झारखंड में 79वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस पूरे जोश के साथ मनाया गया। राजधानी रांची के मोराबादी मैदान में राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने तिरंगा फहराया और जनता को संबोधित किया। इस बार परंपरा से हटकर राज्यपाल ने रांची में तिरंगा फहराया, क्योंकि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में झामुमो संस्थापक और उनके पिता शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध में शामिल हो रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने रामगढ़ स्थित अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में ध्वजारोहण किया।

  


राज्यवासियों को स्वतंत्रता दिवस की बधाई दी
सीएम ने झारखंड और देश के वीर सपूतों को नमन किया साथ ही राज्यवासियों को स्वतंत्रता दिवस की बधाई दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता दिवस केवल उत्सव का दिन नहीं, बल्कि हमारे देश के वीर शहीदों के बलिदान को स्मरण करने और उनके सपनों के भारत के निर्माण का संकल्प लेने का अवसर है।कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय लोगों की बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थिति रही और माहौल देशभक्ति के गीतों से गूंजता रहा।

टूटी बरसों पुरानी यह परंपरा
बता दें कि सीएम हेमंत सोरेन पिता शिबू सोरेन के निधन के बाद से सीएम नेमरा में ही हैं। आज शिबू सोरेन का दशकर्म भी है। जिसके कारण कई वर्षों से स्वतंत्रता दिवस और गणतंत्र दिवस दोनों ही मौकों पर राजधानी रांची में मुख्यमंत्री और उपराजधानी दुमका में राज्यपाल ध्वजारोहण करने की बरसों पुरानी यह परंपरा भी टूट गयी।

स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर झारखंड पुलिस ने पूरे राज्य में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया है। स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मौके पर आसामाजिक तत्व हो या नक्सली संगठन किसी भी प्रकार की कोई भी बाधा उत्पन्न ना कर कर सके। इसके लिए झारखंड पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। पुलिस मुख्यालय से सभी जिलों में हर तरह की सतर्कता बरतने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इधर एंटी टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉड (एटीएस) की ओर से जारी 285 संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों की सूची भी 14 जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को सौंप दी है।

  


झारखंड में स्वतंत्रता दिवस की तैयारी अंतिम चरण में है। दूसरी तरफ पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। खासकर नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में विशेष नजर रखी जा रही है। पुलिस मुख्यालय द्वारा जारी आदेश में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों पर विशेष नजर रखने को कहा गया है। नक्सली संगठन भाकपा माओवादियों पर विशेष नजर रखने की हिदायत दी गई है। भाकपा माओवादी हर साल 15 अगस्त के मौके पर अपने प्रभाव वाले इलाके में काला झंडा फहराने की कोशिश करते हैं।

इधर, हाल ही में एंटी टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉयड (एटीएस) द्वारा एक रिपोर्ट तैयार किया गया है। जिसमें 285 संदिग्ध लोगों की सूची है। इस लिस्ट में वैसे आतंकियों के नाम शामिल हैं, जो पूर्व में किसी आतंकी घटना में शामिल होने के आरोप में जेल जा चुके हैं या उन पर केस दर्ज है या फिर वह वर्तमान में बरी होकर या जमानत पर बाहर आ चुके हैं। एटीएस की पूरी रिपोर्ट विभिन्न आतंकियों की झारखंड या राज्य के बाहर से गिरफ्तारी और उनसे पूछताछ में आये संदिग्ध लोगों के नाम और पते के आधार पर तैयार की है।

पाकुड़ जिले से सबसे अधिक संदिग्ध
राज्यभर के 285 लोगों में से सबसे अधिक पाकुड़ जिले के 113 लोग आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। राजधानी रांची की बात करें तो, यहां से कुल 49 लोग आतंकी संगठनों में शामिल हैं। वहीं बोकारो, खूंटी, लातेहार, चतरा और गोड्डा से सबसे कम 1-1 लोग देश-विदेश में सक्रिय आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं।

200 जवानों के जिम्मे मोरहाबादी मैदान की सुरक्षा
स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर किसी भी प्रकार की कोई बाधा उत्पन्न ना हो, इसके लिए झारखंड पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। राजधानी रांची में भी स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं। स्वतंत्रता दिवस मुख्य समारोह रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में आयोजित होना है। स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह को लेकर 15 अगस्त को मोरहाबादी मैदान 200 पुलिस बल के हवाले होगा।

रात से शुरू होगा सघन चेकिंग अभियान
स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर 14 अगस्त की शाम से ही पूरे जिले में पीसीआर, पेट्रोलिंग पार्टी समेत थाना गश्ती को लगातार सड़कों पर नजर रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। एसएसपी चंदन सिन्हा स्वयं पूरी सुरक्षा की मॉनिटरिंग कर रहे हैं। सुरक्षा को लेकर एसएसपी ने डीएसपी और इंस्पेक्टर स्तर के पदाधिकारी को कई दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए हैं। वही रांची एसएसपी ने यह भी आदेश दिया है कि शहर के होटलों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाए, विशेषकर रेलवे स्टेशन के आसपास के होटलों की तलाशी जरूर ली जाए।

झारखंड में इस साल 15 अगस्त का स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह कुछ अलग होगा। परंपरा से हटकर इस बार रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में मुख्यमंत्री नहीं, बल्कि राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार तिरंगा फहराएंगे। राजभवन की ओर से सूचना दी गई है कि राज्य सरकार की ओर से स्वतंत्रता दिवस-2025 के अवसर पर मोरहाबादी में ध्वजारोहण करने का प्रस्ताव दिया गया था, जिस पर उन्होंने अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है।

पिता के श्राद्ध के लिए नेमरा में रहेंगे हेमंत
हर साल की तरह रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में 15 अगस्त को मुख्यमंत्री तिरंगा फहराते हैं। लेकिन ध्वजारोहण की परंपरा इस बार नहीं निभाई जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन अपने पिता एवं वरिष्ठ आदिवासी नेता शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कर्मकांड में शामिल होने के लिए 15 अगस्त को अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में रहेंगे। 

राज्यपाल ने स्वीकार किया सरकार का प्रस्ताव
शिबू सोरेन का 4 अगस्त को 81 वर्ष की उम्र में दिल्ली के एक अस्पताल में निधन हो गया था। उनके निधन के चलते मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह में शामिल नहीं होने का निर्णय लिया है। राज्य सरकार की ओर से जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है कि राज्य सरकार ने प्रस्ताव दिया था कि इस साल माननीय राज्यपाल मोरहाबादी में ध्वजारोहण करें। राज्यपाल गंगवार ने प्रस्ताव स्वीकार कर लिया है। सरकार की ओर से जारी बयान के अनुसार, इस बार मोरहाबादी मैदान में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार फहराएंगे। 

 ‘एट होम कार्यक्रम’ भी रद्द किया गया
आमतौर पर राज्यपाल स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर झारखंड की उपराजधानी दुमका में ध्वजारोहण करते हैं, लेकिन इस बार राज्य सरकार के विशेष प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार करते हुए वे रांची में मुख्य समारोह का नेतृत्व करेंगे। इतना ही नहीं संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन के सम्मान में राज भवन में प्रति वर्ष स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर आयोजित होने वाले ‘एट होम कार्यक्रम’ को इस वर्ष आयोजित नहीं करने का निर्णय लिया है।

From “No” to Global Go: How a Rejected Short Film Becomes the Launchpad for India’s First AI Voice-Cloning OTT Platform
Software developer-turned-filmmaker Sahil Dhamija couldn’t secure an OTT slot for his debut short film, he identified some real gaps between entertainment and technology especially, a time-consuming dubbing. The setback catalysed Rochak, an AI-powered platform that now turns any film into fifteen-plus languages within hours and streams the actor’s own voice worldwide.
Sahil Dhamija’s first taste of filmmaking was intoxicating—until distribution realities crashed the party. Shot on a shoestring and titled Public Place, the short wrapped in May 2024 and was promptly rejected by every OTT service he approached. Feedback was polite yet fatal: production value “too niche,” dubbing budget “too high,” audience “too limited.” By Independence Day the film was on YouTube, garnering views but yielding little revenue.
Rather than quitting, Dhamija dissected the bottleneck. Dubbing, he discovered, soaks up to 20 percent of a mid-budget film’s cost and adds six weeks to release calendars. Worse, audiences often hate the substituted voices. The answer wasn’t bigger budgets; it was better technology.
Enter Rochak. Over the next twelve months Dhamija and co-founder Bijay Rawat trained neural networks to capture an actor’s vocal fingerprint—pitch arcs, breath gaps, emotional subtlety—and re-synthesise that performance in multiple languages. The result became Rochak Voice Engine, capable of cloning dialogue tracks for a full feature film in under six hours.
Validation came quickly. The platform’s inaugural release, MILF, debuted in Hindi, English, Arabic, and Tamil. Analytics lit up: 73 percent of viewers chose a dubbed track, average watch-time surged 33 percent, and subtitle use dwindled. Clearly, audiences crave linguistic comfort as long as emotional authenticity stays intact.
The roadmap is equally bold. An Android app drops this month-end with offline downloads, 4K casting, and swipe-based language switching. iOS follows next month; smart-TV apps for Android TV, Fire TV, and webOS are already in QA. Beyond that, Rochak is engineering a lip-sync module that visually aligns mouth movements to each dubbed language, plus a Creator Console where filmmakers can upload masters, select target tongues, and receive ready-to-stream files—all on subscription economics.
By 2027 the platform targets 35 languages, real-time dubbing for live events, and an “opening weekend, everywhere” reality for storytellers. Rochak’s journey from rejection to reinvention proves that sometimes the fastest route to success begins with a very public “no.”

It started at the age of 21, when a newly graduated student was commuting on a local train in Mumbai. Enthusiastically talking about a dream to have a career in sales, this person was excited about the prospect of meeting people, knowing their problems, and providing tailored solutions. Unaware to them, a regional sales manager from a major pharmaceutical firm happened to overhear the conversation. Influenced by their passion and commitment in their words, the manager went up to the graduate and gave them his business card, inviting them in for an interview. No resume was required; it was the passion and commitment that got them the job.

This was the starting point of a successful career in sales, where the person rose through the ranks to senior levels in well-known companies like Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, and ZTV Network. In all these shifts, the emphasis remained on demonstrating their worth and love, instead of talking of a resume.

The central takeaway here is that the traditional resume may open doors, but it’s the authentic value you bring that will truly walk you through them. Research and preparation are key. Much like a business consultant, job seekers should approach potential employers by understanding their needs and positioning themselves as solution providers. This requires a shift in mindset—viewing the job search process not as a race to submit applications, but as an opportunity to build meaningful, value-driven connections.

The presentation touched on some of the real-life scenarios in which professionals constructed their careers by intentionally concentrating on value-based network construction. Sarabjeet Sachar narrated examples of people such as Amit and Simon, who were able to switch into new fields and gain leadership positions by matching their capabilities with the precise requirements of their potential employers.

This creative strategy is opposite to the conventional thinking of writing a resume based on a job description. Sachar emphasized that employers are not seeking flawless resumes but those who can provide solutions to their issues. By establishing these connections via networking and reciprocal value, professionals can tap into job opportunities that are not listed on conventional job boards.

स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर झारखंड पुलिस ने पूरे राज्य में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया है। स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मौके पर आसामाजिक तत्व हो या नक्सली संगठन किसी भी प्रकार की कोई भी बाधा उत्पन्न ना कर कर सके। इसके लिए झारखंड पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। पुलिस मुख्यालय से सभी जिलों में हर तरह की सतर्कता बरतने का निर्देश दिया गया है। इधर एंटी टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉड (एटीएस) की ओर से जारी 285 संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों की सूची भी 14 जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को सौंप दी है।

  


झारखंड में स्वतंत्रता दिवस की तैयारी अंतिम चरण में है। दूसरी तरफ पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। खासकर नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में विशेष नजर रखी जा रही है। पुलिस मुख्यालय द्वारा जारी आदेश में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों पर विशेष नजर रखने को कहा गया है। नक्सली संगठन भाकपा माओवादियों पर विशेष नजर रखने की हिदायत दी गई है। भाकपा माओवादी हर साल 15 अगस्त के मौके पर अपने प्रभाव वाले इलाके में काला झंडा फहराने की कोशिश करते हैं।

इधर, हाल ही में एंटी टेररिस्ट स्क्वॉयड (एटीएस) द्वारा एक रिपोर्ट तैयार किया गया है। जिसमें 285 संदिग्ध लोगों की सूची है। इस लिस्ट में वैसे आतंकियों के नाम शामिल हैं, जो पूर्व में किसी आतंकी घटना में शामिल होने के आरोप में जेल जा चुके हैं या उन पर केस दर्ज है या फिर वह वर्तमान में बरी होकर या जमानत पर बाहर आ चुके हैं। एटीएस की पूरी रिपोर्ट विभिन्न आतंकियों की झारखंड या राज्य के बाहर से गिरफ्तारी और उनसे पूछताछ में आये संदिग्ध लोगों के नाम और पते के आधार पर तैयार की है।

पाकुड़ जिले से सबसे अधिक संदिग्ध
राज्यभर के 285 लोगों में से सबसे अधिक पाकुड़ जिले के 113 लोग आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं। राजधानी रांची की बात करें तो, यहां से कुल 49 लोग आतंकी संगठनों में शामिल हैं। वहीं बोकारो, खूंटी, लातेहार, चतरा और गोड्डा से सबसे कम 1-1 लोग देश-विदेश में सक्रिय आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े हुए हैं।

200 जवानों के जिम्मे मोरहाबादी मैदान की सुरक्षा
स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर किसी भी प्रकार की कोई बाधा उत्पन्न ना हो, इसके लिए झारखंड पुलिस पूरी तरह से अलर्ट है। राजधानी रांची में भी स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं। स्वतंत्रता दिवस मुख्य समारोह रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में आयोजित होना है। स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह को लेकर 15 अगस्त को मोरहाबादी मैदान 200 पुलिस बल के हवाले होगा।

रात से शुरू होगा सघन चेकिंग अभियान
स्वतंत्रता दिवस को लेकर 14 अगस्त की शाम से ही पूरे जिले में पीसीआर, पेट्रोलिंग पार्टी समेत थाना गश्ती को लगातार सड़कों पर नजर रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। एसएसपी चंदन सिन्हा स्वयं पूरी सुरक्षा की मॉनिटरिंग कर रहे हैं। सुरक्षा को लेकर एसएसपी ने डीएसपी और इंस्पेक्टर स्तर के पदाधिकारी को कई दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए हैं। वही रांची एसएसपी ने यह भी आदेश दिया है कि शहर के होटलों पर विशेष नजर रखी जाए, विशेषकर रेलवे स्टेशन के आसपास के होटलों की तलाशी जरूर ली जाए।

हर साल की तरह रांची के मोरहाबादी मैदान में 15 अगस्त को मुख्यमंत्री तिरंगा फहराते हैं। लेकिन ध्वजारोहण की परंपरा इस बार नहीं निभाई जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन अपने पिता एवं वरिष्ठ आदिवासी नेता शिबू सोरेन के श्राद्ध कर्मकांड में शामिल होने के लिए 15 अगस्त को अपने पैतृक गांव नेमरा में रहेंगे।

शिबू सोरेन का 4 अगस्त को 81 वर्ष की उम्र में दिल्ली के एक अस्पताल में निधन हो गया था। उनके निधन के चलते मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह में शामिल नहीं होने का निर्णय लिया है। राज्य सरकार की ओर से जारी एक बयान में कहा गया है कि राज्य सरकार ने प्रस्ताव दिया था कि इस साल माननीय राज्यपाल मोरहाबादी में ध्वजारोहण करें। राज्यपाल गंगवार ने प्रस्ताव स्वीकार कर लिया है। सरकार की ओर से जारी बयान के अनुसार, इस बार मोरहाबादी मैदान में राष्ट्रीय ध्वज राज्यपाल संतोष कुमार गंगवार फहराएंगे। 

 ‘एट होम कार्यक्रम’ भी रद्द किया गया
आमतौर पर राज्यपाल स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर झारखंड की उपराजधानी दुमका में ध्वजारोहण करते हैं, लेकिन इस बार राज्य सरकार के विशेष प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार करते हुए वे रांची में मुख्य समारोह का नेतृत्व करेंगे। इतना ही नहीं संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन के सम्मान में राज भवन में प्रति वर्ष स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर आयोजित होने वाले ‘एट होम कार्यक्रम’ को इस वर्ष आयोजित नहीं करने का निर्णय लिया है।

From “No” to Global Go: How a Rejected Short Film Becomes the Launchpad for India’s First AI Voice-Cloning OTT Platform
Software developer-turned-filmmaker Sahil Dhamija couldn’t secure an OTT slot for his debut short film, he identified some real gaps between entertainment and technology especially, a time-consuming dubbing. The setback catalysed Rochak, an AI-powered platform that now turns any film into fifteen-plus languages within hours and streams the actor’s own voice worldwide.
Sahil Dhamija’s first taste of filmmaking was intoxicating—until distribution realities crashed the party. Shot on a shoestring and titled Public Place, the short wrapped in May 2024 and was promptly rejected by every OTT service he approached. Feedback was polite yet fatal: production value “too niche,” dubbing budget “too high,” audience “too limited.” By Independence Day the film was on YouTube, garnering views but yielding little revenue.
Rather than quitting, Dhamija dissected the bottleneck. Dubbing, he discovered, soaks up to 20 percent of a mid-budget film’s cost and adds six weeks to release calendars. Worse, audiences often hate the substituted voices. The answer wasn’t bigger budgets; it was better technology.
Enter Rochak. Over the next twelve months Dhamija and co-founder Bijay Rawat trained neural networks to capture an actor’s vocal fingerprint—pitch arcs, breath gaps, emotional subtlety—and re-synthesise that performance in multiple languages. The result became Rochak Voice Engine, capable of cloning dialogue tracks for a full feature film in under six hours.
Validation came quickly. The platform’s inaugural release, MILF, debuted in Hindi, English, Arabic, and Tamil. Analytics lit up: 73 percent of viewers chose a dubbed track, average watch-time surged 33 percent, and subtitle use dwindled. Clearly, audiences crave linguistic comfort as long as emotional authenticity stays intact.
The roadmap is equally bold. An Android app drops this month-end with offline downloads, 4K casting, and swipe-based language switching. iOS follows next month; smart-TV apps for Android TV, Fire TV, and webOS are already in QA. Beyond that, Rochak is engineering a lip-sync module that visually aligns mouth movements to each dubbed language, plus a Creator Console where filmmakers can upload masters, select target tongues, and receive ready-to-stream files—all on subscription economics.
By 2027 the platform targets 35 languages, real-time dubbing for live events, and an “opening weekend, everywhere” reality for storytellers. Rochak’s journey from rejection to reinvention proves that sometimes the fastest route to success begins with a very public “no.”

The proceedings were efficiently planned by Harsh Thakkar (Licensee), Sahaj Tyagi (Co-licensee), Siya Kachhela (Head Curator), Vraj Dangarwala (First Curator), and Yug Desai (Post Production Lead) so that every moment of the event was memorable for everyone in attendance.

The author, Nishtha Desai emphasizes the significance of forming genuine relationships during one's career path. According to her, the emphasis must be on proving oneself, making personal and professional values align with the company mission, and being around people with the same intentions. For her, a career founded on sincere connections is more fulfilling and successful than one focused only on resumes and automated processes.

In his presentation, Sarabjeet Sachar brought forth the revolutionary idea of value-based relationships, breaking from the conventional dependence on resumes in job searching. He identified how the dependence on resumes generated by artificial intelligence and generic keywords tends to derail the recruitment process, making it increasingly difficult for the candidates to get noticed. The actual key to professional success, he contended, is being a problem-solver, not merely a set of credentials.

It started at the age of 21, when a newly graduated student was commuting on a local train in Mumbai. Enthusiastically talking about a dream to have a career in sales, this person was excited about the prospect of meeting people, knowing their problems, and providing tailored solutions. Unaware to them, a regional sales manager from a major pharmaceutical firm happened to overhear the conversation. Influenced by their passion and commitment in their words, the manager went up to the graduate and gave them his business card, inviting them in for an interview. No resume was required; it was the passion and commitment that got them the job.

This was the starting point of a successful career in sales, where the person rose through the ranks to senior levels in well-known companies like Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, and ZTV Network. In all these shifts, the emphasis remained on demonstrating their worth and love, instead of talking of a resume.

The central takeaway here is that the traditional resume may open doors, but it’s the authentic value you bring that will truly walk you through them. Research and preparation are key. Much like a business consultant, job seekers should approach potential employers by understanding their needs and positioning themselves as solution providers. This requires a shift in mindset—viewing the job search process not as a race to submit applications, but as an opportunity to build meaningful, value-driven connections.

The presentation touched on some of the real-life scenarios in which professionals constructed their careers by intentionally concentrating on value-based network construction. Sarabjeet Sachar narrated examples of people such as Amit and Simon, who were able to switch into new fields and gain leadership positions by matching their capabilities with the precise requirements of their potential employers.

This creative strategy is opposite to the conventional thinking of writing a resume based on a job description. Sachar emphasized that employers are not seeking flawless resumes but those who can provide solutions to their issues. By establishing these connections via networking and reciprocal value, professionals can tap into job opportunities that are not listed on conventional job boards.
