महिला आरक्षण कानून में संशोधन से जुड़े 3 बिलों पर लोकसभा में चर्चा जारी है। विपक्ष ने इन बिलों का विरोध किया। महिला संशोधन विधेयक समेत तीन बिल को लोकसभा में बहस के लिए स्‍वीकार किया जाए या नहीं इसपर वोटिंग कराया गया। इसमें 333 सदस्‍यों ने हिस्‍सा लिया। 207 सांसदों ने इसके समर्थन में वोट किया, ज‍बकि 126 सदस्‍यों ने इसके विरोध में मतदान किया।

  

जनगणना और परिसीमन के आधार पर होगा लागू
लोकसभा में तीन विधेयकों पर चर्चा की शुरुआत करते हुए कानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने महिला आरक्षण को लेकर सरकार का पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने बताया कि महिला आरक्षण विधेयक 2023 में पास हो चुका है और इसे 2026 के बाद होने वाली जनगणना और परिसीमन के आधार पर लागू किया जाएगा।

कुल सीटें करीब 815 तक पहुंच सकती हैं
मेघवाल ने कहा कि लोकसभा सीटों की संख्या में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी होगी, जिससे कुल सीटें करीब 815 तक पहुंच सकती हैं। इनमें से 272 सीटें महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगी, जो कुल सीटों का एक-तिहाई हिस्सा है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि इस बदलाव से किसी भी राज्य को नुकसान नहीं होगा और सभी राज्यों की वर्तमान ताकत (सीटों की संख्या) बरकरार रहेगी।

तीनों विधेयक महिलाओं के हितों को ध्यान में रखकर लाए गए
केंद्र सरकार में मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल ने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार महिलाओं के अधिकारों को मजबूत करने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है और हाल में पेश किए गए विधेयक इसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान निर्माताओं ने संविधान में संशोधन की शक्ति इसलिए दी थी ताकि समय-समय पर लोकहित में आवश्यक फैसले लिए जा सकें। मेघवाल ने स्पष्ट किया कि प्रस्तावित तीनों विधेयक महिलाओं के हितों को ध्यान में रखकर लाए गए हैं। उनके अनुसार, ये विधेयक महिलाओं के लिए राजनीतिक न्याय सुनिश्चित करने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे और उन्हें निर्णय प्रक्रिया में अधिक भागीदारी का अवसर देंगे।

गौरव गोगोई ने सरकार पर उठाए सवाल
लोकसभा में महिला आरक्षण विधेयक पर चर्चा के दौरान कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने सरकार पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार बार-बार महिला आरक्षण के रास्ते में रुकावटें पैदा कर रही है। अगर 2023 में विपक्ष की बात मानी जाती, तो 2024 में ही महिला आरक्षण लागू हो सकता था। गौरव गोगोई ने कहा कि महिला आरक्षण को परिसीमन से जोड़ना सही नहीं है। उन्होंने मांग की कि इसे अलग रखा जाए, तभी उनकी पार्टी इसका समर्थन करेगी। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि यह विधेयक वास्तव में महिला आरक्षण के लिए नहीं, बल्कि पीछे के रास्ते से परिसीमन लागू करने का तरीका है।

विपक्ष पर जनता को गुमराह करने की कोशिश का आरोप
वहीं, संसद में महिला आरक्षण संशोधन विधेयक पर चल रही चर्चा के दौरान भाजपा सांसद तेजस्वी सूर्या ने पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों, खासकर कांग्रेस, पर तीखा हमला बोला। सूर्या ने संविधान में संशोधन को समय की जरूरत बताते हुए कहा कि बदलते सामाजिक और राजनीतिक परिदृश्य के अनुरूप सुधार आवश्यक हैं। उन्होंने विपक्ष पर आरोप लगाया कि वह बिना ठोस आधार के आरोप लगाकर जनता को गुमराह करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। भाजपा सांसद ने कहा कि देश ने पिछले 40 वर्षों में ऐसे अवसर का इंतजार किया है, जब निर्णायक फैसले लेकर राष्ट्र को नई दिशा दी जा सके। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार जनहित में काम कर रही है और हर वर्ग के विकास को प्राथमिकता दे रही है।

विरोध करने वालों को देश की महिलाएं माफ नहीं करेंगी-पीएम मोदी

महिला आरक्षण कानून में संशोधन से जुड़े 3 बिलों पर लोकसभा में चर्चा जारी है। विपक्ष ने इन बिलों का विरोध किया। महिला संशोधन विधेयक समेत तीन बिल को लोकसभा में बहस के लिए स्‍वीकार किया जाए या नहीं इसपर वोटिंग कराया गया। इसमें 333 सदस्‍यों ने हिस्‍सा लिया। 207 सांसदों ने इसके समर्थन में वोट किया, ज‍बकि 126 सदस्‍यों ने इसके विरोध में मतदान किया।

  

जनगणना और परिसीमन के आधार पर होगा लागू
लोकसभा में तीन विधेयकों पर चर्चा की शुरुआत करते हुए कानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने महिला आरक्षण को लेकर सरकार का पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने बताया कि महिला आरक्षण विधेयक 2023 में पास हो चुका है और इसे 2026 के बाद होने वाली जनगणना और परिसीमन के आधार पर लागू किया जाएगा।

कुल सीटें करीब 815 तक पहुंच सकती हैं
मेघवाल ने कहा कि लोकसभा सीटों की संख्या में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी होगी, जिससे कुल सीटें करीब 815 तक पहुंच सकती हैं। इनमें से 272 सीटें महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगी, जो कुल सीटों का एक-तिहाई हिस्सा है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि इस बदलाव से किसी भी राज्य को नुकसान नहीं होगा और सभी राज्यों की वर्तमान ताकत (सीटों की संख्या) बरकरार रहेगी।

तीनों विधेयक महिलाओं के हितों को ध्यान में रखकर लाए गए
केंद्र सरकार में मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल ने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार महिलाओं के अधिकारों को मजबूत करने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है और हाल में पेश किए गए विधेयक इसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान निर्माताओं ने संविधान में संशोधन की शक्ति इसलिए दी थी ताकि समय-समय पर लोकहित में आवश्यक फैसले लिए जा सकें। मेघवाल ने स्पष्ट किया कि प्रस्तावित तीनों विधेयक महिलाओं के हितों को ध्यान में रखकर लाए गए हैं। उनके अनुसार, ये विधेयक महिलाओं के लिए राजनीतिक न्याय सुनिश्चित करने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे और उन्हें निर्णय प्रक्रिया में अधिक भागीदारी का अवसर देंगे।

गौरव गोगोई ने सरकार पर उठाए सवाल
लोकसभा में महिला आरक्षण विधेयक पर चर्चा के दौरान कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने सरकार पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार बार-बार महिला आरक्षण के रास्ते में रुकावटें पैदा कर रही है। अगर 2023 में विपक्ष की बात मानी जाती, तो 2024 में ही महिला आरक्षण लागू हो सकता था। गौरव गोगोई ने कहा कि महिला आरक्षण को परिसीमन से जोड़ना सही नहीं है। उन्होंने मांग की कि इसे अलग रखा जाए, तभी उनकी पार्टी इसका समर्थन करेगी। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि यह विधेयक वास्तव में महिला आरक्षण के लिए नहीं, बल्कि पीछे के रास्ते से परिसीमन लागू करने का तरीका है।

विपक्ष पर जनता को गुमराह करने की कोशिश का आरोप
