बिहार विधानसभा के कुल 243 सीटों पर काउंटिंग जारी है। चुनाव के रुझान आने लगे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी वेबसाइट results.eci.gov.in पर रूझान जारी कर दिया है। शुरुआती रुझान में एनडीए को भारी बढ़त दिख रही है। रुझान में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरती दिख रही है।

बिहार विधानसभा के कुल 243 सीटों पर काउंटिंग जारी है। चुनाव के रुझान आने लगे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी वेबसाइट results.eci.gov.in पर रूझान जारी कर दिया है। शुरुआती रुझान में एनडीए को भारी बढ़त दिख रही है। रुझान में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरती दिख रही है।

चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों में भाजपा सबसे ज्यादा 84 सीटों पर आगे है जबकि जेडीयू 76 सीटों पर आगे है। राजद इतिहास का दूसरा सबसे बुरा प्रदर्शन करती दिख रही है। वह केवल 34 सीटों पर आगे है। लोजपा 22 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है।कांग्रेस का भी बुरा हाल है, वो मात्र 5 सीटों पर बढ़त बनाए हुए है।

एनडीए ने पार किया बहुमत का आंकड़ा
बहुमत के लिए 243 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में 122 सीटें चाहिए। इस लिहाज से एनडीए ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है। एनडीए को इस चुनाव में 190 के करीब सीटें मिलती दिख रही है।

  संजीव सिंह, बलिया। रसड़ा:भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, नई दिल्ली द्वारा प्राप्त निर्देशों के अनुपालन में विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र-358 रसड़ा में चल रहे विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण (Special Summary Revision – SSR) 2025 के कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने के लिए प्रशासन ने महत्वपूर्ण आदेश जारी किया है।उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी/निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी, क्षेत्र-358 रसड़ा रवि कुमार ने खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी व बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारी रसड़ा, नगरा और चिलकहर को पत्र जारी कर निर्दिष्ट किया है कि आयोग की निर्धारित समय-सीमा के अनुसार सभी बूथ स्तरीय अधिकारी (BLO), सुपरवाइजर तथा अन्य संबद्ध कार्मिक 8 नवंबर से 4 दिसंबर 2025 तक चल रहे विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा करें।निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार SSR के दौरान अवकाश अथवा छुट्टी के दिनों में भी आवश्यक निर्वाचन कार्य निर्बाध रूप से जारी रहेगा। अधिकारियों से कहा गया है कि ऐसे सभी कार्मिक, जो पुनरीक्षण कार्य में संलग्न हैं, उन्हें आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अवकाश में छूट (Relaxation) प्रदान की जाए, ताकि निर्वाचक नामावलियों के संशोधन कार्य में कोई विलंब न हो।आदेश में यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि सभी BLO और सुपरवाइजर अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में घर-घर सत्यापन, दावे-आपत्तियों के निस्तारण तथा आवश्यक प्रपत्रों की पूर्ति को निर्धारित तिथियों पर सुनिश्चित करें।उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने संबंधित सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करते हुए मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण कार्य को पूर्ण गंभीरता एवं समयबद्धता के साथ संपन्न कराएं।
  
 

Book Presented to Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh by Himalayan University Vice-Chancellor


Itanagar, November 5, 2025: In a significant literary and academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, presented a newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd.), at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar.The presentation took place in the presence of Mr. Minto Eta, Deputy Director (RUSA), Department of Higher Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh; Mr. Vijay Tripathi, Registrar, Himalayan University; and Mr. Kido Bagra, Deputy Registrar, Himalayan University.
The book, co-authored by Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran and Dr. Suresh Kumar Madhusudhanan, Managing Director, Seagull Group of Companies, reflects an insightful contribution to contemporary academic and social discourse. The publication has been recently featured in academic circles for its multidisciplinary relevance and its emphasis on human values, governance, and education-driven social transformation.
The Hon’ble Governor commended the authors for their scholarly initiative and their efforts toward fostering a culture of research and knowledge dissemination in Arunachal Pradesh. He appreciated Himalayan University’s continued commitment to higher education, innovation, and youth development in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran Divakaran expressed gratitude to the Hon’ble Governor for his encouragement and visionary guidance toward strengthening academic excellence and societal engagement through research and publication.
