The 7th Foundation Day of CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., a forerunner in laboratory diagnostics, was celebrated with much fanfare on Sunday, August 18th, 2024, at the Utsav Mancha Auditorium in Kankurgachi, Kolkata. It is indeed a turning point in the company's journey, reflecting its doctrine of excellence in healthcare with an eclectic mix of scientific sessions and vibrant cultural performances.
The "Marking Milestones of Excellence" program was inaugurated at 2:30 PM with a scintillating cultural dance performance by Ms. Deeksha Gupta, which set the very tone of celebrations for the day. Dr Tarun Roy, MD, DNB, Consultant Pathologist, CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. welcomed the audience, including doctors and business associates, as he went down memory lane on the company's seven-year journey and its achievements.

After the welcome address, Dr M.M. Ghatak, MD, Founder and Director of the Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Kolkata, delivered the keynote speech. Besides the scientific deliberations, a cultural function, "Rituranga," was conceptualised as an amalgamation of music and dance items that celebrated the mosaic of richness and diversity in Indian culture. Indeed, this provided a perfect counterbalance to the scientific rigour of the day and once more reiterated CPL Diagnostics' commitment to scientific excellence and community engagement in equal measure.

 *सीएम सोरेन ने दूरभाष से बात कर दिया हर सम्भव सहयोग का आश्वासन,सरकार ने दी तत्काल 25000 रुपये अनुग्रह राशि* गिरिडीह: मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के निर्देश एवं श्रम, रोजगार, प्रशिक्षण और कौशल विकास विभाग की त्वरित पहल पर दक्षिण अफ्रीका के कैमरून के याउंडे में विनायक कंस्ट्रक्शन, फेस जेंडरमेरी, Apres Auditorium और जीन पॉल टू मबांकलो कंपनी में कार्यरत झारखंड के 27 श्रमिकों की बुधवार काे सवेरे सुरक्षित घर वापसी हो गई। मंत्री सत्यानंद भोक्ता, मंत्री बैद्यनाथ राम, मंत्री बेबी देवी, विधायक कल्पना सोरेन और विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू ने श्रमिकों के गिरिडीह पहुंचने पर उनका स्वागत किया। साथ ही सभी श्रमिकों को तत्काल 25-25 हजार रुपये की सहायता राशि दी। उन्होंने श्रमिकों से बात कर उनकी पूरी व्यथा को जाना। मुख्यमंत्री हेमन्त सोरेन ने भी मोबाइल की जरिए श्रमिकों से संवाद किया और उन्हें राज्य सरकार की ओर से हरसंभव सहयोग मदद करने का आश्वासन दिया। श्रमिकों ने विकट परिस्थितियों में दक्षिण अफ्रीका से घर लौटने के लिए राज्य सरकार के पहल पर मुख्यमंत्री के प्रति आभार जताया। *यह है पूरा मामला* दक्षिण अफ्रीका में फंसे 27 श्रमिकों में बोकारो के 18, गिरिडीह के चार और हजारीबाग-पांच श्रमिक हैं। ये सभी श्रमिक इस वर्ष 29 मार्च से वहां काम कर रहे थे। उन्होंने 16 जुलाई को एक्स हैंडल पर चार महीने से पारिश्रमिक बकाया रहने और वापस भारत लौटने की इच्छा जताई थी। मुख्यमंत्री ने इसकी जानकारी प्राप्त होते ही श्रम, रोजगार, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग को आवश्यक पहल करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही पीओई, रांची को सचिव, श्रम विभाग की ओर से मामले पर संज्ञान लेने के लिए पत्र भेजा गया। पत्र के माध्यम से कामगारों को उनका बकाया पारिश्रमिक और उनके सुरक्षित झारखंड वापसी किस दिशा में पहल करने को कहा था। *राज्य सरकार की पहल पर श्रमिकों की हुई वापसी* श्रम विभाग के तहत कार्यरत राज्य प्रवासी नियंत्रण कक्ष द्वारा एल एंड टी कंपनी से संपर्क कर निर्देशित किया गया कि जल्द से जल्द श्रमिकों के बकाया पारिश्रमिक का भुगतान किया जाय। इस संबंध में कोलकाता मुख्य कार्यालय से संपर्क कर पुन: कैमरून, दक्षिण अफ्रीका को मामले से अवगत कराया गया। राज्य सरकार के इस पहल के बाद L&T कंपनी ने 17 जुलाई को सभी 27 श्रमिकों को तीन महीने के बकाया पारिश्रमिक के रूप में 30 लाख रुपये का भुगतान किया। श्रमिकों ने बकाया पारिश्रमिक मिलने की जानकारी वीडियो के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार को दी। कंपनी ने श्रमिकों को भारत वापस भेजने के लिए एयर टिकट की भी व्यवस्था की। इसके बाद 21 जनवरी को सभी श्रमिक वहां से भारत के लिए उड़ान भरे और 22 जुलाई को मुंबई पहुंचे। फिर ट्रेन से बुधवार सुबह झारखंड के पारसनाथ स्टेशन आए।
 

बेशर्म हो चुकी है ये एनडीए की सरकार, लोगों की जान से कर रही है खिलवाड़ : डॉ. अजय कुमार






जमशेदपुर। पूर्व सांसद सह कांग्रेस वर्किंग कमिटी सदस्य डॉ. अजय कुमार ने शनिवार को परिसदन में मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि एनडीए की सरकार को बेशर्म हो चुकी है। रेल दुर्घटनाओं में लोगों की जाने जा रही है और रेल मंत्री रील बनाने में व्यस्त है। एनडीए सरकार पूरी तरह से जनहित की मुद्दों से डिरेल हो गई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2019 में मोदी जी ने कहा था, "मैं देश को गारंटी देता हूं कि अगले पांच साल में वे भारतीय रेलवे में ऐसा बदलाव देखेंगे जिसकी उन्होंने कल्पना भी नहीं की होगी।"  

सच में आज उनका हर एक कथन सत्य हो गया है। ये रेल दुर्घटनाएं अकल्पनीय हैं. 
 
कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस & डिब्रूगढ़ एक्सप्रेस दुर्घटना ने फिर साबित कर दिया है कि इस सरकार को आम जनता के जीवन की कोई परवाह नहीं है। और तो और रेलवे REEL मंत्री का दुस्साहस देखिए, वे रील बनाने में व्यस्त हैं और लोगों की सुरक्षा पर चर्चा करने के लिए उनके पास समय नहीं है। जुलाई 2021 से रेल सह रील मंत्री के रूप में अश्वनी वैष्णव का कार्यकाल अधिकतम प्रचार सोशल मीडिया पर दिखावा और शून्य जवाबदेही का कार्यकाल रहा है। 
 
 डॉ. अजय ने कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन दुर्घटना के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पश्चिम बंगाल के सिलीगुड़ी में एक मालगाड़ी की चपेट में आने के बाद सोमवार को सियालदह जाने वाली कंचनजंगा एक्सप्रेस के तीन पीछे के डिब्बे पटरी से उतर गए, जिससे दस से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई और 30 से अधिक अन्य घायल हो गए।

कंचनजंगा रेल हादसे पर CCRS (Chief
Commissioner of Railway Safety) जांच रिपोर्ट में कहा गया कि 

-स्वचालित सिग्नल की खराबी-(
जब हादसा हुआ, उसके 3 घंटे पहले से सिग्नल खराब था)

-लोको पायलट और ट्रेन प्रबंधक के पास वॉकी-टोकी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा उपकरण की अनुपलब्धता,

-परिचालन प्रबंधन में खामियाँ

-लोको पायलट के पास कोई उचित प्रशिक्षण नहीं था।

-ऑटोमेटिक ट्रेन सुरक्षा प्रणाली (कवच) लगाने की सिफारिश

उन्होंने कहा कि 2021 में आई CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India) की रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है की
रेलवे ने यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए ‘राष्ट्रीय
रेल संरक्षा कोष’(RRSK) बनाया था। जिसमे 5 साल के लिए 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए आवंटित किए गए थे। टैक्स पेयर्स के इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल यात्रियों की सुरक्षा
सुनिश्चित करने के लिए किया जाना था, लेकिन रेलवे के अधिकारी इस पैसे को खुद पर खर्च कर रहे हैं। र‍िपोर्ट में कहा गया कि इस फंड का इस्‍तेमाल गैर-जरूरी चीजों पर क‍िया गया।

डॉ. अजय केंद्र सरकार से पूछा कि कहां है रेलवे का जीरो एक्सीडेंट टारगेट वाला सुरक्षा 'कवच'?- आखिर रेलवे का KAVACH कहां है और यह रेल यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के काम क्यों नहीं आ पा रहा है. दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए कवच एंटी-कोलिजन सिस्टम को पूरे भारत में सभी मार्गों पर शीघ्रता से स्थापित किया जाना चाहिए। 

उन्होंने कहा कि हाल में जितने भी एक्सीडेंट हुए हैं सब में सरकार एक ही रट लगा रही है- कवच नहीं था, अरे भाई! मुंबई-अहमदाबाद बुलेट
ट्रेन के ₹1,08,000 करोड़ के आगे सभी ट्रेन में सुरक्षा कवच की लागत सिर्फ ₹63,000 करोड़ है. तो फिर मोदी सरकार (डेरियल सरकार) इसमें देरी क्यों कर रही है?
कवच तो लग नहीं रहा..बुलेट ट्रेन चलाने की बात कर रहे हैं!

डॉ. अजय ने मोदी सरकार पर हमला करते हुए कहा कि मोदी जी स्टेशन सुंदर बनवा रहे हैं लेकिन ड्राइवर के पास वॉकी टॉकी तक की सुविधा नहीं, वाह मोदी सरकार!
राहुल गांधी जी ने लोको पायलटों से मुलाकात की थी और उन्होंने उनके सामने आने वाली समस्या
को सरकार के सामने उठाया था लेकिन मोदी जी ने अनसुना कर दिया।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्टेशन सुंदर बनाओ, और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों & मीडियाकर्मियों का टिकट रियायत खत्म कर दो.

आज तो हर एक मध्यम वर्ग और गरीब लोग ट्रेन में चढ़ने से पहले दो बार सोचते हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि ट्रेन पर चढ़े तो भाई! जिंदा मंजिल तक पहुंचेंगे या नहीं.
और और केवल सोशल मीडिया पर दिखावा और शून्य जवाबदेही" का काल रहा है।

अगस्त 2021 से ट्रेन दुर्घटनाओं और सुरक्षा मुद्दों के कारण 329 लोगों की जान चली गई।

Moreover, in 2015, she started her other unit Octa Life Sciences, under PMEGP Scheme and set up its manufacturing unit in 2017 with the production of Animal Feed Supplements and Ayurvedic Products. Apart from these businesses, she has conceived an NGO named ‘Together We Can Foundation,’ intending to serve people. She informs, "Our NGO works for Food Safety, Animal Welfare, Organ Donation, Employment Generation, and other issues of society." In 2020, at the time of COVID–19, Punam Gupta established her firm, Immuno Life Pvt Ltd, by considering the various needs of society to serve them with some high-quality immunity-boosting Ayurvedic products.
