झारखंड में भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर रहे युवाओं को कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने हर संभव मदद देने का आश्वासन दिया है। झारखंड में जेपीएससी और जेएसएससी की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ यह प्रदर्शन हो रहा है। आज 14वें दिन भी स्टूडेंट्स आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। इस बीच लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों से फोन पर बात की है और हर संभव मदद का भरोसा दिया है। बता दें कि कांग्रेस राज्य में सत्तारूढ़ झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (जेएमएम) नीत गठबंधन का एक घटक दल है।

छात्र नेताओं ने दावा किया कि गुरुवार देर शाम राहुल गांदी से फोन पर बातचीत हुई। धरना दे रहे छात्र नेताओं की राहुल गांधी से बातचीत रांची महानगर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमार राजा के मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से कराई गई। बातचीत के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारियों से अपनी मांगों का विवरण भेजने को कहा और उन्हें आश्वासन दिया कि वह उनकी समस्याओं को लेकर राज्य सरकार से बात करेंगे। वो इस मामले को लेकर सीएम हेमंत सोरेन से भी बात कर सकते हैं।

  

मांगों की सूची व्हाट्सएप पर मंगाई
ये बातचीत लगभग 10 मिनट तक चली। राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों से कहा कि वे अपनी सभी मांगों का विस्तृत ज्ञापन उन्हें व्हाट्सएप पर भेजें। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि वह पूरे मामले पर झारखंड सरकार से बात करेंगे और छात्रों की मांगों के समाधान का प्रयास करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रों की आवाज सुनी जानी चाहिए और उनके साथ न्याय होना चाहिए।

  

क्या है छात्रों की मांगें?
प्रदर्शनकारी 14वीं झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग सिविल सेवा परीक्षा रद्द करने और भर्ती परीक्षा में कथित अनियमितताओं की स्वतंत्र जांच की मांग कर रहे हैं। उनकी मांग है कि यह जांच या तो केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (CBI) से कराई जाए या फिर राज्य के बाहर के उच्च न्यायालय के सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीशों के एक पैनल से कराई जाए। उन्होंने जेपीएससी और झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (जेएसएससी) में व्यापक सुधारों पर भी जोर दिया।

  

वार्ता के लिए 11 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल गठित
इधर, प्रदर्शनकारी अभ्यर्थियों ने गतिरोध को समाप्त करने के लिए सरकार के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए 11 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल गठित किया। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में आठ छात्र प्रतिनिधियों के अलावा दो पत्रकार और एक अधिवक्ता को शामिल किया गया। छात्रों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सरकार के समक्ष केवल छात्र प्रतिनिधि ही अपनी मांगें रखेंगे। पत्रकार और अधिवक्ता केवल अभिभावक एवं मार्गदर्शक की भूमिका में मौजूद रहेंगे।

अमेरिका के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) जेक सुलिवन ने सोमवार को बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुस से बातचीत की। अमेरिकी सरकार द्वारा जारी एक प्रेस रिलीज के अनुसार सुलिवन ने चुनौतीपूर्ण समय में बांग्लादेश का नेतृत्व करने के लिए यूनुस को धन्यवाद भी दिया। प्रेस रिलीज में कहा गया कि दोनों नेताओं ने सभी लोगों के मानवाधिकारों का सम्मान करने और उनकी रक्षा करने के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की, चाहे उनका धर्म कुछ भी हो।

  

बाइडेन प्रशासन द्वारा डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को सत्ता हस्तांतरण के पहले बांग्लादेश में की गई इस कॉल के कई मायने निकाले जा रहे हैं। सुलिवन की ये बातचीत बाइडेन प्रशासन के आखिरी महीने में हुई है, जिससे संदेश मिल रहे हैं कि व्हाइट हाउस में आने वाला नया प्रशासन यूनुस को मनमर्जी नहीं करने देगा।

बांग्लादेश के मुद्दे पर भारत का सख्त संदेश
जयशंकर का यह दौरा ऐसे समय में हो रहा है, जब बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओं पर हो रही हिंसा चिंता का मुख्य विषय बनी हुई है। बांग्लादेश में अल्पसंख्यक हिंदू समुदाय के खिलाफ बढ़ते अत्याचारों से भारत में गहरा असंतोष है। इन हालातों में भारत सरकार ने बांग्लादेश पर दबाव बनाने की रणनीति अपनाई है। माना जा रहा है कि जयशंकर अपनी इस यात्रा में अमेरिका के सहयोग से बांग्लादेश को कड़ा संदेश देंगे। इससे पहले अमेरिका के नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप भी साफ कर चुके हैं क‍ि बांग्‍लादेश को ह‍िन्‍दुओं की सुरक्षा करनी ही होगी।

सुलिवन और यूनुस के बीच बातचीत ऐसे समय पर हुई है जब हाल ही में अमेरिकी कांग्रेस (संसद) में भारतीय मूल के सदस्य श्री थानेदार ने बांग्लादेश में अल्पसंख्यक हिंदुओं पर हमलों का मुद्दा उठाया था। थानेदार ने कहा था कि अब समय आ गया है कि संसद इस मामले पर कार्रवाई करे। थानेदार ने अमेरिकी संसद के निचले सदन प्रतिनिधि सभा में कहा था, बहुसंख्यक भीड़ ने हिंदू मंदिरों, हिंदू देवी-देवताओं और शांतिपूर्वक अपने धर्म का पालन करने वाले हिंदुओं को बर्बाद कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा था, अब समय आ गया है कि अमेरिकी कांग्रेस और अमेरिकी सरकार कार्रवाई करे।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, "দেশে ধর্ষণের জন্য বর্তমান শাস্তি যথেষ্ট নয় – কেন ধর্ষকরা এমন কাজ করার সাহস পাচ্ছে? আমাদের এ বিষয়ে ভাবতে হবে। ২০২২ সালের ক্রাইম ইন ইন্ডিয়া-তে প্রকাশিত ডেটা অনুযায়ী, দেশে ধর্ষণ সংক্রান্ত মামলায় ৭৬% ক্ষেত্রে তদন্ত শেষ করে পুলিশ চার্জশিট জমা দিতে পেরেছে, কিন্তু মাত্র ২.৫৬% ক্ষেত্রে অভিযুক্তকে দোষী প্রমাণ করা হয়েছে। এই সমস্যাটি মোকাবিলা করতে হবে।"

झारखंड में भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन कर रहे युवाओं को कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने हर संभव मदद देने का आश्वासन दिया है। झारखंड में जेपीएससी और जेएसएससी की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ यह प्रदर्शन हो रहा है। आज 14वें दिन भी स्टूडेंट्स आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। इस बीच लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों से फोन पर बात की है और हर संभव मदद का भरोसा दिया है। बता दें कि कांग्रेस राज्य में सत्तारूढ़ झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (जेएमएम) नीत गठबंधन का एक घटक दल है।

  

छात्रों को दिया हर संभव मदद का भरोसा
छात्र नेताओं ने दावा किया कि गुरुवार देर शाम राहुल गांदी से फोन पर बातचीत हुई। धरना दे रहे छात्र नेताओं की राहुल गांधी से बातचीत रांची महानगर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमार राजा के मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से कराई गई। बातचीत के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारियों से अपनी मांगों का विवरण भेजने को कहा और उन्हें आश्वासन दिया कि वह उनकी समस्याओं को लेकर राज्य सरकार से बात करेंगे। वो इस मामले को लेकर सीएम हेमंत सोरेन से भी बात कर सकते हैं।

  

मांगों की सूची व्हाट्सएप पर मंगाई
ये बातचीत लगभग 10 मिनट तक चली। राहुल गांधी ने प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों से कहा कि वे अपनी सभी मांगों का विस्तृत ज्ञापन उन्हें व्हाट्सएप पर भेजें। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि वह पूरे मामले पर झारखंड सरकार से बात करेंगे और छात्रों की मांगों के समाधान का प्रयास करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रों की आवाज सुनी जानी चाहिए और उनके साथ न्याय होना चाहिए।

  

क्या है छात्रों की मांगें?
प्रदर्शनकारी 14वीं झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग सिविल सेवा परीक्षा रद्द करने और भर्ती परीक्षा में कथित अनियमितताओं की स्वतंत्र जांच की मांग कर रहे हैं। उनकी मांग है कि यह जांच या तो केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (CBI) से कराई जाए या फिर राज्य के बाहर के उच्च न्यायालय के सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीशों के एक पैनल से कराई जाए। उन्होंने जेपीएससी और झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (जेएसएससी) में व्यापक सुधारों पर भी जोर दिया।

अमेरिका ने घुमाया बांग्लादेश के यूनुस को फोन, जयशंकर के यूएस दौरे से पहले हिंदू हिंसा को लेकर लगाई फटकार

बांग्लादेश में हिंदू अल्पसंख्यकों के खिलाफ हो रही हिंसा के लिए अमेरिका ने बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुखिया मोहम्मद यूनुस को कड़ी फटकार लगाई है। अमेरिका ने मोहम्मद यूनुस को नसीहत दी है और अल्पसंख्यकों पर किसी तरह के अत्याचार न करने के लिए खबरदार किया है। ये सब तब हुआ है जब एक दिन पहले ही बांग्लादेश में मोहम्मद यूनुस के नेतृत्व वाली अंतरिम सरकार ने भारत सरकार को पत्र लिखा है। इस पत्र में बांग्लादेश ने अपदस्थ प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना को वापस भेजने यानी प्रत्यर्पण की मांग की है। इन दोनों घटनाक्रमों के बीच भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर आज से 6 दिन के अमेरिकी दौरे पर हैं। उनके अमेरिका पहुंचने से पहले ही भारत का ग्लोबल पावर देखने को मिला है।

  


अमेरिका के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) जेक सुलिवन ने सोमवार को बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुस से बातचीत की। अमेरिकी सरकार द्वारा जारी एक प्रेस रिलीज के अनुसार सुलिवन ने चुनौतीपूर्ण समय में बांग्लादेश का नेतृत्व करने के लिए यूनुस को धन्यवाद भी दिया। प्रेस रिलीज में कहा गया कि दोनों नेताओं ने सभी लोगों के मानवाधिकारों का सम्मान करने और उनकी रक्षा करने के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की, चाहे उनका धर्म कुछ भी हो।

  

बाइडेन प्रशासन द्वारा डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को सत्ता हस्तांतरण के पहले बांग्लादेश में की गई इस कॉल के कई मायने निकाले जा रहे हैं। सुलिवन की ये बातचीत बाइडेन प्रशासन के आखिरी महीने में हुई है, जिससे संदेश मिल रहे हैं कि व्हाइट हाउस में आने वाला नया प्रशासन यूनुस को मनमर्जी नहीं करने देगा।

  

भारत की बड़ी कूटनीतिक!
भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर भी आज से 6 दिन के अमेरिका दौरे पर हैं। बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओं के खिलाफ हो रही हिंसा का मुद्दा भारत ने जोर-शोर से उठाया है। माना जा रहा है कि जयशंकर अमेरिका में भी इस बात को रखेंगे। लेकिन इधर जयशंकर की फ्लाइट उड़ी, उधर पहले ही बांग्लादेश में फोन खनखनाने लगा। अमेरिका में यूनुस को डांट लगाई, तो उन्होंने सुरक्षा देने पर हामी भी भर दी। इसे भारत की बड़ी कूटनीतिक पारी का परिणाम माना जा रहा है

  

बांग्लादेश के मुद्दे पर भारत का सख्त संदेश
जयशंकर का यह दौरा ऐसे समय में हो रहा है, जब बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओं पर हो रही हिंसा चिंता का मुख्य विषय बनी हुई है। बांग्लादेश में अल्पसंख्यक हिंदू समुदाय के खिलाफ बढ़ते अत्याचारों से भारत में गहरा असंतोष है। इन हालातों में भारत सरकार ने बांग्लादेश पर दबाव बनाने की रणनीति अपनाई है। माना जा रहा है कि जयशंकर अपनी इस यात्रा में अमेरिका के सहयोग से बांग्लादेश को कड़ा संदेश देंगे। इससे पहले अमेरिका के नवनिर्वाचित राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप भी साफ कर चुके हैं क‍ि बांग्‍लादेश को ह‍िन्‍दुओं की सुरक्षा करनी ही होगी।

  

अमेरिकी संसद में उठा मुद्दा
सुलिवन और यूनुस के बीच बातचीत ऐसे समय पर हुई है जब हाल ही में अमेरिकी कांग्रेस (संसद) में भारतीय मूल के सदस्य श्री थानेदार ने बांग्लादेश में अल्पसंख्यक हिंदुओं पर हमलों का मुद्दा उठाया था। थानेदार ने कहा था कि अब समय आ गया है कि संसद इस मामले पर कार्रवाई करे। थानेदार ने अमेरिकी संसद के निचले सदन प्रतिनिधि सभा में कहा था, बहुसंख्यक भीड़ ने हिंदू मंदिरों, हिंदू देवी-देवताओं और शांतिपूर्वक अपने धर्म का पालन करने वाले हिंदुओं को बर्बाद कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा था, अब समय आ गया है कि अमेरिकी कांग्रेस और अमेरिकी सरकार कार्रवाई करे।

এই পদক্ষেপটি এই সত্যেরও প্রমাণ যে, সংস্কারের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলা সর্বদা অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালন করেছে। এটি বাংলা-বিরোধী শক্তিগুলোর জন্যও উপযুক্ত জবাব, যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে দিল্লির জমিদারদের নির্দেশে বাংলার ভাবমূর্তি নষ্ট করার সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে আসছে।

অপরাজিতা মহিলা ও শিশু (পশ্চিমবঙ্গ অপরাধ আইন সংশোধনী) বিল, ২০২৪ - যা সর্বসম্মতিক্রমে পাস হয়েছে - তাতে তিনটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদান রয়েছে:

 অপরাধীর জন্য কঠোর শাস্তি,
 দ্রুত তদন্ত, এবং
* দ্রুত ন্যায়বিচারের ব্যবস্থা।

বিএনএসের অধীনে যৌন হেনস্তার মামলাগুলি ছাড়াও, বিলটি পকসো আইনের অধীনে দায়ের করা মামলাগুলোকেও লক্ষ্য করেছে।

এছাড়াও, ধর্ষণ-বিরোধী বিলটি রাজ্যের প্রতিটি জেলায় ‘অপরাজিতা টাস্ক ফোর্স’ গঠনেরও ব্যবস্থা করেছে।

সর্বভারতীয় তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস নিজেদের এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে লিখেছে , "What Bengal thinks today, India thinks tomorrow! Under the leadership of Smt. "মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় অপরাজিতা বিলের মাধ্যমে ইতিহাস তৈরি করেছেন। এটি শুধুমাত্র মৃত্যুদণ্ড নিশ্চিত করে না, বরং ধর্ষণের দোষীদের জন্য কঠোর শাস্তিরও আহ্বান জানায়। এটি মহিলাদের নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষা জোরদার করবে। এনসিপি (এসপি) প্রধান শরদ পওয়ার এই বিলটিকে শুধু স্বাগত জানাননি, বরং এই বিলটিকে তিনি একটি 'মডেল' হিসাবেও অভিহিত করে বলেছেন যে এটা সারা দেশে বাস্তবায়ন করা উচিত। উনি বলেছেন যে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় এই বিলের দ্বারা একটি নজির স্থাপন করেছেন। বাংলা আজ যা ভাবে, ভারতবর্ষ আগামীকাল তাই ভাবে এবং ভাবতে হবে" তৃণমূল মুখপাত্র কুণাল ঘোষ বলেছেন।

বুধবার রাজ্য বিধানসভায় ভাষণ দেওয়ার সময় পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, "ধর্ষণ এখন জাতীয় লজ্জার বিষয় হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। আসুন আমরা সবাই একত্রে এই সমস্যার মোকাবিলা করি। এই সমস্যার সমাধানে সমাজ সংস্কার ও মানুষের জাগরণের প্রয়োজন। অতীতেও পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এমন সংস্কার নেতৃত্ব দিয়েছে। রোগ থাকলে, তার চিকিৎসা হওয়া উচিত।"

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, "দেশে ধর্ষণের জন্য বর্তমান শাস্তি যথেষ্ট নয় – কেন ধর্ষকরা এমন কাজ করার সাহস পাচ্ছে? আমাদের এ বিষয়ে ভাবতে হবে। ২০২২ সালের ক্রাইম ইন ইন্ডিয়া-তে প্রকাশিত ডেটা অনুযায়ী, দেশে ধর্ষণ সংক্রান্ত মামলায় ৭৬% ক্ষেত্রে তদন্ত শেষ করে পুলিশ চার্জশিট জমা দিতে পেরেছে, কিন্তু মাত্র ২.৫৬% ক্ষেত্রে অভিযুক্তকে দোষী প্রমাণ করা হয়েছে। এই সমস্যাটি মোকাবিলা করতে হবে।"

এর আগে, সর্বভারতীয় তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সাধারণ সম্পাদক এবং ডায়মন্ড হারবারের সাংসদ অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ধর্ষণের বিরুদ্ধে একটি সর্বাঙ্গীণ আইন প্রণয়নের দাবি জানিয়েছেন, যা সময়সীমার মধ্যে অপরাধীদের জন্য কঠোর শাস্তি নিশ্চিত করবে।

"Given the harrowing statistic of a RAPE EVERY 15 MINUTES, the demand for a COMPREHENSIVE TIME-BOUND ANTI-RAPE LAW is more pressing than ever. BENGAL is leading the charge with its ANTI-RAPE BILL. The Union must now take decisive action - whether by ordinance or BNSS amendment in the upcoming parliament session to ensure that justice is both swift and severe, with TRIALS AND CONVICTIONS concluded in 50 DAYS," উনি নিজের এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে লিখেছেন।
