An Inspiring Story of Shri Rashk Siddiqui who Emerged as a Game-Changing Leader in India’s Public Sector.

Rashk Siddiqui has become one of the most dynamic and outcome-oriented officers in the Indian public sector scene. Having an unparalleled reputation for thinking like a businessman, behaving like a bureaucrat, and speaking like a politician, he is well known for his exceptional delivery in whatever project he ventures into. He has earned a good reputation over the years as a man who believes in execution, not excuses – a very uncommon combination of strategy, discipline, and innovation that has seen him labelled as the Jugaad Man of PSUs.

Everything in his personal or professional life is based on three strong principles, namely honesty, politeness, and integrity. To Siddiqui, these are moral values but also qualities that make a great leader. According to those who have worked with him, he is very precise in clearing obstacles and also ensures that everything assigned to him, even the most complicated tasks, is done on time. One of the senior officials once said that Siddiqui is an asset to any organization he works with because of his commitment and brilliance of thought.

Talking to one of the previous Chairman and Managing Directors of TCIL, who did not want to be identified, it was stated that you set a target for him and leave it alone. He will find the best path and do it. Similar views were expressed by a senior bureaucrat of a state government who added that Siddiqui’s innovative approach has assisted various state governments in implementing national and state-level projects of significance, often becoming the interface between administrative intent and on-ground reality.

Siddiqui has had a big opportunity in his career in business development activities where he has distinguished himself by his keen knowledge of operations and stakeholder management. From conceptualizing bids to signing large Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with state governments at national and international levels, he has achieved major milestones that have helped strengthen bids in the PSU sector of India. It was remembered by one of the past directors of TCIL, who said, “He is a stage performer. I can scarcely recall any task that was delegated to him and never finished.”

Rashk Siddiqui has never liked to be in the limelight despite his achievements. People who are close to him normally refer to him as Vighna Harta, the destroyer of hindrances, because of his capacity to fix problems quickly and successfully. He has a work ethic that blends administrative discipline and creative problem-solving, and he is one of the few PSU officers who can be both bureaucratic and creative.

In addition to his professional engagements, Siddiqui is also known to have a human side to him. He has been a regular contributor to the campaign “Helping the Unhelped,” where he offers his time and resources to help the needy. His compassion and desire to do more than duty demands have earned him respect inside and outside professional circles.

One of his colleagues in the organisation commented that Rashk is always praised amongst the colleagues to Motivate and extend “ A Good Human” or “ Bhai” vibe. He always extends his help amongst various colleagues to solve their professional and personal issues. He is a very popular name among and outside the organisation.

Throughout the course of his career, Rashk Siddiqui secured businesses with over five state governments and travelled more than half of the world, acquiring priceless global exposure that has shaped his leadership style. The fact that he was appointed as one of the key members of the protocol team at WTSA 2024 also added to his achievements. Indian hospitality, under the workmanship of Siddiqui, the Indian Government received great appreciation from the senior members of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations, and over fifty telecom ministers of the world.

Rashk Siddiqui has a rare intellect, humility, and execution excellence, which continue to benchmark the PSU ecosystem in India. His experience is a source of hope to many – a lesson that despite the order of public service, creativity and enthusiasm can transform the definition of success.

From Kolkata to a Nationwide Footprint: How Sourav Bose Is Powering India’s Family Entertainment Boom with High Volt Bowling and Gaming

Kolkata, India — October 2025:In a market where digital screens dominate leisure time, Sourav Bose, the Kolkata-born entrepreneur behind High Volt Bowling and Gaming, is leading a quiet but powerful movement — bringing people back together through play, social connection, and experiential entertainment.

Founded in 2014, High Volt Bowling and Gaming has grown into one of India’s fastest-expanding Family Entertainment Center (FEC) chains, operating 17 centers across nine states, spanning over 2 lakh square feet of entertainment space. The brand employs around 250 people and offers more than 1,000 arcade games and 40+ bowling lanes nationwide.

A Vision Born from Experience

Bose’s journey began far from the neon lights of arcade arenas. A graduate in Hospitality Management from IHRM Kolkata and an MBA in Micro Business Studies, he spent his early career understanding customer experience at Shoppers Stop before taking the leap into the entertainment sector with Timezone India in 2006.

Over eight years at Timezone, he rose through the operations team, mastering the mechanics of running large-scale entertainment venues. That experience laid the foundation for High Volt Bowling and Gaming, which he co-founded in 2014 with a simple goal:

“To make entertainment accessible, inclusive, and community-driven for Indian families.”

Building a Brand That Redefines Play

High Volt’s success lies in its hospitality-first approach — merging fun with safety, operational precision, and customer satisfaction. Each center is designed as a family-friendly social hub that encourages people to step away from screens and connect through shared experiences.

From arcade zones and bowling alleys to group events and tournaments, the brand caters to all age groups. Its growing popularity is a reflection of India’s shifting leisure habits, as families seek more experiential and social activities over passive entertainment.

Expanding Across India

In just over a decade, High Volt has expanded to nine states, with plans to enter the North East region — a market Bose believes holds immense potential due to its vibrant youth culture and communal recreation habits.

“The North East has an amazing sense of togetherness,” Bose notes. “Our model fits perfectly with their culture of music, festivals, and group leisure.”

The brand’s strategic expansion also includes exploring partnerships with malls, hospitality groups, and retail developers, aiming to establish High Volt as a national entertainment ecosystem rather than just a chain of centers.

Riding the FEC Wave in India

India’s Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry is witnessing steady growth, driven by urbanization, rising disposable income, and demand for indoor recreation. Analysts project the segment to grow at over 10% CAGR in the coming years.

High Volt is tapping into this wave with a scalable and replicable business model, emphasizing innovation, safety, and inclusivity. Unlike traditional gaming centers, High Volt focuses on creating interactive, multi-generational spaces — where families, corporate groups, and friends can all engage together.

The Philosophy Behind the Play

Behind the business metrics lies Bose’s personal belief:

“Play is universal. It breaks barriers and brings joy across communities.”

That mindset informs High Volt’s operational culture — from staff training rooted in hospitality values to ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, safe, and entertained.

He continues to drive innovation through technology-driven experiences, data-informed operations, and community-led events, aiming to make High Volt a household name in family entertainment.

Looking Ahead

With India’s entertainment landscape evolving rapidly, Bose sees enormous potential in regional markets and smaller cities, where organized leisure options remain limited.

Future plans include:

Expanding into Tier-II and Tier-III cities

Launching competitive gaming tournaments and school partnerships

Strengthening brand collaborations within the FEC ecosystem

“Our goal is not just to open more centers,” Bose says, “but to create spaces where people reconnect — with fun, with family, and with each other.”

Parvathy Ananthanarayanan Mangala: Spreading Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living

In the sacred city of Ayodhya, where timeless wisdom meets modern aspiration, Parvathy Ananthanarayanan Mangala is crafting a unique literary legacy through her initiative, Ram SwaRajya Library. A writer, thinker, and believer in the transformative power of spirituality, Parvathy has dedicated herself to bridging the gap between ancient Indian values and contemporary life.Through her collection of short spiritual fiction books, written under the pen name Ram SwaRajya, she weaves stories that draw inspiration from Lord Rama’s ideals of truth, compassion, and righteousness. Each story — designed to be read in just 15 to 20 minutes — offers readers a spark of inspiration, reminding them that age-old wisdom still holds the key to peace and purpose in the 21st century.

The vision behind the Ram SwaRajya Library was born from Parvathy’s personal journey through emotional pain and resilience. Despite facing misunderstandings and life’s challenges, she chose not to surrender but to transform her experiences into meaningful stories that could uplift others walking similar paths. Her goal is simple yet profound: to make spirituality accessible and relevant to everyone, regardless of age or background.

Parvathy’s journey is one of courage and conviction. Leaving behind her home in Dombivli, Maharashtra, she moved to Ayodhya in July 2025, funding her dream entirely through personal savings, credit loans, and the generosity of a few well-wishers. In just 60 days, she wrote 11 books, two of which are already available on Amazon. Her dedication stands as a powerful example of what faith and determination can achieve.

Digital technology, including tools like WhatsApp, online publishing, and AI, played a vital role in turning her vision into reality—proving how tradition and technology can coexist harmoniously for a greater purpose.

Looking ahead, Parvathy envisions expanding the Ram SwaRajya Library to include 1,000 books that celebrate Indian culture, spirituality, and human values. Her mission is not just to write books but to build a global repository of wisdom that inspires readers to live more meaningful, compassionate lives.

In every sense, Parvathy’s work embodies the essence of humanity—using words as her instrument to heal, inspire, and elevate the collective consciousness of society.
