  लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में चुनाव आयोग ने राज्य की अंतिम मतदाता सूची 6 मार्च 2026 को जारी करने की तैयारी पूरी कर ली है। सीईओ नवदीप रिणवा के अनुसार, इस बार लगभग 1.04 करोड़ मतदाताओं को नोटिस भेजा जाएगा, क्योंकि उनके रिकॉर्ड का मिलान वर्ष 2003 की मतदाता सूची से नहीं हो सका है।

नोटिस प्राप्त मतदाताओं को अपने नाम की पुष्टि के लिए मान्य 12 दस्तावेजों में से किसी एक को प्रस्तुत करना होगा। जिन लोग दस्तावेज पेश नहीं कर पाएंगे, उनके नाम अंतिम मतदाता सूची में शामिल नहीं होंगे।
  
राज्य की अंतिम मतदाता सूची में सभी 75 जिले और 403 विधानसभा क्षेत्र शामिल हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में कुल 1,72,486 बूथ और मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के 5,76,611 बूथ स्तरीय एजेंटों की मदद ली गई।

योग                         799जिलाधिकारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि आलेख्य प्रकाशन 06 जनवरी 2026 को प्रकाशित होने वाले वाली आलेख्य मतदाता सूची का अवलोकन उक्त स्थलों पर कर सकते हैं। दावे और आपत्तियां  06.01.2026 से 06.02.2026 तक प्राप्त की जायेंगी तथा उनका निस्तारण 27.02.2026 तक किये जाने हेतु आयोग द्वारा समय-सीमा निर्धारित की गयी है।आयोग द्वारा 04 अर्हक तिथियां निर्धारित की गयी हैं, अतः दावे और आपत्तियां प्राप्त करने की अवधि के दौरान यदि कोई मतदाता 01 जनवरी 2026 की अर्हता तिथि के अतिरिक्त 01 अप्रैल, 2026, 01 जुलाई, 2026 व 01 अक्टूबर, 2026 को अर्ह हो रहे हैं, तो ऐसे मतदाता अपना नाम मतदाता सूची में सम्मिलित कराने हेतु फार्म-6 (अनुलग्नक-प्ट) भरकर सम्बन्धित बूथ लेवल अधिकारी, निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी के पास जमा कर सकता है तथा निर्वाचक नामावली की किसी प्रविष्टि में संशोधन करने/मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र के प्रतिस्थापन/दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के चिन्हांकन करने/निवास परिवर्तन हो जाने के संबंध में फार्म-8 एवं घोषणा पत्र भरकर सम्बन्धित निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी को उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।मतदाता सूची में पंजीकरण कराने या किसी भी प्रकार की प्रविष्टि में संशोधन इत्यादि के लिए आॅनलाइन माध्यम से आयोग के ऐप ECINET mobile app  एवं https://voters.eci.gov.in  के माध्यम से भी फार्म-6 व फार्म-8 घोषणा-पत्र सहित सबमिट किया जा सकता है।

यूपी में SIR-2026 की ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूची जारी, 2.89 करोड़ नाम कटे, दावा–आपत्ति की अवधि शुरू


 
 
  
  

  
लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ मतदाता पुनरीक्षण–2026 (SIR-2026) के तहत सभी जिलों की ड्राफ्ट इलेक्टोरल रोल मंगलवार को मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी (सीईओ) नवदीप रिणवा द्वारा मीडिया के समक्ष जारी की गई। इस प्रक्रिया में 2.89 करोड़ मतदाताओं के नाम हटाए गए हैं, जबकि 1 करोड़ 4 लाख मतदाताओं को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। इस तरह कुल आंकड़ा 3 करोड़ 93 लाख तक पहुंच गया है।
  

  
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी कार्यालय के अनुसार 04 नवंबर 2025 से 26 दिसंबर 2025 के बीच प्रदेश के 12.55 करोड़ मतदाताओं से गणना प्रपत्र प्राप्त किए गए। पुनरीक्षण के दौरान 46.23 लाख मृत मतदाता, 2.17 करोड़ स्थानांतरित अथवा अनुपस्थित मतदाता तथा 25.47 लाख से अधिक दोहरी प्रविष्टि वाले मतदाता चिन्हित किए गए।
  

  
निर्वाचन आयोग ने 06 जनवरी 2026 को आलेख्य मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित कर दी है। इसके साथ ही दावा एवं आपत्ति की अवधि 06 जनवरी से 06 फरवरी 2026 तक निर्धारित की गई है। इस दौरान पात्र नागरिक फॉर्म-6 भरकर मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम जुड़वा सकते हैं, जबकि एक से अधिक स्थानों पर दर्ज नामों को नियमानुसार केवल एक ही स्थान पर रखा जाएगा।
  

  
सीईओ कार्यालय ने बताया कि विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण का उद्देश्य सभी पात्र मतदाताओं को सूची में शामिल करना और अपात्र मतदाताओं को हटाना है। इस अभियान में राज्य के 75 जनपदों के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों, 403 निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों, 2042 सहायक निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों तथा 1,62,486 बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों (बीएलओ) की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। इसके अलावा 5,76,611 बूथ लेवल एजेंटों (बीएलए) ने भी सक्रिय सहयोग दिया।
  

  
पुनरीक्षण के दौरान व्यापक जन-जागरूकता अभियान चलाए गए और राजनीतिक दलों के साथ 1,546 बैठकें आयोजित की गईं। बीएलओ ने घर-घर जाकर गणना प्रपत्र वितरित किए, जबकि बीएलए को अधिकतम 50 प्रपत्र जमा करने की अनुमति दी गई। हाशिए पर स्थित वर्गों, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के लिए विशेष शिविर भी लगाए गए।
  

  
निर्वाचन आयोग ने बताया कि 01 जनवरी 2026 तक 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर चुके युवाओं को मतदाता सूची में शामिल करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। अब तक 15,78,483 फॉर्म-6 प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। मृत, स्थानांतरित और दोहरी प्रविष्टि वाले मतदाताओं की सूचियां बीएलओ द्वारा बीएलए के साथ साझा की गई हैं।
  

  
मतदाता अपने नाम की जांच बीएलओ, ECINet मोबाइल ऐप, ceouttarpradesh.nic.in अथवा voters.eci.gov.in के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं। नाम न होने की स्थिति में नए मतदाता के लिए फॉर्म-6, विदेश में रहने वाले नागरिकों के लिए फॉर्म-6क, नाम हटाने या आपत्ति के लिए फॉर्म-7 और सुधार के लिए फॉर्म-8 भरे जा सकते हैं।
  

  
दावा–आपत्तियों का निस्तारण 06 जनवरी से 27 फरवरी 2026 तक किया जाएगा, जबकि अंतिम मतदाता सूची 06 मार्च 2026 को प्रकाशित होगी। निर्वाचन आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के बिना किसी भी मतदाता का नाम सूची से नहीं हटाया जाएगा और यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि कोई भी पात्र मतदाता छूटे नहीं तथा कोई भी अपात्र मतदाता सूची में न रहे।

IICDEM 2026: भारत मंडपम में गूँजेगी भारतीय चुनाव प्रबंधन की धमक, 100 अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिनिधि होंगे शामिल।


  


भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) ने आगामी 21 से 23 जनवरी, 2026 तक नई दिल्ली के 'भारत मंडपम' में आयोजित होने वाले भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय लोकतंत्र और चुनाव प्रबंधन सम्मेलन (IICDEM) की रूपरेखा तैयार करने के लिए मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारियों (CEOs) का एक महत्वपूर्ण सम्मेलन आयोजित किया। यह सम्मेलन चुनाव प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में भारत के बढ़ते वैश्विक प्रभाव और नेतृत्व को प्रदर्शित करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है।

मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त का संबोधन भारत के मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त श्री ज्ञानेश कुमार ने निर्वाचन आयुक्तों डॉ. सुखबीर सिंह संधू और डॉ. विवेक जोशी के साथ मिलकर सभी CEOs को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने सम्मेलन की बारीकियों को स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया कि चुनाव प्रबंधन निकायों (EMBs) के वैश्विक नेटवर्क में भारत की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में अंतिम मतदाता सूची 6 मार्च को जारी, 1.04 करोड़ मतदाताओं को नोटिस भेजा जाएगा


 
 
  लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में चुनाव आयोग ने राज्य की अंतिम मतदाता सूची 6 मार्च 2026 को जारी करने की तैयारी पूरी कर ली है। सीईओ नवदीप रिणवा के अनुसार, इस बार लगभग 1.04 करोड़ मतदाताओं को नोटिस भेजा जाएगा, क्योंकि उनके रिकॉर्ड का मिलान वर्ष 2003 की मतदाता सूची से नहीं हो सका है।
  

  
12 दस्तावेजों में से किसी एक को प्रस्तुत करना होगा
  

  
नोटिस प्राप्त मतदाताओं को अपने नाम की पुष्टि के लिए मान्य 12 दस्तावेजों में से किसी एक को प्रस्तुत करना होगा। जिन लोग दस्तावेज पेश नहीं कर पाएंगे, उनके नाम अंतिम मतदाता सूची में शामिल नहीं होंगे।
  
राज्य की अंतिम मतदाता सूची में सभी 75 जिले और 403 विधानसभा क्षेत्र शामिल हैं। इस प्रक्रिया में कुल 1,72,486 बूथ और मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के 5,76,611 बूथ स्तरीय एजेंटों की मदद ली गई।
  
यदि किसी मतदाता का नाम मसौदा सूची में नहीं है या परिवार के किसी गैर-मौजूद सदस्य का नाम दर्ज है, तो वे चुनाव आयोग के समक्ष दावा और आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकते हैं। इस कार्य के लिए समयसीमा 6 फरवरी 2026 तय की गई है। दावों और आपत्तियों का निपटारा आयोग 27 फरवरी तक करेगा।

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बैठक में उपस्थित समस्त राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों से अपील की, कि 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर रहे या कर चुके मतदाता उपरोक्त मानको के साथ प्रारूप-6 के साथ फार्म में फोटो लगाकर घोषणा पत्र अनुलग्नक-4 भर कर अधिक से अधिक संख्या में जमा कराये।

यूपी में SIR-2026 की ड्राफ्ट मतदाता सूची जारी, 2.89 करोड़ नाम कटे, दावा–आपत्ति की अवधि शुरू


 
 
  
  

  
लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश में विशेष प्रगाढ़ मतदाता पुनरीक्षण–2026 (SIR-2026) के तहत सभी जिलों की ड्राफ्ट इलेक्टोरल रोल मंगलवार को मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी (सीईओ) नवदीप रिणवा द्वारा मीडिया के समक्ष जारी की गई। इस प्रक्रिया में 2.89 करोड़ मतदाताओं के नाम हटाए गए हैं, जबकि 1 करोड़ 4 लाख मतदाताओं को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। इस तरह कुल आंकड़ा 3 करोड़ 93 लाख तक पहुंच गया है।
  

  
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी कार्यालय के अनुसार 04 नवंबर 2025 से 26 दिसंबर 2025 के बीच प्रदेश के 12.55 करोड़ मतदाताओं से गणना प्रपत्र प्राप्त किए गए। पुनरीक्षण के दौरान 46.23 लाख मृत मतदाता, 2.17 करोड़ स्थानांतरित अथवा अनुपस्थित मतदाता तथा 25.47 लाख से अधिक दोहरी प्रविष्टि वाले मतदाता चिन्हित किए गए।
  

  
निर्वाचन आयोग ने 06 जनवरी 2026 को आलेख्य मतदाता सूची प्रकाशित कर दी है। इसके साथ ही दावा एवं आपत्ति की अवधि 06 जनवरी से 06 फरवरी 2026 तक निर्धारित की गई है। इस दौरान पात्र नागरिक फॉर्म-6 भरकर मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम जुड़वा सकते हैं, जबकि एक से अधिक स्थानों पर दर्ज नामों को नियमानुसार केवल एक ही स्थान पर रखा जाएगा।
  

  
सीईओ कार्यालय ने बताया कि विशेष प्रगाढ़ पुनरीक्षण का उद्देश्य सभी पात्र मतदाताओं को सूची में शामिल करना और अपात्र मतदाताओं को हटाना है। इस अभियान में राज्य के 75 जनपदों के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों, 403 निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों, 2042 सहायक निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों तथा 1,62,486 बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों (बीएलओ) की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। इसके अलावा 5,76,611 बूथ लेवल एजेंटों (बीएलए) ने भी सक्रिय सहयोग दिया।
  

  
पुनरीक्षण के दौरान व्यापक जन-जागरूकता अभियान चलाए गए और राजनीतिक दलों के साथ 1,546 बैठकें आयोजित की गईं। बीएलओ ने घर-घर जाकर गणना प्रपत्र वितरित किए, जबकि बीएलए को अधिकतम 50 प्रपत्र जमा करने की अनुमति दी गई। हाशिए पर स्थित वर्गों, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के लिए विशेष शिविर भी लगाए गए।
  

  
निर्वाचन आयोग ने बताया कि 01 जनवरी 2026 तक 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर चुके युवाओं को मतदाता सूची में शामिल करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। अब तक 15,78,483 फॉर्म-6 प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। मृत, स्थानांतरित और दोहरी प्रविष्टि वाले मतदाताओं की सूचियां बीएलओ द्वारा बीएलए के साथ साझा की गई हैं।
  

  
मतदाता अपने नाम की जांच बीएलओ, ECINet मोबाइल ऐप, ceouttarpradesh.nic.in अथवा voters.eci.gov.in के माध्यम से कर सकते हैं। नाम न होने की स्थिति में नए मतदाता के लिए फॉर्म-6, विदेश में रहने वाले नागरिकों के लिए फॉर्म-6क, नाम हटाने या आपत्ति के लिए फॉर्म-7 और सुधार के लिए फॉर्म-8 भरे जा सकते हैं।
  

  
दावा–आपत्तियों का निस्तारण 06 जनवरी से 27 फरवरी 2026 तक किया जाएगा, जबकि अंतिम मतदाता सूची 06 मार्च 2026 को प्रकाशित होगी। निर्वाचन आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के बिना किसी भी मतदाता का नाम सूची से नहीं हटाया जाएगा और यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि कोई भी पात्र मतदाता छूटे नहीं तथा कोई भी अपात्र मतदाता सूची में न रहे।
