छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा के सदस्य कलादास डहरिया के घर NIA का छापा, फंडिंग से जुड़ा है मामला

दुर्ग- छत्तीसगढ़ में एक बार फिर राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने छापेमारी की है. इस बार एनआईए ने भिलाई में छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा सांस्कृतिक मंच के सदस्य कलादास डहरिया के लेबर कैम्प जामुल स्थित निवास पर छापा मारा और उनके घर की तलाशी ली. टीम ने लैपटॉप, पेन ड्राइव सहित अन्य सामग्री को जब्त कर लिया है. इस दौरान एनआईए की टीम डहरिया से कई सवाल पूछे हैं इसके बाद टीम रवाना हो गई. बता दें कि कालादास रेला NGO के संचालक हैं. यह संस्था 1990 से चल रही है. रेला किसान आदिवासी और मजदूरों के संगठन का काम करती है. इसके लिए NGO को देश भर से फंडिंग हो रही है. कलादास छत्तीसगढ़ मुक्ति मोर्चा सक्रिय सदस्य भी हैं.

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कलादास डहरिया पर देश और सरकार विरोधी गतिविधीयों पर शामिल होने के संदेह पर आज तड़के 5 बजे से सुबह 9 बजे तक NIA की टीम ने उनके जामुल स्थित निवास में छापा मार कार्रवाई की. हालांकि NIA की तरफ से इसकी पुष्टि नहीं की गई है. NIA की टीम कलादास की बेटी का खराब लैपटॉप, पेन ड्राइव और मोबाइल फोन जब्त करके ले गई है. कलादास डहरिया रेला नाम का जनवादी सांस्कृतिक संगठन (NGO) चलाते हैं. जो देश भर में सरकार की गलत नीतियों के खिलाफ आवाज बुलंद करती है. ये NGO किसान, आदिवासी और मजदूरों के संगठन के लिए काम करता है. इसके लिए इसे देश भर से फंडिंग होती है.

कलादास डहरिया

कलादास के पड़ोसियों ने बताया कि सुबह 6 बजे अन्य राज्य से बाहर की 4 गाड़ियों में भरकर कुछ आए लोगों ने छापेमारी की. इस दौरान आसपास के घरों से भी लोगों के आने-जाने पर रोक लगा दी गई. वहीं कार्रवाई समाप्त कर वे सभी चले गए. इस दौरान कलादास से कुछ पेपर में साइन भी लिया गया.

इस छापेमारी को लेकर कलादास डहरिया ने बताया कि मजदूरों के न्यूनतम वेतन को लेकर कुछ दिन पहले हमने राष्ट्रपति और सरकार को चिट्ठी लिखा था. राष्ट्रपति को चिट्ठी लिखने के बाद ये सारे प्रक्रियाएं सामने आई है. कलादास के अनुसार एनआईए की टीम ने उनसे नक्सलियों से संपर्क होने जैसे सवाल भी पूछे. जबकि वह एक कलाकार हैं और इसलिए उनके पास कई लोगों के नंबर हैं. कलादास का आरोप है कि वे अपने संस्कृतिक मंच के माध्यम से सरकार की गलत नीतियों का विरोध करते हैं जिसे सरकार बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पा रही है. मैंने पूछा था कि क्या औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में जांच कर पाएंगे कि मजदूरों का जीवन कैसे चल रहा है.

डहरिया ने बताया कि 1 अगस्त को उन्हें एनआईए ने रांची बुलाया है. उन्होंने आशंका जताई है कि सरकार मेरा एनकाउंटर भी करवा सकती है. रेल संस्था को लेकर जानकारी देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि रेला हमारा सांस्कृतिक काम है.

पेन्सिलवेनिया के बटलर में पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की रैली में गोलीबारी के मामले में सीबीएस न्यूज ने बताया कि गोली चलने के तुरंत बाद यूएस सीक्रेट सर्विस एजेंटों ने ट्रंप को मंच से नीचे उतार दिया। यूएस सीक्रेट सर्विस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक स्थानीय समयानुसार शाम करीब 6.15 बजे एक संदिग्ध शूटर ने पेंसिलवेनिया के बटलर में रैली स्थल के बाहर एक ऊंचे स्थान से मंच की तरफ निशाना साधकर कई गोलियां चलाईं। बताया जाता है कि एक शूटर भीड़ में था जबकि दूसरा शूटर वहां मौजूद किसी बिल्डिंग की छत पर मौजूद था। ट्रंप से 100 की दूरी पर स्थित बिल्डिंग की छट पर शूटर था। वहीं से उसने ट्रंप पर निशाना लगाया था. सीक्रेट सर्विस ने दोनों शूटरों को ढेर कर दिया।

हमले के बाद ट्रंप ने अपने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट पर लिखा, ‘मेरे दाहिने कान के ऊपरी हिस्से में गोली लगी. कान के ऊपरी हिस्से को छेदते हुए गोली निकल गई। बहुत ज्याद खून बह रहा था। भगवान अमेरिका को आशीर्वाद दें।

सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की तरफ से जारी बयान के मुताबिक ट्रंप सुरक्षित हैं।रॉयटर्स की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक सीक्रेट सर्विस विभाग के संचार प्रमुख एंथनी गुग्लिल्मी ने एक्स पर जारी बयान में कहा, 13 जुलाई की शाम को पेन्सिलवेनिया में ट्रंप की रैली में एक घटना घटी। उन्होंने कहा कि एक दर्शक की मौत हो गई और दो अन्य गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। सीक्रेट सर्विस ने देश की संघीय जांच एजेंसी (एफबीआई) को वारदात के संबंध में सूचित कर दिया है।

आतंकवाद के आरोपों से घिरे कश्मीरी नेता अब्दुल रशीद शेख को मिली सांसद की शपथ लेने की इजाजत, पढ़िए, एनआईए के वकील ने क्या दिए तर्क

राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) ने सोमवार (1 जुलाई) को बारामुल्ला से जेल में बंद कश्मीरी नेता अब्दुल रशीद शेख उर्फ इंजीनियर रशीद को 5 जुलाई को संसद में सांसद के रूप में शपथ लेने की अनुमति दे दी। हालांकि, NIA का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले वकील ने आज अदालत में कहा कि सहमति कुछ शर्तों के अधीन होनी चाहिए, जिसमें मीडिया से बातचीत नहीं करना भी शामिल है। राशिद ने हाल ही में जम्मू-कश्मीर के बारामुल्ला निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोकसभा चुनाव जीता था, लेकिन 18वीं लोकसभा में आधिकारिक समारोह के दौरान शपथ नहीं ले पाए थे।

उन्होंने NIA के एक मामले में हिरासत में रहते हुए बारामुल्ला से चुनाव जीता था। राशिद ने लोकसभा सांसद के रूप में शपथ लेने के लिए अंतरिम जमानत या हिरासत पैरोल की मांग की थी। पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायाधीश चंदर जीत सिंह कल राशिद की जमानत याचिका पर आदेश पारित करेंगे। इंजीनियर राशिद ने सांसद के रूप में शपथ लेने के लिए अंतरिम जमानत या हिरासत पैरोल की मांग की थी। वह राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) द्वारा दर्ज आतंकवाद के वित्तपोषण के एक मामले में पिछले पांच वर्षों से हिरासत में है। हाल ही में हुए आम चुनावों में उन्होंने बारामुल्ला से पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला को हराया था।

NIA के वकील ने राशिद को शपथ लेने के लिए 5 से 7 जुलाई के बीच तीन तारीखें सुझाईं। बचाव पक्ष के वकील विख्यात ओबेरॉय ने कहा कि 5 जुलाई ठीक है, क्योंकि 6 और 7 जुलाई को छुट्टियां हैं। उनके वकील ने अदालत से राशिद को पहचान पत्र और सीजीएचएस कार्ड प्राप्त करने और बैंक खाता खोलने की सुविधा देने का भी आग्रह किया। वकील ने अदालत से सांसद के रूप में शपथ लेने के समय परिवार के सदस्यों की उपस्थिति की भी अनुमति देने का आग्रह किया। अवकाशकालीन न्यायाधीश की अदालत ने 22 जून को सांसद इंजीनियर राशिद के आवेदन पर जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए समय दिया। 22 जून को एनआईए के वकील ने इसे गैरकानूनी गतिविधि (रोकथाम) अधिनियम के तहत मामला बताते हुए जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए कुछ समय मांगा।

राशिद के वकील विख्यात ओबेरॉय ने दलील दी कि राशिद भारी बहुमत से जीते हैं और लोग उनसे प्यार करते हैं और चाहते हैं कि वे लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से संसद में चुनाव लड़ें। वकील ने दलील दी कि अदालत जेल अधिकारियों को लोकसभा सचिवालय से संपर्क करने का निर्देश दे सकती है, एनआईए को लोकसभा सचिवालय से संपर्क करने का निर्देश दे सकती है या लोकसभा सचिवालय को राशिद के शपथ ग्रहण की तिथि निर्दिष्ट करने का निर्देश दे सकती है। उन्होंने राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट और पटना हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का भी हवाला दिया, जिसमें जेल अधिकारियों को आरोपी को शपथ ग्रहण कराने का निर्देश दिया गया था। 18 जून को दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने एनआईए को निर्देश दिया था कि वह बताए कि राशिद तीन तारीखों में से किस तारीख को शपथ ग्रहण करेंगे।

कोर्ट ने एनआईए को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए समय दिया था। नवनिर्वाचित सांसदों के शपथ ग्रहण की निर्धारित तिथियां 24, 25 और 26 जून बताई गई थीं। एनआईए ने जमानत मिलने पर उन्हें संसद ले जाने की रूपरेखा तय करने के लिए समय मांगा था। हालांकि, बचाव पक्ष के वकील ने आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद संजय सिंह के मामले में राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट द्वारा पारित आदेश का हवाला दिया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इंजीनियर कोर्ट की हिरासत में है। इसलिए उसे संसद ले जाने में एनआईए की कोई भूमिका नहीं है। इसके बाद राशिद ने सांसद के तौर पर शपथ लेने के लिए जमानत की मांग करते हुए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया।

5 जून को एएसजे सिंह ने मामले में राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) से जवाब मांगा था। उनके वकील एडवोकेट विख्यात ओबेरॉय ने मीडिया को बताया कि शपथ लेने और अन्य संसदीय कार्य करने के लिए अंतरिम जमानत और वैकल्पिक हिरासत पैरोल की मांग करते हुए एक आवेदन दायर किया गया था। ओबेरॉय ने कहा कि मामले को अदालत ने उठाया और एनआईए द्वारा जवाब के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया गया। ओबेरॉय ने यह भी कहा कि राशिद दो बार विधायक भी रह चुके हैं। अब उन्हें चुनाव जीतने के बाद सांसद के तौर पर शपथ लेनी होगी। शपथ समारोह की तारीख अभी घोषित नहीं की गई है।

कांकेर- राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) ने देर रात कांकेर जिले में छापेमारी की है. NIA की टीम ने आधा दर्जन स्थानों पर दबिश देकर गहन तलाशी ली. इस दौरान NIA ने दो लोगों की गिरफ्तारी की है. साथ ही मोबाइल, प्रिंटर, नगदी और आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज बरामद किया है. यह पूरा मामला नक्सल मामले से जुड़ा है.

जानकारी के अनुसार, एनआईए ने शुक्रवार की रात को माओवादियों की गिरफ्तारी और हथियार बरामदगी मामले में छत्तीसगढ़ के नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र में कई स्थानों पर तलाशी ली. इस दौरान कांकेर जिले के आधा दर्जन स्थानों सुदूरवर्ती गांवों मुजालगोंडी, कलमुच्चे, आमाबेड़ा और जिवालमारी में तलाशी कर कई मोबाइल फोन, एक प्रिंटर और 39,100 रुपये की नकदी के साथ ही आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए.

एनआईए मामले की जांच जारी रखे हुए है, जिसे स्थानीय पुलिस ने 5 फरवरी 2024 को दर्ज किया था और 22 फरवरी को एनआईए ने अपने कब्जे में ले लिया था. प्रारंभिक जांच में मामले में दो व्यक्तियों की गिरफ्तारी हुई.

रायपुर- छत्तीसगढ़ में भाजपा नेता रतन दुबे की हत्‍या के मामले की जांच कर रही NIA ने आज माओवादियों के इलाके में दबिश दी. इस दौरान एजेंसी ने कैश सहित अन्‍य समान जब्‍त किया है. एनआईए की तरफ से जारी बयान में बताया गया कि NIA की टीम ने सीपीआई (माओवादी) कैडरों द्वारा भाजपा नेता रतन दुबे की जघन्य हत्या की जांच के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ के नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र में एक दर्जन स्थानों पर बड़े पैमाने पर तलाशी ली.

सीपीआई (माओवादी) के पूर्वी बस्तर डिवीजन के तहत विभिन्न संदिग्धों और ओवर ग्राउंड वर्कर्स (ओडब्ल्यूजी) / बयानार एरिया कमेटी के समर्थकों से जुड़े परिसरों पर कार्रवाई करते हुए एनआईए ने आज तोयनार, कौशलनार, बाडेनहोड, धौड़ाई समेत 12 स्थानों पर तलाशी ली. कोंगेरा गांव में तलाशी के दौरान नक्सली पर्चे और साहित्य के साथ कई मोबाइल फोन, एक टैबलेट और 9,90,050 रुपए नगद बरामद किया गया.

विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान भाजपा नेता की हुई थी हत्या

बता दें कि छत्तीसगढ़ के नारायणपुर जिले के कौशलनार साप्ताहिक बाजार में 2023 में विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान भाजपा नेता रतन दुबे की हत्या कर दी गई थी. एनआईए इस मामले की जांच कर रही. अब तक की एनआईए जांच के अनुसार, प्रतिबंधित नक्सली संगठन, सीपीआई (माओवादी) से संबंधित सशस्त्र हमलावरों ने उनकी हत्या की थी.
