बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों को लेकर उल्टी गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। विधानसभा चुनाव के परिणाम कल यानी शुक्रवार को आने हैं। इससे पहले इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों (ईवीएम) को कड़ी सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था के बीच स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में रखा गया है। मतदान में प्रयुक्त ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों को दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में रखा गया है। 

दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में ईवीएम
राज्य के सभी 38 जिलों में स्थापित 46 केंद्रों पर की शुक्रवार को मतगणना की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग ने बुधवार को कहा कि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों (ईवीएम) को कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में रखा गया है। चुनाव आयोग ने बताया कि मतदान में इस्तेमाल किए गए ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों को दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में रखा गया है। 

सीसीटीवी से निगहबानी
स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम परिसर की आंतरिक सुरक्षा का जिम्मा सेन्ट्रल आर्म्ड पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेज (सीएपीएफ) को सौंपा गया है, जबकि बाहरी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी जिला पुलिस को दी गई है। इसके अलावा चौबीस घंटे सीसीटीवी निगरानी और अन्य सुरक्षा इंतजाम भी किए गए हैं।

हर स्ट्रांग रूम में एक कंट्रोल रूम
प्रत्येक स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम परिसर में एक नियंत्रण कक्ष भी स्थापित किया गया है, जहां वरिष्ठ अधिकारी लगातार ड्यूटी पर रहेंगे। एक बयान में कहा गया कि संबंधित विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के सभी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों और निर्वाचन अधिकारियों को प्रतिदिन स्ट्रॉन्ग रूमों का निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।  बयान में कहा गया कि मॉक पोल के दौरान या मतदान के समय दोषपूर्ण पाई गई ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों के साथ-साथ अप्रयुक्त मशीनों को अलग से सुरक्षित रखा गया है।

क्या कहते हैं एग्जिट पोल्स के अनुमान
बता दें कि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के दो चरणों का मतदान छह और 11 नवंबर को हुआ था। इस बार राज्य में 1951 के बाद का सबसे अधिक 67.13 प्रतिशत मतदान दर्ज किया गया है। राज्य में चुनाव खत्म होने के बाद आए करीब एक दर्जन एजेंसियों के एग्जिट पोल्स में एनडीए की वापसी का दावा किया जा रहा है। पोल में जदयू की सीटों में बढ़ोत्तरी का अनुमान व्यक्त किया गया है। मैट्रिज ने जदयू को 67 से 75 तो भाजपा को 65 से 73 सीटें मिलने की भविष्यवाणी की है। इन एजेंसियों ने दोनों दलों को करीब-करीब समान सीट मिलने का अनुमान व्यक्त किया है।

कामगारों की परेशानी की जानकारी मिलते ही मुख्यमंत्री ने इसे गंभीरता से लिया और तत्काल कार्रवाई के लिए श्रम, रोजगार, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग के अधीन राज्य प्रवासी नियंत्रण कक्ष को सक्रिय किया।

विभाग की भूमिका: मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर, विभाग ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए भारतीय दूतावास और संबंधित एजेंसियों के सहयोग से कामगारों की वापसी की पूरी प्रक्रिया को अंजाम दिया।

कामगारों का विवरण: ये सभी 48 कामगार हजारीबाग, गिरिडीह और बोकारो जिलों के निवासी थे और पीसीएल प्रेम पावर कंस्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेड (PCL Prem Power Construction Ltd.) में कार्यरत थे।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों को लेकर उल्टी गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। विधानसभा चुनाव के परिणाम कल यानी शुक्रवार को आने हैं। इससे पहले इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों (ईवीएम) को कड़ी सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था के बीच स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में रखा गया है। मतदान में प्रयुक्त ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों को दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में रखा गया है। 

दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में ईवीएम
राज्य के सभी 38 जिलों में स्थापित 46 केंद्रों पर की शुक्रवार को मतगणना की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग ने बुधवार को कहा कि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीनों (ईवीएम) को कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बीच स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में रखा गया है। चुनाव आयोग ने बताया कि मतदान में इस्तेमाल किए गए ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों को दो-स्तरीय सुरक्षा घेरे में रखा गया है। 

सीसीटीवी से निगहबानी
स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम परिसर की आंतरिक सुरक्षा का जिम्मा सेन्ट्रल आर्म्ड पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेज (सीएपीएफ) को सौंपा गया है, जबकि बाहरी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी जिला पुलिस को दी गई है। इसके अलावा चौबीस घंटे सीसीटीवी निगरानी और अन्य सुरक्षा इंतजाम भी किए गए हैं।

हर स्ट्रांग रूम में एक कंट्रोल रूम
प्रत्येक स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम परिसर में एक नियंत्रण कक्ष भी स्थापित किया गया है, जहां वरिष्ठ अधिकारी लगातार ड्यूटी पर रहेंगे। एक बयान में कहा गया कि संबंधित विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के सभी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों और निर्वाचन अधिकारियों को प्रतिदिन स्ट्रॉन्ग रूमों का निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।  बयान में कहा गया कि मॉक पोल के दौरान या मतदान के समय दोषपूर्ण पाई गई ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों के साथ-साथ अप्रयुक्त मशीनों को अलग से सुरक्षित रखा गया है।

क्या कहते हैं एग्जिट पोल्स के अनुमान
बता दें कि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के दो चरणों का मतदान छह और 11 नवंबर को हुआ था। इस बार राज्य में 1951 के बाद का सबसे अधिक 67.13 प्रतिशत मतदान दर्ज किया गया है। राज्य में चुनाव खत्म होने के बाद आए करीब एक दर्जन एजेंसियों के एग्जिट पोल्स में एनडीए की वापसी का दावा किया जा रहा है। पोल में जदयू की सीटों में बढ़ोत्तरी का अनुमान व्यक्त किया गया है। मैट्रिज ने जदयू को 67 से 75 तो भाजपा को 65 से 73 सीटें मिलने की भविष्यवाणी की है। इन एजेंसियों ने दोनों दलों को करीब-करीब समान सीट मिलने का अनुमान व्यक्त किया है।

1 नवंबर से अस्पताल में थे भर्ती
धर्मेंद्र को 1 नवंबर को सांस लेने में तकलीफ के बाद मुंबई के ब्रेच कैंडी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। करीब 11 दिनों तक डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में रहने के बाद अब उनकी हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है। धर्मेंद्र को आज सुबह एम्बुलेंस के जरिए अस्पताल से घर ले जाया गया. इस दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बढ़ा दी गई थी ताकि भीड़ न जुटे।

Spotlight: Ashwin Kumar’s Visit
A major highlight was the visit of Ashwin Kumar, director of the record-breaking animated epic Mahavatar Narsimha. With over ₹300 crore in global box office earnings, the film has redefined India’s animation potential. Ashwin’s interactions with ICA and other creators sparked conversations around building India’s own mythological cinematic universe, blending indigenous narratives with global production values.

रांची: मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन की संवेदनशीलता और त्वरित कार्रवाई के कारण अफ्रीकी देश ट्यूनीशिया में फंसे झारखंड के 48 प्रवासी कामगारों की सुरक्षित घर वापसी संभव हो पाई है। ये कामगार बीते तीन महीनों से वेतन न मिलने और गंभीर आर्थिक संकट से जूझ रहे थे।

त्वरित सरकारी कार्रवाई
कामगारों की परेशानी की जानकारी मिलते ही मुख्यमंत्री ने इसे गंभीरता से लिया और तत्काल कार्रवाई के लिए श्रम, रोजगार, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग के अधीन राज्य प्रवासी नियंत्रण कक्ष को सक्रिय किया।

विभाग की भूमिका: मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर, विभाग ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए भारतीय दूतावास और संबंधित एजेंसियों के सहयोग से कामगारों की वापसी की पूरी प्रक्रिया को अंजाम दिया।

कामगारों का विवरण: ये सभी 48 कामगार हजारीबाग, गिरिडीह और बोकारो जिलों के निवासी थे और पीसीएल प्रेम पावर कंस्ट्रक्शन लिमिटेड (PCL Prem Power Construction Ltd.) में कार्यरत थे।

मुख्यमंत्री की प्रतिबद्धता का प्रमाण
प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री हेमन्त सोरेन ने सदैव यह सिद्ध किया है कि झारखंड का हर श्रमिक, चाहे वह देश में हो या विदेश में, सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है। ट्यूनीशिया में फंसे कामगारों की सुरक्षित वापसी इसी सोच और प्रतिबद्धता का उज्जवल उदाहरण है।

सरकार अब इन लौटे हुए कामगारों और उनके परिवारों को विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से आच्छादित करने की दिशा में कदम उठा रही है। यह सफलता प्रवासी कामगारों के प्रति राज्य सरकार की गहरी चिंता और मानवीय दृष्टिकोण को उजागर करती है।

Mr Rakesh Shah, Past Chairman and Chairman Trade Promotions Committee ,EEPC India explained in FY 2023-24, Pune’s total exports amounted to INR 109148Cr which is around 20% of Maharashtra’s total exports during that period. Also, Pune district secured the highest amount of investment with INR 16651.48Cr - these factors have made Pune a very strategic location for conducting the Sub-contracting Show.
