उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल की डेमोग्राफी को लेकर एक चौंकाने वाली रिपोर्ट आई है। संभल में केवल 15 प्रतिशत हिंदू बचे हैं। बाकी सब पलायन कर गए। आजादी के बाद संभल नगर पालिका में 45% हिंदू थे। इसके बाद से यहां की डेमोग्राफी बदलती गई। तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक जांच आयोग की रिपोर्ट में ये बात सामने आई है। उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित संभल में वर्ष 2024 के नवंबर में हुए दंगे के बाद गठित न्यायिक कमेटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में ये बातें कहीं हैं।

पहले के दंगों का भी इतिहास खंगाला
संभल में पिछले साल हुई हिंसा के मामले में गठित न्‍यायिक आयोग ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को 450 पन्नों की रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। इसमें 24 नवंबर, 2024 को मस्जिद में सर्वे के दौरान हुई हिंसा का विवरण है। इस रिपोर्ट में न सिर्फ 24 नवंबर को हुई हिंसा के बारे में बताया गया है, बल्कि संभल के इतिहास में कब-कब कितने दंगे हुए, उन दंगों में क्या-क्या हुआ आदि के बारे में भी विस्तार से लिखा गया है।

करीब 30 फीसदी घटी आबादी
संभल में हुई न्यायिक हिंसा पर तैयार की रिपोर्ट में जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तन का भी ज़िक्र है। इसमें बताया गया कि कभी यहां पर 45 प्रतिशत आबादी हिंदू थी। लेकिन, वर्तमान में यह घटकर 15 से 20 प्रतिशत ही रह गई है।रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि दंगों और तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति ने जिले की डेमोग्राफी बदल दी। आजादी के वक्त संभल नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में 55% मुस्लिम और 45% हिंदू रहते थे। वर्तमान में संभल में लगभग 85% मुस्लिम और 20% हिंदू रहते हैं।

कई आतंकी संगठनों का अड्डा
रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि यहां 1947, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1962, 1976, 1978, 1980, 1990, 1992, 1995, 2001, 2019 में दंगे हुए। आजादी के बाद से कुल 15 दंगे संभल में हो चुके हैं। यह भी कहा गया है कि जिला कई सारे आतंकवादी संगठनों का अड्डा बन चुका है। अलकायदा, हरकत उल मुजाहिद्दीन जैसे आतंकवादी संगठन संभल में पैर पसार चुके थे। अमेरिका ने जिस मौलाना आसिम उर्फ सना उल हक को आतंकवादी घोषित किया था, वो संभल से लिंक था।

24 नवंबर, 2024 को भड़की थी हिंसा
बता दें कि संभल में 24 नवंबर, 2024 को हिंसा भड़की थी।संभल में मस्जिद में सर्वे करने के दौरान हिंसा हुई थी।इस हिंसा में कम से कम 5 लोग मारे गए थे मस्जिद के सर्वेक्षण का आदेश एक स्थानीय अदालत ने 19 नवंबर को दिया था, जब एक याचिका में दावा किया गया था कि 1526 में मस्जिद बनाने के लिए एक मंदिर को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया था यह आदेश चंदौसी के सिविल जज (वरिष्ठ प्रभाग) आदित्य सिंह की अदालत ने पारित किया था। पहला सर्वेक्षण 19 नवंबर को हुआ था। 24 नवंबर को दूसरे सर्वेक्षण के दौरान हिंसा भड़क उठी थी।संभल हिंसा के बाद न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया गया था।

उत्तराखंड में एक बार फिर बादल फटने से तबाही मची है। चमोली में बादल फटने की घटना सामने आई है। चमोली के थराली में बादल फटा है। इस घटना में 2 लोगों के दबने की सूचना है। रात एक बजे की घटना है। इस हादसे में कई घर मलबे में दब गए हैं। सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं और हर तरफ हाहाकार है। राहत और बचाव कार्यों के लिए एसडीआरएफ की टीम मौके पर रवाना हो गई है। उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस भी इस घटना पर दुख जताया है।

  


बताया गया कि आधी रात करीब 1 बजे थराली में बादल फटा। चमोली के थराली में बादल फटने की वजह से कई घरों में मलबा घुस गया है। या यूं कहिए कि कई घर मलबे के ढेर में तब्दील हो चुके हैं। दुकानों में भी नुकसान हुआ है। सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं। एक युवती समेत दो लोग लापता हैं। फिलहाल, प्रशासन, एसडीआरएफ की टीम रेस्कूय ऑपरेशन में जुटी है। राहत की बात है कि अभी तक किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं आई है।

थराली के तहसील परिसर राड़ीबगड़ में एक बरसाती गदेरा अचानक उफान पर आ गया। एसडीएम आवास मलबे से दब गया। एसडीएम समेत अन्य ने रात में ही आवास छोड़ दिया और सुरक्षित जगह पर चले गए। राड़ीबगड़ में गाड़ियों के मलबे में दबने की सूचना है। जानकारी के अनुसार, थराली तहसील के टूनरी गदेरा में बादल फटने से थराली तहसील परिसर में काफी मलबा आ गया, घरों में भी मलबा आ गया है, तहसील परिसर में कुछ गाड़ियां भी मलबे में दबी हैं। थराली के चेपड़ों में भारी नुकसान हुआ है। यहां तीन से अधिक दुकानें बहने की सूचना है। 

एडीएम विवेक प्रकाश ने कहा कि थराली में बादल फटने की वजह से काफी नुक़सान हुआ है। मलबा आने से एक 20 वर्षीय लड़की और एक बुजुर्ग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। दोनों के मलबे में दबे होने की आशंका है। उनकी तलाश की जा रही है। थराली व आसपास के इलाकों में भारी बारिश की वजह से मलबा आया है।

उत्तरकाशी में बादल फटने से तबाही, दर्जनों मकान-होटल बहे, लापता लोगों की तलाश में जारी, पीएम मोदी ने सीएम से की बात

उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में धराली गांव में बादल फटने से भारी तबाही हुई है। ऊंचाई वाले इलाके में बादल फटा, जिससे खीरगंगा नदी में सैलाब आ गया। चार लोगों की मौत हुई है और 70 लोग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। इस घटना में करीब 15 से 20 होटल व घरों को नुकसान की सूचना मिल रही है। शासन-प्रशासन पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद है और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया जा रहा है।

  


धराली में कल दिन में बादल फटने से गांव जमींदोज हो गए। महज 34 सेकेंड में सैकड़ों घर-होटल मलबे में दब गए और पानी में बह गए। हादसे में 4 की मौत हो गई जबकि 50 से ज्यादा लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। प्रशासन का कहना है कि हादसे में मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़ सकती है। SDRF, NDRF, ITBP और सेना की टीमें बचाव और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में जुटी हैं। अब तक 130 से ज्यादा लोगों का रेस्क्यू कराया जा चुका है। शासन ने राहत और बचाव कार्य तथा मरम्मत के लिए 20 करोड़ रुपये जारी कर दिए हैं।

वायुसेना से मांगा गई मदद
विनाशकारी बाढ़ से तबाह हुए धराली में युद्धस्तर पर राहत और बचाव कार्य चल रहा है, लेकिन हालात को देखते हुए राज्य की धामी सरकार ने वायुसेना से भी मदद मांगी है। राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र की ओर से वायुसेना से दो एमआई हेलीकाप्टर और एक चिनूक हेलीकाप्टर की मांग की गई है।

सेना के 150 जवान भी रेस्क्यू में जुटे
लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल मनीष श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक धराली आपदा के बाद 14 राजरिफ के कमांडिंग ऑफिसर कर्नल हर्षवर्धन खुद राहत और बचाव कार्यों का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं। उनकी टीम के 150 जवान इस कठिन मुहिम में डटे हुए हैं। हालांकि यूनिट का बेस भी प्रभावित हुआ है और 11 जवान लापता हैं। फिर भी टीम पूरे हौसले और संकल्प के साथ काम कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक 20 लोगों को सुरक्षित बचाया जा चुका है।

जिला प्रशासन की टीमें भटवाड़ी में फंसी
गंगोत्री हाईवे पर पापड़गाड़ के पास लगभग 30 मीटर सड़क धंस गई, जिससे हर्षिल और धराली क्षेत्र का जनपद और तहसील मुख्यालय से संपर्क पूरी तरह कट गया है। इस वजह से जिला प्रशासन की राहत टीम और आवश्यक सामग्री लेकर जा रही टीमें भटवाड़ी में फंसी हुई हैं, जो देर रात से वहीं अटकी हैं। स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए हर्षिल और आसपास के क्षेत्रों से लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया गया है, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से मुखबा और कछोरा जैसे इलाके शामिल हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा रात में ही लोगों को स्थानांतरित किया गया।

पीएम मोदी ने की सीएम धामी से फोन पर बात
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से फोन पर बात की और उत्तराखंड जिले के धराली क्षेत्र में हाल ही में आई आपदा और राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। सीएम धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री को बताया कि राज्य सरकार पूरी तत्परता से राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों में लगी हुई है। लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण कुछ क्षेत्रों में कठिनाइयाां आ रही हैं, लेकिन सभी संबंधित एजेंसियां समन्वय के साथ काम कर रही हैं ताकि प्रभावित लोगों को त्वरित सहायता मिल सके। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने केंद्र सरकार की ओर से हर संभव सहायता का आश्वासन दिया।

रायपुर- केंद्र सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ने आयकर विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर प्रशासनिक फेरबदल करते हुए आधा दर्जन प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त और मुख्य आयुक्तों को नई जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी हैं। इस फेरबदल के तहत आईआरएस अधिकारी नव रतन सोनी को मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त, एमपी और छत्तीसगढ़, रायपुर की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। फिलहाल नव रतन सोनी मध्यप्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त के पद पर भोपाल में कार्यरत हैं। यह आदेश 1 जून 2025 से प्रभाव में आएगा और अगले आदेश तक लागू रहेगा।

उत्तरकाशी में बड़ा हादसा, हेलिकॉप्टर क्रैश में छह की मौत, दो घायल

उत्तरकाशी जिले में आज सुबह एक हेलिकॉप्टर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। हादसे में छह लोगों के मौत हो गई है। पुलिस-प्रशासन के साथ ही आपदा प्रबंधन की टीम मौके के लिए रवाना हुई। घटनास्थल पर पहुंचते ही टीम ने रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। बताया जा रहा है कि हेलीकॉप्टर में 7 यात्री सवार थे, जिनमें से पांच की मौत हो गई है। वहीं दो अन्य घायल हुए हैं।

प्राइवेट कम्पनी का हेलीकाप्टर एरो ट्रिंक हादसाग्रस्त
बताया जा रहा है कि हादसा उत्तरकाशी में गंगनानी के पास हुआ है। हेलीकॉप्टर ने देहरादून से उड़ान भरी थी, जो गंगनानी से आगे नाग मंदिर के क्रैश हो गया। यह प्राइवेट कम्पनी का हेलीकाप्टर एरो ट्रिंक था। वहीं, हेलीकॉप्टर क्रैश होने की सूचना पर घटनास्थल के लिए आपदा प्रबंधन QRT, 108 एंबुलेंस वाहन, तहसीलदार भटवाड़ी, BDO भटवाड़ी, राजस्व टीम रवाना की गई है। इन दिनों उत्तराखंड में चार धाम यात्रा भी चल रही है। ये तीर्थयात्रियों का हेलीकॉप्टर था या कोई दूसरा इसका पता अभी नहीं चला है। 

सीएम धामी ने जताया दुख
उत्‍तराखंड के मुख्‍यमंत्री पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी ने इस हादसे पर दुख जताते हुए कहा कि उत्तरकाशी के गंगनानी के समीप हेलीकॉप्टर क्रैश में कुछ लोगों के हताहत होने का अत्यंत दुःखद समाचार प्राप्त हुआ है. राहत एवं बचाव कार्य के लिए SDRF और जिला प्रशासन की टीमें तत्काल घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गई हैं. ईश्वर हादसे में दिवंगत हुए लोगों की आत्मा को श्रीचरणों में स्थान एवं शोकाकुल परिजनों को यह असीम दुःख सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करें. प्रशासन को घायलों को हर संभव सहायता पहुंचाने एवं हादसे की जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं. इस संबंध में लगातार अधिकारियों के संपर्क में हूं और हर स्थिति पर निगरानी रखी जा रही है.

संभल कमेटी की रिपोर्ट में चौंकाने वाला खुलासा, आजादी से पहले 45% हिंदू, अब बचे 15 प्रतिशत

उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल की डेमोग्राफी को लेकर एक चौंकाने वाली रिपोर्ट आई है। संभल में केवल 15 प्रतिशत हिंदू बचे हैं। बाकी सब पलायन कर गए। आजादी के बाद संभल नगर पालिका में 45% हिंदू थे। इसके बाद से यहां की डेमोग्राफी बदलती गई। तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक जांच आयोग की रिपोर्ट में ये बात सामने आई है। उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित संभल में वर्ष 2024 के नवंबर में हुए दंगे के बाद गठित न्यायिक कमेटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में ये बातें कहीं हैं।

पहले के दंगों का भी इतिहास खंगाला
संभल में पिछले साल हुई हिंसा के मामले में गठित न्‍यायिक आयोग ने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को 450 पन्नों की रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। इसमें 24 नवंबर, 2024 को मस्जिद में सर्वे के दौरान हुई हिंसा का विवरण है। इस रिपोर्ट में न सिर्फ 24 नवंबर को हुई हिंसा के बारे में बताया गया है, बल्कि संभल के इतिहास में कब-कब कितने दंगे हुए, उन दंगों में क्या-क्या हुआ आदि के बारे में भी विस्तार से लिखा गया है।

करीब 30 फीसदी घटी आबादी
संभल में हुई न्यायिक हिंसा पर तैयार की रिपोर्ट में जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तन का भी ज़िक्र है। इसमें बताया गया कि कभी यहां पर 45 प्रतिशत आबादी हिंदू थी। लेकिन, वर्तमान में यह घटकर 15 से 20 प्रतिशत ही रह गई है।रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि दंगों और तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति ने जिले की डेमोग्राफी बदल दी। आजादी के वक्त संभल नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में 55% मुस्लिम और 45% हिंदू रहते थे। वर्तमान में संभल में लगभग 85% मुस्लिम और 20% हिंदू रहते हैं।

कई आतंकी संगठनों का अड्डा
रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि यहां 1947, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1962, 1976, 1978, 1980, 1990, 1992, 1995, 2001, 2019 में दंगे हुए। आजादी के बाद से कुल 15 दंगे संभल में हो चुके हैं। यह भी कहा गया है कि जिला कई सारे आतंकवादी संगठनों का अड्डा बन चुका है। अलकायदा, हरकत उल मुजाहिद्दीन जैसे आतंकवादी संगठन संभल में पैर पसार चुके थे। अमेरिका ने जिस मौलाना आसिम उर्फ सना उल हक को आतंकवादी घोषित किया था, वो संभल से लिंक था।

24 नवंबर, 2024 को भड़की थी हिंसा
बता दें कि संभल में 24 नवंबर, 2024 को हिंसा भड़की थी।संभल में मस्जिद में सर्वे करने के दौरान हिंसा हुई थी।इस हिंसा में कम से कम 5 लोग मारे गए थे मस्जिद के सर्वेक्षण का आदेश एक स्थानीय अदालत ने 19 नवंबर को दिया था, जब एक याचिका में दावा किया गया था कि 1526 में मस्जिद बनाने के लिए एक मंदिर को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया था यह आदेश चंदौसी के सिविल जज (वरिष्ठ प्रभाग) आदित्य सिंह की अदालत ने पारित किया था। पहला सर्वेक्षण 19 नवंबर को हुआ था। 24 नवंबर को दूसरे सर्वेक्षण के दौरान हिंसा भड़क उठी थी।संभल हिंसा के बाद न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया गया था।

उत्तराखंड में एक बार फिर बादल फटने से तबाही मची है। चमोली में बादल फटने की घटना सामने आई है। चमोली के थराली में बादल फटा है। इस घटना में 2 लोगों के दबने की सूचना है। रात एक बजे की घटना है। इस हादसे में कई घर मलबे में दब गए हैं। सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं और हर तरफ हाहाकार है। राहत और बचाव कार्यों के लिए एसडीआरएफ की टीम मौके पर रवाना हो गई है। उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस भी इस घटना पर दुख जताया है।

  


बताया गया कि आधी रात करीब 1 बजे थराली में बादल फटा। चमोली के थराली में बादल फटने की वजह से कई घरों में मलबा घुस गया है। या यूं कहिए कि कई घर मलबे के ढेर में तब्दील हो चुके हैं। दुकानों में भी नुकसान हुआ है। सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई हैं। एक युवती समेत दो लोग लापता हैं। फिलहाल, प्रशासन, एसडीआरएफ की टीम रेस्कूय ऑपरेशन में जुटी है। राहत की बात है कि अभी तक किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं आई है।

थराली के तहसील परिसर राड़ीबगड़ में एक बरसाती गदेरा अचानक उफान पर आ गया। एसडीएम आवास मलबे से दब गया। एसडीएम समेत अन्य ने रात में ही आवास छोड़ दिया और सुरक्षित जगह पर चले गए। राड़ीबगड़ में गाड़ियों के मलबे में दबने की सूचना है। जानकारी के अनुसार, थराली तहसील के टूनरी गदेरा में बादल फटने से थराली तहसील परिसर में काफी मलबा आ गया, घरों में भी मलबा आ गया है, तहसील परिसर में कुछ गाड़ियां भी मलबे में दबी हैं। थराली के चेपड़ों में भारी नुकसान हुआ है। यहां तीन से अधिक दुकानें बहने की सूचना है। 

एडीएम विवेक प्रकाश ने कहा कि थराली में बादल फटने की वजह से काफी नुक़सान हुआ है। मलबा आने से एक 20 वर्षीय लड़की और एक बुजुर्ग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। दोनों के मलबे में दबे होने की आशंका है। उनकी तलाश की जा रही है। थराली व आसपास के इलाकों में भारी बारिश की वजह से मलबा आया है।

उत्तरकाशी में बादल फटने से तबाही, दर्जनों मकान-होटल बहे, लापता लोगों की तलाश में जारी, पीएम मोदी ने सीएम से की बात

उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में धराली गांव में बादल फटने से भारी तबाही हुई है। ऊंचाई वाले इलाके में बादल फटा, जिससे खीरगंगा नदी में सैलाब आ गया। चार लोगों की मौत हुई है और 70 लोग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। इस घटना में करीब 15 से 20 होटल व घरों को नुकसान की सूचना मिल रही है। शासन-प्रशासन पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद है और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया जा रहा है।

  


धराली में कल दिन में बादल फटने से गांव जमींदोज हो गए। महज 34 सेकेंड में सैकड़ों घर-होटल मलबे में दब गए और पानी में बह गए। हादसे में 4 की मौत हो गई जबकि 50 से ज्यादा लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। प्रशासन का कहना है कि हादसे में मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़ सकती है। SDRF, NDRF, ITBP और सेना की टीमें बचाव और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में जुटी हैं। अब तक 130 से ज्यादा लोगों का रेस्क्यू कराया जा चुका है। शासन ने राहत और बचाव कार्य तथा मरम्मत के लिए 20 करोड़ रुपये जारी कर दिए हैं।

वायुसेना से मांगा गई मदद
विनाशकारी बाढ़ से तबाह हुए धराली में युद्धस्तर पर राहत और बचाव कार्य चल रहा है, लेकिन हालात को देखते हुए राज्य की धामी सरकार ने वायुसेना से भी मदद मांगी है। राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र की ओर से वायुसेना से दो एमआई हेलीकाप्टर और एक चिनूक हेलीकाप्टर की मांग की गई है।

सेना के 150 जवान भी रेस्क्यू में जुटे
लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल मनीष श्रीवास्तव के मुताबिक धराली आपदा के बाद 14 राजरिफ के कमांडिंग ऑफिसर कर्नल हर्षवर्धन खुद राहत और बचाव कार्यों का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं। उनकी टीम के 150 जवान इस कठिन मुहिम में डटे हुए हैं। हालांकि यूनिट का बेस भी प्रभावित हुआ है और 11 जवान लापता हैं। फिर भी टीम पूरे हौसले और संकल्प के साथ काम कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक 20 लोगों को सुरक्षित बचाया जा चुका है।

जिला प्रशासन की टीमें भटवाड़ी में फंसी
गंगोत्री हाईवे पर पापड़गाड़ के पास लगभग 30 मीटर सड़क धंस गई, जिससे हर्षिल और धराली क्षेत्र का जनपद और तहसील मुख्यालय से संपर्क पूरी तरह कट गया है। इस वजह से जिला प्रशासन की राहत टीम और आवश्यक सामग्री लेकर जा रही टीमें भटवाड़ी में फंसी हुई हैं, जो देर रात से वहीं अटकी हैं। स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए हर्षिल और आसपास के क्षेत्रों से लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया गया है, जिनमें मुख्य रूप से मुखबा और कछोरा जैसे इलाके शामिल हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा रात में ही लोगों को स्थानांतरित किया गया।

पीएम मोदी ने की सीएम धामी से फोन पर बात
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से फोन पर बात की और उत्तराखंड जिले के धराली क्षेत्र में हाल ही में आई आपदा और राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। सीएम धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री को बताया कि राज्य सरकार पूरी तत्परता से राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों में लगी हुई है। लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण कुछ क्षेत्रों में कठिनाइयाां आ रही हैं, लेकिन सभी संबंधित एजेंसियां समन्वय के साथ काम कर रही हैं ताकि प्रभावित लोगों को त्वरित सहायता मिल सके। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने केंद्र सरकार की ओर से हर संभव सहायता का आश्वासन दिया।

केंद्र सरकार ने आयकर विभाग में किया बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल, मध्यप्रदेश-छत्तीसगढ़ के प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त बने नवरतन सोनी, देखें लिस्ट…
रायपुर- केंद्र सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ने आयकर विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर प्रशासनिक फेरबदल करते हुए आधा दर्जन प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त और मुख्य आयुक्तों को नई जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी हैं। इस फेरबदल के तहत आईआरएस अधिकारी नव रतन सोनी को मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त, एमपी और छत्तीसगढ़, रायपुर की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। फिलहाल नव रतन सोनी मध्यप्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के प्रधान मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त के पद पर भोपाल में कार्यरत हैं। यह आदेश 1 जून 2025 से प्रभाव में आएगा और अगले आदेश तक लागू रहेगा।

उत्तरकाशी जिले में आज सुबह एक हेलिकॉप्टर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। हादसे में छह लोगों के मौत हो गई है। पुलिस-प्रशासन के साथ ही आपदा प्रबंधन की टीम मौके के लिए रवाना हुई। घटनास्थल पर पहुंचते ही टीम ने रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। बताया जा रहा है कि हेलीकॉप्टर में 7 यात्री सवार थे, जिनमें से पांच की मौत हो गई है। वहीं दो अन्य घायल हुए हैं।

प्राइवेट कम्पनी का हेलीकाप्टर एरो ट्रिंक हादसाग्रस्त
बताया जा रहा है कि हादसा उत्तरकाशी में गंगनानी के पास हुआ है। हेलीकॉप्टर ने देहरादून से उड़ान भरी थी, जो गंगनानी से आगे नाग मंदिर के क्रैश हो गया। यह प्राइवेट कम्पनी का हेलीकाप्टर एरो ट्रिंक था। वहीं, हेलीकॉप्टर क्रैश होने की सूचना पर घटनास्थल के लिए आपदा प्रबंधन QRT, 108 एंबुलेंस वाहन, तहसीलदार भटवाड़ी, BDO भटवाड़ी, राजस्व टीम रवाना की गई है। इन दिनों उत्तराखंड में चार धाम यात्रा भी चल रही है। ये तीर्थयात्रियों का हेलीकॉप्टर था या कोई दूसरा इसका पता अभी नहीं चला है। 

सीएम धामी ने जताया दुख
उत्‍तराखंड के मुख्‍यमंत्री पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी ने इस हादसे पर दुख जताते हुए कहा कि उत्तरकाशी के गंगनानी के समीप हेलीकॉप्टर क्रैश में कुछ लोगों के हताहत होने का अत्यंत दुःखद समाचार प्राप्त हुआ है. राहत एवं बचाव कार्य के लिए SDRF और जिला प्रशासन की टीमें तत्काल घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गई हैं. ईश्वर हादसे में दिवंगत हुए लोगों की आत्मा को श्रीचरणों में स्थान एवं शोकाकुल परिजनों को यह असीम दुःख सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करें. प्रशासन को घायलों को हर संभव सहायता पहुंचाने एवं हादसे की जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं. इस संबंध में लगातार अधिकारियों के संपर्क में हूं और हर स्थिति पर निगरानी रखी जा रही है.
