रोशनी का पर्व दीपावली अब आधिकारिक रूप से यूनेस्को की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की प्रतिनिधि सूची में शामिल हो गया है। यह घोषणा 2025 की सूची के साथ की गई, जिसमें दुनिया भर की 20 सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों को स्थान मिला है। यूनेस्को ने बुधवार को संयुक्त राष्ट्र शैक्षिक, वैज्ञानिक तथा सांस्कृतिक संगठन की इंटैन्जिबल कल्चरल हेरिटेज यानी अमूर्त विश्व धरोहर की सूची जारी की। इसमें घाना, जॉर्जिया, कांगो, इथियोपिया और मिस्र सहित कई देशों के सांस्कृतिक प्रतीक भी शामिल हैं।

ये फैसला उस समय आया है, जब दिल्ली में यूनेस्को की इंटर-गवर्नमेंटल कमेटी फॉर इंटैन्जिबल हेरिटेज की 20वीं बैठक की मेजबानी कर रही है। यह 8 से 13 दिसंबर तक चलेगी। यह पहली बार है जब भारत इसकी अंतरसरकारी समिति के सत्र की मेजबानी कर रहा है। यह समिति अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की सुरक्षा के लिए कार्य करती है।

जब यूनेस्को ने घोषणा की कि दीपावली को यूनेस्को के त्योहारों की सूची में शामिल कर दिया गया है, तब वहां मौजूद लोग 'वंदे मातरम' और 'भारत माता की जय' के नारे लगाने लगे।

भारत के ये तत्वों भी सूची में हैं दर्ज
वर्तमान में भारत के 15 तत्व यूनेस्को की मानवता की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की प्रतिनिधि सूची में दर्ज हैं। इनमें कुम्भ मेला, कोलकाता की दुर्गा पूजा, गुजरात का गरबा नृत्य, योग, वैदिक मंत्रपाठ की परंपरा और रामलीला (महाकाव्य 'रामायण' का पारंपरिक प्रदर्शन) शामिल हैं।

अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड (एईएल) के राइट्स इश्यू, इन दिनों शेयर बाजार में जबरदस्त चर्चा में है। निवेशकों की दिलचस्पी इतनी ज्यादा है कि इसकी राइट्स एंटाइटलमेंट (आरई) की कीमत दो ही ट्रेडिंग सेशंस में 23% बढ़कर सबको हैरान कर चुकी है। 3 दिसंबर को यह ₹349.80 थी जो 5 दिसंबर को बढ़कर ₹430.65 तक पहुंच गई। नए शेयरहोल्डिंग पैटर्न के अनुसार, एईएल में प्रमोटरों की हिस्सेदारी करीब 72% है, जबकि संस्थागत निवेशकों की भागीदारी लगभग 20% और खुदरा निवेशकों की हिस्सेदारी करीब 8% दर्ज की गई है।
इसके साथ ही एईएल के मुख्य शेयर में भी मजबूती देखी गई, जो ₹2,190 से बढ़कर ₹2,265 तक पहुंच गया। यानी निवेशकों की नजर सिर्फ आरई पर नहीं, पूरे स्टॉक पर है। इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण राइट्स इश्यू का ₹1,800 प्रति शेयर का आकर्षक प्राइस है, जो मौजूदा बाजार मूल्य से काफी कम है। यही वजह है कि यह ऑफर आम निवेशकों को भी सस्ता और मजबूत मौका लगता है। निवेशकों की दिलचस्पी का अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि राइट्स इश्यू शुरू होने के नौ दिनों में जितनी बिड्स आईं, उनमें से लगभग आधी सिर्फ दो दिनों में आ गईं। यह साफ दिखाता है कि बाजार में एईएल के शेयर को लेकर उत्साह एकदम चरम पर है। ₹25,000 करोड़ की यह इश्यू भारत की सबसे बड़ी पेशकशों में से एक मानी जा रही है और इसे पार्टली-पेड मॉडल में लाया गया है, ताकि निवेशकों को पूरी रकम एक साथ न देनी पड़े। पहले थोड़ा, फिर धीरे-धीरे बाकी यह व्यवस्था आम निवेशकों के लिए आसान और आकर्षक बन गई है।

गृहमंत्री ने कहा, मैं कल देख रहा था कि कांग्रेस के कई सदस्य, वंदे मातरम् की चर्चा को, राजनीतिक हथकंडा या मुद्दों से ध्यान भटकाने का हथियार मान रहे थे। मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने से हम नहीं डरते. संसद का बहिष्कार हम नहीं करते। अगर संसद का बहिष्कार न किया जाए और ससंद चलने दी जाए तो सभी मुद्दों पर चर्चा होगी, हम डरते नहीं हैं और न ही हमारे पास कुछ छिपाने को है। कोई भी मुद्दा हो, हम चर्चा करने को तैयार हैं।

गृहमंत्री ने कहा ने कहा कि ये अमर कृति, मां भारती के प्रति समर्पण, भक्ति और कर्तव्य का भाव जागृत करने वाली है। इसलिए जिनको ये नहीं समझ आ रहा है कि आज वंदे मातरम् पर चर्चा क्यों हों रही है, मुझे लगता है कि उन्हें नए सिरे से अपनी समझ को समझने की जरूरत है।

गृह मंत्री ने आरोप लगाया कि 1937 में वंदे मातरम के 50वें के दौरान जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने गीत को दो अंतरों तक सीमित कर दिया। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू पर निशाना साधते हुए गृह मंत्री ने कहा, वन्दे मातरम् की स्वर्ण जयंती जब हुई, तब जवाहरलाल नेहरू जी ने इसके दो टुकड़े कर इसे दो अंतरों तक सीमित कर दिया। वहीं से तुष्टीकरण की शुरुआत हुई। अगर वन्दे मातरम् के दो टुकड़े कर तुष्टीकरण की शुरुआत नहीं हुई होती तो देश का विभाजन भी नहीं होता।

आपातकाल को लेकर इंदिरा गांधी पर बोला हमला
अमित शाह ने आगे कहा, वन्दे मातरम् के जब 100 साल हुए, तब वन्दे मातरम् बोलने वालों को इंदिरा जी ने जेल में डाल दिया। आपातकाल लगाया गया। विपक्ष के लोगों को, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को जेल में भर दिया गया। अखबारों पर ताले लगा दिए गए। पूरे देश को बंदी बनाकर रख दिया गया।

बहसुमा। मेरठ।रामराज क्षेत्र में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर बड़ी लापरवाही उजागर हुई है। क्षेत्र में कई प्राइवेट स्कूल ऐसे चल रहे हैं जिनकी मान्यता केवल आठवीं या दसवीं तक है, लेकिन वे नियमों को नजरअंदाज करते हुए बच्चों को इंटर तक की कक्षाएँ पढ़ा रहे हैं। बिना मान्यता के चल रहे इन प्राइवेट स्कूलों पर न तो कोई निगरानी है और न ही शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा कोई कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

अभिभावकों का कहना है कि इन स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे बच्चों को यह तक जानकारी नहीं होती कि उन्होंने इंटर किस बोर्ड या किस मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से पास किया है। जब बच्चों से पूछा जाता है कि उन्होंने इंटर पास कहां से की है, तो वे स्पष्ट उत्तर नहीं दे पाते। यह स्थिति इन संस्थानों की पारदर्शिता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है और बच्चों के भविष्य को संकट में डालती है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि इस मुद्दे की शिकायत कई बार अधिकारियों से की गई, लेकिन अब तक कोई समाधान नहीं हो पाया है। इसके चलते अभिभावकों में भारी नाराज़गी है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि प्रशासन ने जल्द ही बिना मान्यता के चल रहे प्राइवेट स्कूलों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो वे आंदोलन करने को मजबूर होंगे।

वर्तमान में भारत के 15 तत्व यूनेस्को की मानवता की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की प्रतिनिधि सूची में दर्ज हैं। इनमें कुम्भ मेला, कोलकाता की दुर्गा पूजा, गुजरात का गरबा नृत्य, योग, वैदिक मंत्रपाठ की परंपरा और रामलीला (महाकाव्य 'रामायण' का पारंपरिक प्रदर्शन) शामिल हैं।

संजय द्विवेदी,प्रयागराज।प्रयागराज विगत कई महीनो से जनपद की IGRS रैंकिंग सुधारने के लिए किए जा रहे निरन्तर प्रयास आखिरकार सफल रहे है। ताजा जारी रैंकिंग में प्रयागराज ने उल्लेखनीय प्रगति दर्ज करते हुए 32वाँ स्थान हासिल किया है। यह उपलब्धि जिला प्रशासन तथा सभी विभागो की सामूहिक मेहनत का परिणाम है।जिलाधिकारी मनीष कुमार वर्मा के निर्देशन में IGRS से संबंधित शिकायतो के उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ निस्तारण हेतु समय-समय पर बैठके आयोजित की गई।जिन अधिकारियो ने उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया गया जबकि कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक कठोर कार्रवाई की गई।

संसद में वंदे मातरम् पर बहस का आज दूसरा दिन है। बीते दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने लोकसभा में इस चर्चा की शुरुआत की थी, जिसके बाद से देश में सियासी घमासान छिड़ गया है। वहीं, आज गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने भी राज्यसभा में वंदे मातरम् को लेकर विपक्ष पर निशाना साधा।

राज्यसभा में मंगलवार सुबह 11 बजे से कार्यवाही शुरू हुई। सदन में राष्ट्रीय गीत वंदे मातरम् के 150 साल पूरे होने पर खास चर्चा शुरू हुई। इसकी शुरूआत केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने की। गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा, ‘वंदे मातरम् के यशोगान के लिए चर्चा के लिए हम यहां आए हैं। चर्चा के जरिए हमारे देश के किशोर, युवा, आने वाली पीढ़ियों तक वंदे मातरम् का योगदान पता चले। हम सब सौभाग्यशाली है कि हमें एतिहासिक पल के साक्षी बन रहे हैं।

अमित शाह ने कहा इस महान सदन में वंदे मातरम् पर चर्चा हो रही है तब कल कुछ सदस्यों ने लोकसभा में सवाल किया था इस चर्चा की जरूरत क्या है। चर्चा की जरूरत वंदे मातरम् के प्रति समर्पण के प्रति जरूरत जब यह बना तब भी थी और अब भी है।

कांग्रेस वंदे मातरम् ध्यान भटकाने का हथियार मान रही-शाह
गृहमंत्री ने कहा, मैं कल देख रहा था कि कांग्रेस के कई सदस्य, वंदे मातरम् की चर्चा को, राजनीतिक हथकंडा या मुद्दों से ध्यान भटकाने का हथियार मान रहे थे। मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने से हम नहीं डरते. संसद का बहिष्कार हम नहीं करते। अगर संसद का बहिष्कार न किया जाए और ससंद चलने दी जाए तो सभी मुद्दों पर चर्चा होगी, हम डरते नहीं हैं और न ही हमारे पास कुछ छिपाने को है। कोई भी मुद्दा हो, हम चर्चा करने को तैयार हैं।

वंदे मातरम की चर्चा को बंगाल चुनाव से जोड़ने पर क्या बोले शाह?
अमित शाह ने विपक्ष पर आरोप लगाया कि कुछ दल वंदे मातरम की चर्चा को बंगाल चुनाव से जोड़कर उसका महत्व कम करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. शाह ने कहा कि बंकिम चंद्र चट्टोपाध्याय ने इस गीत की रचना बंगाल में की, लेकिन इसका संदेश पूरे भारत में बिजली की तरह फैल गया और आज भी राष्ट्र को एकजुट करता है. अमित शाह ने कहा कि अंग्रेजों ने जब वंदे मातरम पर पाबंदियां लगाईं, तब बंकिम चंद्र ने साफ कहा था कि चाहे उनकी बाकी रचनाएं गंगा में बहा दी जाएं, लेकिन वंदे मातरम की शक्ति अनंत काल तक जीवित रहेगी. शाह के अनुसार, बंकिम चंद्र के ये शब्द आज पूरी तरह सच साबित हुए हैं।

नए सिरे से अपनी समझ को समझने की जरूरत- शाह
गृहमंत्री ने कहा ने कहा कि ये अमर कृति, मां भारती के प्रति समर्पण, भक्ति और कर्तव्य का भाव जागृत करने वाली है। इसलिए जिनको ये नहीं समझ आ रहा है कि आज वंदे मातरम् पर चर्चा क्यों हों रही है, मुझे लगता है कि उन्हें नए सिरे से अपनी समझ को समझने की जरूरत है।

पूर्व पीएम पर साधा निशाना
गृह मंत्री ने आरोप लगाया कि 1937 में वंदे मातरम के 50वें के दौरान जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने गीत को दो अंतरों तक सीमित कर दिया। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री जवाहरलाल नेहरू पर निशाना साधते हुए गृह मंत्री ने कहा, वन्दे मातरम् की स्वर्ण जयंती जब हुई, तब जवाहरलाल नेहरू जी ने इसके दो टुकड़े कर इसे दो अंतरों तक सीमित कर दिया। वहीं से तुष्टीकरण की शुरुआत हुई। अगर वन्दे मातरम् के दो टुकड़े कर तुष्टीकरण की शुरुआत नहीं हुई होती तो देश का विभाजन भी नहीं होता।

आपातकाल को लेकर इंदिरा गांधी पर बोला हमला
अमित शाह ने आगे कहा, वन्दे मातरम् के जब 100 साल हुए, तब वन्दे मातरम् बोलने वालों को इंदिरा जी ने जेल में डाल दिया। आपातकाल लगाया गया। विपक्ष के लोगों को, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को जेल में भर दिया गया। अखबारों पर ताले लगा दिए गए। पूरे देश को बंदी बनाकर रख दिया गया।

गांधी परिवार के दोनों सदस्य सदन से नदारद- शाह
जब वंदे मातरम के 150 साल पर लोकसभा में चर्चा हुई, तो यहां पर कांग्रेस की स्थिति देखिए, जिस कांग्रेस पार्टी के अधिवेशनों की शुरुआत गुरुदेव रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर वंदे मातरम गाकर करवाते थे, जो गीत कांग्रेस पार्टी की आजादी की लड़ाई का एक मंत्र बना था, उसका महिमामंडन करने के लिए जब लोकसभा में चर्चा हुई तो गांधी परिवार के दोनों सदस्य सदन से नदारद रहे।

रामराज में बिना मान्यता चल रहे प्राइवेट स्कूल, आठवीं–दसवीं की मान्यता पर पढ़ा रहे इंटर तक — अभिभावकों में गहरा रोष, चेताया आंदोलन
बहसुमा। मेरठ।रामराज क्षेत्र में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर बड़ी लापरवाही उजागर हुई है। क्षेत्र में कई प्राइवेट स्कूल ऐसे चल रहे हैं जिनकी मान्यता केवल आठवीं या दसवीं तक है, लेकिन वे नियमों को नजरअंदाज करते हुए बच्चों को इंटर तक की कक्षाएँ पढ़ा रहे हैं। बिना मान्यता के चल रहे इन प्राइवेट स्कूलों पर न तो कोई निगरानी है और न ही शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा कोई कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

अभिभावकों का कहना है कि इन स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे बच्चों को यह तक जानकारी नहीं होती कि उन्होंने इंटर किस बोर्ड या किस मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से पास किया है। जब बच्चों से पूछा जाता है कि उन्होंने इंटर पास कहां से की है, तो वे स्पष्ट उत्तर नहीं दे पाते। यह स्थिति इन संस्थानों की पारदर्शिता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है और बच्चों के भविष्य को संकट में डालती है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि इस मुद्दे की शिकायत कई बार अधिकारियों से की गई, लेकिन अब तक कोई समाधान नहीं हो पाया है। इसके चलते अभिभावकों में भारी नाराज़गी है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि प्रशासन ने जल्द ही बिना मान्यता के चल रहे प्राइवेट स्कूलों पर कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो वे आंदोलन करने को मजबूर होंगे।

अभिभावकों का कहना है इंद्रपाल सिंह अवनीश कुमार रोहित कुमार अरुण को तोमर नेकहां बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ किसी भी तरह का खिलवाड़ बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

कक्षा 6 से 10 तक के सैकड़ों बच्चों ने प्रदर्शनी में पर्यावरण संरक्षण, स्वच्छ पानी–स्वच्छ वायु, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण जैसे अहम विषयों पर 20 से अधिक कार्यशील मॉडल प्रस्तुत किए। सबसे खास बात यह रही कि सबसे प्रभावशाली और नवाचारी प्रोजेक्ट स्कूल की छात्राओं द्वारा तैयार किए गए, जिनमें शामिल थे—
वायु एवं जल प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मॉडल : सौर ऊर्जा से चलने वाला मल्टी–फंक्शनल सिस्टम। प्राकृतिक जड़ी-बूटियों से पानी शुद्ध करने वाला कम लागत वाला वाटर फिल्टर। ग्रीन एनर्जी से चलने वाले मिनी वाहन और चार्जिंग यूनिट। स्मॉग को अवशोषित कर जैविक खाद में बदलने वाला इनोवेटिव मॉडल। 
मुख्य अतिथि ने हर बच्चे से की बातचीत, दिया प्रेरणा संदेश
दिलदार अंसारी प्रत्येक स्टॉल पर रुके, बच्चों के विचार सुने और उनके मॉडल की तकनीकी समझ की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा, “आज मैंने बच्चों को सम्मानित नहीं किया, बल्कि खुद सम्मानित महसूस किया। अल्लाह इन बच्चों के सपनों को पंख दे।”
स्कूल प्रबंधन ने जताया आभार
स्कूल प्रबंधक विक्रम कुमार सोनी ने बताया कि प्रदर्शनी का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करना और पर्यावरण के प्रति संवेदनशीलता पैदा करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्य अतिथि के आशीर्वाद पूर्ण शब्दों ने स्कूल परिवार का मनोबल दोगुना कर दिया है।
पुरस्कार वितरण ने बढ़ाया उत्साह
कार्यक्रम के अंत में श्रेष्ठ मॉडल प्रस्तुत करने वाले बच्चों को ट्रॉफी, नकद पुरस्कार और प्रशस्ति-पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। साथ ही सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रोत्साहन स्वरूप पुस्तकें भी भेंट की गईं।
अभिभावकों और ग्रामीणों की बड़ी उपस्थिति
प्रदर्शनी में बड़ी संख्या में अभिभावक, आसपास के ग्रामीण और कई गणमान्य नागरिक शामिल हुए।
बच्चों की प्रतिभा और आत्मविश्वास को देखकर हर कोई गर्व से भर उठा और उनकी मेहनत की सराहना करते नहीं थक रहा था।
