दुनिया की दो सबसे ताकतवर स्पेस एजेंसी का ज्वाइंट प्रोजेक्ट है, नासा इसरो सेंथिटिक एपर्चर राडार यानी निसार। नासा और इसरो इस प्रोजेक्ट पर एक साथ काम कर रहे है। यह पहली बार है, जब भारतीय एजेंसी इसरो और अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा ने साथ मिलकर संयुक्त रूप से इस सैटेलाइट का निर्माण किया है। अब तक का सबसे महंगा और सबसे पावरफुल अर्थ ऑब्जर्वेशन सैटेलाइट निसार आज यानी, बुधवार 30 जुलाई को लॉन्च होगा। इसे श्रीहरिकोटा के सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से शाम 5:40 बजे जीएसएलवी-F16 रॉकेट के जरिए लॉन्च किया जाएगा।

इस मिशन की अवधि 5 साल

यह उपग्रह अंतरिक्ष की खोज की दिशा में भारत और अमेरिका के सहयोग से पूरा होने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण स्पेस मिशन है। इसके लिए दोनों स्पेस एजेंसियों के बीच एक दशक से भी ज्यादा समय तक मानवीय तालमेल के अलावा सॉफ्टवेयर और हार्डवेयर की जुगलबंदी हुई है, तब जाकर यह दिन देखने को मिला है। निसार उपग्रह का उद्देश्य सन-सिंक्रोनस ऑर्बिट से संपूर्ण पृथ्वी का अध्ययन करना है। ये रॉकेट निसार को 743 किलोमीटर की ऊंचाई पर सूरज के साथ तालमेल वाली सन-सिंक्रोनस कक्षा में स्थापित करेगा, जिसका झुकाव 98.4 डिग्री होगा। इसमें करीब 18 मिनट लगेंगे। निसार 747 किलोमीटर की ऊंचाई पर पोलर ऑर्बिट में चक्कर लगाएगा। पोलर ऑर्बिट एक ऐसी कक्षा है जिसमें सैटेलाइट धरती के ध्रुवों (उत्तर और दक्षिण) के ऊपर से गुजरता है। इस मिशन की अवधि 5 साल है।

धरती पर होने वाली हर हलचल का पता चलेगा

स्पेस में ऑपरेशनल हो जाने के बाद ये उपग्रह अपने उन्नत राडार से इमेजिंग सिस्टम का इस्तेमाल करते हुए पूरी धरती की हाई क्वालिटी इमेंज लेगा। ये धरती पर होने वाली हर तरह की हलचल का पता लगा सकेगा। आर्कटिक और अंटार्कटिंक एरिया में जो बर्फ की चादरें पिघल रही है। अर्थ की सिसनिक प्लेटों में हो रही गतिविधि का पता चल सकेगा। जिससे भूकंप और सुनामी जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदा को रोका जा सकेगा। ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट, समुद्र और सागर की गहराई की हर जानकारी देगा। इसकी मदद से आपदा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम किए जा सकेंगे। न्यूज एजेंसी पीटीआई के मुताबिक यह उपग्रह वनों पर पड़ने वाले मौसमी प्रभाव, पहाड़ों में बदलाव, ग्लेशियर की गतिविधियों की जानकारी जुटाएगा। इसके तहत इसका ध्यान मूल रूप से हिमालय और अंटार्टिका के अलावा उत्तरी और दक्षिणी ध्रुव के क्षेत्र में रहेगा

निसार के लॉन्च के बाद का प्लान

लॉन्च के बाद पहले 90 दिन कमीशनिंग या ऑर्बिट में इसकी गतिविधियों की निगरानी होगी। इसरो के अनुसार ऑर्बिट में छानबीन से ऑब्जर्वेटरी को वैज्ञानिक कार्यों की तैयारी करने में सहायता मिलेगी। निसार मिशन को दोनों अंतरिक्ष एजेंसियों के ग्राउंड स्टेशन की सहायता मिलेगी। यहीं पर इससे प्राप्त इमेज को डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा, जिन्हें आवश्यक प्रोसेसिंग के बाद उपयोगकर्ता तक पहुंचाया जाएगा।

भारत की अंतरिक्ष यात्रा में आज का दिन ऐतिहासक है। भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री शुभांशु शुक्ला इंटरनेशनल स्पेश सेंटर यानी की ओर रवाना हो गए हैं। पहली बार इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर एक भारतीय कदम रखेगा। भारतीय वायुसेना के ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला चार दशकों में अंतरिक्ष की यात्रा करने वाले पहले भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री हैं। एक्सिओम-4 मिशन के तहत शुभांशु शुक्ला को इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर भेजा गया। उनके साथ तीन अन्य एस्ट्रोनॉट भी स्पेस स्टेशन जा रहे हैं।

मिशन भारतीय समयानुसार दोपहर करीब 12:00 बजे फ्लोरिडा में नासा के कैनेडी स्पेस सेंटर से लॉन्च किया गया। स्पेसएक्स के फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट से जुड़े ड्रैगन कैप्सूल में सभी एस्ट्रोनॉट ने उड़ान भरी। ड्रैगन स्पेसक्राफ्ट करीब 28.5 घंटे के बाद 26 जून को शाम 04:30 बजे इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन से जुड़ेगा।

कई बार टाला गया एक्सियम-4 मिशन

इससे पहले एक्सिओम-4 मिशन की लॉन्चिंग में कई बार अलग-अलग वजहों से देरी हो चुकी है, पहले खराब मौसम की वजह से और फिर स्पेसएक्स के फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट और बाद में अंतरराष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष स्टेशन के रूसी मॉड्यूल पर लीक का पता चलने की वजह से इस यात्रा को टालना पड़ा था। सबसे पहले 29 मई को ड्रैगन स्पेसक्राफ्ट के तैयार नहीं होने के कारण लॉन्चिंग टाल दी गई। इसे 8 जून को शेड्यूल किया गया। फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट लॉन्च के लिए तैयार नहीं था। नई तारीख 10 जून दी गई। फिर से इसे मौसम खराब होने की वजह से टाला गया। चौथी बार 11 जून को मिशन शेड्यूल किया गया। इस बार आक्सीजन लीक हो गई। नई तारीख 19 जून दी गई। मौसम की अनिश्चितता, क्रू मेंबर्स की सेहत के कारण टल गया। छठी बार मिशन को 22 जून के लिए शेड्यूल किया गया। ISS के ज्वेज्दा सर्विस मॉड्यूल के मूल्यांकन करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय चाहिए था। इसलिए मिशन टल गया।

इंटरनेशनल स्पेश स्टेशन जाने वाले पहले भारतीय

शुभांशु शुक्ला पहले भारतीय हैं, जो इंटरनेशनल स्पेश स्टेशन में कदम रखेंगे। वह वहां 14 दिनों तक रहेंगे और रिसर्च करेंगे। अमेरिकी स्पेस एजेंसी नासा और भारतीय एजेंसी इसरो के बीच हुए एग्रीमेंट के तहत भारतीय वायु सेना के ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला को इस मिशन के लिए चुना गया है। शुभांशु इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर जाने वाले पहले और स्पेस में जाने वाले दूसरे भारतीय होंगे। इससे 41 साल पहले राकेश शर्मा ने 1984 में सोवियत यूनियन के स्पेसक्राफ्ट से अंतरिक्ष यात्रा की थी।

शुभांशु शुक्ला इस मिशन में पायलट के तौर पर आईएसएस भेजे गए हैं। यानी जिस ड्रैगन कैप्सूल के जरिए एक्सिओम-4 मिशन को आईएसएस रवाना किया गया है, शुभांशु उसको गाइड करने में अहम भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। यहां स्पेसक्राफ्ट को आईएसएस पर डॉक कराने से लेकर अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों को सुरक्षित पहुंचाने तक की जिम्मेदारी शुभांशु के ही कंधों पर ही है। इसके अलावा अगर यह कैप्सूल किसी तरह की दिक्कत में आता है तो शुभांशु के पास ही यान का कंट्रोल और आपात फैसले लेने की जिम्मेदारी है।

दुनिया की दो सबसे ताकतवर स्पेस एजेंसी का ज्वाइंट प्रोजेक्ट है, नासा इसरो सेंथिटिक एपर्चर राडार यानी निसार। नासा और इसरो इस प्रोजेक्ट पर एक साथ काम कर रहे है। यह पहली बार है, जब भारतीय एजेंसी इसरो और अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा ने साथ मिलकर संयुक्त रूप से इस सैटेलाइट का निर्माण किया है। अब तक का सबसे महंगा और सबसे पावरफुल अर्थ ऑब्जर्वेशन सैटेलाइट निसार आज यानी, बुधवार 30 जुलाई को लॉन्च होगा। इसे श्रीहरिकोटा के सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से शाम 5:40 बजे जीएसएलवी-F16 रॉकेट के जरिए लॉन्च किया जाएगा।

इस मिशन की अवधि 5 साल

यह उपग्रह अंतरिक्ष की खोज की दिशा में भारत और अमेरिका के सहयोग से पूरा होने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण स्पेस मिशन है। इसके लिए दोनों स्पेस एजेंसियों के बीच एक दशक से भी ज्यादा समय तक मानवीय तालमेल के अलावा सॉफ्टवेयर और हार्डवेयर की जुगलबंदी हुई है, तब जाकर यह दिन देखने को मिला है। निसार उपग्रह का उद्देश्य सन-सिंक्रोनस ऑर्बिट से संपूर्ण पृथ्वी का अध्ययन करना है। ये रॉकेट निसार को 743 किलोमीटर की ऊंचाई पर सूरज के साथ तालमेल वाली सन-सिंक्रोनस कक्षा में स्थापित करेगा, जिसका झुकाव 98.4 डिग्री होगा। इसमें करीब 18 मिनट लगेंगे। निसार 747 किलोमीटर की ऊंचाई पर पोलर ऑर्बिट में चक्कर लगाएगा। पोलर ऑर्बिट एक ऐसी कक्षा है जिसमें सैटेलाइट धरती के ध्रुवों (उत्तर और दक्षिण) के ऊपर से गुजरता है। इस मिशन की अवधि 5 साल है।

धरती पर होने वाली हर हलचल का पता चलेगा

स्पेस में ऑपरेशनल हो जाने के बाद ये उपग्रह अपने उन्नत राडार से इमेजिंग सिस्टम का इस्तेमाल करते हुए पूरी धरती की हाई क्वालिटी इमेंज लेगा। ये धरती पर होने वाली हर तरह की हलचल का पता लगा सकेगा। आर्कटिक और अंटार्कटिंक एरिया में जो बर्फ की चादरें पिघल रही है। अर्थ की सिसनिक प्लेटों में हो रही गतिविधि का पता चल सकेगा। जिससे भूकंप और सुनामी जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदा को रोका जा सकेगा। ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट, समुद्र और सागर की गहराई की हर जानकारी देगा। इसकी मदद से आपदा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में बेहतर काम किए जा सकेंगे। न्यूज एजेंसी पीटीआई के मुताबिक यह उपग्रह वनों पर पड़ने वाले मौसमी प्रभाव, पहाड़ों में बदलाव, ग्लेशियर की गतिविधियों की जानकारी जुटाएगा। इसके तहत इसका ध्यान मूल रूप से हिमालय और अंटार्टिका के अलावा उत्तरी और दक्षिणी ध्रुव के क्षेत्र में रहेगा

लॉन्च के बाद पहले 90 दिन कमीशनिंग या ऑर्बिट में इसकी गतिविधियों की निगरानी होगी। इसरो के अनुसार ऑर्बिट में छानबीन से ऑब्जर्वेटरी को वैज्ञानिक कार्यों की तैयारी करने में सहायता मिलेगी। निसार मिशन को दोनों अंतरिक्ष एजेंसियों के ग्राउंड स्टेशन की सहायता मिलेगी। यहीं पर इससे प्राप्त इमेज को डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा, जिन्हें आवश्यक प्रोसेसिंग के बाद उपयोगकर्ता तक पहुंचाया जाएगा।

भारत की अंतरिक्ष यात्रा में आज का दिन ऐतिहासक है। भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री शुभांशु शुक्ला इंटरनेशनल स्पेश सेंटर यानी की ओर रवाना हो गए हैं। पहली बार इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर एक भारतीय कदम रखेगा। भारतीय वायुसेना के ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला चार दशकों में अंतरिक्ष की यात्रा करने वाले पहले भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री हैं। एक्सिओम-4 मिशन के तहत शुभांशु शुक्ला को इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर भेजा गया। उनके साथ तीन अन्य एस्ट्रोनॉट भी स्पेस स्टेशन जा रहे हैं।

मिशन भारतीय समयानुसार दोपहर करीब 12:00 बजे फ्लोरिडा में नासा के कैनेडी स्पेस सेंटर से लॉन्च किया गया। स्पेसएक्स के फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट से जुड़े ड्रैगन कैप्सूल में सभी एस्ट्रोनॉट ने उड़ान भरी। ड्रैगन स्पेसक्राफ्ट करीब 28.5 घंटे के बाद 26 जून को शाम 04:30 बजे इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन से जुड़ेगा।

कई बार टाला गया एक्सियम-4 मिशन

इससे पहले एक्सिओम-4 मिशन की लॉन्चिंग में कई बार अलग-अलग वजहों से देरी हो चुकी है, पहले खराब मौसम की वजह से और फिर स्पेसएक्स के फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट और बाद में अंतरराष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष स्टेशन के रूसी मॉड्यूल पर लीक का पता चलने की वजह से इस यात्रा को टालना पड़ा था। सबसे पहले 29 मई को ड्रैगन स्पेसक्राफ्ट के तैयार नहीं होने के कारण लॉन्चिंग टाल दी गई। इसे 8 जून को शेड्यूल किया गया। फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट लॉन्च के लिए तैयार नहीं था। नई तारीख 10 जून दी गई। फिर से इसे मौसम खराब होने की वजह से टाला गया। चौथी बार 11 जून को मिशन शेड्यूल किया गया। इस बार आक्सीजन लीक हो गई। नई तारीख 19 जून दी गई। मौसम की अनिश्चितता, क्रू मेंबर्स की सेहत के कारण टल गया। छठी बार मिशन को 22 जून के लिए शेड्यूल किया गया। ISS के ज्वेज्दा सर्विस मॉड्यूल के मूल्यांकन करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय चाहिए था। इसलिए मिशन टल गया।

इंटरनेशनल स्पेश स्टेशन जाने वाले पहले भारतीय

शुभांशु शुक्ला पहले भारतीय हैं, जो इंटरनेशनल स्पेश स्टेशन में कदम रखेंगे। वह वहां 14 दिनों तक रहेंगे और रिसर्च करेंगे। अमेरिकी स्पेस एजेंसी नासा और भारतीय एजेंसी इसरो के बीच हुए एग्रीमेंट के तहत भारतीय वायु सेना के ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला को इस मिशन के लिए चुना गया है। शुभांशु इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन पर जाने वाले पहले और स्पेस में जाने वाले दूसरे भारतीय होंगे। इससे 41 साल पहले राकेश शर्मा ने 1984 में सोवियत यूनियन के स्पेसक्राफ्ट से अंतरिक्ष यात्रा की थी।

अब तक 6 बार टला मिशन

इससे पहले इस मिशन को 29 मई को लॉन्च करने की योजना थी, लेकिन तकनीकी खामी की वजह से इसे टाल दिया गया। एक्सिओम-4 मिशन को अब तक 6 बार टाला जा चुका है। पहले यह मिशन 29 मई को शुरू होने वाला था, लेकिन मौसम की वजह से इसे 8 जून तक के लिए टाल दिया गया। बाद में, फाल्कन-9 रॉकेट के बूस्टर में लिक्विड ऑक्सीजन के रिसाव के कारण तारीख 10 जून और फिर 11 जून कर दी गई। इसके बाद, तकनीकी खराबी के कारण इसे 19 जून और फिर 22 जून के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया।
