कीर स्टार्मर का संसदीय क्षेत्र साल 2015 से हॉबर्न और सेंट पैनक्रास है। स्टार्मर ख़ुद को "वर्किंग क्लास की पृष्ठभूमि" से बताते हैं। उनके पिता एक टूलमेकर थे और उनकी माँ एक नर्स के रूप में काम करती थीं। उनकी माँ को स्टिल्स रोग था जो एक दुर्लभ ऑटोइम्यून बीमारी है। उन्होंने रीगेट ग्रामर स्कूल में पढ़ाई की है। उनके दाखिला लेने के दो साल बाद ये एक निजी स्कूल बन गया था। 16 साल की उम्र तक उनकी फीस स्थानीय परिषद भरता था। 

यूनिवर्सिटी जाने वाले वह अपने परिवार के पहले सदस्य
बचपन से ही पढ़ाई में काफी अच्छे थे। स्कूल के बाद यूनिवर्सिटी जाने वाले वह अपने परिवार के पहले सदस्य बने और लीड्स यूनिवर्सिटी में दाखिला लिया। स्टार्मर ने लीड्स यूनिवर्सिटी में कानून में ग्रेजुएशन की, जहां वो लेबर क्लब के सदस्य बने। 1985 में उन्होंने बैचलर ऑफ लॉ (एलएलबी) की डिग्री हासिल की। लीड्स के बाद उन्होंने ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी में क़ानून की पढ़ाई की। ऑक्सफोर्ड के सेंट एडमंड हॉल में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन की पढ़ाई की और 1986 में ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से बैचलर ऑफ सिविल लॉ (बीसीएल)किया. जिसके बाद वो बैरिस्टर बने।

राजनीतिक सफर
कीर स्टार्मर साल 2015 से राजनीति में सक्रिय हैं। साल 2015, 2017, 2019 में उन्होंने लगातार तीन बार जीत हासिल की और 2020 में विपक्ष के नेता की जिम्मेदारी संभाली। 16 साल की उम्र से ही स्टार्मर राजनीति में सक्रिय थे, उनका रुझान लेबर पार्टी की तरफ था। वह 16 साल की उम्र में लेबर पार्टी यंग सोशलिस्ट्स के सदस्य बन गए थे। राजनीति के साथ-साथ स्टार्मर पेशे से बैरिस्टर हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने नॉर्थ आयरलैंड पुलिसिंग बोर्ड में मानवाधिकार सलाहकार की जिम्मेदारी निभाई और 2002 में उन्हें क्वीन्स काउंसल भी नियुक्त किया गया था।

लोग अक्सर कहते हैं, घरों के दरवाजें और खिड़कियां खुली रहने दो। बाहर की ताजी हवा घर के अंदर आने दो। अब यक्ष प्रश्न ये है कि ताजी हवा है कहां? हम जिस हवा में सांसें ले रहे हैं वो कतई ताजी और स्वच्छ नहीं है। लैंसेट प्लैनेटरी हेल्थ की रिपोर्ट तो यही कहती है। रिपोर्ट कहती है कि ये हवाएं “जानलेवा” हैं। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भारत के 10 सबसे बड़े शहरों में होने वाली 100 मौतों में से 7 मौत एयर पॉल्यूशन के कारण होती है।

  


सर्दियां शुरू होने से पहले दिल्ली में प्रदूषण को लेकर हाय-तौबा मच जाती है। लेकिन केवल दिल्ली ही नहीं पूरा देश में वायु प्रदूषण एक बड़ी समस्या है। द लैंसेट प्लैनेटरी हेल्थ जर्नल में प्रकाशित एक अध्ययन के अनुसार, 10 प्रमुख भारतीय शहरों में दैनिक मौतों में से 7 प्रतिशत से अधिक मौतें प्रदूषण के चलते हुई हैं। रिपोर्ट में ये भी बताया गया है कि भारत में सालाना 33 हजार मौतों के लिए भी खराब हवा जिम्मेदार है।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, देश के 10 शहरों- अहमदाबाद, बंगलूरू, चेन्नई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, पुणे, शिमला और वाराणसी में साल 2008 से 2019 के बीच अध्ययन किया, इन शहरों में वायु प्रदूषण से 33 हजार मौतें हुई हैं। अध्ययन में पाया गया कि वर्तमान भारतीय वायु गुणवत्ता मानकों से नीचे वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर से भी देश में दैनिक मृत्यु दर में वृद्धि होती है। "देश के 10 शहरों - अहमदाबाद, बेंगलुरु, चेन्नई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, पुणे, शिमला और वाराणसी में, प्रति वर्ष लगभग 33,000 मौतें वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर के कारण होती हैं, जो डब्ल्यूएचओ के दिशा-निर्देशों से अधिक है।

रिपोर्ट की मानें तो मुंबई, चेन्नई, बेंगलुरु और कोलकाता में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की मौतें हुई हैं, लेकिन सबसे खराब हालत राजधानी दिल्ली की है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि प्रदूषण से होने वाली सालाना और दैनिक मौतों में सबसे ज्यादा मौतें राजधानी दिल्ली में हुई हैं।दिल्ली में प्रति वर्ष लगभग 12,000 प्रदूषण से संबंधित मौतें हुईं, जो कुल मौतों का 11.5 प्रतिशत है। वहीं दिल्ली के बाद सबसे ज्यादा मौतें वाराणसी में हुई हैं। जहां हर साल 830 लोगों की मौत हुई, जो कुल मौतों का 10.2 प्रतिशत है। सबसे कम दर शिमला में थी, जहां 2008 और 19 के बीच प्रति वर्ष 59 मौतें हुईं।वहीं बंगलूरू में 2,100, चेन्नई में 2900, कोलकाता में 4700 और मुंबई में करीब 5100 लोगों की मौत हर साल वायु प्रदूषण के चलते हुई है।

ये सभी मौतें 2.5 माइक्रोमीटर वाले पोल्यूटेड पार्टिकल के कारण हुई हैं। इस तरह के प्रदूषण के सोर्स में व्हीकल ट्रैफिक और इंडस्ट्रियल इमिशन के शामिल है। रिसर्चर्स के मुताबिक, भारत में PM2.5 प्रदूषण के रोज संपर्क में आने से जान जाने का खतरा बढ़ गया है।

क्या होता है PM 2.5?
शोध की रिपोर्ट जानने से पहले PM2.5 को समझना जरूरी है। PM 2.5 का ताल्लुक ऐसे कणों से है जो हवा में बिल्कुल घुले हुए हैं। इन कणों की साइज 2.5 माइक्रोमीटर या उससे कम होता है। PM 2.5 का लेवल जब हवा में बढ़ता है तो धुंध बढ़ने लगता है। धुंध इतना ज्यादा होता है कि विजिबिलिटी का लेवल गिर जाता है। WHO के मानक के हिसाब से PM2.5 का 24 घंटो में डायमीटर 15 माइक्रोग्राम होना चाहिए। जबकि भारतीय मानकों में 24 घंटे में 60 माइक्रोग्राम प्रति घन मीटर पीएम 2.5 निर्धारित हैं। जो WHO की सिफारिश के चार गुना है।

डेस्क: 'ये रिश्ता क्या कहलाता है' फेम एक्ट्रेस हिना खान ने जबसे अपने कैंसर से पीड़ित होने का खुलासा किया है, वो लगातार सुर्खियों में बनी हुई हैं। कुछ दिनों पहले ही एक्ट्रेस ने बताया कि वह ब्रेस्ट कैंसर की तीसरी स्टेज से जूझ रही हैं। हालांकि, इस मुश्किल समय में भी वह खुद को पॉजिटिव रखने की पूरी कोशिश कर रही हैं। जब हिना खान ने खुद अपनी कैंसर की बीमारी का खुलासा किया तो उनके फैंस और करीबी काफी परेशान हो गए थे। इंडस्ट्री से उनके दोस्त और स्टार्स सोशल मीडिया के जरिए उन्हें हिम्मत देते नजर आए थे।

   ब्रेस्ट कैंसर का ट्रीटमेंट शुरू करने से पहले कैंसर का प्रकार, इसकी स्टेज और इंफेक्टेड एरिया देखा जाता है। इसके बाद ही तय किया जाता है कि पेंशेंट को किस तरह के ट्रीटमेंट की जरूरत है।

   अमेरिका के नेशनल कैंसर इंस्टीट्यूट के मुताबिक ब्रेस्ट कैंसर में सर्वाइवल रेट 90% के करीब है। इसका मतलब है कि ब्रेस्ट कैंसर डाइग्नोज होने के बाद 90% महिलाएं कम-से-कम 5 साल तक जीवित रहती हैं। अगर पहली स्टेज या दूसरी स्टेज का ब्रेस्ट कैंसर डाइग्नोज होता है तो यह सर्वाइवल रेट 99% तक हो सकता है।

Kayamkulam, Kerala: Md. Shahaaz entered a house of a 76-year-old woman, brutally raped her. Turned out to be a serial rapist.
25-year-old Shahaaz raped a 76-year-old woman who was staying alone in her house. The woman is now undergoing treatment at Vandanam Medical College. Shahaz was arrested by the police after reviewing CCTV footage. Authorities reported that he was in an inebriated state at the time of his arrest. Shahaz is a serial offender with a criminal track record, including multiple cases for drug trafficking. A few days ago, a case was registered against him for sexually assaulting another elderly woman in Kayamkulam. कीर स्टार्मर का संसदीय क्षेत्र साल 2015 से हॉबर्न और सेंट पैनक्रास है। स्टार्मर ख़ुद को "वर्किंग क्लास की पृष्ठभूमि" से बताते हैं। उनके पिता एक टूलमेकर थे और उनकी माँ एक नर्स के रूप में काम करती थीं। उनकी माँ को स्टिल्स रोग था जो एक दुर्लभ ऑटोइम्यून बीमारी है। उन्होंने रीगेट ग्रामर स्कूल में पढ़ाई की है। उनके दाखिला लेने के दो साल बाद ये एक निजी स्कूल बन गया था। 16 साल की उम्र तक उनकी फीस स्थानीय परिषद भरता था। 

यूनिवर्सिटी जाने वाले वह अपने परिवार के पहले सदस्य
बचपन से ही पढ़ाई में काफी अच्छे थे। स्कूल के बाद यूनिवर्सिटी जाने वाले वह अपने परिवार के पहले सदस्य बने और लीड्स यूनिवर्सिटी में दाखिला लिया। स्टार्मर ने लीड्स यूनिवर्सिटी में कानून में ग्रेजुएशन की, जहां वो लेबर क्लब के सदस्य बने। 1985 में उन्होंने बैचलर ऑफ लॉ (एलएलबी) की डिग्री हासिल की। लीड्स के बाद उन्होंने ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी में क़ानून की पढ़ाई की। ऑक्सफोर्ड के सेंट एडमंड हॉल में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन की पढ़ाई की और 1986 में ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से बैचलर ऑफ सिविल लॉ (बीसीएल)किया. जिसके बाद वो बैरिस्टर बने।

राजनीतिक सफर
कीर स्टार्मर साल 2015 से राजनीति में सक्रिय हैं। साल 2015, 2017, 2019 में उन्होंने लगातार तीन बार जीत हासिल की और 2020 में विपक्ष के नेता की जिम्मेदारी संभाली। 16 साल की उम्र से ही स्टार्मर राजनीति में सक्रिय थे, उनका रुझान लेबर पार्टी की तरफ था। वह 16 साल की उम्र में लेबर पार्टी यंग सोशलिस्ट्स के सदस्य बन गए थे। राजनीति के साथ-साथ स्टार्मर पेशे से बैरिस्टर हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने नॉर्थ आयरलैंड पुलिसिंग बोर्ड में मानवाधिकार सलाहकार की जिम्मेदारी निभाई और 2002 में उन्हें क्वीन्स काउंसल भी नियुक्त किया गया था।

लोग अक्सर कहते हैं, घरों के दरवाजें और खिड़कियां खुली रहने दो। बाहर की ताजी हवा घर के अंदर आने दो। अब यक्ष प्रश्न ये है कि ताजी हवा है कहां? हम जिस हवा में सांसें ले रहे हैं वो कतई ताजी और स्वच्छ नहीं है। लैंसेट प्लैनेटरी हेल्थ की रिपोर्ट तो यही कहती है। रिपोर्ट कहती है कि ये हवाएं “जानलेवा” हैं। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भारत के 10 सबसे बड़े शहरों में होने वाली 100 मौतों में से 7 मौत एयर पॉल्यूशन के कारण होती है।

  


सर्दियां शुरू होने से पहले दिल्ली में प्रदूषण को लेकर हाय-तौबा मच जाती है। लेकिन केवल दिल्ली ही नहीं पूरा देश में वायु प्रदूषण एक बड़ी समस्या है। द लैंसेट प्लैनेटरी हेल्थ जर्नल में प्रकाशित एक अध्ययन के अनुसार, 10 प्रमुख भारतीय शहरों में दैनिक मौतों में से 7 प्रतिशत से अधिक मौतें प्रदूषण के चलते हुई हैं। रिपोर्ट में ये भी बताया गया है कि भारत में सालाना 33 हजार मौतों के लिए भी खराब हवा जिम्मेदार है।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, देश के 10 शहरों- अहमदाबाद, बंगलूरू, चेन्नई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, पुणे, शिमला और वाराणसी में साल 2008 से 2019 के बीच अध्ययन किया, इन शहरों में वायु प्रदूषण से 33 हजार मौतें हुई हैं। अध्ययन में पाया गया कि वर्तमान भारतीय वायु गुणवत्ता मानकों से नीचे वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर से भी देश में दैनिक मृत्यु दर में वृद्धि होती है। "देश के 10 शहरों - अहमदाबाद, बेंगलुरु, चेन्नई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, पुणे, शिमला और वाराणसी में, प्रति वर्ष लगभग 33,000 मौतें वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर के कारण होती हैं, जो डब्ल्यूएचओ के दिशा-निर्देशों से अधिक है।

रिपोर्ट की मानें तो मुंबई, चेन्नई, बेंगलुरु और कोलकाता में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की मौतें हुई हैं, लेकिन सबसे खराब हालत राजधानी दिल्ली की है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि प्रदूषण से होने वाली सालाना और दैनिक मौतों में सबसे ज्यादा मौतें राजधानी दिल्ली में हुई हैं।दिल्ली में प्रति वर्ष लगभग 12,000 प्रदूषण से संबंधित मौतें हुईं, जो कुल मौतों का 11.5 प्रतिशत है। वहीं दिल्ली के बाद सबसे ज्यादा मौतें वाराणसी में हुई हैं। जहां हर साल 830 लोगों की मौत हुई, जो कुल मौतों का 10.2 प्रतिशत है। सबसे कम दर शिमला में थी, जहां 2008 और 19 के बीच प्रति वर्ष 59 मौतें हुईं।वहीं बंगलूरू में 2,100, चेन्नई में 2900, कोलकाता में 4700 और मुंबई में करीब 5100 लोगों की मौत हर साल वायु प्रदूषण के चलते हुई है।

ये सभी मौतें 2.5 माइक्रोमीटर वाले पोल्यूटेड पार्टिकल के कारण हुई हैं। इस तरह के प्रदूषण के सोर्स में व्हीकल ट्रैफिक और इंडस्ट्रियल इमिशन के शामिल है। रिसर्चर्स के मुताबिक, भारत में PM2.5 प्रदूषण के रोज संपर्क में आने से जान जाने का खतरा बढ़ गया है।

क्या होता है PM 2.5?
शोध की रिपोर्ट जानने से पहले PM2.5 को समझना जरूरी है। PM 2.5 का ताल्लुक ऐसे कणों से है जो हवा में बिल्कुल घुले हुए हैं। इन कणों की साइज 2.5 माइक्रोमीटर या उससे कम होता है। PM 2.5 का लेवल जब हवा में बढ़ता है तो धुंध बढ़ने लगता है। धुंध इतना ज्यादा होता है कि विजिबिलिटी का लेवल गिर जाता है। WHO के मानक के हिसाब से PM2.5 का 24 घंटो में डायमीटर 15 माइक्रोग्राम होना चाहिए। जबकि भारतीय मानकों में 24 घंटे में 60 माइक्रोग्राम प्रति घन मीटर पीएम 2.5 निर्धारित हैं। जो WHO की सिफारिश के चार गुना है।

25-year-old Shahaaz raped a 76-year-old woman who was staying alone in her house. The woman is now undergoing treatment at Vandanam Medical College. Shahaz was arrested by the police after reviewing CCTV footage. Authorities reported that he was in an inebriated state at the time of his arrest. Shahaz is a serial offender with a criminal track record, including multiple cases for drug trafficking. A few days ago, a case was registered against him for sexually assaulting another elderly woman in Kayamkulam. The investigation was ongoing in that case, and now he has been arrested again for committing the same crime for the second time.
