लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए 4 चरणों के चुनाव संपन्न हो चुके हैं। अब आगामी 3 चरणों के लिए चुनाव प्रचार जारी है। इस बीच दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल गुरुवार को लखनऊ पहुंचे हैं और सपा अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव के साथ प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की है। यहां केजरीवाल से आम आदमी पार्टी की सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़े विवाद के मुद्दे पर भी सवाल पूछा गया लेकिन केजरीवाल ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध ली है।हालांकि इस दौरान अखिलेश यादव ने बात को दूसरी तरफ मोड़ दिया।

दरअसल जब कांफ्रेंस में स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़ा सवाल पूछा गया तो दिल्ली सीएम बचते दिखें। स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़ा सवाल बार-बार पूछे जाने पर अखिलेश ने बोलना शुरू किया और उन्होंने कहा कि इससे ज्यादा और भी जरूरी चीजें है। इसके बाद केजरीवाल के कहने पर माइक संजय सिंह की तरफ खिसका दिया गया।इसके बाद समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि स्वाति मालीवाल से भी बड़े मुद्दे हैं। 

वहीं, बाद में आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद संजय सिंह भी बचाव की मुद्रा में दिखे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में उन्हें जो भी जवाब देना था वह पहले ही दे चुके हैं। इस मामले में राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी एक परिवार है। संजय सिंह ने इस बीच मणिपुर का मुद्दा भी उठा दिया। संजय सिंह ने कहा कि जब स्‍वाति मालीवाल जंतर मंतर पर पहलवान बेटियों के लिए न्‍याय मांगने पहुंची थी तो पुलिस ने उन्‍हें सड़कों पर घसीटा तक था। पीएम ने तब इस पर जवाब क्‍यों नहीं दिया? इस तरह न तो केजरीवाल और न ही संजय सिंह की तरफ से इस मुद्दे पर खुलकर कोई जवाब दिया गया।

दिल्ली महिला आयोग की पूर्व अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल ने 13 मई को आरोप लगाया था कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के आधिकारिक आवास पर उनके निजी सचिव विभव कुमार ने उनके साथ बदसलूकी की थी। घटना मुख्यमंत्री आवास के भीतर होने और उनके निजी सचिव का नाम इसमें शामिल होने के कारण विपक्ष को अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने के लिए बड़ा हथियार मिल गया। इस घटना से कई अहम सवाल भी पैदा हुए हैं।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर के 100 से ज्यादा स्कूलों में बम की धमकी, सामने आया विदेशी कनेक्शन!

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली और उससे सटे नोएडा-ग्रेटर नोएडा के करीब 100 स्कूलों को धमकी भरे ईमेल मिले हैं, इन ईमेल में स्कूलों में बम रखे होने की बात है, स्कूलों में बम की सूचना से हड़कंप मच गया। इन स्कूलों में दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल जैसे कई हाई प्रोफाइल स्कूल शामिल हैं। दिल्‍ली के दर्जनों स्‍कूलों को बम से उड़ाने की धमकी मिलने के बाद पूरा अमला एक्टिव हो गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर ने केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय भल्ला से मुलाकात की है। मुलाकात के बाद उन्‍होंने पूरी स्थिति की जानकारी दी। उन्‍होंने गृह सचिव को पुलिस की तमाम कार्रवाई की भी जानकारी दी। आईबी चीफ भी बैठक में मौजूद रहे।

दिल्ली पुलिस इंटरपोल की मदद से जांच में जुट गई है। अब तक की तफ्तीश में पता चला है की सभी स्कूलों को एक जैसी ही मेल आई है। अब तक की तफ्तीश में पता चला है कि सभी स्कूलों को एक जैसी ही मेल आई है। धमकी का मेल सभी को CC किया गया है और RU लिखा गया, जो रूस की तरफ इशारा करता है। सभी को एक ही मेल आइडी से मेल भेजा जा रहा है जो जांच एजेंसी के मुताबिक रशियन सर्वर की मदद से भेजे जा रहे हैं।

खुफिया एजेंसी का क्‍या कहना है?

जांच एजेंसियों के मुताबिक, ये जरूरी नहीं है कि सभी मेल रूस से दिल्ली-एनसीआर के स्कूलों को भेजी गई हो। यह भारत मे बैठकर भी साजिश की जा सकती है। एजेंसियों के मुताबिक यह साजिश प्राथमिक तौर पर किसी इंडिविजुअल की लग रही है, जिसका मकसद पैनिक क्रिएट करना है। दिल्ली और नोएडा में जिस तरीके से ई-मेल भेजा गया है और ई-मेल की जो बॉडी है उसे देखकर जांच एजेंसियां यही अंदाजा लगा रही हैं कि किसी एक शख्स ने ही इतनी लंबी बॉडी कंपोज करके मैसेज भेजा है।

पुलिस कमिश्नर से मांगी गई डिटेल रिपोर्ट

वहीं, बम कॉल पर दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विनय सक्सेना ने दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से इस पर डिटेल रिपोर्ट मांगी है। उपराज्यपाल ने ट्वीट कर कहा, "पुलिस कमिश्नर से बात की और दिल्ली-एनसीआर के स्कूलों में बम की धमकी पर डिटेल रिपोर्ट मांगी है। दिल्ली पुलिस को स्कूल परिसर में तलाशी लेने, दोषियों की पहचान करने और यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया कि मामले में किसी तरह की कोई चूक न हो।"

गृह मंत्रालय ने की ये अपील

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने लोगों से अपील की है कि लोगों को घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। मंत्रालय ने कहा, "घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। ऐसा लगता है कि यह फर्जी ईमेल था। दिल्ली पुलिस और सुरक्षा एजेंसियां प्रोटोकॉल के मुताबिक जरूरी कदम उठा रही हैं।"

धमकीभरे ई-मेल में ये लिखा

बता दें कि दिल्ली-एनसीआर के कई स्कूलों को धमकी भरे ईमेल मिले हैं, जिनमें स्कूल को बम से उड़ाने की धमकी दी गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि दिल्ली-एनसीआर के 100 के करीब स्कूलों में बम की धमकी मिली है। जिसमें डीपीएस, एमिटी, मदर मैरी स्कूल समेत कई बड़े स्कूल शामिल हैं। धमकी भरे ई मेल में लिखा है "हमारे हाथों में जो लोहा है वह हमारे दिलों को गले लगाता है। इंशाअल्लाह, हम इन्हें हवा में उड़ा कर तुम्हारे शरीर के टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर देंगे। तुम्हारे घिनौने शरीरों को चीर देंगे। हम तुम्हारी गर्दन और चेहरे को फाड़ देंगे। अल्लाह की मर्जी हुई तो हम तुम्हें आग की लपटों में डाल देंगे। जिससे तुम्हारा दम घुट जाएगा। काफिरों के लिए जहन्नुम में अलग आग है। काफिरों, इंशाअल्लाह, तुम इसी आग में हमेशा के लिए जल जाओगे। आगे लिखा कि आपके द्वारा पैदा की गई बुराई से धुआं आसमान में उतरेगा। आपके पास बहुत सारा खाली लोहा है, किसी भी मात्रा में किसी भी शून्य में कोई शक्ति नहीं है, यह सब दूर जा रहा है। क्या तुमने सच में सोचा था कि बचपन से तुमने जो भी बुराइयां की हैं, उसका कोई जवाब नहीं होगा, हमारे दिलों में जिहाद की आग जला दी गई है। हम वह आग बन गए हैं, इंशाअल्लाह जो सिर्फ बदले की वकालत करता है।"

अरविंद केजरीवाल को जमानत देने की मांग वाली याचिका खारिज, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता पर लगाया 75 हजार का जुर्माना

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) सहित दर्ज सभी आपराधिक मामलों में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को असाधारण अंतरिम जमानत पर रिहा करने की मांग को लेकर दायर याचिका को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है। साथ ही कोर्ट ने इस मामले में याचिकाकर्ता पर 75000 रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया है।

दिल्ली शराब घोटाला केस में गिरफ्तार मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के लिए असाधारण अंतरिम जमानत की मांग वाली जनहित याचिका पर सोमवार को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को असाधारण जमानत देने की मांग वाली याचिका को खारिज कर दी और याचिकाकर्ता पर 75 हजार का जुर्माना लगाया।

इस मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल की तरफ से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता राहुल मेहरा ने कहा कि यह याचिका पूरी तरह से अस्वीकार्य है। ऐसी याचिका दायर करने वाला यह व्यक्ति कौन है? यह एक पब्लिसिटी याचिका है, जो पूरी तरह से गुमराह करने वाली है। बहुत खेदजनक स्थिति है।  

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता से कोर्ट ने कहा कि केजरीवाल की तरफ से उनके वकील राहुल मेहर पेश हो रहे हैं और उनका कहना है कि वो जमानत के लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठा रहे हैं। ऐसे में उन्हें किसी से कोई मदद की जरूरत नहीं है। कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि आप उनकी मदद करने वाले कौन होते हैं? आपको वीटो पावर कैसे मिली? क्या आप संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सदस्य हैं? 

इस पर याचिकाकर्ता वकील ने कहा कि मैं यहां अरविंद केजरीवाल के लिए नहीं बल्कि दिल्ली के करोड़ों लोगों के लिए हूं। मैं यहां केवल नागरिकों के कल्याण के लिए हूं। याचिकाकर्ता वकील ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री की गिरफ्तारी से पूरी सरकार रुक गई है, मुख्यमंत्री ही सरकार के मुखिया हैं।याचिकाकर्ता वकील ने कहा कि सीएम दवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए भी उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। मेरी याचिका मुख्यमंत्री को राहत देने के लिए नहीं है। मेरी चिंता सिर्फ दिल्ली के लोगों को लेकर है। याचिकाकर्ता ने कहा कि केजरीवाल पर बहुत सारी जिम्मेदारियां हैं। मुख्य समस्या यह है कि सीएम उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। भारत और दुनिया में यह पहली बार है कि कोई व्यक्ति जो मुख्यमंत्री है, कारावास में है। नागरिकों को कारावास के कारण कष्ट क्यों उठाना चाहिए? याचिकाकर्ता ने कहा आज तक, किसी ने भी यह तय नहीं किया है कि वह दोषी हैं या नहीं।

कोर्ट ने जनहित याचिका को खारिज करते हुए याचिकाकर्ता पर 75 हजार का जुर्माना भी लगाया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि कानून हर व्यक्ति के लिए एक जैसा है। हम अरविंद केजरीवाल को सलाह देने वाले कोई नहीं हैं। वह कोर्ट के आदेश के कारण हिरासत में हैं और अब यह चुनौती सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने ये भी कहा कि लगता है कि पिछला जुर्माना अपर्याप्त था, यह लोगों को इस तरह की याचिकाएं दायर करने से नहीं रोक पा रहा है।

సాక్ష్యాలను కవిత ముందు పెట్టి విచారించామని.. విచారణకు ఆమె సహకరించలేదని సీబీఐ ఆరోపించింది. ఇరు పక్షాల వాదనలు విన్న ధర్మాసనం.. కవితను 9 రోజుల జ్యూడీషియల్ కస్టడీకి అప్పగించింది. దీని ప్రకారం.. కవిత ఏప్రిల్ 23వ తేదీ వరకు జ్యూడీషియల్ కస్టడీలో ఉండనున్నారు..

लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए 4 चरणों के चुनाव संपन्न हो चुके हैं। अब आगामी 3 चरणों के लिए चुनाव प्रचार जारी है। इस बीच दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल गुरुवार को लखनऊ पहुंचे हैं और सपा अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव के साथ प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की है। यहां केजरीवाल से आम आदमी पार्टी की सांसद स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़े विवाद के मुद्दे पर भी सवाल पूछा गया लेकिन केजरीवाल ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध ली है।हालांकि इस दौरान अखिलेश यादव ने बात को दूसरी तरफ मोड़ दिया।

दरअसल जब कांफ्रेंस में स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़ा सवाल पूछा गया तो दिल्ली सीएम बचते दिखें। स्वाति मालीवाल से जुड़ा सवाल बार-बार पूछे जाने पर अखिलेश ने बोलना शुरू किया और उन्होंने कहा कि इससे ज्यादा और भी जरूरी चीजें है। इसके बाद केजरीवाल के कहने पर माइक संजय सिंह की तरफ खिसका दिया गया।इसके बाद समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि स्वाति मालीवाल से भी बड़े मुद्दे हैं। 

वहीं, बाद में आम आदमी पार्टी के सांसद संजय सिंह भी बचाव की मुद्रा में दिखे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में उन्हें जो भी जवाब देना था वह पहले ही दे चुके हैं। इस मामले में राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी एक परिवार है। संजय सिंह ने इस बीच मणिपुर का मुद्दा भी उठा दिया। संजय सिंह ने कहा कि जब स्‍वाति मालीवाल जंतर मंतर पर पहलवान बेटियों के लिए न्‍याय मांगने पहुंची थी तो पुलिस ने उन्‍हें सड़कों पर घसीटा तक था। पीएम ने तब इस पर जवाब क्‍यों नहीं दिया? इस तरह न तो केजरीवाल और न ही संजय सिंह की तरफ से इस मुद्दे पर खुलकर कोई जवाब दिया गया।

दिल्ली महिला आयोग की पूर्व अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल ने 13 मई को आरोप लगाया था कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के आधिकारिक आवास पर उनके निजी सचिव विभव कुमार ने उनके साथ बदसलूकी की थी। घटना मुख्यमंत्री आवास के भीतर होने और उनके निजी सचिव का नाम इसमें शामिल होने के कारण विपक्ष को अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने के लिए बड़ा हथियार मिल गया। इस घटना से कई अहम सवाल भी पैदा हुए हैं।
