क्या रद्द हो जाएगा अशोक गहलोत का नामांकन? जानें क्या है पूरा मामला*

राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने सरदारपुरा विधानसभा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया है।हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के चुनावी हलफनामे पर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है।गहलोत के नामांकन में आपराधिक मामलों को छुपाने की शिकायत सामने आई है। हलफनामे में जानकारी छिपाने को लेकर बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग से गहलोत के नामांकन को खारिज करने की मांग की है।


राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने जोधपुर की सरदारपुरा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल किया है।भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उन पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी का कहना है कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में दो आपराधिक मामलों की जानकारी नहीं दी है।केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने कहा कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में जानबूझकर एफआईआर की जानकारी नहीं दी। उन पर जो दो आरोप लगे हैं, वो काफी गंभीर हैं। गहलोत को मुकदमों की पूरी जानकारी थी लेकिन उन्होंने हलफनामे में इसका जिक्र नहीं किया।


शपथ पत्र में दो मामले छुपाने का आरोप
बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने सरदारपुरा रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर संजय कुमार बासु को मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से तथ्य छिपाने को लेकर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस मामले में शिकायत के बाद जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने रिटर्निग ऑफिसर से मामले की जानकारी मांगी है।कार्यकर्ताओं ने एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ के जरिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के पास ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस शिकायत के बाद भाजपा की ओर से एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि गहलोत के खिलाफ न्यायालय में पांच मामले चल रहे हैं। लेकिन गहलोत ने सभी मामलों का उल्लेख नहीं किया है। उन्होंने तथ्य छुपाते हुए दिल्ली के दो मामलों को नहीं बताया है। जबकि उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र में पांच की जगह तीन मामलों का उल्लेख किया हैं। इनमें एक दिल्ली और दो जयपुर के बताए गए हैं। 


कौन से दो मामलों के तथ्य छिपाए गए है

आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की राजस्थान यात्रा से पहले राजनीति भी शुरू हो गई है। दरअसल, पीएम की यात्रा से पहले राज्य के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने दावा किया कि इस कार्यक्रम में उनका भाषण हटा दिया गया। जिस पर पीएमओ ने जवाब दिया है। पीएमओ की ओर से गहलोत के आरोप का जवाब देते हुए कहा गया है कि हमने तो आपको बुलाया था लेकिन आपके ऑफिस ने आपके इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने को लेकर मना कर दिया।पीएमओ ने साफ किया है कि अशोक गहलोत को निमंत्रण भेजा गया था, लेकिन उनके दफ्तर ने ही आने में असमर्थता जताई थी।


आपको हर बार बुलाया गया-पीएमओ
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्विटर पर जवाब दिया है कि अशोक गहलोत जी, प्रोटोकोल के तहत आपको कार्यक्रम में बुलाया गया है और भाषण का वक्त भी दिया गया है। लेकिन आपके ऑफिस ने ही कहा था कि आप इसमें शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगे।प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की पुरानी यात्राओं के दौरान भी आपको हर बार बुलाया गया था, आप हर बार कार्यक्रम में शामिल भी हुए हैं।


आपकी उपस्थिति को पूरा महत्व दिया जाएगा-पीएमओ
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्वीट में लिखा है कि आज के कार्यक्रम में आपका अभी भी स्वागत है, विकास से जुड़े कामों की प्लेट पर आपका नाम लिखा गया है। जबतक चोट की वजह से आपको आने में कोई शारीरिक असमर्थता ना हो, आपकी उपस्थिति को पूरा महत्व दिया जाएगा।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज राजस्थान के दौरे पर जाएंगे। प्रधानमंत्री राजस्थान के सीकर में पीएम किसान समृद्धि केंद्र राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। इससे पहले, राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने बड़ा आरोप लगाया है।मुख्यमंत्री का आरोप है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय में पीएम के कार्यक्रम से उनका भाषण हटा दिया है।अशोक गहलोत ने इसको लेकर सीएम गहलोत ने ट्वीट करके प्रधानमंत्री पर कई तंज भी कसे हैं।


राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा है, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी, आज आप राजस्थान पधार रहे हैं। आपके कार्यालय PMO ने मेरा पूर्व निर्धारित 3 मिनट का संबोधन कार्यक्रम से हटा दिया है इसलिए मैं आपका भाषण के माध्यम से स्वागत नहीं कर सकूंगा अतः मैं इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से आपका राजस्थान में तहेदिल से स्वागत करता हूं।


अपने ट्वीट में गहलोत ने आगे कहा कि मैं इस कार्यक्रम में अपने भाषण के माध्यम से जो मांग रखता वो इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से रख रहा हूं। आशा करता हूं 6 महीने में की जा रही इस सातवीं यात्रा के दौरान आप इन्हें पूरी करेंगे।


सीएम गहलोत ने पीएम मोदी के सामने रखी ये मांगे-
1-आज हो रहे 12 मेडिकल कॉलेजों के लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास राजस्थान सरकार व केंद्र की भागीदारी का परिणाम है। इन मेडिकल कॉलेजों की परियोजना लागत 3,689 करोड़ रुपये है जिसमें 2,213 करोड़ केन्द्र का और 1,476 करोड़ राज्य सरकार का अंशदान है। मैं राज्य सरकार की ओर से भी सभी को बधाई देता हूं।
2-मैं इस कार्यक्रम में अपने भाषण के माध्यम से जो मांग रखता वो इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से रख रहा हूं। आशा करता हूं 6 महीने में की जा रही इस सातवीं यात्रा के दौरान आप इन्हें पूरी करेंगे।
3-राजस्थान खासकर शेखावटी के युवाओं की मांग पर अग्निवीर स्कीम को वापस लेकर सेना में परमानेंट भर्ती पूर्ववत जारी रखी जाए। 
4-राज्य सरकार ने अपने अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी को-ऑपरेटिव बैंकों से 21 लाख किसानों के 15,000 करोड़ रुपये के कर्जमाफ किए हैं। हमने केन्द्र सरकार को राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के कर्जमाफ करने के लिए वन टाइम सैटलमेंट का प्रस्ताव भेजा है।जिसमें किसानों का हिस्सा हम देंगे। इस मांग को पूरा किया जाए।
5-राजस्थान विधानसभा ने जातिगत जनगणना के लिए संकल्प पारित कर भेजा है। केन्द्र सरकार इस पर अविलंब निर्णय ले।
6-NMC की गाइडलाइंस के कारण हमारे तीन जिलों में खोले जा रहे मेडिकल कॉलेजों में केंद्र सरकार से कोई आर्थिक सहायता नहीं मिल रही है। ये पूरी तरह स्टेट फंडिंग से बन रहे हैं। इन आदिवासी बाहुल्य तीनों जिलों के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में भी केन्द्र सरकार 60 फीसदी की फंडिंग दे।

राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने सरदारपुरा विधानसभा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया है।हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के चुनावी हलफनामे पर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है।गहलोत के नामांकन में आपराधिक मामलों को छुपाने की शिकायत सामने आई है। हलफनामे में जानकारी छिपाने को लेकर बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग से गहलोत के नामांकन को खारिज करने की मांग की है।


राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने जोधपुर की सरदारपुरा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल किया है।भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उन पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी का कहना है कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में दो आपराधिक मामलों की जानकारी नहीं दी है।केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने कहा कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में जानबूझकर एफआईआर की जानकारी नहीं दी। उन पर जो दो आरोप लगे हैं, वो काफी गंभीर हैं। गहलोत को मुकदमों की पूरी जानकारी थी लेकिन उन्होंने हलफनामे में इसका जिक्र नहीं किया।


शपथ पत्र में दो मामले छुपाने का आरोप
बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने सरदारपुरा रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर संजय कुमार बासु को मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से तथ्य छिपाने को लेकर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस मामले में शिकायत के बाद जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने रिटर्निग ऑफिसर से मामले की जानकारी मांगी है।कार्यकर्ताओं ने एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ के जरिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के पास ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस शिकायत के बाद भाजपा की ओर से एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि गहलोत के खिलाफ न्यायालय में पांच मामले चल रहे हैं। लेकिन गहलोत ने सभी मामलों का उल्लेख नहीं किया है। उन्होंने तथ्य छुपाते हुए दिल्ली के दो मामलों को नहीं बताया है। जबकि उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र में पांच की जगह तीन मामलों का उल्लेख किया हैं। इनमें एक दिल्ली और दो जयपुर के बताए गए हैं। 


कौन से दो मामलों के तथ्य छिपाए गए है

आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की राजस्थान यात्रा से पहले राजनीति भी शुरू हो गई है। दरअसल, पीएम की यात्रा से पहले राज्य के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने दावा किया कि इस कार्यक्रम में उनका भाषण हटा दिया गया। जिस पर पीएमओ ने जवाब दिया है। पीएमओ की ओर से गहलोत के आरोप का जवाब देते हुए कहा गया है कि हमने तो आपको बुलाया था लेकिन आपके ऑफिस ने आपके इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने को लेकर मना कर दिया।पीएमओ ने साफ किया है कि अशोक गहलोत को निमंत्रण भेजा गया था, लेकिन उनके दफ्तर ने ही आने में असमर्थता जताई थी।


आपको हर बार बुलाया गया-पीएमओ
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्विटर पर जवाब दिया है कि अशोक गहलोत जी, प्रोटोकोल के तहत आपको कार्यक्रम में बुलाया गया है और भाषण का वक्त भी दिया गया है। लेकिन आपके ऑफिस ने ही कहा था कि आप इसमें शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगे।प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की पुरानी यात्राओं के दौरान भी आपको हर बार बुलाया गया था, आप हर बार कार्यक्रम में शामिल भी हुए हैं।


आपकी उपस्थिति को पूरा महत्व दिया जाएगा-पीएमओ
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय ने ट्वीट में लिखा है कि आज के कार्यक्रम में आपका अभी भी स्वागत है, विकास से जुड़े कामों की प्लेट पर आपका नाम लिखा गया है। जबतक चोट की वजह से आपको आने में कोई शारीरिक असमर्थता ना हो, आपकी उपस्थिति को पूरा महत्व दिया जाएगा।


सीएम गहलोत ने क्या कहा था?

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज राजस्थान के दौरे पर जाएंगे। प्रधानमंत्री राजस्थान के सीकर में पीएम किसान समृद्धि केंद्र राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे। इससे पहले, राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने बड़ा आरोप लगाया है।मुख्यमंत्री का आरोप है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय में पीएम के कार्यक्रम से उनका भाषण हटा दिया है।अशोक गहलोत ने इसको लेकर सीएम गहलोत ने ट्वीट करके प्रधानमंत्री पर कई तंज भी कसे हैं।


राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा है, माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी, आज आप राजस्थान पधार रहे हैं। आपके कार्यालय PMO ने मेरा पूर्व निर्धारित 3 मिनट का संबोधन कार्यक्रम से हटा दिया है इसलिए मैं आपका भाषण के माध्यम से स्वागत नहीं कर सकूंगा अतः मैं इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से आपका राजस्थान में तहेदिल से स्वागत करता हूं।


अपने ट्वीट में गहलोत ने आगे कहा कि मैं इस कार्यक्रम में अपने भाषण के माध्यम से जो मांग रखता वो इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से रख रहा हूं। आशा करता हूं 6 महीने में की जा रही इस सातवीं यात्रा के दौरान आप इन्हें पूरी करेंगे।


सीएम गहलोत ने पीएम मोदी के सामने रखी ये मांगे-
1-आज हो रहे 12 मेडिकल कॉलेजों के लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास राजस्थान सरकार व केंद्र की भागीदारी का परिणाम है। इन मेडिकल कॉलेजों की परियोजना लागत 3,689 करोड़ रुपये है जिसमें 2,213 करोड़ केन्द्र का और 1,476 करोड़ राज्य सरकार का अंशदान है। मैं राज्य सरकार की ओर से भी सभी को बधाई देता हूं।
2-मैं इस कार्यक्रम में अपने भाषण के माध्यम से जो मांग रखता वो इस ट्वीट के माध्यम से रख रहा हूं। आशा करता हूं 6 महीने में की जा रही इस सातवीं यात्रा के दौरान आप इन्हें पूरी करेंगे।
3-राजस्थान खासकर शेखावटी के युवाओं की मांग पर अग्निवीर स्कीम को वापस लेकर सेना में परमानेंट भर्ती पूर्ववत जारी रखी जाए। 
4-राज्य सरकार ने अपने अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी को-ऑपरेटिव बैंकों से 21 लाख किसानों के 15,000 करोड़ रुपये के कर्जमाफ किए हैं। हमने केन्द्र सरकार को राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के कर्जमाफ करने के लिए वन टाइम सैटलमेंट का प्रस्ताव भेजा है।जिसमें किसानों का हिस्सा हम देंगे। इस मांग को पूरा किया जाए।
5-राजस्थान विधानसभा ने जातिगत जनगणना के लिए संकल्प पारित कर भेजा है। केन्द्र सरकार इस पर अविलंब निर्णय ले।
6-NMC की गाइडलाइंस के कारण हमारे तीन जिलों में खोले जा रहे मेडिकल कॉलेजों में केंद्र सरकार से कोई आर्थिक सहायता नहीं मिल रही है। ये पूरी तरह स्टेट फंडिंग से बन रहे हैं। इन आदिवासी बाहुल्य तीनों जिलों के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में भी केन्द्र सरकार 60 फीसदी की फंडिंग दे।
