संजीव सिंह बलिया। अखिल भारतीय प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ के निर्देश पर मंगलवार को प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ बलिया ने प्रधानमंत्री, भारत के शिक्षा मंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एवं शिक्षा मंत्री को संबोधित ज्ञापन जिलाधिकारी को सौंपा। इसमें मांग की गई कि शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 लागू होने से पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षकों को TET उत्तीर्ण करने की अनिवार्यता से मुक्त किया जाए।
  
जिलाध्यक्ष अजय कुमार सिंह एवं महामंत्री राधेश्याम पांडे के नेतृत्व में शिक्षकों का प्रतिनिधिमंडल कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचा और ज्ञापन के माध्यम से अपनी बात प्रधान मंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंचाई।
  
ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि अधिनियम लागू होने के बाद ही शिक्षक नियुक्ति अथवा प्रोन्नति के लिए TET उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य किया गया था, परंतु अधिनियम लागू होने से पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षकों के लिए ऐसी कोई शर्त नहीं थी और न ही केंद्र अथवा राज्य सरकार ने कोई दिशा निर्देश जारी किया था।
  
शिक्षक नेताओं ने बताया कि हाल ही में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भ्रांतिपूर्ण तथ्यों के आधार पर यह आदेश पारित किया है कि देश में सेवा जारी रखने के लिए TET उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य होगा। इसमें मात्र 5 वर्ष की शेष सेवा वाले शिक्षकों को छूट दी गई है, पर प्रोन्नति के लिए उन्हें भी कोई राहत नहीं मिली है। इससे शिक्षकों में गहरी नाराजगी है और पुरानी नियुक्तियों को छूट प्रदान करने का मुद्दा जोर पकड़ रहा है।

संजीव सिंह बलिया। अखिल भारतीय प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ के निर्देश पर मंगलवार को प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ बलिया ने प्रधानमंत्री, भारत के शिक्षा मंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एवं शिक्षा मंत्री को संबोधित ज्ञापन जिलाधिकारी को सौंपा। इसमें मांग की गई कि शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 लागू होने से पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षकों को TET उत्तीर्ण करने की अनिवार्यता से मुक्त किया जाए।
  
जिलाध्यक्ष अजय कुमार सिंह एवं महामंत्री राधेश्याम पांडे के नेतृत्व में शिक्षकों का प्रतिनिधिमंडल कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचा और ज्ञापन के माध्यम से अपनी बात प्रधान मंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंचाई।
  
ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि अधिनियम लागू होने के बाद ही शिक्षक नियुक्ति अथवा प्रोन्नति के लिए TET उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य किया गया था, परंतु अधिनियम लागू होने से पूर्व नियुक्त शिक्षकों के लिए ऐसी कोई शर्त नहीं थी और न ही केंद्र अथवा राज्य सरकार ने कोई दिशा निर्देश जारी किया था।
  
शिक्षक नेताओं ने बताया कि हाल ही में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भ्रांतिपूर्ण तथ्यों के आधार पर यह आदेश पारित किया है कि देश में सेवा जारी रखने के लिए TET उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य होगा। इसमें मात्र 5 वर्ष की शेष सेवा वाले शिक्षकों को छूट दी गई है, पर प्रोन्नति के लिए उन्हें भी कोई राहत नहीं मिली है। इससे शिक्षकों में गहरी नाराजगी है और पुरानी नियुक्तियों को छूट प्रदान करने का मुद्दा जोर पकड़ रहा है।

उन्होंने उपजाऊ जमीन के नुकसान की भरपाई के लिए मुआवजा, पुनर्वास और वैकल्पिक आजीविका के अवसर प्रदान करने की भी अपील की। इसके साथ ही बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में चारा, नाव और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की तत्काल व्यवस्था करने पर भी जोर दिया है।
  
रामगोविंद चौधरी ने प्रदेश सरकार से संकट की समीक्षा कर पीड़ितों को राहत देने की तत्काल कार्रवाई की उम्मीद जताई है।

 संजीव सिंह बलिया। उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शिक्षा मित्रों के हित में आज की गई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा से शिक्षा मित्र समाज में खुशी और उत्साह का माहौल व्याप्त है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा एवं मानदेय वृद्धि की घोषणा ने इस समुदाय के सदस्यों को एक बड़ी राहत दी है।
  
उत्तर प्रदेश प्राथमिक शिक्षामित्र संघ बलिया के जिला महामंत्री अमृत सिंह ने इस अवसर पर कहा, "यह निर्णय न केवल हमारे स्वास्थ्य और आर्थिक सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करेगा, बल्कि शिक्षा मित्रों के सम्मान और आत्मबल को भी बढ़ाएगा। लंबे समय से शिक्षा मित्र समाज इस मांग को लेकर संघर्षरत था। आज मुख्यमंत्री जी ने हमारी समस्याओं को समझते हुए हमारे जीवन में स्थायित्व और राहत प्रदान की है।"
  
उन्होंने आगे कहा, "कैशलेस चिकित्सा सुविधा से शिक्षा मित्र और उनके परिवार निश्चिंत होकर जीवन व्यतीत कर सकेंगे और मानदेय वृद्धि से हमारा जीवन स्तर बेहतर होगा। इसके लिए हम प्रदेश सरकार और मुख्यमंत्री जी के तहे दिल से आभारी हैं।"
  
अमृत सिंह ने अंत में कहा कि संगठन इस विश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ेगा कि सरकार भविष्य में भी शिक्षा मित्रों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए निरंतर कदम उठाएगी।
  
यह घोषणा शिक्षा मित्रों के लिए एक बड़ा संबल साबित होगी और उनकी सामाजिक व आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार लाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।
