देश में ऑनलाइन पाइरेसी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म टेलिग्राम (Telegram) के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाया है। सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने टेलीग्राम को नोटिस जारी कर पायरेटेड फिल्मों और ओटीटी कंटेंट की शेयरिंग पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगाने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया है।

15 दिनों के भीतर रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश
सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने टेलीग्राम को नोटिस जारी कर 15 दिनों के भीतर अपनी एंटी-पाइरेसी व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने और इस पर की गई कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश दिया है। सरकार का कहना है कि प्लेटफॉर्म पर बड़ी संख्या में पाइरेटेड फिल्में, ओटीटी कंटेंट और कई कॉपीराइट कंटेंट शेयर किए जा रहे हैं जिससे फिल्म इंडस्ट्री और क्रिएटर इकोनॉमी को भारी नुकसान हो रहा है।

कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन सामान्य कानूनी विवाद नहीं
सरकार ने टेलीग्राम को याद दिलाया है कि कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन केवल एक सामान्य कानूनी विवाद नहीं, बल्कि कॉपीराइट अधिनियम, 1957 और सिनेमैटोग्राफ अधिनियम, 1952 के तहत आपराधिक अपराध भी हो सकता है। इसके अलावा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 और आईटी नियम, 2021 के तहत एक मध्यस्थ (इंटरमीडियरी) के रूप में टेलीग्राम की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह उचित सतर्कता बरते और अवैध सामग्री के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए सक्रिय कदम उठाए।

पाइरेसी रोकना सरकार का है मकसद
सरकार ने टेलीग्राम से उन यूजर्स और नेटवर्क के खिलाफ भी सख्त कार्रवाई करने को कहा है जो बार-बार पाइरेटेड कंटेंट साझा करते हैं। इसमें केवल पर्सनल अकाउंट ही नहीं बल्कि चैनल, ग्रुप, बॉट, एडमिन और उनसे जुड़े कई नेटवर्क भी शामिल हैं। सरकार के इस कदम का मसकद ऐसे पूरे नेटवर्क को खत्म करना है जो लगातार फिल्मों और वेब सीरीज की पाइरेटेड कॉपी लोगों तक पहुंचाते हैं।

पेट्रोल-डीजल के दामों में पिछले 10 दिनों में चौथी बार बढ़ोतरी हुई है। बढ़ती महंगाई पर विपक्ष केंद्र सरकार पर जमकर हमलावर है। नेता प्रतीपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने किस्तों में ईंधन के दाम बढ़ाकर सरकार पर आम लोगों की जेब पर डाका डालने का आरोप लगाया है।

चुनाव खत्म होते ही पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम बढ़ाने के आरोप
कांग्रेस सांसद ने सोमवार को चौथी बार पेट्रोल-डीजल की बढ़ी कीमतों को लेकर सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म ‘एक्स’ के जरिए सरकार पर निशाना साधा। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि सरकार ईंधन के दाम किस्तों में बढ़ा रही है, ताकि आम लोगों की जेब पर लगातार बोझ पड़ता रहे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पिछले कई महीनों से आर्थिक संकट की चेतावनी दी जा रही थी, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी चुनावों में व्यस्त थे और चुनाव खत्म होते ही पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम 8 रुपये तक बढ़ा दिए गए।

प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी का सरकार पर तंज
वहीं, शिवसेना (यूबीटी) नेता व पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने अपने अंदाज में सरकार पर तंज कसा। प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने सोमवार को सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर पोस्ट कर कहा, 'मुंबई में पेट्रोल की कीमत शगुन के 11 नंबर पर पहुंच गई है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि अगले 24 घंटों में महानगरों में डीजल की कीमत 100 रुपये तक पहुंच सकती है।'

पेट्रोल की कीमत 102 रूपये के पार
बता दें कि वैश्विक संकट के बीच देश में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में सोमवार को एक बार फिर बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। पेट्रोल की कीमतों में 2.61 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल में 2.71 रुपए प्रति लीटर की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। पिछले 10 दिनों में यह चौथी बार है जब पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई। कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी से पहले दिल्ली में पेट्रोल 99.51 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल 92.49 रुपए प्रति लीटर बिक रहा था। लेकिन अब, राजधानी में पेट्रोल 102.12 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल 95.20 रुपए प्रति लीटर पहुंच गया है।

PVUNL की बड़ी छलांग: 800 MW Unit-2 का Trial Operation पूरा, Jharkhand को मिलेगी 1360 MW बिजली


  


Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL) ने 11 मई 2026 को शाम 7:15 बजे Unit-2 के Trial Operation को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर एक और बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की। इस सफलता के साथ Unit-2 के नियमित संचालन एवं Commercial Operation Declaration (COD) का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया है। इससे Jharkhand सहित अन्य लाभार्थी राज्यों में गर्मी के मौसम में बढ़ी हुई बिजली मांग को पूरा करने में सहायता मिलेगी। 
PVUNL से उत्पादित कुल विद्युत का 85% Jharkhand को प्राप्त होगा। Unit-1 और Unit-2 के 1600 मेगावाट की कुल स्थापित क्षमता में से 1360 मेगावाट बिजली Jharkhand को जाएगी। यह विद्युत राज्य के औद्योगिकीकरण को गति देने तथा विकास के नए अवसर सृजित करने में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। 

इस अवसर पर PVUNL के CEO Shri A.K. Sehgal, CGM (Project) Shri Anupam Mukherjee, GM (O&M) Shri Manish Khetrapal, GM (O&C) Shri Jogesh Chandra Patra, GM (Project) Shri Bishnu Dutta Dash तथा GM (Maintenance & ADM) Shri O.P. तमिलनाडु में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद से ही राजनीतिक उठापटक जारी है। अभिनेता से राजनेता बने थलापति विजय आज शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेने वाले हैं लेकिन उससे पहले ही राज्य में सियासी बवाल शुरू हो गया है। तमिलनाडु लोकभवन के सूत्रों का कहना है कि थलपति विजय बहुमत साबित नहीं कर पाए हैं। इसलिए उन्हें कल शपथ लेने के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं किया गया है। 

विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’
तमिलनाडु टीवीके चीफ थलपति विजय के समारोह में देरी होने की संभावना है। शुक्रवार को वामदलों के साथ वीसीके का समर्थन मिलने की जानकारी पर विजय की टीवीके 118 के आंकड़े तक पहुंच गई थी लेकिन अब विजय द्वारा राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर को सौंपे गए सरकार बनाने के दावे में कुल समर्थक विधायकों की संख्या 116 है। ऐसे में टीवीके चीफ विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’ लग गया है।

थलापति विजय के साथ हुआ ‘खेला’
सीपीआई, सीपीआईएम और वीसीके समर्थन देने की स्थिति में विजय की टीवीके को बहुमत मिल रहा था। अब वीसीके के पत्र में विधायकों के दस्तखत नहीं होने की दावा किया जा रहा है। ऐसी स्थिति में मामला फिर फंस गया है। वीसीके चीफ थोल. थिरुमावलवन ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध रखी है तो वहीं इंडियन यूनियन मुस्लिम लीग-तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष कादर मोहिदीन ने कहा है कि पार्टी डीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले सेक्युलर प्रोग्रेसिव अलायंस का हिस्सा बनी रहेगी और टीवीके को अपना समर्थन नहीं देगी। IUML ने एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी करते हुए कहा है कि उसने TVK को अपना समर्थन नहीं दिया है। आईयूएमएल से ए.एम. शाहजहां और एस.एस.पी. सैयद बदी क्रमश: पापनासम और वानियमबाडी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से चुने गए हैं।

तमिलनाडु की राजनीति में आज का दिन बेहद निर्णायक साबित होने वाला है। खबर है कि तमिलगा वेट्री कझगम (टीवीके) प्रमुख विजय आज शाम राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर से मुलाकात करेंगे। यह मुलाकात सरकार के गठन को लेकर जारी गतिरोध को सुलझाने और बहुमत साबित करने के लिए होगी।

सीपीआई, सीपीएम और वीसीके का मिला समर्थन
अभिनेता से नेता बने थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके को सरकार गठन के लिए अहम समर्थन मिल गया है। कांग्रेस के समर्थक के बाद अब CPI, CPM और VCK जैसे दलों ने भी उन्हें समर्थन देने का फैसला किया है। इसमें कांग्रेस की पांच और वीसीके, सीपीएम और सीपीआई की दो-दो सीटें शामिल हैं। इन दलों के समर्थन से विजय ने बहुमत के लिए 118 सीटों के जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। इससे राज्य में नई सरकार बनने का रास्ता लगभग साफ माना जा रहा है। 

सरकार गठन का दावा करेंगे पेश
234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी आंकड़े के करीब पहुंच चुके टीवीके गठबंधन ने राजनीतिक समीकरण बदल दिए हैं। विपक्षी दलों के समर्थन के बाद विजय पहली बार सत्ता के बेहद करीब पहुंच गए हैं और जल्द सरकार गठन का दावा पेश कर सकते हैं।

राज्यपाल आर्लेकर ने दो बार लौटाया
राज्यपाल आरवी आर्लेकर के साथ विजय की ये तीसरी मुलाकात होगी। इससे पहले दोनों की मुलाकात बुधवार और गुरुवार को भी हुई थी। दोनों बार आर्लेकर ने विजय के सरकार बनाने के दावे को खारिज करते हुए तर्क दिया कि टीवीके नेता को सदन में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी समर्थन प्राप्त नहीं है। राज्यपाल ने उन्हें 10 मई तक का समय दिया था। बहुतम मिलने के बाद अब जल्द ही वो राज्यपाल से मुलाकात करेंगे।

राजनाथ सिंह जाएंगे कोलकाता

नेपाल की ‘नई नवेली’ बालेन सरकार मुश्किलों में घिरी, 26 दिन में दो मंत्रियों के इस्तीफे से बढ़ी परेशानी

नेपाल में बालेन शाह की सरकार बने एक महीने भी नहीं हुए हैं। लेकिन, महीने भर के अंदर ही दो-दो मंत्रियों को इस्तीफा देना पड़ा है और वो भी भ्रष्टाचार या भाई-भतीजावाद जैसे आरोपों में। गृह मंत्री सुदान गुरुंग ने बुधवार को अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। बिजनेसमैन दीपक भट्टा के साथ कथित कनेक्शन के मामले को लेकर जारी विवाद के बीच गुरुंग ने गृह मंत्री के पद से इस्तीफा दिया। इससे पहले श्रमिक मंत्री कुमार शाह को अनुशासनहीनता के आरोप में हटा दिया गया था। ऐस में ‘नई नवेली’ सरकार सवालो के घेरे में आ गई है।

क्या नेपाल में सब ठीक चल रहा है?
नेपाल में पिछले साल GEN-Z क्रांति देखी गई। ऐसी क्रांति जिसमें नेपाल की राजनैतिक व्यवस्था बदलकर रख दी। ऐसी क्रांति जिसकी आग में झुलसने के बाद नेपाल की जनता ने इस आस में नई सरकार चुनी कि अब नेपाल में सब ठीक हो जाएगा। लेकिन बीते एक महीनों में जो हुआ, उससे एक सवाल उठ खड़ा हुआ है कि क्या नेपाल में सब ठीक चल रहा है? 

सरकार में अस्थिरता जैसे हालात
रैपर से राजनेता बने बालेन शाह ने बीते महीने के आखिर में 35 वर्ष की उम्र में प्रधानमंत्री का पद संभाला है। चुनाव में बड़ी जीत हासिल करने वाले बालेन की सरकार से काफी ज्यादा उम्मीदें नेपाली जनता को है। हालांकि, 26 दिनों के भीतर ही बालेन शाह के दो मंत्रियों ने इस्तीफा दिया है, जिससे अस्थिरता जैसे हालात बनने लगे हैं।

सीमा से सटे इलाक़ों में नाराजगी
इसके अलावा भारत की सीमा से सटे इलाक़ों में लोगों से कस्टम लिए जाने को लेकर भी नेपाली जनता बालेन सरकार से नाराज़ दिखाई दे रही है। बालेन सरकार ने भारत से 100 नेपाली रुपए से ज्यादा का सामान लाने पर सीमा शुल्क (कस्टम ड्यूटी) चुकाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इस नियम को सख्ती से लागू करने के खिलाफ आम लोग सड़कों पर उतर गए हैं। दरअसर, नेपाल के सीमावर्ती इलाकों में रहने वालों में काफी लोग अपनी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों के लिए भारत से मिलने वाले सस्ते सामान पर निर्भर हैं। ऐसे में उनके लिए बालेन सरकार का यह कदम एक बड़ा झटका साबित हुआ है। 

चौतरफा नाराजगी झेल रही सरकार
बालेन सरकार के युवा मंत्रियों को लेकर उठ रहे विवादों और सीमा पर जनता के रोष की वजह से नेपाल सरकार को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसके अलावा छात्र संघों पर शिकंजे के खिलाफ भी युवा प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। इन मुद्दों के अलावा देश के आर्थिक हालात भी चीजों को खराब कर रहे हैं। पेट्रोल की कीमतें बढ़ने से देश में मंहगाई बढ़ी है और लोग इससे परेशान नजर आ रहे हैं।

देश में ऑनलाइन पाइरेसी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म टेलिग्राम (Telegram) के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाया है। सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने टेलीग्राम को नोटिस जारी कर पायरेटेड फिल्मों और ओटीटी कंटेंट की शेयरिंग पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगाने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया है।

15 दिनों के भीतर रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश
सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने टेलीग्राम को नोटिस जारी कर 15 दिनों के भीतर अपनी एंटी-पाइरेसी व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने और इस पर की गई कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश दिया है। सरकार का कहना है कि प्लेटफॉर्म पर बड़ी संख्या में पाइरेटेड फिल्में, ओटीटी कंटेंट और कई कॉपीराइट कंटेंट शेयर किए जा रहे हैं जिससे फिल्म इंडस्ट्री और क्रिएटर इकोनॉमी को भारी नुकसान हो रहा है।

कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन सामान्य कानूनी विवाद नहीं
सरकार ने टेलीग्राम को याद दिलाया है कि कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन केवल एक सामान्य कानूनी विवाद नहीं, बल्कि कॉपीराइट अधिनियम, 1957 और सिनेमैटोग्राफ अधिनियम, 1952 के तहत आपराधिक अपराध भी हो सकता है। इसके अलावा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 और आईटी नियम, 2021 के तहत एक मध्यस्थ (इंटरमीडियरी) के रूप में टेलीग्राम की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह उचित सतर्कता बरते और अवैध सामग्री के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए सक्रिय कदम उठाए।

पाइरेसी रोकना सरकार का है मकसद

पेट्रोल-डीजल के दामों में पिछले 10 दिनों में चौथी बार बढ़ोतरी हुई है। बढ़ती महंगाई पर विपक्ष केंद्र सरकार पर जमकर हमलावर है। नेता प्रतीपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने किस्तों में ईंधन के दाम बढ़ाकर सरकार पर आम लोगों की जेब पर डाका डालने का आरोप लगाया है।

चुनाव खत्म होते ही पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम बढ़ाने के आरोप
कांग्रेस सांसद ने सोमवार को चौथी बार पेट्रोल-डीजल की बढ़ी कीमतों को लेकर सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म ‘एक्स’ के जरिए सरकार पर निशाना साधा। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि सरकार ईंधन के दाम किस्तों में बढ़ा रही है, ताकि आम लोगों की जेब पर लगातार बोझ पड़ता रहे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पिछले कई महीनों से आर्थिक संकट की चेतावनी दी जा रही थी, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी चुनावों में व्यस्त थे और चुनाव खत्म होते ही पेट्रोल-डीजल के दाम 8 रुपये तक बढ़ा दिए गए।

प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी का सरकार पर तंज
वहीं, शिवसेना (यूबीटी) नेता व पूर्व राज्यसभा सांसद प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने अपने अंदाज में सरकार पर तंज कसा। प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी ने सोमवार को सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर पोस्ट कर कहा, 'मुंबई में पेट्रोल की कीमत शगुन के 11 नंबर पर पहुंच गई है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि अगले 24 घंटों में महानगरों में डीजल की कीमत 100 रुपये तक पहुंच सकती है।'

पेट्रोल की कीमत 102 रूपये के पार
बता दें कि वैश्विक संकट के बीच देश में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में सोमवार को एक बार फिर बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। पेट्रोल की कीमतों में 2.61 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल में 2.71 रुपए प्रति लीटर की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। पिछले 10 दिनों में यह चौथी बार है जब पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई। कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी से पहले दिल्ली में पेट्रोल 99.51 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल 92.49 रुपए प्रति लीटर बिक रहा था। लेकिन अब, राजधानी में पेट्रोल 102.12 रुपए प्रति लीटर और डीजल 95.20 रुपए प्रति लीटर पहुंच गया है।

PVUNL की बड़ी छलांग: 800 MW Unit-2 का Trial Operation पूरा, Jharkhand को मिलेगी 1360 MW बिजली


  


Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL) ने 11 मई 2026 को शाम 7:15 बजे Unit-2 के Trial Operation को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर एक और बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की। इस सफलता के साथ Unit-2 के नियमित संचालन एवं Commercial Operation Declaration (COD) का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया है। इससे Jharkhand सहित अन्य लाभार्थी राज्यों में गर्मी के मौसम में बढ़ी हुई बिजली मांग को पूरा करने में सहायता मिलेगी। 
PVUNL से उत्पादित कुल विद्युत का 85% Jharkhand को प्राप्त होगा। Unit-1 और Unit-2 के 1600 मेगावाट की कुल स्थापित क्षमता में से 1360 मेगावाट बिजली Jharkhand को जाएगी। यह विद्युत राज्य के औद्योगिकीकरण को गति देने तथा विकास के नए अवसर सृजित करने में महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी।

तमिलनाडु में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद से ही राजनीतिक उठापटक जारी है। अभिनेता से राजनेता बने थलापति विजय आज शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेने वाले हैं लेकिन उससे पहले ही राज्य में सियासी बवाल शुरू हो गया है। तमिलनाडु लोकभवन के सूत्रों का कहना है कि थलपति विजय बहुमत साबित नहीं कर पाए हैं। इसलिए उन्हें कल शपथ लेने के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं किया गया है। 

विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’
तमिलनाडु टीवीके चीफ थलपति विजय के समारोह में देरी होने की संभावना है। शुक्रवार को वामदलों के साथ वीसीके का समर्थन मिलने की जानकारी पर विजय की टीवीके 118 के आंकड़े तक पहुंच गई थी लेकिन अब विजय द्वारा राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर को सौंपे गए सरकार बनाने के दावे में कुल समर्थक विधायकों की संख्या 116 है। ऐसे में टीवीके चीफ विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’ लग गया है।

थलापति विजय के साथ हुआ ‘खेला’
सीपीआई, सीपीआईएम और वीसीके समर्थन देने की स्थिति में विजय की टीवीके को बहुमत मिल रहा था। अब वीसीके के पत्र में विधायकों के दस्तखत नहीं होने की दावा किया जा रहा है। ऐसी स्थिति में मामला फिर फंस गया है। वीसीके चीफ थोल. थिरुमावलवन ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध रखी है तो वहीं इंडियन यूनियन मुस्लिम लीग-तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष कादर मोहिदीन ने कहा है कि पार्टी डीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले सेक्युलर प्रोग्रेसिव अलायंस का हिस्सा बनी रहेगी और टीवीके को अपना समर्थन नहीं देगी। IUML ने एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी करते हुए कहा है कि उसने TVK को अपना समर्थन नहीं दिया है। आईयूएमएल से ए.एम. शाहजहां और एस.एस.पी. सैयद बदी क्रमश: पापनासम और वानियमबाडी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से चुने गए हैं।

234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी आंकड़े के करीब पहुंच चुके टीवीके गठबंधन ने राजनीतिक समीकरण बदल दिए हैं। विपक्षी दलों के समर्थन के बाद विजय पहली बार सत्ता के बेहद करीब पहुंच गए हैं और जल्द सरकार गठन का दावा पेश कर सकते हैं।

राज्यपाल आर्लेकर ने दो बार लौटाया
राज्यपाल आरवी आर्लेकर के साथ विजय की ये तीसरी मुलाकात होगी। इससे पहले दोनों की मुलाकात बुधवार और गुरुवार को भी हुई थी। दोनों बार आर्लेकर ने विजय के सरकार बनाने के दावे को खारिज करते हुए तर्क दिया कि टीवीके नेता को सदन में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी समर्थन प्राप्त नहीं है। राज्यपाल ने उन्हें 10 मई तक का समय दिया था। बहुतम मिलने के बाद अब जल्द ही वो राज्यपाल से मुलाकात करेंगे।

नेपाल की ‘नई नवेली’ बालेन सरकार मुश्किलों में घिरी, 26 दिन में दो मंत्रियों के इस्तीफे से बढ़ी परेशानी

नेपाल में बालेन शाह की सरकार बने एक महीने भी नहीं हुए हैं। लेकिन, महीने भर के अंदर ही दो-दो मंत्रियों को इस्तीफा देना पड़ा है और वो भी भ्रष्टाचार या भाई-भतीजावाद जैसे आरोपों में। गृह मंत्री सुदान गुरुंग ने बुधवार को अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। बिजनेसमैन दीपक भट्टा के साथ कथित कनेक्शन के मामले को लेकर जारी विवाद के बीच गुरुंग ने गृह मंत्री के पद से इस्तीफा दिया। इससे पहले श्रमिक मंत्री कुमार शाह को अनुशासनहीनता के आरोप में हटा दिया गया था। ऐस में ‘नई नवेली’ सरकार सवालो के घेरे में आ गई है।

क्या नेपाल में सब ठीक चल रहा है?
नेपाल में पिछले साल GEN-Z क्रांति देखी गई। ऐसी क्रांति जिसमें नेपाल की राजनैतिक व्यवस्था बदलकर रख दी। ऐसी क्रांति जिसकी आग में झुलसने के बाद नेपाल की जनता ने इस आस में नई सरकार चुनी कि अब नेपाल में सब ठीक हो जाएगा। लेकिन बीते एक महीनों में जो हुआ, उससे एक सवाल उठ खड़ा हुआ है कि क्या नेपाल में सब ठीक चल रहा है? 

सरकार में अस्थिरता जैसे हालात
रैपर से राजनेता बने बालेन शाह ने बीते महीने के आखिर में 35 वर्ष की उम्र में प्रधानमंत्री का पद संभाला है। चुनाव में बड़ी जीत हासिल करने वाले बालेन की सरकार से काफी ज्यादा उम्मीदें नेपाली जनता को है। हालांकि, 26 दिनों के भीतर ही बालेन शाह के दो मंत्रियों ने इस्तीफा दिया है, जिससे अस्थिरता जैसे हालात बनने लगे हैं।

सीमा से सटे इलाक़ों में नाराजगी
इसके अलावा भारत की सीमा से सटे इलाक़ों में लोगों से कस्टम लिए जाने को लेकर भी नेपाली जनता बालेन सरकार से नाराज़ दिखाई दे रही है। बालेन सरकार ने भारत से 100 नेपाली रुपए से ज्यादा का सामान लाने पर सीमा शुल्क (कस्टम ड्यूटी) चुकाना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इस नियम को सख्ती से लागू करने के खिलाफ आम लोग सड़कों पर उतर गए हैं। दरअसर, नेपाल के सीमावर्ती इलाकों में रहने वालों में काफी लोग अपनी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों के लिए भारत से मिलने वाले सस्ते सामान पर निर्भर हैं। ऐसे में उनके लिए बालेन सरकार का यह कदम एक बड़ा झटका साबित हुआ है। 

चौतरफा नाराजगी झेल रही सरकार
बालेन सरकार के युवा मंत्रियों को लेकर उठ रहे विवादों और सीमा पर जनता के रोष की वजह से नेपाल सरकार को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसके अलावा छात्र संघों पर शिकंजे के खिलाफ भी युवा प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। इन मुद्दों के अलावा देश के आर्थिक हालात भी चीजों को खराब कर रहे हैं। पेट्रोल की कीमतें बढ़ने से देश में मंहगाई बढ़ी है और लोग इससे परेशान नजर आ रहे हैं।

पाकिस्तान ने औपचारिक तौर पर ईरान और अमेरिका को युद्ध खत्म करने के लिए बातचीत की मेज़बानी की पेशकश कर दी है। कहा जा रहा है कि दोनों देशों के बीच यह बातचीत इस्लामाबाद में हो सकती है। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने मंगलवार को कहा कि अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच जारी संघर्ष को समाप्त करने के लिए 'सार्थक और निर्णायक वार्ता' की मेजबानी को लेकर उनका देश तैयार है। यह घोषणा मीडिया की उन खबरों के बाद आई है जिनमें कहा गया है कि पश्चिम एशिया में शांति स्थापित करने के लिए पाकिस्तान, मिस्र और तुर्किये परोक्ष रूप से प्रयास कर रहे हैं। अब ईरान और अमेरिका के बीच बातचीत कराने में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका पर कांग्रेस नेता शशि थरूर ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी है।

शांति प्रयासों में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका पर निराश
पश्चिम एशिया संकट पर केंद्र की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार की रणनीति का अबतक खुलकर समर्थन करने वाले कांग्रेस सांसद शशि थरूर ने अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच संभावित वार्ता में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका पर निराशा जताई है। उन्होंने इसे शर्मनाक बताते हुए कहा कि भारत को इस मौके पर शांति प्रयासों में अग्रणी भूमिका निभानी चाहिए थी, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हो सका। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने अब तक केंद्र सरकार की संयमित प्रतिक्रिया का समर्थन किया था, इस उम्मीद में कि भारत इस अवसर का उपयोग शांति स्थापना के लिए करेगा।

थरूर बोले-हमें हाथ पर हाथ रखकर नहीं बैठना चाहिए
शांति के वैश्विक प्रयासों पर थरूर ने भारत सरकार के रुख पर भी सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि हम शांति के पक्ष में तो हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान में शांति बहाली के लिए हमारी सक्रिय भागीदारी नहीं दिख रही है। एक राष्ट्र के तौर पर हम इस संकट से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होने वाले देशों में से एक हैं, इसलिए हमें हाथ पर हाथ रखकर नहीं बैठना चाहिए।

थरूर बोले-हमें पहल करनी चाहिए थी
थरूर के मुताबिक, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अक्सर भारत को शांति की आवाज के रूप में पेश करते रहे हैं, ऐसे में यह मौका भारत के लिए महत्वपूर्ण था। कांग्रेस सांसद ने कहा कि वह पिछले तीन हफ्तों से भारत से अपील कर रहे थे कि वह अपने मजबूत कूटनीतिक संबंधों का इस्तेमाल कर दोनों पक्षों को बातचीत के लिए प्रेरित करे। उन्‍होंने कहा कि अगर पाकिस्तान में शांति वार्ता होती है तो भारत का उससे कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, लेकिन हमें पहल करनी चाहिए थी। उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि भले ही पाकिस्तान, मिस्र और तुर्की इस दिशा में आगे बढ़े हैं, लेकिन भारत को इसका कोई श्रेय नहीं मिल रहा।
