లిక్కర్ స్కామ్ కేసులో కవితను మూడు రోజులు సీబీఐ కస్టడీకి అప్పగించారు. ఈ మూడు రోజుల కస్టడీ నేటితో ముగియడంతో.. ఆమెను రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో హాజరుపరిచారు.

 ఈ సందర్భంగా సీబీఐ తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు, కవిత తరఫున న్యాయవాదుల మధ్య వాదోపవాదనలు జరిగాయి. 14 రోజుల జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీకి ఇవ్వాలని సీబీఐ కోరింది.

 సాక్ష్యాలను కవిత ముందు పెట్టి విచారించామని.. విచారణకు ఆమె సహకరించలేదని సీబీఐ ఆరోపించింది. ఇరు పక్షాల వాదనలు విన్న ధర్మాసనం.. కవితను 9 రోజుల జ్యూడీషియల్ కస్టడీకి అప్పగించింది. దీని ప్రకారం.. కవిత ఏప్రిల్ 23వ తేదీ వరకు జ్యూడీషియల్ కస్టడీలో ఉండనున్నారు..

But Mohammedan did not win the I-League Last match among 30 thousand fans. Andrey Chernyshov's men lost 1-3 at home to Delhi FC.
  
Delhi took the lead early in the game. Alisher Kholmurodov scored from Pape Gassama's corner in the first seven minutes.However, despite not winning the match on this day, the excitement of Mohammedan was as good as watching. గురువారం నాడు కవిత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై రౌజ్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో విచారణ జరిగింది. ఈడీ దాఖలు చేసిన కౌంటర్‌పై రీజాయిన్డెర్లు ఫైర్ చేశారు కవిత తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు. కుమారుడికి పరీక్షల నేపథ్యంలో మధ్యంతర బెయిల్ ఇవ్వాలని ఒక పిటిషన్, మధ్యంతర బెయిల్‌పై ఒక పిటిషన్‌పై విదానలు వినిపిస్తున్నారు అభిషేక్ మను సింఘ్వి. బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై వాదనల సందర్భంగా ఈడీ తన వాదనలు బలంగా వినిపించింది. కవితపై షాకింగ్ కామెంట్స్ చేసింది.

सीएम केजरीवाल की ईडी रिमांड बढ़ी, अब एक अप्रैल तक रहेंगे कस्टडी में

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है। कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की ईडी रिमांड 1 अप्रैल तक के लिए बढ़ा दी है।आबकारी नीति घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में गिरफ्तार दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की आज गुरुवार को ईडी की रिमांड अवधि खत्म हो गई। ऐसे में ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में पेश किया और अदालत से दिल्ली सीएम की सात दिनों की रिमांड बढ़ाने की मांग की। कोर्ट ने ईडी की दलीलें सुनने के बाद केजरीवाल की कस्टडी 1 अप्रैल तक बढ़ा दी।

आज स्पेशल जज कावेरी बावेजा की कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान सीएम केजरीवाल और ईडी के वकीलों के बीच तीखी बहस देखने को मिली। ईडी की ओर से पेश एएसजी एसवी राजू ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने घूस लिया और इसका इस्तेमाल गोवा के चुनाव में किया। हमारे पास इस बात के दस्तावेज मौजूद हैं कि हवाला रूट के जरिए इन पैसों का इस्तेमाल गोवा के चुनाव में किया गया। राजू ने कहा कि जिन लोगों ने बाद में उनका नाम लिया, उन्होंने ऐसा करने के कारणों का खुलासा किया है। यह कागजों में है। राजू ने कहा कि हमारे पास गवाह हैं कि वे पैसे साउथ ग्रुप के हवाला से आए थे। एक शृंखला है।उन्होंने चुनिंदा तौर पर उस चेन के बारे में बात नहीं की है।

केजरीवाल ने 100 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी-ईडी
कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान ईडी ने कहा कि हमारे पास सबूत है कि केजरीवाल ने आबकारी नीति मामले में 100 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत की मांग की। केजरीवाल ने कई बड़े अधिवक्ता खड़े किए, क्या आम आदमी ऐसा कर सकता है? ईडी ने कोर्ट में कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अब तक मोबाइल का पासवर्ड नहीं दिया। जिसके कारण डिजिटल डेटा का परीक्षण नहीं कर पाए। 

घोटाला ईडी की जांच के बाद शुरू हुआ-केजरीवाल
केजरीवाल की तरफ से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता मोहित माथुर ने कहा कि हम रिमांड का विरोध नहीं कर रहे हैं, ईडी जितने दिन चाहे केजरीवाल को रख सकती है। इस दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में कहा कि मुझे गिरफ्तार किया गया है। न मेरे ऊपर कोई मुकदमा चला, न आरोप बताए। केजरीवाल ने कहा मैं ईडी के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को धन्यवाद देना चाहते हूं। जांच में अभी तक उन्होंने सहयोग किया है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि राघव मंगुटा के इतने बयान हुए 7 में से 6 बयानों में जिक्र नहीं है, लेकिन 7वें बयान में जिक्र आता है। लेकिन पहले के 6 बयान में सामने नहीं आता। ED के दो मकसद थे. एक आम आदमी पार्टी को खत्म करना, आम आदमी पार्टी को भ्रष्टाचारी, चोर बताना और दूसरा उगाही करना। सीएम ने कहा कि शरद रेडी ने गिरफ्तारी के बाद 55 करोड़ रुपए दिए। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि कोई 100 करोड़ का घोटाला हुआ। मैं बताता हूं कि वो क्या घोटाला क्या है। घोटाला ईडी की जांच के बाद शुरू हुआ। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में कहा कि हम रिमांड का विरोध नहीं कर रहे हैं। ये जितना दिन चाहे हिरासत में रखें।बॉन्ड की भी जांच होनी चाहिए।

But Mohammedan did not win the I-League Last match among 30 thousand fans. Andrey Chernyshov's men lost 1-3 at home to Delhi FC.
  
Delhi took the lead early in the game. Alisher Kholmurodov scored from Pape Gassama's corner in the first seven minutes.However, despite not winning the match on this day, the excitement of Mohammedan was as good as watching. గురువారం నాడు కవిత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై రౌజ్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో విచారణ జరిగింది. ఈడీ దాఖలు చేసిన కౌంటర్‌పై రీజాయిన్డెర్లు ఫైర్ చేశారు కవిత తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు. కుమారుడికి పరీక్షల నేపథ్యంలో మధ్యంతర బెయిల్ ఇవ్వాలని ఒక పిటిషన్, మధ్యంతర బెయిల్‌పై ఒక పిటిషన్‌పై విదానలు వినిపిస్తున్నారు అభిషేక్ మను సింఘ్వి. బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై వాదనల సందర్భంగా ఈడీ తన వాదనలు బలంగా వినిపించింది. కవితపై షాకింగ్ కామెంట్స్ చేసింది.

మద్యం విధానానికి (Delhi Excise Scam Case) సంబంధించిన కేసులో అరెస్టయిన కేజ్రీవాల్‌ను గురువారం ఈడీ అధికారులు కోర్టులో హాజరుపర్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ సందర్భంగా జడ్జి అనుమతితో సీఎం స్వయంగా తన వాదనలు వినిపించారు. కేవలం నాలుగు వాంగ్మూలాలతోనే తనను అరెస్టు చేశారని పేర్కొన్నారు. అటు సునీత కూడా నిన్న కోర్టుకు వెళ్లారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆమె మాట్లాడుతూ.. తన భర్త ఆరోగ్యం బాలేదని, ఆయనను ఈడీ అధికారులు వేధిస్తున్నారని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు..

सीएम केजरीवाल की ईडी रिमांड बढ़ी, अब एक अप्रैल तक रहेंगे कस्टडी में

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है। कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की ईडी रिमांड 1 अप्रैल तक के लिए बढ़ा दी है।आबकारी नीति घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में गिरफ्तार दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की आज गुरुवार को ईडी की रिमांड अवधि खत्म हो गई। ऐसे में ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में पेश किया और अदालत से दिल्ली सीएम की सात दिनों की रिमांड बढ़ाने की मांग की। कोर्ट ने ईडी की दलीलें सुनने के बाद केजरीवाल की कस्टडी 1 अप्रैल तक बढ़ा दी।

आज स्पेशल जज कावेरी बावेजा की कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान सीएम केजरीवाल और ईडी के वकीलों के बीच तीखी बहस देखने को मिली। ईडी की ओर से पेश एएसजी एसवी राजू ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ने घूस लिया और इसका इस्तेमाल गोवा के चुनाव में किया। हमारे पास इस बात के दस्तावेज मौजूद हैं कि हवाला रूट के जरिए इन पैसों का इस्तेमाल गोवा के चुनाव में किया गया। राजू ने कहा कि जिन लोगों ने बाद में उनका नाम लिया, उन्होंने ऐसा करने के कारणों का खुलासा किया है। यह कागजों में है। राजू ने कहा कि हमारे पास गवाह हैं कि वे पैसे साउथ ग्रुप के हवाला से आए थे। एक शृंखला है।उन्होंने चुनिंदा तौर पर उस चेन के बारे में बात नहीं की है।

केजरीवाल ने 100 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी-ईडी
कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान ईडी ने कहा कि हमारे पास सबूत है कि केजरीवाल ने आबकारी नीति मामले में 100 करोड़ रुपये की रिश्वत की मांग की। केजरीवाल ने कई बड़े अधिवक्ता खड़े किए, क्या आम आदमी ऐसा कर सकता है? ईडी ने कोर्ट में कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अब तक मोबाइल का पासवर्ड नहीं दिया। जिसके कारण डिजिटल डेटा का परीक्षण नहीं कर पाए। 

घोटाला ईडी की जांच के बाद शुरू हुआ-केजरीवाल
केजरीवाल की तरफ से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता मोहित माथुर ने कहा कि हम रिमांड का विरोध नहीं कर रहे हैं, ईडी जितने दिन चाहे केजरीवाल को रख सकती है। इस दौरान अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में कहा कि मुझे गिरफ्तार किया गया है। न मेरे ऊपर कोई मुकदमा चला, न आरोप बताए। केजरीवाल ने कहा मैं ईडी के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को धन्यवाद देना चाहते हूं। जांच में अभी तक उन्होंने सहयोग किया है। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि राघव मंगुटा के इतने बयान हुए 7 में से 6 बयानों में जिक्र नहीं है, लेकिन 7वें बयान में जिक्र आता है। लेकिन पहले के 6 बयान में सामने नहीं आता। ED के दो मकसद थे. एक आम आदमी पार्टी को खत्म करना, आम आदमी पार्टी को भ्रष्टाचारी, चोर बताना और दूसरा उगाही करना। सीएम ने कहा कि शरद रेडी ने गिरफ्तारी के बाद 55 करोड़ रुपए दिए। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि कोई 100 करोड़ का घोटाला हुआ। मैं बताता हूं कि वो क्या घोटाला क्या है। घोटाला ईडी की जांच के बाद शुरू हुआ। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में कहा कि हम रिमांड का विरोध नहीं कर रहे हैं। ये जितना दिन चाहे हिरासत में रखें।बॉन्ड की भी जांच होनी चाहिए।
