केंद्र सरकार ने ग्रामीण रोजगार और आजीविका को मजबूत करने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए देशभर के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 1 जुलाई 2026 से विकसित भारत-जी राम जी अधिनियम लागू करने की घोषणा की है।

  

खत्म हो जाएगा मनरेगा कानून
केंद्र सरकार ने ग्रामीण रोजगार व्यवस्था में बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए ‘विकसित भारत-जी राम जी अधिनियम, 2025’ को अधिसूचित कर दिया है। यह कानून 1 जुलाई, 2026 से पूरे देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लागू होगा। इसी दिन से महात्मा गांधी नरेगा (मनरेगा) कानून निरस्त हो जाएगा।  सरकार का कहना है कि यह योजना मौजूदा महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी कानून यानी मनरेगा को नए स्वरूप में आगे बढ़ाएगी और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को अधिक मजबूत बनाने पर फोकस करेगी।

125 दिनों की रोजगार की गारंटी मिलेगी
इस कानून के तहत हर पात्र ग्रामीण परिवार को एक वित्तीय वर्ष में 125 दिनों के अकुशल मजदूरी आधारित रोजगार की वैधानिक गारंटी दी जाएगी। पहले मनरेगा के तहत 100 दिनों का रोजगार मिलता था। यदि रोजगार मांगने के 15 दिनों के भीतर काम उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता है, तो संबंधित श्रमिक बेरोजगारी भत्ते के हकदार होंगे।

भुगतान और मुआवजे का प्रावधान
अधिनियम में मजदूरी का भुगतान साप्ताहिक आधार पर या मस्टर रोल बंद होने के 15 दिनों के भीतर करने का प्रावधान है। भुगतान सीधे बैंक या डाकघर खातों में डीबीटी के जरिए किया जाएगा। यदि मजदूरी भुगतान में देरी होती है, तो श्रमिकों को प्रति दिन बकाया मजदूरी का 0.05 प्रतिशत मुआवजा भी मिलेगा।

कार्यक्रम पर अब तक का सबसे बड़ा आवंटन
केंद्र सरकार ने वित्त वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए इस कार्यक्रम पर ₹95,692.31 करोड़ का बजटीय आवंटन किया है, जिसे अब तक का सबसे बड़ा बजटीय प्रावधान बताया गया है। राज्यों के हिस्से को जोड़कर कुल परिव्यय ₹1.51 लाख करोड़ से अधिक पहुंचने का अनुमान है। सरकार का दावा है कि यह निवेश ग्रामीण आधारभूत ढांचे, रोजगार सृजन और आय बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा

आज से शुरू होगा संसद का बजट सत्र, राष्ट्रपति का अभिभाषण, 1 फरवरी को पेश होगा बजट

संसद का बजट सत्र आज बुधवार से शुरू होने जा रहा है। आज बजट सत्र की शुरुआत लोकसभा में दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक में राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के अभिभाषण से होगी। यह सत्र 2 अप्रैल 2026 तक चलेगा और दो चरणों में विभाजित होगा। एक फरवरी को केंद्रीय बजट पेश किया जाएगा।

  

संसद के बजट सत्र की शुरुआत आज राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक को संबोधन के साथ होगी। राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के बाद संसद में बृहस्पतिवार को आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण पेश किया जाएगा, जो इस बार आम बजट से तीन दिन पहले लाया जा रहा है।

दो चरणों में चलेगा बजट सत्र
बजट सत्र को दो हिस्सों में बांटा गया है। पहला चरण आज से शुरू होकर 13 फरवरी तक चलेगा। इसके बाद सत्र स्थगित रहेगा और दूसरा चरण 9 मार्च से शुरू होकर 2 अप्रैल तक चलने की संभावना है। इस अंतराल में संसदीय समितियां बजट प्रस्तावों की गहन समीक्षा करेंगी।

बजट सत्र से पहले सर्वदलीय बैठक
सत्र के शुरू होने से पहले सरकार ने कल सर्वदलीय बैठक कर विपक्ष से सहयोग की अपील की है। संसद के बजट सत्र की पूर्व संध्या पर कल मंगलवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक में 39 राजनीतिक दलों के मंत्रियों सहित 51 नेताओं ने हिस्सा लिया। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह की अध्यक्षता में सर्वदलीय बैठक हुई। बैठक में विपक्षी सांसद वोटर लिस्ट के विशेष गहन संशोधन (SIR), MGNREGA योजना की जगह लेने वाले नई रोजगार गारंटी पर VB-G RAM G कानून सहित अन्य मुद्दों पर फिर से चर्चा कराने की मांग रखी। हालांकि सरकार की ओर से मनरेगा के नाम बदलने और एसआईआर से जुड़े मसलों पर बहस की मांग को ठुकरा दिया गया।

केंद्र सरकार ने ग्रामीण रोजगार और आजीविका को मजबूत करने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए देशभर के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 1 जुलाई 2026 से विकसित भारत-जी राम जी अधिनियम लागू करने की घोषणा की है।

  

खत्म हो जाएगा मनरेगा कानून
केंद्र सरकार ने ग्रामीण रोजगार व्यवस्था में बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए ‘विकसित भारत-जी राम जी अधिनियम, 2025’ को अधिसूचित कर दिया है। यह कानून 1 जुलाई, 2026 से पूरे देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लागू होगा। इसी दिन से महात्मा गांधी नरेगा (मनरेगा) कानून निरस्त हो जाएगा।  सरकार का कहना है कि यह योजना मौजूदा महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी कानून यानी मनरेगा को नए स्वरूप में आगे बढ़ाएगी और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को अधिक मजबूत बनाने पर फोकस करेगी।

125 दिनों की रोजगार की गारंटी मिलेगी
इस कानून के तहत हर पात्र ग्रामीण परिवार को एक वित्तीय वर्ष में 125 दिनों के अकुशल मजदूरी आधारित रोजगार की वैधानिक गारंटी दी जाएगी। पहले मनरेगा के तहत 100 दिनों का रोजगार मिलता था। यदि रोजगार मांगने के 15 दिनों के भीतर काम उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता है, तो संबंधित श्रमिक बेरोजगारी भत्ते के हकदार होंगे।

भुगतान और मुआवजे का प्रावधान
अधिनियम में मजदूरी का भुगतान साप्ताहिक आधार पर या मस्टर रोल बंद होने के 15 दिनों के भीतर करने का प्रावधान है। भुगतान सीधे बैंक या डाकघर खातों में डीबीटी के जरिए किया जाएगा। यदि मजदूरी भुगतान में देरी होती है, तो श्रमिकों को प्रति दिन बकाया मजदूरी का 0.05 प्रतिशत मुआवजा भी मिलेगा।

कार्यक्रम पर अब तक का सबसे बड़ा आवंटन
केंद्र सरकार ने वित्त वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए इस कार्यक्रम पर ₹95,692.31 करोड़ का बजटीय आवंटन किया है, जिसे अब तक का सबसे बड़ा बजटीय प्रावधान बताया गया है। राज्यों के हिस्से को जोड़कर कुल परिव्यय ₹1.51 लाख करोड़ से अधिक पहुंचने का अनुमान है। सरकार का दावा है कि यह निवेश ग्रामीण आधारभूत ढांचे, रोजगार सृजन और आय बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा

आज से शुरू होगा संसद का बजट सत्र, राष्ट्रपति का अभिभाषण, 1 फरवरी को पेश होगा बजट

संसद का बजट सत्र आज बुधवार से शुरू होने जा रहा है। आज बजट सत्र की शुरुआत लोकसभा में दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक में राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के अभिभाषण से होगी। यह सत्र 2 अप्रैल 2026 तक चलेगा और दो चरणों में विभाजित होगा। एक फरवरी को केंद्रीय बजट पेश किया जाएगा।

  

संसद के बजट सत्र की शुरुआत आज राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक को संबोधन के साथ होगी। राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के बाद संसद में बृहस्पतिवार को आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण पेश किया जाएगा, जो इस बार आम बजट से तीन दिन पहले लाया जा रहा है।

दो चरणों में चलेगा बजट सत्र
बजट सत्र को दो हिस्सों में बांटा गया है। पहला चरण आज से शुरू होकर 13 फरवरी तक चलेगा। इसके बाद सत्र स्थगित रहेगा और दूसरा चरण 9 मार्च से शुरू होकर 2 अप्रैल तक चलने की संभावना है। इस अंतराल में संसदीय समितियां बजट प्रस्तावों की गहन समीक्षा करेंगी।

बजट सत्र से पहले सर्वदलीय बैठक
सत्र के शुरू होने से पहले सरकार ने कल सर्वदलीय बैठक कर विपक्ष से सहयोग की अपील की है। संसद के बजट सत्र की पूर्व संध्या पर कल मंगलवार को सर्वदलीय बैठक में 39 राजनीतिक दलों के मंत्रियों सहित 51 नेताओं ने हिस्सा लिया। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह की अध्यक्षता में सर्वदलीय बैठक हुई। बैठक में विपक्षी सांसद वोटर लिस्ट के विशेष गहन संशोधन (SIR), MGNREGA योजना की जगह लेने वाले नई रोजगार गारंटी पर VB-G RAM G कानून सहित अन्य मुद्दों पर फिर से चर्चा कराने की मांग रखी। हालांकि सरकार की ओर से मनरेगा के नाम बदलने और एसआईआर से जुड़े मसलों पर बहस की मांग को ठुकरा दिया गया।

हजारीबाग सदर विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत कटकमसांडी प्रखण्ड के बहिमर में मंगलवार को आयोजित विकसित भारत रोजगार एवं आजीविका मिशन की गारंटी (VB-GRAM-G) जिला सम्मेलन में विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद सम्मिलित हुए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएँ समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुँचे, यही हमारी प्राथमिकता और संकल्प है।
विधायक ने कहा कि रोजगार, स्वरोजगार एवं आजीविका सशक्तिकरण के माध्यम से हजारीबाग को विकास के पथ पर और अधिक तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है। इसके लिए सरकार, जनप्रतिनिधि और समाज के सभी वर्गों को मिलकर निरंतर प्रयास करना होगा।
विकसित भारत के संकल्प को ज़मीनी स्तर पर साकार करने की पहल - सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के “विकसित भारत” के संकल्प को ज़मीनी स्तर पर साकार करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। सम्मेलन के माध्यम से युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर, महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने तथा ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने जैसे विषयों पर विस्तार से विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित कर युवाओं को रोजगार, महिलाओं को सशक्तिकरण और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को आर्थिक मजबूती प्रदान करना ही हमारा लक्ष्य है। हजारीबाग को समृद्ध और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में यह प्रयास लगातार जारी रहेगा।
