महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति ने एक बड़ा मोड़ लिया है।महाराष्ट्र में राज ठाकरे और उद्धव ठाकरे एक बार फिर एक साथ आ गए हैं। शिवसेना (यूबीटी) प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे और मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे आज 20 सालों के बाद एक स्टेज पर एक साथ नजर आ रहे हैं।उद्धव और राज ठाकरे आज मुंबई में 'मराठी विजय सभा' में मंच साझा किया। मराठी भाषा के लिए दोनों भाई सारे गिले-शिकवे भुलाकर एक मंच पर साथ आए और एक दूसरे को गले लगाया। 


महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा हिंदी को तीसरी भाषा के रूप में लागू करने के लिए दो सरकारी प्रस्तावों को रद्द करने के बाद, उद्धव ठाकरे गुट (यूबीटी) और महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (एमएनएस) मुंबई के वर्ली डोम में एक संयुक्त रैली की। 'विजय रैली' मुंबई के वर्ली इलाके में एनएससीआई डोम में आयोजित की गई। जहां इन दोनों नेताओं ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार की तीन-भाषा नीति को वापस लेने की खुशी में लोगों को संबोधित किया।


जो काम बालासाहेब नहीं कर पाए, वो फडणवीस ने किया-राज ठाकरे
महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (मनसे) के अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे ने कहा, मैंने अपने एक इंटरव्यू में कहा था कि मेरा महाराष्ट्र किसी भी राजनीति और लड़ाई से बड़ा है। आज 20 साल बाद मैं और उद्धव एक साथ आए हैं। जो काम बालासाहेब नहीं कर पाए, वो देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने किया... हम दोनों को साथ लाने का काम।


राज ठाकरे ने हिंदी भाषा को अनिवार्य बनाने पर उठाया सवाल
राज ठाकरे ने अपने भाषण में महाराष्ट्र में हिंदी भाषा को अनिवार्य बनाने पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार को ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए। कई राज्यों में हिंदी भाषा बोली जाती है लेकिन उन राज्यों का कोई विकास नहीं हुआ।150 साल मराठाओं ने भारत पर राज किया। राज ठाकरे ने कहा, नीति लागू करने से भाषा लागू नहीं होती। राज ठाकरे ने कहा, महाराष्ट्र को कोई तिरछी आंख से नहीं देख सकता।


अब हम एक हुए हैं, एक साथ रहने के लिए-उद्धव
विजय रैली को संबोधित करते हुए उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा, बहुत सालों के बाद मैं और राज ठाकरे एक मंच पर मिले। राज ठाकरे ने बहुत बेहतरीन भाषण दिया। उन्होंने आगे बड़ा सियासी संदेश दे दिया है। उन्होंने कहा, अब हम एक हुए हैं, एक साथ रहने के लिए। उद्धव ठाकरे ने आगे कहा, अभी तो चुनाव नहीं है, हमको बाल ठाकरे ने बताया था कि सत्ता आती है, जाती है, लेकिन अपनी ताकत एक साथ होने में होनी चाहिए। हमारी ताकत एकता में है। संकट आने पर हम सब एक हो जाते हैं। हम सबको एक रहना चाहिए।


उद्धव का बीजेपी पर निशाना
मंच से बीजेपी पर निशाना साधते हुए उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा, बीजेपी अफवाहों की फैक्टी है, बीजेपी की पॉलिसी यूज एंड थ्रो की है। बीजेपी पर अटैक करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, बीजेपी हमें क्या हिंदूत्व सिखाएगी। उन्होंने आगे कहा, न्याय के लिए हम बाहुबली बनने को तैयार है।

*Bhawanipore, East Bengal joint-winners of First Division Championship* 







 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Bhawanipore Club and East Bengal Club were announced joint winners after the First Division Championship final match ended in a draw on the fifth and final day at the Eden Gardens on Thursday. 


Vivek Singh was awarded the player of the match. 


In the summit clash, batting first, Bhawanipore Club scored a mammoth 643/6 decl in 170 overs in their first innings. 


Shakir Habib Gandhi (220), Vivek (176 not out), Abhishek Raman (93) were the star performers with the bat. 


In reply, East Bengal, in their first innings, were 243/8 in 106.4 overs, when heavy rain stopped play. 


With the weather showing no signs of improvement and as both the team’s first innings were not completed, the match was drawn and Bhawanipore & East Bengal were announced joint winners. 


For East Bengal, Satyaki Dutta (53), Kanishk Seth (48 not out) were the pick of the batters.


For Bhawanipore, Ravi Kumar bagged 3 for 60 while Anubhav Tyagi claimed 2 for 38.

छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के IAS अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली को केंद्र में मिली बड़ी जिम्मेदारी, कैबिनेट सचिवालय में बनाए गए जॉइंट सेक्रेटरी


रायपुर- भारत सरकार ने कैबिनेट सचिवालय में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक नियुक्ति करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली (बैच 2009) को संयुक्त सचिव (Joint Secretary) नियुक्त किया है। वर्तमान में वह कैबिनेट सचिवालय में निदेशक के पद पर कार्यरत हैं।
कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। तंबोली को यह नई जिम्मेदारी पांच वर्षों के कार्यकाल के लिए सौंपी गई है, जो 20 मार्च 2029 तक या अगले आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगी। वह इस पद पर एम.एस. श्रीकर (IAS, कर्नाटक कैडर, 1999) का स्थान लेंगे।
जानिए कौन हैं IAS अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली
IAS डॉक्टर तंबोली 2009 बैच के छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के आईएएस हैं। उनका जन्म 23 दिसंबर 1981 को हुआ है। उन्होंने अपने दूसरे प्रयास में यूपीएससी 75 वीं रैंक के साथ क्रैक किया है। छत्तीसगढ़ में उनकी पहली पोस्टिंग बस्तर जिले के जगदलपुर नगर निगम में निगम आयुक्त के रूप में हुई। इस दौरान एसडीएम भी रहे। 2013 में हुए दुर्ग जिला पंचायत के सीईओ बने 2014 में उन्हें राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन का एमडी बनाया गया। अप्रैल 16 मे वे पहली बार बीजापुर जिले के कलेक्टर बने। 10 अगस्त 2018 से तंबोली ने बस्तर जिले की कलेक्टरी का प्रभार संभाला। तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार की महत्वपूर्ण योजना नरवा, गरुवा, घुरुवा, बाड़ी के विशेष सचिव रहें। बीजापुर में कलेक्टरी के दौरान अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के चलते प्रतिष्ठित रामनाथ गोयनका फाउंडेशन की ओर से डॉक्टर अय्याज फकीर भाई तंबोली को एकसलेंस इन गवर्नेंस अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया था।

*Bengal Pro T20 League men’s draft featured 802 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.


The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  


CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.


Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  


Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “I welcome to all the current office bearers, former office bearers, international players and all the franchises for the men’s draft of the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League.

  *Bengal Pro T20 League Women’s draft featured 188 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: A total of 128 women players were drafted from a pool of 188 cricketers in the second edition of the Bengal Pro T20 League at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.


The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Rarh Tigers Burdwan| Birbhum, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Tigers, Murshidabad Kueens and Reshmi Medinipur Wizards.  


CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami, CAB Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das were present along with Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players and former office bearers.

*CAB pays tribute to victims of Pahalgam terror attack*

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.


To honour those who lost their lives, a minute’s silence was observed before the start of play.


The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.


Present for the occasion were CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with other CAB officials and members. Also present was former Australia cricketer Brad Haddin.

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दोबारा अमेरिका का राष्ट्रपति चुने जाने के बाद वैश्विक नेताओं का वॉशिंगटन जाना शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में ब्रिटिश पीएम कीर स्टार्मर अमेरिका दौरे पर पहुंचे। ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री कीर स्टार्मर ने राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के साथ बैठक की। बैठक के बाद राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने व्हाइट हाउस में एक साझा प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। इस दौरान ट्रंप ने ब्रिटिश पीएम कीर स्टार्मर को चैलेंज करते हुए पूछ लिया कि क्या वे अकेले रूस का मुकाबला कर पाएंगे? पत्रकारों के सामने ट्रंप का यह सवाल सुनकर स्टार्मर चौंक गए।


गुरुवार को ट्रंप से मुलाकात के बाद दोनों ने जॉइंट प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। इस दौरान ट्रंप से सवाल पूछा गया था कि यदि यूक्रेन में ब्रिटिश सेना तैनात होती है तो क्या अमेरिका उनकी मदद करेगा? ट्रं ने पहले ‘नहीं’ कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि ब्रिटिश अपना ख्याल बहुत अच्छे से रख सकते हैं। कुछ ही देर बाद उन्होंने कहा कि यदि ब्रिटेन को मदद की जरूरत होगी तो अमेरिका उनका साथ देगा। फिर ट्रम्प, स्टार्मर की तरफ मुड़े और उनसे पूछ लिया- क्या आप अकेले रूस का मुकाबला कर पाएंगे? इस पर स्टार्मर कोई जवाब नहीं दे सके और मुस्कुराकर रह गए।


दरअसल, ओवल में व्हाइट हाउस में ब्रिटिश पीएम और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति प्रेस को संबोधित कर रहे थे और सवालों के जवाब दे रहे थे। इसी दौरान स्टारमर ने कहा, इतिहास को शांति स्थापित करने वाले के पक्ष में होना चाहिए, ना कि आक्रमणकारी के पक्ष में। यूके किसी समझौते का समर्थन करने के लिए जमीन पर सैनिक और एयरफोर्स विमान भेजने के लिए तैयार है। हम अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं क्योंकि यही एकमात्र तरीका है जिससे शांति बनी रहेगी। इसी दौरान ट्रंप ने सवाल किया, ‘…क्या आप अकेले रूस से मुकाबला कर सकते हैं? सवाल सुनते ही स्टार्मर झेंप जाते हैं।


वहीं, बातचीत के दौरान ट्रंप ने कहा कि यूक्रेन जंग रोकने के लिए शुरू हुई बातचीत अब बहुत आगे बढ़ चुकी है। वहीं, स्टार्मर ने कहा कि यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि जंग पूरी तरह स्थायी हो और किसी एक पक्ष को इसका फायदा न हो।
स्टार्मर ने कड़ी टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, शांति वैसी नहीं हो सकती जो हमलावर को फायदा पहुंचाती हो या फिर ईरान जैसी शासन व्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देती हो। इतिहास को शांति निर्माता के पक्ष में होना चाहिए, आक्रमणकारी के पक्ष में नहीं।


रूस और यूक्रेन का हिंसक संघर्ष खत्म करने के मुद्दे पर स्टार्मर ने कहा, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के साथ आज एक योजना पर चर्चा हुई। इससे यूक्रेन को मदद मिलेगी। रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन को यूक्रेन में कार्रवाई के लिए वापस आने से रोकने के लिए यूक्रेन योजना बनाएगा। ब्रिटेन और अमेरिका पूरी ताकत के साथ मदद करेंगे।

जगदंबिका पाल ने ओम बिरला को सौंपी वक्फ विधेयक पर जेपीसी की रिपोर्ट, बजट सत्र में संसद में की जाएगी पेश

वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर संसद की जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी (JPC) ने गुरुवार को ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला को सौंप दी। इस दौरान जेपीसी अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल, निशिकांत दुबे सहित अन्य भाजपा सांसद मौजूद रहे। विपक्ष का कोई सांसद नजर नहीं आया।जेपीसी ने एक दिन पहले ही ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी दी थी। 16 सदस्यों ने इसके पक्ष में वोट डाला। वहीं 11 मेंबर्स ने विरोध किया। कमेटी में शामिल विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस बिल पर आपत्ति जताई।

  



समिति ने बुधवार को 655 पृष्ठों वाली इस रिपोर्ट को बहुमत से स्वीकार किया था, जिसमें बीजेपी के सदस्यों की ओर से दिए गए सुझाव को शामिल किया गया है। वहीं विपक्षी सदस्यों ने इसे असंवैधानिक बताया है। भाजपा सांसद जगदंबिका पाल की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति की रिपोर्ट को 11 के मुकाबले 15 मतों से मंजूरी दे दी गई। इस समिति की रिपोर्ट को विपक्षी सदस्यों ने असहमति के नोट दिए हैं। विपक्षी पार्टी के सदस्यों का आरोप है कि यह कदम वक्फ बोर्डों को बर्बाद कर देगा।


बजट सत्र में पेश की जाएगी रिपोर्ट
जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक पर अपनी रिपोर्ट बजट सत्र के दौरान पेश करेगी। संसद का बजट सत्र 31 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 4 अप्रैल तक चलेगा। सेंट्रल बजट 1 फरवरी को पेश किया जाएगा। वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक 2024 का मकसद डिजिटलीकरण, बेहतर ऑडिट, बेहतर पारदर्शिता और अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाली संपत्तियों को वापस लेने के लिए कानूनी सिस्टम में सुधारों को लाकर इन चुनौतियों को हल करना है।


8 अगस्त, 2024 को संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था
संसदीय कार्य और अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने 8 अगस्त को लोकसभा में वक्फ बिल 2024 पेश किया था। कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी समेत विपक्षी दलों ने इस बिल का विरोध करते हुए इसे मुस्लिम विरोधी बताया था। विपक्ष की आपत्ति और भारी विरोध के बीच ये बिल लोकसभा में बिना किसी चर्चा के जेपीसी को भेज दिया गया था। वक्फ बिल संशोधन पर बनी 31 सदस्यीय जेपीसी की पहली बैठक 22 अगस्त को हुई थी


जेपीसी में हंगामे के बाद निलंबित हुए थे 10 मेंबर्स
जेपीसी की 24 जनवरी को दिल्ली में हुई बैठक में विपक्षी सदस्यों ने हंगामा किया था। उन्होंने दावा किया कि उन्हें ड्राफ्ट में प्रस्तावित बदलावों पर रिसर्च के लिए पर्याप्त समय नहीं दिया गया। आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी दिल्ली चुनावों के कारण ध्यान में रखते हुए वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर रिपोर्ट को संसद में जल्दी पेश करने पर जोर दे रही है। टीएमसी सांसद कल्याण बनर्जी ने कहा कि समिति की कार्यवाही एक तमाशा बन गई है। समिति ने बनर्जी-ओवैसी सहित 10 विपक्षी सांसदों को एक दिन के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया।

*First-ever CAB U-16 Girl's School tournament gets underway*

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 


"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 


Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."


Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.


The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 


The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा हिंदी को तीसरी भाषा के रूप में लागू करने के लिए दो सरकारी प्रस्तावों को रद्द करने के बाद, उद्धव ठाकरे गुट (यूबीटी) और महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (एमएनएस) मुंबई के वर्ली डोम में एक संयुक्त रैली की। 'विजय रैली' मुंबई के वर्ली इलाके में एनएससीआई डोम में आयोजित की गई। जहां इन दोनों नेताओं ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार की तीन-भाषा नीति को वापस लेने की खुशी में लोगों को संबोधित किया।


जो काम बालासाहेब नहीं कर पाए, वो फडणवीस ने किया-राज ठाकरे
महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना (मनसे) के अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे ने कहा, मैंने अपने एक इंटरव्यू में कहा था कि मेरा महाराष्ट्र किसी भी राजनीति और लड़ाई से बड़ा है। आज 20 साल बाद मैं और उद्धव एक साथ आए हैं। जो काम बालासाहेब नहीं कर पाए, वो देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने किया... हम दोनों को साथ लाने का काम।


राज ठाकरे ने हिंदी भाषा को अनिवार्य बनाने पर उठाया सवाल
राज ठाकरे ने अपने भाषण में महाराष्ट्र में हिंदी भाषा को अनिवार्य बनाने पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार को ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए। कई राज्यों में हिंदी भाषा बोली जाती है लेकिन उन राज्यों का कोई विकास नहीं हुआ।150 साल मराठाओं ने भारत पर राज किया। राज ठाकरे ने कहा, नीति लागू करने से भाषा लागू नहीं होती। राज ठाकरे ने कहा, महाराष्ट्र को कोई तिरछी आंख से नहीं देख सकता।


अब हम एक हुए हैं, एक साथ रहने के लिए-उद्धव
विजय रैली को संबोधित करते हुए उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा, बहुत सालों के बाद मैं और राज ठाकरे एक मंच पर मिले। राज ठाकरे ने बहुत बेहतरीन भाषण दिया। उन्होंने आगे बड़ा सियासी संदेश दे दिया है। उन्होंने कहा, अब हम एक हुए हैं, एक साथ रहने के लिए। उद्धव ठाकरे ने आगे कहा, अभी तो चुनाव नहीं है, हमको बाल ठाकरे ने बताया था कि सत्ता आती है, जाती है, लेकिन अपनी ताकत एक साथ होने में होनी चाहिए। हमारी ताकत एकता में है। संकट आने पर हम सब एक हो जाते हैं। हम सबको एक रहना चाहिए।


उद्धव का बीजेपी पर निशाना
मंच से बीजेपी पर निशाना साधते हुए उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा, बीजेपी अफवाहों की फैक्टी है, बीजेपी की पॉलिसी यूज एंड थ्रो की है। बीजेपी पर अटैक करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, बीजेपी हमें क्या हिंदूत्व सिखाएगी। उन्होंने आगे कहा, न्याय के लिए हम बाहुबली बनने को तैयार है।

*Bhawanipore, East Bengal joint-winners of First Division Championship* 







 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Bhawanipore Club and East Bengal Club were announced joint winners after the First Division Championship final match ended in a draw on the fifth and final day at the Eden Gardens on Thursday. 


Vivek Singh was awarded the player of the match. 


In the summit clash, batting first, Bhawanipore Club scored a mammoth 643/6 decl in 170 overs in their first innings. 


Shakir Habib Gandhi (220), Vivek (176 not out), Abhishek Raman (93) were the star performers with the bat. 


In reply, East Bengal, in their first innings, were 243/8 in 106.4 overs, when heavy rain stopped play. 


With the weather showing no signs of improvement and as both the team’s first innings were not completed, the match was drawn and Bhawanipore & East Bengal were announced joint winners. 


For East Bengal, Satyaki Dutta (53), Kanishk Seth (48 not out) were the pick of the batters.


For Bhawanipore, Ravi Kumar bagged 3 for 60 while Anubhav Tyagi claimed 2 for 38.

छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के IAS अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली को केंद्र में मिली बड़ी जिम्मेदारी, कैबिनेट सचिवालय में बनाए गए जॉइंट सेक्रेटरी


रायपुर- भारत सरकार ने कैबिनेट सचिवालय में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक नियुक्ति करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली (बैच 2009) को संयुक्त सचिव (Joint Secretary) नियुक्त किया है। वर्तमान में वह कैबिनेट सचिवालय में निदेशक के पद पर कार्यरत हैं।
कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। तंबोली को यह नई जिम्मेदारी पांच वर्षों के कार्यकाल के लिए सौंपी गई है, जो 20 मार्च 2029 तक या अगले आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगी। वह इस पद पर एम.एस. श्रीकर (IAS, कर्नाटक कैडर, 1999) का स्थान लेंगे।
जानिए कौन हैं IAS अय्याज फकीरभाई तंबोली
IAS डॉक्टर तंबोली 2009 बैच के छत्तीसगढ़ कैडर के आईएएस हैं। उनका जन्म 23 दिसंबर 1981 को हुआ है। उन्होंने अपने दूसरे प्रयास में यूपीएससी 75 वीं रैंक के साथ क्रैक किया है। छत्तीसगढ़ में उनकी पहली पोस्टिंग बस्तर जिले के जगदलपुर नगर निगम में निगम आयुक्त के रूप में हुई। इस दौरान एसडीएम भी रहे। 2013 में हुए दुर्ग जिला पंचायत के सीईओ बने 2014 में उन्हें राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य मिशन का एमडी बनाया गया। अप्रैल 16 मे वे पहली बार बीजापुर जिले के कलेक्टर बने। 10 अगस्त 2018 से तंबोली ने बस्तर जिले की कलेक्टरी का प्रभार संभाला। तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार की महत्वपूर्ण योजना नरवा, गरुवा, घुरुवा, बाड़ी के विशेष सचिव रहें। बीजापुर में कलेक्टरी के दौरान अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के चलते प्रतिष्ठित रामनाथ गोयनका फाउंडेशन की ओर से डॉक्टर अय्याज फकीर भाई तंबोली को एकसलेंस इन गवर्नेंस अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया था।

*Bengal Pro T20 League men’s draft featured 802 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.


The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  


CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.


Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  


Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “I welcome to all the current office bearers, former office bearers, international players and all the franchises for the men’s draft of the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League. 


“I hope you will all witness an exciting draft process in the next few hours. I am sure we will have an even more successful Bengal Pro T20 League season this time,” Mr Ganguly added.

  *Bengal Pro T20 League Women’s draft featured 188 cricketers*

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: A total of 128 women players were drafted from a pool of 188 cricketers in the second edition of the Bengal Pro T20 League at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.


The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Rarh Tigers Burdwan| Birbhum, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Tigers, Murshidabad Kueens and Reshmi Medinipur Wizards.  


CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami, CAB Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das were present along with Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players and former office bearers. 


Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  


Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “A warm welcome to all former office bearers, international players, CAB members, all franchises for the women’s draft. The League has surely helped to uplift the standard of the game specially in the limited overs, the results in the last BCCI domestic season shows.

*CAB pays tribute to victims of Pahalgam terror attack*

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.


To honour those who lost their lives, a minute’s silence was observed before the start of play.


The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.


Present for the occasion were CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with other CAB officials and members. Also present was former Australia cricketer Brad Haddin.

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दोबारा अमेरिका का राष्ट्रपति चुने जाने के बाद वैश्विक नेताओं का वॉशिंगटन जाना शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में ब्रिटिश पीएम कीर स्टार्मर अमेरिका दौरे पर पहुंचे। ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री कीर स्टार्मर ने राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के साथ बैठक की। बैठक के बाद राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने व्हाइट हाउस में एक साझा प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। इस दौरान ट्रंप ने ब्रिटिश पीएम कीर स्टार्मर को चैलेंज करते हुए पूछ लिया कि क्या वे अकेले रूस का मुकाबला कर पाएंगे? पत्रकारों के सामने ट्रंप का यह सवाल सुनकर स्टार्मर चौंक गए।


गुरुवार को ट्रंप से मुलाकात के बाद दोनों ने जॉइंट प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। इस दौरान ट्रंप से सवाल पूछा गया था कि यदि यूक्रेन में ब्रिटिश सेना तैनात होती है तो क्या अमेरिका उनकी मदद करेगा? ट्रं ने पहले ‘नहीं’ कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि ब्रिटिश अपना ख्याल बहुत अच्छे से रख सकते हैं। कुछ ही देर बाद उन्होंने कहा कि यदि ब्रिटेन को मदद की जरूरत होगी तो अमेरिका उनका साथ देगा। फिर ट्रम्प, स्टार्मर की तरफ मुड़े और उनसे पूछ लिया- क्या आप अकेले रूस का मुकाबला कर पाएंगे? इस पर स्टार्मर कोई जवाब नहीं दे सके और मुस्कुराकर रह गए।


दरअसल, ओवल में व्हाइट हाउस में ब्रिटिश पीएम और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति प्रेस को संबोधित कर रहे थे और सवालों के जवाब दे रहे थे। इसी दौरान स्टारमर ने कहा, इतिहास को शांति स्थापित करने वाले के पक्ष में होना चाहिए, ना कि आक्रमणकारी के पक्ष में। यूके किसी समझौते का समर्थन करने के लिए जमीन पर सैनिक और एयरफोर्स विमान भेजने के लिए तैयार है। हम अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं क्योंकि यही एकमात्र तरीका है जिससे शांति बनी रहेगी। इसी दौरान ट्रंप ने सवाल किया, ‘…क्या आप अकेले रूस से मुकाबला कर सकते हैं? सवाल सुनते ही स्टार्मर झेंप जाते हैं।


वहीं, बातचीत के दौरान ट्रंप ने कहा कि यूक्रेन जंग रोकने के लिए शुरू हुई बातचीत अब बहुत आगे बढ़ चुकी है। वहीं, स्टार्मर ने कहा कि यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि जंग पूरी तरह स्थायी हो और किसी एक पक्ष को इसका फायदा न हो।
स्टार्मर ने कड़ी टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, शांति वैसी नहीं हो सकती जो हमलावर को फायदा पहुंचाती हो या फिर ईरान जैसी शासन व्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देती हो। इतिहास को शांति निर्माता के पक्ष में होना चाहिए, आक्रमणकारी के पक्ष में नहीं।


रूस और यूक्रेन का हिंसक संघर्ष खत्म करने के मुद्दे पर स्टार्मर ने कहा, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के साथ आज एक योजना पर चर्चा हुई। इससे यूक्रेन को मदद मिलेगी। रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन को यूक्रेन में कार्रवाई के लिए वापस आने से रोकने के लिए यूक्रेन योजना बनाएगा। ब्रिटेन और अमेरिका पूरी ताकत के साथ मदद करेंगे।

जगदंबिका पाल ने ओम बिरला को सौंपी वक्फ विधेयक पर जेपीसी की रिपोर्ट, बजट सत्र में संसद में की जाएगी पेश

वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर संसद की जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी (JPC) ने गुरुवार को ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला को सौंप दी। इस दौरान जेपीसी अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल, निशिकांत दुबे सहित अन्य भाजपा सांसद मौजूद रहे। विपक्ष का कोई सांसद नजर नहीं आया।जेपीसी ने एक दिन पहले ही ड्रॉफ्ट रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी दी थी। 16 सदस्यों ने इसके पक्ष में वोट डाला। वहीं 11 मेंबर्स ने विरोध किया। कमेटी में शामिल विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस बिल पर आपत्ति जताई।

  



समिति ने बुधवार को 655 पृष्ठों वाली इस रिपोर्ट को बहुमत से स्वीकार किया था, जिसमें बीजेपी के सदस्यों की ओर से दिए गए सुझाव को शामिल किया गया है। वहीं विपक्षी सदस्यों ने इसे असंवैधानिक बताया है। भाजपा सांसद जगदंबिका पाल की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति की रिपोर्ट को 11 के मुकाबले 15 मतों से मंजूरी दे दी गई। इस समिति की रिपोर्ट को विपक्षी सदस्यों ने असहमति के नोट दिए हैं। विपक्षी पार्टी के सदस्यों का आरोप है कि यह कदम वक्फ बोर्डों को बर्बाद कर देगा।


बजट सत्र में पेश की जाएगी रिपोर्ट
जॉइंट पार्लियामेंट्री कमेटी वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक पर अपनी रिपोर्ट बजट सत्र के दौरान पेश करेगी। संसद का बजट सत्र 31 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 4 अप्रैल तक चलेगा। सेंट्रल बजट 1 फरवरी को पेश किया जाएगा। वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक 2024 का मकसद डिजिटलीकरण, बेहतर ऑडिट, बेहतर पारदर्शिता और अवैध रूप से कब्जे वाली संपत्तियों को वापस लेने के लिए कानूनी सिस्टम में सुधारों को लाकर इन चुनौतियों को हल करना है।


8 अगस्त, 2024 को संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था
संसदीय कार्य और अल्पसंख्यक मामलों के मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने 8 अगस्त को लोकसभा में वक्फ बिल 2024 पेश किया था। कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी समेत विपक्षी दलों ने इस बिल का विरोध करते हुए इसे मुस्लिम विरोधी बताया था। विपक्ष की आपत्ति और भारी विरोध के बीच ये बिल लोकसभा में बिना किसी चर्चा के जेपीसी को भेज दिया गया था। वक्फ बिल संशोधन पर बनी 31 सदस्यीय जेपीसी की पहली बैठक 22 अगस्त को हुई थी


जेपीसी में हंगामे के बाद निलंबित हुए थे 10 मेंबर्स
जेपीसी की 24 जनवरी को दिल्ली में हुई बैठक में विपक्षी सदस्यों ने हंगामा किया था। उन्होंने दावा किया कि उन्हें ड्राफ्ट में प्रस्तावित बदलावों पर रिसर्च के लिए पर्याप्त समय नहीं दिया गया। आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी दिल्ली चुनावों के कारण ध्यान में रखते हुए वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर रिपोर्ट को संसद में जल्दी पेश करने पर जोर दे रही है। टीएमसी सांसद कल्याण बनर्जी ने कहा कि समिति की कार्यवाही एक तमाशा बन गई है। समिति ने बनर्जी-ओवैसी सहित 10 विपक्षी सांसदों को एक दिन के लिए सस्पेंड कर दिया।

*First-ever CAB U-16 Girl's School tournament gets underway*

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 


"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 


Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."


Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.


The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 


The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.
