জানান,সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য রাজ্যে চালু থাকা কোনও সামাজিক প্রকল্পই বন্ধ হচ্ছে না। তেমনই মোদী সরকারের একগুচ্ছ প্রকল্প রাজ্যে কার্যকর করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন তিনি।
  

  
এদিন নবান্নে সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে শুভেন্দু সাফ জানিয়ে দেন, “চালু থাকা কোনও সামাজিক প্রকল্প বন্ধ হবে না। তবে আমরা দেখব যেন তা স্বচ্ছভাবে চলে।” তিনি জানান, আগে চালু থাকা সমস্ত প্রকল্প থাকবে। তবে ভারতীয় নন বা মৃত কেউ এই সমস্ত প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পাবেন না বলে জানান তিনি।
  

  
এদিনের ক্যাবিনেট বৈঠকের সবচেয়ে বড় খবর হল প্রধানমন্ত্রী জন আরোগ্য যোজনা বা আয়ুষ্মান ভারত প্রকল্পে রাজ্যের অন্তর্ভুক্তি। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, “প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেছিলেন প্রথম ক্যাবিনেটেই আয়ুষ্মান ভারতে আমরা যুক্ত হব। আজ সেই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হল। স্বাস্থ্য সচিব, মুখ্য সচিব এবং মুখ্যমন্ত্রী দফতরের উপদেষ্টারা এই প্রক্রিয়া অতি দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করবেন।”
  

  
দীর্ঘদিন ধরে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের এই স্বাস্থ্য বিমা প্রকল্পটি নিয়ে কেন্দ্র-রাজ্য সংঘাত জারি ছিল। শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর এই ঘোষণার ফলে এখন থেকে রাজ্যের সাধারণ মানুষ দেশের অন্যান্য প্রান্তের মতোই ৫ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসার সুযোগ পাবেন।

জানান,সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য রাজ্যে চালু থাকা কোনও সামাজিক প্রকল্পই বন্ধ হচ্ছে না। তেমনই মোদী সরকারের একগুচ্ছ প্রকল্প রাজ্যে কার্যকর করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন তিনি।
  

  
এদিন নবান্নে সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে শুভেন্দু সাফ জানিয়ে দেন, “চালু থাকা কোনও সামাজিক প্রকল্প বন্ধ হবে না। তবে আমরা দেখব যেন তা স্বচ্ছভাবে চলে।” তিনি জানান, আগে চালু থাকা সমস্ত প্রকল্প থাকবে। তবে ভারতীয় নন বা মৃত কেউ এই সমস্ত প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পাবেন না বলে জানান তিনি।
  

  
এদিনের ক্যাবিনেট বৈঠকের সবচেয়ে বড় খবর হল প্রধানমন্ত্রী জন আরোগ্য যোজনা বা আয়ুষ্মান ভারত প্রকল্পে রাজ্যের অন্তর্ভুক্তি। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, “প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেছিলেন প্রথম ক্যাবিনেটেই আয়ুষ্মান ভারতে আমরা যুক্ত হব। আজ সেই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হল। স্বাস্থ্য সচিব, মুখ্য সচিব এবং মুখ্যমন্ত্রী দফতরের উপদেষ্টারা এই প্রক্রিয়া অতি দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করবেন।”
  

  
দীর্ঘদিন ধরে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের এই স্বাস্থ্য বিমা প্রকল্পটি নিয়ে কেন্দ্র-রাজ্য সংঘাত জারি ছিল। শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর এই ঘোষণার ফলে এখন থেকে রাজ্যের সাধারণ মানুষ দেশের অন্যান্য প্রান্তের মতোই ৫ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসার সুযোগ পাবেন।

এর পাশাপাশি, তিনি বলেন, অন্যান্য সমস্ত সেন্ট্রাল স্পনসর্ড স্কিম যা এতোদিন রাজ্যে থমকে ছিল বা নাম বদলে চলছিল, সেগুলিও এবার পুরোদমে চালু হচ্ছে।স্বচ্ছতাই এই সরকারের অগ্রাধিকার থাকবে।কিছু পেপার ওয়ার্কের প্রয়োজন আছে। সংকল্পপত্রে যা ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে সেই বিষয়ে আরও কিছু সিদ্ধান্ত পরের মন্ত্রিসভার বৈঠকে নেওয়া হবে। এই সরকার 'আমিত্বে' বিশ্বাস করে না, 'আমরা' নীতিতে চলবে বলে সরাসরি জানিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।
  

  
বিজেপির ৩২১ জন যাঁরা খুন হয়েছেন, তাঁদের শ্রদ্ধার সঙ্গে স্মরণ করেছেন শুভেন্দু অধিকারী। তাঁদের পরিবারের প্রতি এই সরকার দায়বদ্ধ বলে জানিয়েছেন। হত্যার বিচার দেওয়া হবে বলে আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন তিনি। তার সঙ্গে এই পরিবারগুলরি সব দায়-দায়িত্ব এখন থেকে সরকারের।
  

  
দেশের ও পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সুরক্ষাকে সবচেয়ে বেশি অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন তিনি। বিএসএফ-কে জমি হস্তান্তর প্রক্রিয়ার অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে। আজ থেকেই হস্তান্তর প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। ভূমি ও রাজস্ব সচিব এবং মুখ্য সচিবকে ৪৫ দিনের মধ্যে বিএসএফ-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় জমি হস্তান্তর সম্পূর্ণ করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।
  

  
এতোদিন পর্যন্ত রাজ্যের IAS, IPS ও WBCS-এর কেউ কেন্দ্রীয় ট্রেনিংয়ে যুক্ত হওয়ার অনুমোদন পেতেন না। এখন থেকে অন্য রাজ্যের মতো এ রাজ্যেও কেন্দ্রীয় সেই নিয়ম চালু হবে।
  

  
এ দিন সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে শুভেন্দু অধিকারী জানিয়েছেন, রাজ্যে এতদিন BNS কার্যকর করা হয়নি। তিনি জানিয়েছেন, এখন থেকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গে ভারতীয় ন্যায় সংহিতা মেনে কাজ শুরু হলো বলে জানিয়েছেন তিনি।
