पश्चिम बंगाल की बीजेपी सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। अब बंगाल के सभी मदरसों में क्लास शुरू होने से पहले प्रार्थना के दौरान वंदे मातरम गाना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके लिए अल्पसंख्यक कार्य और मदरसा शिक्षा विभाग ने आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

  

शिक्षा मंत्री खुदीराम टुडू ने की पुष्टि
राज्य के अल्पसंख्यक मामलों और मदरसा शिक्षा मंत्री खुदीराम टुडू ने इसकी पुष्टि की। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के अन्य सरकारी स्कूलों की तरह अब मान्यता प्राप्त मदरसों में भी ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य होगा। इससे पहले यह नियम केवल सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में लागू था।

मदरसों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य
तुडू ने बताया कि पश्चिम बंगाल में कई सरकारी स्कूल ऐसे हैं, जहां पढ़ाई संताली भाषा में होती है। जब उन स्कूलों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ अनिवार्य है, तो मान्यता प्राप्त मदरसों में इसे अनिवार्य क्यों नहीं किया जा सकता? इस संबंध में पश्चिम बंगाल मदरसा शिक्षा निदेशालय ने एक आधिकारिक आदेश जारी कर राज्य के सभी सहायता प्राप्त मदरसों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य कर दिया है।

स्कूलों के बाद अब मदरसों के लिए आदेश
इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी सरकार ने 14 मई को स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के तहत आने वाले सभी सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में वंदे मातरम को अनिवार्य किया था। अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना में कहा गया था कि पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने राज्य के स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी स्कूलों में कक्षाएं शुरू होने से पहले प्रार्थना सभा के दौरान राष्ट्रगीत ‘वंदे मातरम्' गाना तत्काल प्रभाव से अनिवार्य कर दिया है। अब इसी नीति को बढ़ाते हुए इसे मदरसों में भी लागू कर दिया गया है।

तीस्ता जल समझौते को लेकर जगी उम्मीद

वहीं, बांग्लादेश की सत्ताधारी पार्टी बीएनपी के सूचना सचिव अजीजुल बारी हेलाल ने पश्चिम बंगाल में शुभेंदु अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा के शानदार प्रदर्शन की जमकर तारीफ की है। हेलाल ने कहा कि वह विजेता पार्टी भाजपा और शुभेंदु अधिकारी को बधाई देते हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि शुभेंदु अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा की यह जीत सुनिश्चित करेगी कि पश्चिम बंगाल और बांग्लादेश सरकार के बीच संबंध पहले की तरह ही अच्छे और मजबूत बने रहें। बीएनपी के इस पूरे बयान में सबसे अहम बात तीस्ता जल बंटवारा संधि को लेकर कही गई है, जो पिछले एक दशक से अधिक समय से अधर में लटकी हुई है।

तीस्ता जल को लेकर बन गई थी सहमति
सितम्बर 2011 में बांग्लादेश और भारत के जल संसाधन मंत्रियों के बीच तीस्ता समझौते पर सहमति बन गई थी। उम्मीद थी कि भारत के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की ढाका यात्रा के दौरान इस पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाएंगे। लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के विरोध के कारण यह समझौता रुक गया। बता दें कि ममता बनर्जी को भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच तीस्ता जल विवाद को सुलझाने की कोशिशों में एक रुकावट के तौर पर देखा जाता रहा है।

शेख हसीना के तख्तापलट के बाद बिगड़े रिश्ते
शेख हसीना सरकार के अगस्त 2024 में गिरने के बाद भारत-बांग्लादेश संबंध काफी तनावपूर्ण हो गए थे, जो अब तक पूरी तरह सामान्य नहीं हो पाए हैं। बांग्लादेश में मोहम्मद यूनुस के नेतृत्व वाली अंतरिम सरकार के दौरान अल्पसंख्यक हिंदुओं पर हमलों, भारत में बांग्लादेश मिशन पर हमले, भारतीय उत्पादों के बहिष्कार की मांग, ढाका में भारतीय दूतावास के सांस्कृतिक केंद्र पर हमले, वीजा सेवाओं में ठहराव, व्यापारिक सुविधाओं में कटौती, और भारत में टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप क्रिकेट खेलने से बांग्लादेश क्रिकेट टीम के इनकार करने जैसी कई घटनाओं ने दोनों देशों के रिश्तों को निचले स्तर तक पहुंचा दिया था। हालांकि, बांग्लादेश में फ़रवरी में हुए आम चुनाव के बाद दोनों देशों ने संबंध सुधारने की कोशिशें शुरू की हैं। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खलीलुर रहमान दिल्ली का दौरा भी कर चुके हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल में बीजेपी ने बड़ी जीत हासिल की है। पार्टी को 206 सीटें हासिल हुई है, जबकि टीएमसी को 82 सीटें मिली हैं। अब बीजेपी सरकार बनाने की तैयारी में जुट गई है। इसी क्रम में पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त कर दिए गए हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राजनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील और महत्वपूर्ण राज्य में यह बड़ी जिम्मेदारी केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को दी गई है। अमित शाह अगले 2-3 तीनों में कोलकाता जाएंगे और विधायकों से बातचीत करेंगे। पश्चिम बंगाल में नई सरकार का शपथ ग्रहण 9 मई को होगा।

  

नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों के साथ बैठक कर चुनेंगे नेता
वहीं, पूर्वोत्तर के सबसे अहम राज्य असम के लिए केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा को केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त किया गया है। उनके साथ हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी को केंद्रीय सह-पर्यवेक्षक बनाया गया है। यह दोनों वरिष्ठ नेता असम जाकर सभी नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों के साथ सीधी बैठक करेंगे और उनकी राय जानने के बाद ही विधायक दल के नेता के नाम पर अंतिम मुहर लगाएंगे। इस लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया से पार्टी के भीतर किसी भी तरह की गुटबाजी को रोकने में मदद मिलेगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

पश्चिम बंगाल की बीजेपी सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। अब बंगाल के सभी मदरसों में क्लास शुरू होने से पहले प्रार्थना के दौरान वंदे मातरम गाना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके लिए अल्पसंख्यक कार्य और मदरसा शिक्षा विभाग ने आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

  

शिक्षा मंत्री खुदीराम टुडू ने की पुष्टि
राज्य के अल्पसंख्यक मामलों और मदरसा शिक्षा मंत्री खुदीराम टुडू ने इसकी पुष्टि की। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के अन्य सरकारी स्कूलों की तरह अब मान्यता प्राप्त मदरसों में भी ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य होगा। इससे पहले यह नियम केवल सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में लागू था।

मदरसों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य
तुडू ने बताया कि पश्चिम बंगाल में कई सरकारी स्कूल ऐसे हैं, जहां पढ़ाई संताली भाषा में होती है। जब उन स्कूलों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ अनिवार्य है, तो मान्यता प्राप्त मदरसों में इसे अनिवार्य क्यों नहीं किया जा सकता? इस संबंध में पश्चिम बंगाल मदरसा शिक्षा निदेशालय ने एक आधिकारिक आदेश जारी कर राज्य के सभी सहायता प्राप्त मदरसों में ‘वंदे मातरम्’ गाना अनिवार्य कर दिया है।

स्कूलों के बाद अब मदरसों के लिए आदेश
इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी सरकार ने 14 मई को स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के तहत आने वाले सभी सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त स्कूलों में वंदे मातरम को अनिवार्य किया था। अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना में कहा गया था कि पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने राज्य के स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी स्कूलों में कक्षाएं शुरू होने से पहले प्रार्थना सभा के दौरान राष्ट्रगीत ‘वंदे मातरम्' गाना तत्काल प्रभाव से अनिवार्य कर दिया है। अब इसी नीति को बढ़ाते हुए इसे मदरसों में भी लागू कर दिया गया है।

तीस्ता जल समझौते को लेकर जगी उम्मीद
बांग्लादेश की सत्ताधारी 'बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी' (बीएनपी) ने पश्चिम बंगाल में शानदार जीत दर्ज करने पर भाजपा को औपचारिक रूप से अपनी बधाई दी है। इसके साथ ही बांग्लादेश ने भारत को लेकर बड़ी उम्मीद जताई है। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खलीलुर रहमान ने कहा है कि मौजूदा हालात को देखते हुए लंबे समय से अटके तीस्ता जल समझौते पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

वहीं, बांग्लादेश की सत्ताधारी पार्टी बीएनपी के सूचना सचिव अजीजुल बारी हेलाल ने पश्चिम बंगाल में शुभेंदु अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा के शानदार प्रदर्शन की जमकर तारीफ की है। हेलाल ने कहा कि वह विजेता पार्टी भाजपा और शुभेंदु अधिकारी को बधाई देते हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि शुभेंदु अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा की यह जीत सुनिश्चित करेगी कि पश्चिम बंगाल और बांग्लादेश सरकार के बीच संबंध पहले की तरह ही अच्छे और मजबूत बने रहें। बीएनपी के इस पूरे बयान में सबसे अहम बात तीस्ता जल बंटवारा संधि को लेकर कही गई है, जो पिछले एक दशक से अधिक समय से अधर में लटकी हुई है।

तीस्ता जल को लेकर बन गई थी सहमति
सितम्बर 2011 में बांग्लादेश और भारत के जल संसाधन मंत्रियों के बीच तीस्ता समझौते पर सहमति बन गई थी। उम्मीद थी कि भारत के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह की ढाका यात्रा के दौरान इस पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाएंगे। लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के विरोध के कारण यह समझौता रुक गया। बता दें कि ममता बनर्जी को भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच तीस्ता जल विवाद को सुलझाने की कोशिशों में एक रुकावट के तौर पर देखा जाता रहा है।

शेख हसीना के तख्तापलट के बाद बिगड़े रिश्ते
शेख हसीना सरकार के अगस्त 2024 में गिरने के बाद भारत-बांग्लादेश संबंध काफी तनावपूर्ण हो गए थे, जो अब तक पूरी तरह सामान्य नहीं हो पाए हैं। बांग्लादेश में मोहम्मद यूनुस के नेतृत्व वाली अंतरिम सरकार के दौरान अल्पसंख्यक हिंदुओं पर हमलों, भारत में बांग्लादेश मिशन पर हमले, भारतीय उत्पादों के बहिष्कार की मांग, ढाका में भारतीय दूतावास के सांस्कृतिक केंद्र पर हमले, वीजा सेवाओं में ठहराव, व्यापारिक सुविधाओं में कटौती, और भारत में टी-20 वर्ल्ड कप क्रिकेट खेलने से बांग्लादेश क्रिकेट टीम के इनकार करने जैसी कई घटनाओं ने दोनों देशों के रिश्तों को निचले स्तर तक पहुंचा दिया था। हालांकि, बांग्लादेश में फ़रवरी में हुए आम चुनाव के बाद दोनों देशों ने संबंध सुधारने की कोशिशें शुरू की हैं। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खलीलुर रहमान दिल्ली का दौरा भी कर चुके हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल और असम में नई सरकार के गठन के लिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने कवायद शुरू कर दी है। पश्चिम बंगाल और असम में विधायक दल का नेता चुनने के लिए भाजपा ने अपने केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षकों की नियुक्ति कर दी है। पश्चिम बंगाल की जिम्मेदारी केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और ओडिशा के मुख्यमंत्री मोहन चरण माझी को दी गई है। वहीं, असम में केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा और हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी को पर्यवेक्षक बनाया गया है।

  


जल्द कोलकाता जाएंगे शाह
पश्चिम बंगाल में बीजेपी ने बड़ी जीत हासिल की है। पार्टी को 206 सीटें हासिल हुई है, जबकि टीएमसी को 82 सीटें मिली हैं। अब बीजेपी सरकार बनाने की तैयारी में जुट गई है। इसी क्रम में पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त कर दिए गए हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राजनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील और महत्वपूर्ण राज्य में यह बड़ी जिम्मेदारी केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को दी गई है। अमित शाह अगले 2-3 तीनों में कोलकाता जाएंगे और विधायकों से बातचीत करेंगे। पश्चिम बंगाल में नई सरकार का शपथ ग्रहण 9 मई को होगा।

  

नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों के साथ बैठक कर चुनेंगे नेता
वहीं, पूर्वोत्तर के सबसे अहम राज्य असम के लिए केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा को केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त किया गया है। उनके साथ हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी को केंद्रीय सह-पर्यवेक्षक बनाया गया है। यह दोनों वरिष्ठ नेता असम जाकर सभी नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों के साथ सीधी बैठक करेंगे और उनकी राय जानने के बाद ही विधायक दल के नेता के नाम पर अंतिम मुहर लगाएंगे। इस लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया से पार्टी के भीतर किसी भी तरह की गुटबाजी को रोकने में मदद मिलेगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव में इस बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सुनामी आती दिख रही है। बीजेपी ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है।

रुझानों में बीजेपी एकतरफा जीत हासिल करती दिख रही है। वोटों की शुरुआती गिनती में कड़े मुकाबले के बाद अब हालात तेजी से बदलते नजर आ रहे हैं और बीजेपी ने निर्णायक बढ़त बनाते हुए सियासी समीकरण पूरी तरह उलट दिए हैं। ताजा आंकड़ों के मुताबिक बीजेपी 183 सीटों पर बढ़त के साथ स्पष्ट बहुमत से काफी आगे निकल चुकी है, जबकि ममता बनर्जी की अगुवाई वाली टीएमसी महज 93 सीटों पर सिमटती दिख रही है।

ममता बनर्जी और सुबेंदु अधिकारी कके बीच कड़ा मुकाबला
पश्चिम बंगाल की भवानीपुर और नंदीग्राम सीट पर सभी की नजरें हैं। भवानीपुर पर ममता बनर्जी और बीजेपी उम्मीदवार सुबेंदु अधिकारी के बीच कड़ा मुकाबला है। हालांकि, यहां दोनों नेताओं के बीच कड़ी टक्कर नजर आ रही है। रुझानों में कभी सुबेंदु अधिकारी तो कभी ममता बनर्जी लीड करते नजर आ रहे हैं। पहले ममता बनर्जी आगे चल रही थीं, लेकिन अब सुबेंदु अधिकारी लीड कर रहे हैं, जबकि नंदीग्राम में भी सुबेंदु अधिकारी बढ़त बनाए हुए हैं।

मोदी मैजिक के आगे ममता कका दांव फेल
पश्चिम बंगाल चुनाव में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस बार जिस तरह से चुनाव प्रचार किया और उनके साथ जिस तरह से लोग जुड़ते नजर आए, विपक्ष के दिमाग में तभी से खतरे की घंटी बजनी शुरू हो गई। चाहे झारग्राम में पीएम मोदी ने एक दुकान में जालमुड़ी खरीद कर खाई हो या फिर कोलकाता के पास हावड़ा में हुगली नदी में बोटिंग की हो, विपक्ष के नेताओं ने उनपर कटाक्ष करने का कोई मौका नहीं छोड़ा। लेकिन, पीएम मोदी बंगाल के लोगों का मूड भांप चुके थे। मॉर्निंग वॉक के दौरान भी लोगों ने उन्हें जिस तरह से अपने बीच देखकर प्रतिक्रिया दी, उससे साफ लगा कि अब बंगाल की जनता के मन से ममता बनर्जी का प्रभाव धूमिल हो चुका है और वह बदलाव के लिए वोट डालने का मन बना चुके हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा में हुए चुनाव के नतीजों की तस्वीर साफ होने लगी है। शुरुआती रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी को बहुमत मिल गया है। बीजेपी ने 147 का जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। टीएमसी पिछड़ती नजर आ रही है।

  

सुबह 10 बजे तक के रुझान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी 147, तृणमूल कांग्रेस 107, कांग्रेस 3 सीट पर बढ़त बनाई हुई है। हालांकि चुनाव आयोग की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक सुबह 10 बजकर 9 मिनट तक बीजेपी 38 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। वहीं टीएमसी 18 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है। इसके अलावा भारतीय गोरखा प्रजातांत्रिक मोर्टा 1 सीट पर आगे चल रही है।

बंगाल में बीजेपी में जश्न शुरू
पश्चिम बंगाल में शुरूआती रूझानों के बाद बीजेपी में जश्न मनाया जा रहा है। सुबेंदु अधिकारी ने कहा कि पहले राउंड में वह दो हजार से पीछे थे लेकिन सेकंड राउंड तक हिंदू-मुस्लिम हो गया। मैं आपको पहले दिन से बता रहा हूं कि पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनाव कैसे होता है, सबको पता है। मोयना विधानसभा क्षेत्र से बीजेपी उम्मीदवार अशोक डिंडा ने कहा कि बंगाल के लोग बेवकूफ नहीं हैं। यह चुनाव निष्पक्ष तरीके से संपन्न हुआ है और इसमें कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं है।

झारमुड़ी बांटे जा रहे
भबानीपुर में जयश्री राम के नारे गूंजने लगे हैं। झारमुड़ी बंटनी शुरू हो गई है। बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं ने मिठाई बांटनी भी शुरू कर दी है। बीजेपी का बंगाल में अपनी जीत का भरोसा हो गया है। सुवेंदु अधिकारी के जयाकारे लग रहे हैं।
