आर्टिफिशिल इंटेलिजेंस यानी एआई का इस्तेमाल आज लगभग हर क्षेत्र में किया जा रहा है। एक तरफ जहां एआई ने लोगों का काम आसान किया है। वहीं, इसका दुरुपयोग भी खूब किया जा रहा है। चुनाव में एआई के इस्तेमाल को लेकर कोई परेशानी न खड़ी हो, इसीलिए चुनाव आयोग सख्त है। इलेक्शन कमीशन ने चुनाव में एआई के इस्तेमाल को लेकर एडवाइजरी जारी की है। आयोग ने कहा है कि राजनीतिक दल और उम्मीदवार एआई से जारी होने वाली सामग्री का उचित रूप से खुलासा जरूर करें।

चुनाव आयोग ने उम्मीदवारों और राजनीतिक दलों को जारी की गई एडवाइजरी में कहा है कि अगर कोई राजनीतिक दल या उम्मीदवार आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई) के जरिये किसी फोटो, वीडियो या अन्य सामग्री का उपयोग करे तो उसके स्रोत की जानकारी का खुलासा जरूर किया जाए। आयोग ने कहा कि राजनीतिक दल विज्ञापन और प्रचार सामग्री पर अगर सिथेंटिक कंटेट का उपयोग करेंगे तो उनको इसका अस्वीकरण देना होगा। 

पारदर्शिता बने रहने के लिए ये जरूरी
चुनाव आयोग ने यह दिशा निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि जिस तरह से बड़े पैमाने पर आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के द्वारा तैयार किया जा रहे हैं कंटेंट का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है, वह मुमकिन है कि मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करें। लिहाजा जरूरत इस बात की है कि पूरी पारदर्शिता बनी रहे और मतदाता को पता हो कि कौन सा कंटेंट ओरिजिनल है और कौन सा आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस की तकनीक द्वारा इस्तेमाल कर बनाया गया।
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने प्रशासन को गलत सूचना फैलाने के किसी भी प्रयास के प्रति सतर्क रहने और तेजी से कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया है।उन्होंने राजनीतिक दलों से चुनाव प्रचार में गरिमा और शिष्टाचार बनाए रखने का भी आग्रह किया है।

पहले ही किया था सतर्क
चीफ इलेक्शन कमिश्नर राजीव कुमार ने हाल में गलत जानकारी फैलाने में एआई और ‘डीप फेक’ के इस्तेमाल के खिलाफ चेतावनी दी थी। उन्होंने चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा था कि ‘डीप फेक’ और गलत सूचनाओं से चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं में विश्वास खत्म हो सकता है। पिछले साल लोकसभा चुनावों के दौरान आयोग ने सोशल मीडिया मंचों के जिम्मेदारीपूर्ण और नैतिक तरीके से इस्तेमाल के लिए दिशानिर्देश जारी किए थे।

लगातार सामने आ रहे डीपफेक के मामले
दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में डीपफेक और भ्रामक संदेश फैलाने के मामले लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं। हाल ही में पुलिस ने आप के खिलाफ प्रधानमंत्री व गृहमंत्री की एआई-जनरेटेड तस्वीरें और वीडियो पार्टी के आधिकारिक एक्स हैंडल पर पोस्ट करने के आरोप में पांच एफआईआर दर्ज की हैं। शिकायतें 10 जनवरी और 13 जनवरी को पोस्ट किए गए वीडियो से जुड़ी थीं, जिनमें से एक में 90 के दशक की बॉलीवुड फिल्म के दृश्य में भाजपा नेताओं को चित्रित करने के लिए एआई-डीपफेक तकनीक का उपयोग किया गया था। इसके साथ ही सोशल मीडिया और एआई के दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया है। आयोग का मानना है कि डीपफेक वीडियो चुनाव कानूनों और निर्देशों का उल्लंघन करके चुनावी प्रक्रिया को बाधित करते हैं।

दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 की तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है, अगले महीने 5 फरवरी को चुनाव होंगे. दिल्ली में वोटिंग के बाद 8 फरवरी को राजनीतिक पार्टियों की किस्मत का फैसला होगा. आप भी अगर दिल्ली में रहते हैं तो चुनाव की तारीख नजदीक आने से पहले इस बात को जरूर चेक कर लें कि आपका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में है भी या नहीं?

आइए आपको बताते हैं कि दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीख नजदीक आने से पहले आप किस तरह से Voter List में अपना नाम चेक कर सकते हैं? Voter List में आप लोगों का नाम है या फिर नहीं? इस बात को जानने के लिए कहीं भी जाने की जरूरत नहीं, घर बैठे आसानी से इस बात का पता लगा पाएंगे. वोटर लिस्ट में नाम चेक करने से पहले EPIC Number अपने पास रखें, ये नंबर आपको वोटर आईडी कार्ड पर लिखा मिलेगा.

Voter List में ऐसे चेक करें नाम
गूगल पर Voters Service Portal लिखकर सर्च करें या electoralsearch.eci.gov.in पर जाएं. साइट पर आप लोगों को नाम चेक करने के लिए तीन विकल्प दिखेंगे. पहला विक्लप, Search by EPIC, दूसरा तरीका सर्च बाय डिटेल्स और तीसरा तरीका सर्च बाय मोबाइल.

Search by EPIC ऑप्शन में पहले भाषा चुनने के लिए कहा जाएगा, इसके बाद EPIC नंबर, अपना राज्य और कैप्चा भरकर सर्च ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर दें. दूसरा, सर्च बाय डिटेल्स ऑप्शन में राज्य, भाषा, नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, डेट ऑफ बर्थ, उम्र, जिला और विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र जैसी जरूरी जानकारी भरनी होगी. ये सभी जानकारी देने के बाद कैप्चा भरकर सर्च करें.

तीसरा तरीका, सर्च बाय मोबाइल ऑप्शन में नाम चेक करने के लिए ये तरीका खोजते हैं तो आपको भाषा, राज्य, मोबाइल नंबर और कैप्चा भरकर सर्च करना होगा. आपके नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा, ओटीपी डालने के बाद जैसे ही आप सर्च दबाएंगे आपको इस बात की जानकारी मिल जाएगी कि आपका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में है या नहीं.

दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव 2025 की तारीखों का ऐलान हो गया है, अगले महीने 5 फरवरी को चुनाव होंगे. दिल्ली में वोटिंग के बाद 8 फरवरी को राजनीतिक पार्टियों की किस्मत का फैसला होगा. आप भी अगर दिल्ली में रहते हैं तो चुनाव की तारीख नजदीक आने से पहले इस बात को जरूर चेक कर लें कि आपका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में है भी या नहीं?

आइए आपको बताते हैं कि दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीख नजदीक आने से पहले आप किस तरह से Voter List में अपना नाम चेक कर सकते हैं? Voter List में आप लोगों का नाम है या फिर नहीं? इस बात को जानने के लिए कहीं भी जाने की जरूरत नहीं, घर बैठे आसानी से इस बात का पता लगा पाएंगे. वोटर लिस्ट में नाम चेक करने से पहले EPIC Number अपने पास रखें, ये नंबर आपको वोटर आईडी कार्ड पर लिखा मिलेगा.

Voter List में ऐसे चेक करें नाम
गूगल पर Voters Service Portal लिखकर सर्च करें या electoralsearch.eci.gov.in पर जाएं. साइट पर आप लोगों को नाम चेक करने के लिए तीन विकल्प दिखेंगे. पहला विक्लप, Search by EPIC, दूसरा तरीका सर्च बाय डिटेल्स और तीसरा तरीका सर्च बाय मोबाइल.

Search by EPIC ऑप्शन में पहले भाषा चुनने के लिए कहा जाएगा, इसके बाद EPIC नंबर, अपना राज्य और कैप्चा भरकर सर्च ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर दें. दूसरा, सर्च बाय डिटेल्स ऑप्शन में राज्य, भाषा, नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, डेट ऑफ बर्थ, उम्र, जिला और विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र जैसी जरूरी जानकारी भरनी होगी. ये सभी जानकारी देने के बाद कैप्चा भरकर सर्च करें.

तीसरा तरीका, सर्च बाय मोबाइल ऑप्शन में नाम चेक करने के लिए ये तरीका खोजते हैं तो आपको भाषा, राज्य, मोबाइल नंबर और कैप्चा भरकर सर्च करना होगा. आपके नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा, ओटीपी डालने के बाद जैसे ही आप सर्च दबाएंगे आपको इस बात की जानकारी मिल जाएगी कि आपका नाम वोटर लिस्ट में है या नहीं.
