नई दिल्ली। राजधानी दिल्ली में अतिरिक्त जिला न्यायाधीश अमन शर्मा की आत्महत्या के मामले ने नया मोड़ ले लिया है। First Generation Lawyers Association ने आरोप लगाया है कि जज अपनी पत्नी और रिश्तेदारों के मानसिक उत्पीड़न से परेशान थे और इसी वजह से उन्होंने आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठाया।
  
संगठन ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय को खुला पत्र लिखकर मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की है। साथ ही जज की पत्नी स्वाति मलिक, जो स्वयं न्यायिक अधिकारी हैं, को जांच पूरी होने तक न्यायिक कार्य से दूर रखने की भी अपील की गई है।
  
परिवार के अनुसार, 2 मई को दक्षिण दिल्ली की एक पॉश कॉलोनी में 30 वर्षीय जज अमन शर्मा ने अपने कमरे में फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। परिजनों का आरोप है कि घरेलू विवाद और पत्नी स्वाति मलिक तथा उनकी चचेरी बहन निधि मलिक (आईएएस अधिकारी) के हस्तक्षेप से पारिवारिक तनाव बढ़ गया था।
  
पुलिस ने इस मामले में स्वाति मलिक और निधि मलिक के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में एफआईआर दर्ज की है। प्रारंभिक जांच में पति-पत्नी के बीच विवाद की पुष्टि हुई है और पुलिस सभी पक्षों से पूछताछ कर रही है।
  
वहीं, वकीलों के संगठन ने इस घटना को व्यापक परिप्रेक्ष्य में उठाते हुए कहा है कि न्यायिक अधिकारियों पर बढ़ता कार्यभार, निजी जीवन की चुनौतियां और सामाजिक अपेक्षाएं मिलकर गंभीर मानसिक तनाव पैदा करती हैं। संगठन ने न्यायिक अधिकारियों के लिए नियमित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जांच, काउंसलिंग और मजबूत सपोर्ट सिस्टम विकसित करने की मांग की है।

Alan completed the script and story of the film GLOORA after a long four-month effort and hard work in 2022. Later, the filming of GLOORA was completed in three schedules of 100 days of tireless shooting in the years 2022-23. Alan was very often taken, carried in the hands by friends to the various forest and mountain locations where even a vehicle finds hard to reach.Despite many times, the weather and physical condition being so bad and challenging, Alan completed the direction and cinematography of his dream project GLOORA while sitting in a wheelchair in 2023. The reason for the prolonged post-production was the introduction of graphics scenes and a making style that have never been seen in Indian cinema until now.

राज्यसभा में आम आदमी पार्टी के उपनेता पद से हटाए जाने के एक दिन बाद सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने इस पर चुप्पी तोड़ी। उन्होंने शुक्रवार को एक वीडियो जारी करके कहा कि मेरी खामोशी को मेरी हार मत समझ लेना। राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, 'खामोश करवाया गया हूं, हारा नहीं हूं।' यही नहीं उन्होंने इस मैसेज के साथ आम आदमी पार्टी पर कई गंभीर आरोप लगा दिए। राघव चड्ढा का वीडियो सामने आने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी की ओर से पलटवार किया गया है।

  

अनुराग ढांडा ने भी राघव चड्ढा को घेरा
आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा के हालिया बयान और वीडियो को लेकर पार्टी के भीतर असंतोष खुलकर सामने आ गया है। पार्टी नेता अनुराग ढांडा ने राघव चड्ढा पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि वह अब अरविंद केजरीवाल के सिपाही नहीं रहे हैं और सरकार के खिलाफ खुलकर बोलने से घबराने लगे हैं। अनुराग ढांडा ने कहा, 'हम केजरीवाल के सिपाही हैं। निडरता हमारी पहली पहचान है। जो डर जाए, वो देश के लिए क्या लड़ेगा?'

मोदी के खिलाफ बोलने से घबराते हो- ढांडा
ढांडा ने आरोप लगाया कि संसद में सीमित समय मिलने के बावजूद राघव चड्ढा गंभीर राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों के बजाय छोटे-छोटे मुद्दों पर ध्यान दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने तंज कसते हुए कहा, ‘संसद में थोड़ा सा समय मिलता है बोलने का पार्टी को, उसमें या तो देश बचाने का संघर्ष कर सकते हैं या एयरपोर्ट कैंटीन में समोसे सस्ते करवाने का।’ उन्होंने कहा कि गुजरात में पार्टी के सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं की गिरफ्तारी के बावजूद चड्ढा ने संसद में आवाज नहीं उठाई। इसके अलावा पश्चिम बंगाल में कथित तौर पर वोट के अधिकार से जुड़े मुद्दे पर भी उन्होंने चड्ढा को घेरा। ढांडा के मुताबिक, जब मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) के खिलाफ प्रस्ताव लाया गया, तो राघव चड्ढा ने उस पर साइन करने से इनकार कर दिया। उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि जब पार्टी ने संसद से वॉकआउट किया, तब भी चड्ढा सदन में बैठे रहे। अपने पोस्ट के आखिर में अनुराग ढांडा ने सीधे शब्दों में लिखा, ‘पिछले कुछ सालों से तुम डर गए हो राघव। मोदी के खिलाफ बोलने से घबराते हो। देश के असली मुद्दों पर बोलने से घबराते हो। जो डर गया वो….’

नई दिल्ली। राजधानी दिल्ली में अतिरिक्त जिला न्यायाधीश अमन शर्मा की आत्महत्या के मामले ने नया मोड़ ले लिया है। First Generation Lawyers Association ने आरोप लगाया है कि जज अपनी पत्नी और रिश्तेदारों के मानसिक उत्पीड़न से परेशान थे और इसी वजह से उन्होंने आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठाया।
  
संगठन ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय को खुला पत्र लिखकर मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने की मांग की है। साथ ही जज की पत्नी स्वाति मलिक, जो स्वयं न्यायिक अधिकारी हैं, को जांच पूरी होने तक न्यायिक कार्य से दूर रखने की भी अपील की गई है।
  
परिवार के अनुसार, 2 मई को दक्षिण दिल्ली की एक पॉश कॉलोनी में 30 वर्षीय जज अमन शर्मा ने अपने कमरे में फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। परिजनों का आरोप है कि घरेलू विवाद और पत्नी स्वाति मलिक तथा उनकी चचेरी बहन निधि मलिक (आईएएस अधिकारी) के हस्तक्षेप से पारिवारिक तनाव बढ़ गया था।
  
पुलिस ने इस मामले में स्वाति मलिक और निधि मलिक के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में एफआईआर दर्ज की है। प्रारंभिक जांच में पति-पत्नी के बीच विवाद की पुष्टि हुई है और पुलिस सभी पक्षों से पूछताछ कर रही है।
  
वहीं, वकीलों के संगठन ने इस घटना को व्यापक परिप्रेक्ष्य में उठाते हुए कहा है कि न्यायिक अधिकारियों पर बढ़ता कार्यभार, निजी जीवन की चुनौतियां और सामाजिक अपेक्षाएं मिलकर गंभीर मानसिक तनाव पैदा करती हैं। संगठन ने न्यायिक अधिकारियों के लिए नियमित मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जांच, काउंसलिंग और मजबूत सपोर्ट सिस्टम विकसित करने की मांग की है।

By directing and shooting the film Gloora, Alan Vikranth has achieved a unique record of becoming the first person in the world to direct and cinematograph a film while moving on a wheelchair. Alan completed the script and story of the film GLOORA after a long four-month effort and hard work in 2022. Later, the filming of GLOORA was completed in three schedules of 100 days of tireless shooting in the years 2022-23. Alan was very often taken, carried in the hands by friends to the various forest and mountain locations where even a vehicle finds hard to reach.Despite many times, the weather and physical condition being so bad and challenging, Alan completed the direction and cinematography of his dream project GLOORA while sitting in a wheelchair in 2023. The reason for the prolonged post-production was the introduction of graphics scenes and a making style that have never been seen in Indian cinema until now.
Although Alan had to encounter many challenges and adverse situations during post-production, Alan is overcoming them all with extra commitment and dedication and nearing the completion of GLOORA. राज्यसभा में आम आदमी पार्टी के उपनेता पद से हटाए जाने के एक दिन बाद सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने इस पर चुप्पी तोड़ी। उन्होंने शुक्रवार को एक वीडियो जारी करके कहा कि मेरी खामोशी को मेरी हार मत समझ लेना। राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, 'खामोश करवाया गया हूं, हारा नहीं हूं।' यही नहीं उन्होंने इस मैसेज के साथ आम आदमी पार्टी पर कई गंभीर आरोप लगा दिए। राघव चड्ढा का वीडियो सामने आने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी की ओर से पलटवार किया गया है।

  

अनुराग ढांडा ने भी राघव चड्ढा को घेरा
आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा के हालिया बयान और वीडियो को लेकर पार्टी के भीतर असंतोष खुलकर सामने आ गया है। पार्टी नेता अनुराग ढांडा ने राघव चड्ढा पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि वह अब अरविंद केजरीवाल के सिपाही नहीं रहे हैं और सरकार के खिलाफ खुलकर बोलने से घबराने लगे हैं। अनुराग ढांडा ने कहा, 'हम केजरीवाल के सिपाही हैं। निडरता हमारी पहली पहचान है। जो डर जाए, वो देश के लिए क्या लड़ेगा?'

ढांडा ने आरोप लगाया कि संसद में सीमित समय मिलने के बावजूद राघव चड्ढा गंभीर राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों के बजाय छोटे-छोटे मुद्दों पर ध्यान दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने तंज कसते हुए कहा, ‘संसद में थोड़ा सा समय मिलता है बोलने का पार्टी को, उसमें या तो देश बचाने का संघर्ष कर सकते हैं या एयरपोर्ट कैंटीन में समोसे सस्ते करवाने का।’ उन्होंने कहा कि गुजरात में पार्टी के सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं की गिरफ्तारी के बावजूद चड्ढा ने संसद में आवाज नहीं उठाई। इसके अलावा पश्चिम बंगाल में कथित तौर पर वोट के अधिकार से जुड़े मुद्दे पर भी उन्होंने चड्ढा को घेरा। ढांडा के मुताबिक, जब मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) के खिलाफ प्रस्ताव लाया गया, तो राघव चड्ढा ने उस पर साइन करने से इनकार कर दिया। उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि जब पार्टी ने संसद से वॉकआउट किया, तब भी चड्ढा सदन में बैठे रहे। अपने पोस्ट के आखिर में अनुराग ढांडा ने सीधे शब्दों में लिखा, ‘पिछले कुछ सालों से तुम डर गए हो राघव। मोदी के खिलाफ बोलने से घबराते हो। देश के असली मुद्दों पर बोलने से घबराते हो। जो डर गया वो….’

आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली यूनिट के अध्यक्ष सौरभ भारद्वाज ने राघव चड्ढा पर रिएक्ट किया। उन्होंने कहा कि राघव भाई अभी आपका वीडियो देखा। हम सब लोग अरविंद केजरीवाल के सिपाही हैं। हमने एक ही बात सीखी थी जो डर गया समझो मर गया। हम सबको तो लोगों के मुद्दे उठाने थे सरकार की आंख में आंख डालकर। पिछले कुछ दिनों में हमने देखा जो भी कोई गंभीर मुद्दे उठाता और सरकार से सवाल पूछता है तो सरकार उस पर डिक्टेटर की तरह उनको तमाम सोशल मीडिया पर बैन करती है। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने आगे कहा कि सरकार को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कोई सॉफ्ट पीआर अपनी संसद में करे। संसद में एक छोटी सी पार्टी का बड़ा ही सीमित समय होता है। उसमें अगर कोई समोसों की बात उठा रहा तो उससे जरूरी है कि देश के बड़े मुद्दों की बात उठाए। पूरे देश में हमने देखा हर राज्य में सही लोगों के वोट काटे जा रहे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि नकली और झूठे वोट बनाकर सरकार बेईमानी के साथ कब्जा करने पर जुटी है। पश्चिम बंगाल का मामला इसमें अहम है। पिछले कई अरसे से मैंने देखा कि आपने कोई ऐसा मुद्दा सदन में नहीं उठाया, जिसमें आपने सरकार से सवाल किए हों। ऐसे डरकर राजनीति कैसे होगी।
