शिविर के दौरान ऐसे मतदाताओं को Enumeration Form उपलब्ध कराया गया, जिन्हें अब तक प्रपत्र प्राप्त नहीं हुआ था। वहीं, जिन मतदाताओं ने प्रपत्र भर लिया था, उन्होंने संबंधित बीएलओ (BLO) के पास अपना गणना प्रपत्र जमा किया। मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ द्वारा मतदाताओं को आवश्यक जानकारी एवं सहयोग भी किया गया।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने बताया कि जिन मतदाताओं का गणना प्रपत्र अभी तक प्राप्त या जमा नहीं हो पाया है, उनके लिए 20 जुलाई 2026 को भी शहरी क्षेत्र के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर प्रातः 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 4:00 बजे तक विशेष शिविर आयोजित किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने सभी शहरी मतदाताओं से अपील की है कि जिनका Enumeration Form अभी तक जमा नहीं हुआ है, वे 20 जुलाई को अपने संबंधित मतदान केंद्र पर आयोजित विशेष शिविर में पहुंचकर गणना प्रपत्र प्राप्त करें अथवा भरा हुआ प्रपत्र अवश्य जमा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर गणना प्रपत्र जमा करना विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण प्रक्रिया की सफलता के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

contracted feline herpesvirus, an infection that can be particularly severe in young and
weakened cats. The attending veterinarian was candid about the risks involved, noting that
the extent of the infection made her chances of survival far from guaranteed.
What followed was a period Sawan describes as emotionally difficult in ways he had not
anticipated when he first found Laxmi. Committed to giving her a chance, he took on the
responsibility of managing her treatment, often uncertain of what each day would bring. It
was during this stretch of anxious waiting that he made a private vow: if Laxmi survived and
went on to recover, he would use her next birthday as an opportunity to support the people
who feed and protect Mumbai's stray cats, work that typically happens without funding,

SIR-2026: रांची के सभी शहरी बूथों पर 10 से 4 बजे तक चला विशेष कैंप, बड़ी संख्या में मतदाता पहुंचे
भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार संचालित विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (Special Intensive Revision-SIR) 2026 के तहत आज दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2026 को रांची जिला के सभी शहरी क्षेत्र के मतदान केंद्रों पर विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। सुबह 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 4:00 बजे तक आयोजित इस शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में मतदाता अपने-अपने मतदान केंद्र पहुंचे तथा गणना प्रपत्र (Enumeration Form) प्राप्त करने एवं भरे हुए प्रपत्र जमा करने की प्रक्रिया में भाग लिया।

  


शिविर के दौरान ऐसे मतदाताओं को Enumeration Form उपलब्ध कराया गया, जिन्हें अब तक प्रपत्र प्राप्त नहीं हुआ था। वहीं, जिन मतदाताओं ने प्रपत्र भर लिया था, उन्होंने संबंधित बीएलओ (BLO) के पास अपना गणना प्रपत्र जमा किया। मतदान केंद्रों पर बीएलओ द्वारा मतदाताओं को आवश्यक जानकारी एवं सहयोग भी किया गया।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने बताया कि जिन मतदाताओं का गणना प्रपत्र अभी तक प्राप्त या जमा नहीं हो पाया है, उनके लिए 20 जुलाई 2026 को भी शहरी क्षेत्र के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर प्रातः 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 4:00 बजे तक विशेष शिविर आयोजित किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने सभी शहरी मतदाताओं से अपील की है कि जिनका Enumeration Form अभी तक जमा नहीं हुआ है, वे 20 जुलाई को अपने संबंधित मतदान केंद्र पर आयोजित विशेष शिविर में पहुंचकर गणना प्रपत्र प्राप्त करें अथवा भरा हुआ प्रपत्र अवश्य जमा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि समय पर गणना प्रपत्र जमा करना विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण प्रक्रिया की सफलता के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (Special Intensive Revision-2026) के अंतर्गत Enumeration Form के वितरण, संग्रहण एवं डिजिटाइजेशन कार्य की समीक्षा हेतु जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में सभी EROs, AEROs, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, सभी CDPO एवं सुपरवाइजर उपस्थित थे।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि Enumeration Form के वितरण, संग्रहण एवं डिजिटाइजेशन कार्य में गति लाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक अधिकारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में नियमित निगरानी करते हुए निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप कार्य पूर्ण कराएं।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री द्वारा BLO को निर्देश दिया कि वे प्रतिदिन सुबह 6:00 बजे से घर-घर जाकर Enumeration Form का वितरण एवं संग्रहण करें, ताकि अधिकतम मतदाता घर पर मिल सकें और दिन के उत्तरार्ध में संग्रहित प्रपत्रों का समयबद्ध डिजिटाइजेशन सुनिश्चित किया जाए, जिससे कार्य में तेजी आए। 

बैठक में समीक्षा के दौरान धीमी कार्य प्रगति पर कई ERO, AERO एवं BLO के कार्य पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को कारण बताओ (Show Cause) नोटिस जारी करने का निर्देश दिया गया। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त, रांची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण निर्वाचन कार्य में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी तथा निर्धारित लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिए सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करना होगा।

  मुंबई। पिछले दो-तीन दिनों से मुंबई में हो रही भारी बारिश के बीच मुंबई में जनजीवन और स्थिति पूरी तरह से नियंत्रण में है। संकट के इस समय में मुंबईकरों द्वारा प्रशासन को दिया गया सहयोग अत्यंत बहुमूल्य है, यह प्रतिपादन मंत्री मंगल प्रभात लोढा ने आज किया। वे मुंबई महानगरपालिका के आपदा प्रबंधन नियंत्रण कक्ष (Disaster Management Center) का प्रत्यक्ष दौरा कर स्थिति की समीक्षा करने के बाद मीडिया से बात कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर सदन के नेता गणेश खणकर, महानगरपालिका आयुक्त श्रीमती अश्विनी भिडे (IAS), अतिरिक्त महानगरपालिका आयुक्त (शहर) श्रीमती प्राजक्ता वर्मा - लवंगारे (IAS), अतिरिक्त महानगरपालिका आयुक्त (पूर्वी उपनगर) अविनाश ढाकणे (IAS), उपायुक्त (स्वास्थ्य) श्री शरद उघडे और महानगरपालिका के संबंधित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। मंत्री मंगल प्रभात लोढा ने स्थिति पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि जैसा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने विधानसभा में उल्लेख किया था, यह प्रकृति का एक बड़ा प्रकोप है और यह एक अभूतपूर्व स्थिति है। शहर में एक ही दिन में ३५० से अधिक पेड़ों के उखड़ने की घटना हुई। हालांकि, ऐसी कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी महानगरपालिका का आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग और सरकारी तंत्र अत्यंत तीव्र गति से और युद्ध स्तर पर सड़कों से पेड़ हटाने और जलभराव को दूर करने के काम में जुटा हुआ है। नागरिकों, विशेषकर लंबी दूरी की यात्रा करने वालों को किसी भी तरह की असुविधा न हो, इसके लिए प्रशासन ने अत्यंत सतर्कता के साथ कदम उठाए हैं। एक आवश्यक एहतियाती उपाय के रूप में सुबह के सत्र में स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में छुट्टी घोषित की गई और उसके बाद दोपहर के सत्र में सरकारी कार्यालयों को भी छुट्टी दे दी गई, ताकि यात्री सुरक्षित अपने घर पहुंच सकें। मंत्री लोढा ने अत्यंत सकारात्मकता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इतने बड़े संकट के बाद भी मुंबई कहीं भी थमी नहीं है। एहतियाती उपायों के कारण लोकल ट्रेनों की गति थोड़ी धीमी जरूर है, लेकिन रेल यातायात पूरी तरह से चालू है। सड़कों पर जमा पानी और गिरे हुए पेड़ों को पूरी तरह से साफ कर दिया गया है और सड़कों को यातायात के लिए खोल दिया गया है।
  
पिछले तीन दिनों से महानगरपालिका के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी दिन-रात एक कर ऑन-फील्ड काम कर रहे हैं। संकट के समय में राजनीति न करते हुए हम सभी को प्रशासन के साथ खड़ा होना चाहिए और उनके इस निरंतर परिश्रम की सराहना (Appreciation) करनी चाहिए," ऐसा आह्वान मंत्री लोढा ने इस अवसर पर किया। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ९० किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने की संभावना को ध्यान में रखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशानुसार सभी को व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से सतर्कता के संदेश भेज दिए गए हैं, और आगामी किसी भी स्थिति का सामना करने के लिए संपूर्ण प्रशासनिक तंत्र पूरी तरह तैयार है।
