खाद्य प्रसंस्करण नीति-2023 से यूपी में निवेश और रोजगार को नई रफ्तार, किसानों की आय बढ़ाने पर जोर
लखनऊ। उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग के क्षेत्र में तेजी से उभरता औद्योगिक केंद्र बन रहा है। राज्य सरकार की उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग नीति-2023 निवेश, रोजगार, निर्यात और किसानों की आय वृद्धि को नई दिशा दे रही है।
नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा हेतु सोमवार को कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त दीपक कुमार की अध्यक्षता में राज्य स्तरीय इम्पावर्ड समिति (SLEC) की बैठक कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त कार्यालय सभागार में आयोजित हुई। बैठक में 18 नए निवेश प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई।
18 नए निवेश प्रस्तावों को स्वीकृति
बैठक में जिन प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई, उनमें प्रमुख रूप से—
स्टार्च निर्माण इकाइयाँ
डेयरी उत्पाद निर्माण
पास्ता एवं मुरमुरा उत्पादन
पोल्ट्री एवं कैटल फीड यूनिट
ऑर्गेनिक उत्पाद प्रसंस्करण
विभिन्न खाद्य उत्पाद विनिर्माण इकाइयाँ
शामिल हैं।
₹350 करोड़ की अनुदान राशि वितरित
अपर मुख्य सचिव उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण बी.एल. मीणा ने बताया कि खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग में पूंजी निवेश के मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल है। अब तक स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं को ₹350 करोड़ की अनुदान राशि वितरित की जा चुकी है।
निवेशकों को सम्मानित किया गया
बैठक में जनपद बागपत स्थित Ambrosia Products India Pvt. Ltd. के निवेशक जयदेव सिंह को समयबद्ध इकाई स्थापना और निवेश के लिए प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया गया।
वहीं अमेठी की एफिकनो फिनटेक कंसल्टेंट्स प्रा. लि. द्वारा स्टार्च उत्पादन परियोजना को भी मंजूरी दी गई। यह स्टार्च बिस्कुट, टॉफी और अन्य खाद्य उत्पादों में उपयोग होगा।
ऑर्गेनिक उद्योग को भी बढ़ावा
बुलंदशहर की शाकुंभरी ऑर्गेनिक एक्जिम LLP द्वारा तिल, मूंगफली, गेहूं और दालों के प्रसंस्करण एवं पैकेजिंग परियोजना हेतु सब्सिडी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। इसे भी सकारात्मक रूप से लिया गया।
पीएमएफएमई योजना में यूपी देश में प्रथम
बैठक में बताया गया कि प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन योजना (PMFME) के तहत 26,000 परियोजनाओं की स्वीकृति के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश देश में प्रथम स्थान पर है। प्रदेश में प्रयागराज जिला प्रथम स्थान पर है।
विभागवार परियोजनाओं का प्रतिशत
खाद्य प्रसंस्करण नीति के तहत जारी लेटर ऑफ कम्फर्ट में—
कृषि विभाग – 22%
उद्यान विभाग – 30%
मत्स्य विभाग – 20%
दुग्ध विकास – 22%
गन्ना विभाग – 3%
आयुष, आबकारी, पशुपालन – 1-1%
परियोजनाएँ शामिल हैं।
निवेशकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश
कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त दीपक कुमार ने सभी संबंधित विभागों और प्राधिकरणों को निर्देश दिए कि निवेशकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित, पारदर्शी और प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। बैठक में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग, अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी एवं उद्यमी मौजूद रहे।

मध्यप्रदेश में श्रम स्टार रेटिंग पहल को व्यापक स्वीकृति, 554 कारखानों ने पाई रेटिंग
भोपाल। मध्यप्रदेश शासन के श्रम विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई श्रम स्टार रेटिंग पहल को प्रदेशभर के उद्योगों से उत्साहजनक प्रतिसाद मिल रहा है। इस अभिनव पहल का उद्देश्य कारखानों में श्रम कानूनों के पालन को सुनिश्चित करना तथा श्रमिकों के स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और कल्याण से जुड़ी सर्वोत्तम व्यवस्थाओं को बढ़ावा देना है।
संचालक औद्योगिक स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा, मध्यप्रदेश इंदौर श्रीमती नमिता तिवारी ने बताया कि अब तक प्रदेश के 554 कारखानों ने स्व-मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त की है। इनमें बड़ी, मध्यम और लघु श्रेणी की अनेक विनिर्माण इकाइयाँ शामिल हैं, जो इस पहल की बढ़ती स्वीकार्यता को दर्शाती हैं।
श्रमिक हितों की सुरक्षा का प्रमाण
श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त कारखाने इस बात का संकेत हैं कि संबंधित कार्यस्थलों पर बाल श्रम और बंधुआ श्रम पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है तथा श्रमिकों के अधिकारों का संरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। यह पहल उद्योगों में सुरक्षित, जिम्मेदार और श्रमिक हितैषी वातावरण विकसित करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानी जा रही है।
*श्रम स्टार रेटिंग पाने वाले पहले पाँच कारखाने
श्रम विभाग के अनुसार श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त करने वाले प्रथम पाँच कारखाने इस प्रकार हैं—
1. UltraTech Cement Limited Unit Birla White, कटनी
2. JK White (Unit of J K Cement Ltd.), कटनी
3. Mahakaushal Refractories Pvt. Ltd., कटनी
4. Udaipur Beverages Ltd., जबलपुर
5. KEC International Ltd., जबलपुर

प्रयागराज । प्रयागराज में वाव मोमो कंपनी की फ्रेंचाइजी दिलाने के नाम पर हुई कथित साइबर ठगी के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ी राहत दी है। अदालत ने वेबसाइट बनाने वाले युवक के खिलाफ चल रही आपराधिक कार्यवाही पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगा दी है।
  

  
यह मामला वर्ष 2023 का है, जब कार्तिकेय त्रिपाठी ने साइबर क्राइम थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि राजीव शुक्ला नाम के व्यक्ति ने Wow Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd. की फ्रेंचाइजी दिलाने के नाम पर उनसे 13 लाख रुपये ठग लिए।
  

  
जांच के दौरान पुलिस को जिस वेबसाइट के जरिए ठगी की गई थी, उसका आईपी एड्रेस एक युवक से जुड़ा मिला। इसके बाद पुलिस ने युवक का कंप्यूटर जब्त कर उससे पूछताछ की और बाद में उसके खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल कर दी।
  

  
युवक का कहना है कि उसने केवल 5 हजार रुपये लेकर वेबसाइट बनाई थी और उसे किसी ठगी की जानकारी नहीं थी। उसके वकील ने अदालत को बताया कि युवक का कोई आपराधिक इतिहास नहीं है और वह पढ़ाई के साथ वेबसाइट बनाने का काम करता है।
  

  
मामले की सुनवाई के बाद हाईकोर्ट ने शिकायतकर्ता और राज्य सरकार को नोटिस जारी करते हुए दो सप्ताह में जवाब मांगा है। साथ ही, निचली अदालत में चल रही कार्यवाही पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगा दी है।

खाद्य प्रसंस्करण नीति-2023 से यूपी में निवेश और रोजगार को नई रफ्तार, किसानों की आय बढ़ाने पर जोर
लखनऊ। उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग के क्षेत्र में तेजी से उभरता औद्योगिक केंद्र बन रहा है। राज्य सरकार की उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग नीति-2023 निवेश, रोजगार, निर्यात और किसानों की आय वृद्धि को नई दिशा दे रही है।
नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा हेतु सोमवार को कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त दीपक कुमार की अध्यक्षता में राज्य स्तरीय इम्पावर्ड समिति (SLEC) की बैठक कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त कार्यालय सभागार में आयोजित हुई। बैठक में 18 नए निवेश प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई।
18 नए निवेश प्रस्तावों को स्वीकृति
बैठक में जिन प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई, उनमें प्रमुख रूप से—
स्टार्च निर्माण इकाइयाँ
डेयरी उत्पाद निर्माण
पास्ता एवं मुरमुरा उत्पादन
पोल्ट्री एवं कैटल फीड यूनिट
ऑर्गेनिक उत्पाद प्रसंस्करण
विभिन्न खाद्य उत्पाद विनिर्माण इकाइयाँ
शामिल हैं।
₹350 करोड़ की अनुदान राशि वितरित
अपर मुख्य सचिव उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण बी.एल. मीणा ने बताया कि खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग में पूंजी निवेश के मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल है। अब तक स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं को ₹350 करोड़ की अनुदान राशि वितरित की जा चुकी है।
निवेशकों को सम्मानित किया गया
बैठक में जनपद बागपत स्थित Ambrosia Products India Pvt. Ltd. के निवेशक जयदेव सिंह को समयबद्ध इकाई स्थापना और निवेश के लिए प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किया गया।
वहीं अमेठी की एफिकनो फिनटेक कंसल्टेंट्स प्रा. लि. द्वारा स्टार्च उत्पादन परियोजना को भी मंजूरी दी गई। यह स्टार्च बिस्कुट, टॉफी और अन्य खाद्य उत्पादों में उपयोग होगा।
ऑर्गेनिक उद्योग को भी बढ़ावा
बुलंदशहर की शाकुंभरी ऑर्गेनिक एक्जिम LLP द्वारा तिल, मूंगफली, गेहूं और दालों के प्रसंस्करण एवं पैकेजिंग परियोजना हेतु सब्सिडी आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया। इसे भी सकारात्मक रूप से लिया गया।
पीएमएफएमई योजना में यूपी देश में प्रथम
बैठक में बताया गया कि प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन योजना (PMFME) के तहत 26,000 परियोजनाओं की स्वीकृति के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश देश में प्रथम स्थान पर है। प्रदेश में प्रयागराज जिला प्रथम स्थान पर है।
विभागवार परियोजनाओं का प्रतिशत
खाद्य प्रसंस्करण नीति के तहत जारी लेटर ऑफ कम्फर्ट में—
कृषि विभाग – 22%
उद्यान विभाग – 30%
मत्स्य विभाग – 20%
दुग्ध विकास – 22%
गन्ना विभाग – 3%
आयुष, आबकारी, पशुपालन – 1-1%
परियोजनाएँ शामिल हैं।
निवेशकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश
कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त दीपक कुमार ने सभी संबंधित विभागों और प्राधिकरणों को निर्देश दिए कि निवेशकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित, पारदर्शी और प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। बैठक में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग, अन्य विभागों के अधिकारी एवं उद्यमी मौजूद रहे।

भोपाल। मध्यप्रदेश शासन के श्रम विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई श्रम स्टार रेटिंग पहल को प्रदेशभर के उद्योगों से उत्साहजनक प्रतिसाद मिल रहा है। इस अभिनव पहल का उद्देश्य कारखानों में श्रम कानूनों के पालन को सुनिश्चित करना तथा श्रमिकों के स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और कल्याण से जुड़ी सर्वोत्तम व्यवस्थाओं को बढ़ावा देना है।
संचालक औद्योगिक स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा, मध्यप्रदेश इंदौर श्रीमती नमिता तिवारी ने बताया कि अब तक प्रदेश के 554 कारखानों ने स्व-मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त की है। इनमें बड़ी, मध्यम और लघु श्रेणी की अनेक विनिर्माण इकाइयाँ शामिल हैं, जो इस पहल की बढ़ती स्वीकार्यता को दर्शाती हैं।
श्रमिक हितों की सुरक्षा का प्रमाण
श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त कारखाने इस बात का संकेत हैं कि संबंधित कार्यस्थलों पर बाल श्रम और बंधुआ श्रम पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है तथा श्रमिकों के अधिकारों का संरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है। यह पहल उद्योगों में सुरक्षित, जिम्मेदार और श्रमिक हितैषी वातावरण विकसित करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानी जा रही है।

श्रम विभाग के अनुसार श्रम स्टार रेटिंग प्राप्त करने वाले प्रथम पाँच कारखाने इस प्रकार हैं—
1. UltraTech Cement Limited Unit Birla White, कटनी
2. JK White (Unit of J K Cement Ltd.), कटनी
3. Mahakaushal Refractories Pvt. Ltd., कटनी
4. Udaipur Beverages Ltd., जबलपुर
5. KEC International Ltd., जबलपुर

प्रयागराज । प्रयागराज में वाव मोमो कंपनी की फ्रेंचाइजी दिलाने के नाम पर हुई कथित साइबर ठगी के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ी राहत दी है। अदालत ने वेबसाइट बनाने वाले युवक के खिलाफ चल रही आपराधिक कार्यवाही पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगा दी है।
  

  
यह मामला वर्ष 2023 का है, जब कार्तिकेय त्रिपाठी ने साइबर क्राइम थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि राजीव शुक्ला नाम के व्यक्ति ने Wow Momo Foods Pvt. Ltd. की फ्रेंचाइजी दिलाने के नाम पर उनसे 13 लाख रुपये ठग लिए।
  

  
जांच के दौरान पुलिस को जिस वेबसाइट के जरिए ठगी की गई थी, उसका आईपी एड्रेस एक युवक से जुड़ा मिला। इसके बाद पुलिस ने युवक का कंप्यूटर जब्त कर उससे पूछताछ की और बाद में उसके खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल कर दी।
  

  
युवक का कहना है कि उसने केवल 5 हजार रुपये लेकर वेबसाइट बनाई थी और उसे किसी ठगी की जानकारी नहीं थी। उसके वकील ने अदालत को बताया कि युवक का कोई आपराधिक इतिहास नहीं है और वह पढ़ाई के साथ वेबसाइट बनाने का काम करता है।
  

  
मामले की सुनवाई के बाद हाईकोर्ट ने शिकायतकर्ता और राज्य सरकार को नोटिस जारी करते हुए दो सप्ताह में जवाब मांगा है। साथ ही, निचली अदालत में चल रही कार्यवाही पर अगली सुनवाई तक रोक लगा दी है।

इससे पहले, इसी साल सेसमी वर्कशॉप इंडिया ने एबॉट के सहयोग से भारत में Healthy Habits कार्यक्रम शुरू किया था। इसका उद्देश्य बच्चों और परिवारों को बचपन से ही सही खान-पान, शारीरिक गतिविधि और रोज़मर्रा की अच्छी आदतें अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करना था। यह कार्यक्रम आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के माध्यम से और हिंदी में आसान सामग्री के जरिए लोगों तक पहुंचाया गया, ताकि स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी बातें सरल और रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी में अपनाने लायक बन सकें।
  
अब ‘सेहतमंद आदतें’ को ऐप पर लाकर इसे और आसान और इंटरैक्टिव बना दिया गया है, ताकि बच्चे घर पर भी इसे सीख और अपनाकर अभ्यास कर सकें।
  
इस कार्यक्रम में 40 मिनट से ज़्यादा का मजेदार कंटेंट और 55 इंटरैक्टिव एक्टिविटी शामिल हैं, जिससे बच्चे खेल-खेल में सीखते हैं। कहानियों, गानों और Sesame Street के पसंदीदा किरदारों के जरिए बच्चों को संतुलित आहार, सही खाने की आदतें और रोज़ की हेल्दी रूटीन के बारे में सिखाया जाता है।

Sesame Street ऐप को अब तक लगभग 1.58 लाख बार डाउनलोड किया जा चुका है। यह ऐप 4 से 7 साल के बच्चों के लिए बनाया गया है, जिसमें पढ़ाई, गणित, भावनात्मक विकास और जीवन कौशल सिखाने वाली गतिविधियाँ शामिल हैं। यह भारत सरकार के NIPUN Bharat Mission के लक्ष्यों के अनुरूप है और बच्चों को खेल-खेल में सीखने का मौका देता है।
  
इस ऐप की खास बात यह है कि यह बच्चों को सिर्फ देखने नहीं, बल्कि भाग लेकर सीखने के लिए प्रेरित करता है, जिससे उनके शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास में मदद मिलती है। इसमें स्क्रीन टाइम को संतुलित रखने के लिए टाइमर जैसी सुविधाएं भी दी गई हैं।
  
यह ऐप YouTube आधारित लर्निंग प्लेटफॉर्म है, जो वीडियो और गेम्स के जरिए बच्चों को एक्टिव लर्निंग का अनुभव देता है। इसमें शिक्षक और आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता भी बच्चों की प्रगति को ट्रैक कर सकते हैं और WhatsApp के जरिए कंटेंट शेयर कर सकते हैं।
  
इस पहल के जरिए सेसमी वर्कशॉप इंडिया और एबॉट का उद्देश्य है कि बच्चों और परिवारों तक सही और आसान स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी पहुंचाई जाए, ताकि वे रोज़मर्रा की जिंदगी में अच्छी आदतें अपना सकें।
