The members of the royal Harakutir Ray-banerjee family of Pathuriaghata, Kolkata, West Bengal, meanwhile just celebrated their Holika Dahan and Holi at their premises in a vibrant, unique and joyous affair, reflecting the spirit of India's Festival of Colors. 
Harakutir’s iconic Holi festivities began this monday, with the traditional Holika Dahan ceremony, where a 15 feet tall effigy, made of of hay and wood was set up on fire in a bonfire to symbolize the victory of good over evil. The event was marked by prayers, chanting, and the offering of cimar (puffs of burning cow dung) to ward off evil spirits. The tradition comes from a story in the Bhagavata Purana about the demon king Hiranyakashipu. He wanted everyone to worship him instead of Vishnu. However, his son Prahlada remained a devoted follower of Vishnu. Angry with his son, Hiranyakashipu asked his sister Holika, who had a boon that protected her from fire, to sit in a burning pyre with Prahlada on her lap. But due to divine protection, Prahlada survived while Holika was burned to ashes.
 
The next day, Harakutir came alive with the sounds of laughter and music as people gathered to celebrate Rangwali Holi. The air was filled with the sweet scent of colors, and the atmosphere was electric with excitement. Their celebration featured traditional Thandai, , a spiced milk drink, and gujiya, a sweet pastry filled with khoya and nuts alongside other Bengali sweets. The evening was filled with soul-stirring performances, including traditional dance and music for their Kuldevta Sree Sree Sridhar Narayan Jew, which ages to 1692 and has been worshipped by eminent saints like Ramakrishna Parhamhans Deb, Shri Shri Mohanananda Brahmachari, Sadhak Bamakhepa and Trailanga Swami to name a few. The deity alongside others was placed in a all silver throne or “jhula” in their adi thakurghar or place of worship.

एनसीईआरटी ने कक्षा 8 की सोशल साइंस के ज्यूडिशियरी से जुड़े चैप्टर पर विवाद बढ़ गया है। किताब में 'न्यायपालिका में भ्रष्टाचार' वाले अंश को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रूख अपनाया है। विवाद पर चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत, जस्टिस जॉयमाल्या बागची और जस्टिस विपुल पंचोली की पीठ में सुनवाई हुई। चीफ जस्टिस ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि इस मामले में एनसीईआरटी का माफी मांगना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

कोर्ट ने पूछा- इसके पीछे कौन?
सीजेआई की फटकार के बाद एनसीईआरटी ने ‘ज्यूडिशियल करप्शन’ वाले चैप्टर को हटाने का फैसला किया है। उसने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने अपनी गलती मानी है और इसके लिए माफी मांगी है।सीजेआई सूर्यकांत ने फटकार लगाते हुए कहा है कि बस माफी मांगना या चैप्टर हटाना काफी नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एनसीईआरटी से कहा है कि वे बताए इसके पीछे कौन हैं, पूरी बात सामने आने तक सुनवाई जारी रहेगी।

एनसीईआरटी के निदेशक को कारण बताना होगा
सुनवाई के दौरान एनसीईआरटी ने कहा कि वे बिना शर्त माफी मांगने को तैयार हैं। किताब से विवादित अंश को भी हटा दिया जाएगा। इस पर चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा कि केवल माफी मांगना और किताब से आपत्तिजनक अंशों को हटाना पर्याप्त नहीं है। एनसीईआरटी के निदेशक को कारण बताना होगा। ये सोच-समझकर उठाया गया कदम है। अदालत ने सवाल किया कि इस मामले को अवमानना क्यों न माना जाए? चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने ऑनलाइन प्रतियों को भी तत्काल हटाने के निर्देश दिए।

क्या है मामला?
दरअसल, NCERT ने क्लास 8 की सोशल साइंस की नई किताब जारी की। किताब में पहली बार ज्यूडिशियरी में करप्शन पर एक सेक्शन जोड़ा गया। बुक का अपडेटेड एडिशन पहले के एडिशन से अलग है। बुक में एक चैप्टर का नाम है हमारे समाज में न्यायपालिका की भूमिका, जिसमें सिस्टम की कमजोरियों और लंबित मामलों के बारे में बताया गया है।

चैप्टर में क्या?
किताब में इस समस्या के बड़े पैमाने को साफ-साफ बताया गया है। इसमें अलग-अलग कोर्ट में लगभग 53,321,000 पेंडिंग केस बताए गए हैं। इनमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 81,000, पूरे भारत के हाई कोर्ट में 62.4 लाख (62,40,000) और डिस्ट्रिक्ट और सबऑर्डिनेट कोर्ट में लगभग 4.7 करोड़ (4,70,00,000) केस हैं। चैप्टर में लोगों की सोच और चिंताओं का भी जिक्र है। चैप्टर में लिखा है, लोग ज्यूडिशियरी के अलग-अलग लेवल पर करप्शन का अनुभव करते हैं। गरीबों और ज़रूरतमंदों के लिए न्याय तक पहुंच आसान नहीं है। भारत के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस बी आर गवई का जिक्र करते हुए, बुक में कहा गया है कि करप्शन और गलत काम लोगों के भरोसे को नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लिया स्वतः संज्ञान
पुस्तक में जोड़े गए इस हिस्से को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हुआ है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने संकेत दिया है कि इस मामले में स्वतः संज्ञान लिया गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लिया गया है। अदालत ने भरोसा दिलाया कि उचित और कानूनी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। सीजेआई ने कहा कि न्यायपालिका की गरिमा और विश्वसनीयता को बनाए रखना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

   संजीव सिंह बलिया! उत्तर प्रदेश की शैक्षिक राजनीति और विधिक गलियारों में सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय की नियुक्तियों का प्रकरण एक मिसाल बन गया है। यह कहानी केवल एक अध्यादेश की नहीं, बल्कि हज़ारों बेरोजगारों के सपनों और न्यायपालिका बनाम कार्यपालिका के बीच खिंचती रस्साकशी की है। 1. 2013-14 का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव के कार्यकाल में सन् 2013-14 में एक महत्वपूर्ण अध्यादेश लाया गया था। इसका उद्देश्य संस्कृत शिक्षा के गिरते स्तर को सुधारना और महाविद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की भारी कमी को दूर करना था। उक्त बाते पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष रामगोविन्द चौधरी ने सोमवार को एक बयान जारी कर कहा और बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय और संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों की प्रबंध समितियों को रिक्त पदों पर चयन की शक्ति दी गई। इस विकेंद्रीकरण से प्रक्रिया में तेजी आई और कई उच्च शिक्षित युवाओं को रोजगार मिला, जिससे संस्कृत की पाठशालाओं में रौनक लौटी। 2016-17 में सत्ता परिवर्तन के साथ ही इन नियुक्तियों पर रोक लगा दी गई। योगी सरकार के इस कदम ने न केवल नए रोजगारों पर ताला जड़ा, बल्कि कार्यरत शिक्षकों के भविष्य पर भी प्रश्नचिन्ह लगा दिया। इसके बाद शुरू हुआ अदालती संघर्ष का वह लंबा सिलसिला, जिसमें सरकार को हर मोड़ पर विधिक हार का सामना करना पड़ा अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकार के रोक के फैसले को चुनौती दी और कोर्ट ने अभ्यर्थियों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया। सरकार ने हार नहीं मानी और डबल बेंच में अपील की, लेकिन वहाँ भी न्याय की जीत हुई। अंततः मामला देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत पहुँचा। 2021 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी सरकार की याचिका को खारिज करते हुए नियुक्तियों के पक्ष में मुहर लगा दी। पूर्व नेता विरोधी दल ने कहा कि 'न्याय में देरी, न्याय न मिलने के बराबर' विडंबना यह है कि देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत से आदेश आने के बावजूद योगी सरकार ने शासन स्तर पर विभिन्न तकनीकी पेच फंसाकर इन नियुक्तियों और उनके लाभों को बाधित किया जा रहा है। यह स्थिति न केवल न्यायालय की अवमानना (Contempt of Court) की श्रेणी में आती है, बल्कि उन युवाओं के साथ भी अन्याय है जो अपनी योग्यता सिद्ध कर चुके हैं। संस्कृत को भारत की आत्मा कहा जाता है, लेकिन जब इसी भाषा के विद्वान और शिक्षक अपनी आजीविका के लिए दर-दर भटकते हैं, तो यह व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है। यदि सरकारें अदालती आदेशों के बाद भी 'हथकंडे' अपनाकर नियुक्तियां रोकती हैं, तो यह लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों का हनन है। योगी सरकार और प्रशासन को अब हठधर्मिता छोड़कर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय का सम्मान करना चाहिए ताकि संस्कृत शिक्षा का संरक्षण हो सके और युवाओं को उनका उचित हक मिल सके। (रामगोविन्द चौधरी) पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष उoप्र

लखनऊ। राजधानी लखनऊ में मेट्रो संचालन को लेकर एक चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) की हालिया रिपोर्ट में सामने आया है कि मेट्रो की रेल पटरियां निर्धारित तकनीकी मानकों से कमजोर पाई गईं। रिपोर्ट में कई महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन की बात कही गई है, जिससे यात्रियों की सुरक्षा पर गंभीर प्रश्नचिह्न लग गया है।
  

  
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मेट्रो ट्रैक से संबंधित कई विशेष मानकों का पालन नहीं किया गया। इतना ही नहीं, स्पीड लिमिट प्रमाणपत्र का समय पर नवीनीकरण भी नहीं कराया गया, जिससे उच्च गति पर संचालन के दौरान संभावित खतरे की आशंका बढ़ गई। यह स्थिति सीधे तौर पर यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को जोखिम में डालने वाली मानी जा रही है।
  

  
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, परियोजना से जुड़ी प्रमुख कंपनियों जैसे Tata Group और Larsen & Toubro (L&T) ने पहले ही मेट्रो प्रशासन को तकनीकी खामियों को लेकर आगाह किया था। बावजूद इसके, आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम समय पर नहीं उठाए गए।
  

  
जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि ‘कालिंदी’ नामक फर्म को पटरियां बिछाने का ठेका दिया गया था, जो कथित तौर पर कागजों पर ही सक्रिय बताई जा रही है। इस फर्म और मेट्रो प्रशासन के बीच सांठगांठ के आरोप भी उभरकर सामने आए हैं।
  

  
मामले में तत्कालीन प्रबंध निदेशक Kumar Keshav की भूमिका पर भी गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। आरोप है कि परियोजना में अनियमितताओं के बावजूद उन्होंने प्रभावी निगरानी नहीं की। सूत्रों का दावा है कि इस मुद्दे पर संपर्क किए जाने के बावजूद उन्होंने फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिया है।

रांची: झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (JPSC) ने सिविल सेवा संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2025 की तैयारी कर रहे परीक्षार्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की है। प्रशासनिक कारणों का हवाला देते हुए आयोग ने प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (PT) की तिथि को संशोधित किया है। अब यह परीक्षा 8 मार्च के स्थान पर 15 मार्च 2026 को राज्य के विभिन्न केंद्रों पर आयोजित की जाएगी।

महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर होनी है बहाली:
इस परीक्षा के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों में कुल 103 रिक्त पदों को भरा जाना है। इनमें प्रशासनिक सेवा (उपसमाहर्ता), पुलिस सेवा (DSP), प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) और सहायक नगर आयुक्त जैसे प्रतिष्ठित पद शामिल हैं।

आयु सीमा पर फंसा पेंच:
परीक्षा तिथि में बदलाव के बीच, अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट की मांग जोर पकड़ रही है। कई उम्मीदवारों का तर्क है कि परीक्षाओं में विलंब के कारण वे अवसर खो रहे हैं। हालांकि, आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जब तक राज्य सरकार या कैबिनेट की ओर से इस पर कोई आधिकारिक आदेश नहीं आता, तब तक वर्तमान नियम ही प्रभावी रहेंगे।

परीक्षा का स्वरूप:
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा दो पालियों में वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) प्रकार की होगी, जिसमें नकारात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) का भी प्रावधान है। आयोग ने अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी है कि वे केवल आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर दी गई सूचनाओं पर ही भरोसा करें।

The members of the royal Harakutir Ray-banerjee family of Pathuriaghata, Kolkata, West Bengal, meanwhile just celebrated their Holika Dahan and Holi at their premises in a vibrant, unique and joyous affair, reflecting the spirit of India's Festival of Colors. 
Harakutir’s iconic Holi festivities began this monday, with the traditional Holika Dahan ceremony, where a 15 feet tall effigy, made of of hay and wood was set up on fire in a bonfire to symbolize the victory of good over evil. The event was marked by prayers, chanting, and the offering of cimar (puffs of burning cow dung) to ward off evil spirits. The tradition comes from a story in the Bhagavata Purana about the demon king Hiranyakashipu. He wanted everyone to worship him instead of Vishnu. However, his son Prahlada remained a devoted follower of Vishnu. Angry with his son, Hiranyakashipu asked his sister Holika, who had a boon that protected her from fire, to sit in a burning pyre with Prahlada on her lap. But due to divine protection, Prahlada survived while Holika was burned to ashes.
 
The next day, Harakutir came alive with the sounds of laughter and music as people gathered to celebrate Rangwali Holi. The air was filled with the sweet scent of colors, and the atmosphere was electric with excitement. Their celebration featured traditional Thandai, , a spiced milk drink, and gujiya, a sweet pastry filled with khoya and nuts alongside other Bengali sweets. The evening was filled with soul-stirring performances, including traditional dance and music for their Kuldevta Sree Sree Sridhar Narayan Jew, which ages to 1692 and has been worshipped by eminent saints like Ramakrishna Parhamhans Deb, Shri Shri Mohanananda Brahmachari, Sadhak Bamakhepa and Trailanga Swami to name a few. The deity alongside others was placed in a all silver throne or “jhula” in their adi thakurghar or place of worship.

27 अमेरिकी बेसों पर ईरान का हमला
ईरानी रिवोल्यूशनरी गार्ड (IRGC) ने अमेरिका और इस्राइल के हवाई हमलों के जवाब में पश्चिमी एशिया में 27 अमेरिकी बेसों और इस्राइल पर छठी लहर के हमलों की घोषणा की है। ईरानी स्टेट मीडिया के अनुसार, IRGC ने कहा कि इन हमलों में विस्तृत मिसाइल और ड्रोन हमले शामिल हैं। इसका लक्ष्य क्षेत्र में अमेरिकी और इस्राइली सैन्य ठिकानों को निशाना बनाना है।

एनसीईआरटी ने कक्षा 8 की सोशल साइंस के ज्यूडिशियरी से जुड़े चैप्टर पर विवाद बढ़ गया है। किताब में 'न्यायपालिका में भ्रष्टाचार' वाले अंश को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रूख अपनाया है। विवाद पर चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत, जस्टिस जॉयमाल्या बागची और जस्टिस विपुल पंचोली की पीठ में सुनवाई हुई। चीफ जस्टिस ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि इस मामले में एनसीईआरटी का माफी मांगना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

कोर्ट ने पूछा- इसके पीछे कौन?
सीजेआई की फटकार के बाद एनसीईआरटी ने ‘ज्यूडिशियल करप्शन’ वाले चैप्टर को हटाने का फैसला किया है। उसने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने अपनी गलती मानी है और इसके लिए माफी मांगी है।सीजेआई सूर्यकांत ने फटकार लगाते हुए कहा है कि बस माफी मांगना या चैप्टर हटाना काफी नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एनसीईआरटी से कहा है कि वे बताए इसके पीछे कौन हैं, पूरी बात सामने आने तक सुनवाई जारी रहेगी।

एनसीईआरटी के निदेशक को कारण बताना होगा
सुनवाई के दौरान एनसीईआरटी ने कहा कि वे बिना शर्त माफी मांगने को तैयार हैं। किताब से विवादित अंश को भी हटा दिया जाएगा। इस पर चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा कि केवल माफी मांगना और किताब से आपत्तिजनक अंशों को हटाना पर्याप्त नहीं है। एनसीईआरटी के निदेशक को कारण बताना होगा। ये सोच-समझकर उठाया गया कदम है। अदालत ने सवाल किया कि इस मामले को अवमानना क्यों न माना जाए? चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने ऑनलाइन प्रतियों को भी तत्काल हटाने के निर्देश दिए।

क्या है मामला?
दरअसल, NCERT ने क्लास 8 की सोशल साइंस की नई किताब जारी की। किताब में पहली बार ज्यूडिशियरी में करप्शन पर एक सेक्शन जोड़ा गया। बुक का अपडेटेड एडिशन पहले के एडिशन से अलग है। बुक में एक चैप्टर का नाम है हमारे समाज में न्यायपालिका की भूमिका, जिसमें सिस्टम की कमजोरियों और लंबित मामलों के बारे में बताया गया है।

चैप्टर में क्या?
किताब में इस समस्या के बड़े पैमाने को साफ-साफ बताया गया है। इसमें अलग-अलग कोर्ट में लगभग 53,321,000 पेंडिंग केस बताए गए हैं। इनमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 81,000, पूरे भारत के हाई कोर्ट में 62.4 लाख (62,40,000) और डिस्ट्रिक्ट और सबऑर्डिनेट कोर्ट में लगभग 4.7 करोड़ (4,70,00,000) केस हैं। चैप्टर में लोगों की सोच और चिंताओं का भी जिक्र है। चैप्टर में लिखा है, लोग ज्यूडिशियरी के अलग-अलग लेवल पर करप्शन का अनुभव करते हैं। गरीबों और ज़रूरतमंदों के लिए न्याय तक पहुंच आसान नहीं है। भारत के पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस बी आर गवई का जिक्र करते हुए, बुक में कहा गया है कि करप्शन और गलत काम लोगों के भरोसे को नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लिया स्वतः संज्ञान
पुस्तक में जोड़े गए इस हिस्से को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हुआ है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने संकेत दिया है कि इस मामले में स्वतः संज्ञान लिया गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लिया गया है। अदालत ने भरोसा दिलाया कि उचित और कानूनी कदम उठाए जाएंगे। सीजेआई ने कहा कि न्यायपालिका की गरिमा और विश्वसनीयता को बनाए रखना सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

   संजीव सिंह बलिया! उत्तर प्रदेश की शैक्षिक राजनीति और विधिक गलियारों में सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय की नियुक्तियों का प्रकरण एक मिसाल बन गया है। यह कहानी केवल एक अध्यादेश की नहीं, बल्कि हज़ारों बेरोजगारों के सपनों और न्यायपालिका बनाम कार्यपालिका के बीच खिंचती रस्साकशी की है। 1. 2013-14 का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव के कार्यकाल में सन् 2013-14 में एक महत्वपूर्ण अध्यादेश लाया गया था। इसका उद्देश्य संस्कृत शिक्षा के गिरते स्तर को सुधारना और महाविद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की भारी कमी को दूर करना था। उक्त बाते पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष रामगोविन्द चौधरी ने सोमवार को एक बयान जारी कर कहा और बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय और संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों की प्रबंध समितियों को रिक्त पदों पर चयन की शक्ति दी गई। इस विकेंद्रीकरण से प्रक्रिया में तेजी आई और कई उच्च शिक्षित युवाओं को रोजगार मिला, जिससे संस्कृत की पाठशालाओं में रौनक लौटी। 2016-17 में सत्ता परिवर्तन के साथ ही इन नियुक्तियों पर रोक लगा दी गई। योगी सरकार के इस कदम ने न केवल नए रोजगारों पर ताला जड़ा, बल्कि कार्यरत शिक्षकों के भविष्य पर भी प्रश्नचिन्ह लगा दिया। इसके बाद शुरू हुआ अदालती संघर्ष का वह लंबा सिलसिला, जिसमें सरकार को हर मोड़ पर विधिक हार का सामना करना पड़ा अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकार के रोक के फैसले को चुनौती दी और कोर्ट ने अभ्यर्थियों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया। सरकार ने हार नहीं मानी और डबल बेंच में अपील की, लेकिन वहाँ भी न्याय की जीत हुई। अंततः मामला देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत पहुँचा। 2021 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी सरकार की याचिका को खारिज करते हुए नियुक्तियों के पक्ष में मुहर लगा दी। पूर्व नेता विरोधी दल ने कहा कि 'न्याय में देरी, न्याय न मिलने के बराबर' विडंबना यह है कि देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत से आदेश आने के बावजूद योगी सरकार ने शासन स्तर पर विभिन्न तकनीकी पेच फंसाकर इन नियुक्तियों और उनके लाभों को बाधित किया जा रहा है। यह स्थिति न केवल न्यायालय की अवमानना (Contempt of Court) की श्रेणी में आती है, बल्कि उन युवाओं के साथ भी अन्याय है जो अपनी योग्यता सिद्ध कर चुके हैं। संस्कृत को भारत की आत्मा कहा जाता है, लेकिन जब इसी भाषा के विद्वान और शिक्षक अपनी आजीविका के लिए दर-दर भटकते हैं, तो यह व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है। यदि सरकारें अदालती आदेशों के बाद भी 'हथकंडे' अपनाकर नियुक्तियां रोकती हैं, तो यह लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों का हनन है। योगी सरकार और प्रशासन को अब हठधर्मिता छोड़कर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णय का सम्मान करना चाहिए ताकि संस्कृत शिक्षा का संरक्षण हो सके और युवाओं को उनका उचित हक मिल सके। (रामगोविन्द चौधरी) पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष उoप्र
  
 

लखनऊ मेट्रो की पटरियां मानकों से कमजोर, CAG रिपोर्ट में बड़ा खुलासा

लखनऊ। राजधानी लखनऊ में मेट्रो संचालन को लेकर एक चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) की हालिया रिपोर्ट में सामने आया है कि मेट्रो की रेल पटरियां निर्धारित तकनीकी मानकों से कमजोर पाई गईं। रिपोर्ट में कई महत्वपूर्ण सुरक्षा मानकों के उल्लंघन की बात कही गई है, जिससे यात्रियों की सुरक्षा पर गंभीर प्रश्नचिह्न लग गया है।
  

  
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मेट्रो ट्रैक से संबंधित कई विशेष मानकों का पालन नहीं किया गया। इतना ही नहीं, स्पीड लिमिट प्रमाणपत्र का समय पर नवीनीकरण भी नहीं कराया गया, जिससे उच्च गति पर संचालन के दौरान संभावित खतरे की आशंका बढ़ गई। यह स्थिति सीधे तौर पर यात्रियों की सुरक्षा को जोखिम में डालने वाली मानी जा रही है।
  

  
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, परियोजना से जुड़ी प्रमुख कंपनियों जैसे Tata Group और Larsen & Toubro (L&T) ने पहले ही मेट्रो प्रशासन को तकनीकी खामियों को लेकर आगाह किया था। बावजूद इसके, आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम समय पर नहीं उठाए गए।
  

  
जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि ‘कालिंदी’ नामक फर्म को पटरियां बिछाने का ठेका दिया गया था, जो कथित तौर पर कागजों पर ही सक्रिय बताई जा रही है। इस फर्म और मेट्रो प्रशासन के बीच सांठगांठ के आरोप भी उभरकर सामने आए हैं।
  

  
मामले में तत्कालीन प्रबंध निदेशक Kumar Keshav की भूमिका पर भी गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। आरोप है कि परियोजना में अनियमितताओं के बावजूद उन्होंने प्रभावी निगरानी नहीं की। सूत्रों का दावा है कि इस मुद्दे पर संपर्क किए जाने के बावजूद उन्होंने फोन उठाना भी बंद कर दिया है।
  

  
इस पूरे मामले ने मेट्रो प्रशासन की कार्यशैली और जवाबदेही पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है। अब देखना यह है कि संबंधित एजेंसियां इस रिपोर्ट पर क्या कार्रवाई करती हैं और यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए क्या ठोस कदम उठाए जाते हैं।

 झुमरीतिलैया नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष पद के चुनाव में इस बार मुकाबला बेहद दिलचस्प हो गया है। मैदान में चार प्रमुख उम्मीदवारों के बीच सीधी टक्कर मानी जा रही है, लेकिन चुनावी चर्चा में ‘शोले’ वाले बीरू को लेकर खास उत्साह देखा जा रहा है। समर्थकों का दावा है कि क्षेत्र में मिल रहे व्यापक जनसमर्थन के कारण ‘शोले’के बीरू अव्वल स्थिति में है।
  
चुनावी सभाओं और जनसंपर्क अभियानों में उम्मीदवार लगातार मतदाताओं से संपर्क साध रहे हैं। समर्थकों का कहना है कि राज्य सरकार की मैया सम्मान योजना का लाभ बड़ी संख्या में महिलाओं को मिला है, जिसका सकारात्मक असर चुनावी माहौल में भी देखने को मिल रहा है। महिलाओं और बुजुर्ग मतदाताओं के बीच इस योजना को लेकर खास चर्चा है।


  
इसके साथ ही उम्मीदवार द्वारा वर्षों से की जा रही गौ माता सेवा को भी प्रमुख मुद्दा बनाया जा रहा है। समर्थकों का विश्वास है कि समाजसेवा और धार्मिक आस्था से जुड़े कार्यों का आशीर्वाद चुनाव में समर्थन के रूप में मिलेगा।
  
हालांकि चुनावी मैदान में अन्य समाजसेवी और पूर्व वार्ड पार्षद भी अपनी-अपनी दावेदारी मजबूत कर रहे हैं। कोई वर्षों से सामाजिक कार्यों के जरिए पहचान बना चुका है तो कोई वार्ड पार्षद रहते हुए जनता के बीच सक्रिय रहकर लोकप्रियता हासिल कर चुका है। सभी उम्मीदवार अलग-अलग मुद्दों और वादों के साथ मतदाताओं को अपने पक्ष में करने में जुटे हैं।
  
शहर के विभिन्न मोहल्लों में नुक्कड़ सभाएं, घर-घर संपर्क और प्रचार-प्रसार तेज हो गया है। राजनीतिक जानकारों का मानना है कि इस बार मुकाबला कांटे का होगा और अंतिम समय तक तस्वीर साफ नहीं होगी।
  
अब देखना यह है कि जनता विकास, समाजसेवा और योजनाओं के वादों में किस पर भरोसा जताती है। फिलहाल झुमरीतिलैया नगर परिषद अध्यक्ष पद का चुनाव क्षेत्र में चर्चा का मुख्य विषय बना हुआ है।

JPSC अभ्यर्थियों के लिए बड़ी खबर: 8 मार्च की जगह अब 15 मार्च को होगी सिविल सेवा प्रारंभिक परीक्षा



					

						

						

					

					

रांची: झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग (JPSC) ने सिविल सेवा संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2025 की तैयारी कर रहे परीक्षार्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की है। प्रशासनिक कारणों का हवाला देते हुए आयोग ने प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (PT) की तिथि को संशोधित किया है। अब यह परीक्षा 8 मार्च के स्थान पर 15 मार्च 2026 को राज्य के विभिन्न केंद्रों पर आयोजित की जाएगी।

महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर होनी है बहाली:
इस परीक्षा के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों में कुल 103 रिक्त पदों को भरा जाना है। इनमें प्रशासनिक सेवा (उपसमाहर्ता), पुलिस सेवा (DSP), प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) और सहायक नगर आयुक्त जैसे प्रतिष्ठित पद शामिल हैं।

आयु सीमा पर फंसा पेंच:
परीक्षा तिथि में बदलाव के बीच, अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट की मांग जोर पकड़ रही है। कई उम्मीदवारों का तर्क है कि परीक्षाओं में विलंब के कारण वे अवसर खो रहे हैं। हालांकि, आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जब तक राज्य सरकार या कैबिनेट की ओर से इस पर कोई आधिकारिक आदेश नहीं आता, तब तक वर्तमान नियम ही प्रभावी रहेंगे।

परीक्षा का स्वरूप:
प्रारंभिक परीक्षा दो पालियों में वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) प्रकार की होगी, जिसमें नकारात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) का भी प्रावधान है। आयोग ने अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी है कि वे केवल आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर दी गई सूचनाओं पर ही भरोसा करें।
