औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर एक दक्षिणपंथी संगठन के प्रदर्शन के दौरान एक समुदाय के पवित्र ग्रंथ को जलाने की अफवाह के बाद मध्य नागपुर में सोमवार को तनाव हो गया। दंगाइयों ने कुछ चार पहिया वाहनों में आग लगा दी। घरों पर भी पथराव किया गया। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने मंगलवार को नागपुर में हुई हिंसक झड़पों को एक पूर्व-नियोजित हमला बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि "छावा" फिल्म के रिलीज होने से लोगों की भावनाएं भड़क गईं, क्योंकि इस फिल्म में औरंगजेब द्वारा संभाजी महाराज पर किए गए क्रूर अत्याचारों को दिखाया गया है।

हिंसा सोची-समझी साजिश- फडणवीस
नागपुर में भड़की हिंसा को लेकर महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा में मंगलवार को बड़ा हंगामा हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने इस हिंसा को एक सुनियोजित साजिश करार देते हुए कहा कि विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल ने औरंगजेब की कब्र हटाने की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन किया था। इस दौरान उन लोगों ने प्रतीकात्मक तौर पर कब्र की चादर जलाई। इसके बाद यह अफवाह फैलाई गई कि उस पर धार्मिक चिह्न था, जिससे माहौल गर्म हो गया और हिंसा भड़क उठी। यह पूरी तरह से एक सोची-समझी साजिश थी।

पुलिस पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं- फडणवीस
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि करीब 80 से 100 लोगों की भीड़ हिंसा में शामिल थी, जिन्होंने पथराव किया और पुलिस अधिकारियों पर हमले किए। इस दौरान एक पुलिस अधिकारी पर कुल्हाड़ी से हमला हुआ, वहीं तीन डीसीपी स्तर के अधिकारियों पर भी हमला किया गया। हिंसा में कुछ घरों को भी निशाना बनाया गया और एक डीसीपी पर कुल्हाड़ी से वार किया गया। सीएम ने कहा कि किसी को भी कानून-व्यवस्था अपने हाथ में लेने की इजाजत नहीं है। सीएम ने कहा कि पुलिस पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। हिंसा में शामिल लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त एक्शन लिया जाएगा।

जयशंकर ने कहा कि वैश्विक मामले बड़े बदलावों से गुजर रहे हैं, मध्य पूर्व और पश्चिम एशिया में चल रहे संघर्ष के कारण तेज व्यवधान हैं। जयशंकर ने कहा, "महासागर के दो छोर पर, यह मंथन आज अपने सबसे तीखे दौर में है। मध्य पूर्व/पश्चिम एशिया में, आगे बढ़ने और जटिलता की संभावना के साथ एक गंभीर संघर्ष चल रहा है।" "उसी समय, लंबे समय से चले आ रहे मुद्दों पर फिर से विचार किया जा रहा है, कभी-कभी एक बिल्कुल अलग दृष्टिकोण के साथ। इसका समुद्री परिणाम वैश्विक शिपिंग में गंभीर व्यवधान के रूप में दिखाई देता है, जिससे हमारी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को काफी नुकसान होता है। ऐसे सवाल हैं जो हमारी क्षमता और प्रतिक्रिया देने की इच्छा से उठते हैं, जैसा कि वास्तव में उस कार्य के लिए प्रासंगिक साझेदारियों से है।" 



दूसरी ओर, जयशंकर ने कहा कि इंडो-पैसिफिक में बढ़ते तनाव और तीव्र प्रतिद्वंद्विता का अनुभव हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वैश्विक दक्षिण के अन्य भागों की तरह, हिंद महासागर के राष्ट्र भी संसाधन की कमी और आर्थिक चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहे हैं। कई देश अपने सतत विकास लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, कई मामलों में ऋण एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है। मंत्री ने कहा कि इनमें से कुछ मुद्दे वैश्विक आर्थिक दबावों से उत्पन्न हुए हैं, जबकि अन्य अविवेकपूर्ण उधार और अव्यवहार्य परियोजनाओं के कारण हैं।



भारत हिंद महासागर में पारदर्शी, समावेशी संपर्क का समर्थन करता है



उन्होंने कहा कि औपनिवेशिक युग के दशकों के व्यवधान के बाद क्षेत्र में संपर्क का पुनर्निर्माण एक और आम मुद्दा है। जयशंकर ने कहा, "इसे वास्तव में साझा प्रयास बनाने के लिए, यह सुनिश्चित करना महत्वपूर्ण है कि संपर्क पहल परामर्शी और पारदर्शी हो, न कि एकतरफा और अपारदर्शी हो।"



जयशंकर ने कहा, "एक और व्यापक चिंता हिंद महासागर के देशों के सामने अपने विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्रों की निगरानी करने और अपने मछली पकड़ने के हितों को सुरक्षित करने की चुनौती है। न ही वे विभिन्न प्रकार की अवैध तस्करी और आतंकवाद के खतरे से अछूते रह सकते हैं। इनमें से प्रत्येक आयाम - और निश्चित रूप से उनका संचयी प्रभाव - एक मजबूत समुद्री निहितार्थ है।" उन्होंने कहा, "नए क्षितिज की ओर हमारी यात्रा अनिवार्य रूप से इन चुनौतियों का समाधान करने पर केंद्रित होनी चाहिए।" उन्होंने कहा कि भारत अपनी क्षमताओं को बढ़ाकर, हिंद महासागर के पड़ोसियों के साथ संबंधों को मजबूत करके, जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए, संकटों में सहायता प्रदान करते हुए और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर नेतृत्व प्रदान करते हुए इन साझा प्रयासों में सक्रिय रूप से योगदान दे रहा है।

सदन में बजट 2025-26 को लेकर चर्चा की जा रही है। सदन के बीच में द्रविड़ मुन्नेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) सांसद दयानिधि मारन ने संस्कृत भाषा को लेकर एक बयान दिया। उनके इस बयान पर लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला भड़क गए। डीएमके सांसद दयानिधि मारन ने संसद में संस्कृत अनुवाद को पैसे की बर्बादी बताया, जिस पर लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने कड़ी फटकार लगाई और पूछा उन्हें क्या आपत्ति है।

दरअसल, डीएमके सांसद दयानिधि मारन ने सदन में हो रही बहस के अनुवाद में अन्य भाषाओं के साथ संस्कृत को शामिल करने को लेकर आपत्ति जताई है। दायन‍िध‍ि मारन ने संस्‍कृत‍ को पैसे की बर्बादी से जोड़ द‍िया। उन्‍होंने सदन में कहा कि आप संसद में भाषण को संस्कृत नें अनुवाद करके टैक्सपेयर्स के पैसों को क्यों बर्बाद कर रहे हैं। इस पर लोकसभा स्‍पीकर भड़क गए। स्पीकर ने उन्‍हें खरी-खरी सुना दी।

लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के तुरंत बाद स्‍पीकर ओम बिरला ने कहा, मुझे यह घोषणा करते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि छह और भाषाओं- बोडो, डोगरी, मैथिली, मणिपुरी, संस्कृत और उर्दू को उन भाषाओं में शामिल क‍िया गया है, ज‍िनमें संसद की कार्यवाही को ट्रांसलेट करने की सुव‍िधा उपलब्‍ध कराई जाएगी।

स्‍पीकर ने जैसे ही संस्‍कृत शब्‍द बोला, डीएमके के नेता नारेबाजी करने लगे। इस पर स्‍पीकर ने पूछा क‍ि आख‍िर आप लोगों की समस्‍या क्‍या है। इसके बाद डीएमके सांसद दयानिधि मारन ने कहा कि संस्कृत में भाषा ट्रांसलेट कराकर सरकार टैक्सपेयर के पैसे बर्बाद कर रही है। यह ठीक नहीं है। आरएसएस की विचारधारा के कारण लोकसभा की कार्यवाही का संस्कृत में ट्रांसलेट क‍िया जा रहा है।

इस पर लोकसभा स्‍पीकर ने दयान‍िध‍ि मारन को कड़ी फटकार लगा दी। कहा, माननीय सदस्य आप किस देश में जी रहे हैं। यह भारत है. संस्कृत भारत की प्राथमिक भाषा रही है। मैंने 22 भाषाओं के बारे में बात की, सिर्फ संस्कृत की नहीं। आपको संस्‍कृत पर ही क्‍यों आपत्‍त‍ि है भाई? 
बता दें कि सदन में पहले भाषण को बंगाली, गुजराती, कन्नड, मलयालम, पंजाबी और उड़िया समेत 10 भाषाओं में अनुवाद करने की सुविधा थी

दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजे शनिवार यानी 8 फरवरी को आने वाले हैं। इससे पहले दिल्ली मे सियासी हलचल बढ़ गई है। सत्तारुढ़ आम आदमी पार्टी को ‘ऑपरेशन लोटस’ का डर सताने लगा है। आप संयोजक और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आरोप लगाया है कि भाजपा उनके उम्मीदवारों पर डोरे डाल रही है। इन आरोपों के बीच अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज शुक्रवार को पार्टी की बड़ी बैठक बुलाई है। यह बैठक आज करीब साढ़े 11 बजे होगी। केजरीवाल बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। बैठक में सभी उम्मीदवारों को बुलाया गया है।

  


कहा जा रहा है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सभी उम्मीदवारों को चाय पर बुलाया है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि चाय पर चर्चा के बहाने अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ली में नतीजों के बाद की परिस्थिति को लेकर रणनीति बनाएंगे। बता दें कि केजरीवाल ने पहले ही आरोप लगाया है कि अब तक उनके 16 उम्मीदवारों को भाजपा की तरफ से फोन किया जा चुका है। उन्हें लालच देकर भाजपा में शामिल करवाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। उम्मीदवारों से कहा जा रहा है कि आप छोड़ कर भाजपा में आ जाओ। मंत्री बना देंगे और 15-15 करोड़ देंगे।

सोशल मीडिया पर केजरीवाल ने लिखा कि कुछ एजेंसी दिखा रही हैं कि भाजपा की 55 से ज्यादा सीटें आ रही हैं। अगर ज्यादा सीटें आ रहीं हैं तो आप उम्मीदवारों को फोन करने की क्या जरूरत है। सभी सर्वे फर्जी हैं। इसके माध्यम से दिल्ली में माहौल बनाकर आप के उम्मीदवारों को साधने की कोशिश की जा रही है। 

आप सांसद संजय सिंह ने गुरुवार को पार्टी मुख्यालय में प्रेसवार्ता में कहा कि इस बार भी भाजपा की सरकार नहीं बनेगी। ऐसे में आप को तोड़कर भाजपा सरकार बनाने का प्रयास कर रही है। आप के सात उम्मीदवारों से भाजपा संपर्क कर 15-15 करोड़ रुपये लेकर पार्टी में शामिल करना चाह रही है। उन्होंने सभी उम्मीदवारों को सचेत रहने की सलाह देते हुए कहा कि भाजपा से जितनी भी कॉल आएं, उनकी रिकॉर्डिंग कर लें। अगर कोई मुलाकात कर पैसे का ऑफर देता है, तो हिडन कैमरे से वीडियो बना लें। बता दें कि कुछ ऐसा ही दावा आप ने 2013 में किया था। उस समय पार्टी ने दिल्लीभर में बड़े-बड़े होर्डिंग लगाकर दावा किया था कि आप के उम्मीदवारों को 20-20 करोड़ रुपये देकर भाजपा में शामिल होने के लिए कहा जा रहा है। आप संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने 49 दिनों की सरकार चलाने के बाद इस्तीफा दे दिया था।

बता दें कि एग्जिट पोल के अनुमान के बाद से ही आम आदमी पार्टी, भाजपा और कांग्रेस में हलचल बढ़ गई है। ज्यादातर एग्जिट पोल ने दिल्ली में भाजपा की जीत और आम आदमी पार्टी की हार की भविष्यवाणी की है। कांग्रेस का प्रदर्शन इस बार भी बुरा रहने की संभावना है।

बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुस ने एक बार फिर दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) को पुनर्जीवित करने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया।संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के दौरान पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री के साथ मीटिंग में उन्होंने सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने को लेकर अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया है कि दक्षिण एशिया के नेताओं को क्षेत्रीय लाभ के लिए सार्क को सक्रिय बनाना चाहिए, भले ही भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच लंबे समय से चली आ रही शत्रुता जैसी चुनौतियां मौजूद हों।उन्होंने कहा है कि इन दोनों देशों के बीच की समस्याओं का असर दक्षिण एशिया के अन्य देशों पर नहीं पड़ना चाहिए और क्षेत्र में एकता और सहयोग का आह्वान किया।

सार्क संगठन की शिखर बैठक वर्ष 2016 में होने वाली थी लेकिन भारत समेत इसके अन्य सभी देशों ने पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ इसका विरोध किया और बैठक नहीं हो सकी। उसके बाद सार्क की बात भी कोई देश नहीं कर रहा था लेकिन पूर्व पीएम शेख हसीना को सत्ता से बाहर करने के बाद बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार इसको हवा देने में जुटी है

19 दिसंबर को मिस्त्र में बांग्लादेश के सरकार के मुखिया मोहम्मद यूनुस और पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शाहबाज शरीफ के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण मुलाकात हुई थी। इस बैठक में सार्क को फिर से सक्रिय करने की बात कही गई। पाकिस्तानी पीएम ने बांग्लादेश को सुझाव दिया कि वह सार्क सम्मेलन की मेजबानी करे। इस पर मोहम्मद यूनुस ने भी सहमति जताई और दोनों नेताओं ने इस योजना को आगे बढ़ाने की बात कही। पाकिस्तान की मंशा थी कि इस मंच के बहाने अलग थलग पड़े पाकिस्तान को दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्र में अपनी भूमिका मजबूत करने का मौका मिल सके।

बांग्लादेश के अंतरिम सरकार के मुखिया (मुख्य सलाहकार) प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद युनूस की तरफ से दक्षिण एशिया क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) को ठंडे बस्ते से निकालने की कोशिश पर भारत ने बेहद ठंडी प्रतिक्रिया जताई है।भारत ने इस मुद्दे पर अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा कि वर्तमान में सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।
विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता रंधीर जायसवाल से पूछा गया तो उनका जवाब था कि, “जहां तक क्षेत्रीय सहयोग की बात है तो भारत इसके लिए लगातार कोशिश करता रहा है। इसके लिए हम कई प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं। इसमें बिम्सटेक (भारत, भूटान, नेपाल, श्रीलंका, बांग्लादेश, म्यांमार और थाइलैंड का संगठन) है जिसमें कई हमारे पड़ोसी देश जुड़े हुए हैं। सार्क भी ऐसा ही एक संगठन है लेकिन यह लंबे समय से ठंडा पड़ा हुआ है और क्यों ठंडा पड़ा हुआ है, इसके बारे में सब जानते हैं।'

भारत ने इसलिए सार्क से बनाई दूरी
दक्षिण एशिया में सार्क का महत्व यूरोपीय संघ (EU), आसियान और इस्लामिक सहयोग संगठन (OIC) जैसे वैश्विक संगठनों की सफलता के उदाहरणों से प्रेरित है। हालांकि पाकिस्तान के साथ तनाव के कारण भारत ने धीरे-धीरे इसमें दिलचस्पी कम कर दी। 2016 में पाकिस्तान में हुए शिखर सम्मेलन में भारत ने हिस्सा नहीं लिया था। भारत ने 2016 में जम्मू-कश्मीर के उरी में सेना के शिविर पर हुए हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान द्वारा आतंकवाद को समर्थन दिए जाने पर चिंता जताई थी। उस हमले में उन्नीस भारतीय सैनिक मारे गए थे। हमले के बाद भारत ने शिखर सम्मेलन से अपना नाम वापस ले लिया। भारत जैसे बड़े देश की ओर से दूरी बनाने के बाद नेपाल, श्रीलंका, भूटान, अफगानिस्तान, मालदीव और शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व वाले बांग्लादेश ने भी सार्क में अपनी दिलचस्पी कम कर दी।

पाकिस्तान ने पहले भी सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने का आह्वान किया है
यह पहली बार नहीं है कि पाकिस्तान ने सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है।डॉन के अनुसार, दिसंबर 2023 में तत्कालीन कार्यवाहक प्रधान मंत्री अनवारुल हक काकर ने भी सार्क के पुनरुद्धार की आशा व्यक्त की थी। काकर ने कहा, "मैं इस अवसर पर सार्क प्रक्रिया के प्रति पाकिस्तान की प्रतिबद्धता को दोहराना चाहूंगा। मुझे विश्वास है कि संगठन के सुचारू संचालन में मौजूदा बाधाएं दूर हो जाएंगी, जिससे सार्क सदस्य देश पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी क्षेत्रीय सहयोग के मार्ग पर आगे बढ़ सकेंगे।" लेकिन भारत सार्क के पुनरुद्धार के खिलाफ रहा है।

यह व्यापार और अर्थव्यवस्था ही है जिसके कारण बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान सार्क के पुनरुद्धार के पक्ष में हैं। पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यवस्था खस्ताहाल है और वह अपने दैनिक खर्चों को पूरा करने के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) से कर्ज ले रहा है। उसने खाड़ी देशों से भी कर्ज लिया है।शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व में बांग्लादेश ने अच्छी आर्थिक वृद्धि देखी थी, लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में यह बुरी तरह से विफल हो गया है। इसकी आर्थिक दुर्दशा के लिए भ्रष्टाचार को दोषी ठहराया जाता है। अपनी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता यूनुस और शरीफ दोनों ही सार्क पर नज़र गड़ाए हुए हैं। ढाका ट्रिब्यून की रिपोर्ट से यह स्पष्ट है कि सार्क की बात करते समय उनके दिमाग में व्यापार का मुद्दा था।इसमें कहा गया, "शरीफ ने बांग्लादेश के कपड़ा और चमड़ा क्षेत्र में निवेश करने में पाकिस्तान की रुचि व्यक्त की।"

क्यों नहीं है भारत को सार्क की जरूरत?
हमें यह याद रखना होगा कि इस समूह में सबसे बड़ा खिलाड़ी भारत है, जो एक आर्थिक महाशक्ति है। भारत उन प्रमुख अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में से एक है जो अभी भी उच्च दर से बढ़ रही है जबकि बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्थाएं लड़खड़ा रही हैं। एसएंडपी का अनुमान है कि सालाना 7% से अधिक की दर से बढ़ते हुए भारत 2030-31 तक दुनिया की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन जाएगा। भारत जी-20 और ब्रिक्स सहित कई समूहों का भी हिस्सा है। व्यापार और व्यवसाय के मामले में, सार्क को भारत की जरूरत है, न कि इसके विपरीत। भारत को अपने सदस्यों के साथ संबंध बनाए रखने के लिए, यदि आवश्यक हो, तो समूह की जरूरत है। यह काम नई दिल्ली द्विपक्षीय रूप से भी कर सकता है, बिना किसी बहुपक्षीय मंच के।

औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर एक दक्षिणपंथी संगठन के प्रदर्शन के दौरान एक समुदाय के पवित्र ग्रंथ को जलाने की अफवाह के बाद मध्य नागपुर में सोमवार को तनाव हो गया। दंगाइयों ने कुछ चार पहिया वाहनों में आग लगा दी। घरों पर भी पथराव किया गया। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने मंगलवार को नागपुर में हुई हिंसक झड़पों को एक पूर्व-नियोजित हमला बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि "छावा" फिल्म के रिलीज होने से लोगों की भावनाएं भड़क गईं, क्योंकि इस फिल्म में औरंगजेब द्वारा संभाजी महाराज पर किए गए क्रूर अत्याचारों को दिखाया गया है।

हिंसा सोची-समझी साजिश- फडणवीस
नागपुर में भड़की हिंसा को लेकर महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा में मंगलवार को बड़ा हंगामा हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने इस हिंसा को एक सुनियोजित साजिश करार देते हुए कहा कि विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल ने औरंगजेब की कब्र हटाने की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन किया था। इस दौरान उन लोगों ने प्रतीकात्मक तौर पर कब्र की चादर जलाई। इसके बाद यह अफवाह फैलाई गई कि उस पर धार्मिक चिह्न था, जिससे माहौल गर्म हो गया और हिंसा भड़क उठी। यह पूरी तरह से एक सोची-समझी साजिश थी।

पुलिस पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं- फडणवीस
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि करीब 80 से 100 लोगों की भीड़ हिंसा में शामिल थी, जिन्होंने पथराव किया और पुलिस अधिकारियों पर हमले किए। इस दौरान एक पुलिस अधिकारी पर कुल्हाड़ी से हमला हुआ, वहीं तीन डीसीपी स्तर के अधिकारियों पर भी हमला किया गया। हिंसा में कुछ घरों को भी निशाना बनाया गया और एक डीसीपी पर कुल्हाड़ी से वार किया गया। सीएम ने कहा कि किसी को भी कानून-व्यवस्था अपने हाथ में लेने की इजाजत नहीं है। सीएम ने कहा कि पुलिस पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। हिंसा में शामिल लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त एक्शन लिया जाएगा।

लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के तुरंत बाद स्‍पीकर ओम बिरला ने कहा, मुझे यह घोषणा करते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि छह और भाषाओं- बोडो, डोगरी, मैथिली, मणिपुरी, संस्कृत और उर्दू को उन भाषाओं में शामिल क‍िया गया है, ज‍िनमें संसद की कार्यवाही को ट्रांसलेट करने की सुव‍िधा उपलब्‍ध कराई जाएगी।

स्‍पीकर ने जैसे ही संस्‍कृत शब्‍द बोला, डीएमके के नेता नारेबाजी करने लगे। इस पर स्‍पीकर ने पूछा क‍ि आख‍िर आप लोगों की समस्‍या क्‍या है। इसके बाद डीएमके सांसद दयानिधि मारन ने कहा कि संस्कृत में भाषा ट्रांसलेट कराकर सरकार टैक्सपेयर के पैसे बर्बाद कर रही है। यह ठीक नहीं है। आरएसएस की विचारधारा के कारण लोकसभा की कार्यवाही का संस्कृत में ट्रांसलेट क‍िया जा रहा है।

इस पर लोकसभा स्‍पीकर ने दयान‍िध‍ि मारन को कड़ी फटकार लगा दी। कहा, माननीय सदस्य आप किस देश में जी रहे हैं। यह भारत है. संस्कृत भारत की प्राथमिक भाषा रही है। मैंने 22 भाषाओं के बारे में बात की, सिर्फ संस्कृत की नहीं। आपको संस्‍कृत पर ही क्‍यों आपत्‍त‍ि है भाई? 
बता दें कि सदन में पहले भाषण को बंगाली, गुजराती, कन्नड, मलयालम, पंजाबी और उड़िया समेत 10 भाषाओं में अनुवाद करने की सुविधा थी

एग्जिट पोल के बाद आप को सताने लगा 'ऑपरेशन लोटस' का डर, केजरीवाल ने बुलाई सभी उम्मीदवारों की बैठक

दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजे शनिवार यानी 8 फरवरी को आने वाले हैं। इससे पहले दिल्ली मे सियासी हलचल बढ़ गई है। सत्तारुढ़ आम आदमी पार्टी को ‘ऑपरेशन लोटस’ का डर सताने लगा है। आप संयोजक और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आरोप लगाया है कि भाजपा उनके उम्मीदवारों पर डोरे डाल रही है। इन आरोपों के बीच अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज शुक्रवार को पार्टी की बड़ी बैठक बुलाई है। यह बैठक आज करीब साढ़े 11 बजे होगी। केजरीवाल बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। बैठक में सभी उम्मीदवारों को बुलाया गया है।

  


कहा जा रहा है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सभी उम्मीदवारों को चाय पर बुलाया है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि चाय पर चर्चा के बहाने अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ली में नतीजों के बाद की परिस्थिति को लेकर रणनीति बनाएंगे। बता दें कि केजरीवाल ने पहले ही आरोप लगाया है कि अब तक उनके 16 उम्मीदवारों को भाजपा की तरफ से फोन किया जा चुका है। उन्हें लालच देकर भाजपा में शामिल करवाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। उम्मीदवारों से कहा जा रहा है कि आप छोड़ कर भाजपा में आ जाओ। मंत्री बना देंगे और 15-15 करोड़ देंगे।

सोशल मीडिया पर केजरीवाल ने लिखा कि कुछ एजेंसी दिखा रही हैं कि भाजपा की 55 से ज्यादा सीटें आ रही हैं। अगर ज्यादा सीटें आ रहीं हैं तो आप उम्मीदवारों को फोन करने की क्या जरूरत है। सभी सर्वे फर्जी हैं। इसके माध्यम से दिल्ली में माहौल बनाकर आप के उम्मीदवारों को साधने की कोशिश की जा रही है। 

आप सांसद संजय सिंह ने गुरुवार को पार्टी मुख्यालय में प्रेसवार्ता में कहा कि इस बार भी भाजपा की सरकार नहीं बनेगी। ऐसे में आप को तोड़कर भाजपा सरकार बनाने का प्रयास कर रही है। आप के सात उम्मीदवारों से भाजपा संपर्क कर 15-15 करोड़ रुपये लेकर पार्टी में शामिल करना चाह रही है। उन्होंने सभी उम्मीदवारों को सचेत रहने की सलाह देते हुए कहा कि भाजपा से जितनी भी कॉल आएं, उनकी रिकॉर्डिंग कर लें। अगर कोई मुलाकात कर पैसे का ऑफर देता है, तो हिडन कैमरे से वीडियो बना लें। बता दें कि कुछ ऐसा ही दावा आप ने 2013 में किया था। उस समय पार्टी ने दिल्लीभर में बड़े-बड़े होर्डिंग लगाकर दावा किया था कि आप के उम्मीदवारों को 20-20 करोड़ रुपये देकर भाजपा में शामिल होने के लिए कहा जा रहा है। आप संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने 49 दिनों की सरकार चलाने के बाद इस्तीफा दे दिया था।

बता दें कि एग्जिट पोल के अनुमान के बाद से ही आम आदमी पार्टी, भाजपा और कांग्रेस में हलचल बढ़ गई है। ज्यादातर एग्जिट पोल ने दिल्ली में भाजपा की जीत और आम आदमी पार्टी की हार की भविष्यवाणी की है। कांग्रेस का प्रदर्शन इस बार भी बुरा रहने की संभावना है।

बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुस ने एक बार फिर दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) को पुनर्जीवित करने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया।संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के दौरान पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री के साथ मीटिंग में उन्होंने सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने को लेकर अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया है कि दक्षिण एशिया के नेताओं को क्षेत्रीय लाभ के लिए सार्क को सक्रिय बनाना चाहिए, भले ही भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच लंबे समय से चली आ रही शत्रुता जैसी चुनौतियां मौजूद हों।उन्होंने कहा है कि इन दोनों देशों के बीच की समस्याओं का असर दक्षिण एशिया के अन्य देशों पर नहीं पड़ना चाहिए और क्षेत्र में एकता और सहयोग का आह्वान किया।

सार्क संगठन की शिखर बैठक वर्ष 2016 में होने वाली थी लेकिन भारत समेत इसके अन्य सभी देशों ने पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ इसका विरोध किया और बैठक नहीं हो सकी। उसके बाद सार्क की बात भी कोई देश नहीं कर रहा था लेकिन पूर्व पीएम शेख हसीना को सत्ता से बाहर करने के बाद बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार इसको हवा देने में जुटी है

19 दिसंबर को मिस्त्र में बांग्लादेश के सरकार के मुखिया मोहम्मद यूनुस और पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शाहबाज शरीफ के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण मुलाकात हुई थी। इस बैठक में सार्क को फिर से सक्रिय करने की बात कही गई। पाकिस्तानी पीएम ने बांग्लादेश को सुझाव दिया कि वह सार्क सम्मेलन की मेजबानी करे। इस पर मोहम्मद यूनुस ने भी सहमति जताई और दोनों नेताओं ने इस योजना को आगे बढ़ाने की बात कही। पाकिस्तान की मंशा थी कि इस मंच के बहाने अलग थलग पड़े पाकिस्तान को दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्र में अपनी भूमिका मजबूत करने का मौका मिल सके।

बांग्लादेश के अंतरिम सरकार के मुखिया (मुख्य सलाहकार) प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद युनूस की तरफ से दक्षिण एशिया क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन (सार्क) को ठंडे बस्ते से निकालने की कोशिश पर भारत ने बेहद ठंडी प्रतिक्रिया जताई है।भारत ने इस मुद्दे पर अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा कि वर्तमान में सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।
विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता रंधीर जायसवाल से पूछा गया तो उनका जवाब था कि, “जहां तक क्षेत्रीय सहयोग की बात है तो भारत इसके लिए लगातार कोशिश करता रहा है। इसके लिए हम कई प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं। इसमें बिम्सटेक (भारत, भूटान, नेपाल, श्रीलंका, बांग्लादेश, म्यांमार और थाइलैंड का संगठन) है जिसमें कई हमारे पड़ोसी देश जुड़े हुए हैं। सार्क भी ऐसा ही एक संगठन है लेकिन यह लंबे समय से ठंडा पड़ा हुआ है और क्यों ठंडा पड़ा हुआ है, इसके बारे में सब जानते हैं।'

भारत ने इसलिए सार्क से बनाई दूरी
दक्षिण एशिया में सार्क का महत्व यूरोपीय संघ (EU), आसियान और इस्लामिक सहयोग संगठन (OIC) जैसे वैश्विक संगठनों की सफलता के उदाहरणों से प्रेरित है। हालांकि पाकिस्तान के साथ तनाव के कारण भारत ने धीरे-धीरे इसमें दिलचस्पी कम कर दी। 2016 में पाकिस्तान में हुए शिखर सम्मेलन में भारत ने हिस्सा नहीं लिया था। भारत ने 2016 में जम्मू-कश्मीर के उरी में सेना के शिविर पर हुए हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान द्वारा आतंकवाद को समर्थन दिए जाने पर चिंता जताई थी। उस हमले में उन्नीस भारतीय सैनिक मारे गए थे। हमले के बाद भारत ने शिखर सम्मेलन से अपना नाम वापस ले लिया। भारत जैसे बड़े देश की ओर से दूरी बनाने के बाद नेपाल, श्रीलंका, भूटान, अफगानिस्तान, मालदीव और शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व वाले बांग्लादेश ने भी सार्क में अपनी दिलचस्पी कम कर दी।

पाकिस्तान ने पहले भी सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने का आह्वान किया है
यह पहली बार नहीं है कि पाकिस्तान ने सार्क को पुनर्जीवित करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है।डॉन के अनुसार, दिसंबर 2023 में तत्कालीन कार्यवाहक प्रधान मंत्री अनवारुल हक काकर ने भी सार्क के पुनरुद्धार की आशा व्यक्त की थी। काकर ने कहा, "मैं इस अवसर पर सार्क प्रक्रिया के प्रति पाकिस्तान की प्रतिबद्धता को दोहराना चाहूंगा। मुझे विश्वास है कि संगठन के सुचारू संचालन में मौजूदा बाधाएं दूर हो जाएंगी, जिससे सार्क सदस्य देश पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी क्षेत्रीय सहयोग के मार्ग पर आगे बढ़ सकेंगे।" लेकिन भारत सार्क के पुनरुद्धार के खिलाफ रहा है।

बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान सार्क को पुनर्जीवित क्यों करना चाहते हैं?
यह व्यापार और अर्थव्यवस्था ही है जिसके कारण बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान सार्क के पुनरुद्धार के पक्ष में हैं। पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यवस्था खस्ताहाल है और वह अपने दैनिक खर्चों को पूरा करने के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) से कर्ज ले रहा है। उसने खाड़ी देशों से भी कर्ज लिया है।शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व में बांग्लादेश ने अच्छी आर्थिक वृद्धि देखी थी, लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में यह बुरी तरह से विफल हो गया है। इसकी आर्थिक दुर्दशा के लिए भ्रष्टाचार को दोषी ठहराया जाता है। अपनी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता यूनुस और शरीफ दोनों ही सार्क पर नज़र गड़ाए हुए हैं। ढाका ट्रिब्यून की रिपोर्ट से यह स्पष्ट है कि सार्क की बात करते समय उनके दिमाग में व्यापार का मुद्दा था।इसमें कहा गया, "शरीफ ने बांग्लादेश के कपड़ा और चमड़ा क्षेत्र में निवेश करने में पाकिस्तान की रुचि व्यक्त की।"

क्यों नहीं है भारत को सार्क की जरूरत?
हमें यह याद रखना होगा कि इस समूह में सबसे बड़ा खिलाड़ी भारत है, जो एक आर्थिक महाशक्ति है। भारत उन प्रमुख अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में से एक है जो अभी भी उच्च दर से बढ़ रही है जबकि बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्थाएं लड़खड़ा रही हैं। एसएंडपी का अनुमान है कि सालाना 7% से अधिक की दर से बढ़ते हुए भारत 2030-31 तक दुनिया की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन जाएगा। भारत जी-20 और ब्रिक्स सहित कई समूहों का भी हिस्सा है। व्यापार और व्यवसाय के मामले में, सार्क को भारत की जरूरत है, न कि इसके विपरीत। भारत को अपने सदस्यों के साथ संबंध बनाए रखने के लिए, यदि आवश्यक हो, तो समूह की जरूरत है। यह काम नई दिल्ली द्विपक्षीय रूप से भी कर सकता है, बिना किसी बहुपक्षीय मंच के।
