हज़ारीबाग:- उत्तरी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल, हजारीबाग के प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त श्री विजय कुमार गुप्ता मंगलवार को बगोदर प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय पहुंचे। उनके आगमन पर जिला प्रशासन की ओर से गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया गया। इसके बाद उपायुक्त श्री रामनिवास यादव, उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती स्मृता कुमारी सहित अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारियों ने पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर उनका स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया।

  


निरीक्षण के दौरान प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त ने भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार संचालित SIR-2026 (Special Intensive Revision) की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने मतदाता सूची से संबंधित कार्यों, प्राप्त दावा-आपत्तियों और उनके निष्पादन की वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी ली। अधिकारियों को निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों एवं निर्धारित समय-सीमा का अक्षरशः पालन करते हुए दावा-आपत्ति मामलों का निष्पक्ष और समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

  

इसके साथ ही अंचल कार्यालय के राजस्व संग्रह, लंबित राजस्व मामलों, विभिन्न प्रमाण-पत्रों और भूमि से जुड़े मामलों की भी समीक्षा की गई। प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त ने लंबित मामलों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नियमानुसार निष्पादन करने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्व प्रशासन सीधे आमजनों से जुड़ा है, इसलिए मामलों के निष्पादन में अनावश्यक विलंब नहीं होना चाहिए।

  

प्रखंड स्तर पर संचालित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी एवं विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने योजनाओं की भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति तथा पात्र लाभुकों तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचने की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। अधिकारियों को योजनाओं का लाभ वास्तविक पात्र लाभुकों तक पारदर्शी एवं समयबद्ध तरीके से पहुंचाने तथा योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गुणवत्ता और निर्धारित मानकों का ध्यान रखने का निर्देश दिया।

नई दिल्ली। देश के क्षेत्रीय राजनीतिक दलों को मिलने वाले चंदे में कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्र की बड़ी भूमिका सामने आई है। चुनावी और राजनीतिक वित्तपोषण पर काम करने वाली संस्था एसोसिएशन फॉर डेमोक्रेटिक रिफॉर्म्स (ADR) की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के दौरान क्षेत्रीय दलों को 20 हजार रुपये से अधिक के दान के रूप में कुल 1,399.249 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुए।
  

  
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 में सबसे अधिक चंदा द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कषगम (डीएमके) को मिला। पार्टी को विभिन्न स्रोतों से 365.784 करोड़ रुपये की राशि प्राप्त हुई। इसके बाद ऑल इंडिया तृणमूल कांग्रेस (AITC) दूसरे स्थान पर रही, जिसे 184.96 करोड़ रुपये का योगदान मिला।
  
चंदा प्राप्त करने वाले प्रमुख क्षेत्रीय दलों में वाईएसआर कांग्रेस, तेलुगु देशम पार्टी (टीडीपी) और अन्नाद्रमुक (AIADMK) भी शामिल हैं। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इन दलों को प्राप्त अधिकांश दान कॉर्पोरेट और व्यावसायिक संस्थानों से मिला।
  
एडीआर के विश्लेषण में बताया गया है कि डीएमके को वर्ष 2023-24 में 344.222 करोड़ रुपये का दान मिला था, जो 2024-25 में बढ़कर 365.784 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। वहीं, तृणमूल कांग्रेस का चंदा 178.536 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 184.96 करोड़ रुपये पहुंच गया।
  
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, वर्ष 2024-25 में सबसे अधिक चंदा पाने वाले पांच क्षेत्रीय दल—डीएमके, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, वाईएसआर कांग्रेस, टीडीपी और अन्नाद्रमुक—को संयुक्त रूप से 840.1264 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुए। यह उस वर्ष क्षेत्रीय दलों को मिले कुल दान का लगभग 79.9 प्रतिशत है, जिससे स्पष्ट होता है कि राजनीतिक फंडिंग का बड़ा हिस्सा सीमित संख्या के दलों के पास केंद्रित रहा।
  
एडीआर ने यह विश्लेषण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) के उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के आधार पर तैयार किया है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के दौरान क्षेत्रीय राजनीतिक दलों ने 20 हजार रुपये से अधिक के कुल 8,158 दान की जानकारी निर्वाचन आयोग को उपलब्ध कराई।

  भायंदर। मीरा भायंदर महानगरपालिका के घोड़बंदर स्थित स्कूल क्रमांक 9 में शिक्षण समिति की सभापति स्नेहा पांडे ने मंगलवार सुबह लगभग 11:30 बजे अचानक (सरप्राइज) दौरा कर विद्यालय की शिक्षा व्यवस्था, स्वच्छता, विद्यार्थियों को दिए जाने वाले भोजन तथा अन्य सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण किया। इस निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ कक्षाओं में शिक्षक अनुपस्थित पाए गए। विद्यालय की मुख्याध्यापिका द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि संबंधित शिक्षक SIR (Special Intensive Revision) कार्य के लिए बाहर गए हुए हैं। इस पर शिक्षण समिति की सभापति ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि SIR महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है, लेकिन शिक्षकों की अनुपस्थिति के कारण विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई का नुकसान न हो, इसकी भी उतनी ही चिंता करना आवश्यक है। इस समस्या का शीघ्र ही उचित समाधान निकाला जाएगा, ऐसा उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया।
  

  
इस दौरान विद्यालय की स्वच्छता, विद्यार्थियों के भोजन की गुणवत्ता तथा शैक्षणिक वातावरण का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि महानगरपालिका के विद्यालयों में और अधिक आधुनिक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराकर विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए प्रयास किए जाएंगे। स्नेहा पांडे शिक्षण सभापती बनते ही  अब तक  23 मिभामनपा के स्कूलों का अचानक दौरा कर चुकी हैं। शिक्षण समिति की सभापति ने विशेष प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि मीरा-भाईंदर की मराठी माध्यम की शालाओं में केवल मराठी ही नहीं, बल्कि अन्य भाषी व हिन्दी  भाषी विद्यार्थी भी शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, यह गर्व की बात है। शहर में महानगरपालिका की कुल 36 शालाएँ हैं, जिनमें विद्यार्थियों की अच्छी उपस्थिति है। भविष्य में महानगरपालिका की मराठी शालाओं की संख्या और गुणवत्ता को और बढ़ाने का नैतिक शिक्षा पर जोर, आधुनिक उच्चस्तरीय इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर , अत्याधुनिक सुसज्जित संगणक कक्ष, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, स्मार्ट  डिजिटल क्लासरूम  उपलब्ध  कराने पर अत्यधिक जोर दिया जाएगा। साथ ही अधिक से अधिक अभिभावकों से अपने बच्चों का प्रवेश महानगरपालिका के विद्यालयों में कराने की अपील भी उन्होंने की क्योंकि अपने स्कूल में  मुफ्त में शिक्षा, पुस्तक, बॅग, स्कूल ड्रेस, स्पोर्ट्स ड्रेस, दोपहर का भोजन  उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा हैं l

कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद सोशल मीडिया प्‍लेटफॉर्म एक्‍स पर पोस्‍ट करते हुए विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘हमें सड़क पर उतरने और सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक बाहुबली नेता के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाने के लिए बहुत हिम्मत जुटानी पड़ी थी। सत्ता और अपने बाहुबल के दम पर बृजभूषण ने कई लड़कियों को डराकर उनके नाम वापस करवाए हैं, लेकिन कई महिला पहलवान खड़ी रहीं और कोर्ट में बृजभूषण के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई लड़ती रहीं। हमें इस बात का बहुत दुख है कि अदालत ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन हिंसा के आरोपों में दोषी नहीं माना।’

  

फैसले के खिलाफ जाएंगे कोर्ट- विनेश
विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘शुरू दिन से ही सारा तंत्र, सरकार और ये सिस्टम बृजभूषण को बचाने के लिए लगा हुआ है।’पहलवानों ने अपने वकीलों को इस फैसले के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द अपील दायर करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि उन्होंने उम्मीद नहीं खोई है और अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेंगी।

इसके अलावा बजरंग पूनिया ने फैसले पर निराशा जताते हुए कहा कि 'आज के फैसले से यह साफ हो गया है कि सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास है। उन्होंने गवाह तोड़ दिए। हम कोर्ट के आदेश का पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं और हमें समझ नहीं आ रहा कि किस आधार पर उन्हें बरी किया गया।'

वहीं, कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा, 'मैंने पहले ही दिन कहा था कि अगर मेरे खिलाफ कोई आरोप साबित होता है तो मैं खुद फांसी पर लटक जाऊंगा।' विरोध प्रदर्शनों और विपक्षी नेताओं पर हमला बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जंतर-मंतर पर प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी और वामपंथी नेता सब जुट गए थे और उनकी फांसी की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन उन्हें न्याय व्यवस्था पर पूरा भरोसा था। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वे जूनियर पहलवानों के हक के लिए लड़े थे और अब वही खिलाड़ी देश का परचम लहराएंगे।

निरीक्षण के दौरान प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त ने भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार संचालित SIR-2026 (Special Intensive Revision) की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने मतदाता सूची से संबंधित कार्यों, प्राप्त दावा-आपत्तियों और उनके निष्पादन की वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी ली। अधिकारियों को निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों एवं निर्धारित समय-सीमा का अक्षरशः पालन करते हुए दावा-आपत्ति मामलों का निष्पक्ष और समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

  

इसके साथ ही अंचल कार्यालय के राजस्व संग्रह, लंबित राजस्व मामलों, विभिन्न प्रमाण-पत्रों और भूमि से जुड़े मामलों की भी समीक्षा की गई। प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त ने लंबित मामलों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नियमानुसार निष्पादन करने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि राजस्व प्रशासन सीधे आमजनों से जुड़ा है, इसलिए मामलों के निष्पादन में अनावश्यक विलंब नहीं होना चाहिए।

नई दिल्ली। देश के क्षेत्रीय राजनीतिक दलों को मिलने वाले चंदे में कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्र की बड़ी भूमिका सामने आई है। चुनावी और राजनीतिक वित्तपोषण पर काम करने वाली संस्था एसोसिएशन फॉर डेमोक्रेटिक रिफॉर्म्स (ADR) की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के दौरान क्षेत्रीय दलों को 20 हजार रुपये से अधिक के दान के रूप में कुल 1,399.249 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुए।
  

  
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 में सबसे अधिक चंदा द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कषगम (डीएमके) को मिला। पार्टी को विभिन्न स्रोतों से 365.784 करोड़ रुपये की राशि प्राप्त हुई। इसके बाद ऑल इंडिया तृणमूल कांग्रेस (AITC) दूसरे स्थान पर रही, जिसे 184.96 करोड़ रुपये का योगदान मिला।
  
चंदा प्राप्त करने वाले प्रमुख क्षेत्रीय दलों में वाईएसआर कांग्रेस, तेलुगु देशम पार्टी (टीडीपी) और अन्नाद्रमुक (AIADMK) भी शामिल हैं। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इन दलों को प्राप्त अधिकांश दान कॉर्पोरेट और व्यावसायिक संस्थानों से मिला।
  
एडीआर के विश्लेषण में बताया गया है कि डीएमके को वर्ष 2023-24 में 344.222 करोड़ रुपये का दान मिला था, जो 2024-25 में बढ़कर 365.784 करोड़ रुपये हो गया। वहीं, तृणमूल कांग्रेस का चंदा 178.536 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 184.96 करोड़ रुपये पहुंच गया।
  
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, वर्ष 2024-25 में सबसे अधिक चंदा पाने वाले पांच क्षेत्रीय दल—डीएमके, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, वाईएसआर कांग्रेस, टीडीपी और अन्नाद्रमुक—को संयुक्त रूप से 840.1264 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुए। यह उस वर्ष क्षेत्रीय दलों को मिले कुल दान का लगभग 79.9 प्रतिशत है, जिससे स्पष्ट होता है कि राजनीतिक फंडिंग का बड़ा हिस्सा सीमित संख्या के दलों के पास केंद्रित रहा।
  
एडीआर ने यह विश्लेषण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) के उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के आधार पर तैयार किया है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, वर्ष 2023-24 और 2024-25 के दौरान क्षेत्रीय राजनीतिक दलों ने 20 हजार रुपये से अधिक के कुल 8,158 दान की जानकारी निर्वाचन आयोग को उपलब्ध कराई।
 

शिक्षण समिति सभापति स्नेहा पांडे ने किया स्कूलों का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण


 
 
  भायंदर। मीरा भायंदर महानगरपालिका के घोड़बंदर स्थित स्कूल क्रमांक 9 में शिक्षण समिति की सभापति स्नेहा पांडे ने मंगलवार सुबह लगभग 11:30 बजे अचानक (सरप्राइज) दौरा कर विद्यालय की शिक्षा व्यवस्था, स्वच्छता, विद्यार्थियों को दिए जाने वाले भोजन तथा अन्य सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण किया। इस निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ कक्षाओं में शिक्षक अनुपस्थित पाए गए। विद्यालय की मुख्याध्यापिका द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि संबंधित शिक्षक SIR (Special Intensive Revision) कार्य के लिए बाहर गए हुए हैं। इस पर शिक्षण समिति की सभापति ने प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि SIR महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है, लेकिन शिक्षकों की अनुपस्थिति के कारण विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई का नुकसान न हो, इसकी भी उतनी ही चिंता करना आवश्यक है। इस समस्या का शीघ्र ही उचित समाधान निकाला जाएगा, ऐसा उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया।
  

  
इस दौरान विद्यालय की स्वच्छता, विद्यार्थियों के भोजन की गुणवत्ता तथा शैक्षणिक वातावरण का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि महानगरपालिका के विद्यालयों में और अधिक आधुनिक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराकर विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए प्रयास किए जाएंगे। स्नेहा पांडे शिक्षण सभापती बनते ही  अब तक  23 मिभामनपा के स्कूलों का अचानक दौरा कर चुकी हैं। शिक्षण समिति की सभापति ने विशेष प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि मीरा-भाईंदर की मराठी माध्यम की शालाओं में केवल मराठी ही नहीं, बल्कि अन्य भाषी व हिन्दी  भाषी विद्यार्थी भी शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, यह गर्व की बात है। शहर में महानगरपालिका की कुल 36 शालाएँ हैं, जिनमें विद्यार्थियों की अच्छी उपस्थिति है। भविष्य में महानगरपालिका की मराठी शालाओं की संख्या और गुणवत्ता को और बढ़ाने का नैतिक शिक्षा पर जोर, आधुनिक उच्चस्तरीय इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर , अत्याधुनिक सुसज्जित संगणक कक्ष, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, स्मार्ट  डिजिटल क्लासरूम  उपलब्ध  कराने पर अत्यधिक जोर दिया जाएगा। साथ ही अधिक से अधिक अभिभावकों से अपने बच्चों का प्रवेश महानगरपालिका के विद्यालयों में कराने की अपील भी उन्होंने की क्योंकि अपने स्कूल में  मुफ्त में शिक्षा, पुस्तक, बॅग, स्कूल ड्रेस, स्पोर्ट्स ड्रेस, दोपहर का भोजन  उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा हैं l

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता और भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष बृज भूषण शरण सिंह को दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने छह महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों के मामले में बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट के इस फैसले पर महिला पहलवान विनेश फोगाट दुख जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि शुरू से ही पूरा प्रशासन, सरकार और व्यवस्था बृजभूषण को बचाने में लगी थी।

  

विनेश फोगाट ने सोशल मीडिया पर जाताया दुख
कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद सोशल मीडिया प्‍लेटफॉर्म एक्‍स पर पोस्‍ट करते हुए विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘हमें सड़क पर उतरने और सत्ताधारी पार्टी के एक बाहुबली नेता के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाने के लिए बहुत हिम्मत जुटानी पड़ी थी। सत्ता और अपने बाहुबल के दम पर बृजभूषण ने कई लड़कियों को डराकर उनके नाम वापस करवाए हैं, लेकिन कई महिला पहलवान खड़ी रहीं और कोर्ट में बृजभूषण के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई लड़ती रहीं। हमें इस बात का बहुत दुख है कि अदालत ने बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को महिला पहलवानों द्वारा लगाए गए यौन हिंसा के आरोपों में दोषी नहीं माना।’

  

फैसले के खिलाफ जाएंगे कोर्ट- विनेश
विनेश ने लिखा कि ‘शुरू दिन से ही सारा तंत्र, सरकार और ये सिस्टम बृजभूषण को बचाने के लिए लगा हुआ है।’पहलवानों ने अपने वकीलों को इस फैसले के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द अपील दायर करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि उन्होंने उम्मीद नहीं खोई है और अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेंगी।

इसके अलावा बजरंग पूनिया ने फैसले पर निराशा जताते हुए कहा कि 'आज के फैसले से यह साफ हो गया है कि सारी ताकत बृज भूषण के पास है। उन्होंने गवाह तोड़ दिए। हम कोर्ट के आदेश का पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं और हमें समझ नहीं आ रहा कि किस आधार पर उन्हें बरी किया गया।'

  

बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने क्या कहा?
वहीं, कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद बृज भूषण शरण सिंह ने कहा, 'मैंने पहले ही दिन कहा था कि अगर मेरे खिलाफ कोई आरोप साबित होता है तो मैं खुद फांसी पर लटक जाऊंगा।' विरोध प्रदर्शनों और विपक्षी नेताओं पर हमला बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जंतर-मंतर पर प्रियंका गांधी से लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी और वामपंथी नेता सब जुट गए थे और उनकी फांसी की मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन उन्हें न्याय व्यवस्था पर पूरा भरोसा था। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वे जूनियर पहलवानों के हक के लिए लड़े थे और अब वही खिलाड़ी देश का परचम लहराएंगे।

बता दें कि साक्षी मलिक, विनेश फोगाट और बजरंग पूनिया सहित देश के प्रमुख पहलवानों ने बृज भूषण शरण सिंह की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर कई हफ्तों तक विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था। इस मामले ने पूरे देश में तूल पकड़ा था। अब दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने महिला पहलवानों के कथित यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और विनोद तोमर को बरी कर दिया है।
