केंद्र सरकार ने दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता को दी गई जेड श्रेणी की सीआरपीएफ सुरक्षा को वापस ले लिया है। यह सुरक्षा उन्हें कुछ दिन पहले एक हमले के बाद दी गई थी। अब उनकी सुरक्षा का जिम्मा फिर से दिल्ली पुलिस को सौंपा गया है। बता दें कि रेखा गुप्ता पर 20 अगस्त की सुबह सिविल लाइंस में उनके कैंप कार्यालय में 'जन सुनवाई' कार्यक्रम के दौरान एक व्यक्ति ने हमला किया था। 

  


हमले के बाद बढ़ाई गई थी सुरक्षा
मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता पर 20 अगस्त को उनके कार्यालय में ‘जन सुनवाई’ कार्यक्रम के दौरान हमला हुआ था। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने इस हमले को उनकी हत्या की सुनियोजित साजिश का हिस्सा बताया था। इस घटना के एक दिन बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों को दी जाने वाली सीआरपीएफ की ‘वीआईपी’ सुरक्षा शाखा को केंद्र के ‘जेड’ श्रेणी सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल के तहत उन्हें सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया था।

चार दिन में सरकार का यू टर्न
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, केंद्र सरकार ने पहले सीआरपीएफ सुरक्षा देने का आदेश तैयार किया था, लेकिन बाद में योजना बदली गई और कवर हटाने के आदेश जारी कर दिए गए। अब दिल्ली पुलिस सीएम गुप्ता की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा संभालेगी।

5 अगस्त को भारत के संविधान से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाए जाने के भारत सरकार के फैसले को 6 साल पूरे होने वाले हैं। जिसे लेकर नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के अध्यक्ष डॉ. फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने केंद्र सरकार पर तीखा हमला बोला है। एनसी के प्रमुख पारूख अब्दुल्ला ने जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाए जाने को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा। हालांकि इस दौरान आतंकवाद को लेकर उनकी जुबान फिसल गई। उन्होंने कहा कि आतंकवाद न खत्म हुआ है और ना ही खत्म होगा।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के कुलगाम में जारी मुठभेड़ पर फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि आतंकवाद खत्म नहीं होगा। मैंने कभी नहीं कहा कि आतंकवाद पूरी तरह खत्म हो गया है, लेकिन जो लोग मानते हैं कि आतंकवाद खत्म हो जाएगा, मैं उन्हें इसी वक्त चुनौती देता हूं। जब तक हमारे पड़ोसियों के साथ हमारे रिश्ते बेहतर नहीं हो जाते, तब तक आतंकवाद खत्म नहीं होगा।

जो लोग ये कहते थे कि अनुच्छेद 370 आतंकवाद के लिए जिम्मेदार है, वो कई सालों तक यहां प्रभारी थे। पहलगाम हमले से पहले उन्होंने दावा किया था कि उन्होंने सभी आतंकी शिविरों को खत्म कर दिया है। फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने आगे कहा कि यहां तक कि उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि पड़ोसी के साथ चल रहे मौजूदा युद्ध में आतंकवादियों को पीछे धकेल दिया गया है। तो फिर अब कुलगाम में मुठभेड़ कैसे हो रही है?

मुझे शांति आती नहीं दिख रही- अब्दुल्ला
अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि संघर्ष से बाहर निकलने का रास्ता खोजने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे शांति आती नहीं दिख रही है। मुझे लगता है कि हम यह सोचकर मूर्खों के स्वर्ग में जी रहे हैं कि रातोंरात शांति आ जाएगी। हमारे पास एक मजबूत पड़ोसी है। चाहे वह चीन हो या पाकिस्तान। किसी तरह हमें एक रास्ता खोजना होगा। युद्ध कोई रास्ता नहीं है। अंत में आपको एक कलम का उपयोग करना होगा और चीजों पर चर्चा करनी होगी। इससे हमें क्या नुकसान होता है?

पूछा-जम्मू-कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा कब मिलेगा?
5 अगस्त को जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 और 35A हटाए जाने को छह साल होने जा रहे हैं, जिसे लेकर फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने मीडिया से बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा कब वापस मिलेगा? उन्होंने (भाजपा ने) पिछले छह सालों में जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुधार के नाम पर क्या किया है? मुझे ये पूरा भरोसा है कि एक दिन उनको ये फैसला करना ही पड़ेगा। इसके अलावा कोई और रास्ता नहीं। यहां (जम्मू-कश्मीर में) राजभवन में एक वायसराय बैठे हैं, लेकिन मुख्य व्यक्ति राजभवन में बैठे वायसराय ही हैं। इस व्यवस्था को बदलने का समय आ गया है। यह एक लोकतांत्रिक देश है।

संसद का मॉनसून सत्र जल्द ही शुरू होने वाला है। संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 2025 से शुरू होने जा रहा है। ये सत्र 21 अगस्त तक चलेगा। इस सत्र में केंद्र सरकार कई महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक पेश करने की तैयारी में है। वहीं, विपक्ष भी विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सरकार को घेरने की रणनीति बना चुका है।

  


नया आयकर विधेयक पारित कराने की तैयारी
खबर है कि केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार इस मॉनसून सत्र में नया आयकर विधेयक को संसद की मंजूरी दिलाने की तैयारी में है। यह विधेयक पिछले सत्र में पेश हुआ था और फिर संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था. सरकार की तरफ से वित्त मंत्री ने फरवरी में संसद में बताया था कि नया विधेयक 1961 के आयकर अधिनियम की जटिलताओं को दूर करेगा और इसे आम लोगों के लिए समझना आसान बनाएगा. यदि यह विधेयक इस सत्र में पारित हो जाता है तो यह कानून 1 अप्रैल 2026 से प्रभावी होगा 

जस्टिस वर्मा पर महाभियोग का प्रस्ताव
इसके साथ ही आठ नए विधेयकों को भी पेश किया जाएगा। लोकसभा की एक आंतरिक बुलेटिन के अनुसार, इनमें खेलों में नैतिक आचरण और सुशासन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रशासन विधेयक और देश की भू-वैज्ञानिक विरासत के संरक्षण से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक भी शामिल है। इसके अलावा, हाईकोर्ट के जज जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के खिलाफ महाभियोग प्रस्ताव भी संसद में लाया जा सकता है। घर में भारी मात्रा में नकदी मिलने के बाद जस्टिस वर्मा सवालों के घेरे में हैं।

संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 2025 से शुरू होने जा रहा है। ये सत्र 21 अगस्त तक चलेगा। आपको बता दें कि मॉनसून सत्र पहले 12 अगस्त को खत्म होने वाला था। हालांकि, सरकार ने इसे एक हफ्ते के लिए बढ़ा दिया है। सत्र के दौरान कई अहम बिल पेश होने की उम्मीद है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस समेत तमाम विपक्षी दल भी मॉनसून सत्र में कई मुद्दों पर सरकार को घेरने की तैयारी में हैं। इनमें बिहार में विशेष मतदाता सूची संशोधन, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दावे प्रमुख हो सकते हैं। कांग्रेस संसदीय दल की नेता सोनिया गांधी ने क दिन पहले ही 15 जुलाई को मानसून सत्र के लिए पार्टी की रणनीति तय करने के लिए एक अहम बैठक भी बुलाई थी।

2021 में लागू हुआ था तालिबानी शासन
तालिबान का शासन 2021 में अफगानिस्तान में लागू हुआ था। तालिबान ने अगस्त 2021 में अमेरिकी और नाटो बलों की वापसी के बाद अफगानिस्तान पर कब्जा कर लिया था। जिसके बाद से वह देश पर शासन कर रहा है। हालांकि, उसे अभी तक किसी देश ने उसकी सरकार को मान्यता नहीं दी थी।

भारत सरकार ने जनगणना को लेकर औपचारिक ऐलान कर दिया है। गृह मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को इसकी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी, जिसके बाद अब जनगणना की तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने का काम शुरू हो गया है।सरकारी बयान के अनुसार, यह जनगणना पूरी तरह डिजिटल होगी। 

16 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होंगे मोबाइल एप
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इसकी घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि जनगणना 2027 में होगी और इसे 2 चरणों में कराई जाएगी। इसके लिए लोगों से हर स्तर पर जानकारी ली जाएगी। मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन का उपयोग करते हुए यह डिजिटल माध्यम से कराई जाएगी। इसके लिए मोबाइल एप तैयार किए जाएंगे और उसी में जनगणना से जुड़ी सभी जानकारी एकत्र की जाएगी। एप 16 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होंगे।

पहली बार जाति गणना
गृह मंत्री शाह ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट में कहा था, 16वीं जनगणना में पहली बार जाति गणना शामिल होगी। 34 लाख गणक और सुपरवाइजर, 1.3 लाख जनगणना पदाधिकारी आधुनिक मोबाइल और डिजिटल उपकरणों के साथ यह कार्य करेंगे। केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख और हिमाचल प्रदेश व उत्तराखंड में 1 अक्तूबर, 2026 से और देश के बाकी हिस्से में 1 मार्च, 2027 से जातियों की गणना और जनगणना का कार्य शुरू होगा।

13 फरवरी से मणिपुर में लागू है राष्ट्रपति शासन
बता दें कि मणिपुर में एन. बीरेन सिंह की सरकार 9 फरवरी 2025 को उनके इस्तीफे के साथ गिर गई थी।मई 2023 से मैतेई और कुकी समुदायों के बीच राज्‍य में जातीय हिंसा जारी है, जिसमें 250 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इस मुद्दे पर उनकी सरकार पर दबाव बढ़ा। विपक्ष और भाजपा के 19 विधायकों ने उनके खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव की तैयारी की, जिसके डर से बीरेन ने इस्तीफा दे दिया। इसके बाद 13 फरवरी 2025 को मणिपुर में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू हुआ। ऐसा इस‍लिए हुआ क्‍योंकि भाजपा नया मुख्यमंत्री नहीं चुन पाई थी।

मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता पर 20 अगस्त को उनके कार्यालय में ‘जन सुनवाई’ कार्यक्रम के दौरान हमला हुआ था। मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने इस हमले को उनकी हत्या की सुनियोजित साजिश का हिस्सा बताया था। इस घटना के एक दिन बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों को दी जाने वाली सीआरपीएफ की ‘वीआईपी’ सुरक्षा शाखा को केंद्र के ‘जेड’ श्रेणी सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल के तहत उन्हें सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया था।

चार दिन में सरकार का यू टर्न
सूत्रों के मुताबिक, केंद्र सरकार ने पहले सीआरपीएफ सुरक्षा देने का आदेश तैयार किया था, लेकिन बाद में योजना बदली गई और कवर हटाने के आदेश जारी कर दिए गए। अब दिल्ली पुलिस सीएम गुप्ता की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा संभालेगी।

5 अगस्त को भारत के संविधान से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाए जाने के भारत सरकार के फैसले को 6 साल पूरे होने वाले हैं। जिसे लेकर नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के अध्यक्ष डॉ. फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने केंद्र सरकार पर तीखा हमला बोला है। एनसी के प्रमुख पारूख अब्दुल्ला ने जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाए जाने को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा। हालांकि इस दौरान आतंकवाद को लेकर उनकी जुबान फिसल गई। उन्होंने कहा कि आतंकवाद न खत्म हुआ है और ना ही खत्म होगा।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के कुलगाम में जारी मुठभेड़ पर फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि आतंकवाद खत्म नहीं होगा। मैंने कभी नहीं कहा कि आतंकवाद पूरी तरह खत्म हो गया है, लेकिन जो लोग मानते हैं कि आतंकवाद खत्म हो जाएगा, मैं उन्हें इसी वक्त चुनौती देता हूं। जब तक हमारे पड़ोसियों के साथ हमारे रिश्ते बेहतर नहीं हो जाते, तब तक आतंकवाद खत्म नहीं होगा।

जो लोग ये कहते थे कि अनुच्छेद 370 आतंकवाद के लिए जिम्मेदार है, वो कई सालों तक यहां प्रभारी थे। पहलगाम हमले से पहले उन्होंने दावा किया था कि उन्होंने सभी आतंकी शिविरों को खत्म कर दिया है। फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने आगे कहा कि यहां तक कि उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि पड़ोसी के साथ चल रहे मौजूदा युद्ध में आतंकवादियों को पीछे धकेल दिया गया है। तो फिर अब कुलगाम में मुठभेड़ कैसे हो रही है?

मुझे शांति आती नहीं दिख रही- अब्दुल्ला
अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि संघर्ष से बाहर निकलने का रास्ता खोजने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे शांति आती नहीं दिख रही है। मुझे लगता है कि हम यह सोचकर मूर्खों के स्वर्ग में जी रहे हैं कि रातोंरात शांति आ जाएगी। हमारे पास एक मजबूत पड़ोसी है। चाहे वह चीन हो या पाकिस्तान। किसी तरह हमें एक रास्ता खोजना होगा। युद्ध कोई रास्ता नहीं है। अंत में आपको एक कलम का उपयोग करना होगा और चीजों पर चर्चा करनी होगी। इससे हमें क्या नुकसान होता है?

पूछा-जम्मू-कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा कब मिलेगा?
5 अगस्त को जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 और 35A हटाए जाने को छह साल होने जा रहे हैं, जिसे लेकर फारूक अब्दुल्ला ने मीडिया से बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा कब वापस मिलेगा? उन्होंने (भाजपा ने) पिछले छह सालों में जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुधार के नाम पर क्या किया है? मुझे ये पूरा भरोसा है कि एक दिन उनको ये फैसला करना ही पड़ेगा। इसके अलावा कोई और रास्ता नहीं। यहां (जम्मू-कश्मीर में) राजभवन में एक वायसराय बैठे हैं, लेकिन मुख्य व्यक्ति राजभवन में बैठे वायसराय ही हैं। इस व्यवस्था को बदलने का समय आ गया है। यह एक लोकतांत्रिक देश है।

संसद का मॉनसून सत्र जल्द ही शुरू होने वाला है। संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 2025 से शुरू होने जा रहा है। ये सत्र 21 अगस्त तक चलेगा। इस सत्र में केंद्र सरकार कई महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक पेश करने की तैयारी में है। वहीं, विपक्ष भी विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सरकार को घेरने की रणनीति बना चुका है।

  


नया आयकर विधेयक पारित कराने की तैयारी
खबर है कि केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार इस मॉनसून सत्र में नया आयकर विधेयक को संसद की मंजूरी दिलाने की तैयारी में है। यह विधेयक पिछले सत्र में पेश हुआ था और फिर संयुक्त संसदीय समिति को भेजा गया था. सरकार की तरफ से वित्त मंत्री ने फरवरी में संसद में बताया था कि नया विधेयक 1961 के आयकर अधिनियम की जटिलताओं को दूर करेगा और इसे आम लोगों के लिए समझना आसान बनाएगा. यदि यह विधेयक इस सत्र में पारित हो जाता है तो यह कानून 1 अप्रैल 2026 से प्रभावी होगा 

जस्टिस वर्मा पर महाभियोग का प्रस्ताव
इसके साथ ही आठ नए विधेयकों को भी पेश किया जाएगा। लोकसभा की एक आंतरिक बुलेटिन के अनुसार, इनमें खेलों में नैतिक आचरण और सुशासन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रशासन विधेयक और देश की भू-वैज्ञानिक विरासत के संरक्षण से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक भी शामिल है। इसके अलावा, हाईकोर्ट के जज जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा के खिलाफ महाभियोग प्रस्ताव भी संसद में लाया जा सकता है। घर में भारी मात्रा में नकदी मिलने के बाद जस्टिस वर्मा सवालों के घेरे में हैं।

क्या है मॉनसून सत्र का शेड्यूल?
संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से 2025 से शुरू होने जा रहा है। ये सत्र 21 अगस्त तक चलेगा। आपको बता दें कि मॉनसून सत्र पहले 12 अगस्त को खत्म होने वाला था। हालांकि, सरकार ने इसे एक हफ्ते के लिए बढ़ा दिया है। सत्र के दौरान कई अहम बिल पेश होने की उम्मीद है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस समेत तमाम विपक्षी दल भी मॉनसून सत्र में कई मुद्दों पर सरकार को घेरने की तैयारी में हैं। इनमें बिहार में विशेष मतदाता सूची संशोधन, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दावे प्रमुख हो सकते हैं। कांग्रेस संसदीय दल की नेता सोनिया गांधी ने क दिन पहले ही 15 जुलाई को मानसून सत्र के लिए पार्टी की रणनीति तय करने के लिए एक अहम बैठक भी बुलाई थी।

रूस ने अफगानिस्तान की तालिबान सरकार को मान्यता दे दी है। ऐसा करने वाला वह पहला देश है।वर्ष 2021 में तालिबान के सत्ता में आने के बाद से अफगानिस्तान में उसकी सरकार को औपचारिक रूप से अभी तक अन्य किसी भी देश ने मान्यता नहीं दी है। मगर अब रूस ऐसा करने वाला दुनिया का पहला देश बन गया। इसके साथ ही मॉस्को ने तालिबान को अपने प्रतिबंधित संगठनों की सूची से भी हटा दिया।

रूसी विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया कि उसने अफगानिस्तान के नए राजदूत गुल हसन हसन से प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त किया है। मंत्रालय ने कहा कि अफगान सरकार की आधिकारिक मान्यता द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को बढ़ावा देगी। रूसी विदेश मंत्रालय ने एक बयान में कहा हमारा मानना है कि अफगानिस्तान के इस्लामी अमीरात की सरकार को आधिकारिक मान्यता देने से हमारे देशों के बीच विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्पादक द्विपक्षीय सहयोग के विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

वहीं, अफगानिस्तान के विदेश मंत्रालय ने इसे ऐतिहासिक कदम बताया और तालिबान के विदेश मंत्री अमीर खान मुत्ताकी ने इस निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए इसे “अन्य देशों के लिए एक अच्छा उदाहरण” कहा। अफगानिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री आमिर खान मुत्ताकी ने अफगानिस्तान में रूस के राजदूत दिमित्री झिरनोव के साथ काबुल में बैठक की। एक्स पर बैठक का वीडियो पोस्ट करते हुए मुत्ताकी ने कहा, यह साहसी निर्णय दूसरों के लिए उदाहरण होगा। अब जब मान्यता की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है तो रूस सभी से आगे है। मुत्ताकी ने कहा, 'यह हमारे संबंधों के इतिहास में एक बड़ा मील का पत्थर है।

2021 में लागू हुआ था तालिबानी शासन
तालिबान का शासन 2021 में अफगानिस्तान में लागू हुआ था। तालिबान ने अगस्त 2021 में अमेरिकी और नाटो बलों की वापसी के बाद अफगानिस्तान पर कब्जा कर लिया था। जिसके बाद से वह देश पर शासन कर रहा है। हालांकि, उसे अभी तक किसी देश ने उसकी सरकार को मान्यता नहीं दी थी।

भारत सरकार ने जनगणना को लेकर औपचारिक ऐलान कर दिया है। गृह मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को इसकी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी, जिसके बाद अब जनगणना की तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने का काम शुरू हो गया है।सरकारी बयान के अनुसार, यह जनगणना पूरी तरह डिजिटल होगी। 

16 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होंगे मोबाइल एप
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इसकी घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि जनगणना 2027 में होगी और इसे 2 चरणों में कराई जाएगी। इसके लिए लोगों से हर स्तर पर जानकारी ली जाएगी। मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन का उपयोग करते हुए यह डिजिटल माध्यम से कराई जाएगी। इसके लिए मोबाइल एप तैयार किए जाएंगे और उसी में जनगणना से जुड़ी सभी जानकारी एकत्र की जाएगी। एप 16 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होंगे।

पहली बार जाति गणना
गृह मंत्री शाह ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट में कहा था, 16वीं जनगणना में पहली बार जाति गणना शामिल होगी। 34 लाख गणक और सुपरवाइजर, 1.3 लाख जनगणना पदाधिकारी आधुनिक मोबाइल और डिजिटल उपकरणों के साथ यह कार्य करेंगे। केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख और हिमाचल प्रदेश व उत्तराखंड में 1 अक्तूबर, 2026 से और देश के बाकी हिस्से में 1 मार्च, 2027 से जातियों की गणना और जनगणना का कार्य शुरू होगा।

मणिपुर से हटेगा राष्ट्रपति शासन? बीजेपी ने राज्यपाल से मिल 44 विधायकों के समर्थन का किया दावा

मणिपुर में एक बार फिर राजनीति हलचल देखी जा रही है। मणिपुर में 10 विधायकों ने बुधवार को राज्यपाल अजय कुमार भल्ला से मिलकर सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया है। इनमें 8 भाजपा, एनपीपी और निर्दलीय के एक-एक विधायक हैं। इन्होंने दावा किया है इनके पास 44 विधायकों का समर्थन है।

  


विधायक राधेश्याम ने इस मुलाकात के बाद घोषणा की कि 44 विधायकों का समर्थन प्राप्त है, जो एक लोकप्रिय और स्थिर सरकार बनाने के लिए तैयार हैं।विधायक राधेश्याम ने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा, हमारे पास 44 विधायकों का समर्थन है, और सभी भाजपा विधायक एकजुट होकर जनता की इच्छा के अनुरूप सरकार बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। हम राज्यपाल से अनुरोध करते हैं कि वे हमारे बहुमत को मान्यता दें और शीघ्र कार्रवाई करें।

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने 44 विधायकों से मुलाकात की
बीजेपी नेता राधेश्याम सिंह ने कहा, यह बताना कि हम तैयार हैं, सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश करने जैसा है। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष सत्यव्रत ने 44 विधायकों से व्यक्तिगत और संयुक्त रूप से मुलाकात की है। किसी ने भी नई सरकार के गठन का विरोध नहीं किया है। उन्होंने कहा, लोगों को बहुत अधिक कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पिछले कार्यकाल में कोविड के कारण दो साल बर्बाद हो गए थे और इस कार्यकाल में संघर्ष के कारण दो और साल बर्बाद हो गए हैं।

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के बुलावे पर दिल्ली रवाना
दूसरी तरफ, विधानसभा अध्यक्ष सत्यव्रत केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के बुलावे पर दिल्ली रवाना हो गए हैं। जल्द ही सरकार बनाने पर आलाकमान का फैसला आ सकता है। मणिपुर में 60 विधानसभा सीटें हैं। सरकार बनाने के लिए बहुमत का आंकड़ा 31 है।

13 फरवरी से मणिपुर में लागू है राष्ट्रपति शासन
बता दें कि मणिपुर में एन. बीरेन सिंह की सरकार 9 फरवरी 2025 को उनके इस्तीफे के साथ गिर गई थी।मई 2023 से मैतेई और कुकी समुदायों के बीच राज्‍य में जातीय हिंसा जारी है, जिसमें 250 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इस मुद्दे पर उनकी सरकार पर दबाव बढ़ा। विपक्ष और भाजपा के 19 विधायकों ने उनके खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव की तैयारी की, जिसके डर से बीरेन ने इस्तीफा दे दिया। इसके बाद 13 फरवरी 2025 को मणिपुर में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू हुआ। ऐसा इस‍लिए हुआ क्‍योंकि भाजपा नया मुख्यमंत्री नहीं चुन पाई थी।
