श्रीलंका ने भारत के साथ निभाई दोस्ती, एक जानकारी साझा की और अरब सागर में जब्त किए गए 500 किलो ड्रग्स

भारत में ड्रग्स तस्करी का कारोबार बढ़ रहा है। इंटरनेशनल नारकोटिक कंट्रोल ब्यूरो के अनुसार भारत ड्रग्स सप्लाई का बड़ा रूट बनकर उभरा है। हालांकि, नशे के इस कारोबार पर शिकंजा करने का प्रयास लगातार जारी है। हाल के दिनों में देश में विभिन्न स्थानों पर बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स जब्त की गई है। इसी क्रम में भारतीय नौसेना ने श्रीलंकाई नौसेना के साथ संयुक्त अभियान में अरब सागर से 500 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स जब्त की है। जो ड्रग्स जब्त हुई है वह क्रिस्टल मेथ है। इस ड्रग्स को दो नावों से जब्त किया गया। वहीं जब्त की गई दोनों नौकाओं और उन पर सवार दोनों लोगों और ड्रग्स को श्रीलंका सरकार को सौंप दिया गया है, अब उनके खिलाफ आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

पूरे ऑपेरशन की जानकारी भारतीय नौसेना ने दी है।भारतीय नौसेना के मुताबिक श्रीलंका की नौसेना की तरफ से भारतीय नौसेना को एक मैसेज मिला कि अरब सागर श्रीलंका फ्लैग फिशिंग वेसेल के जरिए ड्रग की संभावित स्मगलिंग हो रही है। मैसेज मिलते ही नौसेना से तुरंत उस बोट को इंटरसेप्ट करने के लिए ऑपरेशन को लॉंच किया।

भारतीय नौसेना ने अपने लॉग रेंज मेरिटाइम पेट्रोल एयरक्राफ्ट पी8आई और ड्रोन को एरियल सर्विलांस के लिए लॉन्‍च किया। गुरुग्राम स्थित नौसेना के इनफार्मेशन फ्यूजन सेंटर से मिले इनपुट के बाद समुद्र में वॉरशिप को भी मूव किया। जिसके बाद 24-25 नवंबर को 2 श्रीलंकाई फिशिंग बोट को पहचाना गया, उसे रोका गया और पकड़ा गया। तलाशी के बाद उसमें से 500 किलोग्राम क्रिस्टल मेथ ड्रग बरामद की गई। दोनों बोट और उसमें पकड़े गए ड्रग और लोगों को आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए श्रीलंका के हवाले कर दिया गया।हाल ही में पकड़ी गई थी 5,500 किलो ड्रग्स
बता दें कि हाल ही में भारतीय तटरक्षक बल ने 5,500 किलो मेथाम्पटामिन ड्रग्स जब्त की थी, यह जब्ती अंडमान-निकोबार के समुद्री इलाके से की गई थी। तटरक्षक बल के एक पायलट ने रूटीन सर्विलांस के दौरान अंडमान निकोबार के बैरेन आइलैंड पर एक संदिग्ध नौका को देखा। चेतावनी के बाद भी जब क्रू ने नौका को भगाने की कोशिश की तो तटरक्षक बल ने कार्रवाई करते हुए नौका को जब्त कर लिया।

फरवरी में गुजरात तट से 3300 किलो ड्रग्स जब्त की गई थी
एंटी नारकोटिक्स एजेंसियों ने फरवरी में गुजरात तट पर 3300 किलो ड्रग्स जब्त की थी। अंडमान की जब्ती से पहले ये साल की सबसे बड़ी ड्रग्स जब्ती थी। नवंबर में एक ईरानी जहाज से 700 किलो ड्रग्स पकड़ी गई थी।भारत में बढ़ा ड्रग्स तस्करी का कारोबार
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, दुनियाभर में ड्रग्स तस्करी का मौजूदा बाजार करीब 650 अरब डॉलर का है, जो पूरी दुनिया में अवैध अर्थव्यवस्था का 30 प्रतिशत है। भारत का दुर्भाग्य ये है कि देश ड्रग्स तस्करी के गोल्डन ट्रायंगल (गोल्डन त्रिकोण) में फंसा हुआ है। म्यांमार, अफगानिस्तान के बाद अफीम का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक और हेरोइन का सबसे बड़ा सप्लायर है। इसके चलते म्यांमार से भारत के उत्तर पूर्वी राज्यों में ड्रग्स तस्करी बड़े पैमाने पर होती है। इसके अलावा अफगानिस्तान, पाकिस्तान और ईरान भी ड्रग्स तस्करी के लिए बदनाम हैं। इन तीनों देशों के अपराधी अपनी ड्रग्स भारत में खपाते हैं, साथ ही भारत के समुद्री इलाकों से बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स की तस्करी होती है और इसे पश्चिमी और दुनिया के अन्य देशों में भेजा जाता है। यही वजह है कि अक्सर भारत में बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स की जब्ती के मामले अक्सर सामने आते रहते हैं।

*Mayor's Cup off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens today*

 Khabar kolkata Sports Desk:  The Mayor's Cup 2024-25, jointly organised by CAB & KMC in association with KKR, featuring students from 64 schools got off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday, with CAB President Snehasish Ganguly sharing inspirational words and advice to all the participating teams in the tournament. 

Also present for the inauguration was MMIC KMC Mr Debasish Kumar. Before the inaugural match, CAB President Ganguly felicitated Mr Kumar. 

It was followed by CAB School Committee Chairman Sanjay Das felicitating CAB President Mr Ganguly. CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Koushik Mukherjee. CAB Hony Joint Secretary Debabrata Das was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Deep Chatterjee, while KKR representative Himanish Bhattacharjee was felicitated by CAB Medical Committee Chairman Pradip Kr Dey. The inauguration was well conducted by CAB Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick. Also present were Chairman of different CAB committees. 

As all the captains of the participating teams stood with placards of their school names, the toss took place between St Johns Public School and Patha Bhavan. It was followed by the national anthem in front of the CAB Club House and special KKR merchandise caps were handed over to all the players. St Johns Public School won the toss and elected to bat. 

Talking about the meet, Mr Ganguly said: "First of all, I would like to thank Mr Debasish Kumar for his presence here. I also thank KKR and KMC for their support. Through this tournament, I feel the next generation cricketers of India and Bengal will come forward."

"From this tournament, we had shortlisted a group of U-13 players who took part in a Vision camp. A lot of talents have come forward because of this tournament. I hope this year, too, this will be a success," Mr Ganguly added.

Mr. Kumar said, "At first, I would like to thank CAB for organizing a cricket tournament at the school level. I hope this tournament can produce more and more cricketers for the future. I also congratulate KKR for their support. I wish all the matches a success."

A total of 111 matches will be played in the tournament at different venues across the city. A total of 16 groups comprising 4 teams in each group will fight it out for the title. A total of 96 matches will be played in the group stage with 15 knockout matches. 

The semifinals and final will be a two-day affair.

It was followed by the national anthem in front of the CAB Club House and special KKR merchandise caps were handed over to all the players. St Johns Public School won the toss and elected to bat. 

Talking about the meet, Mr Ganguly said: "First of all, I would like to thank Mr Debasish Kumar for his presence here. I also thank KKR and KMC for their support. Through this tournament, I feel the next generation cricketers of India and Bengal will come forward."

"From this tournament, we had shortlisted a group of U-13 players who took part in a Vision camp. A lot of talents have come forward because of this tournament. I hope this year, too, this will be a success," Mr Ganguly added.

Mr. Kumar said, "At first, I would like to thank CAB for organizing a cricket tournament at the school level. I hope this tournament can produce more and more cricketers for the future. I also congratulate KKR for their support. I wish all the matches a success."

A total of 111 matches will be played in the tournament at different venues across the city. A total of 16 groups comprising 4 teams in each group will fight it out for the title. A total of 96 matches will be played in the group stage with 15 knockout matches. 

The semifinals and final will be a two-day affair.

"I wish all the players the best for the tournament. We have started the 2024-25 local CAB season early and well ahead of the normal schedule. I hope the J.C Mukherjee T20 tournament will be a competitive one," Mr Ganguly said before the start of Bhowanipore Club vs Kalighat Club match at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake.

Mr Ojha presented Easwaran with a silver plaque and congratulated the batsman for this incredible achievement. Mr Chakrabarty presented Easwaran with a shawl.

श्रीलंका ने भारत के साथ निभाई दोस्ती, एक जानकारी साझा की और अरब सागर में जब्त किए गए 500 किलो ड्रग्स

भारत में ड्रग्स तस्करी का कारोबार बढ़ रहा है। इंटरनेशनल नारकोटिक कंट्रोल ब्यूरो के अनुसार भारत ड्रग्स सप्लाई का बड़ा रूट बनकर उभरा है। हालांकि, नशे के इस कारोबार पर शिकंजा करने का प्रयास लगातार जारी है। हाल के दिनों में देश में विभिन्न स्थानों पर बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स जब्त की गई है। इसी क्रम में भारतीय नौसेना ने श्रीलंकाई नौसेना के साथ संयुक्त अभियान में अरब सागर से 500 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स जब्त की है। जो ड्रग्स जब्त हुई है वह क्रिस्टल मेथ है। इस ड्रग्स को दो नावों से जब्त किया गया। वहीं जब्त की गई दोनों नौकाओं और उन पर सवार दोनों लोगों और ड्रग्स को श्रीलंका सरकार को सौंप दिया गया है, अब उनके खिलाफ आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

पूरे ऑपेरशन की जानकारी भारतीय नौसेना ने दी है।भारतीय नौसेना के मुताबिक श्रीलंका की नौसेना की तरफ से भारतीय नौसेना को एक मैसेज मिला कि अरब सागर श्रीलंका फ्लैग फिशिंग वेसेल के जरिए ड्रग की संभावित स्मगलिंग हो रही है। मैसेज मिलते ही नौसेना से तुरंत उस बोट को इंटरसेप्ट करने के लिए ऑपरेशन को लॉंच किया।

भारतीय नौसेना ने अपने लॉग रेंज मेरिटाइम पेट्रोल एयरक्राफ्ट पी8आई और ड्रोन को एरियल सर्विलांस के लिए लॉन्‍च किया। गुरुग्राम स्थित नौसेना के इनफार्मेशन फ्यूजन सेंटर से मिले इनपुट के बाद समुद्र में वॉरशिप को भी मूव किया। जिसके बाद 24-25 नवंबर को 2 श्रीलंकाई फिशिंग बोट को पहचाना गया, उसे रोका गया और पकड़ा गया। तलाशी के बाद उसमें से 500 किलोग्राम क्रिस्टल मेथ ड्रग बरामद की गई। दोनों बोट और उसमें पकड़े गए ड्रग और लोगों को आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए श्रीलंका के हवाले कर दिया गया।हाल ही में पकड़ी गई थी 5,500 किलो ड्रग्स
बता दें कि हाल ही में भारतीय तटरक्षक बल ने 5,500 किलो मेथाम्पटामिन ड्रग्स जब्त की थी, यह जब्ती अंडमान-निकोबार के समुद्री इलाके से की गई थी। तटरक्षक बल के एक पायलट ने रूटीन सर्विलांस के दौरान अंडमान निकोबार के बैरेन आइलैंड पर एक संदिग्ध नौका को देखा। चेतावनी के बाद भी जब क्रू ने नौका को भगाने की कोशिश की तो तटरक्षक बल ने कार्रवाई करते हुए नौका को जब्त कर लिया।

फरवरी में गुजरात तट से 3300 किलो ड्रग्स जब्त की गई थी
एंटी नारकोटिक्स एजेंसियों ने फरवरी में गुजरात तट पर 3300 किलो ड्रग्स जब्त की थी। अंडमान की जब्ती से पहले ये साल की सबसे बड़ी ड्रग्स जब्ती थी। नवंबर में एक ईरानी जहाज से 700 किलो ड्रग्स पकड़ी गई थी।भारत में बढ़ा ड्रग्स तस्करी का कारोबार
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, दुनियाभर में ड्रग्स तस्करी का मौजूदा बाजार करीब 650 अरब डॉलर का है, जो पूरी दुनिया में अवैध अर्थव्यवस्था का 30 प्रतिशत है। भारत का दुर्भाग्य ये है कि देश ड्रग्स तस्करी के गोल्डन ट्रायंगल (गोल्डन त्रिकोण) में फंसा हुआ है। म्यांमार, अफगानिस्तान के बाद अफीम का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक और हेरोइन का सबसे बड़ा सप्लायर है। इसके चलते म्यांमार से भारत के उत्तर पूर्वी राज्यों में ड्रग्स तस्करी बड़े पैमाने पर होती है। इसके अलावा अफगानिस्तान, पाकिस्तान और ईरान भी ड्रग्स तस्करी के लिए बदनाम हैं। इन तीनों देशों के अपराधी अपनी ड्रग्स भारत में खपाते हैं, साथ ही भारत के समुद्री इलाकों से बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स की तस्करी होती है और इसे पश्चिमी और दुनिया के अन्य देशों में भेजा जाता है। यही वजह है कि अक्सर भारत में बड़े पैमाने पर ड्रग्स की जब्ती के मामले अक्सर सामने आते रहते हैं।

*Mayor's Cup off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens today*

 Khabar kolkata Sports Desk:  The Mayor's Cup 2024-25, jointly organised by CAB & KMC in association with KKR, featuring students from 64 schools got off to a colourful start at the Eden Gardens on Tuesday, with CAB President Snehasish Ganguly sharing inspirational words and advice to all the participating teams in the tournament. 

Also present for the inauguration was MMIC KMC Mr Debasish Kumar. Before the inaugural match, CAB President Ganguly felicitated Mr Kumar. 

It was followed by CAB School Committee Chairman Sanjay Das felicitating CAB President Mr Ganguly. CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Koushik Mukherjee. CAB Hony Joint Secretary Debabrata Das was felicitated by CAB School Committee member Deep Chatterjee, while KKR representative Himanish Bhattacharjee was felicitated by CAB Medical Committee Chairman Pradip Kr Dey. The inauguration was well conducted by CAB Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick. Also present were Chairman of different CAB committees. 

As all the captains of the participating teams stood with placards of their school names, the toss took place between St Johns Public School and Patha Bhavan. It was followed by the national anthem in front of the CAB Club House and special KKR merchandise caps were handed over to all the players. St Johns Public School won the toss and elected to bat. 

Talking about the meet, Mr Ganguly said: "First of all, I would like to thank Mr Debasish Kumar for his presence here. I also thank KKR and KMC for their support. Through this tournament, I feel the next generation cricketers of India and Bengal will come forward."

"From this tournament, we had shortlisted a group of U-13 players who took part in a Vision camp. A lot of talents have come forward because of this tournament. I hope this year, too, this will be a success," Mr Ganguly added.

Mr. Kumar said, "At first, I would like to thank CAB for organizing a cricket tournament at the school level. I hope this tournament can produce more and more cricketers for the future. I also congratulate KKR for their support. I wish all the matches a success."

A total of 111 matches will be played in the tournament at different venues across the city. A total of 16 groups comprising 4 teams in each group will fight it out for the title. A total of 96 matches will be played in the group stage with 15 knockout matches. 

The semifinals and final will be a two-day affair.

চন্দননগরকে ছাপিয়ে জগদ্দল এবারেও ভিড় কেড়েছে জগদ্ধাত্রী পুজোয়
 *নিউজ ব্যুরো:* রাজ্যের সেরা আলোকসজ্জা থেকে জগদ্ধাত্রী ঠাকুর চন্দননগরে বিখ্যাত।কিন্তু দিন যত যাচ্ছে ওপারকে ছাপিয়ে উত্তর ২৪ পরগনার জগদ্দল ও ভাটপাড়া টেক্কা দিয়ে এপারের জগদ্ধাত্রী ঠাকুর বিখ্যাত হতে চলেছে। যেমন আলোকসজ্জা, তেমনি মাতৃরূপ নজর কেড়ে নিয়েছে দর্শকদের। পূজার শুরুর দিন থেকেই জনজোয়ারে ভাসছে জগদ্দল ও ভাটপাড়ার জগদ্ধাত্রী পুজো মণ্ডপে। তবে কোথাও ইসরো যান কোথাও থিম সব মিলিয়ে জমজমাট।

 *Khabar kolkata sports Desk*: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly wished all the players good luck as CAB local cricket season commenced in the city on Monday with the J.C Mukherjee T20 tournament.
  

  
"I wish all the players the best for the tournament. We have started the 2024-25 local CAB season early and well ahead of the normal schedule. I hope the J.C Mukherjee T20 tournament will be a competitive one," Mr Ganguly said before the start of Bhowanipore Club vs Kalighat Club match at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake. 
  

  
Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das, CAB Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Suvankar Ghosh Dastidar, CAB Tournament Committee Chairman Nitish Ranjan Dutta, CAB Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick, CAB Medical Committee Chairman Pradip Kr Dey and other CAB Members.

CAB felicitates Easwaran on 100th First-Class match achievement

 *Desk:* CAB on Friday felicitated Bengal star opener Abhimanyu Easwaran, commemorating his achievement of playing in 100th First-Class match.
  

  
CAB Hony Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Vice-President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Hony Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty and CAB Hony Joint Secretary Debabrata Das felicitated Easwaran at the Bengal Cricket Academy in Kalyani.
  

  
Mr Ojha presented Easwaran with a silver plaque and congratulated the batsman for this incredible achievement. Mr Chakrabarty presented Easwaran with a shawl. 
  

  
"We congratulate Abhimanyu for this incredible achievement. He has been in top form recently. We wish him best for the forthcoming matches. We hope he plays and brings success for India for a long time," Mr Ojha said.
  

  
Easwaran was thrilled on being felicitated by CAB. He said, "I thank CAB for honouring me on my 100th First-Class match. I will aim to keep performing for my team."
  

  
Srimanta Mallick, Chairman CAB Observer Committee, conducted the felicitation perfectly. Mr Mallick heaped praise on Easwaran for achieving the feat. 
  

  
Bengal head coach Laxmi Ratan Shukla also congratulated Easwaran. The entire Bengal and Bihar team were present for the felicitation. All the players, support staff present applauded Easwaran's achievement.
