2030 तक 1.06 लाख करोड़ होगा भारत का जियोस्पेशियल मार्केट: अमिताभ कांत

 नई दिल्ली। नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आयाेजित तीन-दिवसीय (2-4 दिसंबर) जियोस्मार्ट वर्ल्ड कॉन्फ्रेंस एंड एक्सपो 2025 की शुरुआत हुई, जिसमें भारत के भू-स्थानिक एवं अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में हुए तीव्र और परिवर्तनकारी बदलावों को रेखांकित किया गया। उद्घाटन वक्तव्य में कहा गया कि भारत की यह यात्रा “तेज़ गति से विकसित हुई है और इसने देश के विकास, संसाधन प्रबंधन और नीति-निर्माण के तरीकों को नए सिरे से परिभाषित किया है।   
कार्यक्रम के पहले दिन (एलएंडटी, एचसीएल, इंडिगो, फेयरफैक्स फाइनेंशियल होल्डिंग्स), पूर्व जी20 शेरपा एवं नीति आयोग के पूर्व सीईओ अमिताभ कांत ने कहा कि भारत का ₹50,000 करोड़ का भू-स्थानिक बाजार 2030 तक दोगुना होकर ₹1.06 लाख करोड़ तक पहुंचने की संभावना है, जबकि भारत की अंतरिक्ष अर्थव्यवस्था 2033 तक 44 बिलियन डाॅलर तक पहुंचने का अनुमान है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये आंकड़े भारत की महत्वाकांक्षाओं को और ऊंचा स्थापित करने का संकेत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने 2021 में भारी विरोध के बावजूद भू-स्थानिक सेक्टर को खोला। आज संभावनाएँ अपार हैं, लेकिन नवाचार की गति भारत के 30-ट्रिलियन डॉलर अर्थव्यवस्था बनने के लक्ष्य के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए। भू-स्थानिक तकनीकें आधारभूत हैं—बिना इनके ‘विकसित भारत’ संभव नहीं। उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि बंद या प्रतिबंधित डेटा नवाचार को धीमा करता है, और भारत को वैश्विक नेताओं—यूके, सिंगापुर और नॉर्डिक देशों—की तरह आगे बढ़ने के लिए ओपन, इंटरऑपरेबल और मशीन-रीडेबल डेटा अपनाना होगा। 
 उद्योग को चुनौती देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 12 महीनों में भारत का एक ऐसा वास्तविक शहर विकसित करें जो लाइव भू-स्थानिक और AI ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम पर चले—कोई पायलट नहीं, कोई डेमो नहीं। एक वास्तविक शहर, वास्तविक सुधारों के साथ। ऐसा शहर वैश्विक मानक स्थापित कर सकता है।   पंचायती राज मंत्रालय के सचिव विवेक भारद्वाज  ने स्वामित्व कार्यक्रम की उपलब्धियों को रेखांकित करते हुए बताया कि कैसे सरल भू-स्थानिक उपकरणों ने ग्रामीण भारत में आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को गति दी है। 
उन्होंने बताया कि 3.5 लाख से अधिक गाँवों का सर्वेक्षण पूरा किया जा चुका है, 3 करोड़ से अधिक प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड जारी किए गए हैं और सत्यापित भू-स्थानिक मैप्स ने करोड़ों नागरिकों को विवाद समाधान, ऋण सुविधा और संपत्ति अधिकार प्रदान किए हैं।  उन्होंने बताया कि यह केवल मैपिंग नहीं है—यह ग्रामीण भारत की आर्थिक और सामाजिक कहानी को नए सिरे से लिख रहा है।”  भूमि संसाधन विभाग के सचिव मनोज जोशी ने भारत के लैंड स्टैक (Land Stack) की अवधारणा काे प्रस्तुत करते हुए कहा कि इसमें राष्ट्रीय बेस मैप, सत्यापित प्लॉट सीमाएँ और एकीकृत भू-खंड डेटा शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सटीक भूमि मानचित्र पारदर्शी शासन, प्रभावी योजना और नागरिक विश्वास की रीढ़ हैं।   
भू-स्थानिक डेटा प्रमोशन एवं डेवलपमेंट समिति के अध्यक्ष श्रीकांत सत्री ने हाल ही में विमानन क्षेत्र में जीपीएस व्यवधान की घटनाओं का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि विदेशी प्रणालियों पर निर्भरता जोखिमपूर्ण है। भू-स्थानिक केवल तकनीक नहीं है यह भारत की आर्थिक शक्ति और तकनीकी संप्रभुता की नींव है। उन्होंने ऑपरेशन द्रोणगिरि की सफलता साझा की, जिसमें बहु-एजेंसी समन्वय और भू-स्थानिक-स्पेस इंटेलिजेंस ने किसानों को वास्तविक लाभ प्रदान किए।  सांख्यिकी एवं कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन मंत्रालय के सचिव डॉ. सौरभ गर्ग ने भू-स्थानिक डेटा के राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी ढाँचे से एकीकरण की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे योजना, निगरानी और सेवा वितरण में सटीकता और प्रभावशीलता बढ़ेगी।  एसरी इंडिया (Esri India) के प्रबंध निदेशक अगेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि पूरे देश में जीआईएस का उपयोग तेजी से बढ़ा है और आज एसरी इंडिया के प्लेटफॉर्म पर 800 से अधिक प्रामाणिक डेटासेट उपलब्ध हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भू-स्थानिक तकनीक अब राष्ट्रीय विकास का रणनीतिक साधन है—और भारत इसे नई ऊँचाइयों तक ले जाने के लिए तैयार है।   डिजिटल एवं आईटी, जीएमआर ग्रुप के समूह अध्यक्ष डॉ. राहुल शांडिल्य ने वेक्सेल (Vexcel) के साथ मिलकर राष्ट्रीय स्पैटियल डेटा बैंक बनाने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि उच्च-रिज़ॉल्यूशन एरियल डेटा से भू-खंड मैपिंग, अधोसंरचना निगरानी, शहरी लचीलापन, पर्यावरणीय अंतर्दृष्टियां सभी में क्रांतिकारी सुधार होंगे।   सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया के अतिरिक्त सर्वेयर जनरल एसके सिन्हा ने वन नेशन-वन मैप की अवधारणा को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा कि विकेंद्रीकृत डेटा स्वामित्व और केन्द्रीय एकीकरण मिलकर एक सशक्त भू-स्थानिक ढाँचा तैयार कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मैप अब स्थिर दस्तावेज नहीं—वे गतिशील परिसंपत्तियाँ हैं जो सटीक शासन और राष्ट्रीय संप्रभुता को मजबूत करती हैं।  
 इस साल, जियोस्मार्ट इंडिया एक्सपो 2025 के लॉन्च के साथ अनुभव को और बेहतर बना रहे हैं, जो भारत के जियोस्पेशियल और स्पेस टेक्नोलॉजी के विकास को आगे बढ़ा रहा है, जो अब विजन, इनोवेशन और लीडरशिप के एक बड़े मेल में बदल रहा है। यह एडिशन एक आम इंडस्ट्री एक्सपो की सीमाओं को पार करके एक नेशनल मूवमेंट बन गया है।  तीन बदलाव आने वाले दिनों में, यह इवेंट स्टेकहोल्डर्स के एक असाधारण क्रॉस-सेक्शन को इकट्ठा करेगा जिनमें केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों, रक्षा एजेंसियों और स्मार्ट सिटी अथॉरिटीज से लेकर ग्लोबल टेक्नोलॉजी फर्मों, घरेलू स्टार्टअप्स और एकेडमिक संस्थानों तक सभी भारत के डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के अगले युग की रूपरेखा तैयार करने के लिए एक साथ आएंगे। बड़े एग्जिबिशन स्पेस, बेमिसाल नेटवर्किंग मौकों और नए भारत के लक्ष्यों को दिखाने वाले जबरदस्त शोकेस के साथ, जियोस्मार्ट इंडिया एक्सपो 2025 नए मापक, संप्रभुता और भविष्य की तैयारी का सबसे बड़ा सेलिब्रेशन है।

ज़िलाधिकारी ने उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना के भू-अर्जन कार्य को 15 दिसंबर तक पूरा करने का दिया निर्देश


गया के ज़िलाधिकारी शशांक शुभंकर की अध्यक्षता में आज उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना (North Koel Reservoir Project) की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। यह परियोजना ₹1367.61 करोड़ की लागत से झारखंड और बिहार के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण अंतर-राज्यीय सिंचाई और जल संसाधन परियोजना है, जो मुख्य रूप से बिहार के गया और औरंगाबाद जिलों में कृषि उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सिंचाई सुविधाएँ प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। 

उन्होंने परियोजना से संबंधित भू-अर्जन (Land Acquisition) के कार्य को 15 दिसंबर 2025 से पहले हर हाल में समाप्त करने का निर्देश संबंधित सभी अंचलाधिकारी को दिया। उन्होंने भू-अर्जन की प्रगति की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि गया जी ज़िला में 96.749 हेक्टेयर के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 5.350 हेक्टेयर ज़मीन प्राप्त की गई है। बैठक में बताया गया कि उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना फेज-1 के तहत कुल 206.153 एकड़ रकवा है। जिसमे मुख्य रूप से 3 अंचल के क्षेत्र पड़ता है। गुरारू अंचल में 190 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 20 मौजा है और 400 से अधिक संख्या में रैयत हैं। गुरुआ अंचल में 46.50 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 12 मौजा है और 450 की संख्या में रैयत हैं। कोच अंचल में 34.16 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 5 मौजा है और 225 रैयत की संख्या है. ज़िलाधिकारी ने सभी 3 अंचलों के अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि आज से ही सभी अपने क्षेत्रों में कैम्प लगाकर रैयतों का एलपीसी बनाने एवं निर्गत करवाने, कैम्प में ही बटवारा चार्ट, सहमति पत्र इत्यादि कागजात रैयतों को बनवाने में मदद करने को कहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि किस व्यक्ति के पास कितना रैयत है उसका मौजावार रैयतों की सूची तैयार करे। उन्होंने अपर समाहर्ता राजस्व को निर्देश दिया है कि प्रत्येक मौजावर एक एक अमीन कल से ही प्रतिनियुक्ति करें। इसके अलावा गुरारू अंचल के लिए भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता टेकारी, कोच अंचल के लिए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी टिकारी एवं गुरुआ अंचल के लिए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी शेरघाटी को वरीय पदाधिकारी के रूप में लगाया गया है ताकि उक्त परियोजना का प्रतिदिन दैनिक समीक्षा करेंगे एवं तेजी से भूअर्जन प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करवाएंगे।

ज़िलाधिकारी ने जिला भूअर्जन पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया है कि रैयतों के बीच भूअर्जन संबंधित नोटिस तामिला तेजी से करवाने को कहा है। 

परियोजना की विवरण

उत्तर कोयल नदी झारखंड राज्य में बहती है। इसका उद्गम स्थल छोटा नागपुर पठार है और यह लातेहार जिले में प्रवेश करती है। यह नदी सोन नदी में मिल जाती है। यहां से सीधे पलामू, गढ़वा औरंगाबाद एवं गया जिले में सिंचाई प्रणाली को जोड़ता है। मुख्य नहर से शाखा नहर, शाखा नहर से वितरणी नहर- उप वितरणी नहर- लघु नहर के माध्यम से होते हुए किसानों के खेतों तक सिचाई के लिये पानी मिलता है. मुख्य नहर को पुनर्जीवित किया जा रहा है, संरचनाओं का पक्कीकरण किया जा रहा है ताकि अंतिम बिंदु तक सिचाई हेतु पानी जा सके. यह परियोजना के पूर्ण होने से गया ज़िले के लगभग 25 से 30 हजार हेक्टेयर से अधिक सिचाई क्षमता में और इजाफा होगा। इस परियोजना में मुख्य रूप से गया ज़िले के 5 अंचल क्षेत्र यथा आमस, गुरुआ, गुरारू, कोच एवं परैया में सिंचाई क्षमता बढ़ेगी. बैठक में सहायक समाहर्ता, अपर समाहर्ता राजस्व, ज़िला भूअर्जन पदाधिकारी, अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी शेरघाटी, डीसीएलआर शेरघाटी, डीसीएलआर टिकारी, उत्तर कोयल नहर परियोजना सिंचाई विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, संबंधित अंचलों के अंचल अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

 कोडरमा के समाहरणालय सभागार में राजस्व मामलों पर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन
हजारीबाग उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल के अंतर्गत आने वाले कोडरमा जिले के समाहरणालय सभागार में आज उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार की अध्यक्षता में राजस्व संबंधी मामलों पर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला में विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया और राजस्व मामलो से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।
कार्यशाला में The Bihar Tenants Holding (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973 की धारा 14, 15, 16 एवं 18, CNT Act, 1908 की धारा 46 एवं 49 तथा BLR Act, 1950 की धारा 4(h) के , Bihar Tenants Holdings ( Maintenance of Record) Act, 1973, JBCA , Khas Mahal Land के विभिन्न प्रावधानों तथा उसके अंतर्गत लंबित केस हिस्ट्री की समीक्षा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त CNT Act, 1908 के सभी 13 संशोधनों पर भी विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।
बैठक में भूमि हस्तांतरण, भूमि अधिग्रहण, बंदोबस्ती, लीज, दाखिल-खारिज, केवाला, खतियान जमाबंदी, एसी कोर्ट/डीसी कोर्ट मामलों, भूमि वापसी से जुड़े आदेशों, उत्तराधिकार, वंशावली, पारिवारिक प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य राजस्व मामलों पर विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार ने अंचलवार व विभागवार लंबित प्रकरणों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की तथा मामलों के निष्पादन में आ रही चुनौतियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को विभिन्न नियमों एवं प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी देते हुए मामलों के समयबद्ध निष्पादन पर विशेष जोर दिया। आयुक्त ने कहा कि राजस्व मामलों का निष्पादन उच्च प्राथमिकता से किया जाए, क्योंकि ये सीधे आम जनता से जुड़े होते हैं। सभी प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता एवं संवेदनशीलता अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित की जाए। कार्यशाला का समापन सभी अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशानिर्देशों के साथ किया गया, ताकि राजस्व मामलों के निपटान की गति एवं गुणवत्ता में सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (NCERT) ने 7वीं के सिलेबस में बड़ा बदलाव किया है। हिस्‍ट्री, जियोग्राफी की टेक्‍स्‍टबुक्‍स से मुगल सल्‍तनत और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत के टॉपिक्‍स हटा दिए गए हैं, जबकि महाकुंभ समेत गर्वनमेंट इनीशिएटिव जैसे मेक इन इंडिया और बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ को किताबों में जोड़ा गया है। यह कदम राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP) और राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या ढांचे (NCFSE) 2023 के अनुरूप उठाया गया। इस फैसले का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय परंपराओं, दर्शन, शिक्षा व्यवस्था और स्थानीय संदर्भ को बढ़ावा देना है।

  

एनसीईआरटी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, फिलहाल जो पुस्तकें जारी की गई हैं वे पहले भाग की हैं। दूसरे भाग की पुस्तकें आने वाले महीनों में आएंगी। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने इस बात की पुष्टि नहीं की है कि हटाए गए चैप्टर्स अगली किताबों में शामिल होंगे या नहीं। नई किताब “Exploring Society: India and Beyond” में अब मौर्य, मगध, शुंग और सातवाहन जैसे प्राचीन भारतीय राजवंशों पर चैप्टर्स हैं।

हाल ही में संपन्न महाकुंभ मेले का जिक्र
नई किताबों में बच्चों को ‘How the Land Becomes Sacred’ नाम के चैप्टर्स में भारत और धार्मिक स्थानों और तीर्थ यात्राओं का जिक्र किया गया है। इसमें चार धाम यात्रा, 12 ज्योतिर्लिंग और शक्ति पीठों के साथ-साथ नदियों के संगम, पर्वत और जंगलों को सेकर्ड प्लेसेस के रूप में दर्शाया गया है। हाल ही में प्रयागराज में आयोजित किए गए महाकुंभ मेला में भाग लेने वाले 66 करोड़ लोगों का उल्लेख भी किताब में किया गया है। टेक्स्ट बुक में वहां हुई भगदड़ और मौतों का जिक्र नहीं किया गया है।

सरकारी योजनाओं को भी मिली किताबों में जगह
इसके अलावा, नई पाठ्यपुस्तक में भारतीय सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का भी उल्लेख किया गया है। इनमें ‘मेक इन इंडिया’, ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ और ‘अटल सुरंग’ जैसी योजनाओं का समावेश है, जो देश की विकासात्मक दिशा और भविष्य को आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, भारत के संविधान पर एक अध्याय में यह बताया गया है कि 2004 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने के अधिकार को नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकार में शामिल किया। हालांकि, इस बदलाव को लेकर कुछ आलोचनाएं भी सामने आई हैं, खासकर किताबों में ‘भगवाकरण’ के आरोप लगने के कारण।

किताबों के नए नाम भी जारी
हाल ही में, NCERT ने विभिन्न कक्षाओं के लिए किताबों के नए नाम जारी किए। कक्षा 1 और कक्षा 2 की इंग्लिश किताबों का नाम मैरीगोल्ड (MARIGOLD) से बदलकर 'मृदंग (MRIDANG)' और कक्षा 3 की पुस्तक का नाम 'संतूर (SANTOOR)' रखा गया है। कक्षा 6 की की इंग्लिश किताब का नाम 'हनीसकल (HONEYSUCKLE)' से बदलकर 'पूर्वी (POORVI)' कर दिया गया है। मैथ्स की किताबों के लिए भी यही पैटर्न अपनाया गया है। कक्षा 6 की गणित की किताब, जो पहले इंग्लिश में मैथमेटिक्स और हिंदी में गणित थी, अब दोनों भाषाओं में यह गणित नाम से आएगी।

पहले भी कम किए गए थे मुगल और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत के हिस्से
इससे पहले एनसीईआरटी ने कोविड-19 महामारी के समय मुगल और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत से जुड़े कई हिस्‍सों को कम कर दिया था। इसमें तुगल‍क, खिलजी, लोधी और मुगलों के उपलब्धियों के टॉपिक्‍स शामिल थे। अब इन टॉपिक्‍स को पूरी तरह किताबों से हटा दिया गया है।

कांग्रेस सांसद प्रियंका गांधी के पति और बिजनेसमैन रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने समन भेजा है। रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को लैंड डील मामले में पीएमएलए के तहत ईडी का समन भेजा गया है। इससे पहले 8 अप्रैल को भी बुलाया था पर वाड्रा पहुंचे नहीं थे। ईडी की तरफ से जारी नए समन में आज यानी की 15 अप्रैल को हाजिर होने के आदेश दिए गए हैं।

ईडी के दूसरे समन के बाद वाड्रा ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय दफ्तर के लिए रवाना होने से पहले मीडिया से बातचीत की। इस दौरान सरकार पर हमला बोला है और कहा कि सरकार बदले के तहत कारवाई कर रही है। मुझे नहीं पता कि दोष क्या है। जांच एजेंसियों का गलत इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे कुछ भी छिपाने की जरुरत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि 20 साल से अब तक उन्हें कुछ भी नहीं मिला है, अगर कुछ है तो सामने लाया जाए।

इससे पहले ईडी ने मंगलवार को हरियाणा के शिकोहपुर भूमि सौदे से जुड़ी मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच के सिलसिले में रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को समन भेजा है। वाड्रा पहले समन पर उपस्थित नहीं हुए थे, जो 8 अप्रैल को जारी किया गया था। उन्हें पूछताछ के लिए ईडी के सामने उपस्थित होने के लिए कहा गया, क्योंकि केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी उनकी फर्म स्काईलाइट हॉस्पिटैलिटी से संबंधित कथित वित्तीय अनियमितताओं की जांच कर रही है।
 
ईडी के अनुसार, वाड्रा की कंपनी ने फरवरी 2008 में ओंकारेश्वर प्रॉपर्टीज से गुड़गांव के शिकोहपुर में 3.5 एकड़ का प्लॉट 7.5 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा था। वाड्रा की कंपनी ने इसके बाद, इस जमीन को रियल एस्टेट दिग्गज डीएलएफ को 58 करोड़ रुपये में बेच दिया। इससे हुई इनकम से मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग का शक है। केंद्रीय एजेंसी इस अप्रत्याशित प्रोफिट के पीछे की जांच कर रही है।

Bihar Land Survey: जमीन मालिकों के लिए खुशखबरी, सरकार ने बढ़ाया भूमि सर्वे के आवेदन का समय
भोजपुर जिले में रैयतों के द्वारा जमीन के सर्वे (Bihar Land Survey) में कम दिलचस्पी दिखाई जा रही है। इस वजह से भोजपुर में जमीन सर्वे का कार्य काफी धीमी गति से चल रहा है। जिले में अपडेट की गई पंजी 2 के अनुसार, लगभग 10 लाख से ज्यादा जमाबंदियों की संख्या है। इतनी बड़ी संख्या होने के बाद भी अब तक केवल 2,81,694 आवेदन ऑनलाइन और आफलाइन दोनों मिलकर जमा किए गए हैं।
मालूम हो जिले में इन दिनों एक बार फिर से जमीन सर्वे के लिए आवेदन जमा करने का समय बढ़ा दिया गया है। इस बार बिहार सरकार के द्वारा आवेदन जमा करने में बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। पहले जहां शपथ पत्र और वंशावली जमा करने के दौरान आवेदन और संबंधित कागजात जमा किए जाते थे। अब उसमें बदलाव करते हुए केवल आवेदन भी रैयत जमा कर सकते हैं।
रैयतों को मिली सहूलियत
इसके बाद जब सर्वे का कार्य शुरू होगा तब वह अपने संबंधित आवेदन के पक्ष में कागजात जमा कर सकते हैं। इससे रैयतों को काफी सहूलियत मिली है। मालूम हो भोजपुर जिले में कुल खेसरा की संख्या 20,39,431 है। पंजी दो के अनुसार, जिले में 10,03,228 जमाबंदियों की संख्या है। इसमें से अब तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन 1,26,089 और ऑफलाइन आवेदन 1,55,605 जमा किए गए
इस प्रकार कुल मिलाकर 2,81,694 आवेदन अब तक जमा हो चुके हैं। दूसरी तरफ, रैयतों के द्वारा जमा किए गए आवेदनों को कंप्यूटर |परेटर के द्वारा उसे अपलोड करने का कार्य भी तेजी से चलने लगा है। जिले के कुल 1157 राजस्व ग्रामों में से 581 में रैयतों के द्वारा दिए गए आवेदनों को अपलोड कर दिया गया है।
जिला सहायक बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारी पंकज कुमार ने आम रैयतों से अपील की है कि वे जल्द से जल्द ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन बगैर जमीन कागजात के भी आवेदन जमा करें। यदि किसी रैयत के पास कागजात हैं तो वह भी आवेदन के साथ जमा कर सकते हैं, परंतु इसकी कोई बाध्यता नहीं है।
1157 राजस्व ग्रामों में से 581 में दिया गया आवेदन हुआ अपलोड
भोजपुर जिले में कुल राजस्व ग्रामों की संख्या 1157 है। जिसमें ग्राम सभा कर सबको जानकारी दिए जाने के साथ शपथ पत्र और वंशावली जमा की जा रही है। अब तक इन 1157 गांव में से 581 राजस्व ग्रामों में रैयतों के द्वारा दिए गए आवेदन को अपलोड किया जा चुका है।
सबसे ज्यादा पीरो और तरारी अंचल क्षेत्र के 55 और 54 राजस्व ग्रामों में कागजातों को अपलोड किया गया है, वही सबसे कम संदेश अंचल में केवल 29 राजस्व ग्रामों में कागजात अपलोड हुए हैं।

 नई दिल्ली। नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आयाेजित तीन-दिवसीय (2-4 दिसंबर) जियोस्मार्ट वर्ल्ड कॉन्फ्रेंस एंड एक्सपो 2025 की शुरुआत हुई, जिसमें भारत के भू-स्थानिक एवं अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में हुए तीव्र और परिवर्तनकारी बदलावों को रेखांकित किया गया। उद्घाटन वक्तव्य में कहा गया कि भारत की यह यात्रा “तेज़ गति से विकसित हुई है और इसने देश के विकास, संसाधन प्रबंधन और नीति-निर्माण के तरीकों को नए सिरे से परिभाषित किया है।   
कार्यक्रम के पहले दिन (एलएंडटी, एचसीएल, इंडिगो, फेयरफैक्स फाइनेंशियल होल्डिंग्स), पूर्व जी20 शेरपा एवं नीति आयोग के पूर्व सीईओ अमिताभ कांत ने कहा कि भारत का ₹50,000 करोड़ का भू-स्थानिक बाजार 2030 तक दोगुना होकर ₹1.06 लाख करोड़ तक पहुंचने की संभावना है, जबकि भारत की अंतरिक्ष अर्थव्यवस्था 2033 तक 44 बिलियन डाॅलर तक पहुंचने का अनुमान है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये आंकड़े भारत की महत्वाकांक्षाओं को और ऊंचा स्थापित करने का संकेत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने 2021 में भारी विरोध के बावजूद भू-स्थानिक सेक्टर को खोला। आज संभावनाएँ अपार हैं, लेकिन नवाचार की गति भारत के 30-ट्रिलियन डॉलर अर्थव्यवस्था बनने के लक्ष्य के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए। भू-स्थानिक तकनीकें आधारभूत हैं—बिना इनके ‘विकसित भारत’ संभव नहीं। उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि बंद या प्रतिबंधित डेटा नवाचार को धीमा करता है, और भारत को वैश्विक नेताओं—यूके, सिंगापुर और नॉर्डिक देशों—की तरह आगे बढ़ने के लिए ओपन, इंटरऑपरेबल और मशीन-रीडेबल डेटा अपनाना होगा। 
 उद्योग को चुनौती देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि अगले 12 महीनों में भारत का एक ऐसा वास्तविक शहर विकसित करें जो लाइव भू-स्थानिक और AI ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम पर चले—कोई पायलट नहीं, कोई डेमो नहीं। एक वास्तविक शहर, वास्तविक सुधारों के साथ। ऐसा शहर वैश्विक मानक स्थापित कर सकता है।   पंचायती राज मंत्रालय के सचिव विवेक भारद्वाज  ने स्वामित्व कार्यक्रम की उपलब्धियों को रेखांकित करते हुए बताया कि कैसे सरल भू-स्थानिक उपकरणों ने ग्रामीण भारत में आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को गति दी है। 
उन्होंने बताया कि 3.5 लाख से अधिक गाँवों का सर्वेक्षण पूरा किया जा चुका है, 3 करोड़ से अधिक प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड जारी किए गए हैं और सत्यापित भू-स्थानिक मैप्स ने करोड़ों नागरिकों को विवाद समाधान, ऋण सुविधा और संपत्ति अधिकार प्रदान किए हैं।  उन्होंने बताया कि यह केवल मैपिंग नहीं है—यह ग्रामीण भारत की आर्थिक और सामाजिक कहानी को नए सिरे से लिख रहा है।”  भूमि संसाधन विभाग के सचिव मनोज जोशी ने भारत के लैंड स्टैक (Land Stack) की अवधारणा काे प्रस्तुत करते हुए कहा कि इसमें राष्ट्रीय बेस मैप, सत्यापित प्लॉट सीमाएँ और एकीकृत भू-खंड डेटा शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सटीक भूमि मानचित्र पारदर्शी शासन, प्रभावी योजना और नागरिक विश्वास की रीढ़ हैं।

ज़िलाधिकारी ने उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना के भू-अर्जन कार्य को 15 दिसंबर तक पूरा करने का दिया निर्देश


गया के ज़िलाधिकारी शशांक शुभंकर की अध्यक्षता में आज उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना (North Koel Reservoir Project) की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। यह परियोजना ₹1367.61 करोड़ की लागत से झारखंड और बिहार के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण अंतर-राज्यीय सिंचाई और जल संसाधन परियोजना है, जो मुख्य रूप से बिहार के गया और औरंगाबाद जिलों में कृषि उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सिंचाई सुविधाएँ प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। 

उन्होंने परियोजना से संबंधित भू-अर्जन (Land Acquisition) के कार्य को 15 दिसंबर 2025 से पहले हर हाल में समाप्त करने का निर्देश संबंधित सभी अंचलाधिकारी को दिया। उन्होंने भू-अर्जन की प्रगति की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि गया जी ज़िला में 96.749 हेक्टेयर के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 5.350 हेक्टेयर ज़मीन प्राप्त की गई है। बैठक में बताया गया कि उत्तर कोयल जलाशय परियोजना फेज-1 के तहत कुल 206.153 एकड़ रकवा है। जिसमे मुख्य रूप से 3 अंचल के क्षेत्र पड़ता है। गुरारू अंचल में 190 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 20 मौजा है और 400 से अधिक संख्या में रैयत हैं। गुरुआ अंचल में 46.50 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 12 मौजा है और 450 की संख्या में रैयत हैं। कोच अंचल में 34.16 एकड़ का क्षेत्र पड़ता है। इसमें 5 मौजा है और 225 रैयत की संख्या है. ज़िलाधिकारी ने सभी 3 अंचलों के अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि आज से ही सभी अपने क्षेत्रों में कैम्प लगाकर रैयतों का एलपीसी बनाने एवं निर्गत करवाने, कैम्प में ही बटवारा चार्ट, सहमति पत्र इत्यादि कागजात रैयतों को बनवाने में मदद करने को कहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि किस व्यक्ति के पास कितना रैयत है उसका मौजावार रैयतों की सूची तैयार करे। उन्होंने अपर समाहर्ता राजस्व को निर्देश दिया है कि प्रत्येक मौजावर एक एक अमीन कल से ही प्रतिनियुक्ति करें। इसके अलावा गुरारू अंचल के लिए भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता टेकारी, कोच अंचल के लिए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी टिकारी एवं गुरुआ अंचल के लिए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी शेरघाटी को वरीय पदाधिकारी के रूप में लगाया गया है ताकि उक्त परियोजना का प्रतिदिन दैनिक समीक्षा करेंगे एवं तेजी से भूअर्जन प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करवाएंगे।

ज़िलाधिकारी ने जिला भूअर्जन पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया है कि रैयतों के बीच भूअर्जन संबंधित नोटिस तामिला तेजी से करवाने को कहा है। 

परियोजना की विवरण

उत्तर कोयल नदी झारखंड राज्य में बहती है। इसका उद्गम स्थल छोटा नागपुर पठार है और यह लातेहार जिले में प्रवेश करती है। यह नदी सोन नदी में मिल जाती है। यहां से सीधे पलामू, गढ़वा औरंगाबाद एवं गया जिले में सिंचाई प्रणाली को जोड़ता है। मुख्य नहर से शाखा नहर, शाखा नहर से वितरणी नहर- उप वितरणी नहर- लघु नहर के माध्यम से होते हुए किसानों के खेतों तक सिचाई के लिये पानी मिलता है. मुख्य नहर को पुनर्जीवित किया जा रहा है, संरचनाओं का पक्कीकरण किया जा रहा है ताकि अंतिम बिंदु तक सिचाई हेतु पानी जा सके. यह परियोजना के पूर्ण होने से गया ज़िले के लगभग 25 से 30 हजार हेक्टेयर से अधिक सिचाई क्षमता में और इजाफा होगा। इस परियोजना में मुख्य रूप से गया ज़िले के 5 अंचल क्षेत्र यथा आमस, गुरुआ, गुरारू, कोच एवं परैया में सिंचाई क्षमता बढ़ेगी. बैठक में सहायक समाहर्ता, अपर समाहर्ता राजस्व, ज़िला भूअर्जन पदाधिकारी, अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी शेरघाटी, डीसीएलआर शेरघाटी, डीसीएलआर टिकारी, उत्तर कोयल नहर परियोजना सिंचाई विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, संबंधित अंचलों के अंचल अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

हजारीबाग उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल के अंतर्गत आने वाले कोडरमा जिले के समाहरणालय सभागार में आज उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार की अध्यक्षता में राजस्व संबंधी मामलों पर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला में विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया और राजस्व मामलो से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।
कार्यशाला में The Bihar Tenants Holding (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973 की धारा 14, 15, 16 एवं 18, CNT Act, 1908 की धारा 46 एवं 49 तथा BLR Act, 1950 की धारा 4(h) के , Bihar Tenants Holdings ( Maintenance of Record) Act, 1973, JBCA , Khas Mahal Land के विभिन्न प्रावधानों तथा उसके अंतर्गत लंबित केस हिस्ट्री की समीक्षा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त CNT Act, 1908 के सभी 13 संशोधनों पर भी विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।
बैठक में भूमि हस्तांतरण, भूमि अधिग्रहण, बंदोबस्ती, लीज, दाखिल-खारिज, केवाला, खतियान जमाबंदी, एसी कोर्ट/डीसी कोर्ट मामलों, भूमि वापसी से जुड़े आदेशों, उत्तराधिकार, वंशावली, पारिवारिक प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य राजस्व मामलों पर विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त श्री पवन कुमार ने अंचलवार व विभागवार लंबित प्रकरणों की स्थिति की समीक्षा की तथा मामलों के निष्पादन में आ रही चुनौतियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को विभिन्न नियमों एवं प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी देते हुए मामलों के समयबद्ध निष्पादन पर विशेष जोर दिया। आयुक्त ने कहा कि राजस्व मामलों का निष्पादन उच्च प्राथमिकता से किया जाए, क्योंकि ये सीधे आम जनता से जुड़े होते हैं। सभी प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता एवं संवेदनशीलता अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित की जाए। कार्यशाला का समापन सभी अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशानिर्देशों के साथ किया गया, ताकि राजस्व मामलों के निपटान की गति एवं गुणवत्ता में सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (NCERT) ने 7वीं के सिलेबस में बड़ा बदलाव किया है। हिस्‍ट्री, जियोग्राफी की टेक्‍स्‍टबुक्‍स से मुगल सल्‍तनत और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत के टॉपिक्‍स हटा दिए गए हैं, जबकि महाकुंभ समेत गर्वनमेंट इनीशिएटिव जैसे मेक इन इंडिया और बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ को किताबों में जोड़ा गया है। यह कदम राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP) और राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या ढांचे (NCFSE) 2023 के अनुरूप उठाया गया। इस फैसले का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय परंपराओं, दर्शन, शिक्षा व्यवस्था और स्थानीय संदर्भ को बढ़ावा देना है।

  

एनसीईआरटी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, फिलहाल जो पुस्तकें जारी की गई हैं वे पहले भाग की हैं। दूसरे भाग की पुस्तकें आने वाले महीनों में आएंगी। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने इस बात की पुष्टि नहीं की है कि हटाए गए चैप्टर्स अगली किताबों में शामिल होंगे या नहीं। नई किताब “Exploring Society: India and Beyond” में अब मौर्य, मगध, शुंग और सातवाहन जैसे प्राचीन भारतीय राजवंशों पर चैप्टर्स हैं।

हाल ही में संपन्न महाकुंभ मेले का जिक्र
नई किताबों में बच्चों को ‘How the Land Becomes Sacred’ नाम के चैप्टर्स में भारत और धार्मिक स्थानों और तीर्थ यात्राओं का जिक्र किया गया है। इसमें चार धाम यात्रा, 12 ज्योतिर्लिंग और शक्ति पीठों के साथ-साथ नदियों के संगम, पर्वत और जंगलों को सेकर्ड प्लेसेस के रूप में दर्शाया गया है। हाल ही में प्रयागराज में आयोजित किए गए महाकुंभ मेला में भाग लेने वाले 66 करोड़ लोगों का उल्लेख भी किताब में किया गया है। टेक्स्ट बुक में वहां हुई भगदड़ और मौतों का जिक्र नहीं किया गया है।

सरकारी योजनाओं को भी मिली किताबों में जगह
इसके अलावा, नई पाठ्यपुस्तक में भारतीय सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का भी उल्लेख किया गया है। इनमें ‘मेक इन इंडिया’, ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ और ‘अटल सुरंग’ जैसी योजनाओं का समावेश है, जो देश की विकासात्मक दिशा और भविष्य को आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, भारत के संविधान पर एक अध्याय में यह बताया गया है कि 2004 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने के अधिकार को नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकार में शामिल किया। हालांकि, इस बदलाव को लेकर कुछ आलोचनाएं भी सामने आई हैं, खासकर किताबों में ‘भगवाकरण’ के आरोप लगने के कारण।

हाल ही में, NCERT ने विभिन्न कक्षाओं के लिए किताबों के नए नाम जारी किए। कक्षा 1 और कक्षा 2 की इंग्लिश किताबों का नाम मैरीगोल्ड (MARIGOLD) से बदलकर 'मृदंग (MRIDANG)' और कक्षा 3 की पुस्तक का नाम 'संतूर (SANTOOR)' रखा गया है। कक्षा 6 की की इंग्लिश किताब का नाम 'हनीसकल (HONEYSUCKLE)' से बदलकर 'पूर्वी (POORVI)' कर दिया गया है। मैथ्स की किताबों के लिए भी यही पैटर्न अपनाया गया है। कक्षा 6 की गणित की किताब, जो पहले इंग्लिश में मैथमेटिक्स और हिंदी में गणित थी, अब दोनों भाषाओं में यह गणित नाम से आएगी।

पहले भी कम किए गए थे मुगल और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत के हिस्से
इससे पहले एनसीईआरटी ने कोविड-19 महामारी के समय मुगल और दिल्‍ली सल्‍तनत से जुड़े कई हिस्‍सों को कम कर दिया था। इसमें तुगल‍क, खिलजी, लोधी और मुगलों के उपलब्धियों के टॉपिक्‍स शामिल थे। अब इन टॉपिक्‍स को पूरी तरह किताबों से हटा दिया गया है।

कांग्रेस सांसद प्रियंका गांधी के पति और बिजनेसमैन रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने समन भेजा है। रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को लैंड डील मामले में पीएमएलए के तहत ईडी का समन भेजा गया है। इससे पहले 8 अप्रैल को भी बुलाया था पर वाड्रा पहुंचे नहीं थे। ईडी की तरफ से जारी नए समन में आज यानी की 15 अप्रैल को हाजिर होने के आदेश दिए गए हैं।

ईडी के दूसरे समन के बाद वाड्रा ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय दफ्तर के लिए रवाना होने से पहले मीडिया से बातचीत की। इस दौरान सरकार पर हमला बोला है और कहा कि सरकार बदले के तहत कारवाई कर रही है। मुझे नहीं पता कि दोष क्या है। जांच एजेंसियों का गलत इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे कुछ भी छिपाने की जरुरत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि 20 साल से अब तक उन्हें कुछ भी नहीं मिला है, अगर कुछ है तो सामने लाया जाए।

इससे पहले ईडी ने मंगलवार को हरियाणा के शिकोहपुर भूमि सौदे से जुड़ी मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच के सिलसिले में रॉबर्ट वाड्रा को समन भेजा है। वाड्रा पहले समन पर उपस्थित नहीं हुए थे, जो 8 अप्रैल को जारी किया गया था। उन्हें पूछताछ के लिए ईडी के सामने उपस्थित होने के लिए कहा गया, क्योंकि केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी उनकी फर्म स्काईलाइट हॉस्पिटैलिटी से संबंधित कथित वित्तीय अनियमितताओं की जांच कर रही है।
 
ईडी के अनुसार, वाड्रा की कंपनी ने फरवरी 2008 में ओंकारेश्वर प्रॉपर्टीज से गुड़गांव के शिकोहपुर में 3.5 एकड़ का प्लॉट 7.5 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा था। वाड्रा की कंपनी ने इसके बाद, इस जमीन को रियल एस्टेट दिग्गज डीएलएफ को 58 करोड़ रुपये में बेच दिया। इससे हुई इनकम से मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग का शक है। केंद्रीय एजेंसी इस अप्रत्याशित प्रोफिट के पीछे की जांच कर रही है।

Bihar Land Survey: जमीन मालिकों के लिए खुशखबरी, सरकार ने बढ़ाया भूमि सर्वे के आवेदन का समय
भोजपुर जिले में रैयतों के द्वारा जमीन के सर्वे (Bihar Land Survey) में कम दिलचस्पी दिखाई जा रही है। इस वजह से भोजपुर में जमीन सर्वे का कार्य काफी धीमी गति से चल रहा है। जिले में अपडेट की गई पंजी 2 के अनुसार, लगभग 10 लाख से ज्यादा जमाबंदियों की संख्या है। इतनी बड़ी संख्या होने के बाद भी अब तक केवल 2,81,694 आवेदन ऑनलाइन और आफलाइन दोनों मिलकर जमा किए गए हैं।
मालूम हो जिले में इन दिनों एक बार फिर से जमीन सर्वे के लिए आवेदन जमा करने का समय बढ़ा दिया गया है। इस बार बिहार सरकार के द्वारा आवेदन जमा करने में बड़ा बदलाव किया गया है। पहले जहां शपथ पत्र और वंशावली जमा करने के दौरान आवेदन और संबंधित कागजात जमा किए जाते थे। अब उसमें बदलाव करते हुए केवल आवेदन भी रैयत जमा कर सकते हैं।
रैयतों को मिली सहूलियत
इसके बाद जब सर्वे का कार्य शुरू होगा तब वह अपने संबंधित आवेदन के पक्ष में कागजात जमा कर सकते हैं। इससे रैयतों को काफी सहूलियत मिली है। मालूम हो भोजपुर जिले में कुल खेसरा की संख्या 20,39,431 है। पंजी दो के अनुसार, जिले में 10,03,228 जमाबंदियों की संख्या है। इसमें से अब तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन 1,26,089 और ऑफलाइन आवेदन 1,55,605 जमा किए गए
इस प्रकार कुल मिलाकर 2,81,694 आवेदन अब तक जमा हो चुके हैं। दूसरी तरफ, रैयतों के द्वारा जमा किए गए आवेदनों को कंप्यूटर |परेटर के द्वारा उसे अपलोड करने का कार्य भी तेजी से चलने लगा है। जिले के कुल 1157 राजस्व ग्रामों में से 581 में रैयतों के द्वारा दिए गए आवेदनों को अपलोड कर दिया गया है।
जिला सहायक बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारी पंकज कुमार ने आम रैयतों से अपील की है कि वे जल्द से जल्द ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन बगैर जमीन कागजात के भी आवेदन जमा करें। यदि किसी रैयत के पास कागजात हैं तो वह भी आवेदन के साथ जमा कर सकते हैं, परंतु इसकी कोई बाध्यता नहीं है।
1157 राजस्व ग्रामों में से 581 में दिया गया आवेदन हुआ अपलोड
भोजपुर जिले में कुल राजस्व ग्रामों की संख्या 1157 है। जिसमें ग्राम सभा कर सबको जानकारी दिए जाने के साथ शपथ पत्र और वंशावली जमा की जा रही है। अब तक इन 1157 गांव में से 581 राजस्व ग्रामों में रैयतों के द्वारा दिए गए आवेदन को अपलोड किया जा चुका है।
सबसे ज्यादा पीरो और तरारी अंचल क्षेत्र के 55 और 54 राजस्व ग्रामों में कागजातों को अपलोड किया गया है, वही सबसे कम संदेश अंचल में केवल 29 राजस्व ग्रामों में कागजात अपलोड हुए हैं।
