दुनिया में अब एक और जंग की शुरुआत हो गई है। मिडिल ईस्ट में इजरायल और ईरान के बीच तनाव ने अब खतरनाक मोड़ ले लिया है। इजरायल और ईरान अब आपस में भिड़ चुके हैं। इजराइल ने शुक्रवार को ईरान पर बम बरसाए। राजधानी तेहरान में सुबह ही धुएं के बादल छा गए और कई जगह विस्फोट हुए। इजराइल ने अटैक के बाद दावा किया है कि उसने ईरान के परमाणु और सैन्य ठिकानों को निशाना बनाया है। परमाणु ठिकानों को तबाह कर दिया है।

ईरान के आर्मी चीफ को भी मार गिराया
इजरायल ने ईरान के सैन्य ठिकानों और न्यूक्लियर ठिकानों पर आज यानी शुक्रवार की सुबह हमला किया। इसके बाद ईरान में खलबली मच गई। इजरायल ने ईरान के न्यूक्लियर साइट्स और सैन्य ठिकानों को टारगेट कर तेहरान में कई हमले किए। इसके बाद तेहरान में एयरस्पेस को बंद कर दिया गया। ईरान सरकार ने देशभर में इमरजेंसी लागू कर दी है। माना जा रहा है कि इजरायल के हमले में ईरान को बड़ा नुकसान पहुंचा है। इजरायल ने ईरान के आर्मी चीफ, आईआरजीसी चीफ और टॉप न्यूक्लियर वैज्ञानिकों को मार गिराया है।

ईरान को करारा सबक सिखाया- नेतन्याहू
ईरान पर किए गए हमले की इजराइल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू ने पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे हमले का उद्देश्य ईरान के परमाणु और बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल कार्यक्रम के खतरे को कम करना है। हमें उम्मीद है कि ईरान को करारा सबक सिखाया गया है। उम्मीद है कि यह अब दोबारा नहीं होगा। 

ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लायन शुरू
नेतन्याहू ने ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लायन शुरू करने का एलान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इजराइल ने ईरानी ठिकानों पर हमला किया है। कुछ ही समय पहले इजराइल ने ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लॉयन शुरू किया, जो इजराइल के अस्तित्व के लिए ईरानी खतरे को कम करने के लिए सैन्य अभियान था। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मिशन खतरे को खत्म करने के लिए जितने दिन लगेंगे, उतने दिन तक जारी रहेगा।

खामनोई ने दी अंजाम भुगतने की धमकी
इस हमले के बाद ईरान ने इजरायल को अंजाम भुगतने की धमकी दी है। ईरान के सुप्रीम लीडर यानी सर्वोच्च नेता अयातुल्ला अली खामनेई ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि उनके देश पर हमले के लिए इजराइल को ‘कड़ी सज़ा’ दी जाएगी। ईरान की सरकारी सामाचार एजेंसी ‘आईआरएनए’ ने खामनेई के बयान को जारी किया। इसने पुष्टि की कि हमले में सेना के शीर्ष अधिकारी और वैज्ञानिक मारे गए हैं। खामनेई ने कहा कि उनके देश में हुए इस अपराध में ‘‘इजराइल के शैतानी और रक्त-रंजित हाथ शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इजराइल ने आवासीय इलाकों पर हमला करके अपनी दुर्भावनापूर्ण प्रकृति को उजागर किया है।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Emami East Bengal FC defeated defending champions Sribhumi FC 4-2 on penalties in the final of the 2025 Calcutta Women's Football League (Kanyashree Cup) at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan yesterday, after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. 

Under Coach Anthony Andrews' stewardship, the Red & Gold women have completed a domestic double this season, winning the club's maiden Indian Women's League title in April and third CWFL title yesterday. 

It was the third consecutive CWFL final between both sides. While EEB Women defeated Sribhumi 1-0 in the 2022-2023 CWFL final, Sribhumi defeated EEB Women 2-1 in last year's CWFL final at Kishore Bharati Krirangan. 

After an intense first half ended goalless, Sulanjana Raul earned EEB Women the lead in the 49th minute. 

The young forward latched on to a free-kick from Karthika Angamuthu from the left and scored with a low-driven volley from the middle of the box. 

However, EEB's lead didn't last long as Rimpa Halder pulled one back for Sribhumi to level the score. 

Both teams pushed hard to regain the lead, but were unable to convert the chances that came their way as the game headed to a penalty shootout. 

EEB goalkeeper Mamani Das made two crucial saves in the tie-breaker as EEB Women held their nerves and converted four of their five shots, eventually winning the game 4-2 on penalties. Karthika Angamuthu, Sarita Yummam, Deblina Bhattacharya and Sulanjana Raul converted the penalty kicks for EEB Women.

बजट में मिडिल क्लास को बड़ी राहत, 12 लाख तक की आय पर टैक्स नहीं, सरकार का बड़ा ऐलान

वित्त मंत्री ने इनकम टैक्स पर बड़ा ऐलान कर दिया है। मिडिल क्लास को सरकार ने बड़ी सौगात दी है। अब 12 लाख तक की कमाई पर कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा। इसका मतलब है कि एक लाख तक की कमाई पर अब टैक्स नहीं लगेगा। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने यह ऐलान किया।

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा है कि 12 लाख की आय पर कोई टैक्स नहीं देना होगा। वहीं, इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइल करने की समय सीमा 2 साल से बढ़ाकर 4 साल की गई। इस बार बजट से टैक्सपेयर्स को काफी उम्मीदें थीं। पीएम मोदी ने संसद में आम बजट पेश होने से एक दिन पहले संकेत दिया कि इस बार गरीबों, मिडल क्लास और महिलाओं के लिए कई नई पहलों का ऐलान हो सकता है। 

टीडीएस-टीसीएस का सरलीकरण
टीडीएस की सीमा में बदलाव किए जाएंगे ताकि इसमें एकरूपता लाई जा सके। वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए टीडीएस में छूट की सीमा को 50 हजार से बढ़ाकर एक लाख रुपये किया जाएगा। किराए से होने वाली आमदनी पर टीडीएस में छूट की सीमा को बढ़ाकर छह लाख रुपये किया जाएगा। नॉन-पैन मामलों में उच्च टीडीएस के प्रावधान लागू रहेंगे। अपडेटेड रिटर्न दाखिल करने की सीमा को दो साल से बढ़ाकर चार साल किया जा रहा है।

बीमा क्षेत्र के लिए एफडीआई 100 प्रतिशत
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि बीमा क्षेत्र के लिए एफडीआई सीमा 74 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 100 प्रतिशत की जाएगी। यह बढ़ी हुई सीमा उन कंपनियों के लिए उपलब्ध होगी जो भारत में पूरा प्रीमियम निवेश करती हैं। विदेशी निवेश से जुड़ी मौजूदा सुरक्षा और शर्तों की समीक्षा की जाएगी और उन्हें सरल बनाया जाएगा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा कि जुलाई 2024 के बजट में घोषित सीमा शुल्क दरों की संरचना की व्यापक समीक्षा के एक भाग के रूप में, मैं 7 टैरिफ दरों को हटाने का प्रस्ताव करती हूं। यह 2023-24 के बजट में हटाए गए टैरिफ के अतिरिक्त है। 82 टैरिफ लाइनों पर सामाजिक कल्याण अधिभार से छूट देने का प्रस्ताव करती हूं, जो उपकर के अधीन हैं।

केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण शनिवार को अपना लगातार 8वां बजट पेश करेंगी। 1 फरवरी को फाइनेंशियल ईयर 2025-26 के बजट के दौरान सभी की निगाहें मिडिल क्लास को मिलने वाली बहुप्रतीक्षित टैक्स छूट पर होंगी। इस बजट में टैक्स में राहत की उम्मीद की जा रही है। इस बीच सरकार नए टैक्स रिजीम में किसी भी तरह की रियायत देने के पक्ष में नहीं है लेकिन वह टैक्स की सीमा बढ़ाने और स्लैब में फेरबदल के माध्यम से रियायत देने पर विचार कर रही है। 

पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने बजट सत्र की शुरुआत में मीडिया को संबोधित किया। इसमें उन्होंने संकेत दिया कि 1 फरवरी को पेश होने वाले बजट में मिडिल क्लास को बड़ी राहत मिल सकती है। पीएम मोदी ने इसके लिए धन और समृद्धि की देवी लक्ष्मी का आह्वान भी किया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि मैं प्रार्थना करता हूं कि देवी लक्ष्मी गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग पर आशीर्वाद बरसाएं। यह बजट देश को नई ऊर्जा और उम्मीद देगा।

बता दें कि केंद्र के इस बजट से अलग-अलग वर्ग की कई सारी अपेक्षाएं हैं। पिछले कुछ महीनों में वित्त मंत्रालय ने अलग-अलग संगठनों और संघों के साथ बैठकें की थीं। संघों ने अलग से भी अपनी अपेक्षाएं बताई हैं, जबकि आम आदमी भी बजट से राहत की उम्‍मीद लगाए बैठा है खासतौर से मिडिल क्‍लास टैक्‍सपेयर्स। एक्सपर्ट्स का भी मानना है कि अपकमिंग बजट में कन्ज्यूमर स्पेडिंग को बढ़ावा देने के उपायों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाना चाहिए। इससे टैक्स का बोझ कम होगा और डिस्पोजेबल इनकम को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

टैक्‍स स्‍ट्रक्‍चर की समीक्षा
सिंतबर 2024 तक जीडीपी में 62% हिस्सेदारी वाली कंजप्शन, बाद के महीनों में बढ़ी महंगाई और घटते कंज्यूमर डिमांड के चलते कम हो गई है। ऐसे में व्‍यवसायिक संगठन एफआईसीसीआई के सदस्‍यों ने भी डिमांड बढ़ाने और ग्रोथ को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्‍य से डायरेक्‍ट टैक्‍स स्‍ट्रक्‍चर की समीक्षा का समर्थन किया है।
एफआईसीसीआई ने अपने सदस्यों के बीच पिछले दिनों एक सर्वे कराया था। इसके मुताबिक, टैक्‍स स्लैब और टैक्‍स दरों पर फिर से विचार करना जरूरी है, क्योंकि इससे लोगों के हाथों में अधिक पैसा आ सकता है और इकोनॉमी में खपत की मांग बढ़ सकती है।

टैक्स स्लैब में बदलाव पर चर्चा
पिछले साल सीतारमण ने सैलरीड क्लास के लिए स्डैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपये कर दिया था और स्लैब में भी संशोधन किया था। उन्होंने तब दावा किया था कि इन उपायों से टैक्सपेयर्स को 17,500 रुपये का लाभ होगा। इस बार भी सरकार में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को बढ़ाने पर चर्चा हुई है। माना जा रहा है कि सभी करदाताओं को इसमें राहत दी जा सकती है। मिडिल क्लास के उपभोक्ताओं की डिस्पोजेबल इनकम बढ़ाने की मांग को देखते हुए टैक्स स्लैब में बदलाव पर भी चर्चा हुई है।

अगर ये बदलाव लागू होते हैं, तो नए टैक्स रिजीम को अपनाना ज्यादा फायदेमंद हो सकता है। इससे मिडिल क्लास को ज्यादा टैक्स सेविंग मिलेगी और उनकी डिस्पोजेबल इनकम बढ़ेगी।

अब मिडिल ईस्ट में युद्ध का आगाजः इजराइल ने ईरान पर किए हमले, नेतन्याहू बोले- हमने खतरे को कम किया

दुनिया में अब एक और जंग की शुरुआत हो गई है। मिडिल ईस्ट में इजरायल और ईरान के बीच तनाव ने अब खतरनाक मोड़ ले लिया है। इजरायल और ईरान अब आपस में भिड़ चुके हैं। इजराइल ने शुक्रवार को ईरान पर बम बरसाए। राजधानी तेहरान में सुबह ही धुएं के बादल छा गए और कई जगह विस्फोट हुए। इजराइल ने अटैक के बाद दावा किया है कि उसने ईरान के परमाणु और सैन्य ठिकानों को निशाना बनाया है। परमाणु ठिकानों को तबाह कर दिया है।

ईरान के आर्मी चीफ को भी मार गिराया
इजरायल ने ईरान के सैन्य ठिकानों और न्यूक्लियर ठिकानों पर आज यानी शुक्रवार की सुबह हमला किया। इसके बाद ईरान में खलबली मच गई। इजरायल ने ईरान के न्यूक्लियर साइट्स और सैन्य ठिकानों को टारगेट कर तेहरान में कई हमले किए। इसके बाद तेहरान में एयरस्पेस को बंद कर दिया गया। ईरान सरकार ने देशभर में इमरजेंसी लागू कर दी है। माना जा रहा है कि इजरायल के हमले में ईरान को बड़ा नुकसान पहुंचा है। इजरायल ने ईरान के आर्मी चीफ, आईआरजीसी चीफ और टॉप न्यूक्लियर वैज्ञानिकों को मार गिराया है।

ईरान को करारा सबक सिखाया- नेतन्याहू
ईरान पर किए गए हमले की इजराइल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू ने पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे हमले का उद्देश्य ईरान के परमाणु और बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल कार्यक्रम के खतरे को कम करना है। हमें उम्मीद है कि ईरान को करारा सबक सिखाया गया है। उम्मीद है कि यह अब दोबारा नहीं होगा। 

ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लायन शुरू
नेतन्याहू ने ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लायन शुरू करने का एलान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इजराइल ने ईरानी ठिकानों पर हमला किया है। कुछ ही समय पहले इजराइल ने ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लॉयन शुरू किया, जो इजराइल के अस्तित्व के लिए ईरानी खतरे को कम करने के लिए सैन्य अभियान था। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मिशन खतरे को खत्म करने के लिए जितने दिन लगेंगे, उतने दिन तक जारी रहेगा।

खामनोई ने दी अंजाम भुगतने की धमकी
इस हमले के बाद ईरान ने इजरायल को अंजाम भुगतने की धमकी दी है। ईरान के सुप्रीम लीडर यानी सर्वोच्च नेता अयातुल्ला अली खामनेई ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि उनके देश पर हमले के लिए इजराइल को ‘कड़ी सज़ा’ दी जाएगी। ईरान की सरकारी सामाचार एजेंसी ‘आईआरएनए’ ने खामनेई के बयान को जारी किया। इसने पुष्टि की कि हमले में सेना के शीर्ष अधिकारी और वैज्ञानिक मारे गए हैं। खामनेई ने कहा कि उनके देश में हुए इस अपराध में ‘‘इजराइल के शैतानी और रक्त-रंजित हाथ शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इजराइल ने आवासीय इलाकों पर हमला करके अपनी दुर्भावनापूर्ण प्रकृति को उजागर किया है।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Emami East Bengal FC defeated defending champions Sribhumi FC 4-2 on penalties in the final of the 2025 Calcutta Women's Football League (Kanyashree Cup) at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan yesterday, after a 1-1 draw in regulation time. 

Under Coach Anthony Andrews' stewardship, the Red & Gold women have completed a domestic double this season, winning the club's maiden Indian Women's League title in April and third CWFL title yesterday. 

It was the third consecutive CWFL final between both sides. While EEB Women defeated Sribhumi 1-0 in the 2022-2023 CWFL final, Sribhumi defeated EEB Women 2-1 in last year's CWFL final at Kishore Bharati Krirangan. 

After an intense first half ended goalless, Sulanjana Raul earned EEB Women the lead in the 49th minute. 

The young forward latched on to a free-kick from Karthika Angamuthu from the left and scored with a low-driven volley from the middle of the box. 

However, EEB's lead didn't last long as Rimpa Halder pulled one back for Sribhumi to level the score. 

Both teams pushed hard to regain the lead, but were unable to convert the chances that came their way as the game headed to a penalty shootout. 

EEB goalkeeper Mamani Das made two crucial saves in the tie-breaker as EEB Women held their nerves and converted four of their five shots, eventually winning the game 4-2 on penalties. Karthika Angamuthu, Sarita Yummam, Deblina Bhattacharya and Sulanjana Raul converted the penalty kicks for EEB Women.

बजट में मिडिल क्लास को बड़ी राहत, 12 लाख तक की आय पर टैक्स नहीं, सरकार का बड़ा ऐलान

वित्त मंत्री ने इनकम टैक्स पर बड़ा ऐलान कर दिया है। मिडिल क्लास को सरकार ने बड़ी सौगात दी है। अब 12 लाख तक की कमाई पर कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा। इसका मतलब है कि एक लाख तक की कमाई पर अब टैक्स नहीं लगेगा। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने यह ऐलान किया।

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा है कि 12 लाख की आय पर कोई टैक्स नहीं देना होगा। वहीं, इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइल करने की समय सीमा 2 साल से बढ़ाकर 4 साल की गई। इस बार बजट से टैक्सपेयर्स को काफी उम्मीदें थीं। पीएम मोदी ने संसद में आम बजट पेश होने से एक दिन पहले संकेत दिया कि इस बार गरीबों, मिडल क्लास और महिलाओं के लिए कई नई पहलों का ऐलान हो सकता है। 

टीडीएस-टीसीएस का सरलीकरण
टीडीएस की सीमा में बदलाव किए जाएंगे ताकि इसमें एकरूपता लाई जा सके। वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए टीडीएस में छूट की सीमा को 50 हजार से बढ़ाकर एक लाख रुपये किया जाएगा। किराए से होने वाली आमदनी पर टीडीएस में छूट की सीमा को बढ़ाकर छह लाख रुपये किया जाएगा। नॉन-पैन मामलों में उच्च टीडीएस के प्रावधान लागू रहेंगे। अपडेटेड रिटर्न दाखिल करने की सीमा को दो साल से बढ़ाकर चार साल किया जा रहा है।

बीमा क्षेत्र के लिए एफडीआई 100 प्रतिशत
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि बीमा क्षेत्र के लिए एफडीआई सीमा 74 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 100 प्रतिशत की जाएगी। यह बढ़ी हुई सीमा उन कंपनियों के लिए उपलब्ध होगी जो भारत में पूरा प्रीमियम निवेश करती हैं। विदेशी निवेश से जुड़ी मौजूदा सुरक्षा और शर्तों की समीक्षा की जाएगी और उन्हें सरल बनाया जाएगा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा कि जुलाई 2024 के बजट में घोषित सीमा शुल्क दरों की संरचना की व्यापक समीक्षा के एक भाग के रूप में, मैं 7 टैरिफ दरों को हटाने का प्रस्ताव करती हूं। यह 2023-24 के बजट में हटाए गए टैरिफ के अतिरिक्त है। 82 टैरिफ लाइनों पर सामाजिक कल्याण अधिभार से छूट देने का प्रस्ताव करती हूं, जो उपकर के अधीन हैं।

केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण शनिवार को अपना लगातार 8वां बजट पेश करेंगी। 1 फरवरी को फाइनेंशियल ईयर 2025-26 के बजट के दौरान सभी की निगाहें मिडिल क्लास को मिलने वाली बहुप्रतीक्षित टैक्स छूट पर होंगी। इस बजट में टैक्स में राहत की उम्मीद की जा रही है। इस बीच सरकार नए टैक्स रिजीम में किसी भी तरह की रियायत देने के पक्ष में नहीं है लेकिन वह टैक्स की सीमा बढ़ाने और स्लैब में फेरबदल के माध्यम से रियायत देने पर विचार कर रही है। 

पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने बजट सत्र की शुरुआत में मीडिया को संबोधित किया। इसमें उन्होंने संकेत दिया कि 1 फरवरी को पेश होने वाले बजट में मिडिल क्लास को बड़ी राहत मिल सकती है। पीएम मोदी ने इसके लिए धन और समृद्धि की देवी लक्ष्मी का आह्वान भी किया। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि मैं प्रार्थना करता हूं कि देवी लक्ष्मी गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग पर आशीर्वाद बरसाएं। यह बजट देश को नई ऊर्जा और उम्मीद देगा।

बता दें कि केंद्र के इस बजट से अलग-अलग वर्ग की कई सारी अपेक्षाएं हैं। पिछले कुछ महीनों में वित्त मंत्रालय ने अलग-अलग संगठनों और संघों के साथ बैठकें की थीं। संघों ने अलग से भी अपनी अपेक्षाएं बताई हैं, जबकि आम आदमी भी बजट से राहत की उम्‍मीद लगाए बैठा है खासतौर से मिडिल क्‍लास टैक्‍सपेयर्स। एक्सपर्ट्स का भी मानना है कि अपकमिंग बजट में कन्ज्यूमर स्पेडिंग को बढ़ावा देने के उपायों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाना चाहिए। इससे टैक्स का बोझ कम होगा और डिस्पोजेबल इनकम को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

टैक्‍स स्‍ट्रक्‍चर की समीक्षा
सिंतबर 2024 तक जीडीपी में 62% हिस्सेदारी वाली कंजप्शन, बाद के महीनों में बढ़ी महंगाई और घटते कंज्यूमर डिमांड के चलते कम हो गई है। ऐसे में व्‍यवसायिक संगठन एफआईसीसीआई के सदस्‍यों ने भी डिमांड बढ़ाने और ग्रोथ को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्‍य से डायरेक्‍ट टैक्‍स स्‍ट्रक्‍चर की समीक्षा का समर्थन किया है।
एफआईसीसीआई ने अपने सदस्यों के बीच पिछले दिनों एक सर्वे कराया था। इसके मुताबिक, टैक्‍स स्लैब और टैक्‍स दरों पर फिर से विचार करना जरूरी है, क्योंकि इससे लोगों के हाथों में अधिक पैसा आ सकता है और इकोनॉमी में खपत की मांग बढ़ सकती है।

टैक्स स्लैब में बदलाव पर चर्चा
पिछले साल सीतारमण ने सैलरीड क्लास के लिए स्डैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपये कर दिया था और स्लैब में भी संशोधन किया था। उन्होंने तब दावा किया था कि इन उपायों से टैक्सपेयर्स को 17,500 रुपये का लाभ होगा। इस बार भी सरकार में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को बढ़ाने पर चर्चा हुई है। माना जा रहा है कि सभी करदाताओं को इसमें राहत दी जा सकती है। मिडिल क्लास के उपभोक्ताओं की डिस्पोजेबल इनकम बढ़ाने की मांग को देखते हुए टैक्स स्लैब में बदलाव पर भी चर्चा हुई है।

अगर ये बदलाव लागू होते हैं, तो नए टैक्स रिजीम को अपनाना ज्यादा फायदेमंद हो सकता है। इससे मिडिल क्लास को ज्यादा टैक्स सेविंग मिलेगी और उनकी डिस्पोजेबल इनकम बढ़ेगी।
