कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद कुमार केतकर ने 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की हार को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है। कुमार केतकर ने दावा का है कि सीआईए और मोसाद, जो अमेरिका और इजराइल की जासूसी एजेंसियां हैं, ने 2014 में हुए लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की हार की साजिश रची थी।

कांग्रेस की हार सीआईए और मोसाद की साजिश!
मुंबई में संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित कांग्रेस के एक कार्यक्रम में बुधवार को कांग्रेस नेता और राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य कुमार केतकर ने एक चौंकाने वाला दावा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2014 के लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की भारी हार किसी सामान्य राजनीतिक परिवर्तन का परिणाम नहीं थी, बल्कि इसके पीछे अमेरिका की खुफिया एजेंसी सीआईए और इजराइल की मोसाद की कथित साजिश थी।

केतकर ने समझाया आंकड़ों का गणित
केतकर ने कहा कि दोनों एजेंसियों ने मिलकर यह सुनिश्चित किया था कि कांग्रेस का सीट संख्या 206 से आगे न बढ़े और पार्टी सत्ता से बाहर हो जाए। केतकर ने याद दिलाया कि 2004 में कांग्रेस ने 145 सीटें जीती थीं और 2009 में यह आंकड़ा बढ़कर 206 हो गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर यही ट्रेंड जारी रहता तो 2014 में कांग्रेस को 250 से ज्यादा सीटें मिलनी चाहिए थीं और वह आराम से सत्ता में वापस आ जाती। लेकिन अचानक सीटें घटकर सिर्फ 44 रह गईं। यह सामान्य जनादेश नहीं था।

भारत के राजनीतिक परिदृश्य को प्रभावित करने की रणनीति
केतकर ने कहा कुछ अंतरराष्ट्रीय एजेंसियों ने तय किया था कि किसी भी हाल में कांग्रेस को 206 सीटों से ज्यादा नहीं मिलने दी जाए। सीआईए और मोसाद ने डेटा इकट्ठा किया, रणनीति बनाई और ऐसा माहौल बनाया कि कांग्रेस सत्ता में न लौट सके। केतकर के मुताबिक, इन एजेंसियों को डर था कि यदि यूपीए दोबारा स्थिर सरकार बनाती, तो भारत की नीतियों पर उनका प्रभाव सीमित हो जाता और वे अपनी इच्छानुसार हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर पाते।

अपने अनुकूल सरकार बनाने की साजिश का आरोप
पूर्व पत्रकार रहे केतकर ने दावा किया कि इन विदेशी खुफिया एजेंसियों का उद्देश्य भारत में ऐसी सरकार तैयार करना था जो उनके लिए अनुकूल हो और उनकी नीतियों को आसानी से लागू कर सके। केतकर के मुताबिक, अगर कांग्रेस की स्थिर सरकार लौटती या गठबंधन सरकार मजबूत स्थिति में आती, तो विदेशी एजेंसियों के लिए भारत में हस्तक्षेप करना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

10वीं बार मुख्यमंत्री बने नीतीश, इन नेताओं ने ली मंत्री पद की शपथ

बिहार में एक बार फिर नीतीश कुमार मुख्यमंत्री बन गए है। आज पटना के गांधी मैदान में उन्होंने रिकॉर्ड 10वीं बार उन्होंने आज मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली। सीएम के साथ ही आज सम्राट चौधरी और विजय कुमार सिन्हा समेत इन नेताओं ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। इस शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह और भाजपा अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा शामिल हुए। इसके अलावा एनडीए शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री भी समारोह में शामिल हुए।


					

						

						

					

					

नीतीश कुमार के साथ 26 मंत्रियों ने शपथ ली। सबसे पहले राज्‍यपाल आर‍िफ मोहम्‍मद खान ने मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई। नीतीश के बाद सम्राट चौधरी ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। वह दूसरी बार बिहार के डिप्टी सीएम बने हैं। 

लेसी सिंह और रामकृपाल यादव भी बने मंत्री
गांधी मैदान में शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में एक साथ पांच नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। विजय चौधरी, विजेंद्र चौधरी, श्रवण कुमार, मंगल पांडये और दिलीप जायसवाल ने एक साथ शपथ ली। इसके बाद लेसी सिंह, मदन सहनी, नितिन नवीन, रामकृपाल यादव, संतोष सुमन और सुनील कुमार को एक साथ मंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। 

श्रेयसी सिंह को भी मिली कैबिनेट में जगह
राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने जमा खान, संजय सिंह टाइगर, नारायण प्रसाद, सुरेंद्र प्रसाद और रमा निषाद को मंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। इसके बाद श्रेयसी सिंह, लखेंद्र रोशन, दीपक प्रकाश, संजय कुमार, संजय कुमार सिंह, डॉ प्रमोद कुमार को मंत्री मद की शपथ दिलाई।

बिहार की राजनीति के लिए आज का दिन ऐतिहासिक है। नीतीश कुमार रिकॉर्ड 10वीं बार मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। एनडीए की प्रचंड जीत के बाद, पटना का ऐतिहासिक गांधी मैदान इस भव्य शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का गवाह बनने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार है।इस शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी भी शिरकत करेंगे। उनके अलावा केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह और रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह भी इस कार्यक्रम में शरीक होंगे। 

बीजेपी शासित प्रदेशों के सभी मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्रियों को न्योता
बिहार की नई सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में  बीजेपी शासित प्रदेशों के सभी मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्रियों के शामिल होने का भी कार्यक्रम है। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के अलावा दिल्ली की सीएम रेखा गुप्ता, मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव, महाराष्ट्र के सीएम देवेंद्र फडणवीस, राजस्थान के सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा भी शामिल होंगे। इसके अलावा अन्य हस्तियों में पद्मभूषण, पद्मश्री से नवाजी गईं शख्सियत, वैज्ञानिक और साहित्यकार के भी शामिल होने की बात सामने आई है।

नीतीश कुमार के मंत्रिमंडल में 15 से 16 मंत्री ले सकते हैं शपथ, 8-8 जदयू और बीजेपी के, 2 चिराग के और 1-1 HAM और RLM के मंत्री ले सकते हैं शपथ। बीजेपी-जदयू के ज्यादातर पुराने मंत्रियों के ही शपथ की तैयारी। RLM से उपेंद्र कुशवाहा की पत्नी स्नेहलता (सासाराम विधायक) ले सकती हैं शपथ

पटना के गांधी में भव्य शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन
पटना के गांधी मैदान में आज नई सरकार का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह होगा। इसे लेकर गांधी मैदान में व्यापक तैयारी की गई है। समारोह में आम से लेकर खास लोगों के जुटने की संभावना को देखते हुए तैयारी की गई है। एक दिन पहले नीतीश कुमार ने गांधी मैदान पहुंचकर नई सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह की तैयारी का जायजा लिया था। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने मंच पर अतिथियों के बैठने की व्यवस्था और अन्य उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सुविधाओं के संबंध में अधिकारियों से विस्तृत जानकारी ली थी।

विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू
20 नवंबर को गांधी मैदान में होने वाले नई सरकार के शपथ-ग्रहण समारोह के मद्देनज़र पटना जिला प्रशासन ने व्यापक यातायात एवं पार्किंग व्यवस्था की घोषणा की है। प्रशासन ने कहा है कि कार्यक्रम के दौरान जन-सुविधा, सुरक्षा और लोकहित सुनिश्चित करने के लिए शहर में विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू किया गया है।  जिला प्रशासन ने सभी लोगों से अपील की है कि वे निर्धारित ट्रैफिक प्लान का पालन करें, ताकि कार्यक्रम के दौरान किसी तरह की असुविधा न हो।

जनता दल यूनाइटेड सुप्रीमो नीतीश कुमार को सर्वसम्मति से एनडीए विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया है। अब नीतीश कुमार एक बार फिर से मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन गुरुवार को होगा। पटना में विधानसभा के सेंट्रल हॉल में राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन की बैठक हुई। इसमें भारतीय जनता पार्टी, जनता दल यूनाईटेड, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास), हिन्दुस्तानी आवाम मोर्चा, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी के सभी नव निर्वाचित विधायक और नीतीश कुमार, चिराग पासवान, संतोष सुमन, उपेंद्र कुशवाहा, सम्राट चौधरी, विजय सिन्हा मौजूद रहे। 

सम्राट चौधरी ने रखा प्रस्ताव
भारतीय जनता पार्टी विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए सम्राट चौधरी ने बुधवार को राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन के विधायक दल की बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए नीतीश कुमार के नाम का प्रस्ताव रखा। जिसके बाद एनडीए के तमाम नेताओं ने सर्वसम्मति से नीतीश कुमार के नाम पर मुहर लगाई। इसी के साथ ही नीतीश कुमार का मुख्यमंत्री बनना तय हो गया।

एनडीए के घटक दलों ने भी चुनाव अपना नेता
इससे पहले एनडीए के प्रमुख घटक दलों ने बुधवार को अपने-अपने विधायक दल के नेताओं का चयन किया। जदयू के विधायकों की बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया। वहीं, भाजपा के नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने एक बैठक में वरिष्ठ नेता सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल का नेता और विजय सिन्हा को उपनेता चुना। दोनों दलों ने यह जानकारी दी गई। इसके बाद एनडीए ने भी नीतीश कुमार के नाम पर अपनी मुहर लगा दी।

भाजपा विधायक दल की बैठक पर उत्तर प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री और बिहार में विधायक दल के नेता के चुनाव के लिए भाजपा के केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षक केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने कहा, सम्राट चौधरी को निर्वाचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया और भारती जनता पार्टी के विधायक दल ने सर्वसम्मति से सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल का नेता चुनने का समर्थन किया है और हमारे उपमुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शानदार काम करने कार्य किया। वह (विजय कुमार सिन्हा) बहुत ही वरिष्ठ नेता है। उनके नाम का भी प्रस्ताव आया है और सर्वसम्मति समर्थन मिला। मैं सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल के नेता के रूप में सम्राट चौधरी और उप नेता के रूप में विजय कुमार सिन्हा के नाम का ऐलान करता हूं।

डिप्टी सीएम में कोई बदलाव नहीं
इस फैसले के साथ ही दोनों नेताओं के दोबारा उपमुख्यमंत्री बनने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता सम्राट चौधरी होंगे और विजय कुमार सिन्हा उपनेता बने रहेंगे। इस तरह भाजपा ने बिहार में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है। पिछले 3 बार से भाजपा डिप्टी सीएम पद पर लगातार बदलाव करती रही है। पिछली बार बीजेपी ने तारकिशोर प्रसाद और रेणु देवी के बदले सम्राट चौधरी और विजय कुमार सिन्हा को डिप्टी सीएम बनाया था। इस बार लग रहा था कि बीजेपी फिर से बदलाव कर सकती है। लेकिन विधायक दल के नेता के तौर पर सम्राट चौधरी और उपनेता के लिए विजय सिन्हा का नाम बढ़ा कर बीजेपी ने फिर से चौंका दिया।

चौधरी और सिन्हा को बरकरार रखने के क्या है मायने?
सम्राट चौधरी और विजय सिन्हा को बरकरार रखने का निर्णय पूरी तरह से बीजेपी के शीर्ष नेतृत्व, खासकर अमित शाह की रणनीति का परिणाम माना जा रहा है। इसके पीछे का तर्क यह है कि निरंतरता बनाए रखना: सम्राट चौधरी और विजय सिन्हा ने विपक्ष में रहते हुए और फिर एनडीए की सरकार में डिप्टी सीएम के रूप में पार्टी के लिए सफलतापूर्वक काम किया है। उनकी जोड़ी ने सफलतापूर्वक एनडीए को जीत दिलाई है. ऐसे में अमित शाह ने ‘विनिंग कॉम्बिनेशन’ को बदलने का जोखिम नहीं लिया, ताकि संगठन में किसी तरह की अस्थिरता पैदा न हो।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में एनडीए की दमदार वापसी हुई है। एनडीए ने 202 सीटों पर कब्जा किया है। महागठबंधन 35 पर सिमटी गई है। चुनाव नतीजों को देखते हुए नीतीश कुमार का फिर से सीएम बनना तय माना जा रहा है। माना जा रहा है कि सीएम नीतीश कुमार आज इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। इसके बाद नई सरकार गठन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

आज मंत्रिमंडल भंग कर सकते हैं नीतीश
नीतीश कुमार ने सोमवार की सुबह कैबिनेट मीटिंग बुलाई है। बताया जा रहा है कि बैठक में मंत्रिमंडल भंग करने पर मुहर लग सकती है। इसके तुरंत बाद नीतीश कुमार राज्यपाल को इस्तीफा सौंपेंगे और  इसके बाद नई सरकार गठन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

बीजेपी और जेडीयू विधायक दल की बैठक संभव
वहीं, दूसरी ओर आज बीजेपी की ओर से विधायक दल की बैठक बुलाई जा सकती है। इसके लिए केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षकों की नियुक्ति होने की संभावना है। जदयू भी सोमवार को अपने विधायकों की बैठक कर सकती है। यही बैठक आगे की रणनीति और राजनीतिक रास्ता तय करेगी। 

मंत्रिमंडल का संभावित फॉर्मूला 
इस बीच खबर है कि बिहार में मंत्रिपरिषद का संभावित फार्मूला तैयार कर लिया गया है और इसी कड़ी में जदयू-बीजेपी के शीर्ष नेताओं की जल्द बैठक तय मानी जा रही है। नई कैबिनेट में बीजेपी से 15-16, जदयू से 14-15 मंत्री बनाए जा सकते हैं। चिराग पासवान की एलजेपी (रामविलास) को 3, आरएलएम और हम को एक-एक सीट मिल सकती है। 6 विधायक पर एक मंत्री बनाने का फॉर्मूला बताया जा रहा है। बता दें कि पिछली सरकार में भी यही फॉर्मूला लागू था।

22 नवंबर से पहले नई सरकार का गठन जरूरी
बता दें कि वर्तमान विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 22 नवंबर को समाप्त हो रहा है। इससे पहले नई सरकार का गठन जरूरी है। हालांकि, शपथ ग्रहण की तारीख अभी तय नहीं हुई है, लेकिन 20 नवंबर के आसपास संभावना जताई जा रही है।

Itanagar, November 5, 2025: In a significant literary and academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, presented a newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) Entrepreneur from Pune embarks on ‘Mission Bharat’, a Solo-Motorbike Expedition of over 7500kms to Empower Communities Across India


Deepak Bharadia, Founder and Managing Director of Meine Bharat Pvt. Ltd., has embarked upon a remarkable Solo-Motorbike expedition – ‘Mission Bharat’, aimed at promoting sustainable development via Citizen participation in making India ‘Holistically Viksit’.
The expedition was flagged off by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta ji, from Kargil on 24th Oct’25, marking the beginning of a 7,500 km journey that is taking Deepak from the rugged terrains of Kargil to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and further to Pune via the coastal route of India. 

Deepak has so far crossed around 1,500 kms covering Kargil, Drass, Sonamarg, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panipat & Delhi. The journey further will be down south upto Kanyakumari after which he will move through the Coastal route via Kerala, Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra before ending in Pune on 30th Nov’25.

Mission Bharat is a pioneering initiative that seeks to explore, engage, and empower rural and urban areas, focusing on themes such as sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद कुमार केतकर ने 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की हार को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है। कुमार केतकर ने दावा का है कि सीआईए और मोसाद, जो अमेरिका और इजराइल की जासूसी एजेंसियां हैं, ने 2014 में हुए लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की हार की साजिश रची थी।

कांग्रेस की हार सीआईए और मोसाद की साजिश!
मुंबई में संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित कांग्रेस के एक कार्यक्रम में बुधवार को कांग्रेस नेता और राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य कुमार केतकर ने एक चौंकाने वाला दावा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2014 के लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की भारी हार किसी सामान्य राजनीतिक परिवर्तन का परिणाम नहीं थी, बल्कि इसके पीछे अमेरिका की खुफिया एजेंसी सीआईए और इजराइल की मोसाद की कथित साजिश थी।

केतकर ने समझाया आंकड़ों का गणित
केतकर ने कहा कि दोनों एजेंसियों ने मिलकर यह सुनिश्चित किया था कि कांग्रेस का सीट संख्या 206 से आगे न बढ़े और पार्टी सत्ता से बाहर हो जाए। केतकर ने याद दिलाया कि 2004 में कांग्रेस ने 145 सीटें जीती थीं और 2009 में यह आंकड़ा बढ़कर 206 हो गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर यही ट्रेंड जारी रहता तो 2014 में कांग्रेस को 250 से ज्यादा सीटें मिलनी चाहिए थीं और वह आराम से सत्ता में वापस आ जाती। लेकिन अचानक सीटें घटकर सिर्फ 44 रह गईं। यह सामान्य जनादेश नहीं था।

भारत के राजनीतिक परिदृश्य को प्रभावित करने की रणनीति
केतकर ने कहा कुछ अंतरराष्ट्रीय एजेंसियों ने तय किया था कि किसी भी हाल में कांग्रेस को 206 सीटों से ज्यादा नहीं मिलने दी जाए। सीआईए और मोसाद ने डेटा इकट्ठा किया, रणनीति बनाई और ऐसा माहौल बनाया कि कांग्रेस सत्ता में न लौट सके। केतकर के मुताबिक, इन एजेंसियों को डर था कि यदि यूपीए दोबारा स्थिर सरकार बनाती, तो भारत की नीतियों पर उनका प्रभाव सीमित हो जाता और वे अपनी इच्छानुसार हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर पाते।

अपने अनुकूल सरकार बनाने की साजिश का आरोप
पूर्व पत्रकार रहे केतकर ने दावा किया कि इन विदेशी खुफिया एजेंसियों का उद्देश्य भारत में ऐसी सरकार तैयार करना था जो उनके लिए अनुकूल हो और उनकी नीतियों को आसानी से लागू कर सके। केतकर के मुताबिक, अगर कांग्रेस की स्थिर सरकार लौटती या गठबंधन सरकार मजबूत स्थिति में आती, तो विदेशी एजेंसियों के लिए भारत में हस्तक्षेप करना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

10वीं बार मुख्यमंत्री बने नीतीश, इन नेताओं ने ली मंत्री पद की शपथ

बिहार में एक बार फिर नीतीश कुमार मुख्यमंत्री बन गए है। आज पटना के गांधी मैदान में उन्होंने रिकॉर्ड 10वीं बार उन्होंने आज मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली। सीएम के साथ ही आज सम्राट चौधरी और विजय कुमार सिन्हा समेत इन नेताओं ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। इस शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह और भाजपा अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा शामिल हुए। इसके अलावा एनडीए शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री भी समारोह में शामिल हुए।


					

						

						

					

					

नीतीश कुमार के साथ 26 मंत्रियों ने शपथ ली। सबसे पहले राज्‍यपाल आर‍िफ मोहम्‍मद खान ने मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई। नीतीश के बाद सम्राट चौधरी ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। वह दूसरी बार बिहार के डिप्टी सीएम बने हैं। 

लेसी सिंह और रामकृपाल यादव भी बने मंत्री
गांधी मैदान में शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में एक साथ पांच नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। विजय चौधरी, विजेंद्र चौधरी, श्रवण कुमार, मंगल पांडये और दिलीप जायसवाल ने एक साथ शपथ ली। इसके बाद लेसी सिंह, मदन सहनी, नितिन नवीन, रामकृपाल यादव, संतोष सुमन और सुनील कुमार को एक साथ मंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। 

श्रेयसी सिंह को भी मिली कैबिनेट में जगह
राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने जमा खान, संजय सिंह टाइगर, नारायण प्रसाद, सुरेंद्र प्रसाद और रमा निषाद को मंत्री पद की शपथ दिलाई। इसके बाद श्रेयसी सिंह, लखेंद्र रोशन, दीपक प्रकाश, संजय कुमार, संजय कुमार सिंह, डॉ प्रमोद कुमार को मंत्री मद की शपथ दिलाई।

बिहार की राजनीति के लिए आज का दिन ऐतिहासिक है। नीतीश कुमार रिकॉर्ड 10वीं बार मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। एनडीए की प्रचंड जीत के बाद, पटना का ऐतिहासिक गांधी मैदान इस भव्य शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का गवाह बनने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार है।इस शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी भी शिरकत करेंगे। उनके अलावा केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह और रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह भी इस कार्यक्रम में शरीक होंगे। 

बीजेपी शासित प्रदेशों के सभी मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्रियों को न्योता
बिहार की नई सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में  बीजेपी शासित प्रदेशों के सभी मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्रियों के शामिल होने का भी कार्यक्रम है। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के अलावा दिल्ली की सीएम रेखा गुप्ता, मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव, महाराष्ट्र के सीएम देवेंद्र फडणवीस, राजस्थान के सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा भी शामिल होंगे। इसके अलावा अन्य हस्तियों में पद्मभूषण, पद्मश्री से नवाजी गईं शख्सियत, वैज्ञानिक और साहित्यकार के भी शामिल होने की बात सामने आई है।

पटना के गांधी में भव्य शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन
पटना के गांधी मैदान में आज नई सरकार का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह होगा। इसे लेकर गांधी मैदान में व्यापक तैयारी की गई है। समारोह में आम से लेकर खास लोगों के जुटने की संभावना को देखते हुए तैयारी की गई है। एक दिन पहले नीतीश कुमार ने गांधी मैदान पहुंचकर नई सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह की तैयारी का जायजा लिया था। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने मंच पर अतिथियों के बैठने की व्यवस्था और अन्य उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सुविधाओं के संबंध में अधिकारियों से विस्तृत जानकारी ली थी।

विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू
20 नवंबर को गांधी मैदान में होने वाले नई सरकार के शपथ-ग्रहण समारोह के मद्देनज़र पटना जिला प्रशासन ने व्यापक यातायात एवं पार्किंग व्यवस्था की घोषणा की है। प्रशासन ने कहा है कि कार्यक्रम के दौरान जन-सुविधा, सुरक्षा और लोकहित सुनिश्चित करने के लिए शहर में विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू किया गया है।  जिला प्रशासन ने सभी लोगों से अपील की है कि वे निर्धारित ट्रैफिक प्लान का पालन करें, ताकि कार्यक्रम के दौरान किसी तरह की असुविधा न हो।

जनता दल यूनाइटेड सुप्रीमो नीतीश कुमार को सर्वसम्मति से एनडीए विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया है। अब नीतीश कुमार एक बार फिर से मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन गुरुवार को होगा। पटना में विधानसभा के सेंट्रल हॉल में राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन की बैठक हुई। इसमें भारतीय जनता पार्टी, जनता दल यूनाईटेड, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास), हिन्दुस्तानी आवाम मोर्चा, लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी के सभी नव निर्वाचित विधायक और नीतीश कुमार, चिराग पासवान, संतोष सुमन, उपेंद्र कुशवाहा, सम्राट चौधरी, विजय सिन्हा मौजूद रहे। 

सम्राट चौधरी ने रखा प्रस्ताव
भारतीय जनता पार्टी विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए सम्राट चौधरी ने बुधवार को राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन के विधायक दल की बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए नीतीश कुमार के नाम का प्रस्ताव रखा। जिसके बाद एनडीए के तमाम नेताओं ने सर्वसम्मति से नीतीश कुमार के नाम पर मुहर लगाई। इसी के साथ ही नीतीश कुमार का मुख्यमंत्री बनना तय हो गया।

एनडीए के घटक दलों ने भी चुनाव अपना नेता
इससे पहले एनडीए के प्रमुख घटक दलों ने बुधवार को अपने-अपने विधायक दल के नेताओं का चयन किया। जदयू के विधायकों की बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया। वहीं, भाजपा के नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने एक बैठक में वरिष्ठ नेता सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल का नेता और विजय सिन्हा को उपनेता चुना। दोनों दलों ने यह जानकारी दी गई। इसके बाद एनडीए ने भी नीतीश कुमार के नाम पर अपनी मुहर लगा दी।

भाजपा विधायक दल की बैठक पर उत्तर प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री और बिहार में विधायक दल के नेता के चुनाव के लिए भाजपा के केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षक केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने कहा, सम्राट चौधरी को निर्वाचित करने का प्रस्ताव किया और भारती जनता पार्टी के विधायक दल ने सर्वसम्मति से सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल का नेता चुनने का समर्थन किया है और हमारे उपमुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शानदार काम करने कार्य किया। वह (विजय कुमार सिन्हा) बहुत ही वरिष्ठ नेता है। उनके नाम का भी प्रस्ताव आया है और सर्वसम्मति समर्थन मिला। मैं सम्राट चौधरी को विधायक दल के नेता के रूप में सम्राट चौधरी और उप नेता के रूप में विजय कुमार सिन्हा के नाम का ऐलान करता हूं।

डिप्टी सीएम में कोई बदलाव नहीं
इस फैसले के साथ ही दोनों नेताओं के दोबारा उपमुख्यमंत्री बनने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता सम्राट चौधरी होंगे और विजय कुमार सिन्हा उपनेता बने रहेंगे। इस तरह भाजपा ने बिहार में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है। पिछले 3 बार से भाजपा डिप्टी सीएम पद पर लगातार बदलाव करती रही है। पिछली बार बीजेपी ने तारकिशोर प्रसाद और रेणु देवी के बदले सम्राट चौधरी और विजय कुमार सिन्हा को डिप्टी सीएम बनाया था। इस बार लग रहा था कि बीजेपी फिर से बदलाव कर सकती है। लेकिन विधायक दल के नेता के तौर पर सम्राट चौधरी और उपनेता के लिए विजय सिन्हा का नाम बढ़ा कर बीजेपी ने फिर से चौंका दिया।

चौधरी और सिन्हा को बरकरार रखने के क्या है मायने?
सम्राट चौधरी और विजय सिन्हा को बरकरार रखने का निर्णय पूरी तरह से बीजेपी के शीर्ष नेतृत्व, खासकर अमित शाह की रणनीति का परिणाम माना जा रहा है। इसके पीछे का तर्क यह है कि निरंतरता बनाए रखना: सम्राट चौधरी और विजय सिन्हा ने विपक्ष में रहते हुए और फिर एनडीए की सरकार में डिप्टी सीएम के रूप में पार्टी के लिए सफलतापूर्वक काम किया है। उनकी जोड़ी ने सफलतापूर्वक एनडीए को जीत दिलाई है. ऐसे में अमित शाह ने ‘विनिंग कॉम्बिनेशन’ को बदलने का जोखिम नहीं लिया, ताकि संगठन में किसी तरह की अस्थिरता पैदा न हो।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में एनडीए की दमदार वापसी हुई है। एनडीए ने 202 सीटों पर कब्जा किया है। महागठबंधन 35 पर सिमटी गई है। चुनाव नतीजों को देखते हुए नीतीश कुमार का फिर से सीएम बनना तय माना जा रहा है। माना जा रहा है कि सीएम नीतीश कुमार आज इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। इसके बाद नई सरकार गठन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

आज मंत्रिमंडल भंग कर सकते हैं नीतीश
नीतीश कुमार ने सोमवार की सुबह कैबिनेट मीटिंग बुलाई है। बताया जा रहा है कि बैठक में मंत्रिमंडल भंग करने पर मुहर लग सकती है। इसके तुरंत बाद नीतीश कुमार राज्यपाल को इस्तीफा सौंपेंगे और  इसके बाद नई सरकार गठन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

बीजेपी और जेडीयू विधायक दल की बैठक संभव
वहीं, दूसरी ओर आज बीजेपी की ओर से विधायक दल की बैठक बुलाई जा सकती है। इसके लिए केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षकों की नियुक्ति होने की संभावना है। जदयू भी सोमवार को अपने विधायकों की बैठक कर सकती है। यही बैठक आगे की रणनीति और राजनीतिक रास्ता तय करेगी। 

मंत्रिमंडल का संभावित फॉर्मूला 
इस बीच खबर है कि बिहार में मंत्रिपरिषद का संभावित फार्मूला तैयार कर लिया गया है और इसी कड़ी में जदयू-बीजेपी के शीर्ष नेताओं की जल्द बैठक तय मानी जा रही है। नई कैबिनेट में बीजेपी से 15-16, जदयू से 14-15 मंत्री बनाए जा सकते हैं। चिराग पासवान की एलजेपी (रामविलास) को 3, आरएलएम और हम को एक-एक सीट मिल सकती है। 6 विधायक पर एक मंत्री बनाने का फॉर्मूला बताया जा रहा है। बता दें कि पिछली सरकार में भी यही फॉर्मूला लागू था।

22 नवंबर से पहले नई सरकार का गठन जरूरी
बता दें कि वर्तमान विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 22 नवंबर को समाप्त हो रहा है। इससे पहले नई सरकार का गठन जरूरी है। हालांकि, शपथ ग्रहण की तारीख अभी तय नहीं हुई है, लेकिन 20 नवंबर के आसपास संभावना जताई जा रही है।

ICA’s Expansive Showcase and Industry Presence
The Indian Comics Association (ICA) led a vibrant pavilion featuring six pioneering publishers: Chitragaatha, Cinemics, Cosmics, Flydreams, Alpha Comics, and Forbidden Verse. Their collective presence underscored ICA’s commitment to nurturing original IPs and multilingual storytelling formats—from Indian manga to mythological adaptations.
ICA also facilitated cross-sector networking, engaging with state-level AVGC-XR associations, notably the Madhya Pradesh AVGC-XR Network, which had a strong delegation presence. Strategic dialogues with ABAI (Association of Bangalore Animation Industry) and other regional bodies laid the groundwork for collaborative frameworks and creator mobility across states.
Spotlight: Ashwin Kumar’s Visit
A major highlight was the visit of Ashwin Kumar, director of the record-breaking animated epic Mahavatar Narsimha. With over ₹300 crore in global box office earnings, the film has redefined India’s animation potential. Ashwin’s interactions with ICA and other creators sparked conversations around building India’s own mythological cinematic universe, blending indigenous narratives with global production values.

Book Presented to Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh by Himalayan University Vice-Chancellor


Itanagar, November 5, 2025: In a significant literary and academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, presented a newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd.), at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar.The presentation took place in the presence of Mr. Minto Eta, Deputy Director (RUSA), Department of Higher Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh; Mr. Vijay Tripathi, Registrar, Himalayan University; and Mr. Kido Bagra, Deputy Registrar, Himalayan University.
The book, co-authored by Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran and Dr. Suresh Kumar Madhusudhanan, Managing Director, Seagull Group of Companies, reflects an insightful contribution to contemporary academic and social discourse. The publication has been recently featured in academic circles for its multidisciplinary relevance and its emphasis on human values, governance, and education-driven social transformation.
The Hon’ble Governor commended the authors for their scholarly initiative and their efforts toward fostering a culture of research and knowledge dissemination in Arunachal Pradesh. Entrepreneur from Pune embarks on ‘Mission Bharat’, a Solo-Motorbike Expedition of over 7500kms to Empower Communities Across India


Deepak Bharadia, Founder and Managing Director of Meine Bharat Pvt. Ltd., has embarked upon a remarkable Solo-Motorbike expedition – ‘Mission Bharat’, aimed at promoting sustainable development via Citizen participation in making India ‘Holistically Viksit’.
The expedition was flagged off by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta ji, from Kargil on 24th Oct’25, marking the beginning of a 7,500 km journey that is taking Deepak from the rugged terrains of Kargil to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and further to Pune via the coastal route of India. 

Deepak has so far crossed around 1,500 kms covering Kargil, Drass, Sonamarg, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panipat & Delhi. The journey further will be down south upto Kanyakumari after which he will move through the Coastal route via Kerala, Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra before ending in Pune on 30th Nov’25.

Mission Bharat is a pioneering initiative that seeks to explore, engage, and empower rural and urban areas, focusing on themes such as sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. Through this expedition, Deepak is interacting with diverse communities, organizations, and stakeholders, documenting best practices and success stories along the way..

The mission is built on the principles of citizen participation and community-driven initiatives, with the goal of contributing to India's growth story & making our Bharat Holistically Viksit from all aspects than just GDP & Per-Capita numbers, It is highlighting the importance of collective action in driving positive change.
