संरचना :
पात्रता परीक्षा के प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय होंगे. 
प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का होगा. 
निगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी. 
प्रश्नपत्र पैटर्न : माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों में 100 अंक निर्दिष्ट विषय वस्तु से होंगे तथा 50 अंक शिक्षण कला, अन्य दक्षताओं पर आधारित होंगे. 
परीक्षा की अवधि : Computer Based Test (CBT) विधि से आयोजित माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (STET), 2023 की अवधि 150 मिनट (2:30 घंटा) की होगी.
