 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  

Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “I welcome to all the current office bearers, former office bearers, international players and all the franchises for the men’s draft of the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League. 

“I hope you will all witness an exciting draft process in the next few hours. I am sure we will have an even more successful Bengal Pro T20 League season this time,” Mr Ganguly added.

Tiranga Yatra Organized in Budhanpur



 
 
  

  









grand Tiranga Yatra (tricolor march) was organized in the Budhanpur Tehsil area, starting from Radha Krishna Temple in Koilsa. The event was graced by Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who led the yatra.
  
The Tiranga Yatra commenced from the Radha Krishna Temple and concluded at the Shaheed Smarak (Martyrs’ Memorial) in Budhanpur, where floral tributes were paid to the martyrs. Addressing the gathering, Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, which struck Pakistan on its own soil, is a matter of immense pride for the nation. He added that the Tiranga Yatra was organized to celebrate this victory and to boost the morale of the armed forces.
  
Vinod Rajbhar, District President of Lalganj, who presided over the event, encouraged all party workers and stated that whenever the pride and honor of our nation is challenged, our three armed forces give a befitting reply to the enemy.
  
Former District President Jayanath Singh expressed his pride in being born in a country like India and praised the bravery of Indian soldiers who risk their lives for the safety of the nation.
  
Budhanpur Nagar Panchayat Chairman's representative, Goodluck Singh, extended his gratitude to all the dignitaries who participated in the event.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से समयसीमा तय किए जाने पर राष्ट्रपति ने उठाए सवाल, सर्वोच्च अदालत से पूछे ये 14 सवाल

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने 8 अप्रैल 2025 को दिए गए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर सवाल उठाए हैं।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 8 अप्रैल को एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला दिया था। तमिलनाडु के राज्यपाल मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था कि राज्यपाल विधेयकों को अनिश्चितकाल तक रोक नहीं सकते। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत राज्यपाल के पास वीटो का अधिकार नहीं है और उन्हें मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पर काम करना होगा। इसमें राष्‍ट्रपति और राज्‍यपालों को विधानसभाओं से पारित विधेयकों पर निर्णय लेने के लिए समय-सीमा तय करने पर टिप्पणी की गई थी। राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इसी फैसले पर सर्वोच्च अदालत से 14 सवाल पूछे हैं।

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने संविधान के अनुच्छेद 143(1) के तहत 14 बेहद अहम सवाल पूछते हुए यह साफ किया है कि संविधान में ऐसी कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है जो विधेयकों पर मंजूरी या नामंजूरी की समयसीमा तय करती हो। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 और 201 के तहत विधेयकों पर फैसला लेते हैं, लेकिन ये अनुच्छेद कहीं भी कोई समयसीमा या प्रक्रिया निर्धारित नहीं करते। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति का यह विवेकपूर्ण निर्णय संघवाद, कानूनों की एकरूपता, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और शक्तियों के बीच संतुलन जैसे बहुपक्षीय पहलुओं पर आधारित होता है।

राष्ट्रपति ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राज्यपाल की शक्तियों, न्यायिक दखल और समयसीमा तय करने जैसे विषयों पर स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। इन सवालों में पूछा गया है कि राज्यपाल के पास क्या विकल्प हैं जब कोई बिल उनके पास आता है? क्या राज्यपाल मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह मानने के लिए बाध्य हैं? क्या राज्यपाल का विवेकाधिकार न्यायिक समीक्षा के अधीन है?

राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से पूछे ये 14 सवाल-
1. राज्यपाल के समक्ष अगर कोई विधेयक पेश किया जाता है तो संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत उनके पास क्या विकल्प हैं?
2. क्या राज्यपाल इन विकल्पों पर विचार करते समय मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह से बंधे हैं?
3. क्या अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत राज्यपाल द्वारा लिए गए फैसले की न्यायिक समीक्षा हो सकती है?
4. क्या अनुच्छेद 361 राज्यपाल द्वारा अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत लिए गए फैसलों पर न्यायिक समीक्षा को पूरी तरह से रोक सकता है?
5. क्या अदालतें राज्यपाल द्वारा अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत लिए गए फैसलों की समयसीमा तय कर सकती हैं, जबकि संविधान में ऐसी कोई समयसीमा तय नहीं की गई है?
6. क्या अनुच्छेद 201 के तहत राष्ट्रपति द्वारा लिए गए फैसले की समीक्षा हो सकती है?
7. क्या अदालतें अनुच्छेद 201 के तहत राष्ट्रपति द्वारा फैसला लेने की समयसीमा तय कर सकती हैं?
8. अगर राज्यपाल ने विधेयक को फैसले के लिए सुरक्षित रख लिया है तो क्या अनुच्छेद 143 के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सलाह लेनी चाहिए?
9. क्या राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति द्वारा क्रमशः अनुच्छेद 200 और 201 के तहत लिए गए फैसलों पर अदालतें लागू होने से पहले सुनवाई कर सकती हैं। 
10. क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट अनुच्छेद 142 के द्वारा राष्ट्रपति और राज्यपाल की संवैधानिक शक्तियों में बदलाव कर सकता है?
11. क्या अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत राज्यपाल की मंजूरी के बिना राज्य सरकार कानून लागू कर सकती है?
12. क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कोई पीठ अनुच्छेद 145(3) के तहत संविधान की व्याख्या से जुड़े मामलों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच जजों की बेंच को भेजने पर फैसला कर सकती है?

हम युद्ध के बीच में नहीं पड़ेंगे', भारत-पाकिस्तान तनाव पर बोले अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच का संघर्ष युद्ध की ओर बढ़ता दिखाई दे रहा है। सीमा पर दोनों तरफ से हमले जारी रहे। पाकिस्तान ने मिसाइल और ड्रोन से हमला करने की कोशिश की, जिसे पहले से मुस्तैद भारतीय सेना ने पूरी तरह नाकाम कर दिया। इस बीच अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। वेंस ने कहा है कि अमेरिका युद्ध के बीच में नहीं पड़ेगा। वह भारत पाकिस्तान को तनाव कम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर सकते हैं।

वेंस ने इस बात पर चिंता जताई कि कहीं दो परमाणु शक्तियां आपस में टकरा न जाएं, जिससे कि किसी बड़े संघर्ष को जन्म मिले। वेंस से जब इस बारे में पूछा गया कि ट्रंप प्रशासन भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच संभावित परमाणु युद्ध को लेकर कितना चिंतित है। इस पर उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप और विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो का हवाला दिया और कहा कि अमेरिका चाहता है कि तनाव जल्द से जल्द कम हो जाए।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: The Cricket Association of Bengal honoured India's cricket icon MS Dhoni on his illustrious career and immense contribution to the game by presenting the veteran wicketkeeper-batsman with a specially designed Eden Gardens souvenir. 

CAB President Snehasish Ganguly handed over the specially designed souvenir to Dhoni after the IPL match between KKR vs CSK at the Eden Gardens on Wednesday. 

Also present for the occasion were CAB Hony Secretary Naresh Ojha along with a host of other CAB officials and members. 

The specially designed Eden Gardens souvenir has a list of all the international matches hosted by the iconic ground since 1934 till date.

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू से मिले पीएम मोदी, दी मिशन की जानकारी

पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के करीब दो हफ्ते बाद भारत ने सख्त कदम उठाते हुए पाकिस्तान और पीओके में एयर स्ट्राइक की है। भारतीय वायुसेना ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के तहत आतंकियों के कई ठिकानों को निशाना बनाकर तबाह कर दिया है। भारतीय सेना द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दिए गए 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू से मुलाकात की। इस अहम बैठक में पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति को पूरे सैन्य अभियान की विस्तृत जानकारी दी और देश की सुरक्षा स्थिति से अवगत कराया। 

पीएम मोदी ने अपने आवास पर कैबिनेट की मीटिंग के बाद राष्ट्रपति से मिलने राष्ट्रपति भवन पहुंचे। यहां दोनों के बीच मुलाकात में पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू को सैन्य बलों की तरफ से अंजाम दिए गए स्ट्राइक की पूरी जानकारी दी। बताया जा रहा है कि पीएम ने राष्ट्रपति को ऑपरेशन के उद्देश्य, रणनीति और नतीजों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

भारतीय सेना को दी बधाई
इससे पहले पहलगाम आतंकवादी हमले का बदला लेने के लिए भारतीय सेना द्वारा चलाए गए ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने पहला बयान दिया। कैबिनेट की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि सेना ने बेहतरीन काम किया है। यह पूरे देश के लिए गर्व का पल है। उन्होंने भारत की तीनों सेनाओं को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने बेहतरीन काम किया है। पूरे देश को उनपर गर्व है। इस बैठक का वीडियो भी सामने आया है। बैठक में पीएम मोदी के दायी ओर रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह और बाई ओर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह बैठे हुए थे. पीएम मोदी ने जब अपनी कैबिनेट को ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की सफलता के बारे में बताई तो सभी सदस्यों ने मेज थपथपा कर खुशी जाहिर की।

सरकार ने बुलाई सर्वदलीय बैठक
सरकार ने पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में आतंकी ठिकानों को निशाना बनाकर सशस्त्र बलों द्वारा किए गए हमले के बारे में जानकारी देने के लिए बृहस्पतिवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने कहा है कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद उपजे संवेदनशील हालात को देखते हुए सरकार ने 8 मई को सुबह 11 बजे संसद परिसर में सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। उन्होंने सभी दलों के नेताओं से बैठक में शामिल होने की अपील भी की है।

  Under the leadership of District Vice President ,Ramashankar Rajbhar of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), a letter of gratitude addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the government's decision to conduct a caste census was submitted through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Budhanpur Tehsil. Ramashankar Rajbhar stated that the party's national president, Om Prakash Rajbhar, had instructed all party members and workers to submit a letter of thanks to the Prime Minister through their respective SDMs. Following this directive, all party workers gathered at 12 PM and submitted the letter to SDM S.N. Tripathi.There was great enthusiasm among the party workers. SDM S.N. पहलगाम हमले पर अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति ने भारत से की संयम बरतने की अपील, पाक को आतंकियों पर एक्शन की सीख

अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस ने पहलगाम आतंकी हमले पर भारत के प्रति समर्थन जताया साथ ही भारत से संयम बरतने की अपील की। वहीं, जेडी वेंस ने पाकिस्तान को पहलगाम हमले की जांच में भारत का सहयोग करने की बात कही, ताकि हमले के जिम्मेदार दोषियों को सजा दी जा सके। बता दें कि पहलगाम में जब हमला हुआ था, उस समय जेडी वेंस परिवार के साथ भारत के दौरे पर थे। इस हमले में 26 लोग मारे गए थे, जिसमें अधिकांश पर्यटक थे। इस हमले को पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवादियों ने अंजाम दिया था, जिसके बाद से दोनों परमाणु सशस्त्र पड़ोसियों के बीच तनाव बढ़ा हुआ है।

भारत के साथ सहयोग करना पाक की जिम्मेदारी-वेंस
अमेरिकी चैनल फॉक्स न्यूज पर एक इंटरव्यू में अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति वेंस ने कहा, हमारी उम्मीद है कि भारत इस आतंकवादी हमले का इस हमले का इस तरह से जवाब देगा, जिससे व्यापक क्षेत्रीय संघर्ष न हो। वेंस ने आगे कहा, हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि जहां तक पाकिस्तान की जिम्मेदारी है, वह भारत के साथ सहयोग करेगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि उसके क्षेत्र में कभी-कभी सक्रिय आतंकवादियों का पता लगाया जाए और उनसे निपटा जाए।

वेंस ने पहले भी की थी हमले की निंदा
22 अप्रैल को जब जम्मू कश्मीर के पहलगाम में आतंकियों ने 26 निर्दोष लोगों को निशाना बनाया, उस वक्त जेडी वेंस अपने परिवार के साथ भारत दौरे पर ही थे। वेंस ने तब हमले की निंदा की थी। एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में पीड़ितों और उनके परिवारों के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त की थी। साथ ही जेडी वेंस ने बीते हफ्ते पीएम मोदी से फोन पर बात कर पहलगाम आतंकी हमले की कड़ी निंदा भी की थी।

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Rarh Tigers Burdwan| Birbhum, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Tigers, Murshidabad Kueens and Reshmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami, CAB Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das were present along with Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players and former office bearers.

*CAB pays tribute to victims of Pahalgam terror attack*

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.

To honour those who lost their lives, a minute’s silence was observed before the start of play.

The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

Tiranga Yatra Organized in Budhanpur



 
 
  

  









grand Tiranga Yatra (tricolor march) was organized in the Budhanpur Tehsil area, starting from Radha Krishna Temple in Koilsa. The event was graced by Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who led the yatra.
  
The Tiranga Yatra commenced from the Radha Krishna Temple and concluded at the Shaheed Smarak (Martyrs’ Memorial) in Budhanpur, where floral tributes were paid to the martyrs. Addressing the gathering, Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said that the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, which struck Pakistan on its own soil, is a matter of immense pride for the nation. He added that the Tiranga Yatra was organized to celebrate this victory and to boost the morale of the armed forces.
  
Vinod Rajbhar, District President of Lalganj, who presided over the event, encouraged all party workers and stated that whenever the pride and honor of our nation is challenged, our three armed forces give a befitting reply to the enemy.
  
Former District President Jayanath Singh expressed his pride in being born in a country like India and praised the bravery of Indian soldiers who risk their lives for the safety of the nation.
  
Budhanpur Nagar Panchayat Chairman's representative, Goodluck Singh, extended his gratitude to all the dignitaries who participated in the event.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से समयसीमा तय किए जाने पर राष्ट्रपति ने उठाए सवाल, सर्वोच्च अदालत से पूछे ये 14 सवाल

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने 8 अप्रैल 2025 को दिए गए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर सवाल उठाए हैं।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 8 अप्रैल को एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला दिया था। तमिलनाडु के राज्यपाल मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था कि राज्यपाल विधेयकों को अनिश्चितकाल तक रोक नहीं सकते। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत राज्यपाल के पास वीटो का अधिकार नहीं है और उन्हें मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पर काम करना होगा। इसमें राष्‍ट्रपति और राज्‍यपालों को विधानसभाओं से पारित विधेयकों पर निर्णय लेने के लिए समय-सीमा तय करने पर टिप्पणी की गई थी। राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इसी फैसले पर सर्वोच्च अदालत से 14 सवाल पूछे हैं।

राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने संविधान के अनुच्छेद 143(1) के तहत 14 बेहद अहम सवाल पूछते हुए यह साफ किया है कि संविधान में ऐसी कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है जो विधेयकों पर मंजूरी या नामंजूरी की समयसीमा तय करती हो। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 और 201 के तहत विधेयकों पर फैसला लेते हैं, लेकिन ये अनुच्छेद कहीं भी कोई समयसीमा या प्रक्रिया निर्धारित नहीं करते। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि राज्यपाल और राष्ट्रपति का यह विवेकपूर्ण निर्णय संघवाद, कानूनों की एकरूपता, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और शक्तियों के बीच संतुलन जैसे बहुपक्षीय पहलुओं पर आधारित होता है।

राष्ट्रपति ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राज्यपाल की शक्तियों, न्यायिक दखल और समयसीमा तय करने जैसे विषयों पर स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है। इन सवालों में पूछा गया है कि राज्यपाल के पास क्या विकल्प हैं जब कोई बिल उनके पास आता है? क्या राज्यपाल मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह मानने के लिए बाध्य हैं? क्या राज्यपाल का विवेकाधिकार न्यायिक समीक्षा के अधीन है?

राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से पूछे ये 14 सवाल-
1. राज्यपाल के समक्ष अगर कोई विधेयक पेश किया जाता है तो संविधान के अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत उनके पास क्या विकल्प हैं?
2. क्या राज्यपाल इन विकल्पों पर विचार करते समय मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह से बंधे हैं?
3. क्या अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत राज्यपाल द्वारा लिए गए फैसले की न्यायिक समीक्षा हो सकती है?
4. क्या अनुच्छेद 361 राज्यपाल द्वारा अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत लिए गए फैसलों पर न्यायिक समीक्षा को पूरी तरह से रोक सकता है?
5. क्या अदालतें राज्यपाल द्वारा अनुच्छेद 200 के तहत लिए गए फैसलों की समयसीमा तय कर सकती हैं, जबकि संविधान में ऐसी कोई समयसीमा तय नहीं की गई है?
6. क्या अनुच्छेद 201 के तहत राष्ट्रपति द्वारा लिए गए फैसले की समीक्षा हो सकती है?
7. क्या अदालतें अनुच्छेद 201 के तहत राष्ट्रपति द्वारा फैसला लेने की समयसीमा तय कर सकती हैं?

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच का संघर्ष युद्ध की ओर बढ़ता दिखाई दे रहा है। सीमा पर दोनों तरफ से हमले जारी रहे। पाकिस्तान ने मिसाइल और ड्रोन से हमला करने की कोशिश की, जिसे पहले से मुस्तैद भारतीय सेना ने पूरी तरह नाकाम कर दिया। इस बीच अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। वेंस ने कहा है कि अमेरिका युद्ध के बीच में नहीं पड़ेगा। वह भारत पाकिस्तान को तनाव कम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर सकते हैं।

वेंस ने इस बात पर चिंता जताई कि कहीं दो परमाणु शक्तियां आपस में टकरा न जाएं, जिससे कि किसी बड़े संघर्ष को जन्म मिले। वेंस से जब इस बारे में पूछा गया कि ट्रंप प्रशासन भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच संभावित परमाणु युद्ध को लेकर कितना चिंतित है। इस पर उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप और विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो का हवाला दिया और कहा कि अमेरिका चाहता है कि तनाव जल्द से जल्द कम हो जाए।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: The Cricket Association of Bengal honoured India's cricket icon MS Dhoni on his illustrious career and immense contribution to the game by presenting the veteran wicketkeeper-batsman with a specially designed Eden Gardens souvenir. 

CAB President Snehasish Ganguly handed over the specially designed souvenir to Dhoni after the IPL match between KKR vs CSK at the Eden Gardens on Wednesday. 

Also present for the occasion were CAB Hony Secretary Naresh Ojha along with a host of other CAB officials and members. 

The specially designed Eden Gardens souvenir has a list of all the international matches hosted by the iconic ground since 1934 till date.

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू से मिले पीएम मोदी, दी मिशन की जानकारी

पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के करीब दो हफ्ते बाद भारत ने सख्त कदम उठाते हुए पाकिस्तान और पीओके में एयर स्ट्राइक की है। भारतीय वायुसेना ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के तहत आतंकियों के कई ठिकानों को निशाना बनाकर तबाह कर दिया है। भारतीय सेना द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दिए गए 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू से मुलाकात की। इस अहम बैठक में पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति को पूरे सैन्य अभियान की विस्तृत जानकारी दी और देश की सुरक्षा स्थिति से अवगत कराया। 

पीएम मोदी ने अपने आवास पर कैबिनेट की मीटिंग के बाद राष्ट्रपति से मिलने राष्ट्रपति भवन पहुंचे। यहां दोनों के बीच मुलाकात में पीएम मोदी ने राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू को सैन्य बलों की तरफ से अंजाम दिए गए स्ट्राइक की पूरी जानकारी दी। बताया जा रहा है कि पीएम ने राष्ट्रपति को ऑपरेशन के उद्देश्य, रणनीति और नतीजों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

भारतीय सेना को दी बधाई
इससे पहले पहलगाम आतंकवादी हमले का बदला लेने के लिए भारतीय सेना द्वारा चलाए गए ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने पहला बयान दिया। कैबिनेट की बैठक में उन्होंने कहा कि सेना ने बेहतरीन काम किया है। यह पूरे देश के लिए गर्व का पल है। उन्होंने भारत की तीनों सेनाओं को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने बेहतरीन काम किया है। पूरे देश को उनपर गर्व है। इस बैठक का वीडियो भी सामने आया है। बैठक में पीएम मोदी के दायी ओर रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह और बाई ओर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह बैठे हुए थे. पीएम मोदी ने जब अपनी कैबिनेट को ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की सफलता के बारे में बताई तो सभी सदस्यों ने मेज थपथपा कर खुशी जाहिर की।

सरकार ने बुलाई सर्वदलीय बैठक
सरकार ने पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में आतंकी ठिकानों को निशाना बनाकर सशस्त्र बलों द्वारा किए गए हमले के बारे में जानकारी देने के लिए बृहस्पतिवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने कहा है कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद उपजे संवेदनशील हालात को देखते हुए सरकार ने 8 मई को सुबह 11 बजे संसद परिसर में सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई है। उन्होंने सभी दलों के नेताओं से बैठक में शामिल होने की अपील भी की है।

  Under the leadership of District Vice President ,Ramashankar Rajbhar of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), a letter of gratitude addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the government's decision to conduct a caste census was submitted through the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Budhanpur Tehsil. Ramashankar Rajbhar stated that the party's national president, Om Prakash Rajbhar, had instructed all party members and workers to submit a letter of thanks to the Prime Minister through their respective SDMs. Following this directive, all party workers gathered at 12 PM and submitted the letter to SDM S.N. Tripathi.There was great enthusiasm among the party workers. SDM S.N. पहलगाम हमले पर अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति ने भारत से की संयम बरतने की अपील, पाक को आतंकियों पर एक्शन की सीख

अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति जेडी वेंस ने पहलगाम आतंकी हमले पर भारत के प्रति समर्थन जताया साथ ही भारत से संयम बरतने की अपील की। वहीं, जेडी वेंस ने पाकिस्तान को पहलगाम हमले की जांच में भारत का सहयोग करने की बात कही, ताकि हमले के जिम्मेदार दोषियों को सजा दी जा सके। बता दें कि पहलगाम में जब हमला हुआ था, उस समय जेडी वेंस परिवार के साथ भारत के दौरे पर थे। इस हमले में 26 लोग मारे गए थे, जिसमें अधिकांश पर्यटक थे। इस हमले को पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवादियों ने अंजाम दिया था, जिसके बाद से दोनों परमाणु सशस्त्र पड़ोसियों के बीच तनाव बढ़ा हुआ है।

भारत के साथ सहयोग करना पाक की जिम्मेदारी-वेंस
अमेरिकी चैनल फॉक्स न्यूज पर एक इंटरव्यू में अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति वेंस ने कहा, हमारी उम्मीद है कि भारत इस आतंकवादी हमले का इस हमले का इस तरह से जवाब देगा, जिससे व्यापक क्षेत्रीय संघर्ष न हो। वेंस ने आगे कहा, हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि जहां तक पाकिस्तान की जिम्मेदारी है, वह भारत के साथ सहयोग करेगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि उसके क्षेत्र में कभी-कभी सक्रिय आतंकवादियों का पता लगाया जाए और उनसे निपटा जाए।

वेंस ने पहले भी की थी हमले की निंदा
22 अप्रैल को जब जम्मू कश्मीर के पहलगाम में आतंकियों ने 26 निर्दोष लोगों को निशाना बनाया, उस वक्त जेडी वेंस अपने परिवार के साथ भारत दौरे पर ही थे। वेंस ने तब हमले की निंदा की थी। एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में पीड़ितों और उनके परिवारों के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त की थी। साथ ही जेडी वेंस ने बीते हफ्ते पीएम मोदी से फोन पर बात कर पहलगाम आतंकी हमले की कड़ी निंदा भी की थी।

The League has surely helped to uplift the standard of the game specially in the limited overs, the results in the last BCCI domestic season shows.

*CAB pays tribute to victims of Pahalgam terror attack*

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.

To honour those who lost their lives, a minute’s silence was observed before the start of play.

The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.

Present for the occasion were CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with other CAB officials and members. Also present was former Australia cricketer Brad Haddin.
