मंगलवार देर रात भारतीय वायुसेना ने पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर में ऑपरेशन सिंदूर चलाया। इस ऑपरेशन में भारतीय वायुसेना ने 9 आतंकी ठिकानों को तबाह कर दिया। अब आशंका जताई जा रही है कि पाकिस्‍तान की तरफ से इन हमलों के बाद जवाबी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस बीच मोदी के 'जेम्स बॉन्ड' यानी एनएसए अजीत डोभाल ने कई देशों के अपने समकक्षों से बात की है। डोभाल ने विभिन्न देशों के अपने समकक्षों को फोन कर इसकी जानकारी दी और कहा कि भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा नहीं है।

डोभाल ने किन-किन को किया फोन?
'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' पूरा होने के बाद डोभाल ने कूटनीतिक कदम उठाते हुए सबसे पहले अमेरिका के एनएसए और विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो को फोन कर पूरे मामले की जानकारी दे दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने यूनाइटेड किंगडम के एनएसए जोनाथन पॉवेल, सऊदी अरब के मुसैद अल ऐबन, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के एचएच शेख तहनून और जापान के एनएसए मसाटाका ओकानो को फोन कर भारतीय सेना के ऑपरेशन और उसके उद्देश्य के बारे में अवगत करा दिया।

भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा-डोभाल
इसके अतिरिक्त डोभाल ने रूसी एनएसए सर्गेई शोइगु, चीन के विदेश मंत्री वांग यी और फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल बोने के कूटनीतिक सलाहकार के साथ भी संपर्क स्थापित किया गया। डोभाल ने अपने सभी सकमक्षों को आतंकवाद के खात्मे के लिए पाकिस्तान में आतंकवादी संगठनों के खिलाफ किए गए सटीक हमलों की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा नहीं है। वह बस आतंकवाद के खिलाफ है।

हालांकि, इस दौरान उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया कि अगर पाकिस्तान तनाव बढ़ाने का फैसला करता है, तो भारत और उसकी सेना पूरी दृढ़ता के साथ उसका जवाब देने के लिए तैयार है।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : The fourth phase of Vision 2028, which began on April 21, concluded today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake. 

On Wednesday, on the last day of the camp, the first session was attended by Bengal Under-16 boys where Manoj Tiwary was the batting coach, while the bowling department was looked after by Ashok Dinda. Coach Ajay Verma was also present to guide the boys. 

The second session on the day, which was scheduled for Under-19 boys, was cancelled due to heavy rain. 

The fourth phase of the camp was divided into two sessions every day. 

On every session, Tiwary and Dinda delivered inspirational and motivation words to the young boys. The duo told the boys to use the camp as a learning experience. 

The coaches looked at the proceedings and watched the boys’ practice with hawk eyes. As sessions went on, the coaches talked to the talents individually. 
 
The short-term goal of Vision 2028 will be to get the various age group squads ready for the domestic season by improving their skills while the long-term goals will be to nurture the future talents and make them fit for various Bengal age group squads.

अब दर्द से कराह उठेगा पाकिस्तान, पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद मोदी सरकार ने चलाया चाबुक

आतंकियों को पनाह देने वाला और “हिंसा में हंसने” वाला पाकिस्तान अब कराह उठेगा। पहलगाम आंतकी हमले के बाद केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने जबरदस्त एक्शन दिखाया है। पीएम मोदी सऊदी अरब का दौरा रद्द करके वापस दिल्ली लौटे और सुरक्षा मामलों की कैबिनेट समिति यानी सीसीएस की अहम बैठक की। इस बैठक में सरकार ने आतंकवाद पर चोट देने के लिए पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कई कड़े फैसले किए हैं। सरकार ने पाकिस्तान के साथ सिंधु जल समझौता को रोक दिया है। इसके अलावा भारत में रह रहे सभी पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों के वीजा रद्द कर एक मई तक उन्हें भारत छोड़ने का आदेश दिया है।

विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए इसकी जानकारी दी। मिस्री ने कहा, प्रधानमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में सीसीएस की बैठक हुई। सीमा पार आतंकवाद के लिंकेज सामने आने के बाद सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को 48 घंटे में भारत छोड़ने का आदेश दिया गया है, उनका वीजा रद्द कर दिया गया है। सार्क के तहत वीजा सुविधा भी खत्म कर दी गई है। इसके अलावा, भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि के तहत पाकिस्तान को दी जाने वाली पानी की सप्लाई रोक दी है। साथ ही, भारत अपने राजनयिकों को पाकिस्तान से वापस बुला रहा है।

सीसीएस बैठक में लिए 5 कड़े फैसले
विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने कहा, इस आतंकवादी हमले की गंभीरता को समझते हुए सीसीएस ने निम्नलिखित उपायों पर निर्णय लिया- 
•	1960 की सिंधु जल संधि को तत्काल प्रभाव से स्थगित रखा जाएगा, जब तक कि पाकिस्तान विश्वसनीय और अपरिवर्तनीय रूप से सीमा पार आतंकवाद के लिए अपने समर्थन को त्याग नहीं देता।
•	एकीकृत चेक पोस्ट अटारी को तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद कर दिया जाएगा। जो लोग वैध तरीके के साथ सीमा पार कर चुके हैं, वे 1 मई 2025 से पहले उस मार्ग से वापस आ सकते हैं।
•	पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को सार्क वीजा छूट योजना के तहत भारत की यात्रा करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को अतीत में जारी किए गए किसी भी SPES वीजा को रद्द माना जाएगा। SPES वीजा के तहत वर्तमान में भारत में मौजूद किसी भी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक के पास भारत छोड़ने के लिए 48 घंटे हैं।
•	नई दिल्ली में पाकिस्तानी उच्चायोग में रक्षा, सैन्य, नौसेना और वायु सलाहकारों को अवांछित व्यक्ति घोषित किया जाता है। उनके पास भारत छोड़ने के लिए एक सप्ताह का समय है।
•	भारत इस्लामाबाद स्थित भारतीय उच्चायोग से अपने रक्षा, नौसेना और वायु सलाहकारों को वापस बुलाएगा। संबंधित उच्चायोगों में ये पद निरस्त माने जाएंगे। दोनों देशों से 5-5 सहयोगी स्टाफ भी हटाए जाएंगे। विदेश सच‍िव ने बताया क‍ि राजनयिक स्टाफ की संख्या घटाई जाएगी। दोनों हाई कमीशनों में स्टाफ की संख्या 55 से घटाकर 30 की जाएगी। यह बदलाव 1 मई 2025 तक प्रभावी होगा।

पाकिस्तान पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा
-सिंधु जल संधि के तहत पाकिस्तान को सिंधु, झेलम, और चिनाब नदियों का 80% पानी मिलता है, जो उसकी कृषि और अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ है। पाकिस्तान में 47 मिलियन एकड़ से अधिक भूमि की सिंचाई इन नदियों पर निर्भर है। पानी की आपूर्ति रोकने से पाकिस्तान के पंजाब और सिंध प्रांतों में कृषि उत्पादन, विशेष रूप से गेहूं और चावल, पर गंभीर असर पड़ेगा, जिससे खाद्य संकट और आर्थिक अस्थिरता बढ़ सकती है। भारत का यह कदम "पानी की सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक" के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
-अटारी-वाघा सीमा भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच सीमित व्यापार का प्रमुख केंद्र है। इसे बंद करने से पाकिस्तान का भारत के साथ आयात-निर्यात, विशेष रूप से कृषि और कपड़ा उत्पादों का व्यापार, प्रभावित होगा। इससे पाकिस्तान की पहले से कमजोर अर्थव्यवस्था पर और बोझ पड़ेगा।
-पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को भारत यात्रा से रोकने और मौजूदा SPES वीजा निरस्त करने से पाकिस्तान का क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) में प्रभाव कमजोर होगा। यह कदम पाकिस्तान से भारत में संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों की घुसपैठ को रोकने में प्रभावी हो सकता है
- 48 घंटे का अल्टीमेटम पाकिस्तान को यह संदेश देता है कि भारत अब आतंकवाद के जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति अपना रहा है।
- पाकिस्तानी रक्षा सलाहकारों को निष्कासित करना और भारत के रक्षा सलाहकारों को वापस बुलाना दोनों देशों के बीच सैन्य और कूटनीतिक संबंधों को न्यूनतम स्तर पर ला देगा। यह पाकिस्तान को वैश्विक मंच पर अलग-थलग करने की भारत की रणनीति का हिस्सा है।

 BHUBANESWAR : Lallianzuala Chhangte delivered a captain’s performance with a dazzling brace as Mumbai City FC breezed past Chennaiyin FC 4-0 in a dominant Round of 16 encounter of the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup at the Kalinga Stadium on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The first half ended 1-0.

Nikolaos Karelis (43’) scored the first goal for Mumbai City FC at the stroke of half time before Lallianzuala Chhangte (64’, 86’) stole the show with his two goals. Substitute Bipin Singh (90’) capped off the win with a strike in the last minute. 

Mumbai City FC, still smarting from a heavy 0-5 defeat against Bengaluru FC in the ISL knockout rounds, responded in emphatic fashion to book their place in the Kalinga Super Cup quarter-finals. Their opponents, Chennaiyin FC, had finished a disappointing 11th in the ISL, and their Super Cup journey came to an end after another underwhelming performance.

From the opening whistle, Mumbai City were on the front foot. The attacking trio of Chhangte, Karelis, and Jorge Ortiz looked sharp, with intricate passing and excellent movement that repeatedly exposed gaps in the Chennaiyin backline.

Chhangte nearly opened the scoring early on when he latched onto a defensive error, glided past his marker and unleashed a shot towards the far post only to see it come back off the woodwork.

Chennaiyin struggled to settle into the game and were denied what looked like a potential penalty after Daniel Chima Chukwu was brought down in the box by Vikram Pratap Singh, but the referee waved play on.

The breakthrough finally came in the 43rd minute. A half-cleared corner fell kindly to Hitesh Sharma, who lofted a teasing ball into the box. Chennaiyin goalkeeper Mohammad Nawaz was a tad late in coming out to affect a save and Nikolaos Karelis made no mistake, nodding home from close range to put the Islanders ahead at the break.

After the interval, Mumbai City resumed their control. Ortiz and Chhangte combined beautifully to carve open chances, and the latter came close again before Chennaiyin nearly found an equaliser. Lukas Brambilla danced past Mumbai City goalkeeper TP Rehenesh and seemed destined to score, but Mehtab Singh’s goal-line clearance denied Chennaiyin a lifeline.

That moment proved to be the turning point. In the 64th minute, Ortiz once again danced past his marker and slipped Karelis in behind. The Greek forward’s effort across goal wasn’t the cleanest, but Chhangte was there at the far post to tap it into an open net and double Mumbai City’s lead.

Chhangte struck again in the 86th minute with a touch of class. Ortiz played a sublime outside-of-the-boot flick to send him through. The winger cut inside on his favoured left foot and curled a low shot past the goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

In the last minute of the game, Chhangte turned provider. A delicate scooped pass found Bipin Singh in the box, who brushed aside pressure from Mandar Rao Desai and calmly slotted home to complete the rout.

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने बुधवार को लागू हुए चीनी आयात पर टैरिफ को 104% से बढ़ाकर 125% करने के बाद चीन के साथ व्यापार युद्ध को और तेज कर दिया है।



सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा कि वह कई अन्य व्यापारिक साझेदारों पर अपने तथाकथित "पारस्परिक टैरिफ" को रोक रहे हैं, क्योंकि उन्होंने जवाबी कार्रवाई करने के बजाय बातचीत के लिए आगे आकर जवाब दिया था। उन्होंने चीन पर "सम्मान की कमी" का आरोप लगाया। बीजिंग ने भी उसी तरह जवाब दिया, बुधवार को ट्रंप के पिछले टैरिफ की तरह ही अमेरिकी आयात पर 84% टैरिफ लगा दिया। जनवरी में पदभार संभालने के बाद से ट्रंप ने चीनी वस्तुओं पर टैरिफ को पांच बार बढ़ाया है।



चीन आगे क्या कर सकता है, यहां बताया गया है

चीन ने दुनिया की शीर्ष दो अर्थव्यवस्थाओं के बीच बढ़ते व्यापार युद्ध में "अंत तक लड़ने" की बार-बार कसम खाई है। इसने यह भी कहा कि इसने ट्रम्प प्रशासन द्वारा "धमकाने" की रणनीति का हवाला देते हुए विश्व व्यापार संगठन (WTO) में शिकायत दर्ज की है। पिनपॉइंट एसेट मैनेजमेंट के मुख्य अर्थशास्त्री झिवेई झांग ने AFP को बताया कि चीन ने "स्पष्ट संकेत" दिया है कि वह पीछे नहीं हटेगा, साथ ही कहा कि संघर्ष से "(कोई) त्वरित और आसान रास्ता नहीं है"।

कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर निशाना साधा, जब शेयर बाजारों में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा शुरू किए गए टैरिफ युद्ध के कारण भारी गिरावट आई। उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ने "भ्रम का पर्दाफाश कर दिया है।" प्रधानमंत्री के "कहीं भी दिखाई नहीं देने" का दावा करते हुए गांधी ने तर्क दिया कि भारत को इस वास्तविकता को स्वीकार करना होगा कि उसके पास उत्पादन आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी विनिर्माण शक्ति चीन के खिलाफ टैरिफ लगाने के बाद सभी प्रमुख और उभरते बाजारों को उलट दिया है। उन्होंने भारत सहित अन्य देशों के खिलाफ भी पारस्परिक टैरिफ लगाए हैं।



भारत में शेयर बाजार में गिरावट

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के टैरिफ युद्ध का असर भारत में भी देखने को मिला, क्योंकि सोमवार को शेयर बाजार में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई और बेंचमार्क सेंसेक्स में 2,226.79 अंकों की गिरावट दर्ज की गई। 30 शेयरों वाला बीएसई सेंसेक्स 2,226.79 अंक या 2.95 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ 73,137.90 पर बंद हुआ, जो लगातार तीसरे दिन गिरावट का रिकॉर्ड है। दिन के दौरान, सूचकांक 3,939.68 अंक या 5.22 प्रतिशत गिरकर 71,425.01 पर आ गया। एनएसई निफ्टी 742.85 अंक या 3.24 प्रतिशत गिरकर 22,161.60 पर बंद हुआ। इंट्रा-डे, बेंचमार्क 1,160.8 अंक या 5.06 प्रतिशत गिरकर 21,743.65 पर आ गया।



एशियाई बाजारों में, हांगकांग का हैंग सेंग सूचकांक 13 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा, टोक्यो का निक्केई 225 लगभग 8 प्रतिशत गिरा, शंघाई एसएसई कंपोजिट सूचकांक 7 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा और दक्षिण कोरिया का कोस्पी 5 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा। यूरोपीय बाजार भी भारी बिकवाली के दबाव में रहे और 6 प्रतिशत तक की गिरावट के साथ कारोबार कर रहे थे। इस बीच, पटना में एक अलग टिप्पणी में गांधी ने इस गिरावट के लिए ट्रम्प को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। 



लोकसभा के नेता ने कहा, "अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के कारण शेयर बाजार में गिरावट आई है। यहां 1 प्रतिशत से भी कम लोगों ने अपना पैसा शेयर बाजार में लगाया है, जिसका मतलब है कि शेयर बाजार आपके लिए नहीं है। इसमें असीमित पैसा बनता है, लेकिन आपको इसका लाभ नहीं मिलता।"

*Vision 2028 resumes with U-19, U-15 girls’ camp*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: The third phase of Vision 2028 got underway today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake, with the Bengal Under-19 girls attending the first session of the camp that ends on March 24. 

While Bengal’s Manoj Tiwary will be the batting coach, the bowling department will be guided by former India pacer Venkatesh Prasad along with Bengal’s Ashok Dinda and spin bowling will be taken care of by Narendra Hirwani. Former India and Bengal women's cricketer Purnima Chowdhury will also guide the girls. 

The third phase of the camp is divided into two sessions every day. The first half will be attended by the U19 girls and the second by the U15 girls. 

The opening day’s session began with Prasad, Hirwari and Tiwary delivering inspirational and motivation words to the young girls. The trio told the girls to use the camp as a learning experience. 

After a brief introduced by the girls, the batters took their stance at the crease and the bowlers prepared for their run-up, by practicing their bowling action. The coaches looked at the proceedings and watched the girls’ practice with hawk eyes. As the session went on, the coaches talked to the talents individually.

Students at Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) are facing numerous challenges. However, the university remains unaware of these issues because there is no representative to voice the students' concerns. The primary reason for this is that no student union elections have been held for the past five years.

TMBU student Hrishikesh Prakash stated that the absence of student union elections over the last five years has left students without proper representation. This situation has arisen due to internal conflicts among university officials. Although various student organizations continuously demand elections, no concrete steps have been taken in this regard.

It is noteworthy that student union elections were held in 2018 and 2019 during the tenure of former DSW Professor Yogendra. The student union plays a crucial role in university governance, as its members are also included in bodies like the Senate, Syndicate, and Academic Council. This ensures that students' concerns are effectively raised in important university meetings, ultimately benefiting them.

Students will now have elected representatives only in the upcoming academic session. Only after that will they have representation in the Senate and Syndicate.

Bhagalpur University student Hrishikesh Prakash has met with the university administration, urging them to conduct elections at the earliest to resolve students' issues as soon as
 possible.

मंगलवार देर रात भारतीय वायुसेना ने पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर में ऑपरेशन सिंदूर चलाया। इस ऑपरेशन में भारतीय वायुसेना ने 9 आतंकी ठिकानों को तबाह कर दिया। अब आशंका जताई जा रही है कि पाकिस्‍तान की तरफ से इन हमलों के बाद जवाबी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस बीच मोदी के 'जेम्स बॉन्ड' यानी एनएसए अजीत डोभाल ने कई देशों के अपने समकक्षों से बात की है। डोभाल ने विभिन्न देशों के अपने समकक्षों को फोन कर इसकी जानकारी दी और कहा कि भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा नहीं है।

डोभाल ने किन-किन को किया फोन?
'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' पूरा होने के बाद डोभाल ने कूटनीतिक कदम उठाते हुए सबसे पहले अमेरिका के एनएसए और विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो को फोन कर पूरे मामले की जानकारी दे दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने यूनाइटेड किंगडम के एनएसए जोनाथन पॉवेल, सऊदी अरब के मुसैद अल ऐबन, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के एचएच शेख तहनून और जापान के एनएसए मसाटाका ओकानो को फोन कर भारतीय सेना के ऑपरेशन और उसके उद्देश्य के बारे में अवगत करा दिया।

भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा-डोभाल
इसके अतिरिक्त डोभाल ने रूसी एनएसए सर्गेई शोइगु, चीन के विदेश मंत्री वांग यी और फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल बोने के कूटनीतिक सलाहकार के साथ भी संपर्क स्थापित किया गया। डोभाल ने अपने सभी सकमक्षों को आतंकवाद के खात्मे के लिए पाकिस्तान में आतंकवादी संगठनों के खिलाफ किए गए सटीक हमलों की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि भारत का तनाव बढ़ाने का कोई इरादा नहीं है। वह बस आतंकवाद के खिलाफ है।

हालांकि, इस दौरान उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया कि अगर पाकिस्तान तनाव बढ़ाने का फैसला करता है, तो भारत और उसकी सेना पूरी दृढ़ता के साथ उसका जवाब देने के लिए तैयार है।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : The fourth phase of Vision 2028, which began on April 21, concluded today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake. 

On Wednesday, on the last day of the camp, the first session was attended by Bengal Under-16 boys where Manoj Tiwary was the batting coach, while the bowling department was looked after by Ashok Dinda. Coach Ajay Verma was also present to guide the boys. 

The second session on the day, which was scheduled for Under-19 boys, was cancelled due to heavy rain. 

The fourth phase of the camp was divided into two sessions every day. 

On every session, Tiwary and Dinda delivered inspirational and motivation words to the young boys. The duo told the boys to use the camp as a learning experience. 

The coaches looked at the proceedings and watched the boys’ practice with hawk eyes. As sessions went on, the coaches talked to the talents individually. 
 
The short-term goal of Vision 2028 will be to get the various age group squads ready for the domestic season by improving their skills while the long-term goals will be to nurture the future talents and make them fit for various Bengal age group squads.

अब दर्द से कराह उठेगा पाकिस्तान, पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद मोदी सरकार ने चलाया चाबुक

आतंकियों को पनाह देने वाला और “हिंसा में हंसने” वाला पाकिस्तान अब कराह उठेगा। पहलगाम आंतकी हमले के बाद केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने जबरदस्त एक्शन दिखाया है। पीएम मोदी सऊदी अरब का दौरा रद्द करके वापस दिल्ली लौटे और सुरक्षा मामलों की कैबिनेट समिति यानी सीसीएस की अहम बैठक की। इस बैठक में सरकार ने आतंकवाद पर चोट देने के लिए पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कई कड़े फैसले किए हैं। सरकार ने पाकिस्तान के साथ सिंधु जल समझौता को रोक दिया है। इसके अलावा भारत में रह रहे सभी पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों के वीजा रद्द कर एक मई तक उन्हें भारत छोड़ने का आदेश दिया है।

विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए इसकी जानकारी दी। मिस्री ने कहा, प्रधानमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में सीसीएस की बैठक हुई। सीमा पार आतंकवाद के लिंकेज सामने आने के बाद सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को 48 घंटे में भारत छोड़ने का आदेश दिया गया है, उनका वीजा रद्द कर दिया गया है। सार्क के तहत वीजा सुविधा भी खत्म कर दी गई है। इसके अलावा, भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि के तहत पाकिस्तान को दी जाने वाली पानी की सप्लाई रोक दी है। साथ ही, भारत अपने राजनयिकों को पाकिस्तान से वापस बुला रहा है।

सीसीएस बैठक में लिए 5 कड़े फैसले
विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने कहा, इस आतंकवादी हमले की गंभीरता को समझते हुए सीसीएस ने निम्नलिखित उपायों पर निर्णय लिया- 
•	1960 की सिंधु जल संधि को तत्काल प्रभाव से स्थगित रखा जाएगा, जब तक कि पाकिस्तान विश्वसनीय और अपरिवर्तनीय रूप से सीमा पार आतंकवाद के लिए अपने समर्थन को त्याग नहीं देता।
•	एकीकृत चेक पोस्ट अटारी को तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद कर दिया जाएगा। जो लोग वैध तरीके के साथ सीमा पार कर चुके हैं, वे 1 मई 2025 से पहले उस मार्ग से वापस आ सकते हैं।
•	पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को सार्क वीजा छूट योजना के तहत भारत की यात्रा करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को अतीत में जारी किए गए किसी भी SPES वीजा को रद्द माना जाएगा। SPES वीजा के तहत वर्तमान में भारत में मौजूद किसी भी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक के पास भारत छोड़ने के लिए 48 घंटे हैं।
•	नई दिल्ली में पाकिस्तानी उच्चायोग में रक्षा, सैन्य, नौसेना और वायु सलाहकारों को अवांछित व्यक्ति घोषित किया जाता है। उनके पास भारत छोड़ने के लिए एक सप्ताह का समय है।
•	भारत इस्लामाबाद स्थित भारतीय उच्चायोग से अपने रक्षा, नौसेना और वायु सलाहकारों को वापस बुलाएगा। संबंधित उच्चायोगों में ये पद निरस्त माने जाएंगे। दोनों देशों से 5-5 सहयोगी स्टाफ भी हटाए जाएंगे। विदेश सच‍िव ने बताया क‍ि राजनयिक स्टाफ की संख्या घटाई जाएगी। दोनों हाई कमीशनों में स्टाफ की संख्या 55 से घटाकर 30 की जाएगी। यह बदलाव 1 मई 2025 तक प्रभावी होगा।

पाकिस्तान पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा
-सिंधु जल संधि के तहत पाकिस्तान को सिंधु, झेलम, और चिनाब नदियों का 80% पानी मिलता है, जो उसकी कृषि और अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ है। पाकिस्तान में 47 मिलियन एकड़ से अधिक भूमि की सिंचाई इन नदियों पर निर्भर है। पानी की आपूर्ति रोकने से पाकिस्तान के पंजाब और सिंध प्रांतों में कृषि उत्पादन, विशेष रूप से गेहूं और चावल, पर गंभीर असर पड़ेगा, जिससे खाद्य संकट और आर्थिक अस्थिरता बढ़ सकती है। भारत का यह कदम "पानी की सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक" के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
-अटारी-वाघा सीमा भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच सीमित व्यापार का प्रमुख केंद्र है। इसे बंद करने से पाकिस्तान का भारत के साथ आयात-निर्यात, विशेष रूप से कृषि और कपड़ा उत्पादों का व्यापार, प्रभावित होगा। इससे पाकिस्तान की पहले से कमजोर अर्थव्यवस्था पर और बोझ पड़ेगा।
-पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को भारत यात्रा से रोकने और मौजूदा SPES वीजा निरस्त करने से पाकिस्तान का क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) में प्रभाव कमजोर होगा। यह कदम पाकिस्तान से भारत में संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों की घुसपैठ को रोकने में प्रभावी हो सकता है
- 48 घंटे का अल्टीमेटम पाकिस्तान को यह संदेश देता है कि भारत अब आतंकवाद के जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति अपना रहा है।
- पाकिस्तानी रक्षा सलाहकारों को निष्कासित करना और भारत के रक्षा सलाहकारों को वापस बुलाना दोनों देशों के बीच सैन्य और कूटनीतिक संबंधों को न्यूनतम स्तर पर ला देगा। यह पाकिस्तान को वैश्विक मंच पर अलग-थलग करने की भारत की रणनीति का हिस्सा है।

 BHUBANESWAR : Lallianzuala Chhangte delivered a captain’s performance with a dazzling brace as Mumbai City FC breezed past Chennaiyin FC 4-0 in a dominant Round of 16 encounter of the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup at the Kalinga Stadium on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The first half ended 1-0.

Nikolaos Karelis (43’) scored the first goal for Mumbai City FC at the stroke of half time before Lallianzuala Chhangte (64’, 86’) stole the show with his two goals. Substitute Bipin Singh (90’) capped off the win with a strike in the last minute. 

Mumbai City FC, still smarting from a heavy 0-5 defeat against Bengaluru FC in the ISL knockout rounds, responded in emphatic fashion to book their place in the Kalinga Super Cup quarter-finals. Their opponents, Chennaiyin FC, had finished a disappointing 11th in the ISL, and their Super Cup journey came to an end after another underwhelming performance.

From the opening whistle, Mumbai City were on the front foot. The attacking trio of Chhangte, Karelis, and Jorge Ortiz looked sharp, with intricate passing and excellent movement that repeatedly exposed gaps in the Chennaiyin backline.

Chhangte nearly opened the scoring early on when he latched onto a defensive error, glided past his marker and unleashed a shot towards the far post only to see it come back off the woodwork.

Chennaiyin struggled to settle into the game and were denied what looked like a potential penalty after Daniel Chima Chukwu was brought down in the box by Vikram Pratap Singh, but the referee waved play on.

The breakthrough finally came in the 43rd minute. A half-cleared corner fell kindly to Hitesh Sharma, who lofted a teasing ball into the box. Chennaiyin goalkeeper Mohammad Nawaz was a tad late in coming out to affect a save and Nikolaos Karelis made no mistake, nodding home from close range to put the Islanders ahead at the break.

After the interval, Mumbai City resumed their control. Ortiz and Chhangte combined beautifully to carve open chances, and the latter came close again before Chennaiyin nearly found an equaliser. Lukas Brambilla danced past Mumbai City goalkeeper TP Rehenesh and seemed destined to score, but Mehtab Singh’s goal-line clearance denied Chennaiyin a lifeline.

That moment proved to be the turning point. In the 64th minute, Ortiz once again danced past his marker and slipped Karelis in behind. The Greek forward’s effort across goal wasn’t the cleanest, but Chhangte was there at the far post to tap it into an open net and double Mumbai City’s lead.

Chhangte struck again in the 86th minute with a touch of class. Ortiz played a sublime outside-of-the-boot flick to send him through. The winger cut inside on his favoured left foot and curled a low shot past the goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

In the last minute of the game, Chhangte turned provider. A delicate scooped pass found Bipin Singh in the box, who brushed aside pressure from Mandar Rao Desai and calmly slotted home to complete the rout.

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने बुधवार को लागू हुए चीनी आयात पर टैरिफ को 104% से बढ़ाकर 125% करने के बाद चीन के साथ व्यापार युद्ध को और तेज कर दिया है।



सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा कि वह कई अन्य व्यापारिक साझेदारों पर अपने तथाकथित "पारस्परिक टैरिफ" को रोक रहे हैं, क्योंकि उन्होंने जवाबी कार्रवाई करने के बजाय बातचीत के लिए आगे आकर जवाब दिया था। उन्होंने चीन पर "सम्मान की कमी" का आरोप लगाया। बीजिंग ने भी उसी तरह जवाब दिया, बुधवार को ट्रंप के पिछले टैरिफ की तरह ही अमेरिकी आयात पर 84% टैरिफ लगा दिया। जनवरी में पदभार संभालने के बाद से ट्रंप ने चीनी वस्तुओं पर टैरिफ को पांच बार बढ़ाया है।



चीन आगे क्या कर सकता है, यहां बताया गया है

चीन ने दुनिया की शीर्ष दो अर्थव्यवस्थाओं के बीच बढ़ते व्यापार युद्ध में "अंत तक लड़ने" की बार-बार कसम खाई है। इसने यह भी कहा कि इसने ट्रम्प प्रशासन द्वारा "धमकाने" की रणनीति का हवाला देते हुए विश्व व्यापार संगठन (WTO) में शिकायत दर्ज की है। पिनपॉइंट एसेट मैनेजमेंट के मुख्य अर्थशास्त्री झिवेई झांग ने AFP को बताया कि चीन ने "स्पष्ट संकेत" दिया है कि वह पीछे नहीं हटेगा, साथ ही कहा कि संघर्ष से "(कोई) त्वरित और आसान रास्ता नहीं है"।

कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर निशाना साधा, जब शेयर बाजारों में डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा शुरू किए गए टैरिफ युद्ध के कारण भारी गिरावट आई। उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ने "भ्रम का पर्दाफाश कर दिया है।" प्रधानमंत्री के "कहीं भी दिखाई नहीं देने" का दावा करते हुए गांधी ने तर्क दिया कि भारत को इस वास्तविकता को स्वीकार करना होगा कि उसके पास उत्पादन आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

भारत में शेयर बाजार में गिरावट

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के टैरिफ युद्ध का असर भारत में भी देखने को मिला, क्योंकि सोमवार को शेयर बाजार में भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई और बेंचमार्क सेंसेक्स में 2,226.79 अंकों की गिरावट दर्ज की गई। 30 शेयरों वाला बीएसई सेंसेक्स 2,226.79 अंक या 2.95 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ 73,137.90 पर बंद हुआ, जो लगातार तीसरे दिन गिरावट का रिकॉर्ड है। दिन के दौरान, सूचकांक 3,939.68 अंक या 5.22 प्रतिशत गिरकर 71,425.01 पर आ गया। एनएसई निफ्टी 742.85 अंक या 3.24 प्रतिशत गिरकर 22,161.60 पर बंद हुआ। इंट्रा-डे, बेंचमार्क 1,160.8 अंक या 5.06 प्रतिशत गिरकर 21,743.65 पर आ गया।



एशियाई बाजारों में, हांगकांग का हैंग सेंग सूचकांक 13 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा, टोक्यो का निक्केई 225 लगभग 8 प्रतिशत गिरा, शंघाई एसएसई कंपोजिट सूचकांक 7 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा और दक्षिण कोरिया का कोस्पी 5 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिरा। यूरोपीय बाजार भी भारी बिकवाली के दबाव में रहे और 6 प्रतिशत तक की गिरावट के साथ कारोबार कर रहे थे। इस बीच, पटना में एक अलग टिप्पणी में गांधी ने इस गिरावट के लिए ट्रम्प को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। 



लोकसभा के नेता ने कहा, "अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के कारण शेयर बाजार में गिरावट आई है। यहां 1 प्रतिशत से भी कम लोगों ने अपना पैसा शेयर बाजार में लगाया है, जिसका मतलब है कि शेयर बाजार आपके लिए नहीं है। इसमें असीमित पैसा बनता है, लेकिन आपको इसका लाभ नहीं मिलता।"

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: The third phase of Vision 2028 got underway today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake, with the Bengal Under-19 girls attending the first session of the camp that ends on March 24. 

While Bengal’s Manoj Tiwary will be the batting coach, the bowling department will be guided by former India pacer Venkatesh Prasad along with Bengal’s Ashok Dinda and spin bowling will be taken care of by Narendra Hirwani. Former India and Bengal women's cricketer Purnima Chowdhury will also guide the girls. 

The third phase of the camp is divided into two sessions every day. The first half will be attended by the U19 girls and the second by the U15 girls. 

The opening day’s session began with Prasad, Hirwari and Tiwary delivering inspirational and motivation words to the young girls. The trio told the girls to use the camp as a learning experience. 

After a brief introduced by the girls, the batters took their stance at the crease and the bowlers prepared for their run-up, by practicing their bowling action. Students at Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) are facing numerous challenges. However, the university remains unaware of these issues because there is no representative to voice the students' concerns. The primary reason for this is that no student union elections have been held for the past five years.

TMBU student Hrishikesh Prakash stated that the absence of student union elections over the last five years has left students without proper representation. This situation has arisen due to internal conflicts among university officials. Although various student organizations continuously demand elections, no concrete steps have been taken in this regard.

It is noteworthy that student union elections were held in 2018 and 2019 during the tenure of former DSW Professor Yogendra. The student union plays a crucial role in university governance, as its members are also included in bodies like the Senate, Syndicate, and Academic Council. This ensures that students' concerns are effectively raised in important university meetings, ultimately benefiting them.

Students will now have elected representatives only in the upcoming academic session. Only after that will they have representation in the Senate and Syndicate.

Bhagalpur University student Hrishikesh Prakash has met with the university administration, urging them to conduct elections at the earliest to resolve students' issues as soon as
 possible.

Today, after visiting two model camps and an additional health camp in Maheshtala, I am reassured that Sebaashray has found a place in the hearts of the people. With a resolve to restore health and well-being, I remain committed to breaking every barrier that stands in the way of accessible medical care.  

To serve people, to wipe away their tears, is a responsibility I hold sacred. The overwhelming love, blessings, and faith of the people of Maheshtala have left me deeply moved.
