अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप दोबारी वापसी के बाद से ही अवैध प्रवासियों पर सख्त हैं। अमेरिकी प्रशासन ने एक बार फिर सख्तू दिखाते हुए अवैध भारतीयों को डिपोर्ट किया। डंकी रूट के जरिये अमेरिका पहुंचने वाले 50 युवाओं को अमेरिका ने शनिवार देर रात डिपोर्ट कर भारत भेज दिया। डिपोर्ट किए गए लोगों में हरियाणा के 50 युवक शामिल हैं।

  

बेड़ियों में बांधकर लाया गया
विशेष विमान द्वारा इन युवाओं को दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर बेड़ियों में बांधकर लाया गया। अमेरिकी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने इन्हें आधिकारिक प्रक्रिया के तहत भारतीय इमिग्रेशन अधिकारियों के हवाले किया। एयरपोर्ट पर हरियाणा पुलिस की विशेष टीमें पहले से मौजूद थीं। जिन युवाओं के खिलाफ आपराधिक और गिरोह से जुड़े मामलों की जानकारी थी, उन्हें मौके पर ही हिरासत में ले लिया गया। बाकी युवाओं को कागजी कार्रवाई के बाद उनके गृह जिलों में भेज दिया गया।

किस जिले से कितने युवा लौटे
शनिवार देर शाम अमेरिका के एक विशेष विमान में ये सभी दिल्ली के इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट उतरे। सूचना पाकर दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पहुंची हरियाणा की स्थानीय पुलिस को उनके-उनके जिले के निवासी लोगों को सौंपा गया। कैथल से 16, करनाल से 16 और अंबाला से पांच युवकों को डिपोर्ट किया गया है। यमुनानगर के चार, कुरुक्षेत्र के पांच, जींद के तीन, रोहतक व पानीपत का एक-एक युवक शामिल है। सभी की उम्र 18 से 42 साल के बीच है। ये सभी डंकी रूट से अमेरिका गए थे। वहां छह महीने से लेकर डेढ़ साल तक विभिन्न जेलों में रहे और अब बेड़ियों में वतन लौटे हैं।

लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गिरोह का सक्रिय सदस्य लाखा भी लौटा
वहीं इनमें सबसे बड़ा मामला कैथल के गांव तितरम निवासी लखविंद्र उर्फ लाखा का है। लाखा लॉरेंस बिश्नोई और अनमोल बिश्नोई गिरोह का सक्रिय सदस्य है और 2022 से अमेरिका में बैठकर हरियाणा-पंजाब के व्यापारियों से फिरौती मांगने के नेटवर्क का संचालन कर रहा था। हरियाणा एसटीएफ की अंबाला यूनिट ने गैंगस्टर लॉरेंस के करीबी लखविंद्र उर्फ लाखा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। कैथल के अलावा अन्य जिलों में भी उस पर फिरौती मांगने जैसे कई मामले दर्ज हैं।

मोस्ट वांटेड सुनली सरधानिया भी डिपोर्ट
इसके अलावा डिपोर्ट होकर आए दूसरे मोस्ट वांटेड सुनली सरधानिया का नाम भी शामिल हैं। जो हत्या सहित 24 आपराधिक वारदातों में वांछित है। सुनील को भिवानी में एक हत्या के केस में उम्र कैद और पंचकूला में डकैती के मामले में 10 साल की सजा हुई थी। दोनों मामलों में कोर्ट से जेल से जमानत आने के बाद उसने फर्जी पते पर अपना पासपोर्ट बनवाया था। इसके बाद 2024 में है विदेश भाग गया था। अमेरिका द्वारा रिपोर्ट किए गए युवकों में से एसटीएफ में दोनों आरोपियों तुरंत हिरासत में ले लिया। अब दोनों पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया है।

अमेरिकी राष्‍ट्रपति डोनाल्‍ड ट्रंप की ओर से भारत पर लगाए गए 25 फीसदी अतिरिक्‍त टैरिफ भी आज यानी बुधवार सुबह से लागू हो गया। अमेरिका ने पहले ही भारत पर 25 फीसदी टैरिफ लगाया था, जो 7 अगस्‍त से प्रभावी हो चुका है. इस तरह आज 27 अगस्‍त से भारत पर कुल 50 फीसदी टैरिफ लागू हो जाएगा। ट्रंप ने भारत पर यह 25 फीसदी का अतिरिक्‍त टैरिफ रूस से तेल खरीदने की वजह से लगाया है। ट्रंप और उनके प्रशासन की ओर से बार-बार धमकी दिए जाने के बावजूद भारत ने रूस से तेल की खरीद बंद नहीं की और यही वजह है कि 27 अगस्‍त से अमेरिका ने 50 फीसदी टैरिफ लागू कर दिया है।

  


ट्रंप के 50 फीसदी टैरिफ लागू होने के बाद भारत के कई उत्पादों का अमेरिका को होने वाला निर्यात महंगा हो जाएगा। ऐसे में यह जानना अहम है कि आखिर ट्रंप के 50 फीसदी आयात शुल्क का भारत पर क्या असर पड़ेगा? देश के कौन से क्षेत्र इस फैसले से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होने वाले हैं? इस फैसले से भारत से अमेरिका निर्यात किए जाने वाले अधिकतर उत्पादों का वहां महंगा होना तय है। माना जा रहा है कि इससे भारतीय निर्यातकों को झटका लग सकता है, क्योंकि अमेरिका भारतीय उत्पादों का बड़ा खरीदार है। टैरिफ बढ़ने से अमेरिकी नागरिक भारतीय उत्पादों की जगह दूसरे देशों से कम टैरिफ दर पर आने वाले सामान को तरजीह दे सकते हैं।

  

कपड़ा उद्योग पर सबसे ज्‍यादा मार पड़ेगी
ट्रंप के इस टैरिफ की मार से भारत को करीब 48.2 अरब डॉलर का एक्सपोर्ट प्रभावित होगा। सबसे ज्यादा असर उन उद्योगों पर पड़ेगा जिनमें ज्यादा लोगों को काम मिलता है। इनमें कपड़ा, झींगा, चमड़ा, हीरे-जवाहरात, कारपेट और फर्नीचर शामिल हैं। इन चीजों का निर्यात सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होने की आशंका है। माना जा रहा है कि इस टैरिफ से कपड़ा उद्योग पर सबसे ज्‍यादा मार पड़ेगी। भारत से हर साल अमेरिका को 10 अरब डॉलर (करीब 86 हजार करोड़ रुपये) के कपड़े का निर्यात होता है। भारतीय कपड़ा उद्योग के लिए सबसे बड़े बाजार अमेरिका को निर्यात में अब उसे बांग्लादेश, वियतनाम जैसे देशों का मुकाबला करना होगा। दूसरी तरफ दवा, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों पर इस टैरिफ का कोई असर नहीं होगा।

भारत से होने वाला दो-तिहाई निर्यात होगा प्रभावित
जानकारों का कहना है कि ट्रंप के टैरिफ से अमेरिका को होने वाले मर्केंडाइज एक्सपोर्ट की वैल्यू पिछले साल की तुलना में 40 से 45% कम हो सकती है। अमेरिका भारत का सबसे बड़ा एक्सपोर्ट मार्केट है। पिछले साल भारत ने अमेरिका को 87 अरब डॉलर का एक्सपोर्ट किया था जो इस साल गिरकर $49.6 अरब रह सकता है। इसकी वजह यह है कि भारत से होने वाला दो-तिहाई निर्यात नए टैरिफ से प्रभावित होगा। कुछ मामलों में तो प्रभावी टैरिफ 60% तक होगा।
