भारत की आबादी को लेकर एक नई बहस शुरू हो गई है। इसकी शुरूआत दक्षिण के राज्यों से ही है। आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू और तमिलनाडु के सीएम एमके स्टालिन ने अपने-अपने राज्यों के लोगों से कहा है कि अधिक बच्चे पैदा करें। आंध्र प्रदेश के सीएम ने राज्य की 'वृद्ध होती आबादी' का मुद्दा उठाया, जबकि तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने 2026 तक होने वाले परिसीमन के लिए 'समाधान' के रूप में '16 बच्चे' पालने वाले दंपतियों की बात की। मामले को लेकर राजनीति भी अपने चरम पर है।

तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एम.के. स्टालिन ने सोमवार को जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तन के मुद्दे को परिसीमन प्रक्रिया से जोड़ते हुए सुझाव दिया कि राज्य में लोगों को अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने चाहिए। तमिनलाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने सोमवार को कहा कि लोकसभा परिसीमन प्रक्रिया से कई दंपतियों के 16 (तरह की संपत्ति) बच्चों की तमिल कहावत की ओर वापस लौटने की उम्मीदें बढ़ सकती हैं। स्टालिन ने कहा कि अब ऐसी स्थिति पैदा हो गई है जहां लोगों को लगता है कि अब उन्हें सचमुच 16 बच्चे पैदा करने चाहिए, न कि एक छोटा और खुशहाल परिवार रखना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने जनगणना और लोसकभा परिसीमन प्रक्रिया का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि नवविवाहित जोड़े अब कम बच्चे पैदा करने का विचार त्याग सकते हैं।



स्टालिन की यह टिप्पणी आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू की तरफ से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने की इसी तरह के बयान के एक दिन बाद आई है। इससे पहले नायडू ने रविवार को घोषणा की कि उनका प्रशासन एक ऐसा कानून लाने की योजना बना रहा है जिसके तहत केवल दो या उससे अधिक बच्चे वाले व्यक्ति ही स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ सकेंगे। उन्होंने राज्य की बढ़ती उम्र की आबादी और जनसांख्यिकीय संतुलन पर इसके प्रभाव के बारे में चिंताओं का हवाला देते हुए परिवारों से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने का आग्रह किया था।

चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि दक्षिण भारत में आबादी बूढ़ी हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक महिला को अपने जीवनकाल में दो से अधिक बच्चों को जन्म देना चाहिए। आंध्र प्रदेश की जन्म दर प्रति महिला 2.1 जीवित जन्मों के प्रतिस्थापन स्तर से नीचे है। नायडू का कहना था कि हमें अपनी जनसंख्या को मैनेज करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2047 तक, हमारे पास जनसांख्यिकीय लाभांश होगा, अधिक युवा होंगे। 2047 के बाद, अधिक बूढ़े लोग होंगे। ऐसे में यदि दो से कम बच्चे (प्रति महिला) जन्म लेते हैं, तो जनसंख्या कम हो जाएगी। यदि आप (प्रत्येक महिला) दो से अधिक बच्चों को जन्म देती हैं, तो जनसंख्या बढ़ेगी।

यह बयान ऐसे समय में आया है जब तमिलनाडु सहित अन्य दक्षिणी राज्यों को 2026 में होने वाले परिसीमन के कारण संसदीय प्रतिनिधित्व में संभावित बदलावों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अगर भारत में 2026 में निर्धारित परिसीमन किया जाता है, तो 2029 में होने वाले लोकसभा चुनावों में उत्तरी राज्यों को 32 सीटों का फायदा होगा, जबकि दक्षिणी राज्यों को 24 सीटों का नुकसान होगा। थिंक टैंक कार्नेगी एंडोमेंट फॉर इंटरनेशनल पीस द्वारा 2019 के लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले प्रकाशित ‘भारत के प्रतिनिधित्व का उभरता संकट’ शीर्षक वाले अध्ययन में कहा गया था कि इस प्रक्रिया में तमिलनाडु और केरल राज्य मिलकर 16 सीटें खो देंगे।

 Khabar kolkata News Desk:  Bengal Under-19 team stormed into the semifinals of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy after a dominant 96-run victory over Maharashtra in the quarterfinals in Rajkot on Sunday.

Bengal entered the last-four stage of the competition after 11 years. They last qualified back in 2013. 

Skipper Chandrahas Dash led from the front with a brilliant 82 off 112 balls. Agniswar Das (73), player-of-the-match Vishal Bhati (4-23), Ashutosh Kumar (2-23) and Jeet Thakur (2-25) also impressed for Bengal. 

Opting to bat, Bengal posted a challenging 269/9 in 49 overs. 

In reply, Maharashtra were bundled out for 173 in 41.1 overs.

"It has been a team effort. Maharashtra is one of the strongest teams in the competition. To beat them in this manner is incredible. Every member of our team stepped up when it mattered. Now we must focus on our next match," Bengal U-19 head coach Sourashish Lahiri said.

 *Khabar kolkata:* Bengal Under-19 team stormed into the quarterfinals of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy after a dominant 50-run victory over Madhya Pradesh in the pre-quarterfinals in Rajkot on Thursday.
  

  
Bengal’s Agniswar Das was awarded the player-of-the-match for his brilliant 87 off 113 balls. He struck seven boundaries and 2 sixes. Vishal Bhati (53, 2-32), Yudhajit Guha (3-37), Ganoranjan Kapat (2-17), Irshad Alam (2-23) also impressed for Bengal.

 KKNB: Talented batsman Chandrahas Dash will lead a strong Bengal Under-19 team in the knockouts of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy. 

Talented bowler Yudhajit Guha is the vice captain. Sourasish Lahiri is the chief coach of the team while Sanjib Sanyal is the coach. 

Bengal is scheduled to take on Madhya Pradesh in the pre-quarterfinals of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy in Rajkot on Thursday. Bengal has made it to the Vinoo Mankad Trophy knockouts after 11 years.

उत्तर प्रदेश के बहराइच में रविवार को जुलूस के दौरान संगीत बजाने को लेकर हुए सांप्रदायिक संघर्ष में गोली लगने से 22 वर्षीय एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पथराव और गोलीबारी में करीब आधे दर्जन लोग घायल हो गए। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हिंसा की निंदा करते हुए कहा कि जिम्मेदार लोगों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।



यह घटना उस समय हुई जब विसर्जन के लिए देवी दुर्गा की प्रतिमा लेकर जा रहा जुलूस मंसूर गांव के महाराजगंज बाजार से गुजरा। रेहुआ मंसूर गांव के निवासी राम गोपाल मिश्रा को समूह के साथ चलते समय गोली मार दी गई। परिवार के एक सदस्य के अनुसार, उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन बाद में इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। हत्या के बाद इलाके में सांप्रदायिक तनाव बढ़ गया, जिसके कारण फखरपुर कस्बे और अन्य स्थानों पर इसी तरह के जुलूस रद्द कर दिए गए।



हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया कि मूर्ति विसर्जन जारी रहना चाहिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए धार्मिक संगठनों के साथ समन्वय करना चाहिए कि यह समय पर हो। उन्होंने विसर्जन स्थलों पर पुलिस बल बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए और गांव में पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया।



लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई



बहराइच में मूर्ति विसर्जन के दौरान हुए उपद्रव के बाद हरदी थानाध्यक्ष एसके वर्मा और महसी चौकी प्रभारी शिव कुमार को निलंबित कर दिया गया। पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) ने घटना के दौरान लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की है। यूपी के डीजीपी प्रशांत कुमार ने घटना में एक व्यक्ति के हताहत होने की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने बताया कि गोंडा और बलरामपुर समेत पड़ोसी जिलों में आगजनी की छिटपुट घटनाएं हुई हैं। डीजीपी ने कहा, "स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एडीजी गोरखपुर जोन केएस प्रताप कुमार और डीआईजी देवीपाटन अमरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह को अतिरिक्त बलों के साथ घटनास्थल पर भेजा गया है।"



बहराइच में अशांति



इस बीच, राम गोपाल मिश्रा की मौत की खबर से स्थानीय ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश फैल गया और उन्होंने महाराजगंज बाजार में वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ की और उन्हें आग के हवाले कर दिया। गांव में पुलिस और प्रांतीय सशस्त्र बल (पीएसी) की भारी टुकड़ी तैनात की गई थी, साथ में एसपी बहराइच वृंदा शुक्ला, डीआईजी अमरेंद्र प्रसाद सिंह और मंडलायुक्त शशि भूषण लाल सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे।

हरियाणा में कांग्रेस बुरी तरह हार गई है। हार के लिए मुख्य रूप से कुमारी सैलजा और भूपिंदर सिंह हुड्डा को जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा रहा है।हरियाणा में हार और सहयोगियों के वार के बाद कांग्रेस एक्शन में है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने हार की समीक्षा को लेकर आज बड़ी बैठक बुलाई है।इस बैठक में पहले भूपेन्द्र हुड्डा, पर्यवेक्षक अशोक गहलोत, अजय माकन, प्रताप सिंह बाजवा, प्रभारी दीपक बाबरिया, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष उदय भान शामिल होंगे. राहुल गांधी भी इस बैठक में शामिल हो सकते हैं। हरियाणा को लेकर खरगे द्वारा बुलाई गई समीक्षा बैठक में सैलजा और सुरजेवाला को पहले नहीं बुलाया गया है। इन नेताओं को बाद में बुलाया जा सकता है।

चुनाव से पहले यह तय माना जा रहा था कि हरियाणा में इस बार कांग्रेस की वापसी होगी. एग्जिट पोल के सर्वे ने इस अनुमान को थोड़ा और पुख्ता कर दिया. सर्वे के बाद से हरियाणा कांग्रेस में जबरदस्त उत्साह थी. कांग्रेस वाले इस बात को तय मान चुके थे कि 10 साल बाद प्रदेश में उसकी वापसी हो रही है. कोई भी ऐसा सर्वे नहीं था जिसमें कांग्रेस हारती हुई दिख रही थी लेकिन जब नतीजे आए तो सारे सर्वे फेल हो गए. बीजेपी को हरियाणा में ऐतिहासिक जीत मिली. बीजेपी ने प्रदेश में जीत की हैट्रिक लगाई।

जानकारों के अनुसार, कांग्रेस की अंदरूनी कलह, मौजूदा विधायकों पर अत्यधिक निर्भरता और बागियों की वजह से कांग्रेस एक दशक के बाद हरियाणा में वापसी करने में विफल रही। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा और कुमारी सैलजा की खींचतान से बीजेपी को बड़ा फायदा मिला। टिकट बंटवारे से लेकर चुनाव प्रचार तक कांग्रेस बंटी नजर आ रही थी। कांग्रेस तीन खेमों में बंट गई थी। इसमें एक खेमा पूर्व सीएम हुड्डा का था तो दूसरा कुमारी सैलजा और तीसरा रणदीप सुरजेवाला का था। 

सैलजा-हुड्डा के अलावा इन 4 दिग्गजों का भी हार में हाथ!
सैलजा और हुड्डा के अलावा कांग्रेस के भीतर 4 ऐसे भी दिग्गज हैं, जिनके ऊपर हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनाने की जिम्मेदारी थी, लेकिन जिस तरह से पार्टी की हार हुई है, उससे कहा जा रहा है कि इन नेताओं की भूमिका पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।
1. दीपक बाबरिया- जून 2023 में शक्ति सिंह गोहिल के गुजरात जाने के बाद दीपक बाबरिया को हरियाणा कांग्रेस का प्रभारी बनाया गया। प्रभारी महासचिव बनने के बाद बाबरिया न तो हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की संगठन तैयार कर पाए और न ही गुटबाजी खत्म कर पाए। इतना ही नहीं, बाबरिया के बयान ने ही कई बार कांग्रेस की मुश्किलें बढ़ा दी।
2. अजय माकन- कांग्रेस के कोषाध्यक्ष अजय माकन हरियाणा चुनाव में स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के प्रमुख थे। कांग्रेस के भीतर टिकट वितरण का काम स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के पास ही है। कांग्रेस का टिकट वितरण पूरे चुनाव के दौरान विवादों में रहा। आरोप है कि टिकट वितरण में सिर्फ हुड्डा गुट को तरजीह मिली। 89 टिकट में से 72 टिकट कांग्रेस में हुड्डा समर्थकों को दे दी गई। टिकट वितरण के बाद कुमारी सैलजा नाराज होकर प्रचार से दूर हो गई। सैलजा की नाराजगी रिजल्ट पर भी दिखा है।
यही नहीं, राहुल गांधी के कहने पर जब कांग्रेस ने आम आदमी पार्टी से गठबंधन की कवायद शुरू की तो अजय माकन और हुड्डा इसके विरोध में थे। माकन दिल्ली की राजनीति की वजह से शुरू से ही अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनकी पार्टी का विरोध कर रहे हैं।
3. अशोक गहलोत- राजस्थान से दिल्ली की तरफ लौटे अशोक गहलोत को कांग्रेस ने हरियाणा का वरिष्ठ पर्यवेक्षक बनाया था। कांग्रेस के भीतर पर्यवेक्षक का काम सभी को साथ लेकर चलना, क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट करना और ग्राउंड की रिपोर्ट से हाईकमान को अवगत कराना होता है। अशोक गहलोत पूरे चुनाव में क्राइसिस मैनेज नहीं कर पाए। कांग्रेस के 29 बागी मैदान में उतर गए, जिसमें से एकाध बागी को ही कांग्रेस मना पाई। अंबाला और जींद में तो कांग्रेस के बागी ने ही पार्टी का खेल खराब कर दिया।
गहलोत पर्यवेक्षक थे, लेकिन सार्वजनिक तौर पर सैलजा और हुड्डा की लड़ाई को रोक नहीं पाए। सैलजा ने आखिर दिन तक मीडिया को इंटरव्यू दिया और हर इंटरव्यू में सीएम पद देने की मांग उठाई.
4. सुनील कनुगोलू-अगस्त 2022 में औपचारिक रूप से कांग्रेस में शामिल होने वाले सुनील कनुगोलू हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की रणनीति देख रहे थे। कहा जाता है कि हरियाणा मांगे हिसाब पदयात्रा का रोडमैप भी कनुगोलू की टीम ने ही तैयार किया था। कनुगोलू के सर्वे को आधार बनाकर ही हुड्डा कैंप ने कई बड़े फैसले हाईकमान से करवाए।
हालांकि, कनुगोलू बीजेपी की रणनीति को समझने में फेल रहे। जमीन पर जिस तरह से बीजेपी ने जाट वर्सेज गैर जाट का फॉर्मूला तैयार किया, उसे भी कनुगोलू की टीम काउंटर नहीं कर पाए।

Bengal sealed top spot in Group E with 20 points from 5 games after beating Arunachal Pradesh by a massive 142 runs on Tuesday. 

Batting first, Bengal posted a challenging 168/6 in 20 overs, thanks to Ipsita Mondal (52 off 47 balls), Sasti Mondal (36 off 27) and (Prativa Mandi (30 off 19).

In reply, Arunachal Pradesh were bundled out for just 26 in 13 overs. For Bengal, Monika Mal (4/2), Bidisha Dey (2/4), Rupal Tiwari (2/8) and Jahanbi Raj Paswan (2/9) were superb with the ball.

जम्मू-कश्मीर की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ़्ती की बेटी इल्तिजा मुफ़्ती ने हार स्वीकार कर ली है। वह विधानसभा चुनाव में दक्षिण कश्मीर के बिजबेहरा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़ रही हैं, जिसके परिणाम आज यानी 8 अक्टूबर को घोषित किए जा रहे हैं।



मैं जनादेश स्वीकार करती हूँ।" नेता ने एक्स से बात करते हुए एक पोस्ट शेयर किया, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी यात्रा की झलक दिखाई और कहा कि वह “लोगों के फैसले” को स्वीकार करती हैं। “मैं लोगों के फैसले को स्वीकार करती हूँ। बिजबेहरा में सभी से मुझे जो प्यार और स्नेह मिला है, वह हमेशा मेरे साथ रहेगा। 



इल्तिजा मुफ्ती ने पोस्ट किया, "इस अभियान के दौरान कड़ी मेहनत करने वाले मेरे पीडीपी कार्यकर्ताओं का आभार।" इल्तिजा ने उस समय प्रसिद्धि पाई जब उनकी मां को अनुच्छेद 370 के निरस्त होने के बाद हिरासत में लिया गया था। इस बार, महबूबा मुफ्ती ने विधानसभा चुनाव नहीं लड़ा और 37 वर्षीय इल्तिजा दक्षिण कश्मीर में पार्टी का चेहरा थीं। महबूबा मुफ्ती ने 1996 में बिजबेहरा से चुनावी शुरुआत की थी, यह निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मुफ्ती परिवार के गढ़ के रूप में जाना जाता है।

 KKNB : Mohun Bagan Super Giant and Mohammedan SC are set to face off in the first Kolkata Derby of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 season at the Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday, October 5, at 7:30 pm IST. Both these teams have garnered four points from their first three matches so far and this game will mark the end of Matchweek 4 before the international break.

 Mohun Bagan’s record against debutant clubs 

This will be the first fixture between these two sides in the ISL. The Mariners have won seven matches and drawn and lost twice each in their 11 games against teams that they are facing for the first time in the league.  After their victory against Chennaiyin FC, Mohammedan SC became only the fifth team in the ISL to win their first away match. भारत की आबादी को लेकर एक नई बहस शुरू हो गई है। इसकी शुरूआत दक्षिण के राज्यों से ही है। आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू और तमिलनाडु के सीएम एमके स्टालिन ने अपने-अपने राज्यों के लोगों से कहा है कि अधिक बच्चे पैदा करें। आंध्र प्रदेश के सीएम ने राज्य की 'वृद्ध होती आबादी' का मुद्दा उठाया, जबकि तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने 2026 तक होने वाले परिसीमन के लिए 'समाधान' के रूप में '16 बच्चे' पालने वाले दंपतियों की बात की। मामले को लेकर राजनीति भी अपने चरम पर है।

तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एम.के. स्टालिन ने सोमवार को जनसांख्यिकीय परिवर्तन के मुद्दे को परिसीमन प्रक्रिया से जोड़ते हुए सुझाव दिया कि राज्य में लोगों को अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने चाहिए। तमिनलाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने सोमवार को कहा कि लोकसभा परिसीमन प्रक्रिया से कई दंपतियों के 16 (तरह की संपत्ति) बच्चों की तमिल कहावत की ओर वापस लौटने की उम्मीदें बढ़ सकती हैं। स्टालिन ने कहा कि अब ऐसी स्थिति पैदा हो गई है जहां लोगों को लगता है कि अब उन्हें सचमुच 16 बच्चे पैदा करने चाहिए, न कि एक छोटा और खुशहाल परिवार रखना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने जनगणना और लोसकभा परिसीमन प्रक्रिया का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि नवविवाहित जोड़े अब कम बच्चे पैदा करने का विचार त्याग सकते हैं।



स्टालिन की यह टिप्पणी आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू की तरफ से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने की इसी तरह के बयान के एक दिन बाद आई है। इससे पहले नायडू ने रविवार को घोषणा की कि उनका प्रशासन एक ऐसा कानून लाने की योजना बना रहा है जिसके तहत केवल दो या उससे अधिक बच्चे वाले व्यक्ति ही स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ सकेंगे। उन्होंने राज्य की बढ़ती उम्र की आबादी और जनसांख्यिकीय संतुलन पर इसके प्रभाव के बारे में चिंताओं का हवाला देते हुए परिवारों से अधिक बच्चे पैदा करने का आग्रह किया था।

चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने कहा कि दक्षिण भारत में आबादी बूढ़ी हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक महिला को अपने जीवनकाल में दो से अधिक बच्चों को जन्म देना चाहिए। आंध्र प्रदेश की जन्म दर प्रति महिला 2.1 जीवित जन्मों के प्रतिस्थापन स्तर से नीचे है। नायडू का कहना था कि हमें अपनी जनसंख्या को मैनेज करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2047 तक, हमारे पास जनसांख्यिकीय लाभांश होगा, अधिक युवा होंगे। 2047 के बाद, अधिक बूढ़े लोग होंगे। ऐसे में यदि दो से कम बच्चे (प्रति महिला) जन्म लेते हैं, तो जनसंख्या कम हो जाएगी। यदि आप (प्रत्येक महिला) दो से अधिक बच्चों को जन्म देती हैं, तो जनसंख्या बढ़ेगी।

यह बयान ऐसे समय में आया है जब तमिलनाडु सहित अन्य दक्षिणी राज्यों को 2026 में होने वाले परिसीमन के कारण संसदीय प्रतिनिधित्व में संभावित बदलावों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अगर भारत में 2026 में निर्धारित परिसीमन किया जाता है, तो 2029 में होने वाले लोकसभा चुनावों में उत्तरी राज्यों को 32 सीटों का फायदा होगा, जबकि दक्षिणी राज्यों को 24 सीटों का नुकसान होगा। थिंक टैंक कार्नेगी एंडोमेंट फॉर इंटरनेशनल पीस द्वारा 2019 के लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले प्रकाशित ‘भारत के प्रतिनिधित्व का उभरता संकट’ शीर्षक वाले अध्ययन में कहा गया था कि इस प्रक्रिया में तमिलनाडु और केरल राज्य मिलकर 16 सीटें खो देंगे।

 Khabar kolkata News Desk:  Bengal Under-19 team stormed into the semifinals of the Vinoo Mankad Trophy after a dominant 96-run victory over Maharashtra in the quarterfinals in Rajkot on Sunday.

Bengal entered the last-four stage of the competition after 11 years. They last qualified back in 2013. 

Skipper Chandrahas Dash led from the front with a brilliant 82 off 112 balls. Agniswar Das (73), player-of-the-match Vishal Bhati (4-23), Ashutosh Kumar (2-23) and Jeet Thakur (2-25) also impressed for Bengal. 

Opting to bat, Bengal posted a challenging 269/9 in 49 overs. 

In reply, Maharashtra were bundled out for 173 in 41.1 overs.

"It has been a team effort. Maharashtra is one of the strongest teams in the competition. To beat them in this manner is incredible. Every member of our team stepped up when it mattered. Now we must focus on our next match," Bengal U-19 head coach Sourashish Lahiri said.

उत्तर प्रदेश के बहराइच में रविवार को जुलूस के दौरान संगीत बजाने को लेकर हुए सांप्रदायिक संघर्ष में गोली लगने से 22 वर्षीय एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई।
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पथराव और गोलीबारी में करीब आधे दर्जन लोग घायल हो गए। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हिंसा की निंदा करते हुए कहा कि जिम्मेदार लोगों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।



यह घटना उस समय हुई जब विसर्जन के लिए देवी दुर्गा की प्रतिमा लेकर जा रहा जुलूस मंसूर गांव के महाराजगंज बाजार से गुजरा। रेहुआ मंसूर गांव के निवासी राम गोपाल मिश्रा को समूह के साथ चलते समय गोली मार दी गई। परिवार के एक सदस्य के अनुसार, उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन बाद में इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। हत्या के बाद इलाके में सांप्रदायिक तनाव बढ़ गया, जिसके कारण फखरपुर कस्बे और अन्य स्थानों पर इसी तरह के जुलूस रद्द कर दिए गए।



हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया कि मूर्ति विसर्जन जारी रहना चाहिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए धार्मिक संगठनों के साथ समन्वय करना चाहिए कि यह समय पर हो। उन्होंने विसर्जन स्थलों पर पुलिस बल बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए और गांव में पुलिसकर्मियों को तैनात किया गया।



लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई



बहराइच में मूर्ति विसर्जन के दौरान हुए उपद्रव के बाद हरदी थानाध्यक्ष एसके वर्मा और महसी चौकी प्रभारी शिव कुमार को निलंबित कर दिया गया। पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) ने घटना के दौरान लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की है। यूपी के डीजीपी प्रशांत कुमार ने घटना में एक व्यक्ति के हताहत होने की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने बताया कि गोंडा और बलरामपुर समेत पड़ोसी जिलों में आगजनी की छिटपुट घटनाएं हुई हैं। डीजीपी ने कहा, "स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एडीजी गोरखपुर जोन केएस प्रताप कुमार और डीआईजी देवीपाटन अमरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह को अतिरिक्त बलों के साथ घटनास्थल पर भेजा गया है।"



बहराइच में अशांति



इस बीच, राम गोपाल मिश्रा की मौत की खबर से स्थानीय ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश फैल गया और उन्होंने महाराजगंज बाजार में वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ की और उन्हें आग के हवाले कर दिया। गांव में पुलिस और प्रांतीय सशस्त्र बल (पीएसी) की भारी टुकड़ी तैनात की गई थी, साथ में एसपी बहराइच वृंदा शुक्ला, डीआईजी अमरेंद्र प्रसाद सिंह और मंडलायुक्त शशि भूषण लाल सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे।

हरियाणा में कांग्रेस बुरी तरह हार गई है। हार के लिए मुख्य रूप से कुमारी सैलजा और भूपिंदर सिंह हुड्डा को जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा रहा है।हरियाणा में हार और सहयोगियों के वार के बाद कांग्रेस एक्शन में है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने हार की समीक्षा को लेकर आज बड़ी बैठक बुलाई है।इस बैठक में पहले भूपेन्द्र हुड्डा, पर्यवेक्षक अशोक गहलोत, अजय माकन, प्रताप सिंह बाजवा, प्रभारी दीपक बाबरिया, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष उदय भान शामिल होंगे. राहुल गांधी भी इस बैठक में शामिल हो सकते हैं। हरियाणा को लेकर खरगे द्वारा बुलाई गई समीक्षा बैठक में सैलजा और सुरजेवाला को पहले नहीं बुलाया गया है। इन नेताओं को बाद में बुलाया जा सकता है।

चुनाव से पहले यह तय माना जा रहा था कि हरियाणा में इस बार कांग्रेस की वापसी होगी. एग्जिट पोल के सर्वे ने इस अनुमान को थोड़ा और पुख्ता कर दिया. सर्वे के बाद से हरियाणा कांग्रेस में जबरदस्त उत्साह थी. कांग्रेस वाले इस बात को तय मान चुके थे कि 10 साल बाद प्रदेश में उसकी वापसी हो रही है. कोई भी ऐसा सर्वे नहीं था जिसमें कांग्रेस हारती हुई दिख रही थी लेकिन जब नतीजे आए तो सारे सर्वे फेल हो गए. बीजेपी को हरियाणा में ऐतिहासिक जीत मिली. बीजेपी ने प्रदेश में जीत की हैट्रिक लगाई।

जानकारों के अनुसार, कांग्रेस की अंदरूनी कलह, मौजूदा विधायकों पर अत्यधिक निर्भरता और बागियों की वजह से कांग्रेस एक दशक के बाद हरियाणा में वापसी करने में विफल रही। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा और कुमारी सैलजा की खींचतान से बीजेपी को बड़ा फायदा मिला। टिकट बंटवारे से लेकर चुनाव प्रचार तक कांग्रेस बंटी नजर आ रही थी। कांग्रेस तीन खेमों में बंट गई थी। इसमें एक खेमा पूर्व सीएम हुड्डा का था तो दूसरा कुमारी सैलजा और तीसरा रणदीप सुरजेवाला का था। 

सैलजा-हुड्डा के अलावा इन 4 दिग्गजों का भी हार में हाथ!
सैलजा और हुड्डा के अलावा कांग्रेस के भीतर 4 ऐसे भी दिग्गज हैं, जिनके ऊपर हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनाने की जिम्मेदारी थी, लेकिन जिस तरह से पार्टी की हार हुई है, उससे कहा जा रहा है कि इन नेताओं की भूमिका पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।
1. दीपक बाबरिया- जून 2023 में शक्ति सिंह गोहिल के गुजरात जाने के बाद दीपक बाबरिया को हरियाणा कांग्रेस का प्रभारी बनाया गया। प्रभारी महासचिव बनने के बाद बाबरिया न तो हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की संगठन तैयार कर पाए और न ही गुटबाजी खत्म कर पाए। इतना ही नहीं, बाबरिया के बयान ने ही कई बार कांग्रेस की मुश्किलें बढ़ा दी।
2. अजय माकन- कांग्रेस के कोषाध्यक्ष अजय माकन हरियाणा चुनाव में स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के प्रमुख थे। कांग्रेस के भीतर टिकट वितरण का काम स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के पास ही है। कांग्रेस का टिकट वितरण पूरे चुनाव के दौरान विवादों में रहा। आरोप है कि टिकट वितरण में सिर्फ हुड्डा गुट को तरजीह मिली। 89 टिकट में से 72 टिकट कांग्रेस में हुड्डा समर्थकों को दे दी गई। टिकट वितरण के बाद कुमारी सैलजा नाराज होकर प्रचार से दूर हो गई। सैलजा की नाराजगी रिजल्ट पर भी दिखा है।
यही नहीं, राहुल गांधी के कहने पर जब कांग्रेस ने आम आदमी पार्टी से गठबंधन की कवायद शुरू की तो अजय माकन और हुड्डा इसके विरोध में थे। माकन दिल्ली की राजनीति की वजह से शुरू से ही अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनकी पार्टी का विरोध कर रहे हैं।
3. अशोक गहलोत- राजस्थान से दिल्ली की तरफ लौटे अशोक गहलोत को कांग्रेस ने हरियाणा का वरिष्ठ पर्यवेक्षक बनाया था। कांग्रेस के भीतर पर्यवेक्षक का काम सभी को साथ लेकर चलना, क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट करना और ग्राउंड की रिपोर्ट से हाईकमान को अवगत कराना होता है। अशोक गहलोत पूरे चुनाव में क्राइसिस मैनेज नहीं कर पाए। कांग्रेस के 29 बागी मैदान में उतर गए, जिसमें से एकाध बागी को ही कांग्रेस मना पाई। अंबाला और जींद में तो कांग्रेस के बागी ने ही पार्टी का खेल खराब कर दिया।
गहलोत पर्यवेक्षक थे, लेकिन सार्वजनिक तौर पर सैलजा और हुड्डा की लड़ाई को रोक नहीं पाए। सैलजा ने आखिर दिन तक मीडिया को इंटरव्यू दिया और हर इंटरव्यू में सीएम पद देने की मांग उठाई.
4. सुनील कनुगोलू-अगस्त 2022 में औपचारिक रूप से कांग्रेस में शामिल होने वाले सुनील कनुगोलू हरियाणा में कांग्रेस की रणनीति देख रहे थे। कहा जाता है कि हरियाणा मांगे हिसाब पदयात्रा का रोडमैप भी कनुगोलू की टीम ने ही तैयार किया था। कनुगोलू के सर्वे को आधार बनाकर ही हुड्डा कैंप ने कई बड़े फैसले हाईकमान से करवाए।
हालांकि, कनुगोलू बीजेपी की रणनीति को समझने में फेल रहे। जमीन पर जिस तरह से बीजेपी ने जाट वर्सेज गैर जाट का फॉर्मूला तैयार किया, उसे भी कनुगोलू की टीम काउंटर नहीं कर पाए।

 Khabar kolkata News Bureau:  Bengal stormed into the quarterfinals of the Women's Under-19, T20 Trophy after winning all their five group-stage matches.

Bengal sealed top spot in Group E with 20 points from 5 games after beating Arunachal Pradesh by a massive 142 runs on Tuesday. 

Batting first, Bengal posted a challenging 168/6 in 20 overs, thanks to Ipsita Mondal (52 off 47 balls), Sasti Mondal (36 off 27) and (Prativa Mandi (30 off 19).

In reply, Arunachal Pradesh were bundled out for just 26 in 13 overs. For Bengal, Monika Mal (4/2), Bidisha Dey (2/4), Rupal Tiwari (2/8) and Jahanbi Raj Paswan (2/9) were superb with the ball.

जम्मू-कश्मीर की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ़्ती की बेटी इल्तिजा मुफ़्ती ने हार स्वीकार कर ली है। वह विधानसभा चुनाव में दक्षिण कश्मीर के बिजबेहरा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़ रही हैं, जिसके परिणाम आज यानी 8 अक्टूबर को घोषित किए जा रहे हैं।



मैं जनादेश स्वीकार करती हूँ।" नेता ने एक्स से बात करते हुए एक पोस्ट शेयर किया, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी यात्रा की झलक दिखाई और कहा कि वह “लोगों के फैसले” को स्वीकार करती हैं। “मैं लोगों के फैसले को स्वीकार करती हूँ। बिजबेहरा में सभी से मुझे जो प्यार और स्नेह मिला है, वह हमेशा मेरे साथ रहेगा।

इल्तिजा मुफ्ती के चुनावी पदार्पण का मार्ग:*



अगस्त 2019 के मध्य में, पूर्ण संचार ब्लैकआउट और लॉकडाउन के बीच, उन्होंने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को एक पत्र लिखा, जिसमें उनके श्रीनगर आवास पर नजरबंदी के पीछे के कारणों पर सवाल उठाया गया। इल्तिजा को घाटी छोड़ने की अनुमति दी गई और उन्होंने अपनी मां से मिलने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट से मंजूरी मांगी, जिसे अंततः मंजूरी मिल गई। महबूबा की रिहाई के बाद, इल्तिजा नियमित रूप से मीडिया से बातचीत और बैठकों के दौरान उनके साथ रहीं। जून 2022 में, उन्होंने एक्स पर "आपकी बात इल्तिजा के साथ" नामक एक पाक्षिक वीडियो श्रृंखला शुरू की, जिसका उद्देश्य जम्मू और कश्मीर के लोगों को प्रभावित करने वाले मुद्दों और निर्णयों पर चर्चा करना था।



दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से राजनीति विज्ञान स्नातक, इल्तिजा ने यूके में वारविक विश्वविद्यालय से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संबंधों में मास्टर डिग्री हासिल की। ​​इल्तिजा मुफ्ती को कश्मीर में नई दिल्ली की नीतियों के कड़े विरोध के लिए भी जाना जाता है। वह केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में नागरिक स्वतंत्रता और राजनीतिक अधिकारों की सक्रिय रूप से वकालत करती हैं। जबकि वह व्यक्तिगत मामलों के बारे में कम प्रोफ़ाइल रखती हैं, उनका ध्यान अपने राजनीतिक करियर पर रहता है। कश्मीर में आजतक के एक कार्यक्रम में इल्तिजा ने कहा, "मुझे न केवल अपनी माँ की शक्ल-सूरत बल्कि उनकी ज़िद भी विरासत में मिली है। मैं रणनीतिकार हूँ, वह भावुक हैं। यह मेरा व्यक्तित्व है और मुझे उम्मीद है कि समय बीतने के साथ लोग इसे पहचान लेंगे।" जम्मू और कश्मीर विधानसभा के चुनाव 18 सितंबर, 25 सितंबर और 1 अक्टूबर को हुए थे।

 KKNB : Mohun Bagan Super Giant and Mohammedan SC are set to face off in the first Kolkata Derby of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 season at the Salt Lake Stadium on Saturday, October 5, at 7:30 pm IST. Both these teams have garnered four points from their first three matches so far and this game will mark the end of Matchweek 4 before the international break.

 Mohun Bagan’s record against debutant clubs 

This will be the first fixture between these two sides in the ISL. The Mariners have won seven matches and drawn and lost twice each in their 11 games against teams that they are facing for the first time in the league. Will they continue that promising run against the ISL debutants for this campaign too?

 Can Mohammedan SC set an away record? 

 After their victory against Chennaiyin FC, Mohammedan SC became only the fifth team in the ISL to win their first away match. If they clinch a victory against the Mariners, Mohammedan SC will become only the second team in ISL history (after ATK in 2014) to notch wins in both of their opening away games on the road.

 Mohammedan SC’s Mirjalol Kasimov has won 11 fouls in three appearances so far. He can help the visitors pounce upon set-piece goal-scoring opportunities.
