    फूलपुर थाना क्षेत्र के चकनुरी गांव निवासी सुनरा पत्नी दशरथ शनिवार दोपहर लगभग 11:30  बजे ऊदपुर गांव स्थित विद्युत उपखण्ड कार्यालय बिजली का बिल जमा करने गयी थी। वापस आने के दौरान उन्हें खोरासों मोड़ के आगे दिल्ली दरबार के पास दो उच्चके  मिल गए। बातचीत करते करते दोनों उचक्के महिला कैफी आज़मी मार्ग तक ले गए। इसके बाद मानिकचन्द बर्नवाल के आवासीय परिसर की गली में ले जाकर कागज में लपेट कर 2 लाख रुपये होने का लालच देकर कान का बाला और मंगल सूत्र ले लिया। उचक्के सुनरा से कागज में लपेटा हुआ रुपये का  बंडल घर खोलने की हिदायत देकर गहना लेकर रफू चक्कर हो गए। घर जाकर सुनरा ने कागज में लपेट कर दिए गए बंडल को खोलकर देखा तो उसमे नोट की सकल में कागज के टुकड़े मिले। कागज के टुकड़े देख सुनरा को लूट जाने का एहसास हुआ। तब तक उचक्के कोसो दूर निकल चुके थे। ग्रामीणों के साथ महिला फूलपुर कोतवाली में प्रार्थना पत्र दिया और बताया कि दो थान सोने का जेवर टप्पेबाज बहकाकर ले गए हैं। सुनरा ने बताया कि उक्त लोगों द्वारा उसे कुछ सूंघा दिया गया था। जिसके चलते उसे कुछ समझ नहीं आया। इस संबंध में कोतवाली प्रभारी सच्चिदानंद का कहना है कि तहरीर मिली है। तलास शुरू कर दी सीसी टीवी कैमरों से मद्त ली जा रही जल्द हो पर्दाफास किया जाएगा ।

संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र समाप्त होने के बाद संसद परिसर में एक दिलचस्प और सियासी तौर पर अहम नजारा देखने को मिला। शीतकालीन सत्र के खत्म होने पर लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने संसद के पार्लियामेंट हाउस में अपने चैंबर में लोकसभा में पार्टियों के नेताओं और सांसदों के साथ एक मीटिंग की। लोक सभा अध्यक्ष की चाय पार्टी में सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के सदस्यों के बीच गर्मजोशी देखने को मिली।

संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र शुक्रवार को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए खत्म हो गया है। संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र खत्म होने के बाद सत्तापक्ष और विपक्षी सांसदों की एक बैठक हुई। इस मीटिंग में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी मौजूद थे। तीन देशों के बेहद व्यस्त कार्यक्रम के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी आज उपस्थित रहे। वहीं लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी की गैर-मौजूदगी में उनकी बहन प्रियंका गांधी ने विपक्षी दलों को लीड किया। 

खास बात ये रही कि वायनाड से पहली बार की सांसद प्रियंका गांधी को केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह के बगल वाली सीट दी गई। वहीं रक्षा मंत्री के पास वाली सीट पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी बैठे दिखाई दिए। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और प्रियंका गाँधी के बीच वायनाड से जुड़े मुद्दों पर बातचीत हुई। इस चर्चा के दौरान पीएम मोदी समेत सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के सांसद मंत्री ठहाके लगाते हुए नजर आए।

करीब बीस मिनट तक चली इस चाय पार्टी में कुछ विपक्षी नेताओं ने पीएम से आग्रह किया कि नए संसद भवन में भी सांसदों के बैठने के लिए केंद्रीय कक्ष होना चाहिए। दरअसल पुराने संसद भवन में ऐतिहासिक सेंट्रल हॉल है जहां सत्र के दौरान सांसद, पूर्व सांसद आदि बैठकर अनौपचारिक चर्चा करते हैं। नए संसद भवन में सांसदों को इसकी कमी खल रही है क्योंकि यहां सांसदों के मिलने का एकमात्र स्थान कैंटीन है। पुराने संसद भवन को अब संविधान सदन बनाया गया है और वहां केंद्रीय कक्ष का उपयोग यदा-कदा ही होता है। इस पर पीएम ने कहा कि वह तो रिटायरमेंट के बाद के लिए है। अभी तो आपको बहुत सेवा करनी है। इस पर बैठक में ज़बर्दस्त ठहाका लगा।

स्पीकर के चैंबर में हुई इस बैठक में पक्ष-विपक्ष के सांसद ने चाय पर चर्चा की और जिस अंदाज में किसी बात पर जोरदार ठहाके लगाए, वह अब भारतीय राजनीति में कम ही देखने को मिल पाते हैं। ठहाके लगाने वालों में खुद पीएम मोदी और कांग्रेस नेता प्रियंका गांधी भी शामिल हैं।

  सुल्तानपुर जनपद में उद्यान विभाग की ओर से KNI के कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में किसानों को सब्जियों,फलों व फूलों की खेती बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया गया। विभिन्न कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों व उद्यान विभाग के अधिकारियों ने इस खेती को लाभकारी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे किसान आत्मनिर्भर बन सकते हैं।
  

   
एलईडी के माध्यम से वक्ताओं ने अच्छी खेती के बारे में किसानों को जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि देश से विभिन्न सब्जियों, फलों व फूलों का निर्यात यहां के किसानों की ओर से संयुक्त अरब अमीरात, सऊदी अरब,यूरोपियन देश,अमेरिका में किया जा रहा है। मसाला,शहद का भी निर्यात हो रहा है। किसान अखंड प्रताप सिंह, अवधेश प्रताप सिंह,धर्मवीर मिश्रा,दीनदयाल मिश्रा समेत अन्य मौजूद रहे। वरिष्ठ उद्यान निरीक्षक पवन कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि कृषि वैज्ञानिक एके सिंह,डाॅ.जेबी सिंह ने भी किसानों को खेती की जानकारी दी।

मनरेगा का नाम बदलकर भारत गारंटी फॉर रोजगार एंड आजीविका मिशन (ग्रामीण) बिल यानी 'जी राम जी' करने वाला बिल लोकसभा में आज विपक्ष के जोरदार हंगामे के बीच पास हो गया है। विपक्ष ने बिल पास होने पर जमकर हंगामा किया और बिल के कागज फाड़कर फेंक दिए। सदन का माहौल इतना बिगड़ गया कि कार्यवाही कल तक के लिए स्थगित करनी पड़ी।

    फूलपुर थाना क्षेत्र के चकनुरी गांव निवासी सुनरा पत्नी दशरथ शनिवार दोपहर लगभग 11:30  बजे ऊदपुर गांव स्थित विद्युत उपखण्ड कार्यालय बिजली का बिल जमा करने गयी थी। वापस आने के दौरान उन्हें खोरासों मोड़ के आगे दिल्ली दरबार के पास दो उच्चके  मिल गए। बातचीत करते करते दोनों उचक्के महिला कैफी आज़मी मार्ग तक ले गए। इसके बाद मानिकचन्द बर्नवाल के आवासीय परिसर की गली में ले जाकर कागज में लपेट कर 2 लाख रुपये होने का लालच देकर कान का बाला और मंगल सूत्र ले लिया। उचक्के सुनरा से कागज में लपेटा हुआ रुपये का  बंडल घर खोलने की हिदायत देकर गहना लेकर रफू चक्कर हो गए। घर जाकर सुनरा ने कागज में लपेट कर दिए गए बंडल को खोलकर देखा तो उसमे नोट की सकल में कागज के टुकड़े मिले। कागज के टुकड़े देख सुनरा को लूट जाने का एहसास हुआ। तब तक उचक्के कोसो दूर निकल चुके थे। ग्रामीणों के साथ महिला फूलपुर कोतवाली में प्रार्थना पत्र दिया और बताया कि दो थान सोने का जेवर टप्पेबाज बहकाकर ले गए हैं। सुनरा ने बताया कि उक्त लोगों द्वारा उसे कुछ सूंघा दिया गया था। जिसके चलते उसे कुछ समझ नहीं आया। इस संबंध में कोतवाली प्रभारी सच्चिदानंद का कहना है कि तहरीर मिली है। तलास शुरू कर दी सीसी टीवी कैमरों से मद्त ली जा रही जल्द हो पर्दाफास किया जाएगा ।

संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र शुक्रवार को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए खत्म हो गया है। संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र खत्म होने के बाद सत्तापक्ष और विपक्षी सांसदों की एक बैठक हुई। इस मीटिंग में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी मौजूद थे। तीन देशों के बेहद व्यस्त कार्यक्रम के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी आज उपस्थित रहे। वहीं लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी की गैर-मौजूदगी में उनकी बहन प्रियंका गांधी ने विपक्षी दलों को लीड किया। 

खास बात ये रही कि वायनाड से पहली बार की सांसद प्रियंका गांधी को केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह के बगल वाली सीट दी गई। वहीं रक्षा मंत्री के पास वाली सीट पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी बैठे दिखाई दिए। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और प्रियंका गाँधी के बीच वायनाड से जुड़े मुद्दों पर बातचीत हुई। इस चर्चा के दौरान पीएम मोदी समेत सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के सांसद मंत्री ठहाके लगाते हुए नजर आए।

करीब बीस मिनट तक चली इस चाय पार्टी में कुछ विपक्षी नेताओं ने पीएम से आग्रह किया कि नए संसद भवन में भी सांसदों के बैठने के लिए केंद्रीय कक्ष होना चाहिए। दरअसल पुराने संसद भवन में ऐतिहासिक सेंट्रल हॉल है जहां सत्र के दौरान सांसद, पूर्व सांसद आदि बैठकर अनौपचारिक चर्चा करते हैं। नए संसद भवन में सांसदों को इसकी कमी खल रही है क्योंकि यहां सांसदों के मिलने का एकमात्र स्थान कैंटीन है। पुराने संसद भवन को अब संविधान सदन बनाया गया है और वहां केंद्रीय कक्ष का उपयोग यदा-कदा ही होता है। इस पर पीएम ने कहा कि वह तो रिटायरमेंट के बाद के लिए है। अभी तो आपको बहुत सेवा करनी है। इस पर बैठक में ज़बर्दस्त ठहाका लगा।

स्पीकर के चैंबर में हुई इस बैठक में पक्ष-विपक्ष के सांसद ने चाय पर चर्चा की और जिस अंदाज में किसी बात पर जोरदार ठहाके लगाए, वह अब भारतीय राजनीति में कम ही देखने को मिल पाते हैं। ठहाके लगाने वालों में खुद पीएम मोदी और कांग्रेस नेता प्रियंका गांधी भी शामिल हैं।

इस बैठक विपक्ष की ओर से एनसीपी (एसपी) सांसद सुप्रिया सुले, समाजवादी पार्टी के राजीव राय और धर्मेंद्र यादव, डीएमके सांसद ए राजा सहित विभिन्न दलों के फ्लोर लीडर भी इस चर्चा में शामिल हुए।

  सुल्तानपुर जनपद में उद्यान विभाग की ओर से KNI के कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में किसानों को सब्जियों,फलों व फूलों की खेती बढ़ाने पर जोर दिया गया। विभिन्न कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों व उद्यान विभाग के अधिकारियों ने इस खेती को लाभकारी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे किसान आत्मनिर्भर बन सकते हैं।
  

   
एलईडी के माध्यम से वक्ताओं ने अच्छी खेती के बारे में किसानों को जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि देश से विभिन्न सब्जियों, फलों व फूलों का निर्यात यहां के किसानों की ओर से संयुक्त अरब अमीरात, सऊदी अरब,यूरोपियन देश,अमेरिका में किया जा रहा है। मसाला,शहद का भी निर्यात हो रहा है। किसान अखंड प्रताप सिंह, अवधेश प्रताप सिंह,धर्मवीर मिश्रा,दीनदयाल मिश्रा समेत अन्य मौजूद रहे। वरिष्ठ उद्यान निरीक्षक पवन कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि कृषि वैज्ञानिक एके सिंह,डाॅ.जेबी सिंह ने भी किसानों को खेती की जानकारी दी।

मनरेगा का नाम बदलकर भारत गारंटी फॉर रोजगार एंड आजीविका मिशन (ग्रामीण) बिल यानी 'जी राम जी' करने वाला बिल लोकसभा में आज विपक्ष के जोरदार हंगामे के बीच पास हो गया है। विपक्ष ने बिल पास होने पर जमकर हंगामा किया और बिल के कागज फाड़कर फेंक दिए। सदन का माहौल इतना बिगड़ गया कि कार्यवाही कल तक के लिए स्थगित करनी पड़ी।

शिवराज सिंह ने विकसित भारत जी-राम-जी विधेयक पर दिया जवाब
विपक्षी दलों के हंगामे के बीच शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने विकसित भारत जी-राम-जी विधेयक पर विस्तार से जवाब दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष सरकार का जवाब सुनना ही नहीं चाहता। केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री ने सरकार की तरफ से जारी आंकड़े पेश करते हुए कहा कि पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों ने फंड का दुरुपयोग किया, लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने विकास कार्यों पर खर्च करने पर जोर दिया। 

किसानों के साथ-साथ गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए विधेयक
शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने दावा किया कि सरकार किसानों के साथ-साथ गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए विधेयक लाई है, जिसका विरोध किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा, सबसे पहले इस पवित्र सदन में मैं आपको धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं। सभापति महोदय को धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं। इस विषय पर हमने माननीय सदस्यों के विचार सुने हैं। अब जवाब देना मेरा अधिकार है। मैं आपसे संरक्षण चाहता हूं। मैंने रात के डेढ़ बजे तक माननीय सदस्यों की बात सुनी है। अपनी बात सुना देना और फिर जवाब न सुनना ये लोकतांत्रिक परंपराओं को तार-तार करना है।

कृषि मंत्री ने कहा- यह गांवों के विकास का विधायक
कृषि मंत्री ने कहा, यह गांवों के विकास का विधायक है। माननीय प्रतिपक्षी सदस्यों ने कई तरह के आरोप लगाए। एक बात यह कही कि हम भेदभाव करते हैं। सारा देश हमारे लिए एक है। चेन्नई हो या गुवाहाटी, अपना देश-अपनी माटी। अलग भाषा-अलग वेष, फिर भी अपना एक देश। उन्होंने आगे कहा, मैं इनको बताना चाहता हूं कि अटल जी ने क्या कहा था। माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदय, हम देश के किसी भी राज्य के साथ भेदभाव नहीं करते। हमारे नेता अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने कहा था - यह देश हमारे लिए जमीन का टुकड़ा नहीं है, जीता-जाता राष्ट्र पुरुष है। 

कांग्रेस को नाम रखने की सनक
शिवराज सिंह ने आगे कांग्रेस पर जोरदार हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा, कितनी योजनाओ का नाम नेहरू परिवार पर रखा गया। राजीव जी के नाम पर 55 राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं के नाम रखे गए। 74 सड़कों के नाम राजीव पर, 15 नेशनल पार्क नेहरू जी के नाम पर रखे गए. नाम रखने की सनक कांग्रेस की है। 
बता दें कि कांग्रेस सांसद प्रियंका गांधी ने 16 दिसंबर को कहा कि हम इस बिल का विरोध करते हैं। हर योजना का नाम बदलने की सनक समझ नहीं आती है।
