Delhi Liquor Case: కవిత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై కీలక పరిణామం

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం కుంభకోణం కేసులో (Delhi Liquor Scam Case) బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఎమ్మెల్సీ కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత (MLC Kavitha) పాత్రపై సీబీఐ సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్‌, డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్లపై ఈరోజు(శుక్రవారం) విచారణ చేపట్టింది.

  

ఈ కేసులో కవిత పాత్ర, అందుకు సంబంధించిన సాక్ష్యాలతో కూడిన సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్‌ను దాఖలు చేసినట్టు సీబీఐ రౌస్‌అవెన్యూ కోర్టుకు (Rouse Avenue Court) తెలిపింది. దానిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని కోరింది. ఈ అంశంపై విచారణ చేపడతామని న్యాయమూర్తి కావేరి భవేజా తెలిపారు.

  

సీబీఐ కేసులో కవితకు డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్‌పై విచారణ జరిపింది. సీబీఐ ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా న్యాయస్థానానికి చెప్పారు. తప్పులు లేవని సీబీఐ తరపు న్యాయవాది అన్నారు.

  

ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేశారా అని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా అడిగారు. ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేయాలని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా చెప్పారు. కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ అప్ లోడ్ కాలేదని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా అన్నారు. తదుపరి విచారణను జూలై 22కి రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వాయిదా వేసింది.

 డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్, ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులపై విచారణ జరిగేంత వరకు ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకునే అంశంపై విచారణ వాయిదా వేయాలని న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా చెప్పారు. ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌ను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకునే అంశం కవిత డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్‌కి సంబంధం లేదని సీబీఐ తరపు న్యాయవాది వివరించారు. ఛార్జ్‌షీట్ పూర్తిగా లేదని వాదించడం లేదని.. తప్పుగా ఉందని చెబుతున్నానని నితేష్ రానా న్యాయస్థానానికి తెలిపారు

  

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం విధానం కేసులో కవితను మార్చి 15న హైదరాబాద్‌లోని ఆమె నివాసంలోనే ఈడీ అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. 16న ఢిల్లీ రౌస్‌ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో సీబీఐ ఆమెను హాజరుపరిచింది. కవిత తిహాడ్‌ జైలులో ఉండగానే ఏప్రిల్‌ 11న సీబీఐ అరెస్టు చేసినట్టు ప్రకటించింది. ఆ తర్వాత కవిత బెయిల్‌ పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేయగా రౌస్‌అవెన్యూ కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. ట్రయల్‌ కోర్టు తీర్పును కవిత హైకోర్టులో సవాల్‌ చేశారు.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till July 12 In Excise Policy Case
Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents

  


The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
 The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.

  

When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."

  

The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.

  

The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.

Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.

  

Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.

Earlier, the CBI had sought a five-day remand but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal’s custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents in the case.

बदले गए NTA के महानिदेशक,आईएएस प्रदीप सिंह खरोला ने संभाला नए महानिदेशक का पदभार

नई दिल्ली :आईएएस प्रदीप सिंह खरोला को एनटीए का नया महानिदेशक बनाया गया है. हाल के दिनों में परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के कारण केंद्र सरकार ने एनटीए के प्रमुख आईएएस सुबोध कुमार को उनके पद से हटा दिया और उनकी जगह प्रदीप सिंह खरोला को एनटीए के प्रमुख बनाया है. प्रदीप सिंह खरोला अभी आईटीपीओ के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक की जिम्मेदारी भी संभाल रहे हैं.

1985 बैच के कर्नाटक कैडर के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (आईएएस) अधिकारी खरोला 2021 में नागरिक उड्डयन सचिव के पद से सेवानिवृत हुए थे. इसके बाद मार्च 2022 में उन्हें राष्ट्रीय भर्ती एजेंसी (NRA) का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया. वर्तमान में वह आईटीपीओ के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में भी काम करे हैं.

Delhi: ఢిల్లీలో వేడి గాలులకు పిట్టల్లా రాలిపోతున్న ప్రజలు


  


ఢిల్లీ: ఉత్తర భారతదేశం(North India)లో భానుడు నిప్పులు కురిపిస్తున్నాడు. దేశ రాజధాని ఢిల్లీ(Delhi) సహా ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్, హరియాణా, పంజాబ్, ఉత్తరాఖండ్, జమ్మూ కశ్మీర్‌, ఝార్ఖండ్, బిహార్ రాష్ట్రాల్లో వాతావరణం నిప్పుల కుంపటిలా మారింది..

  

45 నుంచి 50డిగ్రీల మధ్య గరిష్ఠ ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు (High temperature) నమోదు అవుతుండడంతో వేడిగాలులకు ప్రజలు అల్లాడిపోతున్నారు. పలు రాష్ట్రాల్లో రోజుకు పదుల సంఖ్యలో ప్రాణాలు పోతున్నాయి. దీంతో ఆయా రాష్ట్రాలకు భారత వాతావరణ విభాగం(IMD) ఇప్పటికే రెడ్ అలర్ట్ ప్రకటించింది.

  

గడిచిన 72గంటల్లో వడదెబ్బతో 15మంది మృతి..
ఢిల్లీలో గరిష్ఠంగా 45డిగ్రీలపైనే ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదవుతున్నాయి. జూన్‌ నెల సగటుతో పోలిస్తే ఇది 6డిగ్రీల అధికం. దీంతో ఎండ వేడిమి, వేడిగాలుల ధాటికి ప్రజలు పిట్టల్లా రాలిపోతున్నారు. ఢిల్లీ ఎన్సీఆర్ పరిధిలో గడిచిన 72గంటల్లో వడదెబ్బతో 15మంది మృతిచెందారు.

  

వీరిలో ఢిల్లీ ఆర్ఎంఎల్, సఫ్డర్ జంగ్, LNJP ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చికిత్సపొందుతూ ఐదుగురు మృత్యువాత పడ్డారు. నోయిడాలో 10మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. ఢిల్లీ RML ఆస్పత్రిలో ఇప్పటికే వడదెబ్బతో 36మంది చికిత్స పొందుతుండగా.. వారిలో లైఫ్ సపోర్ట్‌పై 12మంది రోగులు ఉన్నారు. ఇలాగే వేడిగాలులు కొనసాగితే పరిస్థితులు మరింత దిగజారే అవకాశం ఉండడంతో ఉత్తరాది రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలు భయంతో వణికిపోతున్నారు.

नरेंद्र मोदी के शपथ ग्रहण से पहले किले में तब्दील दिल्ली, इस तरह होगी निगहबानी

नरेंद्र मोदी तीसरी बार रविवार को प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। पीएम मोदी के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में 7 देशों के प्रमुख नेता शामिल होंगे। पड़ोसी देशों के दो राष्ट्रपति, एक उपराष्ट्रपति और 4 प्रधानमंत्री होंगे शामिल।मोदी सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण की तैयारियां तेज हो गई हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी को किले में तब्दील कर दिया गया है। पूरी दिल्ली को नो फ्लाइंग जोन घोषित कर दिया गया है, 9 और 10 जून को दिल्ली में धारा-144 लागू रहेगी। राष्ट्रपति भवन के आसपास एनएसजी कमांडो, ड्रोन और स्नाइपर की तैनाती होगी।

  


दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त संजय अरोड़ा ने निषेधाज्ञा आदेश जारी करते हुए बताया कि ऐसी सूचना है कि भारत विरोधी कुछ आपराधिक, असामाजिक तत्व या आतंकवादी आम जनता, गणमान्य व्यक्तियों और महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा पैदा कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली क्षेत्र को नो फ्लाइंग जोन घोषित करने के साथ इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे और अन्य संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों के पास ड्रोन और लेजर बीम गतिविधियों को रोकने के लिए भी निषेधाज्ञा लागू की गई है। बड़ी संख्या में दिल्ली पुलिस व सुरक्षाकर्मियों को तैनात किया जा रहा है। किसी भी अनधिकृत वाहन को सुरक्षा क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश करने से रोकने के लिए गहन जांच की जा रही है। 

इन देशों के शीर्ष नेताओं के शामिल होने की उम्मीद
शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में बांग्लादेश, श्रीलंका, मालदीव, भूटान, नेपाल, मॉरीशस और सेशेल्स के शीर्ष नेताओं के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के लिए दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन के सदस्य देशों की गणमान्य हस्तियों को आमंत्रित किए जाने के मद्देनजर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी ‘हाई अलर्ट’ पर रहेगी। समारोह के दिन दिल्ली पुलिस के स्वाट और एनएसजी के कमांडो राष्ट्रपति भवन एवं विभिन्न अहम स्थानों के आसपास तैनात रहेंगे। शपथ ग्रहण के लिए दिल्ली में थ्री टियर सिक्योरिटी (तीन लेयर की) रहेगी।

ऐसे होंगे तीन लेयर सुरक्षा के इंतजाम
-आंतरिक परिधि : राष्ट्रपति भवन और कर्तव्य पथ के आसपास का उच्च सुरक्षा क्षेत्र। शपथ समारोह यहीं होगा।

ఈ కేసులో కవిత పాత్ర, అందుకు సంబంధించిన సాక్ష్యాలతో కూడిన సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్‌ను దాఖలు చేసినట్టు సీబీఐ రౌస్‌అవెన్యూ కోర్టుకు (Rouse Avenue Court) తెలిపింది. దానిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని కోరింది. ఈ అంశంపై విచారణ చేపడతామని న్యాయమూర్తి కావేరి భవేజా తెలిపారు.

  

సీబీఐ కేసులో కవితకు డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్‌పై విచారణ జరిపింది. సీబీఐ ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా న్యాయస్థానానికి చెప్పారు. తప్పులు లేవని సీబీఐ తరపు న్యాయవాది అన్నారు.

  

ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేశారా అని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా అడిగారు. ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేయాలని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా చెప్పారు. కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ అప్ లోడ్ కాలేదని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా అన్నారు. తదుపరి విచారణను జూలై 22కి రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వాయిదా వేసింది.

 డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్, ఛార్జ్‌షీట్‌లో తప్పులపై విచారణ జరిగేంత వరకు ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకునే అంశంపై విచారణ వాయిదా వేయాలని న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా చెప్పారు. ఛార్జ్ షీట్‌ను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకునే అంశం కవిత డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్‌కి సంబంధం లేదని సీబీఐ తరపు న్యాయవాది వివరించారు. ఛార్జ్‌షీట్ పూర్తిగా లేదని వాదించడం లేదని.. తప్పుగా ఉందని చెబుతున్నానని నితేష్ రానా న్యాయస్థానానికి తెలిపారు

  

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం విధానం కేసులో కవితను మార్చి 15న హైదరాబాద్‌లోని ఆమె నివాసంలోనే ఈడీ అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. 16న ఢిల్లీ రౌస్‌ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో సీబీఐ ఆమెను హాజరుపరిచింది. కవిత తిహాడ్‌ జైలులో ఉండగానే ఏప్రిల్‌ 11న సీబీఐ అరెస్టు చేసినట్టు ప్రకటించింది. ఆ తర్వాత కవిత బెయిల్‌ పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేయగా రౌస్‌అవెన్యూ కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. ట్రయల్‌ కోర్టు తీర్పును కవిత హైకోర్టులో సవాల్‌ చేశారు.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till July 12 In Excise Policy Case
Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents

  


The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
 The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.

  

When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."

  

The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.

  

The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.

Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.

  

Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.

Earlier, the CBI had sought a five-day remand but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal’s custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents in the case.

नई दिल्ली :आईएएस प्रदीप सिंह खरोला को एनटीए का नया महानिदेशक बनाया गया है. हाल के दिनों में परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के कारण केंद्र सरकार ने एनटीए के प्रमुख आईएएस सुबोध कुमार को उनके पद से हटा दिया और उनकी जगह प्रदीप सिंह खरोला को एनटीए के प्रमुख बनाया है. प्रदीप सिंह खरोला अभी आईटीपीओ के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक की जिम्मेदारी भी संभाल रहे हैं.

ఢిల్లీ: ఉత్తర భారతదేశం(North India)లో భానుడు నిప్పులు కురిపిస్తున్నాడు. దేశ రాజధాని ఢిల్లీ(Delhi) సహా ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్, హరియాణా, పంజాబ్, ఉత్తరాఖండ్, జమ్మూ కశ్మీర్‌, ఝార్ఖండ్, బిహార్ రాష్ట్రాల్లో వాతావరణం నిప్పుల కుంపటిలా మారింది..

  

45 నుంచి 50డిగ్రీల మధ్య గరిష్ఠ ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు (High temperature) నమోదు అవుతుండడంతో వేడిగాలులకు ప్రజలు అల్లాడిపోతున్నారు. పలు రాష్ట్రాల్లో రోజుకు పదుల సంఖ్యలో ప్రాణాలు పోతున్నాయి. దీంతో ఆయా రాష్ట్రాలకు భారత వాతావరణ విభాగం(IMD) ఇప్పటికే రెడ్ అలర్ట్ ప్రకటించింది.

  

గడిచిన 72గంటల్లో వడదెబ్బతో 15మంది మృతి..
ఢిల్లీలో గరిష్ఠంగా 45డిగ్రీలపైనే ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదవుతున్నాయి. జూన్‌ నెల సగటుతో పోలిస్తే ఇది 6డిగ్రీల అధికం. దీంతో ఎండ వేడిమి, వేడిగాలుల ధాటికి ప్రజలు పిట్టల్లా రాలిపోతున్నారు. ఢిల్లీ ఎన్సీఆర్ పరిధిలో గడిచిన 72గంటల్లో వడదెబ్బతో 15మంది మృతిచెందారు.

  

వీరిలో ఢిల్లీ ఆర్ఎంఎల్, సఫ్డర్ జంగ్, LNJP ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చికిత్సపొందుతూ ఐదుగురు మృత్యువాత పడ్డారు. నోయిడాలో 10మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. ఢిల్లీ RML ఆస్పత్రిలో ఇప్పటికే వడదెబ్బతో 36మంది చికిత్స పొందుతుండగా.. వారిలో లైఫ్ సపోర్ట్‌పై 12మంది రోగులు ఉన్నారు. ఇలాగే వేడిగాలులు కొనసాగితే పరిస్థితులు మరింత దిగజారే అవకాశం ఉండడంతో ఉత్తరాది రాష్ట్రాల ప్రజలు భయంతో వణికిపోతున్నారు.

नरेंद्र मोदी तीसरी बार रविवार को प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। पीएम मोदी के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में 7 देशों के प्रमुख नेता शामिल होंगे। पड़ोसी देशों के दो राष्ट्रपति, एक उपराष्ट्रपति और 4 प्रधानमंत्री होंगे शामिल।मोदी सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण की तैयारियां तेज हो गई हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी को किले में तब्दील कर दिया गया है। पूरी दिल्ली को नो फ्लाइंग जोन घोषित कर दिया गया है, 9 और 10 जून को दिल्ली में धारा-144 लागू रहेगी। राष्ट्रपति भवन के आसपास एनएसजी कमांडो, ड्रोन और स्नाइपर की तैनाती होगी।

  


दिल्ली पुलिस आयुक्त संजय अरोड़ा ने निषेधाज्ञा आदेश जारी करते हुए बताया कि ऐसी सूचना है कि भारत विरोधी कुछ आपराधिक, असामाजिक तत्व या आतंकवादी आम जनता, गणमान्य व्यक्तियों और महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा पैदा कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली क्षेत्र को नो फ्लाइंग जोन घोषित करने के साथ इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे और अन्य संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों के पास ड्रोन और लेजर बीम गतिविधियों को रोकने के लिए भी निषेधाज्ञा लागू की गई है। बड़ी संख्या में दिल्ली पुलिस व सुरक्षाकर्मियों को तैनात किया जा रहा है। किसी भी अनधिकृत वाहन को सुरक्षा क्षेत्रों में प्रवेश करने से रोकने के लिए गहन जांच की जा रही है। 

इन देशों के शीर्ष नेताओं के शामिल होने की उम्मीद
शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में बांग्लादेश, श्रीलंका, मालदीव, भूटान, नेपाल, मॉरीशस और सेशेल्स के शीर्ष नेताओं के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के लिए दक्षिण एशियाई क्षेत्रीय सहयोग संगठन के सदस्य देशों की गणमान्य हस्तियों को आमंत्रित किए जाने के मद्देनजर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी ‘हाई अलर्ट’ पर रहेगी। समारोह के दिन दिल्ली पुलिस के स्वाट और एनएसजी के कमांडो राष्ट्रपति भवन एवं विभिन्न अहम स्थानों के आसपास तैनात रहेंगे। शपथ ग्रहण के लिए दिल्ली में थ्री टियर सिक्योरिटी (तीन लेयर की) रहेगी।

ऐसे होंगे तीन लेयर सुरक्षा के इंतजाम
-आंतरिक परिधि : राष्ट्रपति भवन और कर्तव्य पथ के आसपास का उच्च सुरक्षा क्षेत्र। शपथ समारोह यहीं होगा।
-बाहरी परिधि : उन होटलों के आसपास सुरक्षा की दूसरी परत, जहां विदेशी राष्ट्राध्यक्ष और गणमान्य व्यक्ति ठहरेंगे। इनमें ताज, मौर्य, लीला और ओबेरॉय होटल शामिल हैं।
-सबसे बाहरी परिधि मध्य दिल्ली के आसपास सुरक्षा की तीसरी परत, जिसमें जमीन से हवा तक निगरानी और व्यापक सुरक्षा कवर शामिल है।

Once upon a time in a Delhi Govt Boys School Friends , one of young boy named Satvir Singh He was bright, ambitious, and full of ideas. Despite coming from a middle-class family, Satvir Singh always dreamt big. His parents, hardworking individuals with modest means, instilled in him the values of diligence and perseverance.





From a young age, Satvir Singh after completion of study , Satvir got jobs in multiple companies but he not satisfied because his dream was big and dreaming of creating something that would change the world. His best friend, Akash Kumar shared his passion for innovation. Together, they spent countless afternoons brainstorming ideas every day,





One day proposed Satvir Singh click an idea in his mind that 90% percents Indians have dream to travel by airplane and get flights experience because in India flights travelling quite expensive so he started a cafe with airplane concept with air hostess and service , interior like as is it like airplane to full fill Indians customers dream to have flights experience with very innovative foods with amazing taste ,They spent weeks refining their concept, conducting market research, and teaching themselves the necessary skills to bring their idea to life.





With their savings from summer jobs and a small loan from Akash kumar relatives they finally launched their Business concept , Pilot Chef’s into the world. Initially, the response was lukewarm, but Satvir Singh and Akash Kumar refused to give up. They tirelessly promoted their concept on social media, reached out to influencers, and attended local events to spread the word.





Slowly but surely, their hard work began to pay off. Customers who took services and have burgers of pilot Chef’s praised cafe over all services ,Encouraged by their initial success, Satvir Singh and Akash worked day and night to improve their Pilot Chef’s Services to serve better experience to customers adding more services to give pilot chef’s customers food experience which touches customers soul.





Pilot Chef’s gained traction, investors began to take notice. With their pitch decks in hand and passion in their hearts, Satvir Singh and Akash Kumar pitched their startup to venture capitalists, highlighting their vision for the future of Cafe technology with very Unique cafe experience for customers . Despite facing numerous rejections, they remained undeterred, refining their pitch with each setback.





Finally, their perseverance paid off when they secured their first round of funding from a Akash kumar brother.





Years passed, and Pilot Chefs continued to thrive. Satvir Singh and Akash kumar once-small startup had grown into a multinational brand employing hundreds of people and full fill thousands of customers dream to have airplanes experience Despite their success, they remained grounded, never forgetting their humble beginnings .





Their journey from middle-class boys with a dream to successful entrepreneurs served as an inspiration to countless others. And as they looked back on their incredible journey, they knew that with determination, hard work, and a dash of creativity, anything was possible.
