संजीव सिंह बलिया। पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री सुवेंदु अधिकारी के निजी सहायक (पीए) चंद्रनाथ रथ की हत्या के मामले में बंगाल पुलिस की एसटीएफ को बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है। पुलिस ने उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार से तीन बदमाशों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिनमें बलिया का राज सिंह और बिहार के बक्सर का हिस्ट्रीशीटर विशाल श्रीवास्तव शामिल हैं। तीसरा आरोपी मयंक अयोध्या से पकड़ा गया। पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस जल्द ही प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में मामले का पूरा खुलासा करेगी।बिहार के बक्सर से हिस्ट्रीशीटर विशाल श्रीवास्तव गिरफ्तारबिहार के बक्सर जिले के पांडे पट्टी गांव से विशाल श्रीवास्तव को बिहार पुलिस के सहयोग से हिरासत में लिया गया। उसके खिलाफ 15 से अधिक आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं, जिनमें हत्या, लूट और डकैती शामिल हैं। बंगाल एसटीएफ ने उसे कोलकाता ले जाकर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है।बलिया के राज सिंह और मयंक अयोध्या से धर दबोचेराज सिंह (बलिया निवासी): बहादुरपुर का रहने वाला राज सिंह बक्सर में रहता था। वारदात के बाद वह अयोध्या में छिपा हुआ था। कोलकाता और अयोध्या पुलिस के संयुक्त अभियान में उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया। पुलिस के अनुसार, राज सिंह ने पहले बलिया में एक विकलांग अंडा विक्रेता की हत्या की थी और इस हत्याकांड की साजिश में शामिल था।मयंक: यूपी से गिरफ्तार तीसरा आरोपी, जो हत्या में संलिप्त था।हत्या का खुलासा: UPI पेमेंट और CCTV से मिले सुराग6 मई की रात 24 परगना जिले में चंद्रनाथ रथ की गोली मारकर निर्मम हत्या कर दी गई थी। जांच में हावड़ा टोल प्लाजा पर हमलावरों द्वारा किया गया UPI भुगतान अहम सुराग बना। इससे एक संदिग्ध का मोबाइल नंबर पकड़ा गया। टोल प्लाजा के सीसीटीवी में कार और सवारों की तस्वीरें कैद हुईं।हमलावरों ने रथ की एसयूवी को सिल्वर कार से रोका, फिर दोपहिया वाहनों से गोलियां चलाईं। भागते हुए उन्होंने कार छोड़ दी और लाल कार व मोटरसाइकिल पर फरार हो गए। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल के पास एक और बारासात में दूसरी मोटरसाइकिल बरामद की। हथियार के रूप में ऑस्ट्रिया निर्मित ग्लॉक 47 एक्स पिस्तौल का इस्तेमाल हुआ, जो खुफिया एजेंसियों के लिए चिंता का विषय है।सीआईडी और एसटीएफ की संयुक्त एसआईटी मामले की जांच कर रही है। प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में यह स्पष्ट होगा कि आरोपियों ने खुद गोली चलाई या शूटर हायर किया।

सुल्तानपुर की जयसिंहपुर पुलिस ने सोमवार को चोरी की योजना बनाते हुए स्कॉर्पियो सवार चार युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है। तलाशी के दौरान गाड़ी से एक तमंचा, एक कारतूस और दो फर्जी नंबर प्लेट बरामद हुए। गिरफ्तार किए गए सभी आरोपी गोरखपुर के निवासी हैं।
गिरफ्तार करने वाली टीम में उपनिरीक्षक सुबोध त्यागी, दिनेश चंद्र, प्रेमनारायण राजपूत, हेड कांस्टेबल अमित सिंह और कांस्टेबल कृष्ण कुमार चौरासिया व अयोध्या शाह शामिल थे। आरोपियों के आपराधिक इतिहास का भी खुलासा हुआ है। शिवनाथ के खिलाफ गोला और खजनी थानों में 279/304A, 188/270 भादवि और 60 यूपी उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम सहित तीन मामले दर्ज हैं। नवनीत यादव के खिलाफ गीडा थाने में 115(2), 351, 352 BNS धाराओं के तहत एक मामला दर्ज है।
