*Emami East Bengal FC defeat Sribhumi FC 4-2 on penalties to reclaim the CWFL(Kanyashree Cup)title*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Emami East Bengal FC defeated defending champions Sribhumi FC 4-2 on penalties in the final of the 2025 Calcutta Women's Football League (Kanyashree Cup) at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan yesterday, after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. 

Under Coach Anthony Andrews' stewardship, the Red & Gold women have completed a domestic double this season, winning the club's maiden Indian Women's League title in April and third CWFL title yesterday. 

It was the third consecutive CWFL final between both sides. While EEB Women defeated Sribhumi 1-0 in the 2022-2023 CWFL final, Sribhumi defeated EEB Women 2-1 in last year's CWFL final at Kishore Bharati Krirangan. 

After an intense first half ended goalless, Sulanjana Raul earned EEB Women the lead in the 49th minute. 

The young forward latched on to a free-kick from Karthika Angamuthu from the left and scored with a low-driven volley from the middle of the box. 

However, EEB's lead didn't last long as Rimpa Halder pulled one back for Sribhumi to level the score. 

Both teams pushed hard to regain the lead, but were unable to convert the chances that came their way as the game headed to a penalty shootout. 

EEB goalkeeper Mamani Das made two crucial saves in the tie-breaker as EEB Women held their nerves and converted four of their five shots, eventually winning the game 4-2 on penalties. Karthika Angamuthu, Sarita Yummam, Deblina Bhattacharya and Sulanjana Raul converted the penalty kicks for EEB Women.

मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा पर आई हाईकोर्ट समिति रिपोर्ट, सच सामने आने के बाद बीजेपी हमलावर

बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में वक्फ विरोधी प्रदर्शनों के दौरान हिंसा हुई थी। मामला राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चर्चित हुआ था। कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट ने इस हिंसा की जांच के लिए एक तीन सदस्यीय कमेटी बनाई थी। इस कमेटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट द्वारा गठित जांच समिति की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि पिछले महीने मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा में के दौरान हुए हमले हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर किए गए थे।हिंसा के समय राज्य की पुलिस मूकदर्शक बनी रही। जांच समिति के मुताबिक हिंसा में तृणमूल नेता शामिल रहे। विधायक के सामने ही घरों में आग लगाई गई। अब भाजपा ने पश्चिम बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा पर तथ्य खोज समिति की रिपोर्ट को लेकर टीएमसी सरकार और सीएम ममता बनर्जी पर निशाना साधा है।

बीजेपी सांसद सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने बुधवार को कहा कि तथ्य-खोजी एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट से हिंदुओं के प्रति सरकार की क्रूरता का पता चला है। हिंसा के दौरान पुलिस की भूमिका पर सवाल उठाते हुए सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने उन पर टीएमसी नेताओं की कार्रवाई की अनदेखी करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा, कुछ मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा पर एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट ने स्पष्ट रूप से संकेत दिया है कि हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर हिंसा की गई थी और इसमें टीएमसी नेता शामिल थे और पुलिस का रवैया हिंसा को रोकने के बजाय टीएमसी नेताओं की कार्रवाई की अनदेखी करने वाला प्रतीत होता है।

सेक्युलरिज्म का नकाब उतर गया- सुधांशु त्रिवेदी
भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता और राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ. सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि पश्चिम बंगाल हिंसा के मुद्दे पर न्यायालय द्वारा गठित एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की हिंदुओं के प्रति निर्ममता साफ दिखाई दे रही है। इससे सो कॉल्ड सेक्युलरिज्म का नक़ाब ओढ़े लोगों का नकाब उतर गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद तृणमूल कांग्रेस की हिंदू विरोधी निर्ममता अपने पूरे विद्रवता के रूप में सामने है

मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा को पहलगाम की तरह बताया
सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा को पहलगाम की तरह बताया। उन्होंने कहा, मुर्शिदाबाद से पहलगाम तक हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर उनके खिलाफ हिंसा का सिलसिला साफ तौर पर दिखाई दे रहा है। मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा में जिस तरह से तथ्य सामने आ रहे हैं, उससे ममता बनर्जी सरकार की हिंदुओं के प्रति क्रूरता और कट्टरपंथियों के प्रति असीम लगाव का पता चलता है।

रिपोर्ट में क्या कहा गया?
बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा  पर कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मुख्य हमला 11 अप्रैल को हुआ था। उस समय स्थानीय पुलिस पूरी तरह से निष्क्रिय और अनुपस्थित थी। रिपोर्ट में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि धुलियान शहर में हमलों को भड़काने में एक स्थानीय पार्षद ने अहम भूमिका निभाई थी। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि हिंसा के दौरान बेतबोना गांव में 113 घर बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुए। इसमें कहा गया कि अधिकांश लोगों ने मालदा में शरण ली थी, लेकिन बेतबोना गांव में पुलिस प्रशासन ने सभी को वापस लौटने पर मजबूर कर दिया। रिपोर्ट में आगे कहा गया है, एक आदमी गांव में वापस आया और उसने देखा कि किन घरों पर हमला नहीं हुआ है और फिर बदमाशों ने आकर उन घरों में आग लगा दी। 

रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि बदमाशों ने पानी का कनेक्शन काट दिया ताकि आग को पानी से न बुझाया जा सके। इसमें कहा गया है, बदमाशों ने घर के सभी कपड़ों को मिट्टी के तेल से जला दिया और घर की महिला के पास तन ढकने के लिए कपड़े नहीं थे। रिपोर्ट में हरगोविंद दास और उनके बेटे चंदन दास की हत्या का जिक्र करते हुए कहा गया है, उन्होंने घर का मुख्य दरवाजा तोड़ दिया और उसके बेटे और उसके पति को ले गए और उनकी पीठ पर कुल्हाड़ी से वार किया। एक आदमी तब तक वहां इंतजार कर रहा था जब तक वे मर नहीं गए।

पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने आरजी कर बलात्कार और हत्या मामले में सियालदह कोर्ट की विशेष अदालत की सजा के खिलाफ कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है। ट्रायल कोर्ट ने मामले के दोषी संजय रॉय को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई थी। एडवोकेट जनरल किशोर दत्ता ने जस्टिस देबांगशु बसाक की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ का रुख कर संजय रॉय के लिए मौत की सजा की मांग की है। मामले को दायर करने की अनुमति दे दी गई है।
  

  
कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार को सियालदह कोर्ट के उस आदेश के खिलाफ अपील दायर करने की अनुमति दे दी, जिसमें आरजी कर अस्पताल के डॉक्टर के दुष्कर्म और हत्या मामले में संजय रॉय को मृत्यु तक आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई थी। महाधिवक्ता किशोर दत्ता ने मामले में एकमात्र दोषी रॉय को मृत्युदंड देने की मांग करने के लिए न्यायमूर्ति देबांगसु बसाक की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ में अपील दायर करने का अनुरोध किया। राज्य सरकार ने सियालदह में अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश अनिरबन दास के आदेश को चुनौती देने के लिए हाईकोर्ट से अपील दायर करने की अनुमति मांगी थी।
  

  
*सियालदेह कोर्ट ने क्यों नहीं दी मौत की सजा?*
  
सजा के ऐलान से पहले हुई सुनवाई में अतिरिक्त जिला एव सत्र जज अनिर्बान दास ने इस पूरे मामले को 'रेयरेस्ट ऑफ रेयर' नहीं माना। यानी यह एक दूर्लभतम अपराध नहीं था। 'रेयरेस्ट ऑफ रेयर अपराध' में उन मामलों को रखा जाता है जहां बेहद क्रुरता और जघन्यता के साथ अपराध को अंजाम दिया जाता है। आरजी कर मामले में जज को दोषी में इस तरह की प्रवृत्ति नहीं दिखाई दी।
  
जज अनिर्बान दास ने संजय रॉय को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाने के साथ ही उसे 50,000 रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया। इसके साथ ही जज ने राज्य सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि वह पीड़िता के परिवार को 17 लाख रुपए का हर्जाना दे।
  

  
*संजय रॉय ने खुद को बताया था निर्दोष*
  
संजय रॉय को बीते शनिवार ही दोषी मान लिया गया था। सोमवार को केवल सजा का ऐलान बाकी था। इस दौरान सुनवाई के वक्त संजय ने एक बार फिर से खुद को बेगुनाह बताया। सुनवाई के दौरान सीबीआई के वकील ने जज अनिर्बान दास से संजय को इस अपराध के लिए अधिकतम सजा देने की गुहार लगाई। उन्होंने इसके पीछे यह दलील दी कि सजा ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि लोगों का भरोसा हमारे समाज में बना रहे। उधर, संजय के वकील ने मृत्युदंड के खिलाफ तर्क दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अभियोजक को यह साबित करना चाहिए कि संजय सुधार के लायक नहीं है और उसे समाज से पूरी तरह से खत्म कर दिया जाना चाहिए।

Apart from Bishop Canning, Mohun Bagan's former footballer Jose Ramirez Barretto, East Bengal's former footballer Douglas Da Silva, Kolkata Municipal Council Mayor (Sports) Debashis Kumar, Eastern Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Kaushik Mitra, St. Thomas’ Boys’ School Principal Suman Biswas and others. Jaydeep Mukherjee was on stage from Artage Sports.
  
The technical director of this academy is Douglas. Attending the event, Barreto said, “I get nostalgic when I come to Kolkata. Thursday is Teacher's Day. But Douglas is a very good teacher. I have seen in the sports life, he guided the juniors in a great way. Young talent will surely emerge under his supervision.” Douglas is also overwhelmed by the responsibility. He said, “This is probably the best opportunity to work for football academy. I was able to return to Calcutta because of God's will."
  
Joydeep said at the event, “Wait for 3-4 months. Bengal will benefit from this academy.” Bishop Canning said, “This academy will not be limited to school students in the near future, but boys and girls  from poor families as well. We will select emerging young talents from not only city but rural and bring them to this academy.” After the opening ceremony, the guests along with Barreto and Douglas met with the students.

It took the Red & Golds only five minutes to break the deadlock as Bathala Sunil leapt up inside the opposition box and nodded in Hira Mondal's long free-kick. 
  

  
Bino George's side doubled their lead in the 35th minute via Tanmay Das who unleashed a powerful shot from the edge of the box. 
  

  
Emami East Bengal's goalkeeper and captain, Aditya Patra pulled off a couple of crucial saves in the first half to keep Calcutta Police at bay. 
  

  
The Red & Golds continued pushing for the third goal, launching a series of attacks throughout the second half. They came close to scoring halfway through the second half when Kush Chhetry, who returned to competitive football after a long injury layoff, was brought down inside the opposition box. However, Jesin TK was unable to convert the resultant penalty as the scoreline remained 2-0 in favour of EEB. 
  

  
In the 88th minute, Sayan Banerjee outran a rival defender and charged into the box before finding the net with a deft touch to send EEB 3-0 up. Sayan was adjudged the Player of the Match. 
  

  
With the win, Emami East Bengal FC continued their unbeaten run and bagged 34 out of a possible 36 points in the CFL 2024 Premier Division Group B (12 matches, 11 wins and 1 draw). आरजी कर अस्पताल तोड़फोड़ मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने ममता सरकार को लगाई फटकार, कहा- अस्पताल बंद करना ही बेहतर

कोलकाता आरजी कर हॉस्पिटल में ट्रेनी लेडी डॉक्टर की हत्या के बाद से देशभर में बवाल मचा हुआ है। कोलकाता के आरजी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज में बुधवार आधी रात कुछ लोगों ने अस्पताल परिसर में घुसकर आपातकालीन विभाग में तोड़फोड़ की। आरजी कर अस्पताल और कॉलेज पर बुधवार और गुरुवार के दरम्यान रात में 40 गुंडों ने हमला कर दिया था। इसमें उन्होंने न केवल विरोध कर रहे डॉक्टरों के स्थान को तबाह किया, बल्कि उन्होंने अस्पताल में उन्होंने जमकर तोड़फोड़ किया है। इस मामले में आज शुक्रवार को कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट ने संज्ञान स्वतः संज्ञान लिया है। कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में ममता बनर्जी सरकार को जमकर फटकार लगाई है और सख्त टिप्पणी की है।

कोलकाता के आरजी कर अस्पताल में डॉक्टर के रेप और मर्डर की घटना के बाद 14 अगस्त की रात को हुई तोड़फोड़ पर कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए इसे राज्य सरकार की नाकामी बताया है। हाईकोर्ट ने अपनी टिप्पणी में कहा कि यह पूरी तरह से राज्य मशीनरी की नाकामी है। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा है कि भीड़ इकट्ठी होने की जानकारी पुलिस को क्यों नहीं हुई? हंगामा रोकने के लिए धारा 144 लगाते। पुलिस को घेराबंदी करनी चाहिए थी। उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि हनुमान जयंती पर भी ऐसा ही हुआ था। 

अस्पताल में तोड़फोड और भीड़ के हमले को लेकर कड़ी चिंता जताते हुए हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा, मरीजों से माफी मांग कर दूसरे अस्पताल भेज दीजिए और आर जी कर अस्पताल को बंद कर दीजिए। आपने जो कुछ किया घटना के बाद, वो सबके सामने है। इससे पहले हनुमान जयंती के दिन छत से पत्थर फेका गया, आपकी इंटेलिजेंस को पता नही था। 7000 लोग इकठ्ठे हो जाते हैं पुलिस को कुछ पता नहीं था? धारा 144 लागू क्यों नहीं की गई? भीड़ पर क्यों काबू नहीं किया गया? ऐसे कई सवाल उठाते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि ये बातें आम आदमी यानी जनता के भरोसे को तोड़ देती हैं।

बेंच ने कहा, ऐसी घटनाओं का डॉक्टरों और अस्पताल कर्मियों पर बुरा असर पड़ता है। उनका आत्मविश्वास कमजोर पड़ता है। डॉक्टर्स और अन्य मेडिकल स्टाफ खुद को असुरक्षित महसूस करता है। यह दुखद स्थिति है। आखिर कैसे ये डॉक्टर बिना डर के काम करेंगे।

बता दें कि आरजी कर अस्पताल के नजदीक पुलिस बैरिकेड तोड़कर भीड़ परिसर में घुस गई थी। कुछ लोगों ने कुर्सियां और बोर्ड तोड़ दिए थे। यह घटना तब हुई जब जूनियर डॉक्टर के लिए न्याय की मांग करते हुए बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं कोलकाता की सड़कों प्रदर्शन कर रही थीं। अस्पताल में हुई तोड़फोड़ को लेकर पुलिस ने जानकारी दी थी कि 30-40 युवक ने अंदर घुसकर तोड़फोड़ की है। तोड़फोड़ करने वाले ये लोग कौन है इसका पता नहीं चल सका है। बड़ी बात यह है कि पुलिस के सामने ही तोड़फोड़ होती रही। इस पर अब प्रश्न यह उठने लगा है कि क्या महिलाओं के शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन से ध्यान हटाने के लिए तो यह सुनियोजित घटना नहीं है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ममता सरकार को तगड़ा झटका लगा है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की उस याचिका खारिज कर दिया, जिसमें संदेशखाली में महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध करने और जमीन हड़पने के आरोपों की सीबीआई जांच कराने का निर्देश देने वाले कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी गई थी।

  


बता दें कि हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में संदेशखाली मामले में महिलाओं के यौन शोषण-जमीन हथियाने और राशन घोटाले से जुड़े सभी मामलों में सीबीआई जांच का आदेश दिया था। पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन कोर्ट ने सरकार की याचिका खारिज कर दी है।

सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस बी आर गवई और जस्टिस के वी विश्वनाथन की पीठ ने सवाल उठाया और पूछा कि राज्य सरकार को इस मामले में इतनी दिलचस्पी क्यों है? आखिरकार राज्य सरकार किसी को बचाना क्यों चाहती है? वहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपनी याचिका में राज्य सरकार ने कहा कि हाई कोर्ट के आदेश ने पुलिस बल सहित पूरे राज्य तंत्र का मनोबल गिराया है।

इससे पहले 29 अप्रैल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था कि राज्य सरकार किसी व्यक्ति के हित की रक्षा के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख कैसे कर सकती है? उस समय कोर्ट ने कहा था मामले की सुनवाई गर्मियों की छुट्टी के बाद होगी।

बता दें कि हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में संदेशखाली मामले में महिलाओं के यौन शोषण-जमीन हथियाने और राशन घोटाले से जुड़े सभी मामलों में सीबीआई जांच का आदेश दिया था। पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन कोर्ट ने सरकार की याचिका खारिज कर दी है।
  

  
सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस बी आर गवई और जस्टिस के वी विश्वनाथन की पीठ ने सवाल उठाया और पूछा कि राज्य सरकार को इस मामले में इतनी दिलचस्पी क्यों है? आखिरकार राज्य सरकार किसी को बचाना क्यों चाहती है? वहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपनी याचिका में राज्य सरकार ने कहा कि हाई कोर्ट के आदेश ने पुलिस बल सहित पूरे राज्य तंत्र का मनोबल गिराया है।
  

  
इससे पहले 29 अप्रैल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था कि राज्य सरकार किसी व्यक्ति के हित की रक्षा के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख कैसे कर सकती है? उस समय कोर्ट ने कहा था मामले की सुनवाई गर्मियों की छुट्टी के बाद होगी।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Emami East Bengal FC defeated defending champions Sribhumi FC 4-2 on penalties in the final of the 2025 Calcutta Women's Football League (Kanyashree Cup) at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan yesterday, after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. 

Under Coach Anthony Andrews' stewardship, the Red & Gold women have completed a domestic double this season, winning the club's maiden Indian Women's League title in April and third CWFL title yesterday. 

It was the third consecutive CWFL final between both sides. While EEB Women defeated Sribhumi 1-0 in the 2022-2023 CWFL final, Sribhumi defeated EEB Women 2-1 in last year's CWFL final at Kishore Bharati Krirangan. 

After an intense first half ended goalless, Sulanjana Raul earned EEB Women the lead in the 49th minute. 

The young forward latched on to a free-kick from Karthika Angamuthu from the left and scored with a low-driven volley from the middle of the box. 

However, EEB's lead didn't last long as Rimpa Halder pulled one back for Sribhumi to level the score. 

Both teams pushed hard to regain the lead, but were unable to convert the chances that came their way as the game headed to a penalty shootout. 

EEB goalkeeper Mamani Das made two crucial saves in the tie-breaker as EEB Women held their nerves and converted four of their five shots, eventually winning the game 4-2 on penalties. Karthika Angamuthu, Sarita Yummam, Deblina Bhattacharya and Sulanjana Raul converted the penalty kicks for EEB Women.

मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा पर आई हाईकोर्ट समिति रिपोर्ट, सच सामने आने के बाद बीजेपी हमलावर

बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में वक्फ विरोधी प्रदर्शनों के दौरान हिंसा हुई थी। मामला राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चर्चित हुआ था। कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट ने इस हिंसा की जांच के लिए एक तीन सदस्यीय कमेटी बनाई थी। इस कमेटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट द्वारा गठित जांच समिति की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि पिछले महीने मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा में के दौरान हुए हमले हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर किए गए थे।हिंसा के समय राज्य की पुलिस मूकदर्शक बनी रही। जांच समिति के मुताबिक हिंसा में तृणमूल नेता शामिल रहे। विधायक के सामने ही घरों में आग लगाई गई। अब भाजपा ने पश्चिम बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा पर तथ्य खोज समिति की रिपोर्ट को लेकर टीएमसी सरकार और सीएम ममता बनर्जी पर निशाना साधा है।

बीजेपी सांसद सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने बुधवार को कहा कि तथ्य-खोजी एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट से हिंदुओं के प्रति सरकार की क्रूरता का पता चला है। हिंसा के दौरान पुलिस की भूमिका पर सवाल उठाते हुए सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने उन पर टीएमसी नेताओं की कार्रवाई की अनदेखी करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा, कुछ मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा पर एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट ने स्पष्ट रूप से संकेत दिया है कि हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर हिंसा की गई थी और इसमें टीएमसी नेता शामिल थे और पुलिस का रवैया हिंसा को रोकने के बजाय टीएमसी नेताओं की कार्रवाई की अनदेखी करने वाला प्रतीत होता है।

सेक्युलरिज्म का नकाब उतर गया- सुधांशु त्रिवेदी
भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता और राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ. सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि पश्चिम बंगाल हिंसा के मुद्दे पर न्यायालय द्वारा गठित एसआईटी की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की हिंदुओं के प्रति निर्ममता साफ दिखाई दे रही है। इससे सो कॉल्ड सेक्युलरिज्म का नक़ाब ओढ़े लोगों का नकाब उतर गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद तृणमूल कांग्रेस की हिंदू विरोधी निर्ममता अपने पूरे विद्रवता के रूप में सामने है

मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा को पहलगाम की तरह बताया
सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा को पहलगाम की तरह बताया। उन्होंने कहा, मुर्शिदाबाद से पहलगाम तक हिंदुओं को निशाना बनाकर उनके खिलाफ हिंसा का सिलसिला साफ तौर पर दिखाई दे रहा है। मुर्शिदाबाद हिंसा में जिस तरह से तथ्य सामने आ रहे हैं, उससे ममता बनर्जी सरकार की हिंदुओं के प्रति क्रूरता और कट्टरपंथियों के प्रति असीम लगाव का पता चलता है।

रिपोर्ट में क्या कहा गया?
बंगाल के मुर्शिदाबाद में हुई हिंसा  पर कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मुख्य हमला 11 अप्रैल को हुआ था। उस समय स्थानीय पुलिस पूरी तरह से निष्क्रिय और अनुपस्थित थी। रिपोर्ट में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि धुलियान शहर में हमलों को भड़काने में एक स्थानीय पार्षद ने अहम भूमिका निभाई थी। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि हिंसा के दौरान बेतबोना गांव में 113 घर बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुए। इसमें कहा गया कि अधिकांश लोगों ने मालदा में शरण ली थी, लेकिन बेतबोना गांव में पुलिस प्रशासन ने सभी को वापस लौटने पर मजबूर कर दिया। रिपोर्ट में आगे कहा गया है, एक आदमी गांव में वापस आया और उसने देखा कि किन घरों पर हमला नहीं हुआ है और फिर बदमाशों ने आकर उन घरों में आग लगा दी। 

रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि बदमाशों ने पानी का कनेक्शन काट दिया ताकि आग को पानी से न बुझाया जा सके। इसमें कहा गया है, बदमाशों ने घर के सभी कपड़ों को मिट्टी के तेल से जला दिया और घर की महिला के पास तन ढकने के लिए कपड़े नहीं थे। रिपोर्ट में हरगोविंद दास और उनके बेटे चंदन दास की हत्या का जिक्र करते हुए कहा गया है, उन्होंने घर का मुख्य दरवाजा तोड़ दिया और उसके बेटे और उसके पति को ले गए और उनकी पीठ पर कुल्हाड़ी से वार किया। एक आदमी तब तक वहां इंतजार कर रहा था जब तक वे मर नहीं गए।

पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने आरजी कर बलात्कार और हत्या मामले में सियालदह कोर्ट की विशेष अदालत की सजा के खिलाफ कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है। ट्रायल कोर्ट ने मामले के दोषी संजय रॉय को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई थी। एडवोकेट जनरल किशोर दत्ता ने जस्टिस देबांगशु बसाक की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ का रुख कर संजय रॉय के लिए मौत की सजा की मांग की है। मामले को दायर करने की अनुमति दे दी गई है।
  

  
कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार को सियालदह कोर्ट के उस आदेश के खिलाफ अपील दायर करने की अनुमति दे दी, जिसमें आरजी कर अस्पताल के डॉक्टर के दुष्कर्म और हत्या मामले में संजय रॉय को मृत्यु तक आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई थी। महाधिवक्ता किशोर दत्ता ने मामले में एकमात्र दोषी रॉय को मृत्युदंड देने की मांग करने के लिए न्यायमूर्ति देबांगसु बसाक की अध्यक्षता वाली खंडपीठ में अपील दायर करने का अनुरोध किया। राज्य सरकार ने सियालदह में अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश अनिरबन दास के आदेश को चुनौती देने के लिए हाईकोर्ट से अपील दायर करने की अनुमति मांगी थी।
  

  
*सियालदेह कोर्ट ने क्यों नहीं दी मौत की सजा?*
  
सजा के ऐलान से पहले हुई सुनवाई में अतिरिक्त जिला एव सत्र जज अनिर्बान दास ने इस पूरे मामले को 'रेयरेस्ट ऑफ रेयर' नहीं माना। यानी यह एक दूर्लभतम अपराध नहीं था। 'रेयरेस्ट ऑफ रेयर अपराध' में उन मामलों को रखा जाता है जहां बेहद क्रुरता और जघन्यता के साथ अपराध को अंजाम दिया जाता है। आरजी कर मामले में जज को दोषी में इस तरह की प्रवृत्ति नहीं दिखाई दी।
  
जज अनिर्बान दास ने संजय रॉय को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाने के साथ ही उसे 50,000 रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया। इसके साथ ही जज ने राज्य सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि वह पीड़िता के परिवार को 17 लाख रुपए का हर्जाना दे।
  

  
*संजय रॉय ने खुद को बताया था निर्दोष*
  
संजय रॉय को बीते शनिवार ही दोषी मान लिया गया था। सोमवार को केवल सजा का ऐलान बाकी था। इस दौरान सुनवाई के वक्त संजय ने एक बार फिर से खुद को बेगुनाह बताया। सुनवाई के दौरान सीबीआई के वकील ने जज अनिर्बान दास से संजय को इस अपराध के लिए अधिकतम सजा देने की गुहार लगाई। उन्होंने इसके पीछे यह दलील दी कि सजा ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि लोगों का भरोसा हमारे समाज में बना रहे। उधर, संजय के वकील ने मृत्युदंड के खिलाफ तर्क दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अभियोजक को यह साबित करना चाहिए कि संजय सुधार के लायक नहीं है और उसे समाज से पूरी तरह से खत्म कर दिया जाना चाहिए।

Apart from Bishop Canning, Mohun Bagan's former footballer Jose Ramirez Barretto, East Bengal's former footballer Douglas Da Silva, Kolkata Municipal Council Mayor (Sports) Debashis Kumar, Eastern Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Kaushik Mitra, St. Thomas’ Boys’ School Principal Suman Biswas and others. Jaydeep Mukherjee was on stage from Artage Sports.
  
The technical director of this academy is Douglas. Attending the event, Barreto said, “I get nostalgic when I come to Kolkata. Thursday is Teacher's Day. But Douglas is a very good teacher. I have seen in the sports life, he guided the juniors in a great way. Young talent will surely emerge under his supervision.” Douglas is also overwhelmed by the responsibility. He said, “This is probably the best opportunity to work for football academy. I was able to return to Calcutta because of God's will."
  
Joydeep said at the event, “Wait for 3-4 months. Bengal will benefit from this academy.” Bishop Canning said, “This academy will not be limited to school students in the near future, but boys and girls  from poor families as well. It took the Red & Golds only five minutes to break the deadlock as Bathala Sunil leapt up inside the opposition box and nodded in Hira Mondal's long free-kick. 
  

  
Bino George's side doubled their lead in the 35th minute via Tanmay Das who unleashed a powerful shot from the edge of the box. 
  

  
Emami East Bengal's goalkeeper and captain, Aditya Patra pulled off a couple of crucial saves in the first half to keep Calcutta Police at bay. 
  

  
The Red & Golds continued pushing for the third goal, launching a series of attacks throughout the second half. They came close to scoring halfway through the second half when Kush Chhetry, who returned to competitive football after a long injury layoff, was brought down inside the opposition box. However, Jesin TK was unable to convert the resultant penalty as the scoreline remained 2-0 in favour of EEB. 
  

  
In the 88th minute, Sayan Banerjee outran a rival defender and charged into the box before finding the net with a deft touch to send EEB 3-0 up. Sayan was adjudged the Player of the Match.

आरजी कर अस्पताल तोड़फोड़ मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने ममता सरकार को लगाई फटकार, कहा- अस्पताल बंद करना ही बेहतर

कोलकाता आरजी कर हॉस्पिटल में ट्रेनी लेडी डॉक्टर की हत्या के बाद से देशभर में बवाल मचा हुआ है। कोलकाता के आरजी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज में बुधवार आधी रात कुछ लोगों ने अस्पताल परिसर में घुसकर आपातकालीन विभाग में तोड़फोड़ की। आरजी कर अस्पताल और कॉलेज पर बुधवार और गुरुवार के दरम्यान रात में 40 गुंडों ने हमला कर दिया था। इसमें उन्होंने न केवल विरोध कर रहे डॉक्टरों के स्थान को तबाह किया, बल्कि उन्होंने अस्पताल में उन्होंने जमकर तोड़फोड़ किया है। इस मामले में आज शुक्रवार को कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट ने संज्ञान स्वतः संज्ञान लिया है। कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में ममता बनर्जी सरकार को जमकर फटकार लगाई है और सख्त टिप्पणी की है।

कोलकाता के आरजी कर अस्पताल में डॉक्टर के रेप और मर्डर की घटना के बाद 14 अगस्त की रात को हुई तोड़फोड़ पर कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए इसे राज्य सरकार की नाकामी बताया है। हाईकोर्ट ने अपनी टिप्पणी में कहा कि यह पूरी तरह से राज्य मशीनरी की नाकामी है। हाई कोर्ट ने कहा है कि भीड़ इकट्ठी होने की जानकारी पुलिस को क्यों नहीं हुई? हंगामा रोकने के लिए धारा 144 लगाते। पुलिस को घेराबंदी करनी चाहिए थी। उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि हनुमान जयंती पर भी ऐसा ही हुआ था। 

अस्पताल में तोड़फोड और भीड़ के हमले को लेकर कड़ी चिंता जताते हुए हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस ने कहा, मरीजों से माफी मांग कर दूसरे अस्पताल भेज दीजिए और आर जी कर अस्पताल को बंद कर दीजिए। आपने जो कुछ किया घटना के बाद, वो सबके सामने है। इससे पहले हनुमान जयंती के दिन छत से पत्थर फेका गया, आपकी इंटेलिजेंस को पता नही था। 7000 लोग इकठ्ठे हो जाते हैं पुलिस को कुछ पता नहीं था? धारा 144 लागू क्यों नहीं की गई? भीड़ पर क्यों काबू नहीं किया गया? ऐसे कई सवाल उठाते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि ये बातें आम आदमी यानी जनता के भरोसे को तोड़ देती हैं।

बेंच ने कहा, ऐसी घटनाओं का डॉक्टरों और अस्पताल कर्मियों पर बुरा असर पड़ता है। उनका आत्मविश्वास कमजोर पड़ता है। डॉक्टर्स और अन्य मेडिकल स्टाफ खुद को असुरक्षित महसूस करता है। यह दुखद स्थिति है। आखिर कैसे ये डॉक्टर बिना डर के काम करेंगे।

बता दें कि आरजी कर अस्पताल के नजदीक पुलिस बैरिकेड तोड़कर भीड़ परिसर में घुस गई थी। कुछ लोगों ने कुर्सियां और बोर्ड तोड़ दिए थे। यह घटना तब हुई जब जूनियर डॉक्टर के लिए न्याय की मांग करते हुए बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं कोलकाता की सड़कों प्रदर्शन कर रही थीं। अस्पताल में हुई तोड़फोड़ को लेकर पुलिस ने जानकारी दी थी कि 30-40 युवक ने अंदर घुसकर तोड़फोड़ की है। तोड़फोड़ करने वाले ये लोग कौन है इसका पता नहीं चल सका है। बड़ी बात यह है कि पुलिस के सामने ही तोड़फोड़ होती रही। इस पर अब प्रश्न यह उठने लगा है कि क्या महिलाओं के शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन से ध्यान हटाने के लिए तो यह सुनियोजित घटना नहीं है।

इससे पहले 29 अप्रैल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस मामले की सुनवाई हुई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था कि राज्य सरकार किसी व्यक्ति के हित की रक्षा के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख कैसे कर सकती है? उस समय कोर्ट ने कहा था मामले की सुनवाई गर्मियों की छुट्टी के बाद होगी।

  सुप्रीम कोर्ट से ममता सरकार को तगड़ा झटका लगा है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की उस याचिका खारिज कर दिया, जिसमें संदेशखाली में महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध करने और जमीन हड़पने के आरोपों की सीबीआई जांच कराने का निर्देश देने वाले कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी गई थी।
  

  
बता दें कि हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में संदेशखाली मामले में महिलाओं के यौन शोषण-जमीन हथियाने और राशन घोटाले से जुड़े सभी मामलों में सीबीआई जांच का आदेश दिया था। पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इस आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन कोर्ट ने सरकार की याचिका खारिज कर दी है।
  

  
सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस बी आर गवई और जस्टिस के वी विश्वनाथन की पीठ ने सवाल उठाया और पूछा कि राज्य सरकार को इस मामले में इतनी दिलचस्पी क्यों है? आखिरकार राज्य सरकार किसी को बचाना क्यों चाहती है? वहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपनी याचिका में राज्य सरकार ने कहा कि हाई कोर्ट के आदेश ने पुलिस बल सहित पूरे राज्य तंत्र का मनोबल गिराया है।
