गुजरात में चांदीपुरा वायरस के बढ़ते मामलों ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। बच्चों को प्रभावित करने वाले इस घातक वायरस के संदिग्ध मामलों के बीच अब तक 22 बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है। अब तक सामने आए 184 संदिग्ध मामलों में से 35 की पुष्टि हुई है। राज्य सरकार ने पूरे स्वास्थ्य तंत्र को हाई अलर्ट पर रखते हुए रोकथाम और इलाज के विशेष इंतजाम किए हैं।

वायरस ने ली 22 बच्चों की जान
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री प्रफुल्ल पानशेरिया ने कहा कि राज्य में सामने आए सभी संदिग्ध मामलों में चांदीपुरा वायरस की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है। अब तक कुल 184 संदिग्ध मामले सामने आए हैं, जिनमें से 35 में चांदीपुरा वायरस की पुष्टि हुई है। 11 सैंपल के नतीजों का अभी भी इंतजार है। मंत्री ने बताया कि अब तक सामने आए संदिग्ध मामलों में से 22 बच्चों की इस वायरस के कारण मौत हो चुकी है।

सात सक्रिय मरीजों का इलाज जारी
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के अनुसार, गांधीनगर, साबरकांठा जिले के हिम्मतनगर, पाटन, राजकोट और भावनगर के सरकारी अस्पतालों में भर्ती बच्चों का खास इलाज किया जा रहा है और डॉक्टर लगातार उनकी हालत पर नजर रखे हुए हैं। वायरस की पुष्टि वाले सात मरीजों का अभी राज्य भर के सरकारी अस्पतालों में इलाज चल रहा है, जबकि 6 मरीज ठीक होकर अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हो चुके हैं।

क्या है चांदीपुरा वायरस?
चांदीपुरा वायरस (CHPV) कोई नया वायरस नहीं है, लेकिन इसकी घातकता इसे बेहद डरावना बनाती है। इस वायरस की पहली बार पहचान साल 1965 में महाराष्ट्र के 'चांदीपुरा' नाम के गांव में हुई थी, जिसकी वजह से इसका नाम चांदीपुरा पड़ा। यह एक प्रकार का आरएनए वायरस है, जो मुख्य रूप से दिमाग में गंभीर सूजन और संक्रमण पैदा करता है। यह वायरस 9 महीने के शिशु से लेकर 14 साल तक के बच्चों को सबसे जल्दी अपना शिकार बनाता है। वयस्कों के मुकाबले बच्चों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर होने के कारण यह उनके शरीर पर बहुत तेजी से हमला करता है।

कैसे फैलता है चांदीपुरा वायरस?
चांदीपुरा वायरस छुआछूत की बीमारी नहीं है यानी यह एक इंसान से दूसरे इंसान में सीधे नहीं फैलता। इसके फैलने का असली कारण कीट-पतंगे हैं।
•	सैंडफ्लाई (बालू मक्खी)- यह इस वायरस को फैलाने वाला सबसे प्रमुख कीट है। बालू मक्खियां अक्सर कच्चे घरों, मिट्टी की दीवारों की दरारों और सीलन वाली जगहों पर पाई जाती हैं।
•	मच्छर और किल्लनी- सैंडफ्लाई के अलावा कुछ खास तरह के मच्छर और किल्लनी भी इस वायरस के वाहक बनते हैं।
बारिश के मौसम में जब नमी और सीलन बढ़ती है, तब इन बालू मक्खियों का प्रजनन तेजी से होता है। इसी वजह से मानसून के समय इस वायरस के मामले अचानक बढ़ जाते हैं।

क्या हैं वायरस के लक्षण?
संक्रमण के शुरुआत में इसके लक्षण किसी सामान्य फ्लू या दिमागी बुखार जैसे ही लगते हैं, लेकिन कुछ ही घंटों में स्थिति काफी बिगड़ सकती है। प्रमुख लक्षणों इस प्रकार हैं-
•	अचानक तेज बुखार आना
•	उल्टी और दस्त होना
•	सिर में तेज दर्द और सुस्ती महसूस होना

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की टैरिफ नीति एक बार फिर चर्चा में है। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के नए टैरिफ को लेकर अमेरिका में विवाद बढ़ गया है। 25 अमेरिकी राज्यों ने ट्रंप प्रशासन के खिलाफ मुकदमा दायर किया है। इन 25 राज्यों ने 60 देशों से आने वाले सामान पर लगाए गए नए टैरिफ के फैसले को चुनौती दी है। इन राज्यों का आरोप है कि ये नए टैरिफ फरवरी में सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा रद्द किए गए आयात करों को बदलने का बहाना हैं। 

नए टैरिफ को चुनौती देते हुए मुकदमा दायर
सोमवार को डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाले 25 अमेरिकी राज्यों ने 60 व्यापारिक साझेदारों से आयात पर नए टैरिफ को चुनौती देते हुए मुकदमा दायर किया है। न्यूयॉर्क में अमेरिकी कोर्ट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल ट्रेड में दायर यह मुकदमा 10 से 12.5 फीसदी के उन टैरिफ को निशाना बनाता है। यह टैरिफ पिछले महीने ट्रेड एक्ट 1974 की धारा 301 के तहत लागू हुए थे।

राज्यों का क्या है तर्क?
अपनी शिकायत में राज्यों का कहना है कि इतने बड़े पैमाने पर टैरिफ लगाने का कोई मजबूत कानूनी आधार नहीं है। इतना ही नहीं, इसके लिए पर्याप्त वजह भी नहीं बताई गई।  राज्यों का तर्क है कि ट्रंप प्रशासन ने इन टैरिफ को दुनिया भर की सप्लाई चेन में जबरन मजदूरी रोकने के नाम पर लगाया, लेकिन दोनों के बीच कोई साफ संबंध नहीं है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि प्रभावित 60 देशों से आने वाले ज्यादातर सामान पर 10% या 12.5% टैरिफ लगाया गया है। इन देशों का अमेरिका के कुल आयात में करीब 99.4% हिस्सा है।

60 देशों के खिलाफ नया टैरिफ
नए टैरिफ तब प्रभावी हुए जब राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा लगाए गए अस्थायी टैरिफ की समय सीमा समाप्त हो गई। इस टैरिफ की घोषणा 24 जुलाई को हुई थी। ये यूरोपीय संघ और भारत समेत 60 व्यापारिक साझेदारों के आयात पर लागू होते हैं। नए टैरिफ का ऐलान करते हुए US ट्रेड रिप्रेजेंटेटिव जेमिसन ग्रीर ने कहा है कि अमेरिका में एक सदी से जबरदस्ती मजदूरी से बने सामान के इंपोर्ट पर रोक है और इसे सख्ती से लागू किया जाता है। अब हमारे ट्रेडिंग पार्टनर्स के लिए भी ऐसा करने का समय आ गया है।

जब अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट से लगा था झटका
इससे पहले के उपायों को कानूनी तौर पर काफी झटके लगे थे। इस साल की शुरुआत में अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि इंटरनेशनल इमरजेंसी इकोनॉमिक पावर्स एक्ट (IEEPA) राष्ट्रपति को बड़े पैमाने पर ग्लोबल टैरिफ लगाने का अधिकार नहीं देता है। इससे ट्रंप की एक अहम ट्रेड पहल रद्द हो गई थी। 

अब ट्रेड एक्ट की धारा 301 का रूख
अब ट्रंप 1974 के ट्रेड एक्ट की धारा 301 के तहत अधिक स्थायी टैरिफ लगा रहे हैं। यह धारा राष्ट्रपति को अनुचित व्यापार प्रथाओं में शामिल देशों के खिलाफ आयात कर लगाने की अनुमति देती है। ट्रंप ने अपने पहले कार्यकाल में चीन पर बड़े टैरिफ लगाने के लिए धारा 301 का इस्तेमाल किया था, और वे अदालती चुनौतियों में भी टिके रहे थे।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता और भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष बृज भूषण शरण सिंह को दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने छह महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों के मामले में बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट के इस फैसले पर महिला पहलवान विनेश फोगाट दुख जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि शुरू से ही पूरा प्रशासन, सरकार और व्यवस्था बृजभूषण को बचाने में लगी थी।

विनेश फोगाट ने सोशल मीडिया पर जाताया दुख
कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद सोशल मीडिया प्‍लेटफॉर्म एक्‍स पर पोस्‍ट करते हुए विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘हमें सड़क पर उतरने और सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक बाहुबली नेता के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाने के लिए बहुत हिम्मत जुटानी पड़ी थी। सत्ता और अपने बाहुबल के दम पर बृजभूषण ने कई लड़कियों को डराकर उनके नाम वापस करवाए हैं, लेकिन कई महिला पहलवान खड़ी रहीं और कोर्ट में बृजभूषण के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई लड़ती रहीं। हमें इस बात का बहुत दुख है कि अदालत ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन हिंसा के आरोपों में दोषी नहीं माना।’

फैसले के खिलाफ जाएंगे कोर्ट- विनेश
विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘शुरू दिन से ही सारा तंत्र, सरकार और ये सिस्टम बृजभूषण को बचाने के लिए लगा हुआ है।’पहलवानों ने अपने वकीलों को इस फैसले के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द अपील दायर करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि उन्होंने उम्मीद नहीं खोई है और अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेंगी।

सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास- बजरंग पूनिया
इसके अलावा बजरंग पूनिया ने फैसले पर निराशा जताते हुए कहा कि 'आज के फैसले से यह साफ हो गया है कि सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास है। उन्होंने गवाह तोड़ दिए। हम कोर्ट के आदेश का पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं और हमें समझ नहीं आ रहा कि किस आधार पर उन्हें बरी किया गया।'

बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने क्या कहा?
वहीं, कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा, 'मैंने पहले ही दिन कहा था कि अगर मेरे खिलाफ कोई आरोप साबित होता है तो मैं खुद फांसी पर लटक जाऊंगा।' विरोध प्रदर्शनों और विपक्षी नेताओं पर हमला बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जंतर-मंतर पर प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी और वामपंथी नेता सब जुट गए थे और उनकी फांसी की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन उन्हें न्याय व्यवस्था पर पूरा भरोसा था। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वे जूनियर पहलवानों के हक के लिए लड़े थे और अब वही खिलाड़ी देश का परचम लहराएंगे।

जंतर-मंतर पर हुआ था लंबा आंदोलन
बता दें कि साक्षी मलिक, विनेश फोगाट और बजरंग पूनिया सहित देश के प्रमुख पहलवानों ने बृज भूषण शरण सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर कई हफ्तों तक विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था। इस मामले ने पूरे देश में तूल पकड़ा था। अब दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने महिला पहलवानों के कथित यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और विनोद तोमर को बरी कर दिया है।

अभिजीत दिपके ने आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट के सवाल पर कहा कि उन्हें पढ़ाई के लिए बोस्टन यूनिर्सिटी ने स्कॉलरशिप दी। दीपके ने अपने दाखिले और छात्रवृत्ति के आधिकारिक दस्तावेज सार्वजनिक करते हुए बताया कि अमेरिका के बोस्टन विश्वविद्यालय में उनकी पढ़ाई स्कॉलरशिप और एजुकेशन लोन के जरिए हुई है। दीपके ने कहा कि उनके फंड के स्रोतों की जांच के लिए हर कोई पूरी तरह स्वतंत्र है।

वहीं, इस पूरे मामले में सीजेपी की एक प्रवक्ता वैष्णवी गौर ने अमित तिवारी पर आरोप लगाया है कि वो एक निजी व्यक्ति को टारगेट कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने एक्स पर अमित तिवारी के बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए लिखा है, 'एक निजी व्यक्ति की शिक्षा पर हुए खर्च पर आरटीआई लगाने वाले कभी पीएम केयर्स फंड की तरफ भी देखे।'

गुजरात में चांदीपुरा वायरस का कहर, अब तक 22 बच्चों की गई जान, जानें कैसे फैलता है, क्या हैं लक्षण

गुजरात में चांदीपुरा वायरस के बढ़ते मामलों ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। बच्चों को प्रभावित करने वाले इस घातक वायरस के संदिग्ध मामलों के बीच अब तक 22 बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है। अब तक सामने आए 184 संदिग्ध मामलों में से 35 की पुष्टि हुई है। राज्य सरकार ने पूरे स्वास्थ्य तंत्र को हाई अलर्ट पर रखते हुए रोकथाम और इलाज के विशेष इंतजाम किए हैं।

वायरस ने ली 22 बच्चों की जान
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री प्रफुल्ल पानशेरिया ने कहा कि राज्य में सामने आए सभी संदिग्ध मामलों में चांदीपुरा वायरस की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है। अब तक कुल 184 संदिग्ध मामले सामने आए हैं, जिनमें से 35 में चांदीपुरा वायरस की पुष्टि हुई है। 11 सैंपल के नतीजों का अभी भी इंतजार है। मंत्री ने बताया कि अब तक सामने आए संदिग्ध मामलों में से 22 बच्चों की इस वायरस के कारण मौत हो चुकी है।

सात सक्रिय मरीजों का इलाज जारी
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के अनुसार, गांधीनगर, साबरकांठा जिले के हिम्मतनगर, पाटन, राजकोट और भावनगर के सरकारी अस्पतालों में भर्ती बच्चों का खास इलाज किया जा रहा है और डॉक्टर लगातार उनकी हालत पर नजर रखे हुए हैं। वायरस की पुष्टि वाले सात मरीजों का अभी राज्य भर के सरकारी अस्पतालों में इलाज चल रहा है, जबकि 6 मरीज ठीक होकर अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज हो चुके हैं।

क्या है चांदीपुरा वायरस?
चांदीपुरा वायरस (CHPV) कोई नया वायरस नहीं है, लेकिन इसकी घातकता इसे बेहद डरावना बनाती है। इस वायरस की पहली बार पहचान साल 1965 में महाराष्ट्र के 'चांदीपुरा' नाम के गांव में हुई थी, जिसकी वजह से इसका नाम चांदीपुरा पड़ा। यह एक प्रकार का आरएनए वायरस है, जो मुख्य रूप से दिमाग में गंभीर सूजन और संक्रमण पैदा करता है। यह वायरस 9 महीने के शिशु से लेकर 14 साल तक के बच्चों को सबसे जल्दी अपना शिकार बनाता है। वयस्कों के मुकाबले बच्चों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर होने के कारण यह उनके शरीर पर बहुत तेजी से हमला करता है।

कैसे फैलता है चांदीपुरा वायरस?
चांदीपुरा वायरस छुआछूत की बीमारी नहीं है यानी यह एक इंसान से दूसरे इंसान में सीधे नहीं फैलता। इसके फैलने का असली कारण कीट-पतंगे हैं।
•	सैंडफ्लाई (बालू मक्खी)- यह इस वायरस को फैलाने वाला सबसे प्रमुख कीट है। बालू मक्खियां अक्सर कच्चे घरों, मिट्टी की दीवारों की दरारों और सीलन वाली जगहों पर पाई जाती हैं।
•	मच्छर और किल्लनी- सैंडफ्लाई के अलावा कुछ खास तरह के मच्छर और किल्लनी भी इस वायरस के वाहक बनते हैं।
बारिश के मौसम में जब नमी और सीलन बढ़ती है, तब इन बालू मक्खियों का प्रजनन तेजी से होता है। इसी वजह से मानसून के समय इस वायरस के मामले अचानक बढ़ जाते हैं।

क्या हैं वायरस के लक्षण?
संक्रमण के शुरुआत में इसके लक्षण किसी सामान्य फ्लू या दिमागी बुखार जैसे ही लगते हैं, लेकिन कुछ ही घंटों में स्थिति काफी बिगड़ सकती है। प्रमुख लक्षणों इस प्रकार हैं-
•	अचानक तेज बुखार आना
•	उल्टी और दस्त होना
•	सिर में तेज दर्द और सुस्ती महसूस होना
•	दौरे पड़ना या शरीर का ऐंठना

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की टैरिफ नीति एक बार फिर चर्चा में है। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के नए टैरिफ को लेकर अमेरिका में विवाद बढ़ गया है। 25 अमेरिकी राज्यों ने ट्रंप प्रशासन के खिलाफ मुकदमा दायर किया है। इन 25 राज्यों ने 60 देशों से आने वाले सामान पर लगाए गए नए टैरिफ के फैसले को चुनौती दी है। इन राज्यों का आरोप है कि ये नए टैरिफ फरवरी में सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा रद्द किए गए आयात करों को बदलने का बहाना हैं। 

नए टैरिफ को चुनौती देते हुए मुकदमा दायर
सोमवार को डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाले 25 अमेरिकी राज्यों ने 60 व्यापारिक साझेदारों से आयात पर नए टैरिफ को चुनौती देते हुए मुकदमा दायर किया है। न्यूयॉर्क में अमेरिकी कोर्ट ऑफ इंटरनेशनल ट्रेड में दायर यह मुकदमा 10 से 12.5 फीसदी के उन टैरिफ को निशाना बनाता है। यह टैरिफ पिछले महीने ट्रेड एक्ट 1974 की धारा 301 के तहत लागू हुए थे।

राज्यों का क्या है तर्क?
अपनी शिकायत में राज्यों का कहना है कि इतने बड़े पैमाने पर टैरिफ लगाने का कोई मजबूत कानूनी आधार नहीं है। इतना ही नहीं, इसके लिए पर्याप्त वजह भी नहीं बताई गई।  राज्यों का तर्क है कि ट्रंप प्रशासन ने इन टैरिफ को दुनिया भर की सप्लाई चेन में जबरन मजदूरी रोकने के नाम पर लगाया, लेकिन दोनों के बीच कोई साफ संबंध नहीं है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि प्रभावित 60 देशों से आने वाले ज्यादातर सामान पर 10% या 12.5% टैरिफ लगाया गया है। इन देशों का अमेरिका के कुल आयात में करीब 99.4% हिस्सा है।

60 देशों के खिलाफ नया टैरिफ
नए टैरिफ तब प्रभावी हुए जब राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा लगाए गए अस्थायी टैरिफ की समय सीमा समाप्त हो गई। इस टैरिफ की घोषणा 24 जुलाई को हुई थी। ये यूरोपीय संघ और भारत समेत 60 व्यापारिक साझेदारों के आयात पर लागू होते हैं। नए टैरिफ का ऐलान करते हुए US ट्रेड रिप्रेजेंटेटिव जेमिसन ग्रीर ने कहा है कि अमेरिका में एक सदी से जबरदस्ती मजदूरी से बने सामान के इंपोर्ट पर रोक है और इसे सख्ती से लागू किया जाता है। अब हमारे ट्रेडिंग पार्टनर्स के लिए भी ऐसा करने का समय आ गया है।

जब अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट से लगा था झटका
इससे पहले के उपायों को कानूनी तौर पर काफी झटके लगे थे। इस साल की शुरुआत में अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि इंटरनेशनल इमरजेंसी इकोनॉमिक पावर्स एक्ट (IEEPA) राष्ट्रपति को बड़े पैमाने पर ग्लोबल टैरिफ लगाने का अधिकार नहीं देता है। इससे ट्रंप की एक अहम ट्रेड पहल रद्द हो गई थी। 

अब ट्रेड एक्ट की धारा 301 का रूख
अब ट्रंप 1974 के ट्रेड एक्ट की धारा 301 के तहत अधिक स्थायी टैरिफ लगा रहे हैं। यह धारा राष्ट्रपति को अनुचित व्यापार प्रथाओं में शामिल देशों के खिलाफ आयात कर लगाने की अनुमति देती है। ट्रंप ने अपने पहले कार्यकाल में चीन पर बड़े टैरिफ लगाने के लिए धारा 301 का इस्तेमाल किया था, और वे अदालती चुनौतियों में भी टिके रहे थे।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता और भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष बृज भूषण शरण सिंह को दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने छह महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों के मामले में बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट के इस फैसले पर महिला पहलवान विनेश फोगाट दुख जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि शुरू से ही पूरा प्रशासन, सरकार और व्यवस्था बृजभूषण को बचाने में लगी थी।

विनेश फोगाट ने सोशल मीडिया पर जाताया दुख
कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद सोशल मीडिया प्‍लेटफॉर्म एक्‍स पर पोस्‍ट करते हुए विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘हमें सड़क पर उतरने और सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक बाहुबली नेता के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाने के लिए बहुत हिम्मत जुटानी पड़ी थी। सत्ता और अपने बाहुबल के दम पर बृजभूषण ने कई लड़कियों को डराकर उनके नाम वापस करवाए हैं, लेकिन कई महिला पहलवान खड़ी रहीं और कोर्ट में बृजभूषण के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई लड़ती रहीं। हमें इस बात का बहुत दुख है कि अदालत ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन हिंसा के आरोपों में दोषी नहीं माना।’

फैसले के खिलाफ जाएंगे कोर्ट- विनेश
विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘शुरू दिन से ही सारा तंत्र, सरकार और ये सिस्टम बृजभूषण को बचाने के लिए लगा हुआ है।’पहलवानों ने अपने वकीलों को इस फैसले के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द अपील दायर करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि उन्होंने उम्मीद नहीं खोई है और अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेंगी।

सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास- बजरंग पूनिया
इसके अलावा बजरंग पूनिया ने फैसले पर निराशा जताते हुए कहा कि 'आज के फैसले से यह साफ हो गया है कि सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास है। उन्होंने गवाह तोड़ दिए। हम कोर्ट के आदेश का पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं और हमें समझ नहीं आ रहा कि किस आधार पर उन्हें बरी किया गया।'

बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने क्या कहा?
वहीं, कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा, 'मैंने पहले ही दिन कहा था कि अगर मेरे खिलाफ कोई आरोप साबित होता है तो मैं खुद फांसी पर लटक जाऊंगा।' विरोध प्रदर्शनों और विपक्षी नेताओं पर हमला बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जंतर-मंतर पर प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी और वामपंथी नेता सब जुट गए थे और उनकी फांसी की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन उन्हें न्याय व्यवस्था पर पूरा भरोसा था। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वे जूनियर पहलवानों के हक के लिए लड़े थे और अब वही खिलाड़ी देश का परचम लहराएंगे।

जंतर-मंतर पर हुआ था लंबा आंदोलन
बता दें कि साक्षी मलिक, विनेश फोगाट और बजरंग पूनिया सहित देश के प्रमुख पहलवानों ने बृज भूषण शरण सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर कई हफ्तों तक विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था। इस मामले ने पूरे देश में तूल पकड़ा था। अब दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने महिला पहलवानों के कथित यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और विनोद तोमर को बरी कर दिया है।

सूरत के आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता अमित तिवारी ने 1 अगस्त को महाराष्ट्र सरकार समेत कई सरकारी एजेंसियों को शिकायत भेजकर अभिजीत दिपके के पिता भगवानराव दिपके की आर्थिक स्थिति की जांच कराने की मांग की। भगवानराव दिपके महाराष्ट्र इंडस्ट्रियल डेवलपमेंट कॉरपोरेशन में जूनियर इंजीनियर रह चुके हैं। शिकायत में सवाल उठाया गया कि कथित तौर पर सीमित वेतन पाने वाले सरकारी कर्मचारी का परिवार अपने बच्चों को अमेरिका में उच्च शिक्षा के लिए कैसे भेज सका।

अभिजीत दिपके ने आरटीआई एक्टिविस्ट के सवाल पर कहा कि उन्हें पढ़ाई के लिए बोस्टन यूनिर्सिटी ने स्कॉलरशिप दी। दीपके ने अपने दाखिले और छात्रवृत्ति के आधिकारिक दस्तावेज सार्वजनिक करते हुए बताया कि अमेरिका के बोस्टन विश्वविद्यालय में उनकी पढ़ाई स्कॉलरशिप और एजुकेशन लोन के जरिए हुई है। दीपके ने कहा कि उनके फंड के स्रोतों की जांच के लिए हर कोई पूरी तरह स्वतंत्र है।

वहीं, इस पूरे मामले में सीजेपी की एक प्रवक्ता वैष्णवी गौर ने अमित तिवारी पर आरोप लगाया है कि वो एक निजी व्यक्ति को टारगेट कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने एक्स पर अमित तिवारी के बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए लिखा है, 'एक निजी व्यक्ति की शिक्षा पर हुए खर्च पर आरटीआई लगाने वाले कभी पीएम केयर्स फंड की तरफ भी देखे।'
