देश भर में मानसून की अलग-अलग गतिविधियां देखने को मिल रही हैं। देश के कई राज्यों में बरसात देखने को मिल रही है। इस बीच बिहार-झारखंड से लेकर बंगाल और ओडिशा तक मूसलाधार बारिश का सिलसिला शुरू होने वाला है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, बिहार, झारखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल का हिमालयी हिस्सा, मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और ओडिशा में अगले एक हफ्ते मूसलाधार बारिश हो सकती है। कई राज्यों में बिजली गिर सकती है।

निम्न दबाव का क्षेत्र बंगाल की खाड़ी में 25 को फिर बन रहा है। जिसका असर झारखंड में देखा जा रहा है। बंगाल की खाड़ी में लगातार निम्न दबाव वाला क्षेत्र बनने से झारखंड के विभिन्न जिलों के लोगों को फिलहाल 30 अगस्त तक बारिश और वज्रपात से राहत नहीं मिलनेवाली है। मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के निदेशक अभिषेक आनंद के अनुसार 23 अगस्त को गढ़वा, पलामू और लातेहार में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी है। यहां ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। लोहरदगा, गुमला, खूंटी, सिमडेगा, पश्चिम सिंहभूम, गिरिडीह, देवघर, धनबाद, जामताड़ा और दुमका में भी मध्यम से कहीं-कहीं भारी बारिश हो सकती है। यहां येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग ने कहा है कि 24 और 25 अगस्त को झारखंड के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। 

बारिश के कारण बाढ़ जैसे हालात
बुधवार रात से लगातार बारिश हो रही है, जिससे निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है। चतरा जिले में बारिश ने भारी तबाही मचाई है, जहां 24 घंटे में 106 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। यहां बाढ़ जैसे हालात बन गए हैं और लगभग 600 घर पानी में घिर गए हैं। भारी बारिश के कारण सरायकेला के डांडू गांव में शुक्रवार को मिट्टी का एक कच्चा मकान गिर गया। इसके मलबे में 10 लोग दब गए। शुक्रवार को कई जिलों में सुबह से ही रुक-रुक कर बारिश हो रही है। चाइबासा में शुक्रवार को 93 मिमी बारिश हुई है। जबकि रांची में 15 मिमी, मेदिनीनगर में 3 मिमी और जमशेदपुर में 11 मिमी बारिश हुई है।

लगातार बारिश के कारण कोडरमा में तिलैया डैम का जलस्तर खतरे के निशान से ऊपर चला गया है। इसलिए शुक्रवार रात 9 बजे डैम के फाटक खोले गए। लक्ष्य रखा गया है कि डैम से हर सेकंड 1000 क्यूबिक पानी छोड़ा जाएगा। डीवीसी प्रबंधन ने कोडरमा जिला प्रशासन के साथ-साथ गिरिडीह, बोकारो, धनबाद और जामताड़ा जिले को भी अलर्ट कर दिया है। डैम के आसपास के गांवों में लोगों को माइक से अनाउंस करके नदी के किनारे न जाने की सलाह दी जा रही है।

*Bhawanipore, East Bengal joint-winners of First Division Championship* 




 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Bhawanipore Club and East Bengal Club were announced joint winners after the First Division Championship final match ended in a draw on the fifth and final day at the Eden Gardens on Thursday. 

Vivek Singh was awarded the player of the match. 

In the summit clash, batting first, Bhawanipore Club scored a mammoth 643/6 decl in 170 overs in their first innings. 

Shakir Habib Gandhi (220), Vivek (176 not out), Abhishek Raman (93) were the star performers with the bat. 

In reply, East Bengal, in their first innings, were 243/8 in 106.4 overs, when heavy rain stopped play. 

With the weather showing no signs of improvement and as both the team’s first innings were not completed, the match was drawn and Bhawanipore & East Bengal were announced joint winners. 

For East Bengal, Satyaki Dutta (53), Kanishk Seth (48 not out) were the pick of the batters.

For Bhawanipore, Ravi Kumar bagged 3 for 60 while Anubhav Tyagi claimed 2 for 38.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : The fourth phase of Vision 2028, which began on April 21, concluded today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake. 

On Wednesday, on the last day of the camp, the first session was attended by Bengal Under-16 boys where Manoj Tiwary was the batting coach, while the bowling department was looked after by Ashok Dinda. Coach Ajay Verma was also present to guide the boys. 

The second session on the day, which was scheduled for Under-19 boys, was cancelled due to heavy rain. 

The fourth phase of the camp was divided into two sessions every day. 

On every session, Tiwary and Dinda delivered inspirational and motivation words to the young boys. The duo told the boys to use the camp as a learning experience. 

The coaches looked at the proceedings and watched the boys’ practice with hawk eyes. As sessions went on, the coaches talked to the talents individually. 
 
The short-term goal of Vision 2028 will be to get the various age group squads ready for the domestic season by improving their skills while the long-term goals will be to nurture the future talents and make them fit for various Bengal age group squads.

 BHUBANESWAR : Lallianzuala Chhangte delivered a captain’s performance with a dazzling brace as Mumbai City FC breezed past Chennaiyin FC 4-0 in a dominant Round of 16 encounter of the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup at the Kalinga Stadium on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The first half ended 1-0.

Nikolaos Karelis (43’) scored the first goal for Mumbai City FC at the stroke of half time before Lallianzuala Chhangte (64’, 86’) stole the show with his two goals. Substitute Bipin Singh (90’) capped off the win with a strike in the last minute. 

Mumbai City FC, still smarting from a heavy 0-5 defeat against Bengaluru FC in the ISL knockout rounds, responded in emphatic fashion to book their place in the Kalinga Super Cup quarter-finals. Their opponents, Chennaiyin FC, had finished a disappointing 11th in the ISL, and their Super Cup journey came to an end after another underwhelming performance.

From the opening whistle, Mumbai City were on the front foot. The attacking trio of Chhangte, Karelis, and Jorge Ortiz looked sharp, with intricate passing and excellent movement that repeatedly exposed gaps in the Chennaiyin backline.

Chhangte nearly opened the scoring early on when he latched onto a defensive error, glided past his marker and unleashed a shot towards the far post only to see it come back off the woodwork.

Chennaiyin struggled to settle into the game and were denied what looked like a potential penalty after Daniel Chima Chukwu was brought down in the box by Vikram Pratap Singh, but the referee waved play on.

The breakthrough finally came in the 43rd minute. A half-cleared corner fell kindly to Hitesh Sharma, who lofted a teasing ball into the box. Chennaiyin goalkeeper Mohammad Nawaz was a tad late in coming out to affect a save and Nikolaos Karelis made no mistake, nodding home from close range to put the Islanders ahead at the break.

After the interval, Mumbai City resumed their control. Ortiz and Chhangte combined beautifully to carve open chances, and the latter came close again before Chennaiyin nearly found an equaliser. Lukas Brambilla danced past Mumbai City goalkeeper TP Rehenesh and seemed destined to score, but Mehtab Singh’s goal-line clearance denied Chennaiyin a lifeline.

That moment proved to be the turning point. In the 64th minute, Ortiz once again danced past his marker and slipped Karelis in behind. The Greek forward’s effort across goal wasn’t the cleanest, but Chhangte was there at the far post to tap it into an open net and double Mumbai City’s lead.

Chhangte struck again in the 86th minute with a touch of class. Ortiz played a sublime outside-of-the-boot flick to send him through. The winger cut inside on his favoured left foot and curled a low shot past the goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

In the last minute of the game, Chhangte turned provider. A delicate scooped pass found Bipin Singh in the box, who brushed aside pressure from Mandar Rao Desai and calmly slotted home to complete the rout.

इससे पहले मंगलवार रात को राष्ट्रपति ने अपने संबोधन में सरकार को कमजोर करने के विपक्ष के प्रयासों का जिक्र किया और कहा कि 'तबाही मचाने वाली देश विरोधी ताकतों को कुचलने के लिए मार्शल लॉ की घोषणा करते हैं।' राष्ट्रपति ने टीवी पर प्रसारित बयान में बताया कि देश को उत्तर कोरिया और देश विरोधी ताकतों से खतरा है। टीवी पर एक संबोधन में उन्होंने विपक्षी दलों पर सरकार को पंगु बनाने, उत्तर कोरिया के प्रति सहानुभूति रखने और संवैधानिक व्यवस्था को कमजोर करने का आरोप लगाते हुए ‘इमरजेंसी मार्शल लॉ’ की घोषणा की थी।

इधर, राष्ट्रपति ने जैसे ही मार्शल लॉ लगाने का एलान किया, वैसे ही हजारों की संख्या में लोग दक्षिण कोरिया की सड़कों पर निकल आए और राजधानी सियोल में संसद के बाहर लोगों की भारी भीड़ इकट्ठा हो गई। मार्शल लॉ लगते ही सैन्य बल संसद में दाखिल हो गए और संसद के बाहर पुलिस और प्रदर्शनकारियों में झड़प शुरू हो गई। वहीं पुलिस को संसद में दाखिल होने से रोकने के लिए सांसद भी पुलिसकर्मियों से भिड़ गए। भारी विरोध के चलते राष्ट्रपति ने हार मान ली और कुछ ही घंटे बाद संसद में हुए मतदान को स्वीकार करते हुए मार्शल लॉ का आदेश वापस ले लिया।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत देशभर के कई राज्यों में मॉनसून जमकर बरस रहा है। उत्तर पश्चिम, पूर्व, पूर्वोत्तर और मध्य भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में मूसलाधार बारिश का दौर जारी है। राजस्थान के कई जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश हो रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ में भी लगातार बारिश होने से कई इलाकों में बाढ़ जैसे हालात पैदा हो गए हैं । गुरुवार को भी झमाझम बारिश से मौसम सुहावना हो गया। हालांकि लगातार बारिश ने परेशानी बढ़ा दी है। जिससे अभी राहत के आसार नहीं हैं। दरअसल, मौसम विभाग ने दिल्‍ली और आसपास के इलाकों के लिए पहले ही आज और कल यानी गुरुवार और शुक्रवार के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया हुआ है। ऐसे में लोगों को बारिश से राहत मिलने की उम्‍मीद नहीं है। दिल्ली के अलावा राजस्थान, यूपी, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, ओडिशा हरियाणा समेत कई राज्यों में कल बारिश के आसार हैं। मौसम विभाग ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है।

इन राज्यों के लिए चेतावनी
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होगी। राजस्थान, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ और हिमाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न इलाकों में भी 15 सितंबर तक जमकर मेघ बरसेंगे। 15-17 सितंबर तक छत्तीसगढ़ में, मध्य महाराष्ट्र में 12 सितंबर को, असम और मेघालय में 13 और 14 सितंबर कर भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है। इसके अलावा नगालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम, त्रिपुरा, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, बिहार और ओडिशा में भी 15 सितंबर तक अलग-अलग स्थानों पर भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है।

दिल्ली में बारिश का येलो अलर्ट
राजधानी दिल्ली में बारिश का दौर जारी है। पिछले कई दिनों मौसम सुहावना बना हुआ है। आज सुबह कई जगहों पर बारिश के बाद भीषण जाम देखने को मिला। मौसम अधिकारियों ने बताया कि सुबह साढ़े आठ बजे तक 24 घंटे के दौरान दिल्ली में छह मिलीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की गयी। मौसम विभाग ने कल के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया और मध्यम बारिश के साथ बादल छाए रहने का अनुमान जताया है। दिल्ली में बारिश के बाद प्रदूषण भी कम हो गया है।

यूपी में रेड और ऑरेंज अलर्ट
उत्तर प्रदेश के कई जिलों के लिए ‘रेड’ और ‘ऑरेंज’ अलर्ट जारी करते हुए अगले 48 घंटों में भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। मथुरा और आगरा को ‘रेड अलर्ट’ के तहत रखा गया है। इसके अलावा, राज्य के एक दर्जन से अधिक अन्य जिलों के लिए ‘ऑरेंज’ अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मथुरा और आगरा के लिए रेड अलर्ट गुरुवार तक रहेगा। इसके अलावा, फर्रुखाबाद, बिजनौर, मुरादाबाद, रामपुर, बरेली और शाहजहांपुर को भी गुरुवार और शुक्रवार के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

कब होगी मॉनसून की विदाई?
स्‍काईमेट वेदर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार साल 2019 के बाद मानसून की विदाई की तारीख में बदलाव किया गया है। आंकड़े बताते हैं कि पिछले कुछ सालों में मानसून की वापसी में देरी देखी गई है। साल 2017 से 2022 के बीच 20 सितंबर से 6 अक्टूबर के बीच मानसून की विदाई उत्‍तर भारत से हुई है। साल 2023 में 25 सितंबर को मानसून की वापसी उत्‍तर भारत से हुई। दिल्ली से मानसूनी की वापसी की औपचारिक तारीख 2 सिंतबर है। जबकि पिछले साल यह विदाई अक्टूबर के पहले सप्ताह में हुई थी। इस तर्ज पर पूरे देश से मानसून की वापसी की औपचारिक तारीख 19 अक्टूबर है, जिसमें भी देरी देखने को मिल रही है। भारत में हर साल मानसून की शुरुआत मई के अंतिम सप्‍ताह और जून की शुरुआत में होती है। यह पूरी प्रक्रिया अक्‍टूबर के मध्‍य तक चलती है।

30 अगस्त तक राहत नहीं
निम्न दबाव का क्षेत्र बंगाल की खाड़ी में 25 को फिर बन रहा है। जिसका असर झारखंड में देखा जा रहा है। बंगाल की खाड़ी में लगातार निम्न दबाव वाला क्षेत्र बनने से झारखंड के विभिन्न जिलों के लोगों को फिलहाल 30 अगस्त तक बारिश और वज्रपात से राहत नहीं मिलनेवाली है। मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र के निदेशक अभिषेक आनंद के अनुसार 23 अगस्त को गढ़वा, पलामू और लातेहार में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी है। यहां ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। लोहरदगा, गुमला, खूंटी, सिमडेगा, पश्चिम सिंहभूम, गिरिडीह, देवघर, धनबाद, जामताड़ा और दुमका में भी मध्यम से कहीं-कहीं भारी बारिश हो सकती है। यहां येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग ने कहा है कि 24 और 25 अगस्त को झारखंड के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। 

बारिश के कारण बाढ़ जैसे हालात
बुधवार रात से लगातार बारिश हो रही है, जिससे निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है। चतरा जिले में बारिश ने भारी तबाही मचाई है, जहां 24 घंटे में 106 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। यहां बाढ़ जैसे हालात बन गए हैं और लगभग 600 घर पानी में घिर गए हैं। भारी बारिश के कारण सरायकेला के डांडू गांव में शुक्रवार को मिट्टी का एक कच्चा मकान गिर गया। इसके मलबे में 10 लोग दब गए। शुक्रवार को कई जिलों में सुबह से ही रुक-रुक कर बारिश हो रही है। चाइबासा में शुक्रवार को 93 मिमी बारिश हुई है। जबकि रांची में 15 मिमी, मेदिनीनगर में 3 मिमी और जमशेदपुर में 11 मिमी बारिश हुई है। 

तिलैया डैम का जलस्तर खतरे के निशान से ऊपर
लगातार बारिश के कारण कोडरमा में तिलैया डैम का जलस्तर खतरे के निशान से ऊपर चला गया है। इसलिए शुक्रवार रात 9 बजे डैम के फाटक खोले गए। लक्ष्य रखा गया है कि डैम से हर सेकंड 1000 क्यूबिक पानी छोड़ा जाएगा। डीवीसी प्रबंधन ने कोडरमा जिला प्रशासन के साथ-साथ गिरिडीह, बोकारो, धनबाद और जामताड़ा जिले को भी अलर्ट कर दिया है। डैम के आसपास के गांवों में लोगों को माइक से अनाउंस करके नदी के किनारे न जाने की सलाह दी जा रही है।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Bhawanipore Club and East Bengal Club were announced joint winners after the First Division Championship final match ended in a draw on the fifth and final day at the Eden Gardens on Thursday. 

Vivek Singh was awarded the player of the match. 

In the summit clash, batting first, Bhawanipore Club scored a mammoth 643/6 decl in 170 overs in their first innings. 

Shakir Habib Gandhi (220), Vivek (176 not out), Abhishek Raman (93) were the star performers with the bat. 

In reply, East Bengal, in their first innings, were 243/8 in 106.4 overs, when heavy rain stopped play. 

With the weather showing no signs of improvement and as both the team’s first innings were not completed, the match was drawn and Bhawanipore & East Bengal were announced joint winners. 

For East Bengal, Satyaki Dutta (53), Kanishk Seth (48 not out) were the pick of the batters.

For Bhawanipore, Ravi Kumar bagged 3 for 60 while Anubhav Tyagi claimed 2 for 38.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : The fourth phase of Vision 2028, which began on April 21, concluded today at the JU 2nd Campus Ground, Salt Lake. 

On Wednesday, on the last day of the camp, the first session was attended by Bengal Under-16 boys where Manoj Tiwary was the batting coach, while the bowling department was looked after by Ashok Dinda. Coach Ajay Verma was also present to guide the boys. 

The second session on the day, which was scheduled for Under-19 boys, was cancelled due to heavy rain. 

The fourth phase of the camp was divided into two sessions every day. 

On every session, Tiwary and Dinda delivered inspirational and motivation words to the young boys. The duo told the boys to use the camp as a learning experience. 

The coaches looked at the proceedings and watched the boys’ practice with hawk eyes. As sessions went on, the coaches talked to the talents individually. 
 
The short-term goal of Vision 2028 will be to get the various age group squads ready for the domestic season by improving their skills while the long-term goals will be to nurture the future talents and make them fit for various Bengal age group squads.

 BHUBANESWAR : Lallianzuala Chhangte delivered a captain’s performance with a dazzling brace as Mumbai City FC breezed past Chennaiyin FC 4-0 in a dominant Round of 16 encounter of the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup at the Kalinga Stadium on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The first half ended 1-0.

Nikolaos Karelis (43’) scored the first goal for Mumbai City FC at the stroke of half time before Lallianzuala Chhangte (64’, 86’) stole the show with his two goals. Substitute Bipin Singh (90’) capped off the win with a strike in the last minute. 

Mumbai City FC, still smarting from a heavy 0-5 defeat against Bengaluru FC in the ISL knockout rounds, responded in emphatic fashion to book their place in the Kalinga Super Cup quarter-finals. Their opponents, Chennaiyin FC, had finished a disappointing 11th in the ISL, and their Super Cup journey came to an end after another underwhelming performance.

From the opening whistle, Mumbai City were on the front foot. The attacking trio of Chhangte, Karelis, and Jorge Ortiz looked sharp, with intricate passing and excellent movement that repeatedly exposed gaps in the Chennaiyin backline.

Chhangte nearly opened the scoring early on when he latched onto a defensive error, glided past his marker and unleashed a shot towards the far post only to see it come back off the woodwork.

Chennaiyin struggled to settle into the game and were denied what looked like a potential penalty after Daniel Chima Chukwu was brought down in the box by Vikram Pratap Singh, but the referee waved play on.

The breakthrough finally came in the 43rd minute. A half-cleared corner fell kindly to Hitesh Sharma, who lofted a teasing ball into the box. Chennaiyin goalkeeper Mohammad Nawaz was a tad late in coming out to affect a save and Nikolaos Karelis made no mistake, nodding home from close range to put the Islanders ahead at the break.

After the interval, Mumbai City resumed their control. Ortiz and Chhangte combined beautifully to carve open chances, and the latter came close again before Chennaiyin nearly found an equaliser. Lukas Brambilla danced past Mumbai City goalkeeper TP Rehenesh and seemed destined to score, but Mehtab Singh’s goal-line clearance denied Chennaiyin a lifeline.

That moment proved to be the turning point. In the 64th minute, Ortiz once again danced past his marker and slipped Karelis in behind. The Greek forward’s effort across goal wasn’t the cleanest, but Chhangte was there at the far post to tap it into an open net and double Mumbai City’s lead.

Chhangte struck again in the 86th minute with a touch of class. Ortiz played a sublime outside-of-the-boot flick to send him through. The winger cut inside on his favoured left foot and curled a low shot past the goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

In the last minute of the game, Chhangte turned provider. A delicate scooped pass found Bipin Singh in the box, who brushed aside pressure from Mandar Rao Desai and calmly slotted home to complete the rout.

इससे पहले मंगलवार रात को राष्ट्रपति ने अपने संबोधन में सरकार को कमजोर करने के विपक्ष के प्रयासों का जिक्र किया और कहा कि 'तबाही मचाने वाली देश विरोधी ताकतों को कुचलने के लिए मार्शल लॉ की घोषणा करते हैं।' राष्ट्रपति ने टीवी पर प्रसारित बयान में बताया कि देश को उत्तर कोरिया और देश विरोधी ताकतों से खतरा है। टीवी पर एक संबोधन में उन्होंने विपक्षी दलों पर सरकार को पंगु बनाने, उत्तर कोरिया के प्रति सहानुभूति रखने और संवैधानिक व्यवस्था को कमजोर करने का आरोप लगाते हुए ‘इमरजेंसी मार्शल लॉ’ की घोषणा की थी।
राष्ट्रपति यून ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि देश को उत्तर कोरिया की कम्युनिस्ट ताकतों और देश विरोधी तत्वों से बचाने के लिए यह कदम उठाना जरूरी है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि देश की स्वतंत्रता और लोकतांत्रिक ढांचे की रक्षा के लिए यह फैसला लिया गया है। यह घोषणा उस समय हुई जब उनके सत्तारूढ़ दल पीपुल्स पावर पार्टी और विपक्षी डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी के बीच अगले साल के बजट को लेकर तीखा विवाद चल रहा था। मार्शल लॉ का अर्थ था कि देश अस्थायी तौर पर सेना के नियंत्रण में चला गया।

इधर, राष्ट्रपति ने जैसे ही मार्शल लॉ लगाने का एलान किया, वैसे ही हजारों की संख्या में लोग दक्षिण कोरिया की सड़कों पर निकल आए और राजधानी सियोल में संसद के बाहर लोगों की भारी भीड़ इकट्ठा हो गई। मार्शल लॉ लगते ही सैन्य बल संसद में दाखिल हो गए और संसद के बाहर पुलिस और प्रदर्शनकारियों में झड़प शुरू हो गई। वहीं पुलिस को संसद में दाखिल होने से रोकने के लिए सांसद भी पुलिसकर्मियों से भिड़ गए। भारी विरोध के चलते राष्ट्रपति ने हार मान ली और कुछ ही घंटे बाद संसद में हुए मतदान को स्वीकार करते हुए मार्शल लॉ का आदेश वापस ले लिया।

दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत देशभर के कई राज्यों में मॉनसून जमकर बरस रहा है। उत्तर पश्चिम, पूर्व, पूर्वोत्तर और मध्य भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में मूसलाधार बारिश का दौर जारी है। राजस्थान के कई जिलों में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश हो रही है। छत्तीसगढ़ में भी लगातार बारिश होने से कई इलाकों में बाढ़ जैसे हालात पैदा हो गए हैं । गुरुवार को भी झमाझम बारिश से मौसम सुहावना हो गया। हालांकि लगातार बारिश ने परेशानी बढ़ा दी है। जिससे अभी राहत के आसार नहीं हैं। दरअसल, मौसम विभाग ने दिल्‍ली और आसपास के इलाकों के लिए पहले ही आज और कल यानी गुरुवार और शुक्रवार के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया हुआ है। ऐसे में लोगों को बारिश से राहत मिलने की उम्‍मीद नहीं है। दिल्ली के अलावा राजस्थान, यूपी, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, ओडिशा हरियाणा समेत कई राज्यों में कल बारिश के आसार हैं। मौसम विभाग ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है।

इन राज्यों के लिए चेतावनी
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश और मध्य प्रदेश में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होगी। राजस्थान, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ और हिमाचल प्रदेश के विभिन्न इलाकों में भी 15 सितंबर तक जमकर मेघ बरसेंगे। 15-17 सितंबर तक छत्तीसगढ़ में, मध्य महाराष्ट्र में 12 सितंबर को, असम और मेघालय में 13 और 14 सितंबर कर भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है। इसके अलावा नगालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम, त्रिपुरा, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, बिहार और ओडिशा में भी 15 सितंबर तक अलग-अलग स्थानों पर भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है।

दिल्ली में बारिश का येलो अलर्ट
राजधानी दिल्ली में बारिश का दौर जारी है। पिछले कई दिनों मौसम सुहावना बना हुआ है। आज सुबह कई जगहों पर बारिश के बाद भीषण जाम देखने को मिला। मौसम अधिकारियों ने बताया कि सुबह साढ़े आठ बजे तक 24 घंटे के दौरान दिल्ली में छह मिलीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की गयी। मौसम विभाग ने कल के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया और मध्यम बारिश के साथ बादल छाए रहने का अनुमान जताया है। दिल्ली में बारिश के बाद प्रदूषण भी कम हो गया है।

यूपी में रेड और ऑरेंज अलर्ट
उत्तर प्रदेश के कई जिलों के लिए ‘रेड’ और ‘ऑरेंज’ अलर्ट जारी करते हुए अगले 48 घंटों में भारी बारिश होने का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। मथुरा और आगरा को ‘रेड अलर्ट’ के तहत रखा गया है। इसके अलावा, राज्य के एक दर्जन से अधिक अन्य जिलों के लिए ‘ऑरेंज’ अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मथुरा और आगरा के लिए रेड अलर्ट गुरुवार तक रहेगा। इसके अलावा, फर्रुखाबाद, बिजनौर, मुरादाबाद, रामपुर, बरेली और शाहजहांपुर को भी गुरुवार और शुक्रवार के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

कब होगी मॉनसून की विदाई?
स्‍काईमेट वेदर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार साल 2019 के बाद मानसून की विदाई की तारीख में बदलाव किया गया है। आंकड़े बताते हैं कि पिछले कुछ सालों में मानसून की वापसी में देरी देखी गई है। साल 2017 से 2022 के बीच 20 सितंबर से 6 अक्टूबर के बीच मानसून की विदाई उत्‍तर भारत से हुई है। साल 2023 में 25 सितंबर को मानसून की वापसी उत्‍तर भारत से हुई। दिल्ली से मानसूनी की वापसी की औपचारिक तारीख 2 सिंतबर है। जबकि पिछले साल यह विदाई अक्टूबर के पहले सप्ताह में हुई थी। इस तर्ज पर पूरे देश से मानसून की वापसी की औपचारिक तारीख 19 अक्टूबर है, जिसमें भी देरी देखने को मिल रही है। भारत में हर साल मानसून की शुरुआत मई के अंतिम सप्‍ताह और जून की शुरुआत में होती है। यह पूरी प्रक्रिया अक्‍टूबर के मध्‍य तक चलती है।
