    आजमगढ़।  विद्युत बिल राहत योजना के अंतर्गत विद्युत वितरण मंडल द्वितीय आजमगढ़ के तीनों खण्डों में कभी भी अपना बिल जमा न करने वाले एवं ऐसे उपभोक्ता जिन्होंने अपना विद्युत बिल का भुगतान  31/03/2025 अथवा उसके पूर्व किया हो योजना के पात्र होंगे।  यह योजना 1 दिसम्बर 2025 से लागू होगी जो  तीन चरणों में चलेगी। पहला चरण 1 दिसम्बर से 31 दिसम्बर  तक चलेगा जिसमें पात्र उपभोक्ताओं को 100 प्रतिशत ब्याज माफ एवं मूलधन में भी 25  प्रतिशत की छूट मिलेगी। प्रथम चरण के बाद मूलधन में छूट घटकर क्रमशः 20 प्रतिशत एवं 15 प्रतिशत ही रह जाएगी। अधीक्षण  अभियंता दिग्विजय सिंह विद्युत वितरण मंडल द्वितीय आजमगढ़ ने बताया मंडल के के तीनों खण्ड फूलपुर में  रुपए 97734 कप्तानगंज में 50174 और सठियांव में 56221 पात्र उपभोक्ताओं पर कुल बकाया लगभग 1078 करोड़ है जिसमें 495 करोड़ ब्याज है। इसके अलावा ऐसे उपभोक्ता जो एकमुश्त भुगतान करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं । उनके लिए मासिक बिल के साथ 750 अथवा 500 रुपए प्रति माह किस्तों में भी भुगतान करने का प्रावधान है। इसी प्रकार बिजली चोरी वाले प्रकरणों में भी प्रथम चरण में राजस्व निर्धारण में अधिकतम 50 फीसदी की छूट है। योजना का अधिकतम लाभ प्रथम चरण में मिलेगा । पात्र उपभोक्ता दिसम्बर माह की पहली तारीख से ही 2000 रुपए जमा कर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कराकर योजना का  लाभ उठा सकते है।

  जिलाधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार की रिपोर्ट पर नगर पंचायत महराजगंज के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया। वह महराजगंज के अलावा अन्य दो नगर पंचायतों में जमकर लूटपाट किए हैं। लिपिक के पूरे गोलमाल की विधिवत जांच जारी है।
  नगर पंचायत महराजगंज के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह के पास नगर पंचायत बूढ़नपुर और मार्टिनगंज का अतिरिक्त प्रभार था। यह दोनों नगर पंचायत नई बनी हैं। शासन से इनके विकास के लिए काफी धन आया था।
  ऐसे में लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह चहेते ठेकेदारों को काम का टेंडर देकर रुपये ऐठने लगा। शक होने पर क्षेत्रिय लोगों ने शिकायत किया। मनोज कुमार सिंह पर सेवा संबंधी अभिलेखों में गोलमाल किया था। जिसकी जांच शुरू होने पर जांच टीम को भी प्रभावित करने लगा। 30 अक्टूबर 2024 को एडीएम प्रशासन ने डीएम को जांच आख्या भेजा। जिसमें मनोज का फर्जीवाड़ा उजागर हुआ। इसके बाद डीएम ने जिला सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र अधिकारी और मुख्य राजस्व अधिकारी से संयुक्त जांच कराया। इन दोनों अधिकारियों की जांच में भी मनोज का गोलमाल पकड़ में आया।
  डीएम रविंद्र कुमार के मुताबिक जांच में पता चला कि मनोज की नगर पंचायत मार्टिनगंज और बूढ़नपुर से संबंद्धता समाप्त होने पर वह अपने यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड से तमाम प्रकार की निविदाएं जेम पोर्टल के माध्यम से निकालकर अपने चहेते ठेकेदारों को ठेका देकर लाभ पहुंचाया है। डीएम ने बताया की महराजगंज नगर पंचायत के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इनके खिलाफ जांच जारी है।

    आजमगढ़।  विद्युत बिल राहत योजना के अंतर्गत विद्युत वितरण मंडल द्वितीय आजमगढ़ के तीनों खण्डों में कभी भी अपना बिल जमा न करने वाले एवं ऐसे उपभोक्ता जिन्होंने अपना विद्युत बिल का भुगतान  31/03/2025 अथवा उसके पूर्व किया हो योजना के पात्र होंगे।  यह योजना 1 दिसम्बर 2025 से लागू होगी जो  तीन चरणों में चलेगी। पहला चरण 1 दिसम्बर से 31 दिसम्बर  तक चलेगा जिसमें पात्र उपभोक्ताओं को 100 प्रतिशत ब्याज माफ एवं मूलधन में भी 25  प्रतिशत की छूट मिलेगी। प्रथम चरण के बाद मूलधन में छूट घटकर क्रमशः 20 प्रतिशत एवं 15 प्रतिशत ही रह जाएगी। अधीक्षण  अभियंता दिग्विजय सिंह विद्युत वितरण मंडल द्वितीय आजमगढ़ ने बताया मंडल के के तीनों खण्ड फूलपुर में  रुपए 97734 कप्तानगंज में 50174 और सठियांव में 56221 पात्र उपभोक्ताओं पर कुल बकाया लगभग 1078 करोड़ है जिसमें 495 करोड़ ब्याज है। इसके अलावा ऐसे उपभोक्ता जो एकमुश्त भुगतान करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं । उनके लिए मासिक बिल के साथ 750 अथवा 500 रुपए प्रति माह किस्तों में भी भुगतान करने का प्रावधान है। इसी प्रकार बिजली चोरी वाले प्रकरणों में भी प्रथम चरण में राजस्व निर्धारण में अधिकतम 50 फीसदी की छूट है। योजना का अधिकतम लाभ प्रथम चरण में मिलेगा । पात्र उपभोक्ता दिसम्बर माह की पहली तारीख से ही 2000 रुपए जमा कर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कराकर योजना का  लाभ उठा सकते है।

  जिलाधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार की रिपोर्ट पर नगर पंचायत महराजगंज के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया। वह महराजगंज के अलावा अन्य दो नगर पंचायतों में जमकर लूटपाट किए हैं। लिपिक के पूरे गोलमाल की विधिवत जांच जारी है।
  नगर पंचायत महराजगंज के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह के पास नगर पंचायत बूढ़नपुर और मार्टिनगंज का अतिरिक्त प्रभार था। यह दोनों नगर पंचायत नई बनी हैं। शासन से इनके विकास के लिए काफी धन आया था।
  ऐसे में लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह चहेते ठेकेदारों को काम का टेंडर देकर रुपये ऐठने लगा। शक होने पर क्षेत्रिय लोगों ने शिकायत किया। मनोज कुमार सिंह पर सेवा संबंधी अभिलेखों में गोलमाल किया था। जिसकी जांच शुरू होने पर जांच टीम को भी प्रभावित करने लगा। 30 अक्टूबर 2024 को एडीएम प्रशासन ने डीएम को जांच आख्या भेजा। जिसमें मनोज का फर्जीवाड़ा उजागर हुआ। इसके बाद डीएम ने जिला सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र अधिकारी और मुख्य राजस्व अधिकारी से संयुक्त जांच कराया। इन दोनों अधिकारियों की जांच में भी मनोज का गोलमाल पकड़ में आया।
  डीएम रविंद्र कुमार के मुताबिक जांच में पता चला कि मनोज की नगर पंचायत मार्टिनगंज और बूढ़नपुर से संबंद्धता समाप्त होने पर वह अपने यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड से तमाम प्रकार की निविदाएं जेम पोर्टल के माध्यम से निकालकर अपने चहेते ठेकेदारों को ठेका देकर लाभ पहुंचाया है। डीएम ने बताया की महराजगंज नगर पंचायत के लिपिक मनोज कुमार सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इनके खिलाफ जांच जारी है।

शबाना आजमी बुधवार शाम लगभग 4:15 बजे अपने पैतृक आवास फूलपुर तहसील क्षेत्र के मेजवा स्थित फतेह मंजिल पहुँची। जहां पहले चिकनकारी सिलाई प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की प्रभारी सयोगिता प्रजापति के नेतृत्व में महिलाओं ने शबाना आजमी, बाबा आजमी, नम्रता गोयल सहित अन्य मेहमानों का माला फूल पहनाकर स्वागत किया और आरती उतारी, वहीं ग्रामीणों के स्वागत से प्रफुल्लित शबाना आजमी ने संयोगिता को गले लगाकर कुशल क्षेम पूछ लिया। जानकारी के अनुसार शबाना आजमी  का मेजवा में 5 दिवसीय कार्यक्रम है। स्वागत समारोह के बाद मिजवां वेलफेयर सोसाइटी के बोर्ड की बैठक शुरू हो गयी। शबाना आजमी के साथ नम्रता गोयल, बाबा आजमी, काकुल, विकास, गुरजीत, मनोज, पंकज आदि  रहे। स्वागत करने वालो में सयोगिता प्रजापति, सुनीता, गोपाल, एकलाख अहमद, सीताराम, सुबास, कोमल, कलंदर सहित अन्य उपस्थित रहे।
