कृषि में वैल्यू एडिशन और तकनीक के समन्वय से बढ़ेगी किसानों की आय : केशव प्रसाद मौर्य

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने बुधवार को लखनऊ स्थित एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय में ‘खाद्य सुरक्षा’ (Food Security) विषय पर
  
“पैथोजेन्स, प्लांट हेल्थ एंड फूड सिक्योरिटी: क्लाइमेट रेजिलिएंट एग्रीकल्चर एंड लैंडस्केप कंजर्वेशन” विषय पर आयोजित चार दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन मे बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शामिल हुए।
  
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ किया। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन द्वारा उप मुख्यमंत्री का भव्य स्वागत करते हुए उन्हें अंगवस्त्र, पगड़ी (साफा) पहनाकर तथा एक पौधा सम्मान स्वरूप भेंट किया गया।
  
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उप मुख्यमंत्री ने “Pathogens, Plant Health and Food Security” नामक पुस्तक का विमोचन किया तथा देश के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों से आए वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिकों को उनके उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए लाइफ टाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने इस उत्कृष्ट एवं सुव्यवस्थित आयोजन के लिए आयोजकों को हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं भी दीं।
  
उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री मौर्य ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि कृषि, नवाचार और आधुनिक तकनीक के समन्वय से ही आत्मनिर्भर एवं विकसित भारत का निर्माण संभव है। उन्होंने कहा कि खाद्य सुरक्षा केवल उत्पादन तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि भंडारण, कोल्ड चेन, प्रसंस्करण, गुणवत्ता और प्रभावी विपणन से जुड़ा एक व्यापक विषय है, जिस पर गंभीरता से कार्य करने की आवश्यकता है।
  
उन्होंने कहा कि भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है और उत्तर प्रदेश देश की सबसे उपजाऊ भूमि वाला प्रदेश है, जहां उत्पादन की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। इसके बावजूद फसलों के भंडारण की कमी, कोल्ड चेन की अपर्याप्त व्यवस्था तथा वैल्यू एडिशन के अभाव के कारण किसानों को अपेक्षित लाभ नहीं मिल पाता। उन्होंने उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि कई बार अधिक उत्पादन होने पर भी किसानों को उचित मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता, जो शोध और नीति निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण विषय है।
  
उप मुख्यमंत्री ने वैज्ञानिकों और शोधकर्ताओं से आह्वान किया कि वे ऐसी तकनीकों का विकास करें, जिससे प्राकृतिक आपदाओं जैसे वर्षा एवं ओलावृष्टि से फसलों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके और किसानों की मेहनत सुरक्षित रह सके। उन्होंने कहा कि अब समय क्वांटिटी के साथ क्वालिटी पर ध्यान देने का है, ताकि भारतीय उत्पाद वैश्विक बाजार में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर सकें।प्रदेश में निवेशकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयासों के बारे में बताते हुए श्री मौर्य ने कहा कि प्रदेश में चाहे सड़क मार्ग हो, चाहे रेल मार्ग या फिर हवाई मार्ग, इन सबके निर्माण में उत्तर प्रदेश देश में अग्रणी बन चुका है।
  
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में गरीब, किसान, युवा एवं मातृशक्ति के सशक्तिकरण को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। प्रदेश में स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाएं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं और सरकार का लक्ष्य उन्हें “लखपति दीदी” से आगे “करोड़पति दीदी” बनाना है।
  
श्री मौर्य ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार की ‘एक जनपद, एक उत्पाद (ODOP)’ योजना ने स्थानीय उत्पादों को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाई है तथा अब “एक जनपद, एक व्यंजन” के माध्यम से खाद्य उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग और विपणन को भी बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि उत्पादों में वैल्यू एडिशन बढ़ाकर न केवल किसानों की आय बढ़ाई जा सकती है, बल्कि रोजगार के नए अवसर भी सृजित किए जा सकते हैं। सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने कहा कि देश में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री योगी के नेतृत्व में चल रही डबल इंजन की सरकार किसानों और किसानी के सतत विकास की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है
  
उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत तेजी से वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था में अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर रहा है और वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित राष्ट्र बनने के लक्ष्य की दिशा में अग्रसर है। इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में वैज्ञानिकों, शोधकर्ताओं और युवाओं की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इस प्रकार के सम्मेलन खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़ी चुनौतियों के समाधान खोजने में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगे।
  
इस सम्मेलन का आयोजन एमिटी फूड एंड एग्रीकल्चर फाउंडेशन (ए.एफ.ए.एफ), एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय लखनऊ परिसर और इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ माइकोलॉजी एंड प्लांट पैथोलॉजी (आईएसएमपीपी) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसमें सतत कृषि और खाद्य सुरक्षा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विश्वस्तरीय चर्चा और विचार-मंथन के लिए  प्रतिष्ठित वैज्ञानिक एक मंच पर इकट्ठा हो रहे हैं।
  
डॉ. अशोक के. चौहान ने वर्चुवल रूप से जुड़ते हुये मुख्य अतिथि सहित सभी का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि एक किसान परिवार से जुड़े होने के नाते वे कृषि और किसानों की परेशानियों से परिचित हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सम्मेलन में विश्वभर के वरिष्ठ और स्थापित वैज्ञानिकों को एक साथ देखकर विश्वास मजबूत होता है कि भारत न केवल कृषि में बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में सुपर पावर बनकर रहेगा और एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय इसमें अपना हर प्रकार का सहयोग देगा।
  
डॉ. असीम चौहान ने अपने वर्चुवल सम्बोधन मे ग्रामीण विकास में बुनियादी ढांचे के सुदृढ़ीकरण, मूल्य संवर्धन और ड्रोन एवं आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस जैसी उन्नत तकनीकों के उपयोग के महत्व को रेखांकित  किया और कहा कि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और बदलते मौसम का सामना करने के उपायों पर  हमे और काम करना होगा।
  
प्रो. (डॉ.) अनिल वशिष्ठ ने डॉ. अशोक के. चौहान एवं डॉ. असीम चौहान के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व की सराहना करते हुए जलवायु परिवर्तन, उभरती पादप बीमारियों तथा खाद्य प्रणालियों पर बढ़ते दबाव जैसे वैश्विक चुनौतियों का उल्लेख करते हुए सम्मेलन को ज्ञान के आदान-प्रदान, सहयोग एवं नवाचार के लिए एक सशक्त मंच बताया।
  
कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत करते हुए प्रो. (डॉ.) शालिनी सिंह विसेन ने जलवायु-लचीली कृषि प्राप्त करने में पादप स्वास्थ्य, रोगजनकों के प्रबंधन एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।
  
डॉ. सी. डी. मयी ने कृषि को किसान, रोगजनक कीटाणुओं और पर्यावरण के एक जटिल संबंध के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन से उत्पन्न चुनौतियों पर चर्चा करते हुए संतुलित एवं सतत कृषि पद्धतियों को अपनाने की आवश्यकता बताई तथा रासायनिक उपयोग पर अत्यधिक निर्भरता के प्रति सावधान किया।
  
डॉ. एस. एस. चाहल ने कृषि परिदृश्य में हो रहे परिवर्तनों पर चर्चा करते हुए आक्रामक प्रजातियों, उभरते रोगजनकों और जलवायु परिवर्तन जैसी चुनौतियों को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने इन समस्याओं के समाधान में जीनोमिक्स एवं पारिस्थितिक दृष्टिकोण की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
  
प्रो. (डॉ.) पोखर रावल ने इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ माइकोलॉजी एंड प्लांट पैथोलॉजी की उल्लेखनीय प्रगति पर प्रकाश डालते हुए इसकी बढ़ती सदस्यता और वैश्विक पहचान का उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने इसकी शोध पत्रिका के वेब ऑफ साइंस में सूचीबद्ध होने को महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि बताया और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले वैज्ञानिक शोध को सुलभ बनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
  
डॉ. ललित महात्मा ने अपने विचारोत्तेजक संबोधन में लखनऊ की सांस्कृतिक विरासत का उल्लेख करते हुए शैक्षणिक जीवन में मूल्यों, ईमानदारी और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने बीजों के माध्यम से वायरस संचरण के प्रयोगात्मक प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करते हुए वैज्ञानिक समुदाय से पारंपरिक धारणाओं की पुनर्समीक्षा करने का आह्वान किया।
  
डॉ. डी. आर. सिंह ने भारत की कृषि विविधता, विशेषकर बिहार के मखाना, आम और लीची जैसे उत्पादों में योगदान को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने खाद्य पर्याप्तता से पोषण सुरक्षा की ओर बढ़ने की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हुए कीटनाशकों के अवशेष और माइकोटॉक्सिन प्रदूषण के खतरों को उजागर किया।
  
सम्मेलन के दौरान वैज्ञानिक उत्कृष्टता का उत्सव भी मनाया गया, जिसमें विशिष्ट वैज्ञानिकों को सम्मानित किया गया। इस अवसर पर उनके उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए विशेष उपलब्धि पुरस्कार तथा प्रतिष्ठित लाइफटाइम अचीवमेंट अवार्ड प्रदान किए गए।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

Alan completed the script and story of the film GLOORA after a long four-month effort and hard work in 2022. Later, the filming of GLOORA was completed in three schedules of 100 days of tireless shooting in the years 2022-23. Alan was very often taken, carried in the hands by friends to the various forest and mountain locations where even a vehicle finds hard to reach.Despite many times, the weather and physical condition being so bad and challenging, Alan completed the direction and cinematography of his dream project GLOORA while sitting in a wheelchair in 2023. The reason for the prolonged post-production was the introduction of graphics scenes and a making style that have never been seen in Indian cinema until now.

उन्होंने कहा कि भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है और उत्तर प्रदेश देश की सबसे उपजाऊ भूमि वाला प्रदेश है, जहां उत्पादन की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। इसके बावजूद फसलों के भंडारण की कमी, कोल्ड चेन की अपर्याप्त व्यवस्था तथा वैल्यू एडिशन के अभाव के कारण किसानों को अपेक्षित लाभ नहीं मिल पाता। उन्होंने उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि कई बार अधिक उत्पादन होने पर भी किसानों को उचित मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता, जो शोध और नीति निर्माण का महत्वपूर्ण विषय है।
  
उप मुख्यमंत्री ने वैज्ञानिकों और शोधकर्ताओं से आह्वान किया कि वे ऐसी तकनीकों का विकास करें, जिससे प्राकृतिक आपदाओं जैसे वर्षा एवं ओलावृष्टि से फसलों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके और किसानों की मेहनत सुरक्षित रह सके। उन्होंने कहा कि अब समय क्वांटिटी के साथ क्वालिटी पर ध्यान देने का है, ताकि भारतीय उत्पाद वैश्विक बाजार में प्रतिस्पर्धा कर सकें।प्रदेश में निवेशकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयासों के बारे में बताते हुए श्री मौर्य ने कहा कि प्रदेश में चाहे सड़क मार्ग हो, चाहे रेल मार्ग या फिर हवाई मार्ग, इन सबके निर्माण में उत्तर प्रदेश देश में अग्रणी बन चुका है।
  
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में गरीब, किसान, युवा एवं मातृशक्ति के सशक्तिकरण को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। प्रदेश में स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाएं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं और सरकार का लक्ष्य उन्हें “लखपति दीदी” से आगे “करोड़पति दीदी” बनाना है।
  
श्री मौर्य ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार की ‘एक जनपद, एक उत्पाद (ODOP)’ योजना ने स्थानीय उत्पादों को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाई है तथा अब “एक जनपद, एक व्यंजन” के माध्यम से खाद्य उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग और विपणन को भी बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि उत्पादों में वैल्यू एडिशन बढ़ाकर न केवल किसानों की आय बढ़ाई जा सकती है, बल्कि रोजगार के नए अवसर भी सृजित किए जा सकते हैं। सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने कहा कि देश में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री योगी के नेतृत्व में चल रही डबल इंजन की सरकार किसानों और किसानी के सतत विकास की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है
  
उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत तेजी से वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था में अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर रहा है और वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित राष्ट्र बनने के लक्ष्य की दिशा में अग्रसर है। इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में वैज्ञानिकों, शोधकर्ताओं और युवाओं की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इस प्रकार के सम्मेलन खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़ी चुनौतियों के समाधान खोजने में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगे।
  
इस सम्मेलन का आयोजन एमिटी फूड एंड एग्रीकल्चर फाउंडेशन (ए.एफ.ए.एफ), एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय लखनऊ परिसर और इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ माइकोलॉजी एंड प्लांट पैथोलॉजी (आईएसएमपीपी) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसमें सतत कृषि और खाद्य सुरक्षा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विश्वस्तरीय चर्चा और विचार-मंथन के लिए  प्रतिष्ठित वैज्ञानिक एक मंच पर इकट्ठा हो रहे हैं।
  
डॉ. अशोक के. चौहान ने वर्चुवल रूप से जुड़ते हुये मुख्य अतिथि सहित सभी का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि एक किसान परिवार से जुड़े होने के नाते वे कृषि और किसानों की परेशानियों से परिचित हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सम्मेलन में विश्वभर के वरिष्ठ और स्थापित वैज्ञानिकों को एक साथ देखकर विश्वास मजबूत होता है कि भारत न केवल कृषि में बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में सुपर पावर बनकर रहेगा और एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय इसमें अपना हर प्रकार का सहयोग देगा।
  
डॉ. असीम चौहान ने अपने वर्चुवल सम्बोधन मे ग्रामीण विकास में बुनियादी ढांचे के सुदृढ़ीकरण, मूल्य संवर्धन और ड्रोन एवं आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस जैसी उन्नत तकनीकों के उपयोग के महत्व को रेखांकित  किया और कहा कि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और बदलते मौसम का सामना करने के उपायों पर  हमे और काम करना होगा।
  
प्रो. (डॉ.) अनिल वशिष्ठ ने डॉ. अशोक के. चौहान एवं डॉ. असीम चौहान के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व की सराहना करते हुए जलवायु परिवर्तन, उभरती पादप बीमारियों तथा खाद्य प्रणालियों पर बढ़ते दबाव जैसे वैश्विक चुनौतियों का उल्लेख करते हुए सम्मेलन को ज्ञान के आदान-प्रदान, सहयोग एवं नवाचार के लिए एक सशक्त मंच बताया।
  
कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत करते हुए प्रो. (डॉ.) शालिनी सिंह विसेन ने जलवायु-लचीली कृषि प्राप्त करने में पादप स्वास्थ्य, रोगजनकों के प्रबंधन एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।
  
डॉ. सी. डी. मयी ने कृषि को किसान, रोगजनक कीटाणुओं और पर्यावरण के एक जटिल संबंध के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। उन्होंने जलवायु परिवर्तन से उत्पन्न चुनौतियों पर चर्चा करते हुए संतुलित एवं सतत कृषि पद्धतियों को अपनाने की आवश्यकता बताई तथा रासायनिक उपयोग पर अत्यधिक निर्भरता के प्रति सावधान किया।
  
डॉ. एस. एस. चाहल ने कृषि परिदृश्य में हो रहे परिवर्तनों पर चर्चा करते हुए आक्रामक प्रजातियों, उभरते रोगजनकों और जलवायु परिवर्तन जैसी चुनौतियों को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने इन समस्याओं के समाधान में जीनोमिक्स एवं पारिस्थितिक दृष्टिकोण की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
  
प्रो. (डॉ.) पोखर रावल ने इंडियन सोसाइटी ऑफ माइकोलॉजी एंड प्लांट पैथोलॉजी की उल्लेखनीय प्रगति पर प्रकाश डालते हुए इसकी बढ़ती सदस्यता और वैश्विक पहचान का उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने इसकी शोध पत्रिका के वेब ऑफ साइंस में सूचीबद्ध होने को महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि बताया और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले वैज्ञानिक शोध को सुलभ बनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।
  
डॉ. ललित महात्मा ने अपने विचारोत्तेजक संबोधन में लखनऊ की सांस्कृतिक विरासत का उल्लेख करते हुए शैक्षणिक जीवन में मूल्यों, ईमानदारी और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने बीजों के माध्यम से वायरस संचरण के प्रयोगात्मक प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करते हुए वैज्ञानिक समुदाय से पारंपरिक धारणाओं की पुनर्समीक्षा करने का आह्वान किया।
  
डॉ. डी. आर. सिंह ने भारत की कृषि विविधता, विशेषकर बिहार के मखाना, आम और लीची जैसे उत्पादों में योगदान को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने खाद्य पर्याप्तता से पोषण सुरक्षा की ओर बढ़ने की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हुए कीटनाशकों के अवशेष और माइकोटॉक्सिन प्रदूषण के खतरों को उजागर किया।

रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।


  


झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश  द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

  

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

Alan completed the script and story of the film GLOORA after a long four-month effort and hard work in 2022. Later, the filming of GLOORA was completed in three schedules of 100 days of tireless shooting in the years 2022-23. Alan was very often taken, carried in the hands by friends to the various forest and mountain locations where even a vehicle finds hard to reach.Despite many times, the weather and physical condition being so bad and challenging, Alan completed the direction and cinematography of his dream project GLOORA while sitting in a wheelchair in 2023. The reason for the prolonged post-production was the introduction of graphics scenes and a making style that have never been seen in Indian cinema until now.
Although Alan had to encounter many challenges and adverse situations during post-production, Alan is overcoming them all with extra commitment and dedication and nearing the completion of GLOORA.
