जस्टिस सूर्यकांत का शपथ ग्रहण होगा ऐतिहासिक, 6 देशों के जज होंगे शामिल

सोमवार यानी 24 नवंबर को जस्टिस सूर्यकांत भारत के नए और 53वें चीफ जस्टिस (सीजेआई) के तौर पर शपथ लेने वाले हैं। राष्ट्रपति भवन में होने वाले शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में दुनिया के सात देशों के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज शामिल होंगे। पहली बार ऐसा हो रहा कि राष्ट्रपति भवन में नए चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया के शपथग्रहण के दौरान 6 देशों के चीफ जस्टिस, जज और उनके परिजन उपस्थित रहेंगे

  


भारतीय न्यायपालिका के इतिहास में पहला मौका 
बार एंड बेंच की रिपोर्ट की रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि अगले सीजेआई जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के शपथग्रहण समारोह में इस बार 6 देशों के एक दर्जन से ज्यादा जज और चीफ जस्टिस मौजूद रहेंगे। ऐसा पहली बार हो रहा है, जब भारत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश के शपथग्रहण समारोह में न्यायपालिका से जुड़ा इतना बड़ा अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल उपस्थित रहेगा।

कौन हैं जस्टिस सूर्यकांत?
जस्टिस सूर्यकांत सीजेआई बीआर गवई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे सीनियर जज हैं और उन्हें देश के 53वें चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया के रूप में नामित किया गया है। 10 फरवरी, 1962 को हरियाणा के हिसार जिले में एक मध्यवर्गीय परिवार में जन्मे जस्टिस सूर्यकांत को 24 मई, 2019 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का जज बनाया गया था। इससे पहले वे हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस थे। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत 1981 में हिसार के गवर्नमेंट पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कॉलेज से ग्रेजुएट हुए। 1984 में उन्होंने रोहतक के महर्षि दयानंद यूनिवर्सिटी से लॉ की डिग्री ली। इसके तुरंत बाद ही उन्होंने हिसार जिला अदालत से ही लॉ की प्रैक्टिस शुरू कर दी।

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के अहम फैसले
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस सूर्यकांत कई कॉन्स्टिट्यूशनल बेंच का हिस्सा रहे हैं। अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान वे संवैधानिक, मानवाधिकार और प्रशासनिक कानून से जुड़े मामलों को कवर करने वाले 1000 से ज्यादा फैसलों में शामिल रहे। उनके बड़े फैसलों में आर्टिकल 370 को निरस्त करने के 2023 के फैसले को बरकरार रखना भी शामिल है। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने बिहार में SIR से जुड़े मामले की सुनवाई भी की। चुनाव प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता को रेखांकित करने वाले एक आदेश में जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने चुनाव आयोग को निर्देश दिया था कि बिहार में स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन के बाद ड्राफ्ट वोटर लिस्ट से बाहर किए गए 65 लाख नामों की डीटेल सार्वजनिक की जाए

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश भूषण रामकृष्ण गवई का रिटायरमेंट नजदीक है। इस कारण अगले सीजेआई के चुने जाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सीजेआई गवई ने अपने उत्तराधिकारी के तौर पर जस्टिस सूर्यकांत का नाम आगे बढ़ाया है। गवई अगले महीने 23 नवंबर को रिटायर हो जाएंगे। जिसके बाद जस्टिस सूर्यकांत 24 नवंबर को देश के 53वें प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में पदभार ग्रहण कर सकते हैं।

  


23 अक्टूबर से ही नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू
केंद्र सरकार ने 23 अक्टूबर को ही नए मुख्य न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी थी और सीजेआई गवई से उनके उत्तराधिकारी का नाम सुझाने का अनुरोध किया था। संविधान के तहत न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया ‘मेमोरेंडम ऑफ प्रोसिजर’ से तय होती है, जिसके अनुसार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीश को, अगर वे उपयुक्त माने जाएं, मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया जाता है।

कैसे होती है सीजेआई की नियुक्ति
परंपरा के अनुसार, कानून मंत्रालय मुख्य न्यायाधीश से उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति से लगभग एक महीने पहले उनके उत्तराधिकारी का नाम मांगता है। इसके बाद वर्तमान चीफ जस्टिस औपचारिक रूप से पद छोड़ने से लगभग 30 दिन पहले, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे वरिष्ठ जज को 'पद धारण करने के लिए उपयुक्त' मानते हुए उनकी सिफारिश करते हैं।

23 नवंबर को रिटायर हो रहे सीजेआई गवई
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई 23 नवंबर को रिटायर होंगे।न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के बाद सबसे वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीश हैं और भारतीय न्यायपालिका के प्रमुख बनने की कतार में अगले स्थान पर हैं। नियुक्ति के बाद, न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत 24 नवंबर को अगले मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनेंगे और 9 फरवरी, 2027 तक लगभग 15 महीने तक इस पद पर बने रहेंगे।

हरियाणा के रहने वाले हैं जस्टिस सूर्यकांत
जस्टिस सूर्यकांत का जन्म 10 मई 1962 को हरियाणा के हिसार में एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार में हुआ। न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत ने 1981 में हरियाणा के हिसार स्थित सरकारी स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय से स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त की और 1984 में महार्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय, रोहतक से एलएलबी की पढ़ाई पूरी की। उन्होंने 1984 में हिसार जिला न्यायालय से अधिवक्ता के रूप में अपने करियर की शुरुआत की और अगले वर्ष पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय, चंडीगढ़ में कामकाज शुरू किया। साल 2000 में वह हरियाणा के महाधिवक्ता बने और साल 2001 में उन्हें सीनियर एडवोकेट के रूप में नामित किया गया। वह उसी साल पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश बने। इसके बाद वह साल 2018 में हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बने। 2019 में उन्हें उच्चतम न्यायालय में पदोन्नत किया गया।

कई ऐतिहासिक फैसलों की कर चुके हैं सुनवाई
पिछले दो दशकों में अपने न्यायिक करियर के दौरान उन्होंने अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता, लोकतंत्र, भ्रष्टाचार, पर्यावरण, लैंगिक समानता और अनुच्छेद 370 से जुड़े कई ऐतिहासिक फैसले सुनाए हैं। वे उस पीठ का हिस्सा थे, जिसने औपनिवेशिक काल के राजद्रोह कानून (सिडिशन लॉ) को निलंबित किया था। उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग को बिहार में मतदाता सूची से बाहर किए गए नामों का विवरण सार्वजनिक करने का निर्देश दिया था और बार एसोसिएशनों में महिलाओं के लिए एक-तिहाई आरक्षण सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश भी दिया था। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत उन पीठों में भी शामिल रहे हैं जिन्होंने पेगासस जासूसी मामले, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की पंजाब यात्रा के दौरान सुरक्षा चूक, और वन रैंक-वन पेंशन जैसे अहम मामलों की सुनवाई की थी।

Klusttar Travels  was a ray of hope in the world when numerous businesses floundered trying to make ends meet in the face of a pandemic, which turned out to be a success story. The story of how the company came to be started is inspirational, with Shubham Sampada Santosh Patange, a young Maharashtrian dreamer, realizing his dream of starting his own business in the small town of Maharashtra and developing it into a multi-crore company.
 
Shubham was born in the small village of Rasayani in Maharashtra and grew up in the small town of Roha in the Raigad district, which is full of courage, focus, and ambition. The company had few resources and a turnover of only ₹2,00,000, and this proved to be the greatest challenge. When Ketan sold the business at the beginning of the year 2021, Shubham was left to face the storm on his own, yet he refused to give up but rather saw a chance to rise stronger.

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत सीजेआई बीआर गवई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे सीनियर जज हैं और उन्हें देश के 53वें चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया के रूप में नामित किया गया है। 10 फरवरी, 1962 को हरियाणा के हिसार जिले में एक मध्यवर्गीय परिवार में जन्मे जस्टिस सूर्यकांत को 24 मई, 2019 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का जज बनाया गया था। इससे पहले वे हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस थे। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत 1981 में हिसार के गवर्नमेंट पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कॉलेज से ग्रेजुएट हुए। 1984 में उन्होंने रोहतक के महर्षि दयानंद यूनिवर्सिटी से लॉ की डिग्री ली। इसके तुरंत बाद ही उन्होंने हिसार जिला अदालत से ही लॉ की प्रैक्टिस शुरू कर दी।

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के अहम फैसले
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस सूर्यकांत कई कॉन्स्टिट्यूशनल बेंच का हिस्सा रहे हैं। अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान वे संवैधानिक, मानवाधिकार और प्रशासनिक कानून से जुड़े मामलों को कवर करने वाले 1000 से ज्यादा फैसलों में शामिल रहे। उनके बड़े फैसलों में आर्टिकल 370 को निरस्त करने के 2023 के फैसले को बरकरार रखना भी शामिल है। जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने बिहार में SIR से जुड़े मामले की सुनवाई भी की। चुनाव प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता को रेखांकित करने वाले एक आदेश में जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने चुनाव आयोग को निर्देश दिया था कि बिहार में स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन के बाद ड्राफ्ट वोटर लिस्ट से बाहर किए गए 65 लाख नामों की डीटेल सार्वजनिक की जाए

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश भूषण रामकृष्ण गवई का रिटायरमेंट नजदीक है। इस कारण अगले सीजेआई के चुने जाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सीजेआई गवई ने अपने उत्तराधिकारी के तौर पर जस्टिस सूर्यकांत का नाम आगे बढ़ाया है। गवई अगले महीने 23 नवंबर को रिटायर हो जाएंगे। जिसके बाद जस्टिस सूर्यकांत 24 नवंबर को देश के 53वें प्रधान न्यायाधीश के रूप में पदभार ग्रहण कर सकते हैं।

  


23 अक्टूबर से ही नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू
केंद्र सरकार ने 23 अक्टूबर को ही नए मुख्य न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी थी और सीजेआई गवई से उनके उत्तराधिकारी का नाम सुझाने का अनुरोध किया था। संविधान के तहत न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया ‘मेमोरेंडम ऑफ प्रोसिजर’ से तय होती है, जिसके अनुसार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीश को, अगर वे उपयुक्त माने जाएं, मुख्य न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया जाता है।

कैसे होती है सीजेआई की नियुक्ति
परंपरा के अनुसार, कानून मंत्रालय मुख्य न्यायाधीश से उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति से लगभग एक महीने पहले उनके उत्तराधिकारी का नाम मांगता है। इसके बाद वर्तमान चीफ जस्टिस औपचारिक रूप से पद छोड़ने से लगभग 30 दिन पहले, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सबसे वरिष्ठ जज को 'पद धारण करने के लिए उपयुक्त' मानते हुए उनकी सिफारिश करते हैं।

23 नवंबर को रिटायर हो रहे सीजेआई गवई
सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई 23 नवंबर को रिटायर होंगे।न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के बाद सबसे वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीश हैं और भारतीय न्यायपालिका के प्रमुख बनने की कतार में अगले स्थान पर हैं। नियुक्ति के बाद, न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत 24 नवंबर को अगले मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनेंगे और 9 फरवरी, 2027 तक लगभग 15 महीने तक इस पद पर बने रहेंगे।

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत का जन्म 10 मई 1962 को हरियाणा के हिसार में एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार में हुआ। न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत ने 1981 में हरियाणा के हिसार स्थित सरकारी स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय से स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त की और 1984 में महार्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय, रोहतक से एलएलबी की पढ़ाई पूरी की। उन्होंने 1984 में हिसार जिला न्यायालय से अधिवक्ता के रूप में अपने करियर की शुरुआत की और अगले वर्ष पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय, चंडीगढ़ में कामकाज शुरू किया। साल 2000 में वह हरियाणा के महाधिवक्ता बने और साल 2001 में उन्हें सीनियर एडवोकेट के रूप में नामित किया गया। वह उसी साल पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश बने। इसके बाद वह साल 2018 में हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बने। 2019 में उन्हें उच्चतम न्यायालय में पदोन्नत किया गया।

कई ऐतिहासिक फैसलों की कर चुके हैं सुनवाई

Adamant about his dream, Shubham started selling tailor-made travel itineraries at only ₹200 per case and generated ₹1,00,000 in May 2021 alone. His persistence became improvement with a ₹5,00,000 turnover at the end of FY 2021–22. The actual breakthrough was in 2022, when Klusttar Travels started working with residential buildings to provide community tours. The company completed tours valued at ₹10,00,000 after three months, and at the close of FY 2022–23, the turnover increased to ₹50,00,000, which was also a significant comeback.
 
In 2023, Klusttar Travels ventured into other markets and offered its services to Maharashtra Police, Mumbai Police, and subsequently to the Pune Health Department. Their professionalism, reliability, and client-first attitude won them trust and recognition in Maharashtra. The company surpassed the ₹1 crore turnover mark by FY 2023–24. They partnered with influencers and celebrities of the Marathi film industry in 2024, as well as with corporate giants such as Infosys, Persistent, and HDFC.
