प्रयागराज,गर्मी का प्रकोप लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है और फिलहाल लोगों को इससे राहत मिलने की कोई उम्मीद नजर नहीं आ रही है। मौसम विभाग ने आगामी सात दिनों तक प्रचंड गर्मी पड़ने की आशंका जताई है।

सुबह 10 बजे अधिकतम तापमान 39 डिग्री रहा   
Prayagraj Weather Update गुरुवार 16 अप्रैल की सुबह से ही तेज धूप और गर्म हवाओं ने लोगों को बेहाल कर दिया। सुबह 10 बजे ही अधिकतम तापमान 39 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। दिन चढ़ने के साथ तापमान 43 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंच गया। सुबह के समय ही तापमान में इतनी तेजी से वृद्धि ने लोगों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है।

लू चलने के भी आसार   
Prayagraj Weather Update मौसम विभाग के अनुसार अगले दो से तीन दिनों में रात का तापमान भी बढ़कर 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच सकता है, जिससे दिन के साथ रात में भी उमस और गर्मी लोगों को परेशान करेगी। विभाग ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगले सात दिनों तक तापमान में विशेष गिरावट की संभावना नहीं है। इस दौरान लू चलने के भी आसार हैं।

गर्मी से बचने की सलाह  
मौसम विशेषज्ञों ने लोगों को दोपहर के समय घरों से बाहर निकलने से बचने, पर्याप्त पानी पीने और हल्के सूती कपड़े पहनने की सलाह दी है। तेज गर्मी का असर जनजीवन पर साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। दोपहर के समय सड़कों पर आवाजाही कम हो गई है और बाजारों में भी भीड़ घटने लगी है। चिकित्सकों ने बच्चों, बुजुर्गों और बीमार लोगों को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी है।

The reason for the prolonged post-production was the introduction of graphics scenes and a making style that have never been seen in Indian cinema until now.
Although Alan had to encounter many challenges and adverse situations during post-production, Alan is overcoming them all with extra commitment and dedication and nearing the completion of GLOORA. Alan says that even when he feels down in any bad situation, the support of his parents, producer, co-producer, legal advisor, and close friends keeps him going.
Alan was in a wheelchair after suffering a spinal cord injury in a car accident in 2018. Alan completed his cinematography studies from the Ernakulam Film Institute between 2015-2016. He then worked in films and short films. Then, while he was planning to make his own films, the unexpected accident happened. He lost all his hopes and spent most of the next 3 years in the hospital. Even when the doctors had predicted that he would have to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair, Alan held on to his dreams and wrote the script for his first film, Gloora, while lying down. Along with the completion of the film Gloora, Alan continues to fight his fate and get up from his wheelchair and walk. मार्च का महीना आमतौर पर हल्के और सुहाने मौसम के लिए जाना जाता है, लेकिन इस बार तस्वीर पूरी तरह बदली नजर आ रही है। महीने की शुरुआत में तेज गर्मी का अहसास हुआ, वहीं अब अचानक मौसम ने करवट ले ली है। देश के कई हिस्सों में काले बादल, तेज हवाएं, बारिश और ओलावृष्टि ने हालात बदल दिए हैं। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने आने वाले दिनों के लिए कई राज्यों में बारिश, आंधी, बिजली और तेज हवाओं को लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया है।

  

पश्चिमी विक्षोभ और साइक्लोनिक सर्कुलेशन का असर
मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने अगले 4 से 5 दिनों को बेहद अहम बताते हुए 15 राज्यों में आंधी-तूफान और बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, यह बदलाव किसी सामान्य बारिश का नतीजा नहीं है। इसके पीछे एक मजबूत पश्चिमी विक्षोभ और साइक्लोनिक सर्कुलेशन का संयुक्त असर है। इसी कारण उत्तर भारत से लेकर पूर्वोत्तर और दक्षिण भारत तक एक साथ मौसम बिगड़ा हुआ है। वातावरण में नमी बढ़ने से बादल तेजी से बन रहे हैं और अचानक मौसम बदल रहा है। कई इलाकों में 50 से 60 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलने का अनुमान है, जबकि कुछ जगहों पर यह रफ्तार 70 किमी प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती है।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बादलों का डेरा
दिल्ली-एनसीआर एक बार फिर बादलों से घिर गया। नोएडा समेत दिल्ली-एनसीआर कई इलाकों में बूंदाबांदी हो रही है। जिससे सड़कों पर वाहनों की रफ्तार थम गई। सुबह सुबह मौसम सुहावना हो गया है। दिल्ली एनसीआर में आज भी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान भारत मौसम विभाग की ओर से जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, 23 मार्च को बादल छाए रहेंगे और दोपहर बाद गरज-चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश के आसार है। सोमवार को दिल्ली के विभिन्न हिस्सों में मौसम बदल जाएगा। ऐसे में उत्तर-पश्चिमी हवाएं चलेंगी, जिनकी गति 10 से 15 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे के आसपास रह सकती है। यही नहीं, दिन आसमान बादलों से घिरा रहेगा। सुबह से दोपहर के बीच गरज चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश की संभावना है। बदलते मौसम के चलते लोगों को दिन में गर्मी और शाम के समय हल्की ठंडक का एहसास हो सकता है।

बिहार में चेतावनी
बिहार में 24 मार्च से 28 मार्च के बीच बारिश और आंधी-तूफान की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। जिन जिलों में अलर्ट है, उनमें पश्चिम चंपारण, पूर्वी चंपारण, सिवान, गोपालगंज, सारण, भोजपुर, बक्सर, रोहतास, औरंगाबाद, गया और नवादा शामिल है। राजधानी पटना में आज (सोमवार) को अधिकतम तापमान 29°C और न्यूनतम तापमान 20°C रहने वाला है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में अलर्ट
उत्तर प्रदेश में मौसम का असर सबसे ज्यादा व्यापक है। कई जिलों में आंधी, बारिश और ओलावृष्टि दर्ज की गई है। 60 किमी प्रति घंटे तक की तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं। पूर्वांचल और तराई इलाकों जैसे गोरखपुर, देवरिया, आजमगढ़, मऊ, बलिया और बस्ती में बिजली गिरने और भारी बारिश का खतरा है। लखनऊ, कानपुर, आगरा और मेरठ जैसे शहरों में भी मौसम अस्थिर बना रहेगा।

पहाड़ी राज्यों में खतरा
उत्तराखंड और हिमाचल प्रदेश में मौसम ज्यादा गंभीर बना हुआ है। तेज बारिश और 40-50 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल सकती हैं। ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी और भूस्खलन और हिमस्खलन का खतरा है। शिमला, कुल्लू, कांगड़ा और चमोली जैसे क्षेत्रों में हालात चुनौतीपूर्ण बने हुए हैं।

पूर्वोत्तर भारत में कैसा रहेगा मौसम
भारत के पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों की बात करें तो मणिपुर, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा में भारी बारिश के साथ तेज हवाओं के चलने की संभावना है। इसके असम, मेघालय और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में कुछ जगहों पर झमाधम बारिश हो सकती है। पूर्वी भारत के पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम में भी मौसम ज्यादा सक्रिय रहने वाला है। यहां तेज बारिश के साथ 70 से 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल सकती हैं। कुछ इलाकों में ओलावृष्टि की भी संभावना जताई गई है।

 प्रयागराज।शुक्रवार  व शनिवार सुबह की आंधी-बारिश के बाद रात में और शनिवार सुबह हवा में सिहरन बरकरार थी। हल्की कंपकंपी भी लग रही थी। पंखे की हवा भी ठंड का एहसास करा रही थी। वहीं एक दिन पूर्व दोपहर में तल्ख धूप और रात में भी गर्मी परेशान कर रही थी। कूलर और एसी भी चलने लगी थी। वहीं शुक्रवार को मौसम बदलने से अधिकतम तापमान 37.3 डिग्री सेल्सियस से गिरकर 28.4 पर आ गया।

अधिकतम तापमान में भारी गिरावट 
Prayagraj Weather Update मौसम ने अचानक करवट लेना लोगों को चौंका दिया है। मौसम में इस अचानक बदलाव का सबसे बड़ा असर तापमान पर देखने को मिला। गुरुवार को जहां तेज धूप के कारण अधिकतम तापमान 37.3 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया था, वहीं शुक्रवार को यह गिरकर 28.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। इतना ही शनिवार को भी रहा। इस तरह एक ही दिन में करीब नौ डिग्री सेल्सियस की भारी गिरावट ने मौसम को सुहावना बना दिया। शुक्रवार को न्यूनतम तापमान 20.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस था, जबकि शनिवार को और गिरकर 15 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंच गया। इससे सुबह ठंड बनी रही।

अचानक क्यों बदला प्रयागराज का मौसम?

उत्तर भारत में ठंड कम होने के बाद अब फिर से मौसम बदल गया है। दिल्ली–एनसीआर समेत हरियाणा और राजस्थान में अचानक मौसम ने करवट ले ली है। शुक्रवार की सुबह राजधानी और नोएडा समेत आसपास के इलाकों में हल्की बूंदाबांदी देखी गई। वहीं, दिल्ली समेत पूरे एनसीआर क्षेत्र में गरज के साथ तेज हवाएं चल रही हैं। मौसम विभाग ने गरज के साथ बौछारें पड़ने की भी चेतावनी जारी की है। वहीं, कश्मीर में भारी बर्फबारी की चेतावनी दी है।

  

वेस्टर्न डिस्टर्बेंस ने एक बार फिर उत्तर भारत के मौसम की तस्वीर पूरी तरह बदल दी है। जनवरी के आखिरी हफ्ते में ठंड कमजोर जरूर पड़ी, लेकिन इसकी जगह बारिश, आंधी और बर्फ ने ले ली है। राजधानी दिल्ली से लेकर यूपी के कई जिलों तक अचानक बदले मौसम ने जनजीवन को प्रभावित किया है। वहीं पहाड़ी इलाकों में लगातार हो रही बर्फबारी से सड़कें बंद हैं और ठंड फिर से तेज हो गई है।

दिल्ली को लेकर मौसम का अलर्ट

ठंड एक बार फिर लौटेगी
बारिश के बाद दिन का तापमान गिरकर 19-21 डिग्री तक पहुंच सकता है। न्यूनतम तापमान भी 6-8 डिग्री के आसपास आ जाएगा। इसके बाद ठंड एक बार फिर लौटेगी और सुबह-रात में ठिठुरन बढ़ेगी।

जनवरी में असामान्य गर्माहट
आंकड़े बताते हैं कि पिछले दो दिनों में तापमान सामान्य से करीब 7 डिग्री सेल्सियस ज्यादा दर्ज किया गया है। हालात ऐसे हैं कि सुबह और रात का तापमान जहां 8-9 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास बना हुआ है, वहीं दिन का पारा चढ़कर 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया है। इस असामान्य गर्माहट की मुख्य वजह एक कमजोर पश्चिमी विक्षोभ है, जो हिमालय क्षेत्र में सक्रिय हुआ, लेकिन मैदानी इलाकों में ज्यादा प्रभाव नहीं डाल सका। 

अचानक क्यों बने से हालात
आमतौर पर ऐसे विक्षोभ बादल, कोहरा और बारिश लाते हैं, लेकिन इस बार बादल कम छाए और आसमान ज्यादातर साफ रहा। इससे सूरज की किरणें सीधे जमीन पर पहुंच रही हैं, जिससे दिन में गर्मी का अहसास बढ़ गया है। इसके अलावा, मैदानी क्षेत्र में एंटी-साइक्लोन जैसी स्थिति बनी हुई है, जिसने ठंडी हवाओं को रोक रखा है। हवा में नमी की कमी से घना कोहरा भी नहीं बन पा रहा।

उत्तर भारत में कड़ाके की ठंड का दौर जारी है। दिल्ली-एनसीआर के हाल और भी खराब हैं। यहां शनिवार सुबह जबरदस्त घना कोहरा छाया रहा। हालात ऐसे थे कि कई इलाकों में विजिबिलिटी लगभग शून्य तक पहुंच गई। सड़कों पर चलना मुश्किल हो गया, वहीं गाड़ी चलाने वालों को धीमी रफ्तार में सफर करना पड़ा।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर में घने कोहरे के साथ-साथ प्रदूषण ने भी एनसीआर की परेशानी बढ़ा दी है। केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड, दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी), यूपीपीसीबी (यूपीपीसीबी) और आईएमडी के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक एनसीआर के कई इलाकों में वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक (एक्यूआई) गंभीर श्रेणी में पहुंच गया है।

ठंड और कोहरे की मार
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, आज न्यूनतम तापमान 3-5 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रह सकता है, जिससे ठंड और कोहरे की मार और बढ़ गई है। मौसम विज्ञान विभाग मुताबिक उत्तर भारत में कोल्ड वेव अब धीरे-धीरे कमजोर पड़ रही है। लेकिन कोहरा अभी भी बड़ी चुनौती बना हुआ है।

हल्की बारिश की भी संभावना
पश्चिमी विक्षोभ सक्रिय हो रहा है। इसका असर पहाड़ों से लेकर मैदानों तक दिखेगा। आने वाले पांच दिनों में कहीं घना कोहरा छाया रहेगा। कहीं हल्की बारिश की संभावना है। तापमान में धीरे-धीरे बढ़ोतरी होगी। लेकिन सुबह और रात की ठंड अभी परेशान करेगी।

17 से 22 जनवरी के बीच कैसा रहेगा मौसम
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार 17 से 22 जनवरी के बीच उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में मौसम बदलता रहेगा। पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में सुबह के समय घना बना रह सकता है। न्यूनतम तापमान भले ही 2 से 4 डिग्री बढ़े, लेकिन ठंड का असर बना रहेगा। कुछ इलाकों में कोल्ड डे कंडीशंस भी दर्ज की जा सकती हैं।

पहाड़ों से लेकर मैदान तक, इन दिनों हाड़ कंपा देने वाली सर्दी पड़ रही है। शरीर पर कपड़ों की मोटी लेयर के बाद भी कंपकंपी रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। दिल्ली से लेकर यूपी, बिहार तक, हर जगह ठंड का सितम देखने को मिल रहा है। फिलहाल इससे राहत मिलने के आसार नहीं हैं।

  

मौसम विभाग ने अगले चार-पांच दिनों तक पहाड़ों पर बारिश होने का अलर्ट जारी किया है। इस दौरान कुछ जगह बर्फबारी भी होने का अनुमान है। मैदानी इलाकों में भी बारिश-बूंदाबांदी होने से कई राज्यों में शीतलहर की स्थिति रहेगी। वहीं, एक सप्ताह तक उत्तर और पूर्व के कई राज्यों में घने से बेहद घना कोहरा मुश्किल बढ़ाएगा।

शीतलहर से लेकर गंभीर शीतलहर की चेतावनी
भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में शीतलहर से लेकर गंभीर शीतलहर की चेतावनी जारी की है। विभाग के अनुसार, अगले 2–3 दिनों तक हिमाचल प्रदेश, पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली, राजस्थान, झारखंड और ओडिशा में ठंड का प्रकोप बना रहेगा, जबकि उसके बाद इसमें धीरे-धीरे कमी आने की संभावना है।

5-6 दिनों तक घने कोहरे की संभावना
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, अगले 5-6 दिनों के दौरान उत्तर-पश्चिम भारत और बिहार में घना से बहुत घना कोहरा छाए रहने की संभावना है। जबकि पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में शीतदिवस की अगले दो दिनों तक स्थिति बनी रह सकती है।

बारिश और बर्फबारी की संभावना
मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 16 से 21 जनवरी के बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और बर्फबारी की संभावना है। इसके साथ ही 18–20 जनवरी के दौरान पंजाब, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, पूर्वी राजस्थान और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में भी छिटपुट बारिश हो सकती है।

कैसा रहेगा दिल्ली का मौसम?
इधर, दिल्ली में सर्दी ने पिछले तीन सालों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। गुरुवार को 2.3 डिग्री के टेंपरेचर के साथ कोहरे ने खूब परेशान किया। 16 जनवरी को भी शीतलहर की स्थिति बनी रहेगी। राजधानी के कुछ हिस्सों में हल्का से मध्यम स्तर का घना कोहरा रहेगा। वहीं 17 से 21 जनवरी तक आसमान में बादल छाए रहेंगे। सुबह के वक्त थोड़ा कोहरा भी देखने को मिलेगा। इस दौरान न्यूनतम तापमान 5 से बढ़कर 9 डिग्री पहुंच सकता है। जबकि अधिकतम तापमान 22 से 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंचने की संभावना है, जिससे थोड़ी राहत मिल सकती है।

सुबह 10 बजे अधिकतम तापमान 39 डिग्री रहा   
Prayagraj Weather Update गुरुवार 16 अप्रैल की सुबह से ही तेज धूप और गर्म हवाओं ने लोगों को बेहाल कर दिया। सुबह 10 बजे ही अधिकतम तापमान 39 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। दिन चढ़ने के साथ तापमान 43 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंच गया। सुबह के समय ही तापमान में इतनी तेजी से वृद्धि ने लोगों की चिंता बढ़ा दी है।

लू चलने के भी आसार

मौसम विशेषज्ञों ने लोगों को दोपहर के समय घरों से बाहर निकलने से बचने, पर्याप्त पानी पीने और हल्के सूती कपड़े पहनने की सलाह दी है। तेज गर्मी का असर जनजीवन पर साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। दोपहर के समय सड़कों पर आवाजाही कम हो गई है और बाजारों में भी भीड़ घटने लगी है। चिकित्सकों ने बच्चों, बुजुर्गों और बीमार लोगों को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी है।

मार्च का महीना आमतौर पर हल्के और सुहाने मौसम के लिए जाना जाता है, लेकिन इस बार तस्वीर पूरी तरह बदली नजर आ रही है। महीने की शुरुआत में तेज गर्मी का अहसास हुआ, वहीं अब अचानक मौसम ने करवट ले ली है। देश के कई हिस्सों में काले बादल, तेज हवाएं, बारिश और ओलावृष्टि ने हालात बदल दिए हैं। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने आने वाले दिनों के लिए कई राज्यों में बारिश, आंधी, बिजली और तेज हवाओं को लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया है।

  

पश्चिमी विक्षोभ और साइक्लोनिक सर्कुलेशन का असर
मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने अगले 4 से 5 दिनों को बेहद अहम बताते हुए 15 राज्यों में आंधी-तूफान और बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, यह बदलाव किसी सामान्य बारिश का नतीजा नहीं है। इसके पीछे एक मजबूत पश्चिमी विक्षोभ और साइक्लोनिक सर्कुलेशन का संयुक्त असर है। इसी कारण उत्तर भारत से लेकर पूर्वोत्तर और दक्षिण भारत तक एक साथ मौसम बिगड़ा हुआ है। वातावरण में नमी बढ़ने से बादल तेजी से बन रहे हैं और अचानक मौसम बदल रहा है। कई इलाकों में 50 से 60 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलने का अनुमान है, जबकि कुछ जगहों पर यह रफ्तार 70 किमी प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती है।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बादलों का डेरा
दिल्ली-एनसीआर एक बार फिर बादलों से घिर गया। नोएडा समेत दिल्ली-एनसीआर कई इलाकों में बूंदाबांदी हो रही है। जिससे सड़कों पर वाहनों की रफ्तार थम गई। सुबह सुबह मौसम सुहावना हो गया है। दिल्ली एनसीआर में आज भी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान भारत मौसम विभाग की ओर से जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, 23 मार्च को बादल छाए रहेंगे और दोपहर बाद गरज-चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश के आसार है। सोमवार को दिल्ली के विभिन्न हिस्सों में मौसम बदल जाएगा। ऐसे में उत्तर-पश्चिमी हवाएं चलेंगी, जिनकी गति 10 से 15 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे के आसपास रह सकती है। यही नहीं, दिन आसमान बादलों से घिरा रहेगा। सुबह से दोपहर के बीच गरज चमक के साथ हल्की बारिश की संभावना है। बदलते मौसम के चलते लोगों को दिन में गर्मी और शाम के समय हल्की ठंडक का एहसास हो सकता है।

बिहार में चेतावनी
बिहार में 24 मार्च से 28 मार्च के बीच बारिश और आंधी-तूफान की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। जिन जिलों में अलर्ट है, उनमें पश्चिम चंपारण, पूर्वी चंपारण, सिवान, गोपालगंज, सारण, भोजपुर, बक्सर, रोहतास, औरंगाबाद, गया और नवादा शामिल है। राजधानी पटना में आज (सोमवार) को अधिकतम तापमान 29°C और न्यूनतम तापमान 20°C रहने वाला है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में अलर्ट
उत्तर प्रदेश में मौसम का असर सबसे ज्यादा व्यापक है। कई जिलों में आंधी, बारिश और ओलावृष्टि दर्ज की गई है। 60 किमी प्रति घंटे तक की तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं। पूर्वांचल और तराई इलाकों जैसे गोरखपुर, देवरिया, आजमगढ़, मऊ, बलिया और बस्ती में बिजली गिरने और भारी बारिश का खतरा है। लखनऊ, कानपुर, आगरा और मेरठ जैसे शहरों में भी मौसम अस्थिर बना रहेगा।

पहाड़ी राज्यों में खतरा
उत्तराखंड और हिमाचल प्रदेश में मौसम ज्यादा गंभीर बना हुआ है। तेज बारिश और 40-50 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल सकती हैं। ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी और भूस्खलन और हिमस्खलन का खतरा है। शिमला, कुल्लू, कांगड़ा और चमोली जैसे क्षेत्रों में हालात चुनौतीपूर्ण बने हुए हैं।

पूर्वोत्तर भारत में कैसा रहेगा मौसम
भारत के पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों की बात करें तो मणिपुर, मिजोरम और त्रिपुरा में भारी बारिश के साथ तेज हवाओं के चलने की संभावना है। इसके असम, मेघालय और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में कुछ जगहों पर झमाधम बारिश हो सकती है। पूर्वी भारत के पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम में भी मौसम ज्यादा सक्रिय रहने वाला है। यहां तेज बारिश के साथ 70 से 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल सकती हैं। कुछ इलाकों में ओलावृष्टि की भी संभावना जताई गई है।

अधिकतम तापमान में भारी गिरावट 
Prayagraj Weather Update मौसम ने अचानक करवट लेना लोगों को चौंका दिया है। मौसम में इस अचानक बदलाव का सबसे बड़ा असर तापमान पर देखने को मिला। गुरुवार को जहां तेज धूप के कारण अधिकतम तापमान 37.3 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया था, वहीं शुक्रवार को यह गिरकर 28.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। इतना ही शनिवार को भी रहा। इस तरह एक ही दिन में करीब नौ डिग्री सेल्सियस की भारी गिरावट ने मौसम को सुहावना बना दिया। शुक्रवार को न्यूनतम तापमान 20.5 डिग्री सेल्सियस था, जबकि शनिवार को और गिरकर 15 डिग्री सेल्सियस पहुंच गया। इससे सुबह ठंड बनी रही।

अचानक क्यों बदला प्रयागराज का मौसम?

उत्तर भारत में ठंड कम होने के बाद अब फिर से मौसम बदल गया है। दिल्ली–एनसीआर समेत हरियाणा और राजस्थान में अचानक मौसम ने करवट ले ली है। शुक्रवार की सुबह राजधानी और नोएडा समेत आसपास के इलाकों में हल्की बूंदाबांदी देखी गई। वहीं, दिल्ली समेत पूरे एनसीआर क्षेत्र में गरज के साथ तेज हवाएं चल रही हैं। मौसम विभाग ने गरज के साथ बौछारें पड़ने की भी चेतावनी जारी की है। वहीं, कश्मीर में भारी बर्फबारी की चेतावनी दी है।

दिल्ली को लेकर मौसम का अलर्ट
दिल्ली के आकाश में आमतौर पर बादल छाए रह सकते हैं। सुबह से दोपहर के पहले तक हल्की बारिश हो सकती है। अलग-अलग इलाकों में एक या दो बौछारें पड़ सकती हैं। गरज के साथ बिजली कड़कने की संभावना है। साथ ही, 30-40 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चल सकती हैं। दोपहर के आसपास हल्की से मध्यम बारिश पड़ सकती है। वहीं, शाम के समय हल्की धुंध छाई रह सकती है।

बारिश के बाद दिन का तापमान गिरकर 19-21 डिग्री तक पहुंच सकता है। न्यूनतम तापमान भी 6-8 डिग्री के आसपास आ जाएगा। इसके बाद ठंड एक बार फिर लौटेगी और सुबह-रात में ठिठुरन बढ़ेगी।

जनवरी में असामान्य गर्माहट
आंकड़े बताते हैं कि पिछले दो दिनों में तापमान सामान्य से करीब 7 डिग्री सेल्सियस ज्यादा दर्ज किया गया है। हालात ऐसे हैं कि सुबह और रात का तापमान जहां 8-9 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास बना हुआ है, वहीं दिन का पारा चढ़कर 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया है। इस असामान्य गर्माहट की मुख्य वजह एक कमजोर पश्चिमी विक्षोभ है, जो हिमालय क्षेत्र में सक्रिय हुआ, लेकिन मैदानी इलाकों में ज्यादा प्रभाव नहीं डाल सका। 

अचानक क्यों बने से हालात
आमतौर पर ऐसे विक्षोभ बादल, कोहरा और बारिश लाते हैं, लेकिन इस बार बादल कम छाए और आसमान ज्यादातर साफ रहा। इससे सूरज की किरणें सीधे जमीन पर पहुंच रही हैं, जिससे दिन में गर्मी का अहसास बढ़ गया है। इसके अलावा, मैदानी क्षेत्र में एंटी-साइक्लोन जैसी स्थिति बनी हुई है, जिसने ठंडी हवाओं को रोक रखा है। हवा में नमी की कमी से घना कोहरा भी नहीं बन पा रहा।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर में घने कोहरे के साथ-साथ प्रदूषण ने भी एनसीआर की परेशानी बढ़ा दी है। केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड, दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी), यूपीपीसीबी (यूपीपीसीबी) और आईएमडी के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक एनसीआर के कई इलाकों में वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक (एक्यूआई) गंभीर श्रेणी में पहुंच गया है।

ठंड और कोहरे की मार
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, आज न्यूनतम तापमान 3-5 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रह सकता है, जिससे ठंड और कोहरे की मार और बढ़ गई है। मौसम विज्ञान विभाग मुताबिक उत्तर भारत में कोल्ड वेव अब धीरे-धीरे कमजोर पड़ रही है। लेकिन कोहरा अभी भी बड़ी चुनौती बना हुआ है।

हल्की बारिश की भी संभावना
पश्चिमी विक्षोभ सक्रिय हो रहा है। इसका असर पहाड़ों से लेकर मैदानों तक दिखेगा। आने वाले पांच दिनों में कहीं घना कोहरा छाया रहेगा। कहीं हल्की बारिश की संभावना है। तापमान में धीरे-धीरे बढ़ोतरी होगी। लेकिन सुबह और रात की ठंड अभी परेशान करेगी।

17 से 22 जनवरी के बीच कैसा रहेगा मौसम
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार 17 से 22 जनवरी के बीच उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में मौसम बदलता रहेगा। पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में सुबह के समय घना बना रह सकता है। न्यूनतम तापमान भले ही 2 से 4 डिग्री बढ़े, लेकिन ठंड का असर बना रहेगा। कुछ इलाकों में कोल्ड डे कंडीशंस भी दर्ज की जा सकती हैं।

भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने उत्तर भारत के कई राज्यों में शीतलहर से लेकर गंभीर शीतलहर की चेतावनी जारी की है। विभाग के अनुसार, अगले 2–3 दिनों तक हिमाचल प्रदेश, पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली, राजस्थान, झारखंड और ओडिशा में ठंड का प्रकोप बना रहेगा, जबकि उसके बाद इसमें धीरे-धीरे कमी आने की संभावना है।

5-6 दिनों तक घने कोहरे की संभावना
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, अगले 5-6 दिनों के दौरान उत्तर-पश्चिम भारत और बिहार में घना से बहुत घना कोहरा छाए रहने की संभावना है। जबकि पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में शीतदिवस की अगले दो दिनों तक स्थिति बनी रह सकती है।

बारिश और बर्फबारी की संभावना
मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 16 से 21 जनवरी के बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश और बर्फबारी की संभावना है। इसके साथ ही 18–20 जनवरी के दौरान पंजाब, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, पूर्वी राजस्थान और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में भी छिटपुट बारिश हो सकती है।

इधर, दिल्ली में सर्दी ने पिछले तीन सालों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। गुरुवार को 2.3 डिग्री के टेंपरेचर के साथ कोहरे ने खूब परेशान किया। 16 जनवरी को भी शीतलहर की स्थिति बनी रहेगी। राजधानी के कुछ हिस्सों में हल्का से मध्यम स्तर का घना कोहरा रहेगा। वहीं 17 से 21 जनवरी तक आसमान में बादल छाए रहेंगे। सुबह के वक्त थोड़ा कोहरा भी देखने को मिलेगा। इस दौरान न्यूनतम तापमान 5 से बढ़कर 9 डिग्री पहुंच सकता है। जबकि अधिकतम तापमान 22 से 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंचने की संभावना है, जिससे थोड़ी राहत मिल सकती है।
