अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ दिए एक बयान को लेकर वरिष्ठ वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह पर निशाना साधा है। शाह ने केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर एक टिप्पणी की थी जिसे सिब्बल ने आपत्तिजनक बताया। बता दें कि15 मई को अमित शाह ने एएनआई को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा कि उनका मानना है कि यह कोई रूटीन जजमेंट नहीं है. इस देश में बहुत से लोग मानते हैं कि स्पेशल ट्रीटमेंट दिया गया है।

कपिल सिब्बल ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को 'विशेष छूट' करार दिए जाने पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह की कानूनी समझ पर सवाल उठाया है। राज्यसभा सांसद और जानेमाने वकील सिब्बल ने कहा कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की टिप्पणी आपत्तिजनक है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर गृह मंत्री को कानून के बारे में जानकारी होती तो वो ऐसी टिप्पणी नहीं करते। सिब्बल ने संवाददाताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, 'अमित शाह ने बेहद आपत्तिजनक बयान दिया है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मंशा पर सवाल उठाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कई लोग कहते हैं कि अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से दी गई विशेष छूट है। उन्होंने बेहद चतुराई से कहा, 'लोग कहते हैं।' आपने यह बयान इसलिए दिया क्योंकि आप उन लोगों पर विश्वास करते हैं। 'लोग कहते हैं' के पीछे मत छिपिए। गृह मंत्री को कानून के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है, इसलिए ऐसी टिप्पणी नहीं करनी चाहिए थी।'

सिब्बल ने कहा, 'आज मैं उन्हें समझाऊंगा कि अगर किसी को 2-3 साल से ज्यादा की सजा हो जाती है और अगर उसकी सजा पर रोक लग जाती है, तो वह नामांकन दाखिल कर सकता है और चुनाव लड़ सकता है। अगर किसी पर चार्जशीट दाखिल की जा रही है, तो वह प्रचार भी कर सकता है और नामांकन भी दाखिल कर सकता है। जैसे बृजभूषण के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल है तो वो अपने बेटे के लिए प्रचार क्यों कर रहे हैं? जिस पर आरोप लगे हैं, वह प्रचार क्यों नहीं कर सकता, क्यों? मेरा मानना है कि गृह मंत्री को कानून की इतनी जानकारी नहीं है। अगर उन्हें इस बारे में पता होता तो वह इस तरह के बयान नहीं देते।

इसके साथ ही कपिल सिब्बल ने अमित शाह के पीओके पर कब्जा करने के बयान पर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा है कि अमित शाह ने कहा कि 400 सीट आने पर पीओके पर कब्जा कर लेंगे, क्या 400 सीट नहीं आई तो पीओके नही लेंगे? हम चाहते हैं कि पीओके जरूर लें। अमित शाह ने इंटरव्यू में कहा था कि पीओके भारत का हिस्सा है और इस पर हमारा अधिकार है, 130 करोड़ की आबादी वाला देश क्या किसी से डरकर अपने अधिकार जाने देगा. सिब्बल ने कहा कि चीन ने 4000 किलोमीटर लिया है पहले उस पर भी लाल आंख दिखाइए, उनके पैरों से जमीन खिसक गई है, 400 क्या 200 भी पार करना मुश्किल है।

लोकसभा चुनाव के पांचवे चरण के मतदान से पहले केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने पश्चिम बंगाल के हुगली के श्रीरामपुर में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए विपक्ष पर जमकर प्रहार किया। इस दौरान अमित शाह ने पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर (पीओके) को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है।उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी और ममता बनर्जी, आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ये पीओके भारत का है और हम उसे लेकर रहेंगे।

अमिता शाह ने पीओके में जारी हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शनों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि पीओके भारत का हिस्सा है और हम इसे लेकर रहेंगे। साथ ही उन्‍होंने कहा कि आज पीओके में पत्‍थरबाजी हो रही है, भारतीय कश्‍मीर में नहीं। सेराम्पोर में एक रैली को संबोधित करते हुए अमित शाह ने कहा कि साल 2019 में अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद एक समय अशांत रहे कश्मीर में शांति लौट आई है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाला कश्मीर अब विरोध प्रदर्शनों और आजादी के नारों से गूंज रहा है।

पीओके पर कब्जे की मांग का समर्थन न करने पर अमित शाह ने कांग्रेस को घेरा। अमित शाह ने रैली को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, 2 करोड़ 11 लाख पर्यटकों ने कश्मीर आकर एक नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है और पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर में आटे के भाव ने रिकॉर्ड बना दिया है। लेकिन, मणिशंकर अय्यर और फारूक अब्दुल्ला देश को डराने का काम कर रहे हैं कि पाकिस्तान के पास एटम बम है, पीओके की बात मत करो। मैं आज श्रीरामपुर की धरती से कहता हूं कि राहुल गांधी, आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ममता बनर्जी आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ये पीओके भारत का है और हम उसे लेकर रहेंगे।

अमित शाह ने कहा कि वर्तमान लोकसभा चुनाव ‘इंडियन नेशनल इंक्लूजिव डेमोक्रेटिक अलायंस’ (इंडी) गठबंधन के भ्रष्ट नेताओं और ईमानदार राजनेता नरेन्द्र मोदी के बीच चयन करने का चुनाव है. मोदी के मुख्यमंत्री और प्रधानमंत्री रहने के बावजूद कभी भी उनके खिलाफ एक पैसे का भी आरोप नहीं लगा।’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘पश्चिम बंगाल को तय करना है कि वह घुसपैठिये चाहता है या शरणार्थियों के लिए नागरिकता संशोधन कानून (सीएए)। बंगाल को तय करना है कि वह जिहाद के लिए वोट करना चाहता है या विकास के लिए वोट करना चाहता है

अमित शाह ने कांग्रेस, बीआरएस और एआईएमआईएम को तुष्टिकरण की तिकड़ी बताते हुए कहा कि ये पार्टियां रामनवमी जुलूस नहीं निकलने देतीं और सीएए का भी विरोध करती हैं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘ये लोग ‘हैदराबाद मुक्ति दिवस’ (17 सितंबर) मनाने की अनुमति नहीं देते हैं। ये लोग सीएए का विरोध करते हैं। ये लोग तेलंगाना को शरिया और कुरान के आधार पर चलाना चाहते हैं।

खरगे पर भी साधा निशाना
गृह मंत्री ने कांग्रेस मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे पर भी निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा, मल्लिकार्जुन खडरगे का कहना है कि तेलंगाना और राजस्थान के लोगों को कश्मीर से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। दुर्भाग्य से, वह नहीं जानते कि यहां के लोग कश्मीर के लिए अपनी जान भी दे सकते हैं। अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाना मोदी जी द्वारा लिया गया एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय है, और भारत के लोग इस निर्णय के लिए आभारी भी हैं और गर्व भी करते हैं।

पीएम मोदी ने अमित शाह को लिखा पत्र, अनुच्छेद 370 और सीएए को लेकर की गृह मंत्री की सराहना

देश में लोकसभा चुनाव की शुरूआत हो गई है। अब तक दो चरणों के लिए वोटिंग हो चुकी है, वहीं और पांच चरण के लिए वोट डाले जाने हैं। इस बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को चिठ्ठी लिखी है।चिट्ठी में पीएम मोदी ने अमित शाह की तारीफ की है और चुनाव में जीत के लिए शुभकामनाएं भी दी है।बता दें, कि अमित शाह गुजरात के गांधीनगर संसदीय क्षेत्र से भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रत्याशी हैं।

एनडीए के लोकसभा उम्मीदवार प्रज्वल रेवन्ना महिलाओं से यौन उत्पीड़न को लेकर विवादों में घिरे हैं। प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर कई विपक्षी नेता भाजपा पर तंज कस रहे हैं। अब गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने जवाब दिया है।केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा, बीजेपी का रुख स्पष्ट है कि हम देश की 'मातृ शक्ति' के साथ खड़े हैं, देश की नारी शक्ति के साथ हैं। नरेंद्र मोदी जी का देश को एक कमिटमेंट है कि कहीं भी मातृ शक्ति के अपमान को सहन नहीं किया जा सकता। परंतु जो कांग्रेस पार्टी हम पर आरोप लगाना चाहती है, मैं कांग्रेस से पूछना चाहता हूं कि वहां किसकी सरकार है? सरकार कांग्रेस पार्टी की है। उन्होंने अब तक कोई कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? हमें इस पर कार्रवाई नहीं करनी है क्योंकि यह राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था का मामला है, राज्य सरकार को इस पर कार्रवाई करनी है। प्रियंका गांधी हमसे सवाल पूछ रही हैं, नरेंद्र मोदी या मुझसे सवाल करने की जगह अपने मुख्यमंत्री या उपमुख्यमंत्री से सवाल करिए।"

हम जांच के पक्ष में हैं-शाह
गृह मंत्री ने आगे कहा, "हम जांच के पक्ष में हैं और हमारे सहयोगी जेडी(एस) ने भी इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की घोषणा की है, आज उनकी कोर कमेटी की बैठक है और कदम उठाए जाएंगे।" इस तरह की घटनाओं का सार्वजनिक जीवन में, समाज में या निजी तौर पर कहीं भी स्थान नहीं होना चाहिए। कठोर से कठोर कदम उठाए। ये भारतीय जनता पार्टी के स्टैंड अटल है और उस पर कोई कंफ्यूजन नहीं होना चाहिए। 

हजारों महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप
बता दें कि पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री एचडी देवगौड़ा के पोते और हासन सीट से मौजूदा जेडी(एस) सांसद और उम्मीदवार प्रज्वल रेवन्ना पर हजारों महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप लगा है। उनकी नौकरानी की शिकायत पर उनके खिलाफ केस भी दर्ज हुआ है। प्रज्वल रेवन्ना का एक अश्लील वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ था। इस घटना के बाद उनके घर में काम करने वाली कुक ने भी एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। कुक ने दावा किया कि वो रेवन्ना की पत्नी भवानी की रिश्तेदार है। होलेनरासीपुर थाने में दर्ज एफआईआर में कहा गया कि रेवन्ना घर में काम करने वाली महिलाओं को अपने कमरे में बुलाते थे। रेवन्ना पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने करीब 2976 महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न किया और उन्हें ब्लैकमेल करने के लिए इनकी वीडियो भी बनाई। एक पेन ड्राइव में ये सभी वीडियो मिले हैं। इस मामले में जांच के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने एसआईटी का गठन कर दिया है।

रामेश्वरम ब्लास्ट के आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद बीजेपी नेता अमित मालवीय का बड़ा आरोप, कहा-आतंकियों के लिए पनाहगाह बना बंगाल

कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में रामेश्वरम कैफे में हुए धमाके के मामले में एनआईए ने आज शुक्रवार को पश्चिम बंगाल से दो आतंकियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। चुनावी माहौल में इसे “लपकते” हुए भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने हवा दे दी है। बीजेपी आईटी सेल के प्रमुख अमित मालवीय ने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा कि ममता बनर्जी के राज में बंगाल आतंकियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनागाह बन गया है। हालांकि, पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने उनके दावे को झूठ बताया है। वहीं पश्चिम बंगाल की सत्ताधारी पार्टी तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) ने भी भाजपा पर पलटवार किया है। 

भाजपा नेता और पश्चिम बंगाल भाजपा के सह-प्रभारी अमित मालवीय ने बेंगलुरू विस्फोट के आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट किया। इस पोस्ट में भाजपा नेता ने लिखा कि 'एनआईए ने रामेश्वरम कैफे को दो मुख्य संदिग्धों को कोलकाता से गिरफ्तार किया है। जिनमें मुसाविर हुसैन शाजिब और अब्दुल मतीन अहमद ताहा शामिल हैं। दोनों आईएसआईएस की शिवमोगा या पश्चिम बंगाल सेल से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। दुर्भाग्य से ममता बनर्जी के कार्यकाल में बंगाल आतंकियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह बन गया है।'

बंगाल पुलिस ने मालवीय के दावे को खारिज किया
वहीं, पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने मालवीय के दावे को खारिज कर दिया है। बीजेपी नेता के पोस्ट का जवाब देते हुए पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने कहा, “झूठ अपने सबसे बुरे स्तर पर! अमित मालवीय के किए गए दावों के विपरीत तथ्य यह है कि पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस और केंद्रीय खुफिया एजेंसियों के संयुक्त अभियान में पूर्व मेदिनीपुर से रामेश्वरम कैफे विस्फोट मामले में दो संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।”
पुलिस ने अपने अगले पोस्ट में कहा, “इस मामले में पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस की सक्रिय भूमिका को केंद्रीय एजेंसियों ने आधिकारिक तौर पर स्वीकार भी किया है। पश्चिम बंगाल कभी भी आतंकवादियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह नहीं रहा है और राज्य पुलिस अपने लोगों को नापाक गतिविधियों से सुरक्षित रखने के लिए हमेशा सतर्क रहेगी।”

टीएमसी का पलटवार
वहीं, टीएमसी ने भाजपा नेता के आरोपों पर पलटवार का है। अमित मालवीय के ट्वीट के कुछ ही देर बाद टीएमसी नेता कुणाल घोष ने दावा किया कि आरोपियों को बंगाल पुलिस की मदद से ही गिरफ्तार किया गया है। टीएमसी नेता ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में लिखा कि बंगलूरू विस्फोट मामले में बंगाल पुलिस ने अच्छा काम किया है। एनआईए ने भी बंगाल पुलिस की मदद को स्वीकारा है। किसी भी देश विरोधी ताकत के साथ सख्ती से निपटा जाएगा, लेकिन मैं भाजपा से पूछना चाहता हूं कि ये गिरफ्तारी कहां से हुई? कांथी से। हम सब जानते हैं कि भाजपा के किस नेता और उनके परिवार का वहां दबदबा है और कोंटाई से गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां चलाई जाती हैं। कांथी या कोंटाई भाजपा नेता सुवेंदु अधिकारी का क्षेत्र माना जाता है। टीएमसी नेता ने घटना की जांच की मांग की।

अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ दिए एक बयान को लेकर वरिष्ठ वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह पर निशाना साधा है। शाह ने केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर एक टिप्पणी की थी जिसे सिब्बल ने आपत्तिजनक बताया। बता दें कि15 मई को अमित शाह ने एएनआई को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा कि उनका मानना है कि यह कोई रूटीन जजमेंट नहीं है. इस देश में बहुत से लोग मानते हैं कि स्पेशल ट्रीटमेंट दिया गया है।

कपिल सिब्बल ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले को 'विशेष छूट' करार दिए जाने पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह की कानूनी समझ पर सवाल उठाया है। राज्यसभा सांसद और जानेमाने वकील सिब्बल ने कहा कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की टिप्पणी आपत्तिजनक है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर गृह मंत्री को कानून के बारे में जानकारी होती तो वो ऐसी टिप्पणी नहीं करते। सिब्बल ने संवाददाताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, 'अमित शाह ने बेहद आपत्तिजनक बयान दिया है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मंशा पर सवाल उठाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कई लोग कहते हैं कि अरविंद केजरीवाल की अंतरिम जमानत सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से दी गई विशेष छूट है। उन्होंने बेहद चतुराई से कहा, 'लोग कहते हैं।' आपने यह बयान इसलिए दिया क्योंकि आप उन लोगों पर विश्वास करते हैं। 'लोग कहते हैं' के पीछे मत छिपिए। गृह मंत्री को कानून के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है, इसलिए ऐसी टिप्पणी नहीं करनी चाहिए थी।'

सिब्बल ने कहा, 'आज मैं उन्हें समझाऊंगा कि अगर किसी को 2-3 साल से ज्यादा की सजा हो जाती है और अगर उसकी सजा पर रोक लग जाती है, तो वह नामांकन दाखिल कर सकता है और चुनाव लड़ सकता है। अगर किसी पर चार्जशीट दाखिल की जा रही है, तो वह प्रचार भी कर सकता है और नामांकन भी दाखिल कर सकता है। जैसे बृजभूषण के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल है तो वो अपने बेटे के लिए प्रचार क्यों कर रहे हैं? जिस पर आरोप लगे हैं, वह प्रचार क्यों नहीं कर सकता, क्यों? मेरा मानना है कि गृह मंत्री को कानून की इतनी जानकारी नहीं है। अगर उन्हें इस बारे में पता होता तो वह इस तरह के बयान नहीं देते।

इसके साथ ही कपिल सिब्बल ने अमित शाह के पीओके पर कब्जा करने के बयान पर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा है कि अमित शाह ने कहा कि 400 सीट आने पर पीओके पर कब्जा कर लेंगे, क्या 400 सीट नहीं आई तो पीओके नही लेंगे? हम चाहते हैं कि पीओके जरूर लें। अमित शाह ने इंटरव्यू में कहा था कि पीओके भारत का हिस्सा है और इस पर हमारा अधिकार है, 130 करोड़ की आबादी वाला देश क्या किसी से डरकर अपने अधिकार जाने देगा. सिब्बल ने कहा कि चीन ने 4000 किलोमीटर लिया है पहले उस पर भी लाल आंख दिखाइए, उनके पैरों से जमीन खिसक गई है, 400 क्या 200 भी पार करना मुश्किल है।

लोकसभा चुनाव के पांचवे चरण के मतदान से पहले केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने पश्चिम बंगाल के हुगली के श्रीरामपुर में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए विपक्ष पर जमकर प्रहार किया। इस दौरान अमित शाह ने पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर (पीओके) को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है।उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी और ममता बनर्जी, आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ये पीओके भारत का है और हम उसे लेकर रहेंगे।

अमिता शाह ने पीओके में जारी हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शनों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि पीओके भारत का हिस्सा है और हम इसे लेकर रहेंगे। साथ ही उन्‍होंने कहा कि आज पीओके में पत्‍थरबाजी हो रही है, भारतीय कश्‍मीर में नहीं। सेराम्पोर में एक रैली को संबोधित करते हुए अमित शाह ने कहा कि साल 2019 में अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद एक समय अशांत रहे कश्मीर में शांति लौट आई है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाला कश्मीर अब विरोध प्रदर्शनों और आजादी के नारों से गूंज रहा है।

पीओके पर कब्जे की मांग का समर्थन न करने पर अमित शाह ने कांग्रेस को घेरा। अमित शाह ने रैली को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, 2 करोड़ 11 लाख पर्यटकों ने कश्मीर आकर एक नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है और पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर में आटे के भाव ने रिकॉर्ड बना दिया है। लेकिन, मणिशंकर अय्यर और फारूक अब्दुल्ला देश को डराने का काम कर रहे हैं कि पाकिस्तान के पास एटम बम है, पीओके की बात मत करो। मैं आज श्रीरामपुर की धरती से कहता हूं कि राहुल गांधी, आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ममता बनर्जी आपको डरना है तो डरते रहिए, ये पीओके भारत का है और हम उसे लेकर रहेंगे।

अमित शाह ने कहा कि वर्तमान लोकसभा चुनाव ‘इंडियन नेशनल इंक्लूजिव डेमोक्रेटिक अलायंस’ (इंडी) गठबंधन के भ्रष्ट नेताओं और ईमानदार राजनेता नरेन्द्र मोदी के बीच चयन करने का चुनाव है. मोदी के मुख्यमंत्री और प्रधानमंत्री रहने के बावजूद कभी भी उनके खिलाफ एक पैसे का भी आरोप नहीं लगा।’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘पश्चिम बंगाल को तय करना है कि वह घुसपैठिये चाहता है या शरणार्थियों के लिए नागरिकता संशोधन कानून (सीएए)। बंगाल को तय करना है कि वह जिहाद के लिए वोट करना चाहता है या विकास के लिए वोट करना चाहता है

अमित शाह ने कांग्रेस, बीआरएस और एआईएमआईएम को तुष्टिकरण की तिकड़ी बताते हुए कहा कि ये पार्टियां रामनवमी जुलूस नहीं निकलने देतीं और सीएए का भी विरोध करती हैं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘ये लोग ‘हैदराबाद मुक्ति दिवस’ (17 सितंबर) मनाने की अनुमति नहीं देते हैं। ये लोग सीएए का विरोध करते हैं। ये लोग तेलंगाना को शरिया और कुरान के आधार पर चलाना चाहते हैं।

खरगे पर भी साधा निशाना
गृह मंत्री ने कांग्रेस मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे पर भी निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा, मल्लिकार्जुन खडरगे का कहना है कि तेलंगाना और राजस्थान के लोगों को कश्मीर से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। दुर्भाग्य से, वह नहीं जानते कि यहां के लोग कश्मीर के लिए अपनी जान भी दे सकते हैं। अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाना मोदी जी द्वारा लिया गया एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय है, और भारत के लोग इस निर्णय के लिए आभारी भी हैं और गर्व भी करते हैं।

पीएम मोदी ने अमित शाह को लिखा पत्र, अनुच्छेद 370 और सीएए को लेकर की गृह मंत्री की सराहना

देश में लोकसभा चुनाव की शुरूआत हो गई है। अब तक दो चरणों के लिए वोटिंग हो चुकी है, वहीं और पांच चरण के लिए वोट डाले जाने हैं। इस बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को चिठ्ठी लिखी है।चिट्ठी में पीएम मोदी ने अमित शाह की तारीफ की है और चुनाव में जीत के लिए शुभकामनाएं भी दी है।बता दें, कि अमित शाह गुजरात के गांधीनगर संसदीय क्षेत्र से भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रत्याशी हैं।

पत्र की शुरुआत करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने लिखा, ‘मेरे साथी कार्यकर्ता अमित शाह जी, आपको यह पत्र लिखते हुए आशा करता हूं कि आप कुशल मंगल से होंगे। 13 साल की उम्र में आपने आपात‌काल के खिलाफ खड़े लोगों को सहयोग देते हुए अपने सार्वजनिक जीवन की शुरुआत की। 40 के दशक से जनकल्याण के विभिन्न कार्यों में आपने मेरे साथ काम किया, तभी से ही मैंने आपका समाज सेवा और भारत के उत्थान के प्रति अटूट समर्पण करीब से देखा है। पार्टी का अध्यक्ष सरहते हुए आपने ऐतिहासिक सदस्यता अभियान चलाए, जिसके परिणामस्वरुप हमने बीजेपी को विश्व की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनाने के अपने साझा सपने को साकार किया।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अमित शाह की सराहना करने के साथ ही कांग्रेस और इंडी गठबंधन पर भी प्रहार किया है।मैं आपसे कांग्रेस पार्टी और उसके इंडी अलायंस के विभाजनकारी और भेदभावपूर्ण उद्देश्यों के विरुद्ध मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने का आग्रह करता हूं। उनका इरादा एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी समुदायों से आरक्षण छीनकर अपने वोट बैंक को देना है, भले ही धर्म के आधार पर आरक्षण असंवैधानिक है। वे लोगों की मेहनत की कमाई को छीनकर अपने वोट बैंक को देने पर तुले हुए हैं। कांग्रेस ने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि वे 'विरासत कर' जैसे खतरनाक विचारों का समर्थन करेंगे। इन्हें रोकने के लिए देश को एकजुट होना ही होगा।

आखिर में पीएम मोदी ने भीषण गर्मी के बीच हो रहे चुनाव को लेकर देशवासियों के प्रति अपनी चिंता जाहिर की है। उन्होंने अपील करते हुए कहा है कि इन दिनों गर्मियां काफी बढ़ गई हैं और इनसे लोगों को होने वाली असुविधाओं से मैं अवगत हूं। मगर यह चुनाव राष्ट्र के भविष्य के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है. इसलिए मेरी लोगों से अपील है कि वे धूप तेज होने से पहले, सुबह-सुबह ही मतदान केंद्रों पर जाकर मतदान कर आए। यह जरूरी है कि हमारे कार्यकर्ता बड़ी संख्या में लोगों बाहर निकालकर मतदान के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री एच डी देवगौड़ा के पोते और जेडी(एस) सांसद प्रज्वल रेवन्ना से जुड़ा 'अश्लील वीडियो' का मामला तूल पकड़ता दिख रहा है। महिलाओं से यौन उत्पीड़न को लेकर विवादों में घिरे सांसद प्रज्वल रेवन्ना को लेकर केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री ने कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया दी है।केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री व भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता अमित शाह ने असम के गुवाहाटी में मंगलवार को एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित किया।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रज्वल रेवन्ना के मामले में कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रज्वल रेवन्ना के मामले पर कांग्रेस पर हमला बोला।उन्होंने कहा कि ये सहन नहीं किया जा सकता है। बीजेपी देश की मातृशक्ति के साथ खड़ी है। इसके अपमान को स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता। मगर कर्नाटक में सरकार किसकी है? कांग्रेस सरकार ने अबतक कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की है, प्रियका गांधी अपने सरकार से प्रश्न पूछें कि कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? जेडीएस उन पर आज बैठक कर कठोर कदम उठाए।

एनडीए के लोकसभा उम्मीदवार प्रज्वल रेवन्ना महिलाओं से यौन उत्पीड़न को लेकर विवादों में घिरे हैं। प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर कई विपक्षी नेता भाजपा पर तंज कस रहे हैं। अब गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने जवाब दिया है।केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा, बीजेपी का रुख स्पष्ट है कि हम देश की 'मातृ शक्ति' के साथ खड़े हैं, देश की नारी शक्ति के साथ हैं। नरेंद्र मोदी जी का देश को एक कमिटमेंट है कि कहीं भी मातृ शक्ति के अपमान को सहन नहीं किया जा सकता। परंतु जो कांग्रेस पार्टी हम पर आरोप लगाना चाहती है, मैं कांग्रेस से पूछना चाहता हूं कि वहां किसकी सरकार है? सरकार कांग्रेस पार्टी की है। उन्होंने अब तक कोई कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? हमें इस पर कार्रवाई नहीं करनी है क्योंकि यह राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था का मामला है, राज्य सरकार को इस पर कार्रवाई करनी है। प्रियंका गांधी हमसे सवाल पूछ रही हैं, नरेंद्र मोदी या मुझसे सवाल करने की जगह अपने मुख्यमंत्री या उपमुख्यमंत्री से सवाल करिए।"

हम जांच के पक्ष में हैं-शाह
गृह मंत्री ने आगे कहा, "हम जांच के पक्ष में हैं और हमारे सहयोगी जेडी(एस) ने भी इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की घोषणा की है, आज उनकी कोर कमेटी की बैठक है और कदम उठाए जाएंगे।" इस तरह की घटनाओं का सार्वजनिक जीवन में, समाज में या निजी तौर पर कहीं भी स्थान नहीं होना चाहिए। कठोर से कठोर कदम उठाए। ये भारतीय जनता पार्टी के स्टैंड अटल है और उस पर कोई कंफ्यूजन नहीं होना चाहिए। 

हजारों महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप
बता दें कि पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री एचडी देवगौड़ा के पोते और हासन सीट से मौजूदा जेडी(एस) सांसद और उम्मीदवार प्रज्वल रेवन्ना पर हजारों महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप लगा है। उनकी नौकरानी की शिकायत पर उनके खिलाफ केस भी दर्ज हुआ है। प्रज्वल रेवन्ना का एक अश्लील वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ था। इस घटना के बाद उनके घर में काम करने वाली कुक ने भी एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। कुक ने दावा किया कि वो रेवन्ना की पत्नी भवानी की रिश्तेदार है। होलेनरासीपुर थाने में दर्ज एफआईआर में कहा गया कि रेवन्ना घर में काम करने वाली महिलाओं को अपने कमरे में बुलाते थे। रेवन्ना पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने करीब 2976 महिलाओं का यौन उत्पीड़न किया और उन्हें ब्लैकमेल करने के लिए इनकी वीडियो भी बनाई। एक पेन ड्राइव में ये सभी वीडियो मिले हैं। इस मामले में जांच के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने एसआईटी का गठन कर दिया है।

कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में रामेश्वरम कैफे में हुए धमाके के मामले में एनआईए ने आज शुक्रवार को पश्चिम बंगाल से दो आतंकियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। चुनावी माहौल में इसे “लपकते” हुए भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने हवा दे दी है। बीजेपी आईटी सेल के प्रमुख अमित मालवीय ने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा कि ममता बनर्जी के राज में बंगाल आतंकियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनागाह बन गया है। हालांकि, पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने उनके दावे को झूठ बताया है। वहीं पश्चिम बंगाल की सत्ताधारी पार्टी तृणमूल कांग्रेस (टीएमसी) ने भी भाजपा पर पलटवार किया है। 

भाजपा नेता और पश्चिम बंगाल भाजपा के सह-प्रभारी अमित मालवीय ने बेंगलुरू विस्फोट के आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट किया। इस पोस्ट में भाजपा नेता ने लिखा कि 'एनआईए ने रामेश्वरम कैफे को दो मुख्य संदिग्धों को कोलकाता से गिरफ्तार किया है। जिनमें मुसाविर हुसैन शाजिब और अब्दुल मतीन अहमद ताहा शामिल हैं। दोनों आईएसआईएस की शिवमोगा या पश्चिम बंगाल सेल से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। दुर्भाग्य से ममता बनर्जी के कार्यकाल में बंगाल आतंकियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह बन गया है।'

बंगाल पुलिस ने मालवीय के दावे को खारिज किया
वहीं, पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने मालवीय के दावे को खारिज कर दिया है। बीजेपी नेता के पोस्ट का जवाब देते हुए पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने कहा, “झूठ अपने सबसे बुरे स्तर पर! अमित मालवीय के किए गए दावों के विपरीत तथ्य यह है कि पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस और केंद्रीय खुफिया एजेंसियों के संयुक्त अभियान में पूर्व मेदिनीपुर से रामेश्वरम कैफे विस्फोट मामले में दो संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।”
पुलिस ने अपने अगले पोस्ट में कहा, “इस मामले में पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस की सक्रिय भूमिका को केंद्रीय एजेंसियों ने आधिकारिक तौर पर स्वीकार भी किया है। पश्चिम बंगाल कभी भी आतंकवादियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह नहीं रहा है और राज्य पुलिस अपने लोगों को नापाक गतिविधियों से सुरक्षित रखने के लिए हमेशा सतर्क रहेगी।”

टीएमसी का पलटवार
वहीं, टीएमसी ने भाजपा नेता के आरोपों पर पलटवार का है। अमित मालवीय के ट्वीट के कुछ ही देर बाद टीएमसी नेता कुणाल घोष ने दावा किया कि आरोपियों को बंगाल पुलिस की मदद से ही गिरफ्तार किया गया है। टीएमसी नेता ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में लिखा कि बंगलूरू विस्फोट मामले में बंगाल पुलिस ने अच्छा काम किया है। एनआईए ने भी बंगाल पुलिस की मदद को स्वीकारा है। किसी भी देश विरोधी ताकत के साथ सख्ती से निपटा जाएगा, लेकिन मैं भाजपा से पूछना चाहता हूं कि ये गिरफ्तारी कहां से हुई? कांथी से। हम सब जानते हैं कि भाजपा के किस नेता और उनके परिवार का वहां दबदबा है और कोंटाई से गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां चलाई जाती हैं। कांथी या कोंटाई भाजपा नेता सुवेंदु अधिकारी का क्षेत्र माना जाता है। टीएमसी नेता ने घटना की जांच की मांग की।
