Mukesh Ambani made significant announcements for (a) digital infrastructure and services, with JIO services being rendered globally from the soil of Bengal ; (b) retail; (c) artisan economy ; and (d) clean and green energy (Sonar Bangla will be made Solar Bangla). Mukesh promised to double his investments in Bengal within next few years. A few years back, his investment was Rs 2000. crore; it is now 50000 crore; it will be doubled in a few years, he explained. 

Sajjan Jindal announced 2× 800 MW power plants with investment of Rs. 16000 crore at Salboni and promised that the project could be scaled up in future to include another 2×800 MW power plants with investments of another Rs 16000 crore! He promised an Industrial Park over 2000 acres, and informed that they were seriously looking into the project of Durgapur Airport for entry and expansion.

जगदंबिका पाल ने ओम बिरला को सौंपी वक्फ विधेयक पर जेपीसी की रिपोर्ट, बजट सत्र में संसद में की जाएगी पेश

वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर संसद की जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी (JPC) ने गुरुवार को ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला को सौंप दी। इस दौरान जेपीसी अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल, निशिकांत दुबे सहित अन्य भाजपा सांसद मौजूद रहे। विपक्ष का कोई सांसद नजर नहीं आया।जेपीसी ने एक दिन पहले ही ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी दी थी। 16 सदस्यों ने इसके पक्ष में वोट डाला। वहीं 11 मेंबर्स ने विरोध किया। कमेटी में शामिल विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस बिल पर आपत्ति जताई।

समिति ने बुधवार को 655 पृष्ठों वाली इस रिपोर्ट को बहुमत से स्वीकार किया था, जिसमें बीजेपी के सदस्यों की ओर से दिए गए सुझाव को शामिल किया गया है। वहीं विपक्षी सदस्यों ने इसे असंवैधानिक बताया है। भाजपा सांसद जगदंबिका पाल की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति की रिपोर्ट को 11 के मुकाबले 15 मतों से मंजूरी दे दी गई। इस समिति की रिपोर्ट को विपक्षी सदस्यों ने असहमति के नोट दिए हैं। विपक्षी पार्टी के सदस्यों का आरोप है कि यह कदम वक्फ बोर्डों को बर्बाद कर देगा।

बजट सत्र में पेश की जाएगी रिपोर्ट
जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक पर अपनी रिपोर्ट बजट सत्र के दौरान पेश करेगी। संसद का बजट सत्र 31 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 4 अप्रैल तक चलेगा। सेंट्रल बजट 1 फरवरी को पेश किया जाएगा। वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक 2024 का मकसद डिजिटलीकरण, बेहतर ऑडिट, बेहतर पारदर्शिता और अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाली संपत्तियों को वापस लेने के लिए कानूनी सिस्टम में सुधारों को लाकर इन चुनौतियों को हल करना है।

8 अगस्त, 2024 को संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था
संसदीय कार्य और अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने 8 अगस्त को लोकसभा में वक्फ बिल 2024 पेश किया था। कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी समेत विपक्षी दलों ने इस बिल का विरोध करते हुए इसे मुस्लिम विरोधी बताया था। विपक्ष की आपत्ति और भारी विरोध के बीच ये बिल लोकसभा में बिना किसी चर्चा के जेपीसी को भेज दिया गया था। वक्फ बिल संशोधन पर बनी 31 सदस्यीय जेपीसी की पहली बैठक 22 अगस्त को हुई थी

जेपीसी में हंगामे के बाद निलंबित हुए थे 10 मेंबर्स
जेपीसी की 24 जनवरी को दिल्ली में हुई बैठक में विपक्षी सदस्यों ने हंगामा किया था। उन्होंने दावा किया कि उन्हें ड्राफ्ट में प्रस्तावित बदलावों पर रिसर्च के लिए पर्याप्त समय नहीं दिया गया। आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी दिल्ली चुनावों के कारण ध्यान में रखते हुए वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर रिपोर्ट को संसद में जल्दी पेश करने पर जोर दे रही है। टीएमसी सांसद कल्याण बनर्जी ने कहा कि समिति की कार्यवाही एक तमाशा बन गई है। समिति ने बनर्जी-ओवैसी सहित 10 विपक्षी सांसदों को एक दिन के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया।

Guru Nanak Khalsa College hosted the grand spectacle of Nazrana 2025, an evening brimming with creativity, glamour, and cultural pride. The much-anticipated fashion show was the centerpiece of the event, captivating the audience with its stunning sequences and impeccable execution.

The judging panel evoked waves of nostalgia as Rajveer Singh (RV), Harmeet Singh Gupta, and Inderjit Singh, all proud alumni of the college, returned to grace the occasion. Rajveer, a celebrated influencer, branding expert, and winner of 13 prestigious awards, inspired the audience with his charisma and expertise. Joining him in the judging panel was Tamanna Bharat, an international beauty queen, crowned Miss Asia Global 2024, Miss Queen of India Runner-Up 2024, and Miss Navi Mumbai 2024. Their insightful commentary and radiant presence added a touch of stardom to the evening.

The judges, alongside chief guests Harmeet and Inderjit, brought an emotional and lively vibe to the celebration, reliving fond college memories while applauding the creativity and talent of the current generation. *First-ever CAB U-16 Girl's School tournament gets underway*

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.

The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 

The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

अयोध्या।जिला अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी अमित प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया मुम्बई ने सर्कुलर-23 द्वारा हज-2025 के प्रशिक्षकों के चयन हेतु आनलाइन आवेदकों को सामग्री उपलब्ध करायी गयी है, जिस पर आधारित प्रश्न कम्प्यूटर बेस्ड परीक्षा (सी0बी0टी0) में आयेंगे। सभी आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर सर्कुलर-23 में उपलब्ध सामग्री का ठीक प्रकार अध्ययन कर लें। 



कम्प्यूटर बेस्ड परीक्षा (सी0बी0टी0) की तिथि व समय के सम्बंध में अलग से सूचित किया जायेगा। हज कमेटी आफ इंडिया के सर्कुलर-24 के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया है कि हज यात्रियों की सुविधार्थ सऊदी अरब में राज्य हज इंस्पेक्टर जो पूर्व वर्षो में खादिमुल हुज्जाज के नाम से जाने जाते थे, के आनलाइन आवेदन हेतु अंतिम तिथि 04 जनवरी से बढ़ाकर 10 जनवरी 2025 कर दी गयी है। आवेदक समयन्तर्गत अपने आवेदन वेबसाइट http://hajcommittee.gov.in पर कर दें। केवल आनलाइन ओवदन ही स्वीकार्य होंगे।

अयोध्या- मवई निवासी अब्दुल वदूद को राष्ट्रीय तैयारी समिति (National Preparatory Committee - NPC) के उत्तर प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। यह समिति विदेशों में होने वाले विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों, फेस्टिवल्स, सेमिनारों, और युवाओं से संबंधित अन्य आयोजनों के लिए भारत की ओर से प्रतिनिधि भेजने का काम करती है। अब्दुल वदूद का चयन इस समिति में उनकी मेहनत और संघर्ष के कारण हुआ है, जिससे उन्होंने विदेशों में भारत का नाम रोशन करने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाए हैं।अब्दुल वदूद, जो रुदौली विधानसभा क्षेत्र के हुनहुना गांव के मो. याहिया के सुपुत्र हैं, हमेशा से ही परिश्रमी और संघर्षशील रहे हैं। उनके कठिन परिश्रम और कार्यों के प्रति लगन ने उन्हें एनपीसी की कार्यकारिणी में सदस्य बनने का अवसर प्रदान किया।

अब्दुल वदूद ने यह भी बताया कि रूस में स्थित विश्व युवा महोत्सव निदेशालय द्वारा एनपीसी भारत में युवाओं के विकास के लिए काम करता है। यह समिति, रूस के वर्ल्ड यूथ फेस्टिवल निदेशालय के साथ मिलकर विभिन्न युवा विकास कार्यक्रमों को लागू करती है।

  रायपुर-  कांग्रेस के इस हरकत की जितनी भर्त्सना की जाय, कम है. समाज को आगे आ कर इसका विरोध करना चाहिए. भयानक दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि आज भी कांग्रेस को भारत में थोड़ा ही सही किंतु समर्थन मिल रहा है. कांग्रेस के इस कुकृत्य हर स्तर पर विरोध होना चाहिए. मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय के मीडिया सलाहकार पंकज झा का कांग्रेस पर यह गुस्सा सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर भारत के गलत नक्शे को प्रस्तुत करने पर फूट पड़ा है. 
  

  
कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति (Congress Working Committee) की कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में आज बैठक हो रही है, जिसमें कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी, पार्टी अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, सीएम सिद्दारमैया सहित कई नेता नव सत्याग्रह बैठक में मंथन करेंगे. बैठक में नेताओं के स्वागत के लिए लगाए गए पोस्टर में भारत के नक्शे को गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत किया गया है, जिसमें चीन द्वारा हथियाए गए (अक्साई चीन) हिस्से को प्रदर्शित नहीं किया गया है.

झा ने अपने पोस्ट में कहा है कि कांग्रेस ने कर्नाटक के अपने अधिवेशन में कश्मीर को फिर से पाकिस्तान का हिस्सा बताया है. इसी तरह अक्साई चीन को उसने चीन का हिस्सा बताया है, इस राष्ट्रविरोधी दल का यह घोर आपत्तिजनक, दंडनीय और निंदनीय कृत्य है.
  

  
यह कोई पहला मौका है, या गलती से ऐसा हो गया है, यह बात नहीं है. इससे पहले भी छत्तीसगढ़ के पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने यह कृत्य किया था. छत्तीसगढ़ भाजपा द्वारा तब इस विषय का खुलासा करने, मुकदमा आदि दर्ज कराने के बाद तब कांग्रेस ने माफी मांगी थी.
  

  
बार-बार हर महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर इस तरह का कृत्य कर कांग्रेस देश के दुश्मनों को यह संदेश देती रहती है कि वह उसके साथ है. तुष्टीकरण के अपने एजेंडे के कारण कांग्रेस किसी भी हद तक जा सकती है.

वन नेशन वन इलेक्शन पर आम सहमति के लिए सरकार ने ज्वॉइंट पार्लियामेंट कमेटी (जेपीसी) के सदस्यों का ऐलान कर दिया है। लोकसभा से 21 और राज्यसभा से 10 सांसदों को इस JPC के लिए चुना गया है।राजस्थान के पाली से बीजेपी के सांसद पीपी चौधरी जेपीसी की अध्यक्षता करेंगे।

लोकसभा ने अपने 21 नामों की घोषणा भी कर दी है। इन 21 में से 5 सांसदों का पेशा वकालत है। जेपीसी में बीजेपी के 10, कांग्रेस के 3 और टीएमसी, डीएमके, शिवसेना (शिंदे), एनसीपी (शरद), रालोद, टीडीपी, जनसेना, सपा के एक-एक सांसदों को जगह दी गई है।

कांग्रेस की तरफ से प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा, मनीष तिवारी और सुखदेव भगत सिंह को शामिल किया गया है। भाजपा की तरफ से बांसुरी स्वराज, संबित पात्रा और अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर समेत 10 सांसद हैं, जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) से कल्याण बनर्जी का नाम है। इसके अलावा सपा, डीएमके, टीडीपी समेत 8 अन्य पार्टियों से एक-एक सांसद इस जेपीसी का सदस्य बनाया गया है।

बता दें कि संसद में मंगलवार को पेश हुए 129 वें संविधान (संशोधन) बिल यानी एक देश एक चुनाव बिल की समीक्षा के लिए सरकार ने बनने ज्वॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी नाई है। इस समिति को अगले सत्र के आखिरी हफ्ते के पहले दिन तक अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करनी होगी। फिलहाल सिर्फ लोकसभा से जेपीसी में शामिल किए गए सांसदों के नामों का ऐलान किया गया है। राज्यसभा की तरफ से इस जेपीसी के लिए 10 सांसदों के नामों की घोषणा जल्द की जाएगी।

यह संसद की संयुक्त संसदीय कमेटी है, जिसमें बिल और मुद्दों की समीक्षा की जाती है। समीक्षा के बाद जेपीसी कमेटी अपनी रिपोर्ट केंद्र सरकार को सौंपताी है। वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन बिल को इसी कमेटी में भेजा गया है। वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन का विधेयक संवैधानिक संशोधन से जुड़ा है। इस विधेयक के संसद से पास होने के बाद पूरे देश में चुनाव आयोग की सिफारिश पर विधानसभा और लोकसभा को भंग किया जा सकता है। विधेयक लागू होने के बाद देश में विधानसभा और लोकसभा का चुनाव एक साथ कराया जा सकता है। 

कानून मंत्री मेघवाल ने 17 दिसंबर को लोकसभा में एक देश-एक चुनाव को लेकर संविधान संशोधन बिल रखा था। विपक्षी सांसदों ने इसका विरोध किया। इसके बाद बिल पेश करने के लिए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग कराई गई। कुछ सांसदों की आपत्ति के बाद वोट संशोधित करने के लिए पर्ची से दोबारा मतदान हुआ। इस वोटिंग में बिल पेश करने के पक्ष में 269 और विपक्ष में 198 वोट पड़े। इसके बाद कानून मंत्री ने बिल दोबारा सदन में रखा।

*Mayor's Cup off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens today*

 Khabar kolkata Sports Desk:  The Mayor's Cup 2024-25, jointly organised by CAB & KMC in association with KKR, featuring students from 64 schools got off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday, with CAB President Snehasish Ganguly sharing inspirational words and advice to all the participating teams in the tournament. 

Also present for the inauguration was MMIC KMC Mr Debasish Kumar. Before the inaugural match, CAB President Ganguly felicitated Mr Kumar. 

It was followed by CAB School Committee Chairman Sanjay Das felicitating CAB President Mr Ganguly. CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Koushik Mukherjee. CAB Hony Joint Secretary Debabrata Das was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Deep Chatterjee, while KKR representative Himanish Bhattacharjee was felicitated by CAB Medical Committee Chairman Pradip Kr Dey. The inauguration was well conducted by CAB Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick. Also present were Chairman of different CAB committees. 

As all the captains of the participating teams stood with placards of their school names, the toss took place between St Johns Public School and Patha Bhavan. It was followed by the national anthem in front of the CAB Club House and special KKR merchandise caps were handed over to all the players. St Johns Public School won the toss and elected to bat. 

Talking about the meet, Mr Ganguly said: "First of all, I would like to thank Mr Debasish Kumar for his presence here. I also thank KKR and KMC for their support. Through this tournament, I feel the next generation cricketers of India and Bengal will come forward."

"From this tournament, we had shortlisted a group of U-13 players who took part in a Vision camp. A lot of talents have come forward because of this tournament. I hope this year, too, this will be a success," Mr Ganguly added.

Mr. Kumar said, "At first, I would like to thank CAB for organizing a cricket tournament at the school level. I hope this tournament can produce more and more cricketers for the future. I also congratulate KKR for their support. I wish all the matches a success."

A total of 111 matches will be played in the tournament at different venues across the city. A total of 16 groups comprising 4 teams in each group will fight it out for the title. A total of 96 matches will be played in the group stage with 15 knockout matches. 

The semifinals and final will be a two-day affair.

Mukesh promised to double his investments in Bengal within next few years. A few years back, his investment was Rs 2000. crore; it is now 50000 crore; it will be doubled in a few years, he explained. 

Sajjan Jindal announced 2× 800 MW power plants with investment of Rs. 16000 crore at Salboni and promised that the project could be scaled up in future to include another 2×800 MW power plants with investments of another Rs 16000 crore! He promised an Industrial Park over 2000 acres, and informed that they were seriously looking into the project of Durgapur Airport for entry and expansion.

जगदंबिका पाल ने ओम बिरला को सौंपी वक्फ विधेयक पर जेपीसी की रिपोर्ट, बजट सत्र में संसद में की जाएगी पेश

वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर संसद की जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी (JPC) ने गुरुवार को ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला को सौंप दी। इस दौरान जेपीसी अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल, निशिकांत दुबे सहित अन्य भाजपा सांसद मौजूद रहे। विपक्ष का कोई सांसद नजर नहीं आया।जेपीसी ने एक दिन पहले ही ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी दी थी। 16 सदस्यों ने इसके पक्ष में वोट डाला। वहीं 11 मेंबर्स ने विरोध किया। कमेटी में शामिल विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस बिल पर आपत्ति जताई।

समिति ने बुधवार को 655 पृष्ठों वाली इस रिपोर्ट को बहुमत से स्वीकार किया था, जिसमें बीजेपी के सदस्यों की ओर से दिए गए सुझाव को शामिल किया गया है। वहीं विपक्षी सदस्यों ने इसे असंवैधानिक बताया है। भाजपा सांसद जगदंबिका पाल की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति की रिपोर्ट को 11 के मुकाबले 15 मतों से मंजूरी दे दी गई। इस समिति की रिपोर्ट को विपक्षी सदस्यों ने असहमति के नोट दिए हैं। विपक्षी पार्टी के सदस्यों का आरोप है कि यह कदम वक्फ बोर्डों को बर्बाद कर देगा।

बजट सत्र में पेश की जाएगी रिपोर्ट
जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक पर अपनी रिपोर्ट बजट सत्र के दौरान पेश करेगी। संसद का बजट सत्र 31 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 4 अप्रैल तक चलेगा। सेंट्रल बजट 1 फरवरी को पेश किया जाएगा। वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक 2024 का मकसद डिजिटलीकरण, बेहतर ऑडिट, बेहतर पारदर्शिता और अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाली संपत्तियों को वापस लेने के लिए कानूनी सिस्टम में सुधारों को लाकर इन चुनौतियों को हल करना है।

8 अगस्त, 2024 को संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था
संसदीय कार्य और अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने 8 अगस्त को लोकसभा में वक्फ बिल 2024 पेश किया था। कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी समेत विपक्षी दलों ने इस बिल का विरोध करते हुए इसे मुस्लिम विरोधी बताया था। विपक्ष की आपत्ति और भारी विरोध के बीच ये बिल लोकसभा में बिना किसी चर्चा के जेपीसी को भेज दिया गया था। वक्फ बिल संशोधन पर बनी 31 सदस्यीय जेपीसी की पहली बैठक 22 अगस्त को हुई थी

जेपीसी में हंगामे के बाद निलंबित हुए थे 10 मेंबर्स
जेपीसी की 24 जनवरी को दिल्ली में हुई बैठक में विपक्षी सदस्यों ने हंगामा किया था। उन्होंने दावा किया कि उन्हें ड्राफ्ट में प्रस्तावित बदलावों पर रिसर्च के लिए पर्याप्त समय नहीं दिया गया। आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी दिल्ली चुनावों के कारण ध्यान में रखते हुए वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर रिपोर्ट को संसद में जल्दी पेश करने पर जोर दे रही है। टीएमसी सांसद कल्याण बनर्जी ने कहा कि समिति की कार्यवाही एक तमाशा बन गई है। समिति ने बनर्जी-ओवैसी सहित 10 विपक्षी सांसदों को एक दिन के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया।

Guru Nanak Khalsa College hosted the grand spectacle of Nazrana 2025, an evening brimming with creativity, glamour, and cultural pride. The much-anticipated fashion show was the centerpiece of the event, captivating the audience with its stunning sequences and impeccable execution.

The judging panel evoked waves of nostalgia as Rajveer Singh (RV), Harmeet Singh Gupta, and Inderjit Singh, all proud alumni of the college, returned to grace the occasion. Rajveer, a celebrated influencer, branding expert, and winner of 13 prestigious awards, inspired the audience with his charisma and expertise. Joining him in the judging panel was Tamanna Bharat, an international beauty queen, crowned Miss Asia Global 2024, Miss Queen of India Runner-Up 2024, and Miss Navi Mumbai 2024. Their insightful commentary and radiant presence added a touch of stardom to the evening.

The judges, alongside chief guests Harmeet and Inderjit, brought an emotional and lively vibe to the celebration, reliving fond college memories while applauding the creativity and talent of the current generation. The event, choreographed by Rohan, was managed by a dynamic committee comprising Dr. Gaganjyot Kaur, Dr. Gursimran Kaur Uppal, Dr. Charanjit Kaur, Dr. Sharad Tripathi, Mohd Shahid Qureshi, Sheetal, Komal Kaur, and Jagdeep Kaur. Together, they delivered an evening of unmatched artistry and elegance.

Kapoor Group: A vibrant Bollywood-inspired showcase, crowned the winner.

Weeks of meticulous planning, rigorous rehearsals, and unwavering dedication were evident in every performance. For alumni Rajveer, Harmeet, and Inderjit, the evening was an emotional reunion, celebrating not just the talent of today but also the cherished memories of their college years.

With over 7,000 attendees, Nazrana 2025 was a resounding success, setting a new benchmark for future celebrations and leaving everyone eagerly awaiting the next chapter of this remarkable tradition.

*First-ever CAB U-16 Girl's School tournament gets underway*

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.

The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 

The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

अयोध्या।जिला अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी अमित प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया मुम्बई ने सर्कुलर-23 द्वारा हज-2025 के प्रशिक्षकों के चयन हेतु आनलाइन आवेदकों को सामग्री उपलब्ध करायी गयी है, जिस पर आधारित प्रश्न कम्प्यूटर बेस्ड परीक्षा (सी0बी0टी0) में आयेंगे। सभी आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर सर्कुलर-23 में उपलब्ध सामग्री का ठीक प्रकार अध्ययन कर लें। 



कम्प्यूटर बेस्ड परीक्षा (सी0बी0टी0) की तिथि व समय के सम्बंध में अलग से सूचित किया जायेगा। हज कमेटी आफ इंडिया के सर्कुलर-24 के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया है कि हज यात्रियों की सुविधार्थ सऊदी अरब में राज्य हज इंस्पेक्टर जो पूर्व वर्षो में खादिमुल हुज्जाज के नाम से जाने जाते थे, के आनलाइन आवेदन हेतु अंतिम तिथि 04 जनवरी से बढ़ाकर 10 जनवरी 2025 कर दी गयी है। आवेदक समयन्तर्गत अपने आवेदन वेबसाइट http://hajcommittee.gov.in पर कर दें। केवल आनलाइन ओवदन ही स्वीकार्य होंगे।

अब्दुल वदूद ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय तैयारी समिति का मुख्य उद्देश्य देश के युवा प्रतिभाओं को विदेशों में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए तैयार करना है। समिति का उद्देश्य विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को मंच देना है, जैसे कि आईटी, खेल, शिक्षा, विज्ञान, मीडिया, सोशल मीडिया, कला, संस्कृति, और स्टार्टअप्स से जुड़ी पहलें। इस तरह, भारत के योग्य और कौशल से भरपूर युवा विभिन्न देशों में जाकर भारतीय संस्कृति और राष्ट्र का गौरव बढ़ा सकते हैं।

एनपीसी का सहयोग
अब्दुल वदूद ने यह भी बताया कि रूस में स्थित विश्व युवा महोत्सव निदेशालय द्वारा एनपीसी भारत में युवाओं के विकास के लिए काम करता है। यह समिति, रूस के वर्ल्ड यूथ फेस्टिवल निदेशालय के साथ मिलकर विभिन्न युवा विकास कार्यक्रमों को लागू करती है।
उनकी इस सफलता पर भाजपा युवा मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष तेजस्वी सूर्या, एनपीसी भारत के चेयरमैन वरुण कश्यप, युवा मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रांशु दत्त द्विवेदी, एनपीसी सेक्रेटरी उदय सूद, एनपीसी राज्य प्रमुख उत्तर प्रदेश अनुभव द्विवेदी, राष्ट्रीय मीडिया प्रभारी अमनदीप सिंह सहित भाजपा और भाजयुमो के राष्ट्रीय और प्रदेश नेतृत्व ने उन्हें बधाई दी और आभार जताया।

  रायपुर-  कांग्रेस के इस हरकत की जितनी भर्त्सना की जाय, कम है. समाज को आगे आ कर इसका विरोध करना चाहिए. भयानक दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि आज भी कांग्रेस को भारत में थोड़ा ही सही किंतु समर्थन मिल रहा है. कांग्रेस के इस कुकृत्य हर स्तर पर विरोध होना चाहिए. मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय के मीडिया सलाहकार पंकज झा का कांग्रेस पर यह गुस्सा सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर भारत के गलत नक्शे को प्रस्तुत करने पर फूट पड़ा है. 
  

  
कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति (Congress Working Committee) की कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में आज बैठक हो रही है, जिसमें कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी, पार्टी अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, सीएम सिद्दारमैया सहित कई नेता नव सत्याग्रह बैठक में मंथन करेंगे. बैठक में नेताओं के स्वागत के लिए लगाए गए पोस्टर में भारत के नक्शे को गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत किया गया है, जिसमें चीन द्वारा हथियाए गए (अक्साई चीन) हिस्से को प्रदर्शित नहीं किया गया है.
  

  
मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय के मीडिया सलाहकार पंकज कुमार झा का गुस्सा भारत के इसी गलत नक्शे को लेकर कांग्रेस पर फूट पड़ा है. सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म एक्स पर उन्होंने स्वागत में लगाए गए पोस्टर में प्रस्तुत भारत के गलत नक्शे को हाईलाइट करते हुए कड़ी टिप्पणी की है.
  

  
झा ने अपने पोस्ट में कहा है कि कांग्रेस ने कर्नाटक के अपने अधिवेशन में कश्मीर को फिर से पाकिस्तान का हिस्सा बताया है. इसी तरह अक्साई चीन को उसने चीन का हिस्सा बताया है, इस राष्ट्रविरोधी दल का यह घोर आपत्तिजनक, दंडनीय और निंदनीय कृत्य है.
  

  
यह कोई पहला मौका है, या गलती से ऐसा हो गया है, यह बात नहीं है. इससे पहले भी छत्तीसगढ़ के पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने यह कृत्य किया था. छत्तीसगढ़ भाजपा द्वारा तब इस विषय का खुलासा करने, मुकदमा आदि दर्ज कराने के बाद तब कांग्रेस ने माफी मांगी थी.
  

  
बार-बार हर महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर इस तरह का कृत्य कर कांग्रेस देश के दुश्मनों को यह संदेश देती रहती है कि वह उसके साथ है. तुष्टीकरण के अपने एजेंडे के कारण कांग्रेस किसी भी हद तक जा सकती है.
 
 

वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन पर जेपीसी का गठन, लोकसभा के 21, राज्यसभा के 10 सांसदों का नाम, जानें कौन-कौन शामिल

वन नेशन वन इलेक्शन पर आम सहमति के लिए सरकार ने ज्वॉइंट पार्लियामेंट कमेटी (जेपीसी) के सदस्यों का ऐलान कर दिया है। लोकसभा से 21 और राज्यसभा से 10 सांसदों को इस JPC के लिए चुना गया है।राजस्थान के पाली से बीजेपी के सांसद पीपी चौधरी जेपीसी की अध्यक्षता करेंगे।

लोकसभा ने अपने 21 नामों की घोषणा भी कर दी है। इन 21 में से 5 सांसदों का पेशा वकालत है। जेपीसी में बीजेपी के 10, कांग्रेस के 3 और टीएमसी, डीएमके, शिवसेना (शिंदे), एनसीपी (शरद), रालोद, टीडीपी, जनसेना, सपा के एक-एक सांसदों को जगह दी गई है।

कांग्रेस की तरफ से प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा, मनीष तिवारी और सुखदेव भगत सिंह को शामिल किया गया है। भाजपा की तरफ से बांसुरी स्वराज, संबित पात्रा और अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर समेत 10 सांसद हैं, जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) से कल्याण बनर्जी का नाम है। इसके अलावा सपा, डीएमके, टीडीपी समेत 8 अन्य पार्टियों से एक-एक सांसद इस जेपीसी का सदस्य बनाया गया है।

बता दें कि संसद में मंगलवार को पेश हुए 129 वें संविधान (संशोधन) बिल यानी एक देश एक चुनाव बिल की समीक्षा के लिए सरकार ने बनने ज्वॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी नाई है। इस समिति को अगले सत्र के आखिरी हफ्ते के पहले दिन तक अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करनी होगी। फिलहाल सिर्फ लोकसभा से जेपीसी में शामिल किए गए सांसदों के नामों का ऐलान किया गया है। राज्यसभा की तरफ से इस जेपीसी के लिए 10 सांसदों के नामों की घोषणा जल्द की जाएगी।

यह संसद की संयुक्त संसदीय कमेटी है, जिसमें बिल और मुद्दों की समीक्षा की जाती है। समीक्षा के बाद जेपीसी कमेटी अपनी रिपोर्ट केंद्र सरकार को सौंपताी है। वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन बिल को इसी कमेटी में भेजा गया है। वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन का विधेयक संवैधानिक संशोधन से जुड़ा है। इस विधेयक के संसद से पास होने के बाद पूरे देश में चुनाव आयोग की सिफारिश पर विधानसभा और लोकसभा को भंग किया जा सकता है। विधेयक लागू होने के बाद देश में विधानसभा और लोकसभा का चुनाव एक साथ कराया जा सकता है। 

कानून मंत्री मेघवाल ने 17 दिसंबर को लोकसभा में एक देश-एक चुनाव को लेकर संविधान संशोधन बिल रखा था। विपक्षी सांसदों ने इसका विरोध किया। इसके बाद बिल पेश करने के लिए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग कराई गई। कुछ सांसदों की आपत्ति के बाद वोट संशोधित करने के लिए पर्ची से दोबारा मतदान हुआ। इस वोटिंग में बिल पेश करने के पक्ष में 269 और विपक्ष में 198 वोट पड़े। इसके बाद कानून मंत्री ने बिल दोबारा सदन में रखा।

*Mayor's Cup off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens today*

 Khabar kolkata Sports Desk:  The Mayor's Cup 2024-25, jointly organised by CAB & KMC in association with KKR, featuring students from 64 schools got off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday, with CAB President Snehasish Ganguly sharing inspirational words and advice to all the participating teams in the tournament. 

Also present for the inauguration was MMIC KMC Mr Debasish Kumar. Before the inaugural match, CAB President Ganguly felicitated Mr Kumar. 

It was followed by CAB School Committee Chairman Sanjay Das felicitating CAB President Mr Ganguly. CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Koushik Mukherjee. CAB Hony Joint Secretary Debabrata Das was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Deep Chatterjee, while KKR representative Himanish Bhattacharjee was felicitated by CAB Medical Committee Chairman Pradip Kr Dey. The inauguration was well conducted by CAB Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick. Also present were Chairman of different CAB committees. 

As all the captains of the participating teams stood with placards of their school names, the toss took place between St Johns Public School and Patha Bhavan. It was followed by the national anthem in front of the CAB Club House and special KKR merchandise caps were handed over to all the players. St Johns Public School won the toss and elected to bat. 

Talking about the meet, Mr Ganguly said: "First of all, I would like to thank Mr Debasish Kumar for his presence here. I also thank KKR and KMC for their support. Through this tournament, I feel the next generation cricketers of India and Bengal will come forward."

"From this tournament, we had shortlisted a group of U-13 players who took part in a Vision camp. A lot of talents have come forward because of this tournament. I hope this year, too, this will be a success," Mr Ganguly added.

Mr. Kumar said, "At first, I would like to thank CAB for organizing a cricket tournament at the school level. I hope this tournament can produce more and more cricketers for the future. I also congratulate KKR for their support. I wish all the matches a success."

A total of 111 matches will be played in the tournament at different venues across the city. A total of 16 groups comprising 4 teams in each group will fight it out for the title. A total of 96 matches will be played in the group stage with 15 knockout matches. 

The semifinals and final will be a two-day affair.
