लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले कांग्रेस को झटका देते हुए महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चह्वाण ने सोमवार को पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे दिया। अब ऐसी अटकलें हैं कि वह भारतीय जनता पार्टी में शामिल हो सकते हैं। कांग्रेस छोड़कर भाजपा में शामिल होने की अटकलों के बीच महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चव्हाण ने कहा कि अभी कुछ तय नहीं किया गया है। एक- दो दिन में अगले कदम के बारे में बता दूंगा। ऐसे में सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या बिहार के बाद महाराष्ट्र में भी तो “खेला” नहीं होने वाला?
बताया जा रहा है कि कांग्रेस से इस्तीफे के बाद अशोक चव्हाण भाजपा ज्वाइन कर सकते हैं, अशोक चव्हाण ने इससे इन्कार किया है, हालांकि माना जा रहा है कि 15 फरवरी को वह अमित शाह की मौजूदगी में भाजपा का दामन थाम सकते हैं, 15 फरवरी को ही अमित शाह महाराष्ट्र के दौरे पर जा रहे हैं।

राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने जोधपुर की सरदारपुरा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल किया है।भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उन पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी का कहना है कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में दो आपराधिक मामलों की जानकारी नहीं दी है।केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने कहा कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में जानबूझकर एफआईआर की जानकारी नहीं दी। उन पर जो दो आरोप लगे हैं, वो काफी गंभीर हैं। गहलोत को मुकदमों की पूरी जानकारी थी लेकिन उन्होंने हलफनामे में इसका जिक्र नहीं किया।
शपथ पत्र में दो मामले छुपाने का आरोप
बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने सरदारपुरा रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर संजय कुमार बासु को मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से तथ्य छिपाने को लेकर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस मामले में शिकायत के बाद जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने रिटर्निग ऑफिसर से मामले की जानकारी मांगी है।कार्यकर्ताओं ने एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ के जरिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के पास ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस शिकायत के बाद भाजपा की ओर से एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि गहलोत के खिलाफ न्यायालय में पांच मामले चल रहे हैं। लेकिन गहलोत ने सभी मामलों का उल्लेख नहीं किया है। उन्होंने तथ्य छुपाते हुए दिल्ली के दो मामलों को नहीं बताया है। जबकि उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र में पांच की जगह तीन मामलों का उल्लेख किया हैं। इनमें एक दिल्ली और दो जयपुर के बताए गए हैं।
कौन से दो मामलों के तथ्य छिपाए गए है
शिकायत पत्र में बताया गया है कि पहला आपराधिक मामला 8 सितंबर 2015 का है। जो कि जयपुर के गांधीनगर पुलिस थाने में दर्ज कराया गया था। पत्र में एफआईआर की संख्या 409/2015 बताई गई है। इसमें धारा 166, 409, 420, 467, 471 और 120 बी के तहत मामला दर्ज हुआ हैं। इसके बारे में गहलोत ने अपने नामांकन में जानकारी नहीं दी है। यह मामला अभी भी कोर्ट में लंबित है और इसकी अगली सुनवाई 24 नवंबर 2023 को होनी है। जबकि दूसरा मामला 31 मार्च 2022 का बताया गया है। जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता के मुताबिक कोर्ट की ओर से अशोक गहलोत समेत अन्य के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराने का आदेश था। शिकायत में मामला भी अभी राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय में बताया है।

लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले कांग्रेस को झटका देते हुए महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चह्वाण ने सोमवार को पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे दिया। अब ऐसी अटकलें हैं कि वह भारतीय जनता पार्टी में शामिल हो सकते हैं। कांग्रेस छोड़कर भाजपा में शामिल होने की अटकलों के बीच महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चव्हाण ने कहा कि अभी कुछ तय नहीं किया गया है। एक- दो दिन में अगले कदम के बारे में बता दूंगा। ऐसे में सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या बिहार के बाद महाराष्ट्र में भी तो “खेला” नहीं होने वाला?
बताया जा रहा है कि कांग्रेस से इस्तीफे के बाद अशोक चव्हाण भाजपा ज्वाइन कर सकते हैं, अशोक चव्हाण ने इससे इन्कार किया है, हालांकि माना जा रहा है कि 15 फरवरी को वह अमित शाह की मौजूदगी में भाजपा का दामन थाम सकते हैं, 15 फरवरी को ही अमित शाह महाराष्ट्र के दौरे पर जा रहे हैं।
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चव्हाण के बीजेपी में शामिल होने की संभावना को लेकर महाराष्ट्र में राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम ने गति पकड़ ली है।चर्चा है कि अशोक चव्हाण को बीजेपी आगामी राज्यसभा चुनाव के लिए टिकट दे सकती है।महाराष्ट्र की 6 राज्यसभा सीटों पर 27 फरवरी को चुनाव होना है। सीटों के लिए लिहाज से अगर बात करें तो बीजेपी के कुल तीन सदस्य संसद के उच्च सदन राज्यसभा भेजे जा सकते हैं।
वहीं, दावा किया जा रहा है कि चव्हाण के साथ तकरीबन 12 विधायक भी पार्टी को बाय-बाय कह सकते हैं।कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि अशोक चव्हाण के साथ कांग्रेस के कुछ और विधायक भी जा सकते हैं, लेकिन अशोक चव्हाण ने इसे खारिज कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि मैंने अभी तक किसी भी विधायक से बात नहीं की है। न कोई पार्टी ज्वाइन की है और न ही अभी तक कहीं जाने का फैसला लिया है, यह फैसला मेरा है। मेरी किसी को बदनाम करने की आदत नहीं है, मेरे पास अभी दो दिन का वक्त है, मैं ये तय करूंगा कि आखिर मुझे करना क्या है।

राजस्थान के सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने सरदारपुरा विधानसभा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया है।हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के चुनावी हलफनामे पर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है।गहलोत के नामांकन में आपराधिक मामलों को छुपाने की शिकायत सामने आई है। हलफनामे में जानकारी छिपाने को लेकर बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग से गहलोत के नामांकन को खारिज करने की मांग की है।
राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने जोधपुर की सरदारपुरा सीट से नामांकन दाखिल किया है।भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उन पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है। बीजेपी का कहना है कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में दो आपराधिक मामलों की जानकारी नहीं दी है।केंद्रीय मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह शेखावत ने कहा कि गहलोत ने चुनावी हलफनामे में जानबूझकर एफआईआर की जानकारी नहीं दी। उन पर जो दो आरोप लगे हैं, वो काफी गंभीर हैं। गहलोत को मुकदमों की पूरी जानकारी थी लेकिन उन्होंने हलफनामे में इसका जिक्र नहीं किया।
शपथ पत्र में दो मामले छुपाने का आरोप
बीजेपी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने सरदारपुरा रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर संजय कुमार बासु को मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से तथ्य छिपाने को लेकर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस मामले में शिकायत के बाद जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने रिटर्निग ऑफिसर से मामले की जानकारी मांगी है।कार्यकर्ताओं ने एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ के जरिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के पास ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। इस शिकायत के बाद भाजपा की ओर से एडवोकेट नाथू सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि गहलोत के खिलाफ न्यायालय में पांच मामले चल रहे हैं। लेकिन गहलोत ने सभी मामलों का उल्लेख नहीं किया है। उन्होंने तथ्य छुपाते हुए दिल्ली के दो मामलों को नहीं बताया है। जबकि उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र में पांच की जगह तीन मामलों का उल्लेख किया हैं। इनमें एक दिल्ली और दो जयपुर के बताए गए हैं।
कौन से दो मामलों के तथ्य छिपाए गए है
शिकायत पत्र में बताया गया है कि पहला आपराधिक मामला 8 सितंबर 2015 का है। जो कि जयपुर के गांधीनगर पुलिस थाने में दर्ज कराया गया था। पत्र में एफआईआर की संख्या 409/2015 बताई गई है। इसमें धारा 166, 409, 420, 467, 471 और 120 बी के तहत मामला दर्ज हुआ हैं। इसके बारे में गहलोत ने अपने नामांकन में जानकारी नहीं दी है। यह मामला अभी भी कोर्ट में लंबित है और इसकी अगली सुनवाई 24 नवंबर 2023 को होनी है। जबकि दूसरा मामला 31 मार्च 2022 का बताया गया है। जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता के मुताबिक कोर्ट की ओर से अशोक गहलोत समेत अन्य के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराने का आदेश था। शिकायत में मामला भी अभी राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय में बताया है।
