारीख को अयोध्या में होने वाले प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने वाले सभी लोगों को दिया जाएगा।इसमें लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने 1990 में सोमनाथ मंदिर से अयोध्या तक निकाली गई रथ यात्रा को याद करते हुए लिखा, "मैं तो केवल सारथी था, नियति ने तय कर लिया था कि अयोध्‍या में श्रीराम का मंदिर अवश्‍य बनेगा।

उन्होंने लिखा, रथ यात्रा शुरू होने के कुछ दिन बाद मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मैं सिर्फ एक सारथी था। रथ यात्रा का मुख्य संदेशवाहक रथ ही था और पूजा के योग्य था क्योंकि यह मंदिर निर्माण के पवित्र उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए श्री राम की जन्मस्थली अयोध्या जा रहा था।अयोध्या में श्रीराम की जन्मभूमि पर मंदिर के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए किया गया 'रामजन्मभूमि आंदोलन! 1947 केबाद के भारत के इतिहास में एक निर्णायक और परिणामकारी घटना सिद्ध हुई। हमारे समाज, राजनीति तथा राष्ट्रीय पहचान की भावना पर इसका गहरा प्रभाव रहा है।

आडवाणी ने आगे लिखा कि उस समय नरेंद्र मोदी ज्यादा प्रसिद्ध नहीं थे लेकिन उसी समय नियति ने उन्हें भगवान राम का भव्य मंदिर बनाने के लिए चुन लिया था। आडवाणी ने कहा कि उन्होंने जब रथ यात्रा शुरू की थी तब उन्हें यह नहीं पता था कि यह यात्रा देश में एक बड़े आंदोलन का रूप ले लेगी। लेकिन उसी दौरान भगवान राम ने अपने भव्य मंदिर के निर्माण के लिए अपने भक्त (नरेंद्र मोदी) को चुन लिया था। उन्होंने लिखा, जब प्रधानमंत्री मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा करेंगे, उस वक्त वो भारत के हर नागरिक का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे होंगे। मुझे उम्मीद है कि भगवान राम के मूल्यों को सीखने में ये मंदिर लोगों की मदद करेगा।

श्रीराम एक आदर्श राजा भी थे--'धर्म' के जीवंत अवतार। इसलिए सुशासन के प्रतीक 'रामराज्य' की अवधारणा को भारत के लिए आदर्श के रूप में प्रचारित किया गया। यद्यपि श्रीराम हिंदुओं के लिए पूजनीय पवित्र धार्मिक विभूति हैं, साथ ही वे भारत की उस सांस्कृतिक विरासत और राष्ट्रीय पहचान के भी एक प्रमुख प्रतीक हैं, जो समान रूप से प्रत्येक नागरिक की धरोहर है। श्रीराम के जीवन की कहानी, 'रामायण', भारत की सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं की निरंतरता का स्रोत और वाहक दोनों है और इसने शताब्दियों से पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी, भारतीय मानस को बहुत प्रभावित किया है। इसलिए पिछले लगभग 500 वर्षों से, कोटि-कोटि भारतीयों की हार्दिक इच्छा रही है कि अयोध्या में श्री राम मंदिर का पुनर्निर्माण हो।

राम मंदिर आंदोलन को अपनी राजनीतिक यात्रा की सबसे अधिक निर्णायक और परिवर्तनकारी घटना बताते हुए आडवाणी ने आंदोलन के दौरान के अपने कई अनुभवों को भी लेख में साझा किया है। आडवाणी ने राजनीति में दशकों तक उनके साथी रहे पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्वर्गीय अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी को याद करते हुए यह भी कहा कि राम मंदिर के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह से पहले उन्हें अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की कमी बहुत खल रही है।

राजस्थान में भी बीजेपी ने दिया सरप्राइज, भजन लाल शर्मा होंगे नए सीएम

छ्त्तीसगढ़, मध्य प्रदेश के बाद अब राजस्थान में बीजेपी ने सीएम फेस का ऐलान कर दिया है। अब राजस्थान के नए मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा होंगे। जयपुर में विधायक दल की बैठक में इसे लेकर फैसला लिया गया है। भजनलाल शर्मा विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए हैं। पर्यवेक्षकों की मौजूदगी में सर्वसम्मति से विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया।

  


राजस्थान में सीएम के नाम के एलान के साथ ही दो डिप्टी सीएम के नाम का एलान भी हो गया है। दीया कुमारी और प्रेम चंद्र बैरवा को उपमुख्यमंत्री बनाया जाएगा, जबकि वासुदेव देवनानी विधानसभा के स्पीकर होंगे।दिग्गज नेता वसुंधरा राजे, केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन मेघवाल, गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत और अश्विनी वैष्णव का नाम सीएम की रेस में था, लेकिन बाजी भजन लाल के हाथ लगी।

पहली बार विधायक बन राजस्थान के सीएम बने
आरएसएस बैकग्राउंड वाले भजन लाल शर्मा पहली बार के विधायक हैं और वह गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के करीबी माने जाते हैं। भजन लाल शर्मा की संगठन में मजबूत पकड़ है। वे चार बार राजस्थान में प्रदेश महामंत्री चुने जा चुके हैं। वर्तमान में भी वह संगठन में सक्रिय है। 2023 के चुनाव में भाजपा ने पहली बार उन्हें जयपुर की सांगानेर जैसी सुरक्षित सीट से चुनाव लड़ाया। पहली बार ही वह एमएलए बने ओर अब विधायक दल की बैठक में उन्हें सीएम बना दिया गया।

भजन लाल शर्मा भरतपुर के रहने वाले हैं। बाहरी होने के आरोप के बावजूद सांगानेर से बड़े अंतर से जीत दर्ज की। शर्मा ने कांग्रेस के पुष्पेंद्र भारद्वाज को 48081 वोटों से हराया। खास बात ये है कि इस सीट पर भजन लाल शर्मा को चुनाव लड़ाने के लिए भाजपा ने निवर्तमान विधायक अशोक लाहोटी का टिकट काटा था।
