देश में क तरफ दिल्ली के काल किले के पास हुए विस्फोट मामले में जांच जारी है। इसी बीच नेशनल इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने अल-कायदा द्वारा गुजरात में कथित आतंकी साजिश के मामले में बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। एनआईए ने पांच राज्यों में करीब 10 स्थानों पर छापेमारी की है। 


					

						

						

					

					

एनआईए के एक प्रवक्ता ने एक बयान में कहा कि एनआईए की टीमों ने बुधवार को पश्चिम बंगाल, त्रिपुरा, मेघालय, हरियाणा और गुजरात में विभिन्न संदिग्धों और उनके सहयोगियों से जुड़े परिसरों की तलाशी ली। अधिकारी ने बताया कि कई डिजिटल डिवाइस और कागजात जब्त किए गए हैं जिन्हें फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेज दिया गया है। 

2023 में दर्ज किया गया था मामला
यह मामला 2023 में दर्ज किया गया था और इस मामले के केंद्र में चार बांग्लादेशी नागरिक हैं जिनकी पहचान मोहम्मद सोजिबमियान, मुन्ना खालिद अंसारी, अजरुल इस्लाम और अब्दुल लतीफ के तौर पर की जा चुकी है। इन लोगों ने फर्जी भारतीय पहचान दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल कर बांग्लादेश से अवैध रूप से भारत में घुसपैठ की थी।

अल-कायदा से है संदिग्धों के संबंध
बयान में कहा गया है, ये लोग प्रतिबंधित अल-कायदा आतंकवादी संगठन से जुड़े पाए गए। ये लोग बांग्लादेश में अल-कायदा के गुर्गों के लिए धन इकट्ठा करने और उसे हस्तांतरित करने में शामिल थे, और मुस्लिम युवाओं को सक्रिय रूप से उकसाने में भी शामिल पाए गए। एनआईए ने 10 नवंबर, 2023 को अहमदाबाद की एक विशेष अदालत में आरोप पत्र दायर किया था।

दिल्ली कार ब्लास्ट केस में बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। सोमवार शाम को चांदनी चौक पर लाल किले के पास जिस कार में धमाका हुआ था, उसमें आतंकी डॉक्टर उमर खुद मौजूद था। DNA टेस्ट से इस बात की पुष्टि हो गई है। इस धमाके में 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 20 से अधिक लोग घायल हो गए।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने किया खुलासा
कार के मलबे से मिले जले हुए शव का DNA टेस्ट उमर के परिवार के सदस्यों के सैंपल से 100 फीसदी मैच हुआ है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा है कि डीएनए टेस्ट से पुष्टि हुई है कि लाल किले के पास विस्फोट करने वाला व्यक्ति डॉ. उमर उन नबी था। विस्फोट के बाद, उसका पैर स्टीयरिंग व्हील और एक्सीलेटर के बीच फंस गया था। उसका डीएनए सैंपल उसकी मां से मेल खाता है।

फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल के खुलासे के बाद किया विस्फोट
राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) व दिल्ली पुलिस को बुधवार देर रात डीएनए जांच की रिपोर्ट मिली। इससे साफ हो गया कि आई20 कार उमर नबी ही चला रहा था और धमाके में उसकी भी मौत हो गई। उसने आई20 में विस्फोटक लाद रखा था। बता दें कि लाल किले के पास ब्लास्ट फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल के सामने आने के बाद हुआ। हरियाणा के फरीदाबाद स्थित अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी से 2,900 किलोग्राम से अधिक विस्फोटक और गोला-बारूद बरामद होने के कुछ ही घंटों बाद सोमवार शाम आतंकी उमर ने लाल किला मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास कार में विस्फोट किया था।

साथी डॉक्टरों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद दिया घटना को अंजाम
इस मामले की तहकीकात कर रही टीमों को शुरुआत से ही इस बात का शक था कि कार में मौजूद शख्स डॉ उमर ही है। उमर ने विस्फोट से ठीक 11 दिन पहले सफेद ह्यूंडई i20 कार खरीदी थी। वह फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल का प्रमुख सदस्य था। आतंकी मुजम्मिल और अन्य साथियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद से वह फरार चल रहा था। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की एक्शन से हड़बड़ा गया और पैनिक में आकर घटना को अंजाम दिया।

परिवार वालों को थी उमर के कट्टरपंथी होने की जानकारी
मीडिया रिपोर्टों में यह बात भी सामने आई है कि आतंकी उमर के परिवार वालों को भी उसके कट्टरपंथी होने का पता लग चुका था, लेकिन परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य ने इसकी जानकारी प्रशासन या पुलिस को नहीं दी। यह बात भी सामने निकल कर आ रही है कि उमर तुर्किए की राजधानी अंकारा में बैठे अपने हैंडलर के साथ संपर्क में था। साल 2022 में उमर अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ अंकारा भी गया था। इसी दौरान सभी का ब्रेन वॉश किया गया। इस मामले में NIA की टीम ने तुर्किए दूतावास से सहयोग मांगा है।

अमित शाह ने कहा कि थोड़ी सी गलती हुई तो जंगलराज वापस आ जाएगा। अमित शाह ने कहा कि दिनदहाड़े यहां पर एमएलए की हत्या हुई थी। नीतीश कुमार ने जंगलराज समाप्त कर दिया है। अब यह जंगलराज नए चेहरे के साथ, नए भेष बदलकर वापस आ रहा है। इसलिए कमल छाप पर बटन दबाइए और एनडीए को जिताने का काम कीजिए। गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि लालू की पार्टी शहाबुद्दीन के बेटे को टिकट दिया और शहाबुद्दीन के लिए अमर रहे का नारा लगाया। तेजस्वी यादव कान खोलकर सुन लो अब बिहार की धरती पर शहाबुद्दीन और ओसामा की जगह नहीं रही।

संजय द्विवेदी प्रयागराज।स्वच्छता ही सेवा 2025 के तहत आज“एक दिन एक घन्टा एक साथ”विशेष कार्यक्रम के साथ 156 घन्टे महासफाई अभियान का भव्य शुभारम्भ हुआ।महापौर उमेश चन्द्र गणेश केसरवानी ने हरी झण्डी दिखाकर नगर निगम प्रयागराज की सुसज्जित सफाई वाहनो को रवाना किया और लगातार 156 घन्टे तक चलने वाले इस ऐतिहासिक स्वच्छता अभियान की शुरुआत की।

अभियान की प्रमुख विशेषताएं।

आतंकियों की तलाशःएनआईए की पांच राज्यों में छापेमारी, अल कायदा गुजरात आतंकी साजिश में एक्शन

देश में क तरफ दिल्ली के काल किले के पास हुए विस्फोट मामले में जांच जारी है। इसी बीच नेशनल इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने अल-कायदा द्वारा गुजरात में कथित आतंकी साजिश के मामले में बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। एनआईए ने पांच राज्यों में करीब 10 स्थानों पर छापेमारी की है। 


					

						

						

					

					

एनआईए के एक प्रवक्ता ने एक बयान में कहा कि एनआईए की टीमों ने बुधवार को पश्चिम बंगाल, त्रिपुरा, मेघालय, हरियाणा और गुजरात में विभिन्न संदिग्धों और उनके सहयोगियों से जुड़े परिसरों की तलाशी ली। अधिकारी ने बताया कि कई डिजिटल डिवाइस और कागजात जब्त किए गए हैं जिन्हें फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेज दिया गया है। 

2023 में दर्ज किया गया था मामला
यह मामला 2023 में दर्ज किया गया था और इस मामले के केंद्र में चार बांग्लादेशी नागरिक हैं जिनकी पहचान मोहम्मद सोजिबमियान, मुन्ना खालिद अंसारी, अजरुल इस्लाम और अब्दुल लतीफ के तौर पर की जा चुकी है। इन लोगों ने फर्जी भारतीय पहचान दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल कर बांग्लादेश से अवैध रूप से भारत में घुसपैठ की थी।

अल-कायदा से है संदिग्धों के संबंध
बयान में कहा गया है, ये लोग प्रतिबंधित अल-कायदा आतंकवादी संगठन से जुड़े पाए गए। ये लोग बांग्लादेश में अल-कायदा के गुर्गों के लिए धन इकट्ठा करने और उसे हस्तांतरित करने में शामिल थे, और मुस्लिम युवाओं को सक्रिय रूप से उकसाने में भी शामिल पाए गए। एनआईए ने 10 नवंबर, 2023 को अहमदाबाद की एक विशेष अदालत में आरोप पत्र दायर किया था।

दिल्ली कार ब्लास्ट केस में बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। सोमवार शाम को चांदनी चौक पर लाल किले के पास जिस कार में धमाका हुआ था, उसमें आतंकी डॉक्टर उमर खुद मौजूद था। DNA टेस्ट से इस बात की पुष्टि हो गई है। इस धमाके में 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि 20 से अधिक लोग घायल हो गए।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने किया खुलासा
कार के मलबे से मिले जले हुए शव का DNA टेस्ट उमर के परिवार के सदस्यों के सैंपल से 100 फीसदी मैच हुआ है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा है कि डीएनए टेस्ट से पुष्टि हुई है कि लाल किले के पास विस्फोट करने वाला व्यक्ति डॉ. उमर उन नबी था। विस्फोट के बाद, उसका पैर स्टीयरिंग व्हील और एक्सीलेटर के बीच फंस गया था। उसका डीएनए सैंपल उसकी मां से मेल खाता है।

फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल के खुलासे के बाद किया विस्फोट
राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) व दिल्ली पुलिस को बुधवार देर रात डीएनए जांच की रिपोर्ट मिली। इससे साफ हो गया कि आई20 कार उमर नबी ही चला रहा था और धमाके में उसकी भी मौत हो गई। उसने आई20 में विस्फोटक लाद रखा था। बता दें कि लाल किले के पास ब्लास्ट फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल के सामने आने के बाद हुआ। हरियाणा के फरीदाबाद स्थित अल फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी से 2,900 किलोग्राम से अधिक विस्फोटक और गोला-बारूद बरामद होने के कुछ ही घंटों बाद सोमवार शाम आतंकी उमर ने लाल किला मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास कार में विस्फोट किया था।

साथी डॉक्टरों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद दिया घटना को अंजाम
इस मामले की तहकीकात कर रही टीमों को शुरुआत से ही इस बात का शक था कि कार में मौजूद शख्स डॉ उमर ही है। उमर ने विस्फोट से ठीक 11 दिन पहले सफेद ह्यूंडई i20 कार खरीदी थी। वह फरीदाबाद टेरर मॉड्यूल का प्रमुख सदस्य था। आतंकी मुजम्मिल और अन्य साथियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद से वह फरार चल रहा था। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की एक्शन से हड़बड़ा गया और पैनिक में आकर घटना को अंजाम दिया।

परिवार वालों को थी उमर के कट्टरपंथी होने की जानकारी
मीडिया रिपोर्टों में यह बात भी सामने आई है कि आतंकी उमर के परिवार वालों को भी उसके कट्टरपंथी होने का पता लग चुका था, लेकिन परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य ने इसकी जानकारी प्रशासन या पुलिस को नहीं दी। यह बात भी सामने निकल कर आ रही है कि उमर तुर्किए की राजधानी अंकारा में बैठे अपने हैंडलर के साथ संपर्क में था। साल 2022 में उमर अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ अंकारा भी गया था। इसी दौरान सभी का ब्रेन वॉश किया गया। इस मामले में NIA की टीम ने तुर्किए दूतावास से सहयोग मांगा है।

अमित शाह ने कहा कि थोड़ी सी गलती हुई तो जंगलराज वापस आ जाएगा। अमित शाह ने कहा कि दिनदहाड़े यहां पर एमएलए की हत्या हुई थी। नीतीश कुमार ने जंगलराज समाप्त कर दिया है। अब यह जंगलराज नए चेहरे के साथ, नए भेष बदलकर वापस आ रहा है। इसलिए कमल छाप पर बटन दबाइए और एनडीए को जिताने का काम कीजिए। गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि लालू की पार्टी शहाबुद्दीन के बेटे को टिकट दिया और शहाबुद्दीन के लिए अमर रहे का नारा लगाया। तेजस्वी यादव कान खोलकर सुन लो अब बिहार की धरती पर शहाबुद्दीन और ओसामा की जगह नहीं रही।

संजय द्विवेदी प्रयागराज।स्वच्छता ही सेवा 2025 के तहत आज“एक दिन एक घन्टा एक साथ”विशेष कार्यक्रम के साथ 156 घन्टे महासफाई अभियान का भव्य शुभारम्भ हुआ।महापौर उमेश चन्द्र गणेश केसरवानी ने हरी झण्डी दिखाकर नगर निगम प्रयागराज की सुसज्जित सफाई वाहनो को रवाना किया और लगातार 156 घन्टे तक चलने वाले इस ऐतिहासिक स्वच्छता अभियान की शुरुआत की।

अभियान की प्रमुख विशेषताएं।

श्रमदान के पश्चात अपने सम्बोधन में उमेश चन्द्र गणेश केसरवानी ने कहा-

> प्रयागराज की धरती हमेशा से जनसहभागिता और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी का उदाहरण रही है।आज हमने 156 घंटे के इस निरंतर सफाई अभियान की शुरुआत की है।यह केवल सफाई का नही बल्कि मानसिकता बदलने का संकल्प है। बापू के स्वच्छ भारत के सपने और पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय के अंत्योदय के आदर्शों को साकार करने में हम सभी को अपनी भूमिका निभानी होगी। मैं हर नागरिक से आह्वान करता हूँ कि न केवल इन 156 घंटों के दौरान बल्कि हर दिन अपने आस-पास की स्वच्छता बनाए रखने की आदत को जीवन का हिस्सा बनाएं।

महापौर ने अपने हाथों से रंगोली बनाकर स्वच्छता का संदेश भी दिया।विशेष उपस्थिति इस अवसर पर अपर नगर आयुक्त दीपेन्द्र कुमार यादव कर निर्धारण अधिकारी संजय ममगाई सभी जोनल अधिकारी स्वच्छता एवं खाद्य निरीक्षक नगर निगम प्रयागराज के अधिकारी कर्मचारी और बड़ी संख्या में सम्मानित नागरिक मौजूद रहे।नगर निगम प्रयागराज सभी नागरिकों से अपील करता है कि 2 अक्टूबर तक चलने वाले 156 घन्टे महासफाई अभियान में सक्रिय सहयोग दे और “स्वच्छ प्रयागराज स्वस्थ प्रयागराज”के संकल्प को साकार करे।

संजय द्विवेदी प्रयागराज।अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कला जगत में प्रयागराज एवं भारत का नाम रोशन करने वाले प्रयागराज के मशहूर चित्रकार रवीन्द्र कुशवाहा को गोरखपुर में आयोजित वसुधैव कुटुंबकम् चार दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय मित्रता कला शिविर एवं सगोष्ठी में सादर आमंत्रित किया गया है।अभी-अभी रवीन्द्र कुशवाहा की अंतरराष्ट्रीय चित्रकला प्रदर्शनी अमेरिका के जर्मनटाउन में धूम मचाकर आई है तथा अगली अंतरराष्ट्रीय कला प्रदर्शनी इनकी नार्वे स्वीडन में आयोजित है।

ललितकला संस्थान ललिता ए ट्रस्ट ऑफ फाइन आर्ट, फोक आर्ट, परफॉर्मिंग आर्ट एंड कल्चर तथा राज्य ललित कला अकादमी संस्कृति विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में आयोजित 6 देशों के 64 प्रख्यात कलाकार जो चार दिवसीय इंटरनेशनल फ्रेंडशिप आर्ट कैम्प एण्ड सेमिनार में अपनी रचनात्मक कला व भावपूर्ण चित्रण का जलवा बिखेरेंगे ।
