तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) प्रमुख ममता बनर्जी भवानीपुर विधानसभा चुनाव में मिली हार को अभी तक पचा नहीं पाई हैं। यही वजह है कि उन्होंने भवानीपुर विधानसभा सीट के चुनाव रिजल्ट को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। उन्होंने अपनी याचिका में कोर्ट से रिजल्ट की वैधता पर विचार करने की मांग की है।

  

चुनावी परिणामों पर लगातार सवाल उठा रहीं ममता
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के ऐलान के बाद से ही ममता बनर्जी इन परिणामों को लेकर लगातार सवाल उठा रही थीं। अब उन्होंने अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाकर इस पूरे मामले को कानूनी मोड़ दे दिया है। इसी को लेकर ममता बनर्जी मंगलवार दोपहर कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट पहुंचीं। उनके साथ पार्टी के सीनियर नेता कुणाल घोष और डोला सेन भी मौजूद थे। उन्होंने वहां अपनी याचिका दायर की और कुछ ही देर में बाहर निकल आईं।

  

सबूतों को सहेजने की मांग
हाईकोर्ट में दायर की गई याचिका में ममता बनर्जी ने बेहद गंभीर मांगें रखी हैं। कानूनी याचिका के जरिए उन्होंने भवानीपुर निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सभी चुनाव संबंधी रिकॉर्ड को सुरक्षित रखने का आग्रह किया है। इसमें मतदान से जुड़े दस्तावेज और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण ईवीएम शामिल हैं। ममता बनर्जी का कहना है कि इन उपकरणों और दस्तावेजों को तुरंत सील किया जाए ताकि इनके साथ कोई छेड़छाड़ या इन्हें नष्ट न किया जा सके।

  

शुभेंदु ने ममता बनर्जी को 15,105 वोटों से हराया
भवानीपुर सीट पर भाजपा नेता शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने ममता बनर्जी को 15,105 वोटों के अंतर से हराया था। यह सीट पहले ममता बनर्जी के पास थी। उन्होंने इस सीट पर काउंटिंग के दौरान अनियमितताओं और अपने साथ मारपीट के आरोप भी लगाए थे।

NEET पुनर्परीक्षा 21 जून: रांची के 21 केंद्रों के 200 मीटर दायरे में धारा-163 लागू

महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी, नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्राप्त सूचनानुसार दिनांक-21.06.2026 को Re-examination of NEET (UG)-2026 परीक्षा एक पाली में राँची के 21 उप केन्द्रों पर आयोजित किया जाना है। परीक्षा के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड़ लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  


जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया गया :-

  

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे
पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

  

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

  

(3 ) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक-21.06.2026 के अपराह्नः- 12.00 बजे से अपराह्न-08.00 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

हाईकमान ने इस्तीफा देने को कहा मैंने दे दिया- सिद्धारमैया
सिद्धारमैया ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। इस्तीफा देने के बाद उन्होंने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी मैं राज्यपाल भवन गया था। मैंने अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया है। राज्यपाल अभी शहर में नहीं है। हमें बताया कि वो बेंगलुरु में नहीं है, इसलिए मेरा इस्तीफे को उनके सचिव को हैंडओवर कर दिया गया है। मैं कई बार ये बात बोल चुका हूं जब भी मुझे हाईकमान इस्तीफा देने के लिए कहेंगे तो मैं उनकी बात मानूंगा। कल हाईकमान ने मुझे इस्तीफा देने के लिए कहा था। इसलिए मैंने आज इस्तीफा दे दिया है।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि राज्यपाल जब बेंगलुरु लौटेंगे तो मेरा इस्तीफा को मंजूर करेंगे। हमारी पार्टी के 135 विधायक हैं। इसके साथ दो अन्य विधायक ने हमें समर्थन दिया है। ऐसे में हमारी पार्टी के पास पूर्ण बहुमत है। हमारे सभी विधायक एकजुट हैं। मुझे कर्नाटक के 7 करोड़ लोगों की सेवा करने का दो बार मौका मिला है।

तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) प्रमुख ममता बनर्जी भवानीपुर विधानसभा चुनाव में मिली हार को अभी तक पचा नहीं पाई हैं। यही वजह है कि उन्होंने भवानीपुर विधानसभा सीट के चुनाव रिजल्ट को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। उन्होंने अपनी याचिका में कोर्ट से रिजल्ट की वैधता पर विचार करने की मांग की है।

  

चुनावी परिणामों पर लगातार सवाल उठा रहीं ममता
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के ऐलान के बाद से ही ममता बनर्जी इन परिणामों को लेकर लगातार सवाल उठा रही थीं। अब उन्होंने अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाकर इस पूरे मामले को कानूनी मोड़ दे दिया है। इसी को लेकर ममता बनर्जी मंगलवार दोपहर कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट पहुंचीं। उनके साथ पार्टी के सीनियर नेता कुणाल घोष और डोला सेन भी मौजूद थे। उन्होंने वहां अपनी याचिका दायर की और कुछ ही देर में बाहर निकल आईं।

  

सबूतों को सहेजने की मांग
हाईकोर्ट में दायर की गई याचिका में ममता बनर्जी ने बेहद गंभीर मांगें रखी हैं। कानूनी याचिका के जरिए उन्होंने भवानीपुर निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सभी चुनाव संबंधी रिकॉर्ड को सुरक्षित रखने का आग्रह किया है। इसमें मतदान से जुड़े दस्तावेज और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण ईवीएम शामिल हैं। ममता बनर्जी का कहना है कि इन उपकरणों और दस्तावेजों को तुरंत सील किया जाए ताकि इनके साथ कोई छेड़छाड़ या इन्हें नष्ट न किया जा सके।

  

शुभेंदु ने ममता बनर्जी को 15,105 वोटों से हराया
भवानीपुर सीट पर भाजपा नेता शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने ममता बनर्जी को 15,105 वोटों के अंतर से हराया था। यह सीट पहले ममता बनर्जी के पास थी। उन्होंने इस सीट पर काउंटिंग के दौरान अनियमितताओं और अपने साथ मारपीट के आरोप भी लगाए थे।

NEET पुनर्परीक्षा 21 जून: रांची के 21 केंद्रों के 200 मीटर दायरे में धारा-163 लागू

महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी, नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्राप्त सूचनानुसार दिनांक-21.06.2026 को Re-examination of NEET (UG)-2026 परीक्षा एक पाली में राँची के 21 उप केन्द्रों पर आयोजित किया जाना है। परीक्षा के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड़ लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  


जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया गया :-

  

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे
पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

  

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

  

(3 ) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक-21.06.2026 के अपराह्नः- 12.00 बजे से अपराह्न-08.00 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
